Had a positive experience, we had the main sewer line repaired.  The quote that we got on the phone was accurate and the repair was completed on time.  The plumbers that came by were nice and straightforward.

Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few  years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.

Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation.  He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge.  He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.

Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

I rarely come on these platforms to leave reviews, but coming on here to leave one for True Value Plumbing is certainly worth it to me. My mom lives in a very old house in San Diego and recently had a pipe burst in her bathroom and was panicking as you would imagine. She called me over and I did my research and heard great things about this company so I reached out and spoke with Cody. He was very professional and friendly and eased my mind on what work needed to happen. Naturally I was concerned a company would try and hustle my mom and say she needed all this additional work done. But Cody was straight forward and gave us a great price and the work was phenomenal and have had no problems. If your looking for an honest, reliable plumbing company True Value Plumbing is the only way to go!

Our new fridge was slightly too tall because of the electrical housing on the top front of the fridge, which we missed when measuring the space.  We had a big dilemma because we really loved the fridge and couldn't really find another that was comparable.  So it was either settle for something we didn't like as much or figure out a way to alter the kitchen cabinet to raise it by 3/4 inch.

We went with the second option.  After calling a few places, I came across Alejandro and asked if he could help with my project.  He was very quick to respond and told me he'd come by the following morning to assess the situation.  He was punctual and very knowledgeable, going through different scenarios of how we could get the job done without creating too much work and still yielding the best result.  

It was really fun to watch and help where I could.  I ended up learning a lot from Alejandro.  

If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy handyman with a great personality, Alejandro is your guy.  His prices are reasonable and you won't be disappointed with the result.  10/10 would ask for his help again on our next project!

I have used Bill Howe services twice in the past year.  Both times I have had excellent experiences.  Plummer JD Dickerson did my most recent repairs and was awesome.  I will use them in the future because of their professionalism and integrity.

Eddie at WPS was on time, made installation easy & was very friendly and informative with no pressure. We wanted to rent a reverse osmosis water filter system for our kitchen sink. They had the best price, a great contract and since it included maintenance & installation: it was a no-brainer. It was all taken care of within a few hours... We'll never use Culligan again! We're understanding now why they get such great reviews and we're very happy now with our delicious, ultra-pure drinking water!

I had Plumbing Plus install a new hot water heater. They came the same day of our leak and installed a new one the same day. Mike was very professional, explained everything clearly and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

So, Backflow testing wasn't a thing I knew existed until I got a stern letter from the city stating my water would be shut off without updated tests. I frantically called a few different places and got ahold of San Diego Backflow Testing.

Jen was incredibly knowledgeable. She worked directly with my water provider and took the project completely off my hands. I would recommend this company a 100 times over!!!

Knowledgeable, helpful, fast and efficient. Matt helped me contact the right people for containment (CutNDry)and testing, spoke with my insurance adjuster and repaired my slab leak. It could've been a nightmare but Matt and Martin were great.

What can I say? Alex is absolutely amazing. I had a series plumping issue in my shower. I called, and within 1 hour, Alex was here. These guys went above and beyond when coming out to install a tankless water heater. I talked to Nathan on Monday and they were on-site next day. Despite working into the evening, in the rain, and with a steady stream of hey, can you look at this too questions from me, they all remained positive and cheerful. With top notch customer service, competitive pricing, and quick turnarounds, I'll be recommending Willis Brothers Plumbing to everyone I know.

This place charged me $600 for fix the entire toilet unit but failed to mention that didn't include the gasket? Wtf? The other plumbing place only charged me $400 to replace the entire toilet and the seat.... Not to mention the water started leaking within a year warranty and refused to honor that. I'll definitely advise my realtors and ob community to stay away from this place.

Ps. They quoted me $350 to replace the gasket and screws... I can get that at Home Depot for $30 ‍ I guess I'll just do it myself.

David came out today to give me an estimate on various plumbing needs I have from kitchen sink and toilet installation to a leaky faucet in my son's bathroom. David was friendly, answered my questions and provided a quick, fair estimate. I definitely plan to use R&R and have David complete the tasks.

I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. James handled my plumbing issues to my satisfaction. Right from the first call, to giving me an estimate, options to fix the problem, getting parts, scheduling the repairs and getting it done quickly, James was very patient, listened to my requests and my preferences and giving me the best advice.
