Very glad that we found Fred, who came out early today to repair a door.  This door had spent the last few years getting harder and harder to open or shut.  Should have had him fix it long ago.  Instead, I tried a series of temporary fixes such as pounding dozens of nails around the hinges to keep them from bending out.  Not very effective but it was good release of the stress caused by the misbehaving door.

Anyway, thanks to Fred, the door is now swinging freely, quietly and smoothly on its professionally secured hinges, to our great relief.

Fred gave us two heads ups before he arrived, one to say he was on his way and one to update us on the actual ETA.  What more could you ask?

He looked a bit dismayed when he saw the hinges bristling with my nails, but soon recovered his composure and got to work.

An hour or so later the door was working like new.  He did the work quickly with a minimum of fuss.  And the price he charged was at the mid range of his estimate and quite reasonable.

So, I recommend the man to you without reservation for your handyman needs.  I'll be calling on him again whenever some household issue rears its ugly head.

David was extremely responsible, answers his phone for clients or gets back by text immediately.  Customer service is the best!

My home had 2 rooms out of power for reasons not known to us. I tried asking my home warranty company and they assigned some electrician who was playing by the rule book and informed that my 2 rooms have to be rewired. Fast forward after scouting for electricians elsewhere ended up in Yelp and identified Yong based on his ratings. Yong was quick to respond to my request. I informed him the current situation and asked him to take a quick look before providing a quote. Yong obliged quickly and was there at my home next day as promised !! He was very friendly to run the diagnosis and kept hunting for the root cause. He solved the problem non intrusively, that is with out rewiring which saved me a huge money. I would definitely go to Yong for any of electrical problems and would recommend him for my friends circle :)

Larry Strom just finished installing LED lights in my kitchen and worked on a number of other projects related to my kitchen remodel.  He first came out on a major holiday to  look at the job to be done, which impressed me, and was able be here very quickly when my contractor needed his assistance.   I couldn't have been happier with the work that he and his super nice assistant Danny did for me.  He is a true professional, very knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy, and he went out of his way to do a great job.  I was very very happy with the work that he did and would recommend him to others without reservation.

I wrote Fitch Electric via Yelp to request electrical inspection of an old home. We had our first call the same day and 2 qualified electricians were sent out to my home the following day. The electricians were highly knowledgeable and took time to educate me on the electrical system as they checked under outlets. They were honest and reasonable with their feedback on what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical work.

Robert is very professional and responsible from beginning to the end for our Tesla charger project. He finished the job in  about 2 hour with a clean design. Good communication during whole project. Highly recommended!!

Asked Yelp to help me quote a few small projects I had and Antonio was one of the replies.   Very reasonable rate compared to others that quoted and he came the next day and fixed the two items in three hours. I will use him again for my next project.

Juan took care of fluorescent to LED conversion for a few light fixtures in my garage. The work was done promptly, and for a very reasonable price.

Dan helped us install our Tesla wall charger for our model Y this morning. He was super professional and efficient. He got it done within an hour, I paid him via venmo so the whole transaction was in and out!

I was looking to get a 240V line put in my garage from my EV Charger.. Steve came out and gave me an estimate without any BS like many of the other contractors. His priciig was the lowest from anyone else and he was able to fit in the install within a few days whereas others were making me wait for over a month.

On the day of the job, Steve showed up early with his crew and were done within a couple of hours.. Work was done excellent with no mess left for me to clean.. I was very impressed.

5 Stars to Southwest Electric and will surely hire them again for my Electrical needs.

We were pretty unsatisfied with this install. We booked a new HVAC through Costco but were pretty disappointed in the execution. It's been two months since the day they started, and we are still having them come fix things before we can get the inspection. We were without heat for days during a heat wave, because they didn't have parts they needed. (Why didn't they know what they needed before they started?) Then they needed more parts and we had to wait another month. They cut the wiring to our drip irrigation/landscaping and put it back together wrong, which we didn't figure out until half of our garden died from not getting watered. They put the metal pieces on our artificial turf while they were installing which burned parts of the grass which now looks awful. They've taken no responsibility for any of these errors, and claimed they couldn't have been responsible for the burned grass even though it wasn't there the day before the install and then it was. They put the thermostat in a new and very odd place without calling me at work to discuss it first (in between a picture frame and a door jam in a very visible area) and said they'd move it but of course it would damage the wall.. Ugh. Just overall very not slick, not responsive, not responsible for their screw-ups, and not competent.
I'm not sure why Costco uses them. :(

We started out spec-ing a 240W electrical outlet in the garage for a new car.  Then the solar guys told us we'd need our main electrical panel moved around a corner and upgraded before they could install.  So we plopped a big job on top of a small one.

Jason took care of everything (permit, installation, inspections) in a very friendly and personable manner.  The timing was a bit loose-y-goose-y but we were the ones who'd trebled the size of the job, so I really can't complain.  It was all done with a minimum of downtime for us.

The city inspector complimented us on how well the job had been done and asked how we'd found Jason since good electricians are scarce these days.  (Our next-door neighbors had recommended Oak Electric, then I'd verified here at Yelp).  

We were charged exactly what he estimated and the whole system has been working beautifully for a month now.

Referred by The Hot Tub Wherehouse, Jon responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Once we accepted the bid his workers Alex and Jacob covered the installation. Both Alex and Jacob were professional and considerate of being on our property. Jacob did the finishing work and made sure to explain everything to me and get my approval on the final steps. They were thoughtful about my dogs and making sure I was comfortable with their process.

I've hired this company for many electrical jobs. They are always efficient, friendly, good value estimates, great communication and always on time. They always let you know when they are on their way and also email a short bio of the technician that will come out for service.
