This is what I call first class service. Fast, efficient, friendly, reasonable rate for the service they gave. The lady who took my call was easy to understand, very friendly and even did a call back after the job was completed to make sure I was happy. Payment information was emailed and I could pay a number of ways including online. I've made my CHOICE when it comes to a plumbing company in Baytown.

Alton is an outstanding plumber! He came to our house to maintenance our hot water heaters and did an amazing job. He was very professional and friendly and explained every step of the process to us. His work was meticulous and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn't cut any corners and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Alton and Blue Frog Plumbing for any plumbing needs. He's a true professional and we're glad Blue Frog Plumbing sent him for our project.

Be aware of Space City Plumbing. One of their selling points was their 10 year warranty. After they finished the job they pointed out the ten year warranty they used as a selling point before the job, only included parts. To me this is very deceiving. The job was a three thousand seven hundred dollar job to replace a sewer line. Almost all the job was labor, just about 60 feet of 4 PVC and a few fittings. They essentially don't warranty their work. I would think if they knew they did good work, they would not mind warranting it. If it was done right, the likely hood of it having a problem is slim. Them being deceptive about the warranty makes me wonder about the confidence in their own work.

These guys never stop. Had to have them
Come out at 8:30 pm to install toilet. Figured out the toilet tank didn't fit the bowl. Had to take back to mccoys the next day. However, they didn't charge me for the service call that night. Came out next day and installed the toilet. Just amazing service!

Since 2010, I have used All about Plumbing for several jobs. They have set toilets, fixed leaky faucets, installed gas lines, snaked sewer lines, fixed water heater. So when I have a big job, of course I call them. I needed to have house completely repiped because my copper water line which was in my foundation broke. I got several bids and they beat everyone! I'm not the type to only take the lowest bid, but I know the type work that they do so I trust them. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. When I needed to replace 120 feet of sewer line, I again got several bids and again I chose All about Plumbing. Between those two jobs, they have saved me thousands of dollars. And more importantly, they do a great job with all the necessary permits. Adrian and Greg were so great to work with. They were so polite and hard working. I also greatly appreciate Vidal who comes out and gives you a straight forward bid. You never feel like you are being sized up to see how much you can afford. I can't say enough good things about this company! It is very refreshing to deal with such an honest and highly skilled company!

Great service at a great price. If I have another leak I will use them again. Explained everything and gave me a price prior to doing the work.

My hot water heater in the attic has a catastrophic failure and water was leaking down to the bottom level. Steve of Ell-Dee plumbing quickly came over and isolated the heater. He came back on schedule a couple of days later, got the city permit, changed the water heater, got a roofer for the vent, and scheduled the city inspector. Excellent job, prompt and reliable. I highly recommend this company!

I woke up to a leak in my house this morning and decided to search Nextdoor for any previous plumber recommendations. After I saw several people recommend All In The Family Plumbing I decided to reach out to them praying for immediate assistance. Well, they answered my prayers and I now know why they came so highly recommended from so many people in the area. They promptly returned my call this morning, stayed in close contact with me throughout the day, worked me into their busy holiday schedule and fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes on site! I could not be more pleased with their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Troy is as good as it gets! I had a sprinkler backflow valve blow up on me overnight. I called Troy first thing in the morning, and he was at my house with the parts by 11am. Not only timely, but the price was very reasonable. After he fixed the valve, he advised me on fixing a different problem I had and even let me borrow some of his tools so I didn't have to buy them for a one-time use. I recommend anyone in the Spring/Klein area to give him a call for any plumbing needs.

Good golly, NEVER hire these guys! Check this out: They come to my house to fix one of two water heaters - the other one has been functioning fine for over 3 years, as the house was new 3 years ago - SO...they go into my attic, tinker around for an hour, then come down and tell me that now the OTHER water heater is broken. What a coincidence!
Then they proceeded to call my home warranty company and tell them that the water heaters are fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty (They are not, parts only), and so my home warranty company refuses to pay, and these guys proceed to tell me that it will cost upwards of $6-800 to fix BOTH water heaters (Yep, including the one they broke).
I said I needed to talk to the warranty company, and asked if they could come back the same day - Friday. They said sure, they could, just call them.
I call my home warranty company (AHS, different review later), and they say that in fact if the warranty is for parts only, they'll cover the labor. I call Sancho back, they say they will NOT come back out, they are too busy. So here I am, a Friday in the middle of winter, my wife and 5 kids and me with NO hot water. I proceed to go slowly ballistic, as you may understand. I call the warranty company back, make waves, they call the contractor, the contractor calls me and says they'll come back today, but they want DOUBLE the service fee. No choice, I'm paying.
Am I being unreasonable, or are these guys absolute arsehats?
