Called Wedgeworth this morning for a simple but annoying plumbing issue, and they were out to my house same day. Demondrick (sorry if I misspelled that) was nice, helpful and honest. Best of all, they were EARLY and waited on me to show up at the beginning of the planned time window. Will definitely use them again and appreciate the helpful service!!

My second story water heater was leaking into my home. I called Acosta, and kind Sonny arrived within 30 minutes. He climbed into my horribly hot attic, and told me it needed to be replaced. I'm in a tough spot financially, so as soon as I could raise the money I called Acosta, and Sonny was in my home the very next day! There was so much sediment in it, that it was way to heavy to bring it down the foldable wooden attic stairs! He had two other, Acosta gentlemen helping him to solve the problem. They spent hours taking care of me! Sonny and his team were absolutely amazing. They were able to get my awful 400lb, sediment filled water heater down the stairs. These gentlemen worked SO very hard!!! They have my business for life!!! I've been passing Acosta plumbing information to all of my neighbors, as our homes are all the same age, and will need the same help very soon. Thank you Sonny!!! Thank you Acosta Plumbing!

They also put up with my very large German Shepards that I recently rescued, and are still learning to behave. Bless you kind gentleman!

Often times in life you find yourself in need of assistance and sometimes you are not able to get the help you need, in this case John went out of his way to help direct the situation to much better position while going between jobs. He truly went above and beyond!!

I called Plumbco based on positive Yelp reviews. Everyone was right. Gary is quick and gets the job done at a reasonable price. He quotes the job right after he understands what the customer wants to accomplish.

It was a non-emergency and we agreed on a 2 hour window 2 days later. He called half an hour into the scheduled time window and let me know he'd arrive in 15 minutes.

The hot and cold water pipes coming out of the wall under the sink that are fitted with shut off valves were old and rusty. Since I wanted to change a faucet, I thought the pipes could possibly break off during installation.

I told Gary that I wanted both pipes and shut off valves replaced. Gary and his assistant James (also a master plumber) were in and out within about 20 minutes. They were neat and cleaned up any mess made.

I am extremely pleased.

Audits fixed 3-4 burst pipes in a single afternoon. Highly recommend. Arrived early to the property and is knowledgeable on plumbing.

I've built houses for decades and I enjoyed Hector and his crew while they repiped my own home this week. I had most of the repipe companies out to give me bids and I personally didn't like the corners they were going to cut.
I wanted a few things different that the normal job and Hector took care of everything and finished early. With everything done to my high standards.
Great communication on the phone and an honest man. They left yesterday afternoon completely done and I was very satisfied with choosing Acacias Plumbing to put pex throughout my home and with a minimum of mess to have my Sheetrock guy fix today.

I had a leak in my bathtub, and another plumber told me a new trim kit needed to be installed and gave me a very high estimate. However, when I later talked to Kim at Drain Control, he told me it was not necessary to install the new trim kit. He arrived on time the next day to repair only what needed to be fixed, the down spout, for a much less cost. Obviously, Kim is honest and skillful at what he does. Highly recommended!

Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

Great people and excellent work!!  Arrived on schedule and clarified work to be done first thing. Will use again.   Handled the installation of two faucets and fixed a leak with a commode.

Geo did great work. He didn't waste any time and fixed the problem with the front door.

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.
Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.

They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

Within a few hours, I had a quote and my job completed. I understand most projects won't be done in this manner, but I had a great experience with them, 10/10 would recommend

Called on a holiday weekend got fair prices for the work done when others just replied with cannot service. Sebastian was great, knew what he was doing very professional. Got a call after the work was done to see how my experience was with the service which to me actually says a lot about what these guys think about their customer service. Texas best plumbing responded promptly to my inquiries about price and set up an appointment for me the very next day. Justin was professional and very polite. I do not typically write reviews but I was very satisifed with the services provided by Texas Best Plumbing and want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

I had 3 plumbing companies come out and give me an estimate for the repairs needed.  JD Precision Plumbing won my business not due to price but Ron's knowledge. Ron is a plumber with JDPP and his initial assessment of the plumbing in my older home was spot on. He knew what was needed to repair my faucets, told me upfront about the possible complications and risk due to age, and walked me thru the repair process. He showed up on time and performed the repairs like the professional he is. Fantastic service from a professional plumber. Ask for Ron from JD Precision Plumbing.

Augustin was a pleasure to deal with!  He quickly responded to our issue with the leaking toilet and fixed it in no time.  He also made some suggestions on how to avoid the issue in the future.  I was very pleased with the service and would definitely call on Augustin again!

I had a poor experience using this business to fix my hot water heater in July and August 2022.
We have a fairly new and common Noritz tankless hot water heater which stopped working in mid-July.
I went with the fix proposed by them, spent over $1,000 doing so. They have been out 5 times since(hot water has been intermittently on and off since then), a few different technicians- and no one has been able to figure out why their repair can't fix the problem.
The office manager at TQP also has been hard to get a hold of and doesn't always return calls.
Finally I called another company this week.
Their technician figured out the problem within an hour or so  - it was a faulty valve not the sensor they replaced. Furthermore, the other company arranged to get my parts replaced under the warranty, which TQP didn't tell me was at least an option. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely horrendous.  Prices are outrageous.  Will spend more time trying to sell you things you don't need than doing the ob.
