Great and honest service. Came and quoted and finished the job the next day. I was quoted 3-4x higher from other companies.

Tom and his crew are the best. They are diligent fair and they get the job done. So much better than going with one of the big corporate plumbers.

I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

Called them late on a Saturday and still got someone to answer the phone and she was VERY helpful and got us scheduled right away. Even called back when and earlier day opened up. The young man showed up on time, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job in no time at all. He re-did the plumbing to allow us to install a new kitchen sink. He even lifted the sink out, after we had seated in place, so he could caulk underneath the sink so it would not show on the counter. We did not realize to do this and were just going to apply caulk to outside. I will ONLY use Katy Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I ended up not needing the service...,but let me tell you why. Because the gentleman on the phone offered some suggestions on clearing pipes. He could have just charged and come to do it himself. But he wasn't able to get to me until late tonight.  I really appreciate the service and care

The temperature was down in the 20's last night, despite an outside line being insulated, it burst about 11am this morning. Called the larger companies who couldn't come out for at least 24 hours, so I found Victor on Yelp and gave him a call.

He mentioned he was working on another project but could be at our house in 2 hours. Sure enough, he was at our front door around 1:30. Figured out the problem, gave us a very reasonable estimate and got to work.

Finished the job promptly and was on his way. Great job.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

I have two water heaters that were 10 years old. One sprung a leak the night before we left for a trip. Unfortunately, we had guests arriving the day after we returned. Hence, we needed a replacement at a reasonable price and a certain time.

I researched plumbing companies on Yelp and spoke with 3-4 while at the airport, in transit, etc.  Many would not give me a quote without coming out for a hard sell estimate even though I had pictures I could send.

J&G called me back very quickly. I explained the situation and what others had told me thus far. They were very professional, explained the pro's & con's of each water heater, and provided a great price and schedule. I did my own research and confirmed what they told me.

I called them back that afternoon, requested a certain day and time for the install. They were so great I told them to replace both water heaters (figure the other was not far behind).

Neal and Clifford arrived right on time. As always happens, they ran into a few complications but never complained. They were very polite and hard working.

I would highly recommend J & G Plumbing. If nothing else, give them a call and discuss your issue.

As for the other plumbers with the hard sell, you lost out on two water heater replacements instead of one (and a great review).

Conclusion - always provide the highest level of customer service. It pays back in multiples.

I absolutely hate using one of those overpriced call center plumbing companies - you know the ones who do everything from lawn maintenance to roof jobs and flood the TV with their ads!  So I got a bid from Perot's because they are a small Mom-and-Pop.  

Chris' bid to replace a leaking water supply line from the meter to the house was the lowest of three bids, with the highest being $1,300 more!  While I had not used him before, glad I did.  He did a great job, and did it and finished it when he said he would.  Will definitely use him again.

Wonderful honestly great people who are professionals, and friendly. They give great advice and will make sure you are squared away!

Be very careful!  Their estimate was for $4,800 and the job actually is costing $800.  We were told there was no gas line to our stove and that they would have to take it through the back yard to get it to the stove and add a bbq line.  When I questioned the amount , they did not respond.  The next company came in and found there was already a gas line to the stove, just the connector/spriget had been removed.  $800 total.
Wallin was overcharging us by $4,000 because they couldn't see a gas line in th attic????

I would recommend them because they are kind enough to diagnose a leak without charging me. They are a family owned company and I will keep going back to them for services.
They are respectful and communicative. They are willing to help a customer out and are fair and honest.

Job didn't work out and had to go with another company but they were courteous and processed my requested refund quickly and without fuss.

Great company and would highly recommend as your first call to make for all plumbing needs. Owner is on time and reliable, transparent and very reasonable. Our job was done for $90. My two other closest quotes were $225 and $240! Support local small businesses and head to Kae Edward plumbing!

Daisy and Jarred arrived when they said they would, were professional, neat in appearance and extremely pleasant.  Their knowledge was impressive, they did not complain having to access my very hot attic and I loved the booties they wore over their shoes!
