I was having an issue with some flickering lights and contacted LHP. Mr. Zhang was able to make it out the same day, figured out that the issue was a faulty breaker, and made the repair immediately. No issues since! I also really appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe covers. Overall, great experience. I'll use LHP for any other electrical needs in the future.

Larry is fantastic! The circuit breaker tripped for our bedroom and wouldn't reset. I called 3 electricians, and Larry responded promptly and was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. He is diligent, patient, and thorough in his work, which is exactly the attitude needed when troubleshooting electrical gremlins. What a sigh of relief! Great customer service with a construction company? Such is unheard of!

A little back story: I had a few problems in my house since before Covid, and unfortunately the HOA of my community would not take care of them! They would say that it wasn't covered by the warranty or it was done by the previous owner etc. I am not the most handy or technologically advanced person in this world, so it was time to call an electrician.  

I searched far and wide for electricians, and the most responsive and professional was fitch electric; it was as if they wanted our business without us being a burden to them. The other electricians I reached out to were either incredibly unresponsive, or incredibly unprofessional. Fitch Electric replied, gave us a quote, and fixed all the electrical problems within a 4 day span!

I had to upgrade my breaker panel and install a dryer outlet. Randy was very professional and informative on what needed to happen. Although there were many moving parts and obstacles, he made the whole process smooth and convenient for myself. Everything he worked on is fully functional and working great! We had an amazing experience with Robert Chen. He was referred to us by a friend this morning. We called him up in the morning. He was very responsive and was ready to come down the same day to give us a quote to install our Tesla wall charger. A lot of the other companies that we spoke to either quoted too high or they were going to send someone for an estimate. For the estimate, I had to fill out forms and send them pictures etc. so it was a complicated process. But Robert came to give us a quote the same day and he was very considerate of our house. Asked us the right questions of where do you want it installed and have us suggestions on how to save on material by installing it in a certain place. That way, it will not be expensive. He quoted reasonable amount and less than big companies. He finished his work and cleaned up after he was done too. Very neat end product as it can be seen in the picture. I highly recommend Robert for this and I am also planning to call him for any of our electrical needs at hour home in the future.

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage.  Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.  He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help.  He even helped unload and reload the frozen food.  Reasonable price.  Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

I contracted Peralta Electric to upgrade my electrical panel from 100 Amps to 200 Amps, to run power to a workshop that I'm building in the backyard, and install a generator hook-up and sub-panel by the main electrical panel.  He got all of that accomplished on time and on budget.  He also took care of all the permit work and the PG&E scheduling.  When I asked him to do a few other small tasks, like installing a ground rod and an additional outdoor outlet, he said, No problem!  If I have any other electrical work that needs to be done in the future, he will be my first call.

Just hired Dan to install a new Ecobee thermostat and a smart light switch.  He got the job done very quickly.  Ran into a problem with the light switch, but Dan was quick to call customer service and managed the whole call until we discovered the problem, which was quickly fixed.

Very responsive, messaged me back via Yelp within minutes and in charged me exactly what he quoted me.  I'd hire him again for future needs

Since moving to our home four years ago we have used Got Watts for 100% of our electrical work. They have exceeded our expectations every single time.

Today I initiated a Yelp request for price quotes for a small electrical job. DEN Electric was quick to respond with a quote. Hancock, the owner, said he could come to do the job today, even though it was already late in the afternoon. He arrived, evaluated the job swiftly and completed the job in a neat and timely manner. He honored his original quote.  He and his business partner, James, were pleasant and easy to work with.   I would contact DEN Electric again for electrical projects.

Steve, who I believe is the owner, is really responsive and gets back to really quickly. I've used them several times and the electricians are very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job and charge reasonable prices which is unusual for an electrician. When they quote a job they stick by the price even if it takes longer for them to complete it. I recommend them highly.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

Look no further, Jason is your guy! He was so prompt, professional and kind. I called hoping for a super tight turnaround on both a quote and an installation. He did both within 48 hours including 4 rooms that didn't previously have overhead lighting. He even Face Timed with me while I was at work to be sure I was happy with the placement. I neglected to buy the light bulbs (assumed they came in the chandelier box) and he went out of his way to buy them himself and didn't even charge us. He was super quick to respond on text too. Not to mention he was significantly cheaper than two other electricians I called in the Palo Alto area. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Jason!!!

Jon is pretty thorough and gave us a reasonable quote for hooking up our swim spa. He went the extra mile to do an additional visit to the site to talk to our contractor that was very confused. Problem solved quick!

Yelp previously removed my review because I posted the same on two of their locations so I'll fix that. I'll include my initial review below with this update. In addition to my review below the quote they gave me for my work was $6,500 ~ and I ended up getting work done for $1,730 receiving two other quotes for $2,030 and $3,000. They are more than twice the price for lackluster customer service. And no I didn't change the scope of work to what I was quoted.

Original review; I've decided to turn my detached garage into a home gym and needed some help with electrical work so I called Five or Free Electrical to schedule an appointment for them to look at the scope of my work. Scheduling was easy and professional and a few days later they're at my house to look at my job. Gilbert arrived early and I was ready for him to review. We have no insulation or drywall up so everything is open and ready, a seemingly easy job. He verified some power lines running out and took some pictures to create a quote. I paid the $50 deposit which can be applied to the job if done. Gilbert mentioned he'd probably have it to me by next day. I told him I wasn't in a rush and that would be fine. 2 days later I called requesting an update. I received a call the day after my message saying the project would come to my email within the next day. Well Friday came and went, the weekend too. So yet again I call, a full week after having the first visit, and the representative promised that Gilbert would be notified and that I'll have it by end of day. The scope of work may be too easy or small and not worth their time. My emails correct on file - they sent me all the links to review them on all their linked 3rd party reviewers the day after my visit. No quote, no call, no updates. An absolute waste of time to even consider using this company if you value your time. This poor execution on how they treat their customers may reflect in the actual work they perform. Why do I, a customer, have to try and chase YOU down for work?
