Bob was professional, friendly, quick to respond and easy to schedule an appt with. He came prepared, worked his magic quickly, and cleaned up after. I don't have anything to compare his fees to, but feel they're very reasonable. I had avoided getting a rock hard blockage in a guest bathroom fixed for SEVERAL YEARS (insert embarrassment) because a) I assumed it'd be hundreds of dollars and b) it was a bath tub that doesn't get used. Bob said he liked a challenge and rose to the occasion! In less than 45 min, the tub was draining beautifully. I should have called Cobra ages ago and will definitely use Bob for any future rooting.

I had a backed up sink and most places were closed on Sundays so I said out multiple messages to Rooter places. I had multiple quotes with a large variety of estimates. VIP Sewer and Drain had the lowest estimate which worried me a little bit but the owner Nick got back to me quickly and we set up a time for Monday. They showed up a few minutes early but I wasn't home yet and he texted me and pleasantly told me to text me when I got home. Long story short it was the most painless plumbing experience I ever had. They were in and out in about 30 minutes , total cost $69 and they Warrantee their work for 90 days. Nick also took a look at my running toilet before he left. I was expecting the worst but this company is awesome. I always think some yelp reviews are either friends or family members. I'm telling you I never met this guy before and I just kinda rolled the dice and I ended up a big winner.

Farhad was amazing.  I hired him to replace my kitchen faucet.  Not only his price was reasonable, he went beyond my expectations.  

He noticed that my drain wasn't draining quickly, so at no extra cost, he completely disssembled the plumbing including garbage disposal & cleaned out all the gunk.  He did all this with big smile & without asking for additional charge.

He is a truly nice gentleman & seems to take pride in his work.  I've also noticed that he is incredibly thorough & methodical.

I highly recommend him - I feel happy that I've found him for all my future projects.

We had a pretty bad leak start on our house shutoff valve on Friday night. I called on Saturday morning around 10 AM when my normal plumber couldn't schedule me for nearly a week. Gordon was here within 30 minutes, had all parts on hand, and finished in about an hour. Everything was soldered (not compression fittings) and it looked fantastic. The pricing was VERY up-front and Gordon is a stand-up guy. I think he may have won himself a long-term customer with this job. He really saved us on this one. And on top of it, he quickly quoted me what it would take to install a water heater in the future. Great find.

By far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. The tech David was able to remove the broken screw from my overflow cap with no problem and even fixed another issue I had and resolved the problem within minutes! Also Paul was also very precise and helpful with the problems I had while talking on the phone. This is the only plumbing company I will work with from now on and will refer them to friends/family whenever one needs one. Thank you again for the great service and looking forward to working with you guys again.

All I can say is Simpex is AMAZING!!!! I would highly recommend them.  After dealing with plumbers who couldn't find the leak and then wanting to charge me 15 - 20k (yes you read that right) to repipe my house, I came across Simpex. So easy from start to finish. They repiped my whole house in 1 day. Crew was very professional and polite. They covered almost every inch of my house so there would be no dust or dirt.  They did the pipes on a Saturday and came out on a Monday to repatch the holes and that crew was amazing as well.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  As a matter of fact, I called them today because the water pressure seemed low and they sent a guy out right away. Dante, Joseph, Martha and their crews are the best. Thank you Simpex for being an honest, no hassle, no hidden fees, easy to deal with company.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

We had a small plumbing problem - not an emergency but we needed a plumber to fix a pipe.  Called Monty's and was able to schedule an appointment quickly.  Plumber (Guy) arrived promptly, surveyed the issue and was able to fix it in 20 minutes.  He knew what he was doing.  Price was more than fair and we will gladly use them again.

I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Last year I purchased a condo in the south part of Pasadena and I redid my kitchen completely. I noticed the kitchen sink cabinet was showing some egregious leaks even though everything was new!!!  It seemed that my leak occurred anytime we were cleaning up the dishes and when the dishwasher had been run.

I called Pipe Bros after reading a ton of comments and reviews on Yelp for Licensed and Bonded Plumbers with 50+ public reviews.

Titus was dispatched today promptly during my quoted arrival and service time.  Wow!  I am so impressed with the service.  I thought my dishwasher was leaking but Titus diagnosed a leak from my exhaust port never having been sealed properly by my kitchen contractor.

Also, a long term problem was diagnosed and prevented. My kitchen contractor had apparently done a really poor job installing my new sink and dish washer, particularly how the pipes were complicated and likely to cause blockage later on.

Titus was able to within the service window completely revamp my kitchen sink piping and even refurbish the joint connected to my pipes inside the drywall.  A seal was missing as well, so Titus identified that and replaced it.

I would recommend Titus and Pipe Bros to anyone in the community.

This is a hard review to write because it really didn't have to be this way. I'm a repeat customer with Prescription. I've texted with Travis, and I had Chris come out for a service call in March and he was quick and knowledgeable. I requested to have Chris come out again this week for a few things on a home inspection report. When Chris got here at 1pm, he basically couldn't do any of it due to liability reasons. The one thing he did was tighten a screw on a kitchen faucet which literally took two minutes...and he said there'd be no charge. I text Travis at 1:27pm thanking him and asked about an invoice estimate for replacing a water pressure gauge (one of inspection items) as well as stating they couldn't fix other items, and he starts to question me about what Chris did. Five minutes later, I get a knock on the door from Chris asking to take pics of pressure gauge. He comes and goes. I get another knock at the door about 15 min later, and it's Chris for a third time telling me that Travis said he wants to charge you half of a service call. I was shocked. I mean I understand this a business. I understand there are bills and employees to pay. But, how do you justify in good business telling a customer NO charge, and then come back not two times but three times and the CHARGE them? Not good customer service or business ethics... They were great up until this point, which is why they received two stars... I won't be returning and will definitely relay to others my experience.

***UPDATE from company's response: When you clearly state it was NOT my fault further proves that I should not have been charged. How do you charge a customer for an employee's error and not following company policy?

This is the second time I've used Cal's Plumbing, and he'll be my first call next time I need fast, friendly and fair service. Cal knows his stuff and does excellent quality work. (He also used safer Covid-19 practices in our home, which is much appreciated!)

Great Plumbers are hard to find - this one is a keeper!
The quality and integrity of a contractor shows in the way they respond when things go wrong. I had used Plumb365 multiple times over the last year, so when I purchased a new refrigerator, need to replace the water compression valve before it could be connected. I contracted Plumb365 to get the work done.

About two weeks later, on a Sunday, I noticed that the flooring next to the kitchen was bubbling up, was not sure where the water was coming from. I called Plumb365 to investigate the source. Totally impressed that I actually got a live person, even more impressive that a technician came within a few hours. The technician identified the source- a slow leak coming from under the new compression valve. The technician immediately corrected the issue to stop further damage, discussed the finding with the owner, Mike, and the corrections plan was created.  I was assured that Plumb365 would take care of me and 'make this right'.  This is a BIG Deal! The next morning, they sent a water remediation company and the remediation work started.

I was disappointed with the water damage experienced, however, I understand sometimes things can go wrong. The reason I am giving 5 stars is that Plum365 took responsibility, promised to make it right and delivered on the promise. This speaks volumes! I don't often write reviews but this I think needs to be shared.

Good contractors are hard to find, especially ones that back up their talk with the walk! Plumb365 is a such a find. I will defiantly continue to use Plumb365 for my future plumbing needs and recommend their services.  Call them if you have a plumbing need. They are not the cheapest, but prices are fair and they are good guys and heaven forbid IF something goes wrong due to their work, they take responsibility

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.
