I highly recommend JP Plumbing. These are the rarest of the people on earth who are very honest. I wanted them to replace my old water heater. But Lewis, the expert came and inspected the system and said I don't need to replace but fix certain things. He inspected this for free. No one does free service these days. He could have easily earned a few hundred dollars, if I has just asked him to install a new heater.
I hired them for installing new gas dryer. They did at a very reasonable price. I compared with other service providers. They gave crazy numbers. These people are affordable and above all very reliable. They come with shoe covers and make sure your house stays clean. I absolutely love them.

Bob DeShano is about as good as it gets!  We called him, he answered right away when he was on another job, responded immediately to all my text messages and was so reliable.  It's so good to find someone you trust that will do a good job.  If you need a plumber, please call him!  You couldn't get a better one!!

Good prices with solid work. I have 3 plumbers listed just in case however his name has the stars by it to call first and a note to retry because I liked his service and prices that much more. When he saw a valve kit for the toilet I told him my husband was planning on installing it. He suggested he also install a new flapper valve at the same time and showed me why. He was there to fix a leak under the toilet my husband didn't want to deal with and it turned out to be more than just needing a new wax seal so I was very happy he was there. All around nice guy.

Came out at the end of the day when I got off from work and within ten minutes clogged was removed and they were on their way!

I am so glad I turned to Yelp rather than home advisor or google to address a needed repair on my investment property. Mark responded quickly, sent me photos before, during and after, answered all my questions and emailed me a proposal as I requested. I was a bit leery initially as his bid was substantially less than another handyman company quoted for the same job, but Mark's bid was very much in line with what I thought it should cost and I was willing to pay to not have to do it myself.
But where I really found the five star worthy rating is in the reports I received from my tenants. They said the workers who came were on time, polite, and very respectful of their home, taking shoes off, laying plastic down, and keeping everything clean while working.
My tenants texted me a photo of the interior repair and said it was like nothing was ever wrong and they were very pleased.
Keeping a quality tenant happy is LIFE for me as a landlord and I will be using Home Repair Dudes again I am sure. Highly recommend.

Wow what a great experience! We needed to have a drum trap replaced for the tub in our old 1950's house.  Brandon was quick to schedule us an appointment and sent one of his best crews out the very next day.

When they arrived they quickly assessed the situation, told us our options and then priced everything out. They quickly got to work the very same day. Probably one of the most professional and nicest crews I have ever had work here. The pricing was a lot cheaper than I had foreseen.

Would definitely recommend to anyone in Houston and would not hesitate to have them work for us again!

Another great experience! Our kitchen sink was clogged and after many trouble shooting attempts I was unsuccessful in fixing the issue. So I called Brandon and he's says If I can't get my guys out there I'll come do it myself. Wow, you can't get better customer service Jan that. In about 30 min Brandon had the clogged fixed and gave me a VERY reasonable price, he even showed me how to fix the problem on my own in the future.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! We've used Mock Plumbing a few times over the last six to eight years.  This past Tuesday, July 19, 2016, they rerouted the washing machine drain in the garage and the kitchen drain from under the slab to outside the slab after the existing piping collapsed.  Chris and his assistant worked almost non-stop from about 8:30am until they finished around 2pm in the extreme heat and humidity.  They had to break through some concrete in a slab adjacent to the house, dug everything with a shovel, drilled through brick, dug down to the main sewer line to tie-in the new piping, and covered everything up.  The time and price also included having a masonry guy come out to repair the masonry at the kitchen and the exterior wall where the washing machine drain came out of the house and repaired the concrete that was removed.  Though I was not happy about having a drain line visible inside my garage, I understood there was no option when Chris explained the reasoning behind the decision.  The price was good as far as I can tell.  Chris diagnosed the collapsed pipe and proposed the reroute as a solution on the initial call-out when the washing machine drain stopped flowing.  Based on previous experience with Mock and having used a different plumbing company prior to finding Mock and having seen costs for the same work posted in reviews of other plumbing companies, I did not feel a need to research other plumbing companies nor get estimates from them.  Mock has done good work for us before and I am pleased with the work they did on this job.  I feel I have my plumber in Mock Plumbing.  They are the only company I would use for plumbing work and recommend them to whomever is in need of plumbing services.

I STILL have a gas line leak after spending $2288 with Bill & pioneer plumbing.
I never got an itemized statement till I hounded them for it. Bill will talk 15 mins about how much he knows - gains your  trust & even helps you get financing. They were supposed to fix a gas line leak & had the inspector come out to pass the work. My bill is only for bringing the 7 yr old water heater up to code REALLY?? If he said it would be cheaper to get another one - I don't remember it. But if he really cared about people he would have been honest with me I never would have paid all this money FOR NOTHING!  DRAIN PAN $217, ROOFER $450, $485 CUSTOMER SUPPLIED WATER HEATER, GAS TEST $373,  REPAIR MEDIUM ACCESS $373 All about the water heater. People like this need to BE IN JAIL!!!

I just had work done by Obsta. They were recommended to me by neighbors and I am so happy I went with them. The guys that came to my house were very courteous and persistent to find the issue. The total price was extremely reasonable. Overall, great service!!!

Called him to repair/replace hose bib.  He came out and said he had to cut into wall from inside house.  He said he would call with a quote and I never heard from him again. Terrible service.
