Fred/Jay is super easy to work with and very punctual.  We communicated before he showed up to ensure he had the right parts (via pictures).  None of the back and forth stuff with some of the people we used previously.  Everything came together well and the entire process was extremely easy.   Would definitely call him again for my future projects!

David is wonderful to work with. He is meticulous and careful. He is a terrific communicator and has a very reasonable rate. We are thrilled with the work he's done in our home. First, he came same day to fix a light switch in our daughter's room that had started smoking (!). A few month later, we had him return to install recessed lighting as well as a new dining room fixture.  He worked hard to make sure we were happy with the results (we are!).

I received several quotes on upgrading from 100 to 200 amps. Yong provided a competitive price, but most importantly provided easy process from start to finish. The communication with me, PG&E and city inspector made it go very smooth. Yong and team were on time, showed me what they were going to do, and cleaned up before leaving.

Very quick to get back to me. He does very clean work and was able to get it done on the same day. Very professional electrician.

Reached out to Fitch to have a Tesla charger installed and ended up having a Generac generator installed too. Can't say enough good things about this operation.  Highly recommend.

Randy and his crew pulled all the existing electrical system, re-wired my entire house and installed all new lights, vents, and fans. They did a great job, cleaned up their work area at the end of the day, and were communicative throughout the entire process. As a fire prevention inspector and fire investigator, I am always suspicious of contractors and their ability to have their work be code compliant. With Mopia Electric, they had my full trust! Asked Yelp to help me quote a few small projects I had and Antonio was one of the replies.   Very reasonable rate compared to others that quoted and he came the next day and fixed the two items in three hours. I will use him again for my next project.

Juan was awesome!  My lights were flickering Friday night and he fixed the issue and made improvements to my panel the next morning!

However I asked him for a quote on switching out the panel and was told he would send it when he gets home. Then I asked him again and was told tomorrow. Then he just disappeared. Busy I guess.

Dan is the go to person. Very honest and technically sound guy. We have used their service.  Dan will usually arrive at your door 5 minutes before the schedule time. They will not overcharge you, very reasonable pricing for their services. We have used their services for TV wall mount.

We just bought & moved into a new home and of course there were a variety of different electric needs we had for this house - the main priority being replacing an old and unsafe subpanel in our garage.

From first phone call until finished project, Got Watts was an absolute dream to work with. Other service companies should take note from them. Their communication was clear, prompt, and they were always on time for their appointments (YES!).

Jeremy came out to our place and gave me a bunch of quotes for all the different things I wanted done. I plan on doing everything eventually but for now, since the priority was the sub panel, we went ahead and just did that part of the project first.

Chris and James came on project day, were on time to the DOT and were super courteous. My 3 year old was obsessed with them and kept asking where the ewec-cwistian was HAHAH. They even fixed something with my water heater while they were in my garage just because they noticed an issue and thought it would be an easy fix for me .. free of charge! I didn't even know there was a problem but these guys go above and beyond.

I'll definitely be going back to them to finish out the rest of the projects we got quotes for inside the house .. super impressed and would def recommend them.

Steve is a great electrician and has very fair pricing.  We had a number of projects where I needed help including adding a 240V outlet in the garage for an electric car.  He came out on time and got everything done efficiently and we were very happy.  I would recommend Steve to anybody looking for an electrician.

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house.  They are very responsive and professional.  Gave me different options without being pushy.  I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly.  They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic.  Workers were polite and hard working.  Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work.  Everything was finished on budget and under time!  I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater.  I'm sure they will deliver!  Strongest recommendation!

I called Oak Electric about hanging a lighted mirror in a bathroom. Jason replied promptly and courteously. He came exactly at the appointed time and completed the job perfectly. The scope of the work was larger than either of us anticipated. He was careful, conscientious, courteous and efficient. I will certainly call Jason/Oak Electric for any future electrical needs. I trust him without ANY hesitation.

Jon is pretty thorough and gave us a reasonable quote for hooking up our swim spa. He went the extra mile to do an additional visit to the site to talk to our contractor that was very confused. Problem solved quick!

Yelp previously removed my review because I posted the same on two of their locations so I'll fix that. I'll include my initial review below with this update. In addition to my review below the quote they gave me for my work was $6,500 ~ and I ended up getting work done for $1,730 receiving two other quotes for $2,030 and $3,000. They are more than twice the price for lackluster customer service. And no I didn't change the scope of work to what I was quoted.

Original review; I've decided to turn my detached garage into a home gym and needed some help with electrical work so I called Five or Free Electrical to schedule an appointment for them to look at the scope of my work. Scheduling was easy and professional and a few days later they're at my house to look at my job. Gilbert arrived early and I was ready for him to review. We have no insulation or drywall up so everything is open and ready, a seemingly easy job. He verified some power lines running out and took some pictures to create a quote. I paid the $50 deposit which can be applied to the job if done. Gilbert mentioned he'd probably have it to me by next day. I told him I wasn't in a rush and that would be fine. 2 days later I called requesting an update. I received a call the day after my message saying the project would come to my email within the next day. Well Friday came and went, the weekend too. So yet again I call, a full week after having the first visit, and the representative promised that Gilbert would be notified and that I'll have it by end of day. The scope of work may be too easy or small and not worth their time. My emails correct on file - they sent me all the links to review them on all their linked 3rd party reviewers the day after my visit. No quote, no call, no updates. An absolute waste of time to even consider using this company if you value your time. This poor execution on how they treat their customers may reflect in the actual work they perform. Why do I, a customer, have to try and chase YOU down for work?
