John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

I have to say that I have never written a review before today but needed to share my experience with Plumbco. I had a few leaks in my upstairs bath that were coming through the ceiling downstairs in my living room.  I had several plumbers attempt to repair but there were still a few leaks that could not be found! After searching for a different and reputable company in my neighborhood Facebook group, I found Plumbco to have the best reviews and decided to call them. I am so glad I did!  Plumbco came out to my home to assess the problem. The friendly office staff called the same day to schedule and just a couple of days later they returned to fix the leaks.  Then after just a few hours everything was repaired! They were prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and honest. It has been about a month since Plumbco helped me with a major plumbing issue I had in my home, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful company they are! I would refer them to any of my family or friends with confidence.

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

They did a great job resolving my plumbing problem. They kept me informed along the way on what they are doing and the cost associated with it. I will recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had a blocked tub drain and was not able to use our bathtub.
Kim Vo from Drain Control Plumbing came out within a couple of hours of my call and had my problem resolved and my tub usable again.

And the cost was even a bit less than the estimate.

When you have plumbing problems, most people feel a bit vulnerable.  I appreciate someone like Kim who comes out and gives honest estimates and does good efficient work within the cost estimate.  

Next time I have plumbing issues I will be calling Drain Control Plumbing.

Meant to add this review over a month ago!  I highly recommend Plumbaway Plumbing.  After sending a message via yelp, the owner Robert responded within an hour even though it was the day after Thanksgiving.  One of their plumbers, Cameron, arrived at my house much earlier than expected.  In fact, he apologized to me, in the event he was late.  He stopped quickly on his way over to quickly have lunch.  What?!!!  That was enough to make my day.  Not your typical surly repairman, having a bad day.  Cameron was very professional - slipped into disposable booties before walking in the house, prepped his work area to ensure no mess, cleared the kitchen clog, completed his work, and even ran multiple follow up tests to ensure all was working well. He was such a diligent, respectful and very nice guy!!!  Cameron deserves a GREAT belated Christmas bonus!!!!  Thank you very much!!!!    I will definitely use again, even though I won't be looking forward to another plumbing issue.

Geovanny came to my house to cut some stone back from a walkway so I could get a driveway gate to fit.  It was a problem that I needed help solving and he came over and cut the stone and broke it up and removed it perfectly.  The concrete layer underneath was saved and they also made sure the stone work around it was neat and tidy.  I had another big problem and it was an enormous stone bench I needed moved.  The stone must weigh 1500 pounds.   We did not previously discuss this but he and his 2 helpers went to work and it took some creative thinking and a lot of sweat and determination but In the end they moved the stone back about 18 inches.  They solved my problem big time.  Super impressed.  Seriously.  These guys did a great job and I would use them again in a minute.  5 stars for sure.

Dishonest, said they were coming for three days, then finally called to say they'd be there in an hour and never showed. I called after having waited for three days for service when it had been promised the same day and spoke to someone who said, sorry I was over promising things to people She then said hey, you can see if another plumber can help you because we won't be there today or tomorrow and we don't know when we'll be there. So my recommendation is that you take the advice that she gave and see if another plumber can help you because Texas Plumbing is no good.

We moved into our house a few weeks ago. It's a 40 year old structure, so we wanted to have repairs done in areas identified by the inspector's report. EPW came out and gave clear estimates for repairs and made recommendations about simple fixes we could do ourselves to save money. In the case of a leaky jet tub, instead of just patch a deeper issue, they suggested we considered an entire replacement and made recommendations for saving money on the install, but were also more than willing to patch if we wanted. The repairs they did conduct were done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.

Call him first! He's the best! He came out immediately and fixed the issue at an affordable price. I was freaking out there was water on my floors and leaking under my sink. I reached out to him and he was calm and collected and offered to come out the next day. He came, saw and conquered! He was super sweet, very knowledgeable, respectful, works fast and explains everything along the way. Can't say enough good things about him. Wish everyone was like him with their work. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I'm glad to say I found my plumber for life! Will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Great service! I had guests in from out of town and my toilet decided to back up! Crappy timing (pun intended).  So I filled out an online request form because it was after hours. I received a courteous call the next morning before 8am! The pleasant lady asked if I still needed service and that they had a slot open and they could send guys out immediately. They showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. They snaked the drain from the clean out located outside the house. The price was reasonable, $189, as far as plumbing rates go. The guys they sent were professional, quick, and thorough. I recommend Texas Best Plumbing, they have earned their high ratings!

Needed these folks to snake a couple of drains that were slow-draining. They responded quickly with a quote, showed up on time for the appointment, were courteous and neat, and did the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

They were recommended to me by my networking group. I scheduled a technician to repair several problems on one of my rental properties. I spoke to David about the fees. He said he would work me a deal because of the amount of business that I would like to have them perform for my company. David is their manager. He was not very willing to help out and seemed very short. Their technician came out and perform the services but did not perform the one item that I need repaired the most, a leak. I contacted the original plumber that did the original remodeling and he came out and fixed the leak. I had the same technician from JD plumbing come out and verify that the leak was done. He sent me a bill for $175 for after hours. This was a regularly scheduled visit. After speaking to David, he said that if I don't pay the $175 he would put a lien on The rental property. He also said he would not be doing business with me again. This is a company that I would not recommend. They overcharge and come up with lame excuses to why they have to charge you that much. Do not use these guys.

Agustin arrived on time and provided us with incredibly thorough service!  He helped me to fix a running toilet and a sink faucet explaining to me the whole time what he was doing.  As Agustin said, he taught me a plumbing course for the price of a service call!  :)  Agustin was also able to give me price quotes directly on what it would take to replace a few parts and unclog a shower drain.  I would definitely call Alliance again.

We hired Texas Quality Plumbing to install an undermount sink as our previous granite composite sink was cracked.
Day 1-first person they sent said the new sink would work but it was a 2 man job and he would return another day with an extra person.
Day 2- 2 workers showed up  and attached it to the countertop but said he would have to return another day to hook up all of the pipes under the sink. We agreed on a time a few days later. I called there office to confirm the time of 3:00-5:00 pm.  After he left we saw that he had chipped the granite close to the faucet. I have pictures from when I was looking for a matching sink to prove that it wasn't like this before. He also left a paper towel to catch any water drips around the line that comes from my HVAC system which drains into the sink drain. Needless to say that the water started flowing unto the floor a few hours later.  A good thing we were home.
Day 3- The plumber texted he was on his way at 1:00pm.  I called the office and they apologized for the time mix up. She said your appt. is 3-5 and we will call you 30 min. in advance. At 4:00 they called to tell me the plumber was at my house. It took me 30 min. to get home.
This plumber, not the same as the 1st or 2nd guy, said the sink didn't really fit but he would try to make it work. After 1 1/2 hours he said he would need to come back another day to hook up the drain pipes, he couldn't say when. After I called their office he said he would come at 8 AM tomorrow.
Very frustrated at this point.  SO, we will see if they show up tomorrow.

With Covid-19 it is a little nerve racking to have outsiders come into your home. But sometimes it is necessary.
Today Abacus sent a gentleman named Darrell Jones out to do the regular checkup on my AC to prepare for the upcoming hot weather. Mr. Jones was on time, he was very polite, he took all precautions for my safety. He wore covers over his shoes in my home and he wore a mask.  After he had me sign his tablet he even handed me a spray bottle of hand sanitizer to use since I had touched his tablet. As he left he reminded me that I should come lock up behind him.
