This morning we found out that we had a broken water pipe out in the garage. I did not know who to call and ended up calling five Star plumbing. They were absolutely excellent! They came within two hours of the phone call, evaluated  the situation, and quickly rectified the problem. Justin was absolutely terrific and I have no hesitation in both recommending them and saying that I will definitely call them in the future when I need the services of a plumber. I've added their company name and phone number to my contact list on my phone so I have ready access to their information when I am in need of a plumber.

Fred was awesome, arrived early per my request, spent 45 minutes and did a thorough fix on my garbage disposal drain and ran lots of tests. He provided info on the problem, said the fix was easy and charged me much less than the original quote on the phone. Highly recommended.

I had Manny do some work for me about 4/5 years ago. Saw him at Home Depot with his company Premiere. He hooked it up. He did a great job

Armstrong Plumbing is the companies name but for me as a land lord it is crucial that my needs are meet so that my tenants needs are meet and water is the most important service of them all. My water heater failed and after several plumbers would not even give me the time to give a bid for my water heater and shed or were extremely over priced and attempted to add additional replacements parts that I know I did not need because I know what I have and what needed to be fixed. I spoke to Matt Farmer the co owner of Armstrong  Plumbing I asked questions that I knew the answers to and Matt was a very honest he did not attempt to hike up prices or add additional work that did not need to be done.  I work in law enforcement and you learn how to read people and I can tell you that Matt Farmer and Armstrong Plumbing is a business you can trust they treat you the customer as a person not like some plumbers as dollars signs.  Being so close to Christmas some contractors will attempt to fatten the bill for rush jobs or their booking schedule that we the customers can never truly prove if the need for higher rates would apply.  Matt never even wavered from his original price when I asked him if he could please make my tenants a priority before the water heater completely failed as it was leaking worse with everyday.  Matt did not even think twice he called me back and moved his schedule around to fit me in with no additional fees and did it to help me and my tenants that is a good and honest person so if you need someone to trust Matt and his friend and co owner Mark are those people. Together Mark and Matt installed a water heater shed and new water heater up to code and took pride in their work.  I asked them to send me pictures as the process took place they did that with no problem because there was no shady work to hide and after seeing how they installed the shed and new unit I can sleep at night that my tenants are safe and have hot water for baths and everything else.  Armstrong is now on my speed dial from now on and the quality work makes it so much easier for my home owners insurance . I recommend Armstrong Plumbing to any one who wants a fair price and quality work I recommended them to my property manager as well. Thanks guys for taking away my stress to get this work done before the holidays.

Great job and fair price. Daniel showed up the same day I call and changed all the angle stops in my house (going through bathroom remodel) and moved a water line to accommodate new cabinets.  Worked very quickly and clearly knows what he's doing.

Our water heater needed some repair. I called Eastlake plumbing and was able to get my problem fixed promptly. Scheduling was easy. The technician was on time and fast. He also did a quality job. Price was fair and affordable.

Very professional. Helped me installed a door bell system and went above and beyond to try to drill through a 1/4 thick tile. Definitely will call her back to help with my honey to do list. Highly recommended.

My experience with Troy was great! With the 4th of July weekend approaching they were quick to respond to a clogged kitchen sink in the high-rise where I live. The guys were friendly and professional taking extra precautions to keep the mess to a minimal with that snake machine clearing the line 50ft into the building and making sure they cleaned up when they doubled checked for leaks after putting my drain lines back together. Two thumbs up!

Great service. I had a pretty clogged up shower drain, water wouldn't drain and stayed for an hour or so. The serviceman that came to my apartment was extremely friendly and personable. Service was done in like 30 minutes.

It was Saturday and we had a small toilet leak at a rental I own. Went to Yelp and requested a quote from my usual plumber and 5 or 6 other plumbing companies. RDZ Drain Services responded first with a reasonable quote. Checked their rating (excellent) and called them. Sal came that afternoon and fixed the problem. Thought it would be a simple wax ring replacement, but it turned out after careful inspection that the entire toilet had to be replaced because of an almost invisible hairline crack in the water tank. I was amazed that he was able to find the real problem. Anyway, we got a new toilet at Home Depot and Sal installed it that very afternoon. Everyone happy! Fair pricing, fast response, excellent work, and they're nice people. RDZ is now my go-to plumber.

True plumbing was prompt in responding to my request for a quote. They were available earlier than my scheduled appointment time which was super convenient for me (aka I didn't have to sit around all day). Dave was professional and finished the job quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Gino came and fixed a leak coming from the T&V valve on  a fairly new tankless water heater. He was pleasant and  knowledgeable.  Gino did a great job explaining the problem to me and how I can DYI next time around, if needed.  Most importantly, I felt the quote was reasonable.  I had a bigger named company come by that same morning who misdiagnosed and with an estimate that was $$$.  So glad I went with my gut.   I will be a repeat customer.

We had a leak inside our garage wall that was causing our stucco to get wet and turn green.  The tech that came cut 3 openings in our  drywall and still could not find the source of our leak.  He even called his dad, the owner, for guidance.  I was disappointed he made us pay for him cutting holes and not finding the source of the problem.  If he could not properly diagnose the problem, maybe his dad should have come to determine the cause.  I've left a message regarding this issue, and they did not return my call.  We thought this was a reputable company, but maybe I was wrong.

Benji arrived at the beginning of the scheduled timeframe, assessed the issues and told me the issues were less complicated than my description to them. So it wasn't as expensive. Gotta love that!
