I'm very impressed at this company's service, the people they send out, and the response times. Usually sewer and drainage companies have horrible customer service and attitude.

All of these guys are so sweet and they came twice to our house already. Almco Plumbing is a very impressive Co. Vlad Khorenko performed plumbing for my 2 projects in La Jolla.  In one project, he replaced the whole plumbing system in an about 1700 sq. ft. condo (plumbing through all the walls, toilets, sinks, dishwasher, water for refrigerator, installing a new water heater, and reconnecting washer/dryer).  After he completed his job, I changed the spot for the refrigerator from one side of the kitchen to the other side of the kitchen, and he redid new plumbing for the refrigerator without any fuss.
In another project at my residence, he installed a new bathtub, new toilets/sinks in the bathrooms, and a new dishwasher/sink in the kitchen.  
When he gave me an honest opinion about the general condition of the plumbing system in the property and gave me a fair price, I let him do the job.  Today I am very happy that I had Vlad as a plumber and trusted his opinion for replacing the whole plumbing system in the property.  He was always on-time, pleasant, caring, and is very knowledgeable.  He charged a very fair price and did an excellent job.  The important thing is that in addition to his experience, he uses his brain well to find the source of problem and then he fixes it.  When the tile installer was installing the tiles on the bathroom walls, the tile installer had made a hole in the pipe of the bathroom wall and nobody knew it.  After my construction was finished, when I started to use my washer (which is adjacent to the bathroom wall) at 9 PM, suddenly the water flooded into the garage.  I trusted him when I called him for an emergency to come at my home at 9:30 PM.  He instructed me over the phone what to do to stop the flooding immediately, until he arrived in 30 - 45 minutes.  He is so kind and caring that it feels like he is my own brother or he is a family member.  If he is in the middle of work and cannot answer his phone, his wife responds very kindly to facilitate communication between the customer and him.  He is honest and a man of character and he takes responsibility.  I will use him always and I definitely recommend him for anybody who needs a good plumber.

I've used Simplex to repair leaking and running water intermittently.  They were super responsive and were here in a few hours to diagnose and replace the gasket which solved the problem.  Thank you Simplex for your professionalism and great work.  I will call you again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Cris and his partner did a great job installing my kitchen sink and reading the stopper in my bathroom sink. He gave me a reasonable price and showed up on time.  He flawlessly installed my kitchen sink with the garbage disposal. Also, he got some parts needed to reach the bathroom sink stopper. He provided me with a receipt for the parts he purchases which I reimbursed him for. Everything is working great !  I requested quotes from other people and Cris came up on top, he's honest and sticks to his word.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Christian showed up on time to replace a giant 75-gallon hot water heater in our basement. He did a great job and I had him come back the next day to flush out our instant hot water heater in the guest house. I'll definitely call Pipe Bros. for future needs.

Water heater went out. Looked on Yelp for a plumber, and based on ratings I called Prescription Plumbing.  Answering Machine came up and said I could text so I texted Travis and got a response a few hours later.  He was very helpful in discussing the water heater problem.  I was able to text him photos to help diagnose the problem ahead of time. He showed up the next day 5 minutes early and completed the job. I also paid 15 dollars less than what was quoted. Great service, very professional and informative!

Cal really knows what he is doing. He diagnosed our plumbing issue which another plumber couldn't figure out and wanted to rip up stuff that didn't need to be ripped up and dug out. I think he has 20+ years of experience seeing it all and the guy is good. Came out quickly and repaired, so glad we found him.
