Mason is my go to plumber for my home and apartment that I own.  At my apartment I had a clogged AC drain, and Mason was the only plumber that came out that was correctly able to diagnose the issue.  Whenever I have a plumbing issue I always call Mason to get his opinion.  He is very honest and always willing to help.  I highly recommend his services.

Did a really good job - the guys were really nice and very willing to explain their work. Only 4 stars because they forgot about the 9:30am appointment and I had to call - he had misplaced the paperwork - very busy down here with all the leaks and probably because I had called the week before (I should have called the day before to confirm - I will next time).

We had an emergency and they came right out on a Saturday.  The gentlemen were hard workers, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Just as soon as my call was answered, I knew I had the right business  Good work at a fair price with nice people.

I am new to the Katy area and used Yelp reviews to choose Mercy Plumbing to do some (what seemed to be) fairly simple repairs. Breanna in the office was very friendly and helpful and John, the owner, told us how experienced he is (several times) so we hoped we had found a good service.  The pricing seemed quite high but we moved forward hoping for a professional repair.  The price was over $1500 for about 2 hours work.  The invoice was extremely vague and unclear so I asked for a breakdown, but never got it.  Two days after they were here, the toilet in my master bath started doing the same thing that caused me to call a plumber initially.  Everyone was on vacation for over a week so we just didn't use that toilet until they got back. When they came back out, they said some part inside the toilet was installed backwards and that's why the toilet didn't work properly. They charged us another $250 to make this repair which it seems they should have found the first time. A few hours later we found that the toilet was leaking.  They came back and repaired it the next day but we told them not to come back if there would be any additional charge. The toilet still doesn't work properly (the handle which they replaced sticks in the downward position when flushed) but we are just living with it and will contact a different plumber at a later date. The whole experience was very frustrating.

Was able to schedule me same day within a couple of hours.  Great communication as technician rescheduled due to previous job running long.  Really expensive for 20 min job.

We have had Dave out to clear out the main drain to our septic tank twice. He is incredibly nice and punctual if not early which is greatly appreciated when your toilets are backing up. He comes off hours, weekends, you name it, and he does fast efficient work at a fair price. Our washer drain has been backing up lately and he responded to my email promptly and will be coming out at the time I requested and I have no doubt whatsoever that my problem will be fixed quickly and affordably. Knowing he is around makes me feel confident that we will never have any major problems with our plumbing.

Great service. A friend recommended them when we needed our dishwasher drain/air intake fixed. It was leaking rather than draining. I called, they came on a timely basis, explained the problem, gave me two options, fixed it and charged me fairly. The gentlemen were very nice and thorough.

They came out and fixed my pipes after this winter storm in a little more then 24 hours after calling when most plumbing places have a 3-4 week wait! Very friendly staff and service, will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will most definitely use them again.

We had a water leak coming from underground.  Taylor and Marco came out and repaired a cracked PVC T from the well.  They were professional and timely.  Repair was completed within a two hours.  I also had Taylor give me a price to repipe our old farmhouse with Pex pipe, which I am having them do.

This family owned business has a friendly attitude, fast service and fair prices. They were easy to get in contact with, and were very upfront from the first call. They helped me come up with a solution to my problem, and saved me from spending thousands of dollars that I didn't need to. A scope of work was discussed, and to my pleasure there were no nasty surprises which would have cost more time and money. I would not hesitate to call them again for any work I may need in the future.

Someone called that night and when told to please call next day as I was already in bed, hung up.

We needed our whole 2 story house re-piped and I called several plumbing companies.  This has been an ongoing problem for about four years now and we had the pipes patched but it did not solve the total problem created by galvanized piping.
Noble was one of the four plumbing companies we contacted and although they were not the cheapest, they were by far the most open and explained the whole process to us, offered to get us someone to do the sheet rock repair and told us how much time we would need.  Others quoted more time and no mention of clean up, warranty or guarantee, etc.  
We were very glad we went with with Noble because they did a beautiful job, were done in 2 days and unlike two other companies we have had replacement of pipes done with, they were fabulous on clean up, everything worked like it should and our water pressure was much better.  They go the extra mile, and are coming back to add some additional plumbing we want done.  Very impressed with Jeremy and his team.  We cannot thank them enough and we will be more than happy to recommend them to everyone we know.  Thank you Jeremy and Noble plumbing for doing such a wonderful job, I can rest much easier knowing we won't have anymore problems with pin whole leaks that create problems in the ceilings, walls and floors.

JimBoys are the best. They came out for a nasty emergency deep clog root on our house this evening and had our drain unclogged in record time for an extremely reasonable price. They were very friendly as well, and walked us through the process as it was happening. Best plumber experience I've ever had. Can't recommend them highly enough

The plumbing work was excellent for  extensive repairs after the Texas freeze.  But the charges were for two  master plumbers and actually there  was only a master plumber and a  plumbers helper working.  This was way too much.  I needed an invioce  wih a listing of parts used and labor to submit for my home owners  insurance.  The company would not provide anything other than a single  line each for parts and labor and not on a company letterhead. Because  of this - I was not able to recover from my insurance.

My wife called another plumber to replace the back flow valve & and they were not able to do it without shutting off the main water break which they could not find.

I called Show plumbing & the owner Jason came out to take a look.  He said he could do it & Patrick came out the next day and took care of me.

Janice, the office lady always kept me informed with text and phone support for when they were coming out & I always knew what to expect.

If you need plumbing help... show plumbing is my only choice!

Sorry excuse for a business!!  We were on schedule for service two days in a row at the same appointment time (6PM) and they never came.  Mind you they are a 24hr business.  The first scheduled evening they calked and left a message at 5:09 saying they couldn't come (less than a hour from the time they were to be at our home), and asked that we call and reschedule.  We did...for the following day.  This time no one called or showed up.  Again, sad excuse for a business.  It is probably a blessing in disguise, because if this is the way they do no potential customers, we don't want any part.

Called at 11:30pm on a Friday. Great initial phone service...set us up for a window of 9am-1pm the next morning. Kept my phone close all morning. Phone rings one time and ends call before I can answer. I call back immediately, get disconnected, and call again. Finally reach someone who says we've moved on. I asked for more clarity and they just said you have been moved in the queue. One minute after one ring and hours of waiting. The queue ended up being 2 days later...we canceled. Really though?? One ring. One minute. Awful customer service.
