Todor and crew rewired completely my 100 yr old SF home (4 X 1 bdrm units) to bring up to code for a TIC condo conversion.  This is a job that requires a good understanding of city inspectors and how this whole convoluted process works. It's been a couple of years but we finally finished the rest of the construction and final inspection passed. This was a huge job and tenants were involved and everything was handled professionally.

I learned about Cambrian Electric by reading the other reviews and boy am I glad that I called Cambrian Electric. Matt responded quickly and was able to come out the first thing the next morning.  He was very quick and resolved the circuit breaker issue in minutes.  He is so easy to work with, professional and their service was very affordable.  I now have an excellent electrician for myself and to recommend to others.  Don't hesitate at all about calling them.  They are great!!

Lights were flickering in my house. Juan inspected and figured out one of the breaker had gone wrong. He replaced the breaker on the electric panel and the flickering went away! Juan did great work and is very nice to interact with. I will definitely use his services for other things around the house

Norman was great!
He was very quick to respond and readily available to start a job when I needed it done quick. I had to have some drywall installed, and he was the only one among those I asked to see my place and evaluate what needed to be done. He was thorough in explaining the job and time frame required.
For the amount of time he spent, and the fact that he came by multiple times to finish the paint job, his rates were very reasonable.

Jacob was responsive, prompt, and did great work.  He helped finish the installation of my hot tub with the electric work and did a great job.  He was able to show up with just a few days notice to complete the job after delivery and had a great attitude.  The hot tub delivery folks seemed very happy when I said he was my electrician - they knew they could leave the tub and it would be in good hands for final hookup.  Definitely *the* person to go to for hot tub electric work!

Sunday, Nov. 27, my husband and his dad were drilling a hole to mount our new TV on the wall. While drilling, they hit a wire and our electricity went out. We start calling electricians in the area and it being a Sunday, every electrician is busy or not available. Alex at AJ Electrical responds letting me know he can come over to take a look at the damage. He showed up earlier than expected and ended up fixing our problem. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and we had our electrical problem resolved. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Thank you Alex for take the time on a Sunday to give us our electricity back! Will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend!

Arthur and the team were great! He discussed the project and how long each part of would take, and got my input for where to install the 2nd thermostat. It was a big project: replacing the furnace with a new high-efficiency unit and replacing all the old, sagging flexible ductwork with rigid ductwork for better efficiency for the main floor, plus installing dampers to separate the main and upper stories into different heating zones. Additionally, they ran a new duct to get heat into the entry stairway, which had always stayed cold before.

When the furnace and ducts were all in place, Arthur walked through the house with me to make sure the airflow was the way we wanted it and to ensure that the new zones worked appropriately.

They also cleaned up everything very nicely and took away the old furnace and ductwork. Very nice and professional! Definitely recommend them.

Our mini-split heater stopped working, and Fuse came out quickly. They told me the whole system needed replacing. I was skeptical, but a second opinion confirmed that not only was Fuse being honest, but that the second team could not beat the quote to replace it that Fuse had given us. We subsequently hired Fuse to replace the whole system. They came out quickly, did the job incredibly well, including identifying and fixing issues with the previous installation, and we are now very happy with our newer and much more efficient mini-split heating and cooling systems. Thanks, Fuse! We will be using them again in the future.

Tom came by the day I called to give me an estimate, was friendly, and did a great job of answering my questions.  

For the work (a new electrical line for a dryer), his employee arrived on time and finished on time, and the cost was exactly as estimated.  I appreciated how considerate he was, during the work, about making sure my indoor cats didn't get outside, or end up in the crawl space.  And he did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.  What more could you want?!!

Needed the doorbell replaced. I submitted a request for estimates and Daniel responded right away. His initial quote was very reasonable and he was patient with me as I tried to coordinate a time for him to come by to check it out. Ultimately he ended up coming at 7am the next day, squeezing us into his crammed schedule, replaced the burned out switch, fixed a short at the chime box, and re-caulked the doorbell plate. The final cost was a little under 3x his original quote but this was reasonable given the increase in scope (part replacement and caulking) he had from the original estimate. Got the job done in an hour or less and was constantly communicating with me throughout. I highly recommend Daniel if you need minor electrical work done! (not to say he can't do major work, I can't comment on his ability since we did not need it)

The other day our neighbor pointed out a part of our roof looked to be sagging. I called a few roofers out to investigate and they said that the trusses and supports inside the attic space was not strong enough for the roof and that I would need a general contractor. The builder of the home did not support the plywood properly!  I called at least 5 different contractor companies and RB Handyman was the only one that called me back. That very next day they had someone come out and look. He provided me a reasonable quote and described in detail what needed to be done. I felt very confident that they new what they were doing. I agreed to the quote and a crew was out the very next day! The work they did was great and I am confident that my roof is now supported properly.
