I was getting frustrated with an issue with a drain pipe being too short, and even going to my local ace, they don't have the correct size.  I came here and talked to Julian, who helped with my solution.  I brought the drain pipe that was giving me issues, and he quickly offered to cut the pipe to the size I wanted.  I got the pipe home and completed the repair job in no time; it was cheaper than getting it from my local hardware store and cutting it for free. Excellent customer experience all around.

Needed to replace a toilet seat.  Looked up part on Home Depot's website.  Seat not available at stores (online only).  Not wanting to wait for delivery I stopped into WB plumbing.  After a short wait, I approached the counter and told the staff what I needed.  I showed him photos that depict how the seat was mounted.  The young man looked up part and gave me a price ($1 more than Home Depot).  He went and came back with a box.  I started to ask questions hoping to confirm that it was the correct seat for my toilet.  Another worker overheard my questions and jumped in to assist.  The second worker suggested a different seat and sure glad he did.  The replacement seat worked out perfectly at a competitive price.  Thank you WB!

Super friendly and knowledgeable guys who work hard.  I described the issue. They solved the problem.   They also had a ridiculous part in stock.   A part that cal steam did not have in stock!!!!!

I've been coming here for water heaters for decades. The price used to be lower, but still better than at the big box places. Service is good but they cater more to the professionals than DIYers. They ring you up and handtruck your water heater to your truck or SUV. Easy peasy. I will continue to support WB plumbing.

I needed a new bathroom P trap and the employee there was very helpful with the selection of the drainage plumbing kit as well as the gauge thickness which was #17. I was very happy with the product and installed on my own without any issues. As for cost, it was about half the amount of a major hardware store. You do not need a business license to purchase.

These guys know their plumbing. Great knowledge, good prices.

I have a toilet flush issue and needed specific replacement parts.  Although, WB didn't carry it; they are very knowledgeable and helpful.  Will helped me locate my parts on Amazon and also found a local handy person.  This is my new go to place for all my plumbing needs.

Everyone is friendly, efficient, and effective.  Plus, there's a reasonable amount of street parking.

Julian and all the guys at WB are the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly. My contractor broke a small piece to my shower control and WB knew exactly what I needed and was able to get me a replacement the next day! I'll be coming back to WB for all my future plumbing purchases

Whatever you need from valves, to pipe, to almost anything plumbing related can be found here... also feel like I can ask questions and ask for help with any of the knowledgeable folks there.

Great service with competitive pricing on all plumbing products. If you need anything plumbing wise this is the shop to go to. They also carry a little bit of HVAC supplies.

Due to the pandemic I didn't want to go into the store and William gave me a quote of all the items I wanted via email.  

He answered all my questions and I never felt pressured to purchase anything.  I ended up placing a special order and I can't wait until my gold faucet and bath accessories arrives for in store pick up.  They are a local business and I will definitely go back if I ever need pluming supplies.

As a do-it-yourselfer, I usually have questions and am open to recommendations and suggestions.  The staff is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable, unlike the big box stores.  Their prices are better too!  It's no wonder the place is busy with even the professionals who come for in stock parts at competitive prices.

I heard that a new plumbing supply company opened recently that replaced U-SAVE. I needed a new shower head so it was perfect timing to check it out.
The staff are friendly and understand their products. They kindly showed me the different models they had and answered my questions.

I ended up choosing a well-priced Hansgrohe shower hand held in brushed nickel with lifetime warranty. It works great! I'll come here again for my plumbing supplies.

I normally don't write reviews but I just had to for the great staff here. I was referred to this shop by family and when it came time to look for a new shower head, this shop really delivered. I came here looking for a few items. The guys here are very helpful and knowledgeable. After going and calling multiple supply stores I'm happy I found this place. I will be coming back here from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Great service! These guys rock! I went in looking for the J pipe piece for a bathroom sink P-trap. The guys there greeted me but were helping other customers. I waited my turn and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and showed me what I needed. He even helped me save some $ by showing me that a whole new P-trap pipe ($10) would cost less than the piece I was looking for.

I went to this place when it was formerly U-Save Plumbing and those guys sucked! The new WB Plumbing guys are awesome! I bought the P-trap but when I went home to install it, one piece was too long so I went back and told them. The worker offered to cut it shorter for me for free! What great customer service! They made it easy for me to buy what I needed and made sure I was taken care of. A+! I will be shopping at this store for my plumbing supplies from now on. Thank you WB Plumbing!

They were very helpful, I was getting parts for when my plumber comes.  I showed the guy a picture of the stamp inside the toilet tank, he got everything I needed. Everyone was very nice. If I need more plumber parts, I'm definitely coming back!

Really helpful group of guys at this store that seems to cater to plumbers. I was looking for a specific color and size to replace my kitchen faucet. I went to Home Depot but the clerks don't know anything, even after I waited 15 minutes for the faucet specialist. Ed at WB helped me figure out the most workable answer. Super nice guys and very patient.

I spent a fair amount of time in WB Plumbing supply last year, selecting new toilets, bathroom faucets, and shower hardware. Julian was super helpful, spending a lot of time showing me different options and helping us make our selections. He could not have made the experience easier. And, the prices were comparable or better than anywhere else I checked. I highly recommend WB Plumbing Supply, and will go there for all of our plumbing needs from here on.

I had a broken water heater and bought a replacement part here. Plumber installed it and the fuel line was clogged. The next day, Sunday, when they were closed, the owner went over to his shop *with his baby* to find a working replacement part. Way above and beyond.

One of the up-and-coming new supply houses.  Very young owner operators and full staff team! But don't get me wrong they are all very knowledgeable in their trade. They are also very customer service savvy! Whistle Plumbing approves this place for you DIY or professional plumbing needs!

This place has it all . I had to replace the washers in the bathroom shower and sink . Will was very professional and knowledgeable . He explained what tools and parts I needed to get the job done.  Great experience .

Amazing selection, service, and pricing! I learned about this spot from a friend when I was remodeling a kitchen and bathroom and these guys were able to supply all my requirements. This is the kind of review for a great store that you hesitate to write because you want to keep it a local's secret, but these guys seriously deserve credit and recognition for their knowledgeable and generous customer service.

I spent at least 30 minutes getting free advice from Will on the best way to fix a complex issue with a very low flow shower. He walked me through his inventory assortment and spent time explaining the different features you get at various price points. You just can't find this level of service online or at a chain hardware store.

In a nutshell - great spot for both light residential plumbing needs and licensed professional business. Highly recommended!!

This is a great plumbing supply store! My friend and I changed washers in an old bath tube that leaked and these guys went out of their to explain to us how to do the job. It's rare to find such good customer service in this day and age

Great store it was purchased from the U-Save plumbing store buy two brothers that providing an excellent service and doing everything to accommodate the clients very knowledgeable very good always buy all my supplies from them they have a great selection in Old different pictures faucet stops water heaters and and many more

After strolling through the Moraga Steps and having lunch on Irving with my sister, I decided to drop by this place to ask about my water heater issues since it has been making some weird bumping noises from time to time. It's a pretty old water heater anyway with collections of spider webs and rust buildup on the outside, so I was thinking it was time for a new one.

Service:
It seemed like a lot of plumbing contractors were here as I saw some vans and their logos parked nearby. It was quite busy when I went in, but while standing in line I overheard the guys at the counter talking about tankless water heaters and how to calculate something called BTU for tankless units and how it is energy-efficient. They seemed very knowledgable and proficient about their products as they helped other clients.

The guys answered any questions that I had and listed some options to compare like tankless water heaters or storage tank water heaters. I eventually opted for their Bradford White water heater, since we have about 8 people using water in our house. I was unsure about how it could be installed since I know nothing about plumbing stuff, but they were able to refer me to a plumbing contractor, who was also very knowledgable and installed the water heater with stability and in a timely manner.

Parking:
There's plenty of street parking, with 2-hour parking spots all around, and lots of residential all-day parking very close by. I like how convenient it is to Irving where all the food places are too, and the streets at this plumbing supply are less crowded, which makes it less stressful when looking for parking.

Overall, their customer service is excellent and I would definitely recommend WB for your plumbing needs and their advice in general. They are really nice and have great sense of humor. That will keep me coming back here when I need anything to fix around my house regarding plumbing issues or modifications. Thank you WB!

Great plumbing supply. Not so much as a hardware store, but a really good plumbing supply store.
I am a professional, licensed plumber, and I really like this place. Staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Those guys get good deals on tank less water heaters, and carry necessary materials that other suppliers would not, due to a high price.

Excellent customer service!!!  I called in to see if the store have the supplies I need to fix my kitchen sink clog.  I told the guy my sink and situation, and wanted to fix it myself.  Then, he explained what I may need to fix my problem.  Then, I realized it was not something I can easily fix on my own.  I asked for recommendations.  He gave me few recommendations to choose from.  I had someone came by and snaked my kitchen sink.  It's working great again!

I forgot to ask the gentleman's name.  He sounds very smart, nice, and knowledgeable over the phone.  

I bookmarked this place for my future need now.  :))
