You can't go wrong with These guys. They will take care of you no matter what. While other companies will ignore phone calls or not take care of issues. This company really looks out for you. Definitely a premium service company.

This place keeps reporting tips/reviews and having them censured which is odd. Anyways, I called to request help installing a gas line and they do not install gas lines. They did not explain why and were quite unpleasant by phone when I asked follow up questions about if they recommended anyone else to do that work. Despite their listed services including gas line help, this does not seem to be correct for oven work.

Edit to add: to respond to owner's reply- it is important for your potential clients to know if customer service is rude, unhelpful, or listed services are not correct. Yelp informed me that you'd reported my brief tip where I stated that the service isn't offered, which led them to asking me to put this information as a review instead. I am sure you reported this review as well.

Professionalism is not high with your company, evidenced by your response here and continuing to push for reviews to be censored. You could have repaired this easily by updating your info and apologizing for the rude customer service instead.

Called, they answered, and I got an A/C repair appointment for the next day (during the hottest weather of the year) with no trouble at all. The repairman came 15 minutes early, and got everything done in about 30 minutes. He even pointed out another issue connected to the furnace, as an FYI.

Highly recommended. This was the least painful service call I've had, ever.

Bryan came out to service a furnace and air conditioning unit that was malfunctioning.  They responded within minutes of an email request and were able to fit me into their busy schedule within a single day.

As life would have it, my AC/furnace unit began malfunctioning the day before a long-planned two-week vacation.  Without their support and good work, this would be a significant issue that would cause worry and concern during our trip.

We were happy to sign up for their maintenance plan and look forward to their service in the future.

We are a family of 4 including 2 young kids, just a couple months ago both our furnace and A/C stopped working.  For those you with kids, you understand how important those two machines are in the home.
After TRYING to work with another company (who was recommended by a family friend) with horrible customer service, my hopes for finding a good company to replace our furnace was looking pretty bad.
It's at that point that I found Clean Energy Comfort! They totally exceeded our expecations!
I called them, and that same afternoon Chris (the president and owner of the company) called me to set up and schedule a FREE estimate. Where other companies told me they would charge me for giving me an estimate.
Chris came over that next day (earlier than scheduled) to come check things out and take measurements, and when I told him what price point I needed to stay at he told me he would email me three different options that would meet my price point. I got the email that night (just like he said I would).
After making our decision I let him know, and we scheduled the install for that next week.
One of his technicians showed up early on that day that we scheduled the install. He started working around 7:30am (he was scheduled to be here at 8am) and was done around 5pm, and even fabricated some new parts needed for the install at no charge!
As a bonus because I went with them for the furnace, Chris sent out two other technicians to check out my A/C (also free of charge!). It turned out that I needed a new part, and when I told them what price point I needed to be at for the whole deal, the technicians working on the A/C switched out the part needed at a discounted rate. PLUS they cleaned both the inside A/C coil and outside part of the A/C unit, and topped off the refrigerant at no extra charge!
All said an done they left us with two fresh machines (one new furnace and one fixed and cleaned A/C unit) and made sure we knew how to control the new thermostat they installed (Chris and his team are VERY knowledgeable about the products they sell and service).
I am definitely a very satisfied customer! And would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new furnace, A/C unit or servicing of either one!

We have depended on this company for maintenance and repairs for many years. They have reliably performed both periodic inspections and fixes for our two Mitsubishi heating and a/c units. Just yesterday, Ryan was here to perform checks of the units, and he did an outstanding job making sure everything was in working order. He answered all our questions and checked a few extra items for us for no additional charge. I highly recommend this company and its knowledgeable and helpful staff and technicians.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and CEC was the first company to respond. I'm sure during the really cold weather spells they are very booked up. I told them that we had two little ones and no heat. CEC moves schedules around and had someone here by 8am! They completed the repair (igniter replacement) and we had heat within an hour. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We arrived two weeks ago and moved in to a 23-year old house. I had great experience with a Trane residential HVAC system in our previous house, and when I saw the Trane unit in our new home, I went to trane.com and looked for authorized local dealers. Air Stars was one of the two listed, so I checked the online reviews and decided to give them a call. It was a great experience thereafter! Aaron, the service technician, gave our HVAC system a thorough check-out, took pictures and explained them to me, changed the dirty filter, repaired a fault in the outside condenser power supply, and got our AC running smoothly again just in time for hot weather. It's been running great since, with outside temps in the high 90s for a few days. I know how important it is to routinely maintain an HVAC system, so I signed up for a support plan too, and the following week Cole and Zack came out and gave the ducts a thorough cleaning and checkout, too. They explained everything to us in detail and I was pleased that our system checked out well and is solid for the coming year. I'm a retired engineer, so I know these folks did a great job, and I'm happy to recommend them!

Our Bryant furnace was having issues, I needed to have it looked at so I sent out a request for a service call to several companies on Yelp. I received a call within minutes from Clean energy comfort, They were very pleasant on the phone and had a reasonable diagnostic charge, they were able to schedule a service call for later that afternoon.
Their Technician Bryan showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He found a cracked secondary heat exchanger. That is where the good expereance seemed to stop. The problem, it turns out, is covered under the manufacturers warranty but Clean Energy quoted me a really high labor fee to repair it. The labor (4 hours worth) is covered by the warranty, so there should be no labor charge. When I asked them to justify charging me to repair it, especially the high figure they gave me, they just said it was labor intensive and expensive to fix. From the conversation I had, I really believe they wanted to sell me a new furnace instead of fixing mine.
I hired a different company that fixed it within the manufacturers warranty, the repair took exactly the 4 hours the manufacturer said it would take and covers.
It pays to do some research and shop around, It saved me 1,640.00 in labor or even more by not purchasing a new furnace.

These guys came recommended to me from social media and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I waited until our first hot day to give them 5 stars because I wanted to make sure the new AC was everything we had dreamed of..IT WAS!! The employees for this company were great, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They were able to install our AC faster than anticipated! Will absolutely recommend to our friends and family.

They have service our heat pump for around two years now.   Always responsive,  friendly,  and helpful.   They explain the situation and the possible solutions.   We will continue to rely on them.

We had several quotes when we were debating between mini-splits or getting a new AC unit.  Zach gave us the absolute best quote (by far!) and we were thrilled to move forward with 3 new mini-splits to be installed upstairs.  A few weeks later, Damien and Jared were here to set us up in just 2 days.  They were super courteous with their shoes/masks, kept everything clean and were so gracious into being patient with our new puppy who was constantly intrigued with their every move. One piece of our installation wasn't finished (moving the thermostat downstairs), and when I called that out Devon and Jared came back to fix it within HOURS! I am beyond impressed with the entire team at Clean Energy Comfort. Even our neighbor made a comment on the clean work they did on the exterior of our house to cover the pipes/electrical! (And he's a tough one to impress!) I will absolutely use CEC when we need a new furnace and for any of our future cooling/heating needs.

CEC installed a Trane heat pump at my house in May of 2020. During the heat wave in the summer of 2021, my heat pump was able to keep my home comfortable even when the outside temperature reached 117 degrees. My electric bills in the summer have been smaller than in my previous homes with air conditioning units only. I have been very happy with my Trane heat pump and with CEC's expertise and customer service.

Had my furnace diagnosed efficiently and effectively by Josh and Steve. Not only were they on time, they were early. They answered all questions without talking above/below my head. They were very polite and professional.

I have an older furnace and they quickly tracked down a replacement circuit board for it and had it installed in short order. Not only did they complete the task needed, but identified a couple of areas where efficiency could be improved by sealing with tape...and they then took care of that too.

I loved working with this company from getting a quote right on through my install of my new air handler and heat pump. Everyone was fantastic. They were right on time both times they came out and they made sure I new everything i needed to know on how to use my system before they left. I would recommend then to my family and friends.

CEC is hands down the best HVAC company in the greater Willamette valley. I have used their services since 2015 when my air conditioner died. The team put together an affordable and reasonable quote to replace and upgrade my system. They called before they arrived to get my tail out of bed. The installers were respectful and clean. In less than a whole day I was experiencing perfect comfort. Highly recommended for service maintenance as well.

A few weeks ago we had Ryan from Air Stars out to perform an annual service on our HVAC. He discovered that our unit was icing up (we already knew it was on its last leg) and we decided to bite the bullet and replace it.  They didn't charge for the service call and had an estimator, Omar, out here the same day. He laid out all the options and we chose our new HVAC. They scheduled our install for the following week, which is unheard of in this post-pandemic world.

Randolph and Bryan showed up on time and were quick in their work. They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system.

Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch.

The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022.  We already trusted Air Stars because we had them install Mitsubishi ductless units 18 months ago in our granny unit (to replace baseboard and wall heaters and to add A/C).

We are very pleased with Air Stars and would recommend them.

We scheduled our seasonal start up inspection of the heating system.  Aaron met me at the garage door with a smile (which helps).  He asked for a few minutes to go through his check list and he would then review it with me.  As advertised he came to the door with his tablet in hand chock full of pictures and test results.  We reviewed all the options and resolved to complete the most critical for the operation of our system.  After an hour or so he came back with pictures of the completed repairs.  We settled up the bill and I tipped them and thanked them for their work in taking care of us.  I will definitely have them do my seasonal tune ups and when its time for an upgrade I want to work with them.  thank you

I cannot recommend CEC highly enough!  They helped us work through the issues we were having with our old heat pump/ac unit.  Even during the heatwave, they were able to get their technicians to our home right away.  We ended up having to replace our system and everyone we worked with were professional, able to answer any questions we had and skilled at their trade.  Chris was quick to respond with our quote and answering the many questions we threw his way.  This is now our go to company for any and all our HVAC needs.

We were unsure if we needed a full replacement of our furnace. The sales staff did an excellent job of giving us multiple different options at different price points without pressuring us to make a decision.. After settling on a heat pump, the install went very quick and smooth. The technician left no mess and the final price matched the initial quote with no hassle. As an added bonus the staff always wore protective lining around their shoes in our house without being asked. Great product and installation, but in the end the five stars were earned through high end service and a knowledgeable crew.

Had issues connecting to the internet.  Ryan came by and had it up in just minutes.  Plus he explained what he did so that way I'll know what to do should it ever happen again.  I highly recommend Air Stars.

The AC install was a smooth process from Zach (sales) to Damien, Devin and Ron (installer/service).  All were very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. Damien, Devin and Ron explained the process as it went along even if there was a hiccup and the solution.  Will definitely use for any ongoing HVAC maintenance.  Clean Energy Comfort is definitely the go to company for your HVAC needs!

I used this company for a Winter install of a new furnace. I was happy with the price but I was disappointed he runs such a tight schedule , with few workers that he left my job unfinished for quite some time.  I paid him to pull a permit;and 6 months later I found out he did not pull a permit even though I was charged for it.

Ron came today to check over our system before the big heat of summer comes along. He was pleasant & knowledgeable. A good guy! Thanks!

We have been customers of CEC for the past 3 years and consistently receive excellent service. They are always prompt, friendly & knowledgeable. They are upfront & honest about repairs & we've never felt like they were just out to make a buck. We refer them time & time again!

Brandon was friendly, professional and efficient.  He made sure we knew what he was doing and why. I appreciatevthe great service.

They did the work for half the price as the other guy.  Were very fast and prompt.  They got the job done on both units of my duplex for half the cost of the other guy.  Very impressed would use them again!

I as very pleased with my service from Clean Energy Comfort. From booking the service to the prompt technicians who came to service my gas fireplace and the price they charge. It was a great experience and we will be using them again.

Called Skye heating/ac/plumbing etc. as I've seen the commercials on TV. I got a journeyman from Air Stars and an apprentice in a Sky van. They showed up as promised ( the only window they gave me was between 8 am and 4 pm) I work from home so ok, they gave me a quote and I was already without hot water for a day and a half, so I said if you can do it today to go ahead. I'll pay whatever just to take a hot shower. Kyle was friendly and quick and installed and upgraded my system, he finished and said it would take the water a bit to heat up, so he left and I tested the water an hour later and it was just short of ice cold. I called and left a message with an answering service and called Kyle directly. He had me trouble shoot some things and then determined the unit was defective ad tells me he can't do anything until Monday (it's Friday evening at the time) he said he told his boss and I have to wait till Monday. Well that's when I found out that there is no after hour/ emergency type service, I'd already paid $2,800.00 for the repair and was told sorry can't help you till Monday. Not a great first impression. Now Kyle's work was really good and he did come back today (Monday) and replaced the unit again, but the overall service experience was lacking from a customer service standpoint. I just expected more customer concern from the impression I got from their advertisements, I feel like next time I'll call a Mom and pop shop.
