Remon is the best! He was prompt to respond, professional, honest, and did excellent work. He was able to efficiently diagnose and fix my electrical issue in my home. I highly recommend using his services. He'll be the only person I'll call in the future. Thanks Remon!

Called Dan to have him fix a few electrical issues at the house. He came out on time and got the job done quickly and for a resonable price! I will definitely call again for future electrical needs!

I have used Gleason Electick for several years now. I currently manage over 260 units and need good reliable vendors. Gleason is not only reliable, they are honest. They will tell you if it does not make financial sense and give you other options. I highly recommend their services.

Ismael was awesome to work with and very easy to set up time. We got new rang hood installed and he did good job with all our complications we had with vent and patching. His price is reasonable. We also added new outlet.

Being involved in working with Helix Electric, I would like to share my personal attitude toward this company. I recon Helix has become a leader in electric works, including design and construction, for past several years. San Diego looks more beautiful now, because of innovative touches added by the company.
Company's spirit provokes to become a professional productive and creative participant. I'm sure not only me, but many other individuals associate Helix with liberal resourceful mark in their business portfolio.

Firstly, I must say that I am impressed by the level of customer service that Austin provided, despite not moving forward with their services. This is a true testament to the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond to help their clients.
From the very beginning, Austin was professional, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding our needs and concerns. He took the time to listen to us and provided us with honest feedback and suggestions on how to resolve our issue. He did not push us to buy their services but instead provided us with the information we needed to make an informed decision.
Austin's approach was refreshing, and it made us feel valued as customers. He demonstrated a deep understanding of his industry and was able to provide us with useful insights that we had not considered before. This level of expertise and knowledge is a clear indication of the company's commitment to staying at the forefront of their industry and providing their clients with the best possible service.
Even though we ultimately decided not to move forward with their services, Austin was gracious and respectful throughout the entire process. He never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, and he remained professional and courteous at all times.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional customer service, expertise, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond their call of duty, and Austin is a true asset to their team. If you are looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and is committed to providing the best possible service, look no further than this one.

I have engaged four different electricians in two years. Steven has been such a good contractor that giving him five stars is actually selling him short. He is fair, creative, and instructional. He will listen to what you want, make suggestions that actually might be better, and inform you of problems you may encounter in the project that you may not have thought of. He personally uses most of the products he installs, meaning he installs different types of fixtures and bulbs around his house to test to see how long they last, and then recommends what you need based on what he has learned. He is the most honest contractor that I have ever encountered, actually refunding you if he over estimated labor and material costs. If you want to trust someone to give you the quality you want with the result you desire, Steven and his company will be the last electrical company you ever call for all of your needs. I even hesitate to share my experience because his skills have come into such high demand; he sometimes has to turn down jobs because he is too booked up. I keep calling him because his attention to detail and follow through is such rare attributes to find in the contracting business. Best electrical contractor in the San Diego area by far.

Amazing company! I had an urgent issue with an outlet and they came out that day, quickly, and on a Saturday! So helpful. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

When we recently faced major work on our badly water-damaged kitchen, we turned to Yelp to locate local contractors. We considered quality of workmanship, knowledge, cost, time factors, licensed and bonded, warranty policies, customer relations and communication. We checked the positive and negative comments and placed these into context. For our electrical work, we identified three contractors who fit the necessary criteria to relocate outlets, add several new outlets and built-in USB charging ports, and work with aluminum wiring.
While the estimates were in the same range, the deciding factors were communication, experience, customer rapport and creativity. We needed new dedicated outlets for appliances. Two of the people wanted to replace the main breaker box or run new lines for outlets. Rod noticed that we had two 220-volt lines that had been used for electric ovens and cooktop; these lines could be split into two 110-volt lines each for four dedicated circuits, without having to run new lines to the breaker box.
We had to convert a wall-mounted over-the-sink track light into a hard-wired system. Rod suggested that we replace this with three LED recessed rotatable spotlights in the ceiling, which we could connect to a dimmer. These new lights look fantastic and are more efficient than what we had.
Communication by phone, email, or text (preferred) was always upbeat, with quick responses. He gave us no-nonsense time frames and answered questions easily and clearly. He and his sons and crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after every visit.
His assessment included a complete inspection of all circuits involved; one of the existing outlets was badly matched to an outdoor outlet (improper copper to aluminum join). When Rod opened the cover and checked, the wiring had gotten so hot the insulation had melted and charred, and wires were fused. Also, the circuit should have been 15 amps but was protected at the panel by a 25-amp breaker. He repaired the damage and replaced the breaker with one of proper rating, and tested everything when all installations were completed.
We are exceedingly pleased with the work done by Rod and his family crew. There is no doubt that for other remodeling projects, we will be contracting with Rod's Electric. If it were possible to award more than five stars, we would do so without hesitation. We feel Rod deserves and has earned our highest recommendation.

If you need a guy, he's your guy. Communicative, shows up at the time he says he's going to shows up, and charges reasonable rates for honest work.
I used his services when I first moved into my home, he installed some can lights in the living room and master bedroom, along with ceiling fan rated boxes in the bedrooms. Work was done quickly and everything works great.
I also just recently used his services to replace a loose outlet that was operating questionably, along with tracking down an issue with an outside light. Again, he showed up right at the time he said he would, and solved my issues quickly.
I can't recommend him enough - if you have an electrical issue, give him a call! (or email)

We decided to make a big purchase this year and go Solar. We met with many companies and in the end went with Kevin Burt Electric and what a great choice. Our reps Garrett and Jesse quickly put together the information and had us up and running within a few weeks (all the other companies said it would be 3-4 Months!). Our installer, Jesse Malone from Underline Energy, was fantastic. The entire system was implemented in one day and then inspected and certified within a couple of days after. It's amazing watching that meter run backwards Thanks to everyone for making that happen so easily!

I called Hank just now to see if he could come check out a toilet leak because I am clueless with it and he walked me through how to fix the leak and was so nice and quick. I called a handy man before him that quoted me at $200. Hank just fixed it with me over the phone for free in less than 2 minutes. Thank you!! I will be calling him for anything else around the house in the future!

AJS Electric was wonderful. He was thoughtful, careful, gentle, read instructions immediately and worked well with my landscape architect figuring out how to install a stainless box for my new garden lighting timer. He came quickly, was prompt, cleaned up after himself and his pricing was very fair. I highly recommend him.

M tech installed my Tesla Charger. Very responsive on messages. I was not there for the install but the technician arrived early. Everything was done just as discussed. I will use them again for future needs.

Rudolph Electric is top notch in my book. They just replaced our outdated fluorescent garage and bathroom lighting with LEDs. Wow, what a difference. Tim and Leonard always make the experience pleasant with their expertise and humor. They get the job done on time and in a professional manner. They always cover our personal items and cleanup after. Katelyn was so kind and helpful and prompt in getting the scheduling handled. This is our 2nd time having them do our lighting work, and we will use them again! Thanks Rudolph Electric for another great job!

Love working with Sam! As I am new to the area, I was hesitant and cautious to work with someone I didn't know, but Sam was a great answer to my situation! He did a great job, followed up, was more particular about the finished product than I was, and saw some other things in my house that needed attention, and offered to help me out without any pressure. I have grown to trust him and will definitely be using him again!

I went on Home Advisors to put in a request to rewire my entire house, add new outlets, and put recess/can lights in 2 bedrooms and a living room. Rob, the owner, contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. Since, I had to work during the weekday, I usually only can be at the house on the weekend. Rob explained he does not have weekend appointments, because he wants to spend time with his family. Understandable. Therefore, I arranged my work schedule and had him come out at 9am on a Wednesday.
Rob calls me at 7:30am on the day of our appointment and said he was in my area and wanted to come now. I informed him there was someone in the house right now, I have a tenant living at the house, so that would not be possible. I have already made arrangement with my tenant to be out of the house by 9am. Rob then said, So I have to figure out something to do for the next hour and a half?
At the appointed time, I was at the house and showed him what I wanted done. I told him what my budget was and when I needed the work done. He did not bring any tools to measure the room or check the outlets. He just had a notepad to take notes on what I wanted done. After walking through the house he sent me a proposal with the price which met my budget and my timeline. Therefore, I decided to hire him. I had other electricians come out and they were booked solid and could not meet my timeline. Rob came out on Wednesday and said he can start the job on Friday. I hired him because he was ready to go and I also checked his reviews on the referral website and there were many positive reviews (now I question whether they avoid posting negative reviews) and he had a good rating with the BBB.
Things start going downhill when he came out after I accepted his bid. We were trying to figured out where the new recessed lights should be place in the living room. He was very short with me and kept saying, I don't want to do this twice. When I questioned some of the light placement, he started getting annoyed and again said, I do not want to do this twice, I wanted to avoid having shadows on the perimeter of the room and asked his advice on best placement to avoid shadows. He started getting annoyed and rude with his responses.
I felt like I was asking him to do me a favor by talking through the light replacement. I was hoping to rely on his advisement, since this is what he does, to help me get the right lighting placement. My living room and dining room are combed. So I suggested a separate switch for the dinning room, so if I am not using the dining room, I can leave the lights off. He said that would $100 more to add a new switch. When I questioned that charge, he said, This is not a charity.
After a few more rude comments, I just had enough and I decided not to hire him. I asked him to leave. He started saying how he has already scheduled his crew and tried to change my mind. I felt, if you are this rude to me before you start my project, I can only imagine how you would treat me if there are any problems that might come up along the way or after the job is done.
After he left, he emailed me to apologize and said he can be nice. His assistant/office manager also called and offered her apology. She offered to take off $100 from the bid, if I go forward with the job. I told her, No, thank you. I didn't give them one star, because he and his assistant/office manager did apologized. However, I work hard for my money and I want someone who will appreciate the business. Rob acted like he was doing me a favor by taking the job. So I went with another electrician.

Brandon and Robin Ehlers Electric did some work in my backyard about a year ago, due to recent rain the lighting no longer works and I have tried calling and texting them to come back out with no response to date.

Called them 4 times, left a message each time, but no reply. Recommended by a local Ramona business, but I guess it was bogus. I requested an estimate for a circuit panel replacement, apparently not big enough for them to be interested.
