Remon responded promptly and diagnosed the problem with my underperforming dishwasher as a clog in the fill hose. He returned as promised and installed a new hose, ran the dishwasher to check that it was working properly, and cleaned up after himself. He was respectful and pleasant, and charged only for the estimate/service call and the hose. Very reasonable. He does all kinds of electrical work and loves doing it. I highly recommend T & J Electric Services.

Dan is the BEST electrician out there. Man are we lucky in North Coastal SD that he's here!  This man did work for us in our rental home and now in our own home. Most recently he put in recessed lighting in our living room using THE TALLEST LADDER either of us had ever seen. I think it was a first for Dan too!  Haha. His workmanship was awesome and the lighting came out beautifully. This was no easy fix because there's no crawl space to climb into - he had to do the whole job from the outside.  He didn't make any additional cuts in the drywall which means we didn't need the expense of a drywaller and painter!  Not to mention he is the NICEST person to have in your home.  Our dog even loves him and she's grumpy. . You will never regret using Dan.

Responsive to calls and keeps in touch on scheduling. Nice guy!   Will be hiring again.  Hard worker, Rick knows his trade, pricing reasonable for the amount of work done.  More importantly it was done correctly.   Doesn't waste time!   Hired for light fixture and fan removal and installing all new, also did the smoke and C02 alarms.  Appreciated his input and suggestions, and I got some education too.   Look forward to future work once I have all the fixtures.  Thank you Rick.

Where do I begin. I first contacted Smilys Electric to ask for a quote install an exterior outlet in the backyard. He gave me a good price and we agreed on a date/time. Ismael showed up right on time and went right to work. After seeing the quality of his work I asked about a few more items. He gave me a reasonable price and he ended up adding three outlets, two exterior lights on either side of the garage and a switch for them. The quality of his work is great and I was pleased with everything. Fast forward a few weeks to Xmas Eve and suddenly the lights in my kitchen were turning on and off and flickering. I called Ismael right away and he FaceTimed me to see if he was able to diagnose the problem. Due to the age of the breakers and symptoms, he determined it was a faulty breaker. He came the next morning (CHRISTMAS MORNING) and was able to replace the circuit breaker, tighten up some loose connections in the panel and literally save Christmas for us. Not sure if anyone else on the planet would do this for a customer, if I could give Ismael and Smilys Electric 10 stars, I would. Thank you Smily's Electric and Ismael for providing outstanding service and exceptional work.

Steve is the BEST! He's fair and he's honest. Like, legit honest. He knows how tough the economy is and thus he tells you how to get the best bang for your buck. He's personable, always on time and very communicative. He's cool with my dogs even tho they bark their heads off for 5 minutes straight every time he comes over. My only issue is that he is getting so popular that he usually can't come see me for a week or so. But my electrical issues aren't usually that urgent. He definitely will prioritize and makes sure he takes care of you sooner if needed. He treats my house as if it were his house. He tells you what the best product is and then will give you a couple other options of products that work just as well but will save you some bucks. He is the best! I'll never use another electrician!

Great service, great communication. They hooked up a range hood and a couple recessed light fixtures. Quick and easy. They were on time too. I definitely would recommend them for all electrical needs. A+

The City was undergrounding the electricity in my neighborhood and I needed my new main meter service panel connected.  Chris was very prompt, professional, and informative on the scope and bid of my job. I contacted Hank after reading the positive reviews on Yelp, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the high quality of work, professionalism, and reliability he showed during the entire process from start to finish. I needed to get multiple things fixed and after looking over my list, he was very honest and clear in his communication with his quote and explaining the different options the job would entail to prevent any unexpected surprises for me.

He arrived on time and worked tirelessly to repair 2 leaky toilets (one being a complicated challenge), replace 6 lightbulbs in the ceiling, install 3 new faucets, caulk my shower, and fix 2 towel racks - all this in one day without taking any breaks. He made sure to constantly update me on every issue in detail every step of the way, and to put me at ease through it all. You could tell he was super knowledgeable, a great problem-solver, and dedicated to his craft. Not only is his workmanship of superior quality, but he is also very friendly and comfortable to talk to about any questions or concerns.

Bradon and Robin were amazing. They were very professional, friendly and they got the job done so well. They are reasonably priced and very honest and will not up-sell you on anything. What I also loved about these guys was that they were very prompt in returning my calls and answering any of my questions. They did an amazing job installing my 2 crystal chandeliers in my dining room and den and they also made sure to tidy up after. I am extremely happy with this local company and with Dan and Matt!  I built an approximate 1600 sq ft detached accessory building on my Ramona property, to be tied into the power panel about 125 feet from building, which required a trench,etc to code and the installation of wiring and outlets etc into the building.  These guys were hard working, professional, polite, and above all- honest!   They did quality work and the county inspection was a breeze with the inspector complimenting the quality of work they did.  I cannot be happier with the work they did and the work ethic they have, they are great ambassadors to the company.  I have referred them many times already and they will be back to do other work on household improvements and new projects.  Oh, and the work was all done in the midst of record heat here in Ramona, these guys didn't complain or slow down!  I highly recommend!!!
