I had 6 responses to my query about an inside wooden  door not latching..
Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

The team that was sent was professional and completed the work very quickly.  Price was very reasonable and Nick and Forrest explained things well with what they were going to do.  Response to my call was excellent.  I will definitely use them when I have my next plumbing problem.

This is the way a business is supposed to be run. We were first time customers and called Ritter plumbing out of the blue to fix a clogged tub drain. Mr Ritter treated us like we were his first priority. He performed the work himself, along with two of his employees, both of whom were extremely professional and polite. Absolutely the best experience we've ever had with a plumber, hands down, in over 20 years of being a homeowner. Mr. Ritter even came back late in the evening with a part he needed to finish the job. We recently had an emergency leak in the kitchen and it was after hours. We called from large to small companies and got horrendous quotes. One of the company charges $100 once they step out the door. We got referred to Victor from one of our neighbors and he has done several jobs for us so far without the horrendous prices.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

Great experience from beginning to end.  George spent time advising me on the phone, reviewing pictures, and providing an accurate estimate.  He and Jeremy then came and installed a new water heater on very short notice.  They arrived on-time, were professional and cheerful, and completed the work at the estimated cost.  They also advised me how to economically address water pressure issues in my house, before making me commit to more work.  Great work!

Chris and his crew are great.... After being run thru the gantlet with stories and excuses on why our sewer seemed to keep backing up and, having the old plumber who has been with us for over 50 yrs not show up. Was out twice in 3 months . I decided to call Chris he answered the phone himself and after explaining my issues said he was on a big job but would get back with me the next day. At 7:00pm he called me back and asked if it was to late to come over, said he could be here in 15-20 minutes. We walked around and he explained what was going on and what it would take to fix the issues at hand. His pricing was reasonable. He is a great guy who was very professional along with his crew. they fixed our problem and then some. Cleaned up and not only did a small job for a neighbor but called us back the next week to check and see if all was ok and that we were happy. I would strongly recommend Chris Perot Plumbing to anyone in need of a honest and good plumber.

I had a plumbing issue at my house. They came over fixed the problem and wouldn't take a payment because Cailen said he didn't feel right charging me for a job that took 5 minutes. I will never ever use any other plumber ever again. Honest and very honorable business.

I'm not sure if i called on the wrong day or what! I contacted the company around 2 pm and they said they have someone available to come out in the afternoon. I called at 3 pm and they said the plumbers will be coming out in couple of hours, i asked for a time frame and wasn't provided with one, the lady kept telling me they will be out amd when they are on their way she will give me a call!
At 5:30 i get a call from the lady saying that the plumbers that are available are still working on other jobs and they won't be able to make it to fix the outside leak that i habe, mind you i asked the lady, till what time are you all open? She said till they finish the last service call.... well i am one of those service calls! I'm just frustrated coz its too late to find another plumber and there is no water in the house coz that's the main water pipe to the entire house!!
Have a better communication and organize your service calls so that you can attend to customers needs or let them know in a timely manner that you are not able to do the job you promised to do, not at 5:30 pm!!!!

I had them come out to quote a small job.  I thought it was maybe a half day project.  They quoted about $2000 for the job. It was 99% labor as I had already bought the fixtures that I wanted.  I said no thanks and did the project myself and it ended up taking only about 2 hours.  That comes out to nearly $1000/hr.  I can understand if a company has a minimum job price but that was never communicated.  When I scheduled the consultation I notified them of what I wanted so they knew it was not a huge job and did not notify me of any minimums.  They charge a $120(ish) service call fee which will be rolled into any work you have done.  I understand that companies have to do this but it seems a little dishonest to charge that fee and then show up with a quote for $1000/hr in labor.  I gave the company my feedback and they tried to justify the high price by pointing to labor cost increases and the fact that they had to buy a new truck last year.  I also completely understand current inflation but I don't think it's at $1000/hr.  I've recently had other plumbing jobs done at work that were no where close to this price.  I certainly don't know the details of quoting plumbing work but I think I can safely say that this company is way above what is reasonable.
