Used him for the first time today and all I can say is that he is GREAT! He is very honest and very friendly, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. He answered any questions that I had and answered and explained them. Definitely use him if you are in the area.

They came over to give me an estimate of $500-$1500 to change the shower water spout . I had a small droplet leak. They promised they were going to order the part. It's been over two weeks now and never heard from them again. When a client loses confidence on you, that's it. Game over. Don't even try to call me back and apologize. Time to find me a nobody clandestine drive by plumber. They may never guarantee their job but they will get it done as they have in the past.

This is the 3rd time using Conroe Plumbing and, as before, they exceeded my expectations. They were understanding of the issues, scheduled quickly, on time & effeciant. Thank you Tonya & Justin! I will continue to use and recommend Conroe Plumbing!

5 Stars! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Been looking for a plumber for some needed repairs/replacement on our 20 yo house. Called Mercy Plumbing to check out what needed to be done and how much it will cost,  and was surprise to know they do free estimates.  Who can beat that? I called 3 others but all were charging a service call fee. The day came for the service, The office kept as informed on their arrival by text or phone. They showed up on time wearing mask and shoe covers ( really appreciate that) after inspection they gave us an estimate and opportunity to haggle with the cost until we all agreed on it. Within hours they were back to start the job and finished to our satisfaction. The crew were very polite and courteous young men, and by the way they did the work somebody trained them very well. It's Good to know we have a reliable plumbing company in our neighborhood.

5 stars all the way! Professional from start to finish. Came out and handled what we needed quickly. He called when he was on his way, came in a marked van so I knew, and I also got a confirmation text with his photo on it so I knew who I would be talking with. Paul was very sweet and told me honestly what I needed and what I didn't. I felt like he actually cared to do his job. We will be using him again and he will be the only person we need to call. Prices were fair and work quality was impeccable. Lile I said 5 stars all the way!

Let me start with the nightmare story when I tried to use another plumbing company.  

I called John Moore because water would stop coming out when I would turn the faucet to 'hot' in a shower/tub of a secondary bedroom in my home. First thing that came to mind was to call John Moore. Why? Because of the darn TV commercial. A 'gentleman' showed up, and wouldn't even touch anything.  He was so arrogant and wouldn't even want to turn the water on giving me the look like he knew what was wrong without doing anything. I had to explain and physically show him what the problem was. Without making a move he told me I would have to spend at least $2800 to repair it and that he would have to go through the bedroom's sheet rock to the tub which would mean I would have to call someone else to repair the sheet rock. I immediately dismissed him and told him I would have to live without hot water in that bedroom. Think twice before calling John Moore, as appealing as the commercial may be. Total rip off.

Months later, another plumbing company was recommended. I called them and Zach came and gave me a free estimate.  At a later date,  Zach sent Luis and Rene to my rescue in a matter of 30 minutes tops they completed the work and charged me $236.93. I even told them about another issue with the connector to my dryer and they repaired for me at no extra charge.  There was no destroying of any walls involved and they simply had to replace the shower cartridge.

I have many other needs and I will be calling them very soon.  They are the best.

Called This plumbing company they immediately sent a plumber, Doug out. That lady that answered the phone was very honest and took care of the problem immediately. Great service and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend. Thanks

These guys are great! I have been a member of yelp for years and have never felt compelled to review anyone until today. They have helped us on several occasions and I have always been so impressed with their professionalism. They are all such nice guys and I truly trust their work!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Called this morning about a septic grease trap that was clogged on the drain field. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and they came out right away.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work knew exactly how to fix the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, including digging up the tank.

Couldn't ask for better service. If you need a plumber call these guys. They do honest work at a great price. That's a hard thing to find these days.

Very professional! Our plumber Mason is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my honestly and clear about all the options available for my garbage disposal problem. I am very happy with the  service provided and will definitely used this company with any future plumbing problems.

Noble Plumbing is definitely a five Star rating. When they make an appointment with you they keep it as close as they possibly can. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

The person I spoke with, not sure if he is the owner or not, was rude and unprofessional.

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

I believe that they are price gouging.  Had a small project and received an estimate that was way too high and clearly not representative of the work needed to be performed.  Nearly a $100/LF for 23 LF of plastic 1 gas line.  Absolutely now way I would use or recommend this company.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
