First time to use the company. Received quote from owner via Yelp. Office personnel was very nice and booked my appointment quickly. Was given time frame of 9-11 Rex the technician showed up by 9:15. Rex kept me informed of the progress. I would recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing to anyone looking for good service for a fair price.

My second story water heater was leaking into my home. I called Acosta, and kind Sonny arrived within 30 minutes. He climbed into my horribly hot attic, and told me it needed to be replaced. I'm in a tough spot financially, so as soon as I could raise the money I called Acosta, and Sonny was in my home the very next day! There was so much sediment in it, that it was way to heavy to bring it down the foldable wooden attic stairs! He had two other, Acosta gentlemen helping him to solve the problem. They spent hours taking care of me! Sonny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were able to get my awful 400lb, sediment filled water heater down the stairs. These gentlemen worked SO very hard!!! They have my business for life!!! I've been passing Acosta plumbing information to all of my neighbors, as our homes are all the same age, and will need the same help very soon. Thank you Sonny!!! Thank you Acosta Plumbing!

They also put up with my very large German Shepards that I recently rescued, and are still learning to behave. Bless you kind gentleman!

These guys were prompt, easy to communicate with and did a great job. polite and respectful of my home environment as well.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.  They came out to my house to fix a leak in the pipe between the house and the meter.  5 months later it started leaking again.  I called my regular company out and they replace the part that was leaking.  My regular plumber told me that Plumbco put a rubber cover and a gasket over it and that was not a correct fix.  My plumber also told the pipe is made of copper and did not need to be changed like Plumbo told me that it needed to be and was quoted over $1400.  I called Plumbco back and spoke with the owner, Gary Bloch, who was very rude and took an attitude with me from the beginning and did not even let me finish my sentence.  I told him that I was not satisfied with their service and he started getting aggressive on the phone so I hung on him.  It's amazing and shame that we have owners who operate their business this way.  I am so happy to have access to a reputable company other than Plumbco.  If I could give them a negative rating I would.  Stay clear.

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully  expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the big plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!  Thank you so much for your help.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

I had a houseful of people over the holidays and our sewer jammed! I called around and he was the only one that answered. He came over promptly, cleared the poop jams, and explained how to solve the problem long term with the city. We even paid to have the camera that showed the inside of the pipes which was pretty interesting. He was professional, easy to work with, and we were able to use the restrooms soon after he arrived.

I would call him again and recommended him to everyone at our party.

Quick response time and scheduling was very easy. The plumber was at the house on time and took care of the drain clog quickly and easily. He also performed a courtesy check of our other sinks and toilets. Very professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Hired this company to fix our water hammering they put a arrestor on our washing machine and I told him right away I still hear the noise he looked a little more and said he needed another piece he had to order but wanted us to pay $350 for the work he had already done. He never came back and now we are out of $350 and still have the water hammering noise. Not sure how they have so many good reviews on here on they real?

We hired Texas Plumbing to change a hot water heater in our rental house.   They came out the next morning and it was done in three hours.    They are coming out tomorrow morning, a Saturday, to check out a leak.   Response is fast and friendly.

Holy crap these guys are awesome! Polite, kind and professional. We had Jeremy, John, Brett and Grant, and Lee even popped in for a while to help out.

My husband was super happy with the work, too.

They did our re-pipe, but we got a magnet so we can use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

These guys will definitely be getting calls from me on future plumbing needs! Quick response time, great communication on when they would be out. Called on a holiday weekend got fair prices for the work done when others just replied with cannot service. Sebastian was great, knew what he was doing very professional. Got a call after the work was done to see how my experience was with the service which to me actually says a lot about what these guys think about their customer service. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

I liked everything about Texas Best Plumbing. The plumber responded to my request for a quote quickly and it was a good price. He came to the house that day, he was courteous and efficient, he did excellent work & the total bill was exactly what he had quoted me!

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

I had 3 plumbing companies come out and give me an estimate for the repairs needed.  JD Precision Plumbing won my business not due to price but Ron's knowledge. Ron is a plumber with JDPP and his initial assessment of the plumbing in my older home was spot on. He knew what was needed to repair my faucets, told me upfront about the possible complications and risk due to age, and walked me thru the repair process. He showed up on time and performed the repairs like the professional he is. Fantastic service from a professional plumber. Ask for Ron from JD Precision Plumbing.

I have used Alliance Plumbing in the past for a re-route and re-pipe so they were the FIRST people to call when I awoke to noises I determined were coming from my attic. I called Jean and she lined up Augustin Villa to come and diagnose the situation. Lucky for me it was only air that had somehow entered my line and was making one of my lines bang on the beams and framework! And he even showed me how to remedy myself if this was ever to happen again. While he was here I asked him some questions about my water heater purchased in 2008. He gave me a quote, and was able to install a new one right away and educated me on the unit. I am super pleased. They were able to get this delivered to Augustin while he did some prep work and he was fast, courteous and I didn't have to clean up a thing. I cannot say enough good things about Alliance! They take the STRESS and worry AWAY! Thanks team and thank you Augustin!! My new last water heater

Worst company I've ever hired. I got their value plan with all around service and maintenance. Every time they visit, they leave issues behind. They break equipment and tell you that you'll have to pay them for the repair. They over charge. You get very little benefit from their value plan or whatever the official title is.

Example 1 - plumbing
Saw the problem, said they couldn't fix it, I suggested a solution and suddenly they figured out the solution. I received a heavy charge for them removing a plug from my garbage disposal.

Example 2 - water heater
I asked them to do annual maintenance. The tech breaks it somehow and tells me that it's broke and the water would no longer heat. I argued with him over the phone and suddenly it started working again. I called another tech to confirm if there was any issue. The tech from another company told me that it wasn't an urgent issue and could wait a long time before being fixed. The alternative company also replaced the system months later for a fraction of the cost.

Example 3 - AC
System fan was having issues. Abacus told me that with my discount, I would pay 199 for them to diagnose (excluding trip charge). This does not include any repairs. I worked for a major HVAC manufacturer and know that this price is on the high end. No thanks

Conclusion: I ended my membership. I will never use
