Last Wednesday my A/C stopped working right when it was about to get very hot. I called a couple of shops and Fred was able to come the next morning. When he first arrived, it appeared the capacitor that starts the fan was broken. After that was replaced, the unit started working. However, that evening when it got really hot we noticed the A/C was not cooling adequately. At that point, I suspected the refrigerant was low. So I called him again. To my surprise, he was able to come back that night at 8 pm to fix my system. It obviously was a long day for him and I appreciate him putting the customer first.

This plumbing visit was hassle-free and gave me such peace of mind. I've always felt uncertain about plumbers we've used in the past, but not with Manny. He was straight forward, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Manny was able to come the day after my call and worked with our schedule. He was punctual and polite. I will use TL Premier for every plumbing concern in the future.

I called Cody on a Sat night with a completely clogged kitchen drain. Cody was super nice and explained that there would be a higher service fee if I needed him that night or regular price of I could wait until the next morning. I scheduled right away for the next day. After a short mix up on timing the next morning, cody immediately moved appts around and came over. Cody showed up and cleaned my drain in about 15 mins and was a really nice guy. He is a newer small business owner who is hustling to make a living and you can tell that he takes pride in a non glamorous job. He will be my go to guy from now on and I would highly reccomend him.

I had Daniel out to swap out 30+yr old valves. He's thorough, but fast and educated me. He obviously cares about the job he does. He'll be my plumbing go-to going forward.

Excellent service!!!! Couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service in setting up an appointment quickly, then the actual service that was provided by Ken was fast, efficient, helpful and friendly! He fixed a clogged kitchen sink and replaced the garbage disposal.  The job was complete in under an hour.  I would highly recommend them.

No stars. Asked for a quote, described job to be done. Never gave me the time of day. Didn't even bother calling back. Shame on you!

I had a bathroom back up situation in one of the units that I manage and Thomas came out to handle the situation same day!
He kept me updated throughout the whole process which was much appreciated. He snaked the line initially but was unable to clear the clog fully due to the angle of the pipes and where the clog was sitting.
He returned the next day, just as he said he would to clear up the situation. He had to cut into the wall of the bedroom to access the piping.
He was very thorough and professional.
I would love to work with him again for future plumbing issues!

Sink backed up so I reached out to get quotes on plumbers via Yelp. Home Leak and Drain responded right away and scheduled a time to come out within a couple of hours. Omar and his tech were great, they explained what was going on and fixed the back up in a very efficient amount of time. Would definitely use them again.

My Redfin agent recommended Plumbing Tree when we had plumbing issues only 24 hours after moving in to our new house. Miguel was super helpful on the phone and sent a plumber to the house within two hours of speaking with me. The kitchen sink was backing up and the dirty water was back flowing in to the washer machine in the adjacent garage. Water was also leaking out of the pipes on to the garage floor. The bathtub was super slow to drain and the water pressure was low. Ultimately, Angel was able to fix all the issues we were encountering. Best of all, Plumbing Tree was extremely reasonable with their pricing, made sure we were 100% satisfied, and put a 6-month warranty on their work. I've already recommended Plumbing Tree to two friends that are in escrow. I plan to use them again in the future to install a new sewer cleanout as well.

Just had a minor clog but the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this Company.

Called in yesterday to have work performed including replacement of some bathroom fixtures.  Plumbing expert Patrick arrived ahead of schedule this morning and completed all work requested in a professional and timely manner.  The charges were exactly as quoted up front.  The workplace was left clean and ready for use.  Kudos to True Plumbing, ( our new local plumber going forward! )

Eli did a great job installing a new shower valve and supply lines for a vanity at a customers house. He showed great customer service to the homeowners and described everything in detail to ensure a trustworthy install. Thanks Eli, will be hiring again.

Very happy with Elite Rooter and David S.'s service. Everything was explained to me in detail and all questions were patiently answered. David came out right away and was able to fix the problem. I was given suggestions for future plumbing maintenance on the house to avoid future blockages.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give a lower rating I would. And keep in mind I don't Yelp often. Scroll down and see what others have written. Had Daniel Kent of Black Mountain Plumbing come out to the house by SERVPRO and was very unprofessional. Couldn't tell me what was leaking or what I needed to buy to get a new hot water tank. Looked at me and then went to the hot water tank and said it's 12 years old, that's why your hot water tank doesn't work. Told me isn't there to educate me and that he is only there to move it and put temporary lines up while the demo work is being done. Very very unprofessional. He will not ever get to come out here again. Scott the owner isn't any better, as when I called him, he wanted to educate me on his credentials and tell me that they aren't there to inform the client what has happened or why it happened but only to do the job and that's it. This company is a joke.

My faucet recently spring a leak and I was referred to California Plumbing via word of mouth.  When I called in Lauren was so helpful and had a plumber sent to me right away.  Chico came out , clean uniform, professional, and loads of knowledge. He was able to make my repair in less than an hour.  I was even happier when I got the  invoice. Prices are very fair.  Would recommend this company to all.

BEST PRICE, BY FAR!  Fast and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Daniel is now my GO TO PLUMBER!!!  Daniel changed a 1/2 soldered hose bib for $85 in less than 15 mins, estimates from others between $125 and $250. I asked for bids from plumbers in the evening and Daniel changed out my hose bib in less than 24 hours. Don't use any other plumbers before talking to Daniel first.  You will be ecstatic you did!
