Great service, quality work. They don't take advantage of you and are very fair and reasonable on the prices. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing repair or hot water heater replaced. Used them for that on a previous bad water heater.

During this horrible August 2020 heat wave my newly (2019)  installed air conditioner stopped working and the installer went out of business.  So I called this company for help.  He kindly informed me that my issue was a leak from the condenser and the problem should be covered under warranty.  He and his helper were awesome!!!  He drained the water from my pans and left me with air.  Now calling a warranty representative from Goodman.    Amazing service and small service fee.  Honest company!

Manny came within 15-20 minutes from my call on a Saturday.  He was very polite and professional.  He quickly diagnosed and repaired our two plumbing issues.  He also was very conscientious about keeping the area clean.  The price for the repairs was reasonable, considering it was for an emergency repair on Saturday afternoon.  I highly recommend these guys.  I will certainly call on them again for any further plumbing issues.

Called and they got us in immediately, and when Tony arrived was friendly and polite.   He didn't charge me for the little adjustments to the two toilets and advised me how to keep the pipes from clogging again.

Mission Accomplished. I was so very surprised when after calling to book the service, Jose showed up like 10 min later! It's the fastest arrival I've ever experienced. I needed to replace my non working garbage disposal. Usually I would do it myself but this time I simply couldn't remove a bracket. So I called Discount Plumbing and was very happy to hear they answered right away. Jose informed me right away why I was having a problem removing it. We settled on a price and he got to working right away. He's an army veteran who served tours in Iraq and I could tell that he wasn't going to finish the job until everything was perfect. His work ethic was fantastic and I felt very comfortable with him. I had to work on the project with him due to some issue with plumbing code but he stayed to make sure my work was nice and good. Thank you very very much Jose for all your hard work and for your service. Wish we could give you guys 6 stars.

Never called me back, frustrating.  Tried both to message through yelp and contact via phone (left message) but had no response.

I had Daniel out to swap out 30+yr old valves. He's thorough, but fast and educated me. He obviously cares about the job he does. He'll be my plumbing go-to going forward.

After attempting to replace a leaking toilet on my own and not being able to stop the leak.  I called  around to a couple of local plumbing companies.  Once i got Armando on the phone and explained the problem he was ready to come out the next day.  Since that didn't work for my schedule i thought i was going to have to wait until after the 4th of July weekend like one of the other companies had told me.  Armando informed me that he could come out on the 4th at no additional charge.  We set the appointment and he showed up right on time.  went straight to work and had everything fixed and cleaned up in under an hour at a very reasonable rate.  I would highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing to any and all my friends and family.

I reached out to She Fixed It over the summer to ask if Kelley could take care of some small issues around my condo.  She was quick to respond and let me know what she could tackle from my list (drywall repair, window caulking, bathroom tile caulking, and painting).

Kelley came by and did a really good job! She has good attention to detail and was able to take care of things in a reasonable amount of time.  I will keep her in mind for future jobs.

We had a badly clogged main line for several days. After just one call, we had a same day appointment. The team was fast, friendly and professional at a great price. Only thing, I wish I had called them sooner (and stopped trying to unclog it myself.) Thank you once again!

Needed to get a hose bib fixed fast.  RDZ was able to give me a quote right away and got a guy out here the next day to fix it.

This is a quality plumbing company! We've had them for two jobs and they're a 5/5 company for sure:

#1) I was installing some quarter turn angle stops and a few were still leaking. I called True Plumbing and they sent Dillon out the next day. He was friendly and courteous, especially during Covid-19. He got all of the pesky angle stops to quit leaking. Great service and a really friendly guy.

#2) We had a pressure relief valve installed on a water heater 5 years ago and have had zero issues with it. Very reasonable for that service, and the owner himself came to do that job. He even inspected a few other fixtures for us for free. Very nice guy!

Clogged kitchen sink... these guys were able to be here within an hour and quickly/neatly resolved the problem.  Good/fair pricing, responsive, and friendly, competent tech (Mike). I'd use them again.

My wife and I have been homeowners several times over the past 44 years, so I've become fairly proficient at handling clogged drains.  When our kitchen sink plumbing backed up a couple of weeks ago, a simple bit of plunger work did the trick.  But a second back-up seemed impervious to the plunger solution.

From experience I am comfortable with kitchen plumbing, so I removed the easy-latch disposal and the pipes - just down to the  p-trap (curved pipe) which I couldn't get off.  Still I had determined the clog was beyond that point, out towards the plumbing clean-out on the back wall of the house.

Using various sized snakes still failed as a home remedy, so I finally determined this would be my first time needing a professional rooter service.

Elite Rooter advertises a single drain fix for $79, which seemed reasonable and I was able to get  on their schedule from 3 to 5p.m. that afternoon. Frankie Herrera, Sr.Technician, arrived promptly at 3p.m.  That was the first point in their favor.

Armed simply with a drill and a 6' length of 1/4 coiled steel, he confirmed my assessment and handily loosend the p-trap (much to my embarrassment!).  There  it was - just inside the pipe - a blockage likely building over our 30 years in this house.

Much relieved, I thanked Frankie, who proceeded to the back yard to use my hose to ensure there were no further blockages from the back of the house out to the street (Iwouldn't of thought of doing that), and then said he would show me a trick that would allow me to handle such future blockages myself.

Really??

While the hose confirmed no further issues, his trick demonstrated how the snake and drill would easily get past the p-trap. I thanked him sincerely for the quick fix and asked how much I owed him. He said it would be no charge.  I wasn't sure I heard correctly. Admittedly I had pretty well prepped the area for a quick fix, but knew the cost for him and his big beautiful truck to get here. I again asked him for the charges and he again refused any payment, and even left the length of coiled steel for me to use on any future  blockages.

I don't suggest that Elite Rooter Service will be able to dispatch your problem as quickly and cost effectively as mine. But Frankie's professional, friendly service and kind consideration was a rare and unexpected experience indeed. In appreciation, I said I would gladly write hime a review worthy of his conduct.

So here we are.

This was truly a warm and welcome experience, and suggests to me that Elite is worthy of your consideration for such services.  I'm not sure how best to characterize this experience aptly, but could swear I heard: Hi-Ho SILVER...Awaaayyy as he drove down the street.

I can't speak about the personnel or quality of work.  I contacted them for a quote to replace my leaky water heater.  this was all done over the phone.  the price I was quoted was $1,400 more than the other 4 quotes I had already received and they were not going to be able to do the job for 4 days which was 2 days longer delay than anybody else I called.

Maybe they were busy and just threw out a high quote but if you're busy, just tell me.  I have no other experience with them so maybe this was just the anomaly and the quote was high for some reason but I obviously went with another plumber who addressed the problem the day I called and charged quite a bit less.

Great service! Benji came to unclog our kitchen line for a really reasonable price for San Diego and fixed our faucet at the same time thank you so much

I had to replace the leaky valves before I could have my new washer machine installed. Daniel replied quickly to my request on Yelp and gave me a good quote. He was fast, friendly and clean (wore little booties so my carpet won't get dirty!). I'm very happy and would call him again!
