On CHRISTMAS EVE, I was able to get a very quick response and have a tech come out on the day after Christmas.
Kelly was quick and cordial. He made the repair painless and quick.
Plus 1 year of warranty on the repair.

We will be using them again soon for another plumbing problem, but hopefully not for for awhile with another emergency.

I had a leak on the outside of my house and after I submitted a request for service thru Yelp, many Plumbing Companies contacted me right away.
I chose Precise Plumbing Service because they were the only company that was able to send a Technician over to my house on the same day.  They did a great job at repairing the leak, and so far it has held up.  

The gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe I was overcharged.  The repair that I needed shouldn't have been that expensive.  I just decided to pay it because I was wanted the leak repaired right away.  So my advice to anyone out there who is looking around  is to be patient and let different companies do an estimate first before you hire someone.  That way you can go with the best offer.  Even if you have to wait a few days, I think it will be worth it.  

But overall, I probably would hire them again....but only after I shopped around first.

Wayne and his crew replaced our hot water heaters and repaired our plumbing lines. They were extremely courteous, professional, and clean. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

We had a issue with our garbage disposal, my husband had just replaced it a week ago and I noticed water not draining in the dishwasher.  Was worried we were going to have to replace the dishwasher.  Contacted Harris Plumbing and Mike came out immediately.  It was the garbage disposal and he fixed it and saved us from going out and buying a new dishwasher.   I highly recommend them and if we ever need a plumber, will not hesitate to contact them.

We called for help when we were in need for diagnostics and we could not get good information from anyone else.  They answered the phone, came when they were scheduled, and spent time to fully investigate and answer our questions.  We especially want to thank Adam and his assistant for their hard work and professionalism.

Highest recommendation!  Lifetime Plumbing replaced our aging bathtub faucet fixtures and installed PEX piping for the supply lines.  We found the company after a neighbor used them and were very pleased.

The company was super professional and excellent to interact with.  The van the plumber arrived in was clean and nice.  Shawn was dressed professionally and explained things very clearly.

Lifetime Plumbing is very customer service focused.  After dealing with one of the big companies for my Mom's house recently, it was refreshing to work with a smaller business without the logistical complexities.  I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

When looking for a company to do our repipe I got at least 6 different estimates.
David Henry came in and did a walk through of our house, saw our master bath and the tile work that I REALLY did not want to have cut into and damaged, and another bathroom that another company told us they'd have to yank out the whole cabinet and counter, he absolutely assured us that wouldn't have to happen. I was so relieved! Then he sat us down and brought in actual pieces and fixtures showing us EXACTLY what they would use, he had videos, and answered all of my ridiculous questions perfectly. He left us with a full color folder explaining everything! He really put us at ease.
Most of these repipe companies contract out to other companies. Not We Do Repipes! They have their own crews for EVERYTHING. They are fully licensed and  insured.
Their estimate was not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive! I checked all of their reviews online and was very satisfied. So we decided to go with them.
They were right on time (to the minute) for their appointments. Communication was always very easy and very clear. Their crew showed up and we're very respectful of my home and my little dog. They worked almost 12 hours that day but when they left I had a full repipe and a new tankless water heater all up and running seamlessly!
Next was the Sheetrock repair appointment and their repairman Oscar. He arrived EXACTLY at his appointment time, did a walk through and got to work. He is very detail oriented and meticulous with his work. He's a super nice guy and seems to be able to fix ANYTHING! We were so pleased with Oscar I made him lunch the second day he was here.
All in all everything that we had done came out PERFECTLY! What an awesome experience to work with a company that does absolutely everything they say they are going to do at the high quality they promise! I will definitely recommend this company EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Called several other local companies and they took too long with no urgency. If you live near Sugar Land I highly recommend them.

We had the hot water heater replaced and are very happy. Repipe  beat the competitors by $800 and didn't complain that our unit was in the attic. The installation was completed with skill, the men were polite and the owner communicated well. We recommend giving them a call.

Absolutely terrible experience. This company was sent to us through our home warranty (Choice, if you're considering them stay far away). We needed a drain clean out for a flooded sink. The plumber showed up forcing us to pay for additional services that were not necessary to solve our immediate problem (he insisted we had to pay $400 for a p-trap replacement in addition to the drain clean out). We ultimately agreed to replace the part as well since our sink was actively flooding, and he refused to do the drain clean out before replacing the parts. Plumber then said that he actually didn't have the parts, and since it was Friday he wouldn't be able to come back until Monday to fix it. He refused to do the drain clean out or do anything to help us before leaving. He left our sink disassembled, and RMP had the audacity to call and charge us a service fee for the visit. We had to call another plumber and pay out of pocket for the drain clean out - the other plumber immediately realized the urgency of the situation and agreed it needed to be resolved ASAP.
I'm shocked at the positive reviews for this company. We are new to choice home warranty and are realizing that they may be the root cause of the problem, but it seems they find companies like RMP to be complicit in their schemes. The fact that a plumber could walk in, see the state of our actively flooding sink, and completely refuse to do anything to help us as paying customers is insane. Stay far away.

I emailed this company to request an estimate for a complete plumbing job involving installing a plumbing system for my home. I spoke with Lauren via email.

Now we are talking about a job that costs between 15 and 20,000.00.. Prior to calling Milton Frank Plumbing, I called Unuversal Home Services. Universal waived any fee just for giving them the opportunity to get the job.

Milton Frank and Lauren wanted to CHARGE ME $48.50 for the opportunity to bid on my project and PAY THEM upwards of 20,000.00.

If you need good people that don't use money as a basis for doing business, call JB Plumbing or Universal Home Services.

I wouldn't recommend Milton Frank for any Plumbing Services  it's all about the $$$$.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEN DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE YOU GET TRICKED BY THIS COMPANY!!! My mom was the one who hired this company as she needed her shower valves inspected. She searched google for a plumbing company and they popped up first.  On google they have a 4.3/5 rating, but on here their rating is 3/5, which is a significant difference. After they did their inspection, the technician provided the estimate of $1,175.00 to install a new one or $748 to repair it. Mind you there were no SPECIFIC DETAILS ON THE ESTIMATE PAPERWORK which should be stated on there already! She was  informed the cost was higher due to the fact they had to cut out the wall and do a lot of other what they call necessary things in order to get to the pipes and fix them. They even told my mom this price is based on the project itself, it doesn't matter if the technician takes 5 minutes or 5 hours to do the project, the price is going to be the same. LIKE WHAT?! That doesn't make sense. It wasn't until my mom received the estimate that she decided to compare that price with other companies and come to find out this company was charging her WAY TOO MUCH!!! She ended up losing $60 for the estimate fee or deductible fee or whatever they want to call this charge and instead chose a different yet HONEST company to complete the job WITHOUT ANY WALLS NEEDING TO BE CUT OUT!!!  FYI my mom is an Asian 60ish y/o lady that doesn't speak English very well, which is why I am speaking on her behalf. But I just think it is a shame that this company is okay with taking advantage of others. Just look at all the bad reviews others had to say about them.
