These.are.the.only.plumbers.you.need. They are fantastic! They were so responsive to come repair a sudden leak in our front yard and worked diligently to fix it the same day. JD and his team are reliable, genuine, and absolutely our new go to plumbers, we can't thank them enough!

I called Gordon after my toilet stopped up a few times, and I could no longer clear it with a plunger. Gordon answered the phone bright and early and promised to be there no later than 11. I let him know my roommate had to leave at 11:30 for work and he showed up at 10:30 instead. He quickly snaked the drain and gave us a very fair price. For two girls who are never home because of crazy work schedules, we appreciate him coming out on short notice, being wonderfully friendly, and fairly priced. We will call him again if ever the need arises.

Will use again for our plumbing repairs. We had a leak. Vlad and other technician found it and repair it. They were quick and efficient.

If you're looking to support a great local OB business, KC is your man. Friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly doesn't over charge you. His rates were some of the lowest I found.  He was able to come to the rescue within hours of my calling him.

Had a toilet leak last Saturday got a few quotes here on Yelp this was the only company that would come same day and didn't charge me for a weekend rate. Their quote was inline with the others. Plumber came on time and did the job quickly. Overall great service.

I really appreciate pipe bros being helpful on checking up a leaking water heater. One of the pipes was leaking and the one wasn't. I was given an option to replace one leaking pipe or both. The maintenance cost is fair and acceptable to me.
I also asked about getting a tankless water heater and was provided pros and cons of using tankless water heater. I am very satisfied with their maintenance service and knowledge.

Travis is great.  I had a few minor issues with my toilets and sinks.  I'm not handy and I don't have a hubby to fix...so Travis did.  He was thorough and educated me in the meantime.  He has excellent customer service and a great personality.  His prices are appropriate for the level of service you get.

Quality of the work was good and he appeared to be quite knowledgeable. We called ahead and he was pretty straightforward about the labor charge and how long he thought it would take to fix the issue. However, I was really disappointed in the amount he charged for parts and materials. Basically charging a 500% markup. Perhaps I should have asked beforehand but I wasn't expecting such a  significant charge for parts that I know the retail cost. I think he would have been honest if asked beforehand so just make sure you do so as the work was done well, but just felt that he took advantage of us not asking. Oh well!

I needed some fast help back in September and these guys were great. Customer service over the phone was friendly and responsive. They ask for photos of the issue to be texted over after scheduling the appointment, which I appreciate them wanting an idea of what's going on before coming over. Seems efficient.

The tech was on point, even helped us with another issue and told us what parts to buy at Home Depot so we could swap it out (he was happy to do it, but said it was an easy swap if we wanted to save a few bucks). He was in and out in no time and fixed what we needed

I wish I had remembered to write this back in September so I could give the guys name, but if I need a plumber I'm definitely calling these guys again.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!
I'm so glad I finally found my plumber, gracias amigo ;) he does Spanglish.

***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.
