Hands down the best electricians in Orange County! I requested a quote via Yelp and they responded that day and came out a few days later to asses our home to install our Tesla wall connector. I requested quotes from 6 other companies in the area and when they provided me with their quote at the home assessment I hired them on the spot. They came back a few days later and completed the job in just a few hours. I could not be happier! Hire them.

They came at the exact appointment time and worked on it neatly. It took only about 40 minutes, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

This company responded to my call quickly. They came out the same day to do a free estimate and came to do the work the next day. I had an outdoor light fixture changed and a new motion sensor security light put on the side of my house. Todd and his partner showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally. The Tesla website referred Faraday to us to install home car charger, and we also asked around for recommendations. One our of friends just had Faraday Electric installed theirs last year and had great experience, so we went ahead with them. Very quick to respond, and despite having all the photos of the set up already, they still sent someone in person to make sure that the proposed plan is still the best for the space. Our set up is a little unusual in that though we had an electric panel in the garage in the back of the property, we were not able to actually park the car in the garage for multiple reasons, so had to use the panel to the side of the house, and run a line as close to the driveway as possible. This drove the cost way up. The technician examined the panel we had and tried to figure out if there is a way to avoid adding a subpanel to save some money, but unfortunately that was not possible. He then gave us a few options in terms of how to run the wires and set up the charging unit for the best aesthetics and convenience vs lowest cost. I liked that they were able to send a crew within the same week to get everything set up. Luckily I did not have to be home for this as long as they had free access to the electric panel. They left the space completely as they found it. Everything worked perfectly and I was able to pay online the next day with a link they sent. Just note that you will need to have the charger ordered and delivered from Tesla before you can proceed with installation.

Bryan and his guy Mike did a great job. They actually were able to knock out and take care of all the electrical issues we were having in a matter of 3 hours. I highly recommend them! These guys were working on our house in the pouring rain.

Great service and outstanding work!  Steve was very helpful in making suggestions regarding the install of my Tesla charging station.  Richard was incredibly creative in how he ran the wires from the panel to my garage.  And after the work was completed every wall in my condo pretty much looked like it did before he started the work.

Ismar is the real deal. Professional, kind, and went above and beyond the normal scope of work in order to install our hard to reach 20ft high Chandelier. His price was fair, and he was completed with the job in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Found this company on next door and explained I wanted about 7 bulbs replaced. The bathrooms have these hard to replace bulbs that are very high otherwise we would do it ourselves. I explained all this in detailed texts and whoever responded assumed the electrical was bad and said it wasn't worth the hassle and suggested we perform electrical work. I advised I think he misunderstood as these homes were only 6 years old and all the LED bulbs were burning out. Thought the response was rude and presumptive. Anyone know a good handyman in south OC area?

Truly should have gone through some of these reviews. The ones that give an honest not so great experience are given pretty bluntly aggressive attacks by the owner ... which I can relate to my experience and I was simply inquiring...prices had not even been addressed yet.

@Rob .. obviously I wasn't a customer. Read the text, lol. You or whomever refused to replace 7 bulbs stating the electrical was bad. I had even explained I already replaced two but the others were too high. Who would have been satisfied at this response? Literally who? You could have just politely said you were not interested .. absolutely acceptable, but instead you were rude and presumptive.

Yelpers, please note the passive aggressiveness in business owner's response. I am stating facts and this is how he speaks to potential clients. Every review less than 4-5 stars seems to receive bullying.

That's the worst part about relocating. You have to start all over in trying to establish relationships with good companies - so hard to find. We had the best electrician and plumber back in TX.

Side note..whenever I see a lot of yelp reviews with little to no profile, friends, or other reviews you can't help but wonder if they are legit.

Went above and beyond to make sure they did everything they could, answered my questions, and asked for approval of the work once it was completed. They were available on relatively short notice. Mickey rounded the total down after applying the Yelp discount. I had a little trouble getting a receipt, and it seems more like a mom-and-pop than a professional organization, but otherwise I'd say this is a 5-star service.

I highly recommend Pacific Beach Electric.  Owner, Declan Kidd, does excellent work and is  easy to work with.  My family has lived in Pacific Beach for many years.  Over the years, Declan has done a number of jobs for our family.  Recently, I had my first experience working with him.  Our insurance company informed us that our outdated electrical panel had to be replaced due to fire risk. Based on advice from a local contractor and online reviews, I asked for bids from three local electrical contractors.  PB Electric was the lowest bid.  Once required SDG&E approvals were received Declan completed the work quickly.  I especiallyy appreciated Declan minimizing the out of service time as he changed over to the new panel.
