I had a great experience with this company. The crew they sent out was very polite and very respectful. The pricing was very reasonable. I had multiple, very tiny gas leaks through a 2 story house and they fixed every single one of them. The leaks had been there since the house was built (poorly installed lines) and the gas company shut me down when they came to upgrade the meter. No other plumbing company I called wanted to touch the job or wanted to charge an outrageous fee. These guys are top notch and I already have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Like the previous reviewer, we have nothing but GOOD things to say about Brian and Triple H Plumbing.  Very reasonable, polite and HONEST.   He is good at what he does and you can trust him, which is rare these days.  Brian replaced all the galvenized pipes in my attic that  were leaking like crazy.  I now don't have to worry about that anymore.
I wouldn't use anyone else!

They do not guarantee their work. They say they do but when it comes down to it they don't. I had them fix a leak exactly 5 weeks ago and the fitting that they put in busted two days ago. They claimed That that would not happen. I was told that they guarantee their work when I called in the morning but when it was time to come out and fix it they changed their mind so we were left with no water with six people and 10 animals. They said they could come out but I'd have to pay full price I didn't want to use someone that doesn't do quality work so thank goodness another company was able to come out that evening.  We were told the fitting they used was to small for that job. The other company could not believe that they did not honor their work and fix that for us.

Rick is an honest hard working plumber who puts customer service first. We had all four of our homes toilets replaced and he was prompt on delivery and work.

I had purchased the Yelp special for plumbing services, and Keith came out the same day I called. He showed and explained thoroughly to me what the issue was and what my options were to resolve it. After he finished and I paid, he left and I was more than satisfied w/his service. Then as I was looking @ the invoice, I realized that the Yelp special wasn't calculated correctly, so I contacted him to question him about it, to which he replied right away and drove back to issue me a refund! I would recommend Flat Out for any of your plumbing needs, they go above and beyond!!

We have had a challenging time finding a plumber with online reviews, willing to come to Onalaska, that has any measure of professional integrity.  C&S is our new plumber for that area!  They showed up when they said they would, quoted an estimate, and were clear on what was being done.
They then completed the work the same day, to our satisfaction, and billed the exact amount of the estimate.  We don't live on the property but were having it done for a family member, so they took our payment conveniently by phone.  Thanks Ignacio and the C&S team!

Tim with Texas Premier was here this morning to fix my sink in the master bathroom.  He did a fantastic job in a timely manner.  Reasonable cost!  I will definitely use Texas Premier Plumbing again for any plumbing needs!!  Great service.

Great Job. First they schedule me the following day. Then they arrived earlier then scheduled. Techs were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themself very well. They also provided me with a veteran discount. The price was great and reasonably. Outstanding job and I would recommend them.

Sharpstown Plumbing has become my go-to plumber since last year.  Dennis and his assistant, D. Ray, are prompt, efficient, polite, and friendly, and they leave my place as neat, or neater, than they found it.  Prices are reasonable and I have no concern about any hidden fees or charges.  My dealings with Dennis have been like working with a friend of the family.  It's comforting to do business with someone trustworthy.

Jeremy Miller(My dad) is the best plumber! He works very hard to keep customers satisfied. He makes updates all the time to keep his business as running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. He is very friendly with his costumers and is fair with the price he charges. I assure you that you will be satisfied!

We recently used Chavez Plumbing to repair a busted water line under our house. We first called another plumber who came out, could not assess the problem and took 7 hours of our time. The next day, we had two guys from Chavez come out. They not only assessed the problem, but repaired it all within a few hours. They were very professional and even took the time to draw out the pipes under the house and the repairs being made for us. Pricing was very reasonable. This is our second great experience with Chavez and we will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Recommend!

Do NOT recommend Weeks Air Conditioning service!
Called them to service my system on 5/04/2017.  System running fine, just wanted it serviced before super hot weather hit.  Weeks technician said we had a leak and tried to sell us a whole new system.  Called Majestic Air, tech found no leak, no problem at all.  My system is still running just fine.  Weeks lied to us about leak and just wanted to sell us an unneeded system.

Getting close to 2 years since weeks tec . said I had leak in air cond. system & needed system replaced .  My system is running just fine 2 years later, without being replaced.  Important to research companies and pay close attention to customer reviews.

I have to say my experience working with Bonifacio Garcia was quite different than what's been posted previously. He helped me after a freeze with PEX installation and I found him pleasant, cost effective and thorough. Though he's very busy supporting other home building/remodeling projects, he responds to calls and texts quickly and is able to find time to address your project. All I can say is that has been my experience here in 2023.

Let me start by saying that my family has used this business for over 20yrs. Until this last last visit I have always been please with the work and the charges with the job. They took care of us on all fronts. Good work at a fair price. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, this experience was horrible. They showed up and charged us trip charges for the hourly rate from the moment they left the office. The tech charged me the trip charge 3 times because he forgot or did not have the right supplies. The work in question was replacing two outside faucets. Charged me 5.5 hours of work time and to replace those two faucets they wanted to charge me $495. I have had they replace 3 of the same kind of faucets just a few years back for less than $200. When my wife got home he was standing at his truck and she asked him are ya all done? His response was no I don't have the right supplies so I am trying rig something. She stopped him and told him we wanted it done right. The guy did not clean up left solder and sharp metal shaving all over my pool deck. Left insulation that the pipes were wrapped in all over the pool deck and in my yard. We had to call and ask them to send him back. Yes yet another trip charge because he did not do his job. He came back the next day another trip charge because he did not do his job. Finished the work and the work was done well but guess what he still did not clean up his mess in either spot. So my wife cleaned the area up after our dog cut his foot and some of the sharp metal. While cleaning the absolute disaster area this guy left my wife cut her finger too. She told me that she would handle it and she called and called to talk with them with no response. When we got the bill in the mail she still wanted to handle it. So I let her. In the mean time I had 3 other plumbers working on my street for other companies come over and ask them what this should cost and I got 3 different answers. All were between $150-$200. And the labor should have been 1.5-2.0 hours. I was charged 5+. She did finally get ahold of the billing department who transferred her to I am guessing the owner and he was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional to my wife. I am just glad I was not there to see it because I would be writing this from jail!  In closing do not ever use this business for anything!  They are dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional and are price gouging people!  I will be writing a review with the BBB too as this business is terrible and criminal in my honest opinion!  It's too bad that a 20+ year customer was treated so poorly.

Stay away unless you like to be robbed and treated poorly!
