Richard from Patriot Services. was the first to respond and was available within 24 hours.
The quoted price from Richard was  amongst the more reasonable ones.
He arrived timely and corrected the latching problem in a jiffy.
He also gave me reasonable quotes for other tasks I asked him about.
He tells me that he is licensed in HVAC, Electrical and plumbing.
He also does Remodelling.
I will call upon him again, when needed.

Chris was fantastic! He fixed a problem we've had since we purchased this house 2 years ago in just under an hour! Katy plumbing has been our first and only point of contact since we moved to katy. They're super professional and they take care in fixing problems at the source instead of quick temporary fixes. We've had a wonderful experience thus far  and I'm sure will continue to.

I had a problem with an LG dishwasher which resulted in an error message and the machine would not start. LG said I should call a plumber. Mr. Ritter was able to clear the plugged-up line.  It took him about  2 hours to fix it and the bill was $475.00.  which I believed to be excessive,

I called Mike Tidwell Plumbing because they did a good job last time fixing a leaking pipe and I know they do not charge to come out and give you an estemate.  I had tried another place and they wanted over 50 bucks just to give you an estemate.

This time it was a drain in my kitchen sink that was draining too slow.  I called ahead and asked for a price and got it over the phone.  It was 150.00 less than another place which was almost double of what Mike quoted me.

They also fixed another problem I was having and made it look like it should (fixing someone elses mistake). Even with the extra work, it was still less than the other place.

I am very pleased with the service and honest prices which is hard to find these days.

I had 2 big items that required a plumber: 1). installing a dishwasher, and 2). installing a water heater.  I needed the work done ASAP.

I called Victor on Friday morning, and he was able to respond and install a dishwasher by Friday afternoon.  I also had him quote a price for a water heater installation. He was able to finish that job the following Tuesday.

Both jobs were done in a high quality manner and for a fair price.  

I would HIGHLY recommend Victor as a competent & fair priced plumber who provided EXCELLENT customer service.

I remember my first-time calling Han/Conn Plumbing Services was back in 2013. I found them on Angie's List. There were no plumbing companies that would repair galvanized pipes. Everyone wants to replace the entire house with plastic or copper pipes. That was a $10k job which exceeded my budget.

Javier was the guy who fixed that little leak for $200. It was not easily accessible in the attic above the bathroom sink. He is skilled and friendly. He speaks English and understands plumbing well.

When I called the number 8 years ago, a gentleman named Eddie Lopez, the owner, responded quickly. I was so happy that they fixed the leak, Javier also gave me his knowledgeable assessment.

I have not been in contact with him all these years. Just so happened I was desperately seeking a plumbing repair last year when the hot water pipe burst above my bedroom ceiling. I couldn't find galvanized pipe repair in business categories anymore. So, I texted Eddie. Javier came to my rescue the next day. The repair was a simple patch for $120. Because I planned to get pipes replaced in the entire house.

He also fixed a leaky shower faucet vault for $30 with a $45 supply I bought from Home Depot. (Other guys wanted to charge $130-$680.)

The following year, after my house was repaired. I called Eddie to get my entire house replaced with PEX pipe for $2800. Javier brought his assistant to finish in 2 days. I was grateful for their service. I just didn't like there was no written contract for the work. I had to find my own contractor to fix the drywall after they replaced the pipes.

I thought I skipped the burst frozen pipe damage after last year's Winter Storm Uri. I am actually one of many water pipe victims because of old galvanized pipes. It would be one of the requirements for the next house I buy.

I called on a Friday morning with one leak in a bathroom pipe. They gave us a time slot for that afternoon and came out exactly as scheduled. It turned out we had a second leak in the other bathroom .... they fixed them both! They had to get under the house for one of the leaks (uncomfortable, muddy), but they handled that quickly and professionally. In 2017, we had a plumbing problem which they handled in the same excellent manner and with a fair price. We are so thankful that we can call upon Wallin Plumbing when we have a problem. They saved us from a weekend with the water shut off -- all done with care and professional excellence. Many thanks! :)

Fabulous customer service!  They came out and were very thorough with looking at our leaks.  I felt very at ease to ask questions and recommendations.  Will definitely recommend to others and will do business again with them in the future.

Job didn't work out and had to go with another company but they were courteous and processed my requested refund quickly and without fuss.

Had a small leak in a pvc pipe under an outdoor kitchen sink.  Called Kae Edwards and they came out promptly.  After inspecting the pipe they quoted a price of $369.   When I inquired how long it would take he said it was hard to say.  I also was not given a break down of how much of the price was for parts.  The pipe was somewhat hard to access so I can understand that it would cost more than the usual repair.  I felt that $369 was way too much, however, so I went online to see if there was a YouTube video that could show me how to make the repair.  There were several.  The parts at Home Depot were around $10.  Once I actually found the correct video and purchased the parts, my total labor time was about an hour.  I understand they have to make a living, but $369 for a simple repair seems exorbitant considering I did it myself in an hour.  I can only assume it would have taken them half the time it took me.  Although the plumber was professional in his interactions with me, I feel the price was not fair considering it was such a small job.

Stay away from this plumbing company. If AHS assigns them to service your home, be prepared to pay big $$$ and even more than you were quoted once they arrive to service your home. They will also find a way to be excluded from your warranty to guarantee out of pocket costs. If you insist on using them, I recommend you have a plumber go out first for a free quote and then compare what this company says about the work you need done.
