unfortunately their diagnosis was to spend $875 to replace a small pipe that was clogged and unreachable due to the connector having previously been installed upside down by someone else, -the price included a properly installed connector as well-.  having said that, i found their manner very agreeable and professional, + there was no charge as advertised since the issue wasn't solved.  if i strike the lottery tomorrow i would not hesitate to call them back, since the issue remains unresolved to this day!  very pleasant hardworking people!

Had a back up in my bathroom tub and PIC did an amazing job helping me get it cleared. I called their phone number on a Friday morning and the woman helped me schedule a draining cleaning that fit my schedule that day. Jose came to my condo with great timing and helped clear the problem. He even called that he would be available earlier than expected. The process took about an hour and they def got the job done. The price was great as well and saved me the stress before the weekend. Highly recommend if you need drain clearing services.

These guys saved my office! Had no idea what was going on when I found a leak coming from my office ceiling. Cody was able to locate the leak and make a quick repair.

Also gave me a great price on upgrading the office toilet & urinal to more modern & efficient system. It was well overdue, place was built back in the 80s

i called to get my drains cleaned, I have a toliet and tub that are not draining efectivily, other toliets and showers and sink are draining.  They called this a main line problme and they would have to snake to the street, thus costing us more money..  The have different breakdowns for pricing depending on what they consider needing to be cleaned out.  The charge was double that of other Plumbing companies for clearing of the drains in my home.  Be carefull about the rates they charge for services and whcih type of service they are doing on your house.  In most cases they probably will determine your main line is clogged and charge you a more expensive rate.  They told me if it was just my toliet it would be the $89 and if it a main line it a $159 dollars.  Main to me means entire homeis not draining.

I had a minor leak in my bathtub drain which was affecting the unit below me. I was fortunate to have William and Cameron diagnose my problem quickly and return within a short time period to repair the problem . They also provided two different options with different costs to choose from which we really appreciated. The entire experience was not only done with the height of professionalism and knowledge, but with great attitudes and even some laughter which is a rare find today. Prices were reasonable, appointment times were prompt,  and these two men definitely went the extra mile to make the experience pleasant. I will recommend Perry Plumbing to my friends and family. I've had David and his crew set up the water filtration system for reverse osmosis drinking water and soft shower water for my house when I became a proud San Diego home owner in 2017. But it wasn't until today I realized just how above and beyond this company goes. They have state of the art equipment and technology to monitor even the tiniest of leaks. Which is what I had last night, but a big leak under the kitchen sink.

David showed up today, within half day business time. And guess what? The leak had nothing to do with his water filtration. He helped me solve a problem that could've become a much much bigger problem.

I see them once a year for maintenance. They are reasonable in costs.

I just wanted to say I never get paid for my reviews. It's hard to impress me and I have high standards. David and his company are ethical, hard working, and consistent. And they impressed me.

I awoke to a cold shower. I called Plumbing Plus, and Maggie, the dispatcher told me a technician would be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00. Isaiah Maher showed up at 1:15. Isaiah was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. My Noritz water heater was 14 years old, and beyond repair. By 5:00, Isaiah had finished installing a new Noritz tankless water heater. My thanks to Isaiah Maher and Plumbing Plus for their excellent service.

In an age when service quality is in decline, San Diego Backflow Testing has been absolutely fantastic for me when getting the testing that I need. They make sure to take care of everything, so that you can basically sit back, relax, and just pay your invoice. I've also had situations where I got to the back flow testing late, and they made efforts to make sure and get me in before the city deadline as well. Awesome.

Great company.  Jose was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly investigate and isolate our problem.  A slab leak is very stressful and it was a relief to have someone who is so professional advising us.  We got quotes from three different plumbing companies to do the repair.  They all had the same comment about CPL -excellent company.

Absolutely fantastic. I called at about 10:15 AM on a Monday regarding a clogged toilet at my elderly mother-in-law's house. I met their plumber, Brison (very cool guy ), at her house approximately 20 minutes later. From the time of placing my initial call to job completion was a little over one hour. Very pleased.

Alex was the first to respond to my project. He was professional and succinct. Narrowed down the cause of my malfunctioning shower and provided relevant recommendations. I plan on working with this company in the future to replace my water heater.

I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My house had a decent amount of plumbing issues and we needed it fixed immediately. I called home perfect plumbing for help and explained to them that we needed someone to come out and assess the issues and quote us on what itd cost. They were very accommodating and was able to get someone out at our convenience. The plumber was super professional and let us know when he was on the way and when he arrived. He did his diagnostic and was able to explain to us the situation and what we needed done. Of course we did our due diligence and took that and went around calling other plumbers to compare quotes. We decided with home perfect because they were the most professional and responsive and their price fell in line with most other companies. Fast forward to now, everything is done and completed and the plumbing in the house works great. Definitely will use them for future projects.

My garbage disposal/kitchen sink line was completely backed up and unsalvageable. We called Accolade Plumbing around 5:30 p.m. and Gabe was at the front door about 20 min. later. Not only is Gabe a really nice guy, he's very professional and knows what he's doing. He lugged all his equipment up the stairs, worked his tail off to get the pipe clear, and then showed me how to clean out the drain to prevent future clogs. His prices are very reasonable, he's a jack of all trades, and his number is now on speed dial. Thanks Gabe, you're the best!!

We had a great experience with Nathan when our shower drain clogged! It was a more serious issue than we thought and he was super helpful and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend.
