Jesus helped me through the entire process of upgrading our old electrical panel and installing a new line for a 220V-240V EV charger. He was very patient and easy to work with. He took the time to make sure to clearly explain the work needed to be done, typical challenges involved, and followup options should problems arise. He got everything prepared and done to code, and we passed city inspection on the first try! I would definitely recommend him for your electrical work needs. Jesus is fantastic!

Thanks to Damon and Mike for all of their help with our remodel.  Damon texted to confirm our appointments each time and was on time for each visit.  Minor issues that were encountered were dealt with quickly and we were happy with the work overall.  His prices were also very competitive and fair.

Out of the 8 electricians I messaged on Yelp, Joel was the easiest to communicate with and fastest to get back to me. He was available over the weekend at a time very convenient to me and was even 20 minutes early.

After a snafu in communication a day earlier (die to a family emergency), they were quick to fit me in the next day. Nick was very professional and apologetic over the prior days experience. I am highly recommending Thomas Electrical. Nick and Jeremy were outstanding!!!!

Daniel was very professional and his work went above and beyond my expectations.  I had him move switches and outlets to a different part of my home as well as install new lights outside.  Everything was done perfectly and his price was more than fair.  I would recommend him to anyone!

Ken has been my electrician for more than 15 years.  He has been to my home probably more than 2 dozen times, doing projects for me both inside and outside the house.  The quality of his work is A-1 and his prices are more than reasonable.  The latest project involved improving the lighting in my garage which was pretty dim. He installed 4 new flourescent light fixtures and now we have so much light, we need practically need sunglasses.  My wife and I love it.  I am in the process of upgrading my sprinkler system and have asked Ken to install a new timer/controller for me.  I wouldn't go anywhere else.  I couldn't recommend him more.

Mike did an AMAZING job installing string lights on our patio overhang today!  He was recommended by our community's message board as a great electrician, and now I see why-- he arrived on time, his price was unbeatable (the next lowest price quote that I found was twice as much), and he was very professional and went above and beyond to carefully measure the string lights before securing them to the patio overhang in a really great looking way.  The result at night (when the lights are on) is even better than we imagined-- our backyard is magical now =) Thank you so much, Mike!  Bartels Electric will definitely be our go-to electrician in the future.

I had an intermittent electrical problem in my garage that could only be traced when the problem was occurring which normally only lasted about 24 to 36 hours before this Gremlin would disappear. I'd called my usual electrician as soon as the problem returned but after 36 hours he had not returned my call. Saturday morning I went to Yelp and started looking for a new electrician, but soon discovered that most electricians don't work on Saturday! After about 45 minutes of calling around I stumbled across 24/7 Pro Construction & Electric! They answered their phone right away and after they realized my problem was sporadic I heard those wonderful words we will have someone there within an hour! Sure enough the electrician arrived in the hour promised and immediately went to work chasing down that Gremlin. It took over an hour but the problem was discovered (loose wire) and corrected, bye bye Gremlin! This is a really great business with wonderful friendly people. I look forward to calling 24/7 Pro Construction & Electric in the future for other projects I have planned!

Having your water heater break down in mid-December can be a bit stress-inducing. Our gas water heater started leaking on Saturday, 12/15. I had long been planning to replace this fourteen year-old unit with a more environmentally friendly option--an energy sipping hybrid heat pump water heater, which runs on electricity, not gas. This option made sense for us because we have solar panels on our roof. Early last year I had gotten estimates from our plumber and electrician in anticipation of the inevitable breakdown. When the gas unit finally broke down, I wanted to put in place the long-desired water heater switch-out plan, but had concerns because it was the third week of December, the hot water had run out, we had guests coming for Christmas, and there was water leaking out on our garage floor. During the next week, we were able to get our plumber over to remove the old leaker and install the new unit, ordered through Lowe's. To switch it on and get hot water, however, we needed an electrician to set up a circuit, run a line from our panel to the new unit and make the connections. We knew about Oz Electric from a friend who had done a similar water heater switch-out project. A day or two after the gas unit broke down, I contacted Patty at Oz and she said that Richard's next available appointment wasn't until January. Once he understood our hot waterless situation, however, Richard, even though he generally does not work on Saturdays, offered to do the work on Saturday, 12/22 (three days before Christmas!). He arrived on time, then expertly assessed our situation and explained what needed to be done. After picking up parts, he got to work, consulted with us when necessary, always in a friendly and professional manner, and did not leave until he was assured the unit was on and running. Such excellent service doesn't come cheap, but Richard said that it would be fine if we wanted to make payment through Patty at the office on Monday, 12/24. Overall, we were very impressed with Oz Electric, plan to hire them for future needs and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician in the San Diego area.

Incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. This was the first electrician we had out for some odd-ball problems and he was able to explain the issues and troubleshooting steps in a very clear way without being condescending. Made sure to listen to understand what our goals were and made sure the job went well. 100% appreciated the work and the price beat the other quotes we could find in the area. I will definitely call back when the next issue pops up around the house down the line.

I called about 12pm on 3/12/14. Was given a 1pm appt time & Bryan & another worker came at 12:50pm. Checked both bathroom plugins that had not been working for several weeks after it rained. Then checked the electrical box breakers etc. They also checked both outside outlets that were on the same breaker. They found the problem immediately & repaired it. The water from the rain had gotten into the plug outside. They replaced the plug, fixed the worn area resealed it all & everything is working great!!
They cleaned up everything & even put everything on the porch back in place as they needed to get to the stairs to get to the electrical box. Very glad I was referred by Randy. I will definitely refer this company to my friends & neighbors!

Shane and his team were wonderful to work with. I was very impressed with Shane's quick response to all my questions whether it's by phone or text. He came to our place to do an estimate without charging me upfront fees which is very rare these days. I really appreciated that.
My sub panel and some electrical outlets were upgraded and the costs were reasonable compare to others. The project was completed in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Shane and his team and will use them again for all our electrical needs. I highly recommend without hesitation.

We contacted Rideout Electric to add a 240 line for a kitchen induction cooktop, and add an outlet in our pantry.  The work was scheduled, and David and Kevin arrived at exactly the scheduled time. They were friendly and efficient, and completed the work in a timely manner. We highly recommend Rideout Electric!

Maurice at Montiel Electric has been doing my electric work on projects for over 3 years.  He is fast, efficient and really knows his stuff.  I would not use anyone else for electrical work.
