Jay was wonderful in trouble shooting my failed ceiling fan/light problem...he went out of his way to eliminate possible causes before he arrived and tried to help me over the phone. I ended up purchasing a new fan and was beautifully installed. He is wonderful to converse with and I had such a great time getting know him. I highly recommend him. He is professional and efficient indeed and most certainly will call on him for my future projects. Oh, and his price is reasonable!

We had a fairly minor problem due to a DIY failure. David was kind enough to come to our somewhat remote location right away and help my husband straighten things out. I would recommend him for sure.

I requested a quote for changing a double-tapped breaker in my home. Mr. Zhang was very responsive on Yelp for our messages, provide a reasonable quote and came to our place to fix it the same day. He also helped us fix a problem with another breaker and did not charge us for it. We would definitely hire Mr. Zhang again for our upcoming needs and would recommend him for any electrical work.

They say in construction it's about time, cost and quality - you get to choose two.  Somehow with Safety First you'll be getting all three!  Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history.  He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed.  After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home.  He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar.  He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics.  Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs.  I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!

I hired Sam to replace a 2 plug receptacle at my house that had gone bad. I contacted him on a Saturday morning & he was very responsive over Yelp & txt message. He gives transparent and fair pricing. We scheduled the appointment for the same day and he showed up prepared and replaced the receptacle with no drama. Workmanship was great. Once completed, I sent him payment over Zelle and everything was taken care of. No surprises. Fair pricing. Great work. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Sam for similar jobs.

Larry and his assistant, Dan, were out to deal with a faulty ballast in one of the street lights in our condo complex. They have been able to repair others for us even though they are hard to find parts for because of their age. Both exude knowledge, experience, and genuine friendliness. A delight to work with.

I contacted multiple companies about diagnosing and resolving an electrical issue I was facing. Josh from Fitch Electric responded to me almost immediately and provided a fair and transparent quote. The scheduling process was incredibly easy and prompt.

Martin (the electrician) showed up on time and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes. He answered all questions I had and gave me some invaluable tips on some DIY projects I was considering that involved minor electrical work. He was very friendly and it was a real pleasure working with him.

I will be calling Fitch Electric for all electrical work in the future. I recommend them.

Randy did a great job. He returned my call promptly, he bff ave a fair time and materials quote, and he did the work quickly and professionally. He also made me aware of challenges on the project  that others didn't recognize.

Robert had previously installed a 240 volt outlet for us and we had such a great experience that we decided to reach out to him again to install 3 outdoor flood/ring lights. He was quick to respond with a very competitive quote. Robert is professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will use his services again as needed.

Asked Yelp to help me quote a few small projects I had and Antonio was one of the replies.   Very reasonable rate compared to others that quoted and he came the next day and fixed the two items in three hours. I will use him again for my next project.

Juan, the owner, was very professional and responsive. I needed an old outlet changed and he was at my house before I got home and was waiting patiently to service my home.

Dan's a great electrician.  Surprisingly enough, one thing that impresses me most about Dan is his combined skills in admin and electrical work! lol  He is super organized and responsive when booking appointments and even sends out reminder texts before appointments.  

We've contacted Dan for a few jobs, such as replacement of an older thermostat (that literally other vendors were not able to fix) and installation of a mounted TV on a tile surface.  I also referred him to my parents for help in installing a new light fixture and hiding TV wires.  

Dan is quick, fair, and professional.  I highly recommend him.

I spent the scariest night of my life last Wednesday when all my power sparked, flickered and finally went out completely after smelling electrical smoke coming from several areas in my condo I contacted my association.  They sent Got Watts out on Thursday and by Friday my power had been fully restored.  Chris, James and Danny were awesome to work with...all very patient and understanding of the situation.  They spent the time to explain to me what was going on and why it happened.  I very much appreciated their hard work and good communication skills!!  I would highly recommend them for any electrical work, but most of all in an emergency because electrical is not something to be messed with.  Thanks guys!!!

I had a 220 volt circuit added and a couple of breakers changed. I thought they did a good job. I could tell they cared about their work . The company is responive in communication, courteous and didnt mind that I was hovering around while they did their work.. I would use them again.

I was looking to get a 240V line put in my garage from my EV Charger.. Steve came out and gave me an estimate without any BS like many of the other contractors. His priciig was the lowest from anyone else and he was able to fit in the install within a few days whereas others were making me wait for over a month.

On the day of the job, Steve showed up early with his crew and were done within a couple of hours.. Work was done excellent with no mess left for me to clean.. I was very impressed.

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

Jason came by and helped us out in a pinch, by bribing our main panel up to code so we could reconnect power.  super honest and professional.  Gave a fair estimate.

I got in touch with Allison just as our hot tub was being installed on deck on Thursday. Allison was a total rock star despite me catching her at a very busy time - she had us scheduled with Alfredo and Hector for later that day.

The guys showed up on time, did all the necessary things to make sure our hot tub was up and running and also did their best to make the hook up job as aesthetically pleasing as well as practical.

Truly an amazing team. Really grateful to you guys for everything!
