I highly recommend Fred's Handyman Service.  Jay is very knowledgeable and capable.  He was able to resolve an issue with my dishwasher/disposal hose/air gap mess that a tech from another company could not fix.  He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and even contacted me a few days later to see if all was working well.  I will definitely call Fred's when I need service for my home In the future!

David returned my call pretty much immediately, showed up earlier than he said he would, and took care of my generator disconnect from the main panel.  He also patiently listened to a couple of other electrical challenges I have and suggested reasonable options.  As good as it gets, in terms of experience, highly recommend!

Shouliang showed up to my house yesterday because I had some potential electrical issues/concerns. He came over right after another job and was extremely insightful after doing some hands on inspection and analysis. He was very honest with my issues and provided real recommendations. I feel much more assured about the issues I've been dealing with after his visit. Personally I thought Shouliang is very experienced and runs a very honest business. If I have any future electrical work, I'll definitely give them another call.

From start to finish, Safety First Electrical Inc was absolutely outstanding!  My request for last minute electrical needs on a Friday afternoon was met with nothing but outstanding customer service and electrical expertise!  Everything the company said they would do to help me, they did exactly that.  Call backs in a very timeline manner, overview of what they could do to assist me and upfront details of service and prices were all so much appreciated.  I was provided with a window of time the service would take place and they provided me both phone calls and ongoing text messages to ensure i was updated about the service and when the electrician was en route.

SM repair fixed faulty outlets for me. He was on time, honest, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and fair. I will not hesitate to do business with him for my future home repair needs.

I called ELS Electric this morning because our oven keeps tripping the breaker and this last time we smelled some burning near the electrical panel. Larry returned my call within 10 mins and after discussion the issue he said he would be over in a few hours.

They checked both the main panel and sub panel, tightened a connection and determined that both panels looked fine. They did find that one of the two hot lines to the oven was drawing more current than the other, and that it was possible a problem with the oven it's self, or there was a problem on PG&E's end outside the house (which was likely because we do get some dimming of lights in the house). We agreed that he should replace the breaker to be on the safe side and that then we would know for sure that wasn't the problem. It wasn't the breaker. Larry suggested that I call PG&E before calling an appliance repair person and even wrote down some notes for me on what he learned so I could give the information to PG&E and/or the appliance person.

A short time later PG&E showed up, he looked over then notes and we talked about everything Larry had done and told me. Sure enough he found the connections in the box in the ground our front yard were badly corroded, and in fact that the technology was very old and should be replaced and put in an work order to replace them. The corrosion was so bad he was unable to clean them and a crew will be out in the morning.

Larry worked hard to find a solution to my problem without breaking my bank and I really appreciate that. Both Larry and Dan were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They spent more time than the one hour service call but only charged me for that one service call plus the cost of the breaker. My husband has been feeling like we need to upgrade our electrical panel and Larry assured me that although he would love to take my money we really do not need to upgrade our panel. The work would be costly and it really is not necessary (the PG&E technician also agreed with this assessment). So, add trustworthy to the list.

If and when I have a need for an electrician in the future I will be calling ELS Electric!

Reached out to Fitch to have a Tesla charger installed and ended up having a Generac generator installed too. Can't say enough good things about this operation.  Highly recommend.

Randy installed our low voltage lighting in our front yard and patio area. Comes on time and very knowledgeable of what to do. His prices are fair with quality work. Will look him up again when time comes.

I couldn't recommend this company more. They are great fair and affordable. I hired them to install an Ev charger for my car. I spent a while getting quotes. They numbers were all over and many were just taking advantage. Electric Chen was great and the price was fair. The work was excellent. They were clean and prompt. Be sure to use them

Antonio was on time and very respectful, and did a good overall job. He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall I was happy. I got a nest floodlight installed , there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

Juan arrived next day I asked him for help. He came on Sunday morning, that was extremely convenient for me. Juan found and fixed one issue in about hour and helped to figure out what is wrong with my other outlet.

Called last night. They showed up first thing in the AM. Even 5 mins early! Did a great job. Put the TV up in less than 45 mins. Thanks guys!

I had a 220 volt circuit added and a couple of breakers changed. I thought they did a good job. I could tell they cared about their work . The company is responive in communication, courteous and didnt mind that I was hovering around while they did their work.. I would use them again.

We recently had Southwest make extensive upgrades to our new home, including a 200 amp upgrade to our panel. They showed up on time, offered excellent observations/insights/ideas (also bringing up things that I'm really glad they pointed out, without being pushy at all), and were meticulous about their work. Steve, Mike and John are a company of three (I think), so you always know who you're dealing with, and they could not be nicer or more professional. I have complete peace of mind in the high quality of the work, and also the knowledge that if I ever did have a problem I could call and it would be taken care of promptly.

If you want responsiveness, reliability, excellent work, reasonable prices and really nice guys you'll enjoy having in your home, Southwest Electric is as good as it gets.

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

I bought a new washer. After used it for only a few days, I cannot turn it on. My husband checked breaker panel and turn it on and off couple of times but the outlet still does not have electric. I think it is beyond our safety zone to fix it by ourselves, so I searched my nextdoor and found couple of recommendations for Jason. I am so glad we called him. He found the neutral line for washer outlet was lose, seems previous electrician did not tight it up and it can be pull off at the site. That neutral line has burned and it could cause fire if not been fixed! Jason told me that normally he will do diagnostic before he drove to client home to save their money if it may just need to reset breaker panel. I will definitely call him again if I need an  electrician.

Referred by The Hot Tub Wherehouse, Jon responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Once we accepted the bid his workers Alex and Jacob covered the installation. Both Alex and Jacob were professional and considerate of being on our property. Jacob did the finishing work and made sure to explain everything to me and get my approval on the final steps. They were thoughtful about my dogs and making sure I was comfortable with their process.

I have worked with these guys on two occasions.  It feels like you are back in the 1950s with polite, in-shape, young men coming to your house to do electrical work.  The results both times were perfect.  They keep their promise to keep thing clean and they are always proper in their speech and conduct.  The quality of their work is also unmatched.  I would recommend them highly and won't use anyone else.
