I talked to Alma on the phone and she assured me that they would give us a price that was realistic and fair price. Ali came out and gave me a fantastic price along with doing a great job!

PIC plumbing were professional and friendly. Extremely responsive and were at my house within the hour. They were quick to resolve the issue we were having. I would definitely call this company for any household issues I have. Erick and Josh provided excellent customer service.

I rarely come on these platforms to leave reviews, but coming on here to leave one for True Value Plumbing is certainly worth it to me. My mom lives in a very old house in San Diego and recently had a pipe burst in her bathroom and was panicking as you would imagine. She called me over and I did my research and heard great things about this company so I reached out and spoke with Cody. He was very professional and friendly and eased my mind on what work needed to happen. Naturally I was concerned a company would try and hustle my mom and say she needed all this additional work done. But Cody was straight forward and gave us a great price and the work was phenomenal and have had no problems. Upon calling Bill Howe Plumbing to request a sewer line repair, I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa. The process for repair is an extensive procedure and Melissa had all the answers and coordinated the job perfectly with 2 different units within the company. During the job we got a big rain storm  which halted operations but Melissa was right there with the rescheduling and answered any questions I had. The conversations were very pleasant and I look forward to requesting her service for any future plumbing needs we may have. Thank you Melissa for a very nice transaction.

I called at 0830 for a hydrojetting. Xavier and Ryan we're here by 10 and gone by 1245. They were amazing and honest. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me along the way and helped ease my mind about the procedure/findings! I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

So, Backflow testing wasn't a thing I knew existed until I got a stern letter from the city stating my water would be shut off without updated tests. I frantically called a few different places and got ahold of San Diego Backflow Testing.

Our hot water started going in and out (in our 2018 house we just bought!), so we looked at our Tankless HW system and noticed a couple drops of water escaping where they shouldn't be.

We looked on YELP for recommendations, and called the place with the highest number of reviews/5 Stars. (It was *not* Willis Brothers. It turns out, some of these companies use bots for reviews, or so I've been warned). Firstly, this person from this 'highest rated company' could not find out what was wrong with our system, but charged us $240 anyway and left (this is a different company, NOT Willis Brothers!), telling us we should just buy an entirely new HW Tankless System he would install for $5000. (Not the kind of news you wanna wake up to, right?).

It was actually my husband that was able to see and spot where the water was actually coming from in the Tankless System, he called the first guy back, and the first guy basically said 'good eye' to my husband and kept our $240 anyway.

Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion about moving forward with what we needed, and this whole thing with plumber #1 truthfully left a bad taste in my mouth.

I found Willis Brothers next, and Jason answered right away. He was helpful IMMEDIATELY, was very honest, very friendly and quick.  He had us all set up with working hot water again ASAP at a ***MUCH MORE FAIR*** quote than what this other first company had offered.

***NOTE*** Unless you're dealing with Willis Brothers - please do yourself a favour and always get a second opinion! Especially from Willis Brothers!!  They are truly honest and fair - and it's so refreshing.

I have notified every neighbour in our text chain about how awesome Jason is (and Willis Brothers Plumbing), and we will happily be lifelong clients and supporters!!!!

Chris Q helped us with a few issues around our house (clogged drains, toilet flushing issues, etc.). He was prompt, reliable and thorough in his approach. The company offered a full service fix to all the issues including getting appropriate parts. I would definitely recommend this company (and Chris Q) for all plumbing needs!

I left another review with my previous experience with the company and their technician, Ernie. I wanted to leave my second 5 stars review with my recent experience with the company and their technician, David Starr. We had a clogged issue with one other toilet, and we decided to change it as we thought it was kind of an older model. David fixed our problem, and he gave us a recommendation to not change our toilet as it is a good brand and would work just fine. What I appreciate was his honest feedback and recommendation (he could easily change toilets and charge us, yet he was honest and helped us with being fair)
He even offered to load the new toilet we bought into our car, which was beyond sweet.
This type of behavior, honesty, and being fair is something that will definitely cause me to be a return customer for R&R. Thank you once again for helping us. Will be returning for sure and recommend this business to anyone I know.

Jerry has been my plumber for 20 years. He serves everybody in my family. He is a very trusting loyal person that I can allow in my house when I'm not home because I know he is honest. He has fixed my showers, stinks and garbage disposals and he's very reasonable on pricing. He will get back to you after you leave a message on his answering machine that same day. I would highly recommend JERRY. If you're in Tierrasanta or Allied Gardens, Kearny Mesa Iowa choose to support the small business he works by himself out of his own truck and is highly sought.

Great experience! James came out and replaced two of our shut off values in our bathroom sink-- one that was quite challenging since we tried fixing it ourselves! Was also very kind!

I have used several plumbers of the past few years and was never impressed enough to use them more than once.  Since having Jay work on our plumbing, I'll never call anyone else.  I had a plugged toilet, that I couldn't fix myself.  Jay was at my home within an hour of my call.  The plug was deep and he had to use some heavy duty equipment to clear the plug.  While he was at it, he rebuilt the inside of my toilet so it works like new and flushes better than ever.  Jay is professional and extremely courteous.  He is a pleasure to work with.  He also takes great care to protect the area he is working in and cleans up when he is finished.  Couldn't ask for a nicer guy or better plumber.    And I love his dog Trixie!!

Our outside water valve was leaking, wasting water and needed to be replaced. Nathan came out within 48 hours and fixed the issue. Looks and works great. Would highly recommend for any plumbing or water issues within your home.
