Responded quickly to my first call. Schedule to be on site as quick as possible. They did give me a date and their contractor failed to show but they quickly resolved that by coming promptly the next day.

Friendly and accommodating is the best way describe Mr Bob. He shot is straight and gave good service for a fair price.

Both times he arrived on time and completed the job without any fuss and no mess.

We will use him again in the future and recommend him highly.

He installed a 2.5 Gal water heater under the kitchen sink, and fixed a leak in the pipe going to the water heater in the garage.  No problems, reasonable price, very friendly kind man.  Will call him next time I need anything done to my plumbing.

We had a clogged shower drain.  Gave Brandon a call on Monday, he was here Tuesday morning.  It took him about 10 minutes to clear the clog and the price was very reasonable compared to other plumbers.  Brandon then gave a number of suggestions for preventing future clogs.  He's a true professional and provided excellent service.  I highly recommend him!

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. Brandon was great! I had a broken garbage disposal that I needed replaced and requested a quote through Yelp. Brandon messaged me within a few minutes and showed up the very next morning. He communicated clearly with me throughout the process, was friendly, and price was fair for the job. I hope I wouldn't need to use his services again, but if I did have the need to, I wouldn't hesitate reaching out to him again.

Excellent company, I requested a quote via message on their website, someone called me right away  to schedule the same day.

I only had a few days at home so instead of doing the work myself we called these guys.
We needed the tank flush kit replaced,(we supplied) and the filter replaced(we supplied) at our well water supply.
Even though I told them that I wanted the kit replaced the guy that arrived said that I only needed the flapper. So that's all they done swap a flapper out. Then changed a filter. The charge was $153.00 per item. Yes, $306.00 if I remember correctly for about 30 minutes.

Years ago Paul Obsta did some plumbing repairs at my home and he did great work for a fair price. So naturally I called Obsta Plumbing the next time I needed work done. Didn't have the same great experience with employee Justin Allen because he kept hiking the price up above the original quote (which was already above competitor pricing) for things that were supposed to be included. I paid anyway because I didn't want to start the process over with a new company, and hoped I'd get Paul again for the next call. I didn't. All in all, I have spent thousands of dollars in routine plumbing maintenance & repairs with this company. The last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. Justin Allen and a tech came to my house and acted like they couldn't be bothered to do what they came to do, but charged me for the work anyway. I called back to their company several times to remind them that specific work was requested and they sent the same guy back out again, but he never completed the tasks. Of course I was billed top dollar for incomplete work. The definition of crazy is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different outcome, so I won't be calling Obsta Plumbing ever again.

Fast response time, good quality work, friendly guy, but boy are they expensive!!!  Charged me over $600 dollars to repair a broken pipe running into my house from outside faucet.  Don't call Pearland Plumbing unless you are wealthy -  I'm not, and am less so after they were done with me.
