It's a recent Friday evening and I drilled a hole in a copper pipe. When no other plumbers answered the phone Alchemy did. He helped in a big way. Some guys would see $$, instead he help solve my no water weekend by talking me through a DIY success story. He did not need to do that but chose to help a person in need over a potential big invoice for after hours. They will be first on the list next time I need a plumber. Tualatin Oregon

Tod did an excellent job of installing our toilet, actually he had to come back and remove it and install another one, as the first was defective! He was very quick to respond to our calls, and even made an extra trip to explain questions we had about the water height in the tank.
His prices were fair and we would call him again, not only for toilets but he seemed well versed in other areas as well.

Jorge came out to install our kitchen sink/faucet/garbage disposal. He did a great job! He did the job fast and kept our kitchen clean in the process. He was friendly and reasonably priced for high quality of work. We would recommend him & happily use him again!

I recently hired Justin for a running bathroom faucet which he was able to fix promptly. He provided service four days out, whereas most companies are four weeks booked out.
Justin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful before, during, and after the repair. He may charge a bit more than other companies, but his passion for educating and explaining the process is invaluable. He asked if I wanted to watch, which I accepted. He took the time to explain in detail the whats and hows. The customer service is first rate. Recommend highly!

After searching through multiple plumbers I contact Great Northwestern Installations to have a gas line installed for my outdoor BBQ. Tim came to bid the job, I immediately set an installation appointment and the job was completed to perfection.
Customer service was great and very respectful in our home.

Called and received a quick response. We had a stopped up toilet. Tried a couple of plungers and one small snake. Just couldn't get it to flow. Time for a pro. Mr. Rooter was in the search. Arrived in about 20 minutes. Assessed the problem, blockage in the toilet P trap. Gave us the price, $285. Without further problems. I thought it would be about $100. He was threr and it needed to be cleared. He used a Toilet Drain Auger and five minutes later it was working fine. I now own one, Home Depot or Lowes, $58.00. Won't be calling them again. This is about as minor of a problem as one could have. I guess that's their baseline for one call. Pretty darn high in my opinion. I'll attach a photo in case you run into the same issue, do yourself a favor. Buy one and do it yourself. It's easy.

Royal Flush plumbing is amazing! They completely saved my ass! I had a crisis that needed to be solved in a very short window of time and they went well out of their way to make the fix. They are professional, incredibly helpful, and really nice to deal with. I wish all of my experiences with plumbers was as good as Royal Flush! Kim, thank you!!!

We had a great experience with the sales person and the team that actually did the installation of the new pipe.
The capability of the new system was explained in detail, with physical samples of the products being used to replace our current metal pipes. The plumbers were excellent both in explaining what they were doing and ensuring that we had water available overnight as the house was a 2 day job (~2400SqFt). The day they finished the job, when hooking up the water heater, something went wrong with the heater itself. The plumber in charge had a new unit in his truck and replaced it with ours as it had been working before they started. I was very impressed with this crew and their work. When finished, the water coming out our pipes was clearer and cleaner than it had been in years, with much better pressure.
The Dry Wall contractor who came out to repair the openings told us he was not the usual person who did this. The usual person was unavailable, due to workload, etc... but the contractor who showed up for our job told us he Had many years experience at doing Dry Wall. Long story short, I had to re-patch several of the patches prior to painting. There were noticeable issues with tape, mismatched or uneven gypsum, and texturing. Not major issues but really annoying, hence the 4.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meticulous Plumbing to anyone! An honest, thorough, reliable, and efficient local, family-owned company! Their reputation rests on the quality service they provide, and they certainly deserve the outstanding reputation they have earned. Go ahead and check out other plumbing companies, but in the end, you'll be glad you chose Meticulous for your plumbing needs. You will not regret it!!

Had an issue with a drain backing up in our basement. Technician Joe Harney came out. Joe did an amazing job unclogging the drain and also providing helpful ideas on how to try to prevent the drain from clogging again in the future. Really happy with Mr. Rooter's service.

Ryan showed up when promised, explained exactly what he would be doing, what we could expect in terms of water availability, and went to work.
Ryan's' work is 1st class. It was obvious he was a professional as he removed to old water heater and installed the new one. Of course, the new water heater worked, but more than that, Ryan's' work was much more professional looking than the old water heater installation. He pointed out the controls and settings of the water heater and offered some great advice as to the care and maintenance of the heater so we could save on future repairs. He also offered suggestions as to what we might want to do when we go on vacation or plan to be away for several days.
Replacing a major appliance like a hot water heater is NO fun and our's was an unplanned expense. In the end though, we feel we got more than we paid for with the service we received from Ryan.

Charlie was able to fix both shower and bath sink plumbing quickly and with great success. I'm delighted! Definitely a consummate professional. It was a pleasure to have him work on the project. I would highly recommend.

Called around to find a plumber for an urgent service when our water heater went out suddenly. Not only did they return my call within 15 minutes, they were able to rearrange the technicians schedule to fit us in.
The technician was very informative and professional. He even contacted the manufacturer to check on the warranty and the parts were covered.
What fantastic service! Honestly, I was expecting to have a hefty bill and hoped it wouldn't break the bank especially with it being urgent, but they were very reasonably priced and well under what I was expecting.

Great quality people & excellent workmanship.
I had an unfortunate experience with Terry Massey plumbing, and Tualatin Valley Plumbing saved the day, my shower, sink and possibly my home.
The service person who respectfully wore a mask (as per state guidelines) and was polite, explained and showed me what had planned to replace and where the previous plumber had tried to cut corners. I felt informed and respected before we began the services. The knowledge, kindness and respect they showed helped earn my trust.
Five months later and the faucet he replaced is still running smoothly, no more issues with the tub either. I'll definitely keep their business card handy.
It's tricky to find folks you can trust, Tualatin Valley Plumbing is one of those rare and awesome businesses. Thank you!!!

We have been in contact with Summit Plumbing for a few days now regarding our water heater. After our Rheem water heater went out on Thursday evening, we had to deal with an absolute disaster warranty plan. The contracted company previously used was terrible and kept blowing us off (furthermore, still is). Summit Plumbing did everything they could to help us in our emergency replacement/repair (even willing to help on the weekend and after hours)! Finally on Tuesday afternoon, we decided to pay for everything instead of waiting because who can live without hot water?! Adam and Andrew disassembled our water heater, replaced the malfunctioning one from Home Depot/Rheem, and hooked up the new water heater.
They were professional, very personable, kind, covid cautious, and wonderful. They made a very bad 5 days much better. Everyone including Alexa, Bob, Andrew and Adam were exceptional. I'm writing this review because they will be the company we go through from now on because they've been nothing but exceptional, affordable, and BEYOND helpful in a pinch. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Hot water pipe to upstairs shower cracked in an extremely hard to access spot. I have fixed breaks like this before but this one was over my head. I thought I was going to have to tear out the tiled bathroom counter to get access to it. Tom from DeTemple looked at it and proposed a way to replace the pipe without tearing out the counter. He explained the plan but needed to get a part at the hardware store. I was able to start the project while he was gone (he was back very quickly). It wasn't much but getting some of the work done myself I know it saved me a little money (they bill by the 1/4 hour!!) and that is important to me.
He completed the repair efficiently and without taking any breaks so I felt good about the time I was charged. He showed me how to deal with this kind of repair in the future which was really helpful. After he left he called me back to say that he had noticed the bolts holding the toilet tank were rusting out and would probably fail in the not so distant future. I looked at them and sure enough...they were really bad. He explained a few things to look for in doing this one myself also. Total 10!
The dispatcher (McCarthy) who handled making the appointment was polite, friendly, easy to work with and very clear about how they bill. They charge from when the plumber starts to your house unless you are the first appointment of the day in which case the time starts when the plumber shows up. Tom was on time, easy going but very professional and comfortable to have in my home.
DeTemple came recommended from a friend who had a lot of rentals and she was totally right. It was a good experience and if I'm ever in a jam again I will call DeTemple.

We had Grant Fournier come out to the house to inspect a few plumbing issues and replace a toilet wax ring. Very polite and professional and did a stand up job! Thanks Grant!

Like some of the other reviews, they kept moving my appointment for fixing a small leak! Very, very frustrating. The plumber finally came on the 4th appointment (which was probably at least 2 - 2 1/2 weeks from the first one). Now, my rating of of the plumber, Tim, is a 5-star! He was very nice, respectful and knew his job. Got it done without any issues. So, would I call them again? Probably not. Would I call Tim directly, if I could, you bet! Now, I waiting to have their water restoration team come and check to see if I have any water damage issues. We will see how that goes.

Never ever trust a company that won't separate parts and labor for you on an estimate.
Do not hire Sarkinen!
We complained about this but they refused to change it and tried to say they are a full service operation - DON'T fall for it.
They just jargon instead of actually telling you what and how much needs to be replaced and what the condition is.
Unfortunately we went with them because we were in a time crunch and no one else could come out - but never EVER again.
They put in fixtures we didn't approve of, and who knows what we paid for them because they refused to separate parts and labor.
I'm so glad we paired down our list to only the emergency fixes and no upgrades we wanted to make.
It just amazes me that people wouldn't run their company in a way they can be proud of - being vague about your pricing and not giving the homeowner options on fixtures they didn't even tell you they were going to need to replace during the estimate. Shameful.
