Really professional, showed up right on time, very polite guys. They fixed an emergency water heater problem quickly and even installed new valves!  The job could not have gone more smoothly and I can't recommend Burke enough.

Finally a plumber that does what they promise and at a reasonable price.Kevin from Brother's Plumbing showed up on time, gave me a reasonable and fair quote, worked diligently to get the job done on a very hot and humid day, and even cleaned up after himself when finished. The eve of Christmas Eve I called Lister plumbing to check our frozen pipes. I was desperate, we were expecting family for Christmas lunch. He came Christmas Eve morning. He gave us advice on accepting that the pipes were frozen and reassured us by predicting that  they would melt before Christmas and he was right. also he gave us advice for protecting our pipes next time. Plus He took the time hook up the gas line for a new fireplace insert with logs etc. the first thing they told me was we don't work on fireplaces.  I explained that it was the coupling that was the wrong size. They agreed to come look at it and the plumber they sent was wonderful. Got it fixed it and  checked to see if it was working properly. So even though it warmed up Christmas Day we didn't need a fire but we used it anyway. We have been using Lister plumbing for 20  years and they have always taken care of the problem. Thank you Lister.

I was expecting a very expensive fix.  These guys came in and fixed the problem in just a few minutes for a very reasonable price.

Layne of Layne Plumbing  (Layne Bryant) has been a master plumber for over 30 years.  He knows more about pipes and water than most younger plumbers, and he is an honest, good-hearted family man as well.  The kind of guy you feel comfortable with, in your home, working on things inside your home.  He doesn't work for some company that is always trying to sell you something or scare you into buying something.  His rates are very reasonable too.  We had a new water filtration system installed.  We got one bid (labor only) for $325 and one for $275.  Layne's price --  $197.  You can't beat that!  Highly recommended.

We've used Northside for all of our plumbing needs for quite a number of years now.  They always have quality material and their sales and customer service are top notch.  Kelly upstairs is also such a gem to work with. We've never had less than a stellar experience with all of their staff.  We hope to continue our relationship with them for many more years to come.

We had a horrible clog in our guest bathroom and called Day-Tex when we were unable to remove it ourselves. I called them after noon, and Jason was at the house to do the job within 3 hours. It was a horrible clog, but he got it loose and our pipes are running great now!  He was very conscientious, cleaned up his mess and was VERY reasonable on the price. I would definitely recommend his services! We will continue to use him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Great, honest and professional service! Arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and even to the time to offer alternative solutions to remedy a (minor) clogged toilet. I liked that he had set prices and provided prices for worst case scenarios.

I called because I have a clogged pipe and said I would like to have someone come take a look at it and give me a price on fixing it. She probably hung up on me thinking it was a mistake I called back answered hung up, answered, hung up very rude company run don't walk. Do not use this company if your life depended on it

Company was extremely professional when they came out to determine what was wrong with our tank less water heater. He was very friendly and actually explained to me what was wrong and how they would repair it. It took him a few days to get me the quote but they emailed it to me.  I emailed and called him back to let him know we wanted to use his services and didn't hear anything from him for over a week!  I finally called him again and asked why he hadn't returned my call or email and he gave me excuses. So I looked passed it and asked him to check their schedule and find the best time would be for them to come and repair my businesses' water heater.  Its been another 3 days WITH NO COMMUNICATION! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. Apparently, he does not want our company's business.
