Damondrick was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional when performing the inspection. He provided me an honest inspection instead of up-selling me on services that I did not need. Overall great experience!

Acosta Plumbing were great, I requested service due to our water heater problems, immediately they responded to come over, they diagnosed the problem and provided me with different options of what was need to be done. They replace within the same day and had us with running water in non time.

Right choice was very available to answer all my questions regarding a water heater project I needed done. They educated me on the difference between on demand electric vs a smart tank water heater and helped me choose the best for my home. They built a platform for me to get my new water heater back to code and at the right height and also helped me to fix some piping issues that arose during installation. Had dual bathroom sinks which were clogged. Acacias came out that very day and was able to resolve the issue. Our technician, Cristian, was highly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained everything clearly and the price was as expected. He was in and out within and hour.

Highly recommend Drain Control for your plumbing needs. Sent a message last night and Kim showed up first thing this morning. My sewer line was clogged and he put a camera down and found multiple roots that were the problem. He used his hydro jet multiple times and cleared it out! He is extremely reasonable price wise and knowable too.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work that Hugo did for us. He installed an outdoor awning and overhead garage storage for us in one afternoon. He made sure to involve us in all the set up specifications (how deep for the storage, what angle for the awning, etc.)

I am so happy I found Robert and his company on yelp. I called him on a late Saturday afternoon for a leak in my master bath sink. He was answered right away and scheduled me an appointment for Monday. He texted me to let me know he was on his way, and was on time and quick. He was extremely professional in my home with his team and took the time to show me what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. When he was leaving he asked if there was anything else I needed him to check which reminded me of my often running guest bath toilet. He fixed it! Dishonest, said they were coming for three days, then finally called to say they'd be there in an hour and never showed. I called after having waited for three days for service when it had been promised the same day and spoke to someone who said, sorry I was over promising things to people She then said hey, you can see if another plumber can help you because we won't be there today or tomorrow and we don't know when we'll be there. So my recommendation is that you take the advice that she gave and see if another plumber can help you because Texas Plumbing is no good.

Had a plumbing leak from a PVC pipe that had a nail in it in the garage. Reached out on Yelp and Jordan (dispatcher) replied promptly. Next thing Lee & Jerome were out here to repair the damaged pipe. With beams running all across, it was a tight area to work with but Lee rolled up his sleeves and put in some hard work to get the job done! Not only that, he did the job at a fair price and he was a pleasure to have inside our house working on the damaged pipe. Will definitely keep EPW in mind for any future work. Thank you :)

My parents home had a broken pipe that was releasing sewage under there house. I'n addition the broken pipe allowed sewer gases to pure out into the open for a terrible smell. We contacted Alex and explained the issue and we quickly set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and as expected. I bought an old house so establishing a good relationship with a reliable plumber was important. I have used Texas Plumbing three times (kitchen, bathroom then outside pipes) within a year. The owner has responded quickly when needed and has come out himself on a early Saturday morning. We have been satisfied overall with the work and prices. The quick, professional and timely responses have kept us loyal. We've been given straight forward and reliable advice without pressure or sales tactics. I'd recommend Texas Plumbing to anyone with major or minor plumbing needs.

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

After calling a bunch of places, no one could come out after 6.
After calling JD, technicians, Ron and Chad stayed in touch with timing and expectations.
Ron came out at 7 pm and did a quick fix.
The timing was right and the price was very reasonable.

They first and foremost keep petitioning to delete my review. They botched a sink repair that I ended up having another company actually finish the work. They then did not want to refund me or reimburse me.
Jean is rude and not very transparent. Neither is Kelly, they both don't truly care about the work they do, just how much extra they can upcharge you for mediocre to moderate service. I will never use someone who charges $400.00 to install a sink that I bought, only to mess it up and I have to then get another company to do so. If you see these trucks, run for the hills.

This company does not communicate and they give you quotes that are not required or even needed but can't call inspectors to come so that you can get your stuff fixed. They came first day and didn't complete the job. Had to come back a 2nd time and kept giving me different times. I hate this company I would never call them. I can't give zero stars.

I decided to have Abacus over to check and clean my system for their BAM cooling offer. They said my units probably need replacement soon, and offered to replace my two systems for around $24,000! I declined of course, and the ysaid I needed to replace my start and run capacitors for about $1000 dollars! I also declined this offer and changed them myself for about $35 dollars on capacitors from Amazon. I understand they have trained technicians and need to pay them but this is ridiculous. I will never let any Abacus employee step foot in my home again. They insulted me in my own home far beyond forgiveness.
