I needed a plumber to clear our lines in an older house.  Their senior technician Sean did an excellent job and gave me price options and showed me his book of discounted and preferred prices.  After finding some roots in the line, he offered a discounted rate of $99 to come back to run a camera (normally $300+, as I recall).  He took his time to make sure the job was done right, gave me tips, and had all the parts and equipment necessary in his huge truck.  I felt comfortable with his advice and will highly recommend Wedgeworth to my neighbors and friends.  Thank you, Sean.

Highly recommend!!! We ran into an emergency situation on a Sunday (could have been without water) and jumped onto Yelp to search for a plumber. I could have not picked anyone better. He was so nice and even though he was closed he came out quick. He fixed the problem in no time at such a great price. Hands down, an exceptional plumber! I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

Héctor and the cree were absolutely great at completing our old water heater. They were very knowledgeable and detail with the installation. They when above and behind to fix other plumbing issues in our house and provided guidance on maintenance. Thank you to Acacias Plumbing!

Looking for an honest, hard-working, dependable, and trustworthy plumber? Look no further. Having received multiple estimates from others for an ~80 year (?) cast-iron main line sewer clog, Kim saved me thousands of dollars by showing me the fundamental problem wouldn't be fixed by the other's proposed solutions. I will now be scheduling a yearly hydro-jet clean out with Kim: he's earned my business.

EPW did a stellar job installing my water ionizer/ water filter. Even though this is not a typical service offering they were able to accommodate my request. Jordan in the office took the time to watch the installation videos I sent which made me feel confident they understood what was in store. Will and Stephèn came on time and were very professional. They figured out best way to make the connection given the limitations of my faucet and even made a trip to Lowe's to get a needed part. They did a great job on the installation. Although the job took longer than expected they adhered to the original 'guesstimate' quote that Jordan gave me over the phone ahead of the job. I am satisfied with the job that was done by EPW and will use them in the future for other plumbing projects. AND I'm super excited to use my new water ionizer and eliminate the need to buy bottled water anymore! THANK YOU!!

My parents home had a broken pipe that was releasing sewage under there house. I'n addition the broken pipe allowed sewer gases to pure out into the open for a terrible smell. We contacted Alex and explained the issue and we quickly set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and as expected. The work was completed professionally and he was on point with his estimate. Thank you First Aid Plumbing. You took an scary situation and brought back normalcy.

Contacted this establishment on 2/6/23 for someone to come out to my home to service a leak that was detected by the city of League City. My appointment was scheduled for 2/7/24 between 9am-10am. I received a call from Chris on 2/7 asking to push back our appointment due to being on another job so I agreed to 4pm. At 6pm, I received a call from Chris stating a tool was left behind at the previous job and he needed to reschedule. Super inconvenient considering I took off from work to be present for my appointment and as a teacher, we are not given many days to request off per school year. Needless to say I will not recommend this company to anybody.

Needed these folks to snake a couple of drains that were slow-draining. They responded quickly with a quote, showed up on time for the appointment, were courteous and neat, and did the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

It was taking 3-4 minutes for hot water to get to my kitchen sink.  I was frustrated.  I hired JD Plumbers.   They added a pump to my system.  Now I get hot water in under a minute.   Plus the water is hotter as it doesn't have time to cool off.  Much better.

Alliance Plumbing is amazing.  Jean couldn't have been nicer, and she definitely talked me off the ledge.  And Agustin saved my weekend with an emergency call on Friday night.  He explained everything, informed me in advance of the cost and the possibility of other necessary procedures, and then fixed everything quickly.  He's not just a great plumber, but a very nice person who truly cares about the customer.  I highly recommend them!

We had leak outside the house. Cedric was the technician that showed up to the house. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him where the leak was and he said he would get right on it. He fixed the leak and answered all the questions that I had about it. He even explained a few other details. Over all a very satisfying experience.

If I could give them no stars,  I would have. Their techs are more concerned with sales. I was told that their new policy was that I'd pick a day. They would call me thirty minutes before arrival. I asked, if they would give me a time window. I was told that it was anytime during the day. If I wasn't available, they would just go on.
I asked the representative if she could leave her job for a couple of hours, anytime she needed repairs?
They have little customer service.
I wish that I had seen their Yelp Reviews before I had a service contract. . Multiple one stars are a huge clue.
I'm going to try a company that values my time not theirs.
