Dave came to my home the same day and at the end of the day. I had two recessed ceiling lights that were not working properly. They kept blowing lights out in these fixtures.He put a meter on them and it turns out it was nothing. He did not want to charge for it due to it being  so simple.So nice to see such a service.

Yong is awesome.  I needed an electrical charger for my new Tesla.  Contacted over 20 electricians.  All of them asked a bunch of questions and said they couldn't give me an approximate quote.  Several electricians gave me quotes. One said this and that and I have to do something before he can work on it. Yong came after giving me an approximate quote and finished the job immediately and charged me at the lower end of the quote range. His quote was much lower than everyone else's.

I wish I had called him in the past when a different electrician charged me arm and leg for what appeared to be one hour job.

I'm saving his contact info for all my future electrical work. He is honest, straight forward, efficient, and pleasant.  He's trustworthy.

And he even re did my electrical panel without charging me because it was easy for him to do while installing an electrical charger. He is the best.

I put out a request on Yelp in the morning and Sam came by in less than an hour to complete the task. A few hours after he had left, I had another job for him and he came back within the hour (twice in a day) to finish this second task. Larry Strom just finished installing LED lights in my kitchen and worked on a number of other projects related to my kitchen remodel.  He first came out on a major holiday to  look at the job to be done, which impressed me, and was able be here very quickly when my contractor needed his assistance.   I couldn't have been happier with the work that he and his super nice assistant Danny did for me.  He is a true professional, very knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy, and he went out of his way to do a great job.  I was very very happy with the work that he did and would recommend him to others without reservation.

Fitch came to my house in Orinda to hook up a stove and hood, add outlets and diagnose/fix other problems.  They were prompt, professional and available.  They sent two guys who completed all eight projects in one day and charged a fair price.  I would use them again.

Long-delayed review for an outstanding job. We had our whole house rewired in the fall to bring our 1937 firetrap up to date. Randy is a great communicator, gave us a very fair price, and was a delight to work with. The Mopia team was respectful, tidy, and skilled. We are delighted to have consistent and safe power and a bunch of new, more energy-efficient light fixtures. Great experience all around.

Robert provides me an accurate and reasonable quote on spot. I made an appointment right after that and he arrived on time on the installation day. The whole process was smooth. Get the charger installed in about 3 hours and he explained every step he did. He also helped to rearrange the wires in the panel and makes them more clean and organized.

Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

We had an issue with our electric panel which caused half of our house electric to go out.  This happened in the evening and we called peralta electric to come out the next day, which was a weekend. They tried to troubleshoot with my husband over the phone.  When he figured out what might be the issue, he found the part and came out immediately and was such a lifesaver.  He came in and fixed the problem right away.  Very reasonable costs.  Thank you! Will think of you next time we need an electrician!

I called BAM to install my TV during a 90-minute time window I had between work meetings. Dan was on time, fast, effective, friendly (to my dog too), and did everything he could to ensure my customer satisfaction (including recommending my TV purchase, offering different mounts, cleaning up cords, and trying to help me save money).

Got Watts was great to work with on the install and set up of our new home solar system. They provided a slightly lower quote than the other 3 quotes I received. Sam & Mallory updated me via email every step of the way from blueprint to permit approval to install to PG&E's permission to operate going live! I had Den's Electric install two bathroom fans in my home.  I had no idea that this job included crawling around in my attic and cutting the ceiling for a custom fit.  I am so happy that I hired Den's Electric to complete this job.  They were ontime, professional and quick.  They did a great job and I am thrilled with their work product.  I would hire them again in a heart beat!

I have a two story townhouse that gets hot up stairs in the summer. The two upstairs bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with no existing electrical cans in the ceiling. So, I needed an electrician to install the cans and wire in the associated switch.

So, I called a few contractors and eventually hired Steve who provided a reasonable estimate and was easy to get along with. During the estimate visit, Steve recommended a creative way to retain the switch for wall receptacles ((think table or floor lamps) and add a dedicated switch for the ceiling fans. He also recommended a whole house fan that I hadn't thought of. So he has a bit of creativity and experience to help suggest improvements.

He and John showed up on time for the estimate and install. They also respect the customers home by doing a clean job, tarping the work area and picking up after themselves. They're both very personable and are a pleasure to work with.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

Jason and Issac were great.  We needed a panel upgrade and some minor repairs.  From initial contact and a same day estimate to the work being done was amazing.  Professional, respectful and responsive.  We can say enough about the service and will definitely use them again if services are needed.  If you need work done, no matter the size or scope, give Jason and Oak a call.

Jon from JMC Electrical was awesome.  Jon and his team were organized and efficient.  He was a pleasure to work with and a really nice guy as well.  He explained the process of hooking up our hot tub in great detail, and made it so easy for us to understand.  I really appreciate how well they communicate through text and email, and how professional of a job they do.  I use them again for sure.

The fuse controlling our kitchen blew right after the holidays. It appeared that it needed to be replaced.The office was responsive in setting up our appointment and I received text messages throughout the process. Alex came out and was able to reset the fuse without any repair.  Even though the service visit was scheduled and Alex had to travel 20 mins out to our place from his previous appointment, we were not charged for the service. Other companies were quoting $100 or more just to show up. Thanks Alex and 5 or Free - you will be our first call if we have any other electrical issues.
