I needed to have my old range hood removed from under my cabinet and have someone install a new one I bought.  I decided to go with Fred's Handyman services because his quote was the most detailed and affordable.  He asked me to text pictures of the old hood and the new hood ahead of his visit.  He gave me a  time frame for when he would arrive and came early for our appointment.  He was friendly, courteous, patient, and easy to talk to.  He even took the time to fix a light switch problem I had that was originally not part of the quote.  His work was very thorough and I was highly satisfied at the end.  I will be sure to call the owner in the future for other needs because he earned my trust.  Thank you so much for all your help!

David is a pro. I had him install a subpanel in my garage, and run a few new circuits off it; one for a garage heater, another for future 240v shop outlets, and some 110 circuits. He handled all of it and it's awesome.

Will definitely hire him again.

Had the pleasure of hiring LHP Electrical again today. A single GFCI in the kitchen was out and after checking the circuit breakers and other plugs, I could not figure out why. LHP came out on time and diagnosed the issue to be something really dumb that I overlooked (too ashamed to say here). They were friendly, wore masks, shoe coverings, and didn't charge for this trip ... Forever greatful and now my go to electrician.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

Sam is an excellent handyman. He is sincere, hardworking and his work is very clean and tidy. He helped us put up curtains/shades in two of our rooms. We will definitely call him again for any of our future needs around the house.

Larry has worked for us for over 25 years. We would never use anyone else.  He has solved electrical challenges in our house from small to large jobs.  Anyone using Larry will be very happy with the results of any electrical issue presented to him.  It doesn't seem that all electricians have Larry's experience.

Called them to request service to install outdoor GFCI outlet for my water fountain. The owner Lucas picked up the phone and asked me to send the pictures of the location where I want to install the outdoor outlet. Sent him the required pictures and information of the job that I want them to do and then follow up with few text messages. No response at all I guess they don't have courtesy to reply to a prospect client. Will not recommend this business.

Randy came out to my house tonight at 7:00pm to discuss options for my project. He interrupted his dinner to drive to my house. He was super friendly & knowledgeable and gave me a lot of options. I plan on calling Randy back for an issue with my circuit breaker on my dryer.

Robert installed our EV charger in a professional fashion. He's very responsive via text and the consultation was done by sending photos of the existing panel. He explained the process clearly and provided all the hardware needed for the install (expect for the charger). After installing we tested the charger to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up the area afterwards. Very happy with the service and will call him again for future electrical work around the house.

I highly recommend Antonio for his services. My bathroom exhaust fan was not working and I reached out on Yelp for quotes. He responded right away with a very reasonable rate on labor. He even sent me pictures of the replacement part with prices at Home Depot and said he would charge exactly what it would cost.  He didn't try to overcharge me like other places which I extremely appreciate.  We ended up not needing the part because it was just an electrical issue.  So he only charged me for labor, in which he ended up discounting.  He is honest, reliable, and efficient. He also goes out of his way to find me parts on another repair that I needed and said he would move his other schedules around to fit me in as soon as possible.  Again I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great handyman.   Thank you, Antonio!!

tried to hire him 2 times. First time, he showed up, took a look and said he will come back with a quote. He never followed up.
Second time, he gave me an appointment for 4pm next day. I shortened my trip so that I could be home for the appointment. Then when I called him at 4:15pm, he said something came up and he wont show up. He said he texted me in the morning, but I never received anything and I think he just lied. Then he said he will call be back but he never did.

Dan the Man!  Dan and his team did a great job installing our new LG Smart TV on the Family Room Wall, and our Samsung on our Bedroom Wall.  Dan really went the extra mile for me.
He helped with the setup, and made all those cords disappear.   He also threw in an extra cord.  Dan did both TV's for a great price!   We will use him again to install our ceiling fan,
and air conditioner.   Oh, and Dan arrived early for the appointment.  Who does that?

I have never wanted to write a review more than this. My electric panel is in my infants room and was overheating and beginning to smell...on Christmas Day no less. I called Watts and spoke to Jeremy (the owner) and he looked for a technician to come to my house. When he couldn't immediately get someone he volunteered to come to my house and see what the problem was. He showed up and helped us almost immediately and was honest, forthright, and just an all around great guy. He fixed our issue and made recommendations for us to update our system which we will be doing in the coming week. I'm so happy to have found Jeremy's company on Yelp and could not be happier with the service.

Very good experience. Arrived half hour late. Knowledgeable and a good problem solver. Installed outlet for car charger and replaced outlet in bedroom. Reasonably priced.  Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Willing to come out on a Sunday with no extra fee!

I cant claim to be a customer yet but I can say I will be a customer. Steve is one of the rare people out there that cares rather just quotes.  I called Steve to estimate a job and he told me it was not necessary and showed me what I needed to do.   Steve and Southwest Electric Thank you.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I called Oak Electric about hanging a lighted mirror in a bathroom. Jason replied promptly and courteously. He came exactly at the appointed time and completed the job perfectly. This is the exact company you want to use when you need a reliable, honest, and friendly electrician.
