There are very few plumbers out there with the diligence and expertise that Danny demonstrates. Danny is an owner/operator who takes pride in his business and it shows in his work. We had a major leak in our downstairs bathroom and he was able to instruct me how to get the leak to stop within 1 minute of making the call to him, he also came out the same day to make the emergency repair.

So thankful for 1st call, they will be my first call next time I need a plumber. They came quickly (next afternoon), diagnosed my problem immediately and had it fixed in no time.  Very friendly and courteous, professional and efficient.

Another plumber referred me to them after he replaced a utility sink.  The drain to the sink was clogged and my plumber didn't have drain clearing tools.  They quoted me a fixed price of $178 to clear the drain and came out on time a couple of days later.  

You can obviously find less expensive services but I was in a hurry to get this done so went with the plumber's recommendation so I have no complaints about paying a premium.

Had a leak out in front of the house which required turning the water off at the street.  These folks returned my phone call and were prompt, professional, thorough and pleasant!  Quite a nice change for Portland.  I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs.

We uncovered a water leak during a landscaping project and Nathan was among very few plumbers who could respond quickly.  He was able to come the morning after we called, arrived early and had the issue fixed in less than two hours.  Price seemed fair, he explained the issue and what the options would be depending on what he found, and he got right to work.  He took him to say hello to our dog who wanted to meet him, so that was a bonus. We appreciated his prompt response - having the water off was a pain, but luckily brief.

Highly recommend! Had a pipe break they were at my house within the hour, pipes fixed and water back in within 15 minutes. Grant is awesome!

I wanted to take a moment and let everyone know my experience with JBG plumbing. Not only did Josh change out my leaking water heater on short notice, he was very professional, he completed the job quickly, he was kind and explained each step of the way making my first water heater purchasing and replacement experience very easy. I'll be calling him for any future plumbing needs. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with plumbing projects or emergency like I had!

We had an emergency in the toilet/shower and bad stuff was coming up. Justin was on call and walked me through the whole thing, then came out and went right to work. As much as possible, an unpleasant experience became pleasant because of the service. Thank you!

Not only was Tracy the Plumber willing to go over early, unescorted and unsupervised ... He was gracious enough to compliment me on the awesome snake job I did the night before by not charging anything but a service call fee(52bucks). I thought I didn't get the clog but he checked everything up and downstairs in my crawl space for leaks and all is well. In and out in less than a hour.  Great price for a piece of mind!

Water main from meter to house sprung a leak, because we live a a townhouse unit, utility and water line both went under the driveways of my neighbors. Fearing the worst, first estimate was $18,753...Yep thats right 18Gs...

Contacted ironman, Aaron came out as scheduled gave me several great suggestions., He suggest contacting 811 for utility marking...Service FREE., Then he suggested to hire leak detection service to pin point leak. Then he quoted me his bid on the work...Excellent deal!!

Utility marked, Leak detection service found leak closer to my front porch. Aaron came out and within an hour found the leak. Excellent and professional repair...Totally satisfy with craftsmanship!!!

Total cost of ground detection service and Ironman plumbing repair, total cost $750.00...Total saving from first estimate $18,003.....Strees level went from 100 down to 2...Thank-you so much Aaron for your advice and suggestion on how to go forward, and of course, your Exceptional Service!!

Peace of Mind was contracted through Lowes to do a Hot Water installation of an AO Smith 75 gallon power vent unit for a newer model, same footprint and almost identical dimensions. Peace of Mind Plumbing came in immediately after another company refused to do the job and did the job in 2 hours with a very minor mod of exhaust line coupling. Peace of Mind's plumber Brian and water heater tech Poppy are highly skilled and they pay attention to details. The job site was cleaned up better than when they arrived, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this company!

Called him out for trailer brake issues.  My opinion is that he was not well prepared or equipped for this issue.
I will say that he was very responsive to my request for help, so for other issues he might be fine.  He was amiable and tolerant of my frustration.  Because I rarely have others fix things on my farm,  I can be a difficult customer. He did help steer me in the right direction, and because of my obvious dissatisfaction only charged me for the service call. I hate wiring issues but decided to fix it myself or take it to a fully equipped and supplied shop..

This plumber clearly practiced price-gouging in my case (almost $400 for a shower cartridge replacement) and I would, on that basis, advise against using him unless he offers a solid quote at the time of contact. His defensive response to my initial review is further evidence of a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and tendency to misrepresent unsatisfied customers. Perhaps the lesson he needs to learn is to avoid ripping off a customer on a small job to maintain his reputation for the bigger jobs which come his way.

Justin is now our go-to plumber!  He is prompt, responsible and fair-priced!  How awesome to find him!

The men who came to my home for emergent water leak, Danny and Austin were professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home. Worst service I have received in a long time.  My friend gave me Jerry from Lake Grove contact because I had water coming through my ceiling.  We figured out it was the dishwasher, but still thought of plumbing.  I texted Jerry and he was out of town.   He said he would text me when he got back in town.  I had to follow up because he did not.  He the set up an appointment for this past Tuesday at 9:00am.  I waited for him until 10:30 and then he texted me at 11:00am saying he was sorry.  I told him it was ok and we rescheduled for today.  He was here on time.  He spent less then ten minutes in my kitchen and told me my dishwasher needed to be replaced.  He said he didn't work on them and there was nothing he could do.  He then charged me $149.00 for ten minutes after standing me up on Tuesday.  He actually asked me specifically what was happening before he came too.  I am pretty sure he could have told me that it was not plumbing and to call an appliance repair person.  I also thought he would wave or cut his fee in half because of his poor communication and making me waste my time.  

Don not use this company!  They have very poor service!  They may be nice when they are inside your home, but that is it!  Jerry put on a great nice guy act!

I had a little time to kill in the Pearl District before checking out of the hotel, and wandered past this beautiful Kohler showroom with its tempting, gorgeous displays of all things bath and kitchen. Of course, since remodeling my boring little grey-on-grey kitchen is definitely on my fantasty/someday list, I had to go inside.

This display room is tightly packed (perhaps a little TOO tightly packed!) with displays of beautiful bathrooms, kitchens, tile, faucets, countertops, cabinets, and other accessories to take your home's most-used rooms from meh to OMG. I marveled at the various types of options available - from traditional set-ups to toilets that open/close when you walk by. (Okay, I'll admit that feature was a bit disconcerting. Not sure I would want the self-opening toilet in my own home but it would be fabulous if you lived with someone who kept forgetting to put the seat down...or...up.)

I was also impressed with the tile and other things they sold, which you wouldn't necessarily associate with Kohler since they're a plumbing company. (And, btw, a great one. I recently installed a Kohler toilet and it's been quite lovely. Despite no auto up/down seat feature.)

The prices here, of course, are pretty high end. But that's the point. This isn't Home Depot. This showroom is focused on design (including helpful staff on hand to help you design your dream room from start to finish). Speaking of the staff, they were very nice and quite friendly even though I was clearly there just to gawk and fantasize about spending six figures on a dream kitchen one day!

We used Henco plumbing to come to our house to assess our toilet. We were charged at the time of service on our credit card for the $89 fee back in OCTOBER of 2022. Now, in July we have received a phone call stating they have never received payment and we need to pay. I let the lady on the phone know I want to go through my bank statements and I would like to get back to her because my husband has been in the hospital (fighting for his life, btw). Two weeks later I get a final notice letter in the mail. This bill they claim we owe has not been an issue to them for 10 months and all of a sudden they can't give me some time to reconcile my bills and cc's to make sure I was not in fact charged last year with what I have going on. I remember distinctly signing their tablet with the worker that was at the house after the cc was charged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY SHADY!!
