Good communication and patient. Fred explains what he is doing and educates me at the same time. I had him installed some GFCI plugs and fix some sloppy electric work the previous owner left. He also helped to plan future projects. I would like to add a dishwasher and cut some cabinets. He provided great advice in planning. I'm looking forward to have him install the dishwasher. Great to work with and I'll definitely be calling him again.

David is awesome! After looking for an electrician & looking through many other options I decided to call David for help because of all the good things people had to say about him. They were all true! David not only showed up very quickly, he had things working in under half an hour. He's very professional & he's super nice! I highly recommend him!

The technician met with us fairly quick and easily diagnosed and fixed the problem for the outlets in one of the bedrooms. Since the issue was a loose wire, he went ahead and tightened it free of charge. Will definitely call these guys again if we have further electrical issues!

From start to finish, Safety First Electrical Inc was absolutely outstanding!  My request for last minute electrical needs on a Friday afternoon was met with nothing but outstanding customer service and electrical expertise!  Everything the company said they would do to help me, they did exactly that.  Call backs in a very timeline manner, overview of what they could do to assist me and upfront details of service and prices were all so much appreciated.  I was provided with a window of time the service would take place and they provided me both phone calls and ongoing text messages to ensure i was updated about the service and when the electrician was en route.

I hired Sam to replace a 2 plug receptacle at my house that had gone bad. I contacted him on a Saturday morning & he was very responsive over Yelp & txt message. He gives transparent and fair pricing. We scheduled the appointment for the same day and he showed up prepared and replaced the receptacle with no drama. Workmanship was great. Once completed, I sent him payment over Zelle and everything was taken care of. No surprises. Fair pricing. Great work. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Sam for similar jobs.

Larry Strom from ELS Electric was referred to me thru my neighborhood watch app. I was having some issues with three of my light switches that I didn't want to tackle myself. I knew the job wouldn't be that challenging but still wanted to call in a professional. I called Larry on a Monday and he said he should be able to come out the next day! The next day he called to give me an accurate ETA. That worked out great because I was able to leave work and meet them instead of waiting around all day. When I pulled into my driveway, Larry and Dan were there waiting for me! Such wonderful customer service!  Turns out I bought the wrong light switch for my 3-way light so thank goodness Larry had the right switch in his truck. Larry and Dan are both professional, polite and very customer service oriented. I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs!

Fitch Electric is the best! Joshua came to quote for the first. He is very friendly and considerate. After receiving several quotes from other providers, Fitch electric is definitely the most professional. We then decide to have them to install the charging station for our EV. Apparently, Joshua has done a great job. We are pretty happy with the work that he has completed for us. A++++++

Randy and his crew were amazing. I hired them for a project a couple years ago to install electricity in my garage. They did a great job and even prewired areas where I was planning to eventually install a future outlet. A few years later, I had contacted them again and they were able to come out and complete a small job. The team at Mopia are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to providing advice.  I would highly recommend their services!

I bought a Chargepoint Home Flex EV charger. After doing research on how to install it, as an electrical engineer, I realized that this is not a straight forward job without the right tools and professional experience. Then I decided to get help from electrician. Electric Chen was not on the top of the searching result on Yelp or Google search but with limited information and reviews from the other customers (most of the review are written in 2022), I thought there was a good chance that Electric Chen should provide quality service as competitors and with reasonable price. Then I contacted him and he asked me a few questions such as where the main/sub panel located and where the EV charger I would like to install. I also sent photos since that can provide more visible information than verbal expression. He respected my preference and explained to me the pros and cons. Eventually, I decided to install the NEMA 14-50 outlet/plug for my EV charger instead of hardwired since that provides more flexibility in case of the charger hardware has issues and need to be replaced in future. Fortunately, he was able to get the work done on the same day night. Robert also brought all the necessary tools and hardwares with him in a single trip. I was really surprised that he can finish the work in such high efficiency without compromise of the quality. Nice job, Robert! Really appreciate it! I will definitely recommend Electric Chen to anyone who I know.

I am very happy with Antonio's work on our opened drywall ceiling. The final outcome is what I wanted. It is hard to imagine there was any opening there at all. He  closed it, matched the texture, went same evening to  a store and bought some paint.  He was going back and forth to his car for tools and never forgot to wear shoe protectors. He fixed the light that was not working too. It was ultra easy to hire him. I think I got lucky on one of those crazy rainy days. He responded to my message very quickly and was at my place fixing the ceiling in like 1.5 hours. Wow. I was trying to hire the drywall guy here at yelp for a week going back and forth through his manager and I hired Antonio in a blink of an eye. The bonus: he charges very reasonably. I liked his attitude and demeanor as well. I cannot thank Antonio enough and plan to hire him for more projects around my house.

tried to hire him 2 times. First time, he showed up, took a look and said he will come back with a quote. He never followed up.
Second time, he gave me an appointment for 4pm next day. I shortened my trip so that I could be home for the appointment. Then when I called him at 4:15pm, he said something came up and he wont show up. He said he texted me in the morning, but I never received anything and I think he just lied. Then he said he will call be back but he never did.

Dan helped us install our Tesla wall charger for our model Y this morning. He was super professional and efficient. He got it done within an hour, I paid him via venmo so the whole transaction was in and out!

Hancock did an excellent job with installing EV charger at our new home. He was pretty quick with the installation and even provided couple of workarounds when we hit a snag. Overall I would recommend him to everyone needing charger installation.

We recently had Southwest make extensive upgrades to our new home, including a 200 amp upgrade to our panel. They showed up on time, offered excellent observations/insights/ideas (also bringing up things that I'm really glad they pointed out, without being pushy at all), and were meticulous about their work. Steve, Mike and John are a company of three (I think), so you always know who you're dealing with, and they could not be nicer or more professional. I have complete peace of mind in the high quality of the work, and also the knowledge that if I ever did have a problem I could call and it would be taken care of promptly.

If you want responsiveness, reliability, excellent work, reasonable prices and really nice guys you'll enjoy having in your home, Southwest Electric is as good as it gets.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

Called Jason a few weeks ago and he replied immediately. we agreed upon a time for him to come over and address some light switch and bulb issues. He was on time, did the job very quickly and professionally and charged me a very reasonable rate. He was great with my dog too which is a big plus :-) . I will call Oak Electric again as Jason is a super nice guy and did a great job for me.

We hired JMC as part of a spa installation.  For the spa, they did a thorough advance review of the property and electrical needs; they didn't try to upsell us on a new electrical box for the house (which another electrician had said was absolutely necessary), and explained why it wasn't necessary.  They coordinated on spa delivery so they could ensure it was fully operational before they left that day.  
We also asked that they correct some issues arising from some other electrical work another electrician had done some time in the past.  JMC was incredibly responsive, helpful, and straightforward throughout.  Not only were they on-time, but they actually responded to a couple questions (that turned out not to be electrical issues) on a weekend.  The price was surprisingly reasonable -- not the cheapest out there, but we would not hire any other electrician.  
Finally, these were the friendliest and most pleasant electricians we've ever worked with.  You really can't go wrong with JMC.  I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Alex came to my house in Clayton and was able to diagnose and fix our issue within the same hour, and didn't even charge us....highly recommend and will use again.
