Mason is my go to plumber for my home and apartment that I own.  At my apartment I had a clogged AC drain, and Mason was the only plumber that came out that was correctly able to diagnose the issue.  Whenever I have a plumbing issue I always call Mason to get his opinion.  He is very honest and always willing to help.  I highly recommend his services.

This is a GREAT COMPANY! FAIR, HONEST AND QUICK TO RESPOND. I am stationed out of state and they are there when I call on them to help my elderly mother when the plumbing at her house or rental property becomes an issue. ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE!! THANK YOU!!

James and Mike are two of the hardest working gentleman that work here! These two wonderful men came out to our home twice in one day basically because our washer was causing an issue with plumbing in our house. They found solutions both times the first time they found a clog and a blocked vent the washer ran and was seeming to work fine when they left  both times they ran it and we ran it once after that, but then it started having issues again later in the day they came back out within 30 minutes of calling them the second time snaked the lines both times they came out, rehung loose lines under our home that were sagging and tried every solution they could think of to solve our issues. I'm convinced not only was there plumbing installed incorrectly in our home originally from watching enough you tube videos and by what they also told us and that the washer might have a pump issue itself.  However they worked very hard and they are nice and professional working plumbers not appliance repair men I appreciate all there hard work and knowledge and experience they are valuable and I am so glad they fixed it !!!

Had an issue with main water line leaking and causing a mess!! John was able to come out same day to assess the problem, give a fair quote, and started working right away!! He even referred me to a good water restoration company to help the rebuilding process,.!! He was real easy to talk with and down to earth! I felt he gave excellent customer service and would use him again for my plumbing needs!

Every time we've called, we get a fair price, quick service, great work. Paul the Plumber is our go-to for our plumbing needs / projects.

Dave did a great job fixing a shower valve. Other plumbers wanted to create access to the valve by demolishing the bathroom tiles which would have costed over $1000 plus the cost of the plumbing work. Dave came in all ready to create his own access through plywood in a crawl space (wasn't easy but he did it right).  Once done he took the time to check for all possible leaks and resealed where needed.  Would highly recommend him. This is a sad case of poor business practices.  Repipe specialists of Harris County is a sub company of Joe Nettles Plumbing.  Steven Nettles has told me many times that Nettles Plumbing would take care of my problem but they have not. I thought these guys did a good job at first but over 2 years later they haven't finished the job.  I paid Steven Nettles $600 to repair the holes they made in the walls as a result of repiping.  He sent a guy from Nettles Plumbing to the house who ripped me off for about $300.  So that's $900 I'm in the hole.  I've tried to be understanding for over 2 years (nearly 3 years).  I thought he was dealing with some personal issues and I wanted to give him time.  I've called Steven repeatedly.  He promises to do the job but never follows through.  Essentially, he stole about $900 from me.  Very sad Steve Nettles is allowed to continue doing business.

Called This plumbing company they immediately sent a plumber, Doug out. That lady that answered the phone was very honest and took care of the problem immediately. Great service and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend. Thanks

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

I had 1 800 Plummer (Pearland) to my house this morning. The guys did a quick and fabulous fix on my outside faucet. They did it in a short amount of time. They were courteous and pleasent.  They also did cleanup of the cut out they had to do to fix the problem. Great work great time thus saving me labor costs. The over all price was less than I thought it was going to be. Thank you so much. I now have a new Plummer that I will use hopefully not for a long time but they are there if needed. Penny Gibson

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

Great plumbing company. Found our problems and fixed them. Easy to work with and less expensive than the rooter kinda guys.

I believe that they are price gouging.  Had a small project and received an estimate that was way too high and clearly not representative of the work needed to be performed.  Nearly a $100/LF for 23 LF of plastic 1 gas line.  Absolutely now way I would use or recommend this company.

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
