We had to get a toilet replaced and Right Choice plumbing was responsive and flexible with scheduling. While they were here, they were able to spot a leak and was able to fix that as well. Can't say enough about these guys, friendly, knowledgeable and great service overall.

The plumber was on time and was very knowledgeable about my concerns.  He did not try to force me to purchase something that was not needed but what about his work in a professional manner and explained every process that he was going to do.  He did not try to overcharge me but did excellent work and was done within 2 hours.  I'm very very happy with it and will continue to rely on their services in the future.

The response time is quick which was great. The service man John was friendly and smiling. I'm always skeptical to allow anyone in my home and felt some easiness with John. The work was completed quickly, it was also under the estimated cost.

Based on Hugo's 5 star reviews I decided to use him to install my outdoor Ring camera with 2 lights. He arrived on time, was professional and we discussed the work I needed. He completed the job on time, added something extra for a better install and then made sure the camera was set up and facing the direction I wanted. Plus, he charged what he quoted my on the dollar! I was happy to give him a tip for the extra mile he went for my home. I have been looking for a handyman for odd jobs around my house and I will definitely be using Hugo again.

Texas Plumbing on Woodwind did a great job fixing my freeze busted pipes. I texted them Wednesday and they were out today while other plumbers had quoted me A MONTH wait (wait times are very long right now in February 2021 because of an awful storm that got as low as 10 degrees, lasted several days, and froze all the pipes). They spent about 4 hours fixing 3 leaks in the attic, bill was about $1200.

My family can finally shower again!

Can you rate a company 6 stars? If so, EPW Plumbing Services would definitely merit it. I'm in the real estate business and deal with vendors of all kinds continuously, and I'm thrilled to have found this responsive, reasonable, professional and incredibly thorough plumbing company. They came out not knowing what kind of a job they were facing- and it was a challenge- and were here for four hours getting it done right, rechecking, with yet another final check of all four plumbing sites again before they left. And with the promise that if anything would go amiss to call them immediately and they would be out to make it right. Talk about integrity. I knew after the first phone call and five minutes with both plumbers that I had lucked into a real find. This family-owned business deserves all the referrals they can get.

Had a Plumbing emergency needed the next day, I contacted a few plumbers via message and email on Yelp. After Priority 1 Plumbing promised to call me the next day after 8am, but never did until 11am. JD Called my around 8:30am and I was so glad they did. JD Dispatched a plumber in 30 minutes to the house. JD Confirmed and sent me an Email even with the Plumber's name and Photo! I was impressed on the Service BEFORE the visit. Dalton was professional and inspected the problem and gave me an honest assessment. TQP does not stand behind their work.  Use of an apprentice to perform critical work assignments is not acceptable.  If you decide to use this company, obtain their bonded and insured information before allowing them to work on your property.

Our AC went out on a Friday night, in the middle of the summer heat. We made a call to Abacus in the middle of the night and we got an appointment for the next day. That was wonderful but once the tech came out, he was trying to sell us a whole new AC system. He put some part on and claimed we needed it. We decided not to do anything and paid for what the tech did. We finally got a hold of our AC man we normally use. He came out and saw what the tech did. We didn't need the part he put on and didn't need a new AC system. Our AC man fixed what was needed which wasn't much. That tech was trying to take us to the bank. Never again will we use Abacus. Sports 610 radio talks so highly of this company but they are just scamming innocent people and taking their money.
