City Construction Clogged my main pipe. Ali was a savior. He juggled my hyper-sensitive neighbors and highly demanding Airbnb guests by being well dressed, professional, polite, calm, spotlessly clean, on-time and swift. When the city clogged it again, Ali came right away and honored the warranty agreement with the same top level of service. I highly recommend Ali and especially purchasing his warranty!

My tech arrived early, found the source of the leak in my bathroom sink, and fixed it in no time. He was professional and courteous.

When I sprang another leak under my toilet I knew it was finally time to get all of my plumbing problems solved.  I had some long overdue repairs to my bathrooms and kitchen that needed attention and my water heater was barely putting out any hot water anymore.  I had my Dad coming to San Diego for a visit in 4 days so I had to get things taken care of right away.  I did my research on Yelp and decided to have Bill Howe Plumbing come out to give me a quote as well as the other highly reviewed plumbing company on Yelp.  I had the great fortune of having Rick Diamond come to my home to give me a quote for Howe Plumbing.  I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism from the moment he entered my home.  On went the shoe covers and we began the tour of the many, many things that needed fixing.  I was very impressed that he looked at what I explained needed fixing and then thoroughly explained all of my options with regards to possible repairs.  He provided me with the knowledge that I needed, to make good decisions as to how to proceed within my budget.  We went through all of my rooms and he addressed each repair individually and offered suggestions which were extremely helpful to me.  In the end I had my water heater replaced with copper supply lines, had a new kitchen faucet installed, a new garbage disposal unit installed, had shut off valves and risers installed on all the plumbing fixtures, new tub plugs installed, as well as new toilet flappers on my toilets.  After coming to my home to see the proposed work, he promised to have my estimate ready to go that same day, and as promised, he provided me with a typewritten estimate that very same day.

I had the other company come over to quote the same work and my experience was vastly different.  Contrary to my experience with Rick, they had me writing down the pricing with my pen in hand and only offered me ballpark figures for low and high end pricing.  The estimate that was given by the other company was vague and overpriced.  It was immediately obvious to me that the service person from the competing company did not have the knowledge and professionalism that Rick Diamond so obviously had.  I decided to go with Howe Plumbing and I am very, very glad that I did. We arranged for the repair to be done two days later since I had to notify my HOA that the water would need to be turned off.  On the designated day, Rick showed up on time and began the extensive work that we had scheduled.  He did a wonderful job installing my garbage disposal unit and new kitchen faucet.  He even scraped off the calcium that had built up on my sink over many years so that my faucet and sink look like new.  He did an amazing job installing 8 shut off valves throughout my condo under tight time constraints, and efficiently installed my water heater with safety straps.  I was impressed with the pride that Rick takes in the work that he does and in the quality of his work.  With Rick, you get what you pay for - and more!  He is five stars all the way --- I'd give him an even higher rating if I could.  Whether it was the smallest repair or the biggest repair, he gave each project his full attention and did a beautiful job.  I just can't say enough about how wonderful he was to work with.  

My experience with Howe Plumbing and Rick Diamond in particular was great.  I will definitely use this company again for all of my plumbing needs.  It is nice to know that there are professionals out there that take pride in their work and deliver what they promise....and more.  My experience with this company, and Rick in particular, was great, don't hesitate to call them, you won't be sorry that you did.

5-STAR, White-glove customer service! I had a 4-foot piece of broken clay piping (located under the city street) which I was obligated as the homeowner to pay out of pocket for in the city of San Marcos. I had a company come out to perform the work that needed to be done before I called Perry Plumbing and after performing a sewer scope, they told me, I am sorry, but we cannot fix this problem. I called Perry Plumbing and they sent Justin out the same day within 3 hours to assess the situation; mind you, they generally don't service the San Marcos area. He assessed the situation and sent me multiple options the same day on how to fix the problem. The work orders laid out the work to be done in very specific detail. Once I decided to pull the trigger, Perry Plumbing sent somebody out the very next day to start digging through my driveway. The following day, Justin and Nathan showed up first thing in the morning and removed 2 large rocks and a large piece of broken clay from the pipe! Seeing photos and video from their camera of the blockage, it seemed that it would be nearly impossible to remove everything. After removal, they lined the pipe where the break was located and the pipe is fixed better than before. These two went above and beyond to service my home. Justin made himself available 24/7 by quickly responding to my messages and phone calls. I would recommend Perry Plumbing, Justin, and Nathan to anybody who is having a plumbing issue and wants the BEST service out there.

I used Plumbing Plus for three jobs, two at my home and one at my rental.  They were always very courteous and respectful.  Before, during, and after the jobs they were sure to stay in touch on the jobs and ensure that I was satisfied.  They were on time in the windows they had given.  And in the case of my rental, they coordinated with my renter to get access and fix the leaky kitchen sink, which involved them buying a new faucet and returning to install it.  At my home, they replaced my pressure regulator which is what was causing my hose bib to leak.  And they dug up and repaired a leaky main line on my irrigation system which developed a pin hole in one of the joints and they showed me exactly where prior to removal.  They took pictures and shared them along with the invoicing for my records.  I had awesome experiences with Plumbing Plus and would recommend you consider them for your own plumbing needs.

We've used All City Plumbing for a few years now and their service techs provide good communication and always follow up. We've had several of them: Miguel, Andrew, Paul just to name a few. Unfortunately we have so many plumbing issues bc our pipes are so old but glad to be using them!

I contacted C.P.L. regarding a PVC leak in my front yard. They sent out technicians David & Andrew to determine where the leak was located. David & Andrew were knowledgable, friendly and professional. They determined that the leak was in fact, not mine, but my neighbors! They assisted in notifying my neighbor of the situation and throughly checked my property to ensure there were no additional issues. I would highly recommend C.P.L. for their professional and knowledgable technicians!

Alex added valves to our tankless water heater and descaled it. It had been installed without the valves which made it impossible to service. Very happy.

We had drain clog and pipe leaking issues. Contacted several different places. Most charge for estimate/inspection but Willis Brothers was one of the few places that didn't charge for that AND were able to come out right away. They came out within 30 minutes of me contacting them, were able to figure out what was wrong, showed me the issues, and were able to get it all fixed before dinner time (I had contacted them around 2pm). They were great and were very professional.

I had horrible, unprofessional experience with this guys, maybe they good in some easy things like clogged toilets or broken faucets but not in a water heater and boiler system. I will never call them again.

I wanted to leave my second 5 stars review with my recent experience with the company and their technician, David Starr. We had a clogged issue with one other toilet, and we decided to change it as we thought it was kind of an older model. David fixed our problem, and he gave us a recommendation to not change our toilet as it is a good brand and would work just fine. What I appreciate was his honest feedback and recommendation (he could easily change toilets and charge us, yet he was honest and helped us with being fair)
He even offered to load the new toilet we bought into our car, which was beyond sweet.
This type of behavior, honesty, and being fair is something that will definitely cause me to be a return customer for R&R. Thank you once again for helping us. Will be returning for sure and recommend this business to anyone I know.

I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We had some plumbing work done by this company after we had a bad blockage from some roots crack the drain line. We couldn't figure out why we keep getting issues after buying a new house. The came in and snaked out the roots and we are as good as new.

Jay (Gabe) fixed my leaky shower today.  He is knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Seems to be very conscientious about his work. Answered and returned calls right away. He's also very respectful and personable; highly recommended!  I'll call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.
