Shower Pan Man

when I told my contractor friend that I was planning to build my own shower pan for my upcoming bathroom remodel she gave me Bills number and a strong recommendation that I give him a call. I am so glad that I did!

Bill showed up when he said that he would, gave me a good estimate that he stuck to, and went above and beyond to make sure my custom pan was perfect. He put a lot of thought into his work and was a great communicator. He also made sure to communicate with my plumber so there were no conflicts.

I would absolutely recommend Bill for any shower pan, no matter how complicated. He made mine absolutely perfect.

Bill and his son Michael were fantastic.  They set a perfect pan and had reasonable prices.  Could not be more pleased.  If you need a shower pan, the original shower pan man is the only choice.

This guy sucks.  Took the job, I waited for him and he never showed up and wouldn't return my calls.  Funny way to do business.  I called Robert Nardone at Elegant Designs and he couldn't have been better!  Cheaper, honest, fast and used the German WEDI system which ruled over the Shower Pan Man's plan.  Save yourself the trouble I had to go through learning about the SPM.

Our rebuilt bath involved a custom-sized shower; we feel fortunate to have found Bill Sells for our project.

Bill and Princess were flexible in working with our ever-changing construction schedule.

Most importantly, Bill referred and brought together different tradespeople for our project, folks that are excellent in working together to see the job through.

Well, I've never given a bad review before and I don't like being put into the position of having todo so. Bill has not done work for me, so I cannot comment on his quality of workmanship, however, he promised to do a job and I did the the work for my client to drop frame their shower floor according to Bills specifications. I have asked him for a contract and commitment to date so as to schedule other sub contractors around his part. Still no responses! This has put my professional reputation on the line. I have searched the full length of the Gorge and Portland for someone that pours shower pans, to no avail. NOT COOL.
Ok, two weeks have past. Bill did eventually contact me. He had apparently broken a couple of ribs... ouch! He has finished the work and all seems good ! His pain was evident and garnered sympathy, even from me. Thanks for the great work! BUT, don't let the pain stop the open communication.

I had to have a shower pan installed and got a few quotes. Bill from The original shower pan man by far was the most knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with confidance.  He came out during the weekend (at my request due to my work schedule), on Saturday to prep and start, then again on Sunday to finish. It was also during a snow storm i might say. He saved me a lot of time money and problems by doing the job instead of me trying a DIY on it. I usually DIY everything but I knew better this time. I would hire him again, and I could recommend him with out hesitation. Get it done right the first time and get on living.

Bill showed up on time and was easy to work with.  He had several suggestions that really helped out our bathroom remodel project and helped us figure out the perfect size shower pan for our situation. His workmanship was excellent and we have an absolutely beautiful pan ready to be tiled.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a shower pan.  His product is far superior to any pre-fabricated product on the market.

Bill did a great job setting our shower pan.  He was easy to work with, and communicated well by phone and text prior to the install. He stopped by a week prior to the work to make sure everything was ready-- worked with our plumber and tile contractors-- arrived on time-- finished early -- completed the work at the budget he quoted.

He also is  a funny , nice, A++ human who likes to laugh.

I would absolutely use him again.
