Craig's is doing the plumbing on a bathroom addition in my basement and they have been awesome to work with! Very friendly guys and reliable and they even fixed a couple other things while they were here. 100% recommend

Amazing plumbers! I'd use them again in a heartbeat! They came out and helped me figure out a solution for all of my abnormal plumbing problems!  The poor guys kept running into roadblock after roadblock, but were very helpful, giving me all kinds of options on what we could do next. I figured after all the problems that the cost would be quite a bit higher than what I'd originally been quoted, but was pleasantly surprised with the bill! How often can you say that about a plumber!?

I contacted Craig's Plumbing to repair a leaking pipe in my irrigation system.  They did a terrific job and the price was reasonable.  I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them highly.

After reading so many positive reviews about Craig's Plumbing (and the fact that they were local), I thought I would give them a try. It didn't go well and it all boiled down to poor communication. I called them to get an estimate on a project and explained the details to their secretary. I was told they would get back to me to schedule a time to come out. 1 week later I hadn't heard anything so I called back and talked to the same secretary, who assured me I'd hear from them soon. 2 weeks after that the owner finally called me. I missed the call, but called back later that day (he gave me the office number). Again talked to the same secretary and was told to leave a message. Well, it's been over a week later (and a month since the original call) and still no call back. If it's that hard to get an estimate from them it sure seems like a red flag. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From Krissy in the office, to the crews that come out to do the work, simply amazing. Nice guys you would trust around your mom or teenage daughters, not sheisters or scam artists that charge your $600 for a ten minute job.

Sometimes they are backed up a bit because of their radness, but if you have an emergency I am sure they would work with you.

Great work but lacking conflict management and communication skills. These guys were my go-to plumbers for which lasted a few jobs, which were all done to my satisfaction. The last job they did, however, led to a dramatic altercation. When I was concerned about the work they did, we had some schedule conflicts, so the owner, Casey, agreed to check out a video of the problem. He never responded. I believe he thought what I was reporting was unrelated so he disregarded it, but with no communication.
A week later, the problem I had asked about led to an emergency. Fumes filled our rental and emergency service was called. The emergency tech was suspicious of the work they had done and said it was probably sewer fumes.
When I contacted Casey directly -- pretty angry about the lack of response on his part -- his response was totally unprofessional. He wouldn't acknowledge his promise to get back to me about the video. He disagreed with everything I said, was super defensive and childish, instead of just saying they'll get to the bottom of it. In the end, they came out and verified their work and cleared their name... But the unprofessionalism along the way was very unnecessary, unhelpful.

Everything you want in a. plumber:  he showed up on time, worked hard to fix the problem, charged what he said he would, and made friends with the dog.

This outfit is great. Their response time was superb, and they referred me to another business for some flood damage. They acted as a go-between initially.
Instead of just stopping the leak, they generously referred me to others that specialized in areas that I wasn't aware that I needed.
Craig's is now on my short list to call for any plumbing needs. They have shown to be honest and fair in pricing.

Craig's is amazing! They are professional, reasonable and I trust them with all our plumbing needs. We have been using them for 7 years and I will not use anyone else, we will literally wait for them to be available, even in emergency because they make us a priority if it is an emergency!

Very fair priced!  We had to use them twice in an emergency situation and they worked fast to get it taken care of.
