We have had an on-going issue with our rear-exit toilet whereby every time we went away from home for an extended period of time, we would come back home to a leaky toilet (thankfully, it wouldn't leak while we were away; only once we used it upon return)! Rear-exit toilets are really difficult to work with, and thanks to Keith Jackson at Crown, we found out why our toilet would leak when we came back. It turns out that the original installers had put in a wax seal, which normally works well with a standard toilet. In our situation, our toilet exit put all the hardware a little closer to exterior of our home; thus, with extended time away (usually during winter break or summer break where temperatures are more extreme), the wax would have an issue whereby it would expand or contract out of shape, since it was more exposed to the weather.

Keith figured this out right away and installed a synthetic ring. He was also aware that we had our bathroom remodeled recently and took great care to make sure we could find a solution that didn't require ripping out the tile that was behind our toilet. After two incidents whereby this happened after other plumbers looked at our situation, we were grateful that Keith diagnosed the problem quickly. We also appreciated that he consulted with others if there was something he wasn't sure about. I would rather have a contractor check out information than guess a solution!

Great experience with Forbes Plumbing. Needed water heater repair.  They came the same day I called, the repairman was efficient, and I felt the charge was reasonable. I will call them when it's time for a new water heater.

Remember they make you pay whether they find your leak or not
When I called  to  make an appointment they guy said they would be able to tell me if the leak was inside or outside and approximately where
The technician came  and used a gauge and said that the leak was inside the house not outside at the pump.
Then he spent the next hour reviewing all the things I had already checked like the toilets- that wasted an hour of the 2 hour maximum time they spend
He went into the crawl space and looked at 10% of it then he saw that it would be an effort to inspect the rest of it and so he just gave up and didn't do that.  He walked back and forth the with his equipment outside the house listening for a leak that he had already said was inside. Later he changed his story and suggested it might be outside. At the end of 2 hours he couldn't confirm whether the leak was inside or outside the house. or whether it leaked a tenth of a gallon a minute or 10 gallons a minute but of course he was ready to take a credit card for $325 right away. I received no definitive information from him or his company about my problem. They are totally useless (they didn't offer any follow up recommendation)  and don't promise anything not even a consistent report on what they can tell you

We were remodeling our laundry room and noticed a leaky water valves from two different areas, o different days.

On both occasions, they came to our home to fix the valves, with just a few hours notice. The best we were able to find was to be put on a waiting list or make an appointment 5 days out.

When they arrived, they were friendly and efficient fixing all of our plumbing issues. With COVID they wore masks.

I would not only recommend them for others, I have them as the Go To plumbing company.

Steve has come to our rescue on two occasions over the past few years, and we can't recommend him enough. Both times he came out right away and quickly cleared stubborn clogs. Friendly, prompt, reliable, honest and affordable. His card lives on our fridge and it is really nice to know he is there if we need him.

Tub installation went great!  On time, friendly,  and cleaned up the mess!  We will definitely call Josh for any future plumbing needs!

My entire interaction with Excellence plumbing was positive from start to finish. I had called several plumbers that morning who could not come out to look at the problem in our office building for 2+ weeks. I got lucky, and excellence plumbing  had a same day cancellation so they snuck us in. Oscar and his helper came out ON TIME (imagine that?) Promised us 10-12 and they were here at 11:00. Charge was $120 for diagnosing a very complex problem which involved going into our extensive crawl space. I thought this was reasonable to say the least. Timely, professional, and well mannered. What more can you ask for? I was very impressed.

Mike is incredibly professional and on time. He's a perfectionist at his job so you're going to get quality work, no cutting corners. He is quick and flexible, but very busy. He made numerous visits to get the job done. Bathroom remodel and putting in washer dryer hookups. I 100% would recommend!

Through Central Air I had my house insulated and a new furnace installed. The crew was fast, friendly, and clean. When a problem was found with the insulation many months later, they came out and fixed the problem at no charge.

I have been amazed at the difference these measures have made in my home! The temperature stays more consistent and my energy bills have remained low for over a year!

I had these guys out to my house to install a new Furnace with AC.  They did a great job.  They were clean and respectable, did the job quickly and made sure everything worked before they left.  I just had them out again to install a mini split for my bonus room.  I was worried about how the piping would look on the outside of my house but it looks great!  Super clean.  I recommend Caliber to all of my friends.

Garth converted our fire pit to gas, and we are pleased with his efforts. He was quick to come out and scope the project, and he followed through as agreed upon. He was professional and courteous throughout the project. I would use his services again in the future.

Go here if you wanted to be treated condescendingly and in a disrespectful manner. Hey Mesher staff, guess what: when searching for Plumbing Supply stores, your place comes up (here on yelp, on Google, etc). Homeowners and DIYers find you this way. Not everybody knows that you won't service walk-ins and seem geared towards contractors. You need to explain what you do here on Yelp, on Google, on your own website, etc. That way we won't spend 20 minutes driving to your place only to be abrasively turned around by the ultra rude staff.

Ken the Plumber is just a really good guy.  He's busy and can be hard to get ahold of, but leave a message or two and he'll be sure to call you back.  Friendly, honest and does solid work.  Most of all he's just a really good person who is honest and values taking care of people.  If you want your needs met right now, a white suit and a business logo...Ken isn't for you.  If you want a real person, who does solid work and will do right by you then ring him for sure.
