Very pleased with the experience. Tesla charger install which required meter upgrade and city permit went extremely smoothly. They are very busy so getting an estimate took some time but it was definitely worth the wait.

Quick response via Yelp and arrived on time for quote, very reasonable estimate for the work.  Took them a little longer to finish the job but they stick to their quote.  I had a few items to fix after moving into a new home, including a door bell, adding external wiring for 3 ring flood light cameras, and a couple of outdoor outlets for some backyard lights.  I guess I have some weird electrical wiring in the attic so I may have them come back for a second look.  Everything working so far 2 weeks later!

I had a plumbing and an electrical malfunction today. Norm called me within an hour.  He requested to see certain photos over text message first before a house call. I'm so glad he gave detailed instructions on what pictures to take. I was able to troubleshoot without him coming on-site. Honest and patient man. Would definitely try him again next time.

I've hired a lot of electricians in the past and the majority of them were either dishonest or extremely expensive. Unfortunately, my small business recently suffered a power outage. So, I took a chance on Blessed Electric, and it was the best decision! The experience was fantastic. Even before scheduling for an on-site appointment, Jacob was able to trouble shoot and solve my electrical problem over the phone free of charge! Anyone else would've easily gouged me for a few hundred bucks. It's a difficult time right now for small business owners, so it's nice to know kind people exist. This is the second time I've worked with Fuse and this time it's to replace my gas furnace.
- Free consultation: Alex spent 2 hours examining my furnace carefully and measuring the carbon monoxide from all my vents. He concluded that the heat exchange was broken and needed to be replaced ASAP. I have never seen anyone so meticulous with a consultation, ever.
- Permit: I then worked with Jason and Alex (dispatchers) who acted as the liaison with the office manager to get the permit completed. So much back and forth and they were very patient and professional throughout.
- Installation: Arthur and Alec did a fantastic job with the installation. They added a T-shaped valve, sealed the exhaust pipe, and raised the furnace system so the filter can be quickly changed. A world better than the previous system I had!
- Service: After the installation, the transformer was making a high-pitch noise. Arthur stopped by to alleviate the noise. A few days later, Stan and Andrew stopped by to replace the transformer. After that, the system has been operating beautifully.
I've worked with so many folks from Fuse and all in all a 5-star service!

I called and explained my concern to the woman who answered the phone - we have particles that seemed to have come out of the floor vents of my central heating and cooling system in several rooms. She asked my zip code but then told me they don't service floor vents. I asked her to explain why she needed my zip code if she knew they didn't service floor vents, and she had no answer.

I then commented that the issue is clearly not the vents themselves but the ducts (it's a central air system)... She said that she could schedule me for Friday. I asked if I could talk to someone who understands HVAC systems to see if they could actually assist - because if they service ducts but not the vents themselves, it's not clear how they can help. She said no and then I asked that doesn't make sense to you then, does it? Why would I have someone come out who can't actually service our HVAC system if they won't touch the floor vents? She literally then just said yup... And that was the end of the conversation.

What full service HVAC company doesn't service a full central air system? Needless to say, I called other local HVAC companies and was able to get information over the phone as to what the diagnostic process and cost would look like.. and reliably know that my ducts can be serviced elsewhere.

Update: after writing this review, I received 4 phone calls from the company. In the first, they hung up before I picked up. They immediately called me back and then told me they had the wrong number after we spoke. Then, they left a voicemail the next morning and when I didn't return it, they called me again 3 hours later. I picked up again on that fourth call and this time, they told me I needed to replace my system (despite not doing ANY troubleshooting over the phone or asking me any follow up questions) and they could send a technician out for a free estimate. ABSOLUTELY NOT. And I already had a better, more caring company inspect the HVAC system - it doesn't need any replacing. A company that cares about its' customers asks questions for understanding and doesn't just push the most expensive option.

A big THANK YOU to Tom of O'Connor & Son's Electric for coming out to our home on Memorial Day weekend to replace an outlet in our kitchen. He was prompt, friendly and worked quickly. We'd be happy to hire him again.

Daniel arrived on time and did great quality work and the price was really reasonable. We had an outlet that was not working and he completed the work efficiently and cleaned the area after he was done. He even programmed our landscape lighting timer complimentary. He is very professional, had his mask on (during COVID-19) and took his shoes off inside the house and kept the appropriate social distancing. I recommend him without a doubt. By the way, the estimate he provided was much less than other estimates that I received. Thank you, Daniel!
