Wayne the owner seems to know it all when we had him out to drain out dual gas water heaters in the attic, and his experience definitely shows.  He was very thorough, told us about the quality of the water we have, and all there is to know about these heaters, how they are set up, connected, and everything else about their operation, as well as what to do and not to do for their maintenance.  Definitely would recommend All Phase Plumbing anytime you need a plumber that's honest, experienced, and reliable.

They were quick to respond and were able to give me a quote quickly. He answered all of my questions and really tried to work with our budget. It's clear that they are good at their job and care about the customer. I would highly recommend them.

I reached out to a number of services and Harris Plumbing was one of the first to respond. I'm a single woman and I was worried about someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. This was not the case. Mike was prompt, honest, professional and respectful of my property. I liked that he explained and showed me what the problem was and offered several solutions to fix it. These guys were great. Fast, efficient, and affordable. It's so nice dealing with independent family businesses who know there stuff. We had a clog in our line and they came out on a Saturday morning. They were polite clean and informative. I hope we don't have to use a plumber again, but if we do I know we'll use Our Plumber. Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

Austin came out this afternoon and did an awesome job. Found and fixed three breaks in frozen pipes. It's a chaotic time in Houston and every plumber is busy. But Austin did the job with care, patience, professionalism and a friendly attitude. -- And a good price.

I have been relying on this plumbing co since I bought my first house in 2006. The owner Doug is very professional and does quality work at an affordable price. I've had them install water heaters , repair pipes in attic, to completely remodeling a bathroom with a custom shower enclosure, etc. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend for any plumbing needs..

We have called several times beforehand and no one answers the phone. Yesterday we finally got through and the lady said she would call us back for times. She never did. We tried again today and finally she said Paul and them would come out however there is a flat service fee of $125. I was thinking that is way too expensive especially since we didn't have a major leak or anything. Our faucet wasn't working and no water was coming out. However, since we needed it fix, I said okay. When they came out, they only worked on the faucet for less than 2 minutes and it was fixed. Nothing was really wrong. I thought he could at least bring down the price but he refused. Really with the phone service and the way overpriced fee, try another place. I felt robbed because it was not worth the price they charged! I was recommended but seriously, go somewhere else unless they compensate us back.

David and his team is professional, responsive and reasonable. They sure know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing I highly recommend SP plumbing solutions.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! George with RPM Plumbing came out to install a garbage disposal that I had purchased (American Standard).

George was very precise, he inspected and evaluated everything before he started the install. Upon inspecting he let me know that one of the pipes should be replaced. He removed and disposed of the old garbage disposal, he was very organized, worked very clean and cleaned up everything when he completed the job.

Also, George was very professional and courteous. I would definitely request George for my next plumbing job.

Re: AC repair.  Called them on a Sunday and got great service in a reasonable time with a fair price.  Service technician was professional.  I have used Milton Frank for many years for plumbing and they will now be my go-to for HVAC as well.  Highly recommend.

I had a back flow preventer to my sprinkler system blow off as a result of freezing temperatures. They indicated that the unit would need to be changed at the cost of over a thousand dollars including a city permit and required back flow test.

Once I was able to turn my sprinkler back on I found that the zones did not work as they previously should have with several running at once. I had to have a sprinkler technician come out who indicated that a full replacement was not necessary and that the part could have been replaced for $150. Additionally, the technician indicated that the wires to the sprinkler system had been incorrectly reconnected.

This company which I had used before, so I should have been considered a good customer, does not seem interested in giving good advice and maintaining long customer relationships. I will never use them again as I think they only had their interest in mind.
