Called for an estimate to install a 240v plug.  Instead of coming all the way from Fremont to San Leandro, they asked to FaceTime so they could check out the panel and got a quote on the spot, talk about efficient!  They were able to come out the same day, not to mention it was a Sunday too.  Got the job done pretty quick, clean and seamless.  These are stand up guys and would highly recommend them!

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

Have been living at my current resident for more than 10 years, and never had any problems except circuit breaking pop and reset. This time the electricity wasn't working, and Mopia guys found a potential fire hazard that whoever install this outlet upstairs was a Moran. Replaced and installed new wiring that made everything work again. The boss or owner was professional and check on me after job was done. I will hire these guys again. The other thing I like about the service is, that they put booties on their shoes so they don't track crap all over my house. Thanks guys

We really appreciate Robert's great work solving our chronic GFCI outlet issue on the spot! We had one of GFCI outlets kept tripping and shut off all the downstream outlets for months. Two electricians prior to him were not able to identify the root cause. Robert thoroughly checked the upstreaming and downstream circuitry. He was able to pinpoint a faulty outlet with loose connection causing the constant shortage and fix it right away. It was straightforward to communicate with Robert. His schedule is busy but flexible. The cost was quite reasonable. Robert will be our future go-to person for all electrical works.

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage.  Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.  He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help.  He even helped unload and reload the frozen food.  Reasonable price.  Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

Jeremy came out to install a simple installation of wall lights and investigated several cabinet lights that had stopped working months before.  I would now use Jeremy and  his competent team for any of my electrical needs. Why?  He is polite, honest, 100% professional and patiently explains  everything you  need to know.  He is totally efficient and on time. On one occasion he was running slightly late, he called to give me a more accurate arrival time.  In addition, Jeremy is a super positive guy who  cares about his customer satisfaction.  I highly recommend.

Steve is a great electrician and has very fair pricing.  We had a number of projects where I needed help including adding a 240V outlet in the garage for an electric car.  He came out on time and got everything done efficiently and we were very happy.  I would recommend Steve to anybody looking for an electrician.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I called Oak Electric about hanging a lighted mirror in a bathroom. Jason replied promptly and courteously. He came exactly at the appointed time and completed the job perfectly. The scope of the work was larger than either of us anticipated. He was careful, conscientious, courteous and efficient. I will certainly call Jason/Oak Electric for any future electrical needs. I trust him without ANY hesitation.

Jon M Clark is an outstanding electrician and small business owner whom has a great attitude about being fair and wanting the customer to be happy. Based on a recommendation from Paradise Valley Spas we had Jon bid a job to put in power for a hot tube we were buying. His bid was 30% less than another electrician and better reflected what we wanted. Although there is a bit of a mess up (in terms of where the power was to be run) he went to great lengths to make it right and even going further to improve on some previous work being done. We hired Five or Free Electrical to do a full rewiring of our house. We wanted to replace our knob and tube and bring our electric system to code and after doing our homework and looking at so many estimates we're glad we went with this company. They were very clear since the first time Sal came to scope the work.

Ramon, Tomas and Tim spent many days running wires and carefully installing new outlets, switches and fixtures, new panel, subpanels, smoke detectors, fans, recessed lighting among other little things here and there.

Every single day, they came, did their work and clean up before they left. The amount of technical knowledge they have is amazing, and if they don't know it they will do their research before the next day.

I wish I could give this company 6 stars as they don't only did the work that we needed, they did the work that we wanted and then some.

The other advantage of going with them is that most of the companies had one of two electricians, but they have a big team of electricians that in jobs like ours will come to add more power to the job when needed.

One last advantage they have, in case you are not convinced yet, that makes them stand out in front of other companies (even in front of Diamond Certified companies) is that they offer no interest financing through a finance company. This is a great option no one else has offered.
