The technician, named Bella, came to check out my water heater after so many failed attempts from the other places. She suggested I needed a new water heater since all the parts were replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. She noticed there was an inner gas leak, which the other plumber place failed to notice. She knew exactly what she was talking about. That same day, my water heater was replaced and installed.

The line/pipe for my kitchen sink was clogged.  I called on a Saturday and Joe was super responsive.  They got someone out within 1-1.5 hours.  Almaz came out and did a thorough job on clearing the pipes and explained what happened.  He even check my water pressure and hardness test.  This place is going in my bookmarks.

They helped me with some leaking valves. Arrived the day after I called, finished the work quickly and didn't overcharge. I look forward with working with them again when the next inevitable plumbing disaster takes place.

There was a leak near our meter. United plumbing provided same day service for a very reasonable cost.  The technician was very professional. Highly recommended!

Both our bathrooms got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I contacted United Plumbing and they accommodated me on a Sunday. Then their technician Alexander came and fixed that issue. We knew about a leak in the crawl space and he fixed that too. During his diagnosis he noticed one more leak and recommended repairs. He came again on Monday and fixed those too. For me, Alexander owned the whole thing and gained my trust in a short span of time. Kudos to Alexander and United Plumbing for providing comprehensive and thorough service.

Our garbage disposal was broken. I posted a quote on Yelp and got quick response from United Plumb. In addition to quick response and good communication, they did great and clean job on installing a new one.  And they charged a fair market value. I am very happy with their service.
