I have a undermount sink with the silicone caulk turned moldy (see photo). I found it hard to remove the caulk so I called Fred to do it for me. Well, a picture speaks a thousand words, so see the photos attached. Same thing happens for the shower area. See photos.

Dave came to my home the same day and at the end of the day. I had two recessed ceiling lights that were not working properly. They kept blowing lights out in these fixtures.He put a meter on them and it turns out it was nothing. He did not want to charge for it due to it being  so simple.So nice to see such a service.

Had a power failure that resetting the fuse boxes couldn't fix. Called LHP and they came same-day. He worked so hard testing every fuse box and outlet to narrow down where the power failure occurred. After about an hour and a half of testing everything, he said that he believed the failure was a burned wire in the wall. Because he couldn't fix it on the spot, he insisted upon not charging me. I appreciate this is exceptional integrity.

All the lights went out in my kitchen and I couldn't figure out what to do. I called up these guys and they responded super quick and came by and helped me out right away. I never leave reviews but Ronnie was super professional and helpful that I had to say something. U don't get quality honest help like this now a days. Definitely give these guys a shot.

Sam was great! He was very fast and responsive. He installed a walk in closet, caulked a window, and kitchen cabinets for us. He finished the job within 2 days! Thanks again Sam.

Larry has worked for us for over 25 years. We would never use anyone else.  He has solved electrical challenges in our house from small to large jobs.  Anyone using Larry will be very happy with the results of any electrical issue presented to him.  It doesn't seem that all electricians have Larry's experience.

I can't express how helpful Lucas was today. The day before thanksgiving Lucas calls me on FaceTime and helps me solve the electric issue I was having. This could have been a disaster and thanks to Fitch Electric (the only company that picked up my calls) my family and I can enjoy our holiday.

Our electric meter and panel was burnt overnight, and we had no electricity when we woke up. I called Mopia Electric (Randy) and told them my situation and they immediately sent people over to my place to start checking on it. From the time of the call in the morning until they finish replacement, all it took was 1 afternoon. The replacement included changing a completely new electric pipe through the roof and changing the entire electric panel while adding a couple ground wires to ensure that our electricity will run with no problem. If you live in Castro Valley / Alameda County, these are the guys to call for any electrical problems.

I had an issue where several outlets in the living room lost power.  Chen came, diagnosed the issue, had the parts in his van, repaired, and was done within the hour.   He is very friendly too.

Antonio is a very reliable handyman and puts his 200% on the job and has no short cuts. He helped with TV installation on the wall.

I contracted Peralta Electric to upgrade my electrical panel from 100 Amps to 200 Amps, to run power to a workshop that I'm building in the backyard, and install a generator hook-up and sub-panel by the main electrical panel.  He got all of that accomplished on time and on budget.  He also took care of all the permit work and the PG&E scheduling.  When I asked him to do a few other small tasks, like installing a ground rod and an additional outdoor outlet, he said, No problem!  If I have any other electrical work that needs to be done in the future, he will be my first call.

The outlet for our dryer wasn't providing enough voltage. Dan picked up the phone on the first ring and was at our house the following morning. He even showed up early! He's responsive, friendly, trustworthy and efficient. I will be calling on BAM for as long as I live in the SFBA.

This is my second review of Den Electric. Den has been doing electric work for my from past 3 years on three or four different occasions. The team works diligently and clearly explaining the options and risks. I am impressed with their care to finish the job even if it takes additional time and effort to revisit the store to get the right parts.

Steve is a great electrician and has very fair pricing.  We had a number of projects where I needed help including adding a 240V outlet in the garage for an electric car.  He came out on time and got everything done efficiently and we were very happy.  I would recommend Steve to anybody looking for an electrician.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I have had these guys out before to install chandeliers and they did a great job so when we had a power outage yesterday in my husband's office I knew who to call. Gilbert came out with his apprentice Judah the next morning and searched for the problem. There were lots of options for what could have gone wrong and my husband had done a lot of the testing. Gilbert found a lose connection in a hidden Junction box and was able to get it fixed in no time. Power is back on. Yeah! Thank you Five or Free. You are awesome!
