Can't complain too much with my experience. They were prompt to respond, informative. Professional. And had my issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Was a little more than I wanted to spend because I had to buy a part and it required two separate service appointments. Wish the price was a tad cheaper-- having moved from out of state I notice a lot of services like this tend to overcharge. But overall wasn't too bad of an experience and would probably use them again in the future if needed.

I had a leak on the outside of my house and after I submitted a request for service thru Yelp, many Plumbing Companies contacted me right away.
I chose Precise Plumbing Service because they were the only company that was able to send a Technician over to my house on the same day.  They did a great job at repairing the leak, and so far it has held up.  

The gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe I was overcharged.  The repair that I needed shouldn't have been that expensive.  I just decided to pay it because I was wanted the leak repaired right away.  So my advice to anyone out there who is looking around  is to be patient and let different companies do an estimate first before you hire someone.  That way you can go with the best offer.  Even if you have to wait a few days, I think it will be worth it.  

But overall, I probably would hire them again....but only after I shopped around first.

Wayne came by next day to install a full home water filter and was overall just a great experience. He's a very knowledgeable professional and just a very nice guy. Thanks Wayne!

Carey Plumbing installed a new shower head for me.  I requested they look at my bathroom sink piping.  It was old and corroding.  They put in new valves, piping, p trap and put a new valve on my toilet connection from the wall.  They did an excellent job.  Courteous, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.  They will be my plumber of choice going forward. They also were able to send me an e-invoice via email.  I reviewed and paid it with a credit card and got an e-receipt.  Smooth operation.

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.
We will definitely call Mike again.

I reached out to a number of services and Harris Plumbing was one of the first to respond. I'm a single woman and I was worried about someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. This was not the case. Mike was prompt, honest, professional and respectful of my property. I liked that he explained and showed me what the problem was and offered several solutions to fix it. He not only took the time to explain but he educated me on a what to look out for in the future. Harris Plumbing is my go to company for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend.

Dynamic Drains of Texas is a keeper. There were quite a few recommended plumbers but this company was highly recommended by many. We had a slow draining tub and some serious clogs at different points in our drain pipes. From the first contact to them by phone, during and after the work was completed the experience was superior! The lead plumber was Bobby Garza and he thoroughly explained the process to be used and showed us (using a camera) what the issue was inside the pipes. It was quite a show watching them jet the pipes. Bobby and his partner were very polite and knowledgeable of their work. Will we use them again....you betcha...but praying no time soon..lol. Thank you for sending skilled plumbers.

Found this company today on Yelp. Needed a very small job done. They responded quickly to my text and came out and did the job quickly and efficiently.  The price was extremely reasonable  and Luis was very friendly. I highly recommend you call them the next time you need a plumber. They will be our first call in the future.

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

When looking for a company to do our repipe I got at least 6 different estimates.
David Henry came in and did a walk through of our house, saw our master bath and the tile work that I REALLY did not want to have cut into and damaged, and another bathroom that another company told us they'd have to yank out the whole cabinet and counter, he absolutely assured us that wouldn't have to happen. I was so relieved! Then he sat us down and brought in actual pieces and fixtures showing us EXACTLY what they would use, he had videos, and answered all of my ridiculous questions perfectly. He left us with a full color folder explaining everything! He really put us at ease.
Most of these repipe companies contract out to other companies. Not We Do Repipes! They have their own crews for EVERYTHING. They are fully licensed and  insured.
Their estimate was not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive! I checked all of their reviews online and was very satisfied. So we decided to go with them.
They were right on time (to the minute) for their appointments. Communication was always very easy and very clear. Their crew showed up and we're very respectful of my home and my little dog. They worked almost 12 hours that day but when they left I had a full repipe and a new tankless water heater all up and running seamlessly!
Next was the Sheetrock repair appointment and their repairman Oscar. He arrived EXACTLY at his appointment time, did a walk through and got to work. He is very detail oriented and meticulous with his work. He's a super nice guy and seems to be able to fix ANYTHING! We were so pleased with Oscar I made him lunch the second day he was here.
All in all everything that we had done came out PERFECTLY! What an awesome experience to work with a company that does absolutely everything they say they are going to do at the high quality they promise! I will definitely recommend this company EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Dog C. And whole crew at Doug's are awesome!  Been using them for 8 years at 2 of my houses and work.  Honest and fair.  Tells me what needs to be done and no BS. No overcharge. I have used other big name and small companies many times before.  I only trust Doug's.  You won't be cheated.

Fixed  my gas leak at a much better rate than the competitors.  They didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need and were honest about the whole process.   I had another plumber that wanted to replace my entire gas line and said it wouldn't pass inspection otherwise.  Over all I'm happy with their fair pricing and honest work.  Thanks for the good business

David and his team is professional, responsive and reasonable. They sure know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing I highly recommend SP plumbing solutions.

We needed a water heater replaced. They replaced our water heater on the weekend, showed up on time, we're clean, did quick work, honest and up front on materials pricing and very polite. Will call again for my piping and plumbing needs.

Leo R. timely arrived, listened patiently as I described the problem, then fully detailed the necessary work.  Leo was very professional, knowledgeable, and documented the work performed.  Took great care to ensure hardwood and carpets were protected at all times.  The work performed was excellent.  Leo deserves an A+.  This is the second time I've used Village, both times I've been very satisfied.
