I loved everything about this experience. The lady who answers the phone is super nice and caring. Justin (I think that's his name, tattoos?) came right on time, not a second late! He wore his mask in the house, and also took off his shoes when asked :) After having this experience with Five Star Plumbing, we are a customer for life!

I tried several plumbing companies. American Ace is the one I can trust. I called them 3 or 4times last year. They response very fast and give a reasonable price. Not like some others need wait many days later. Also they are very nice and friendly.

Manny is awesome. Communicated clearly with me on the job scope with no surprises ( unlike some other contractors ). Went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and was very professional. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I call these people because my tub was not draining$569 later the tub still not draining and I think they broke a pipe , ever since they ripped me off my house smells like sewage., I decided to move since I am renting.

Armstrong Plumbing was great! Came quickly, were reasonably priced and professional. Matt Farmer did a wonderful job. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

We were looking for quotes in Yelp for a 75 gallons water heater replacement. Daniel responded promptly with a very reasonable estimate based on pictures sent, whereas others insisted an onsite estimate or included price with up to code package when not needed as Daniel confirmed that our existing setup is already up to code and only replaced the necessities. He also replaced the recirculation pump and we now get hot water within seconds in the upstairs bathrooms.  We appreciated his honesty, reliability, and professionalism and has earned our trust for future works. Great experience and would highly recommend this company!

We decided to use the service of Eastlake plumbing in mid-January 2017 at the recommendation of a colleague of mine who had mentioned her consistent satisfaction with the service she received from Eastlake Plumbing. I was sharing our bad experience with an other plumbing company, which actually started the work for us, but had to ask for them to not finish it given that they told us the only option for us to fix our leak was to break through walls. So, we were looking for a second opinion, so thanks to my colleague for mentioning Eastlake Plunmbing.

First impression was reassuring - A professional individual in clean uniform arrived on time in his company truck. He introduced himself, and right off, he gave us some confidence in his professionalism and courtesy. His name was Eddie.

We showed him the work (leak) that needed to be fixed in our bathroom, and he immediately knew what needed to be done, although he also disclosed to us upfront, that there might be some complications as some of the plumbing parts are old, glued in, and stuck together, thus, he might have to break the walls. Though, he also told us that it would be his last resort, as it is definitely invasive and would cost us more. Before he started, he explained and walked us through the process of the work he needed to do, providing us some informative education on plumbing parts and terminology.

We agreed on the work, and off he started. Quickly, he placed some protective papers and mats on any area he would walk and work around. This was pleasing as it was not our experience with the first plumbing company we first hired, which left a lot of mess, including wet foot prints for us to clean up after. Eddie was careful and conscientious. And while he worked on the plumbing repair, he kept us informed on his progress. He worked hard, and over an hour and half, he managed to complete the work without breaking walls, which the first Plumbing company told us was the only option.

We were so pleased with his work and attitude, Eddie's good character representing honesty and integrity truly conveyed trust for us to use Eastlake Plumbing from now on. Also, Eastlake plumbing's repair was reasonable.

Kelly is the best! We had issues with our interior doors forever, and she came in and fixed them all. She is very professional and the quality of the work is superb. She cleaned up thoroughly and didn't leave a trace except for working doors. Her pricing was reasonable, and she arrived promptly. I can't recommend her highly enough.

We were quoted $90 for a same day appointment. We were told that the plumber would come between 1 and 4. We received a text that stated the plumber would be coming at 2:30pm 2:30 came and went, no plumber, no call. When we reached out at 4:00pm texting back we did not receive a response until 5:40pm informing us the plumber who was supposed to come was not responding, which I understand is not their fault, they proceeded to send someone out. He showed up around 6:30pm. We did receive a discount which is nice, but the technician did not have the right equipment to do the diagnosis needed.
Instead he dug a whole in my yard told my fiancé h would talk to his boss and get back to us the next day. The next day came and went. I sent an email and still haven't received a response. As I wanted written documentation at this point. Mean while we were gathering quotes  to get someone to come out again since the first attempt was not helpful. Troy plumbing had the nerve to respond to the quote request stating they could send someone out same day for $70. Nice consistency guys. Overall super disappointing especially since we had another company come out that fixed it in an hour, and by the way that was a same day appointment as well. Of course it was two days after our initial attempt since Troy plumbing didn't pull through even though we gave them the benefit of the doubt to call as promised. Biggest waste of $75. Especially since I had to pay another company to do the same thing, but much better. Absolutely will not recommend Troy plumbing.

Life savers. The owner Omar was super prompt and very polite.  I saved the number I was always use this company again.

We had flooring people re-doing our bathroom and they requested a plumber to uninstall/reinstall the toilet so I called Plumbing Tree - I had used Plumbing Tree in the past when they previously had per hour pricing and knew them to be of good value.

The positives - they were available the day I needed them and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, but the entirety of the experience really upset me.

The job was to pull the toilet - long enough to install the floor and then - re-install the toilet. While we were waiting, maybe change out a few outdoor hose bibs.

To start, the technician came back with a proposal to change out our water regulator plus other upgrades (like a new toilet) that cost over $2,000. He might have been right that those could have been updated, but that wasn't what he was brought here to do and it had the same feeling as an oil change shop wanting to charge $200 to change a $20 air filter.

The quoted price for the toilet uninstall/reinstall was over $400 and each hose bib was about $200! I wasn't thrilled, but I had other contractors waiting and Plumbing Tree already had a $80 charge to just come out. So we nixed the outdoor bibs and I gave the go-ahead for the toilet.

On uninstalling the toilet, we found that the toilet flange was too low and the previous owners fixed the problem by stacking a couple was rings on top of each other. Obviously this was not going to work - but to fix the toilet flange alone was over $800. I needed the flooring complete to move back into my house so I approved it.

Long story short, I'm in $1,247 on this toilet project that took maybe 2.5 hours to complete. So we're talking maybe $500/hr. In fairness to Plumbing Tree, they alerted me that their pricing structure had changed to a per job/item, but wow - I still can't comprehend how this project should have had this price tag.

To sum it up in one expression...WOW! They were knowledgeable and available right away. They we very courteous and explained what he was going to do and what he couldn't do. If you are looking for a fast, safe, competitively priced and honest company RDZ a great choice. I hope you are as happy with them as I am, I know you will be.

My hat's off to Jessica at True Plumbing.  I phoned her and explained my problem was just snaking my toilets.  She referred me to another drain service and explained for the kind of work I needed done they would probably be more affordable and routinely do my kind of job.  I would like her answering my business phone and I commend True Plumbing for an HONEST response and referral.  Thanks Jessica!

Excellent and prompt service! Bill is a great plumber. Highly recommend! Realtors, bill can do the plumbing Camera inspections and save your clients tons on future repairs if caught early.

Carlos is the man! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his craft.

I called Elite Rooter when our kitchen sink started to clog. Carlos arrived promptly the next morning and got straight to work. The clog ended up requiring hydro-jetting, which he offered at a very fair price. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and prioritized customer satisfaction over a one-time work order.

Elite Rooter will continue to be my first call for any future plumbing issues.

Black Mountain Plumbing goes above and beyond.  My review is a little over due.  My water heater started leaking really bad on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON... late, like 4 PM and I was able to get in contact with Black Mountain Plumbing they came out the same day and set me up with a temporary water heater.....YES, a temporary water heater so I could have hot water while the dry wall dried out and was replaced.  Once the dry wall was dried and replaced they came out and installed a nice new water heater.  The guys were super friendly and professional and left everything tidy and clean.  I will always call Black Mountain Plumbing for all my future needs.  THANK YOU!

Had a toilet shut off valve snap off when I was handling it. They arrived within 1.5 hours and got it fixed within another hour. They even called a water damage assessment company to come out and give a free assessment of whether there was likely to be any additional work needed. I didn't have to google more companies. That was nice.

I has originally called payless water heaters they quoted 1 price over the phone when representative gave me an estimate it was more than double what I was quoted.  I was discouraged when reaching out to other vendors.  Daniel from ProMax called me back promptly his was one of the lower priced from my quotes.  His website was very professional so we went with him.  He was able to get a technician out to us in 1 day.  Valdimir was very professional & did great work.  I'm a house wife with a toddler so feeling safe with a technician is very important.  He removed our old water heater, put in new one, the price never changed & our new water heater is working wonderfully.  I would highly recommend Promax.
