I had an overflowing kitchen sink, it was late in the day no one else wanted/could to do it and these guys didn't even hesitate, they were at my door in an hour. Took care of the kitchen and other slow drains. Took them a couple hours but they got through it. Everything is working good now.

They sent a technician to look at a stuck/ frozen Grohe shower diverter valve.  He was very nice and understood what the job would entail.  They said they sent me an estimate via e-mail that I never received, but then texted it to me.  It was quite pricey and when I asked them if they'd be able to do it for a lower price with me doing the drywall removal and repair, I never received a reply.

I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower. All I know is that my showers feels 10x better!!

Not only did they get the job done at a good time, he educated me on some simple tricks to avoid leakage.

This company can NOT be trusted. They tried to get me to purchase a new heat pump because they said my system was undersized for my home. They started at 10k and ranged to over 20k in price. They told me I had a 2 ton system and needed a 3 ton system when in fact I actually have a 5 ton system. They tried every sleezy sales tactic in the book to get me to sign on the dotted line when they were at my house. Thank goodness I got 2 other opinions and learned the truth. The other companies both told me my system is a 5 ton system which is adequate for my house and that the poor air flow was due to an undersized air duct and a new system was NOT necessary! Call another company before you are ripped off! Btw, the sales person never followed up with a quote in writing as promised-He must have realized that we were not going to go with his company!

If having your water problems fixed in a reasonable time do not call these guys. Shut my water off to find the problem then went home at 5 o'clock. Came back the next day and my water has been off for over 30 hrs and all I can get from them is they will be back to work tomorrow at 8am. This is the second night and going into the 3rd day of no running water. It's a no wonder other plumbers call them and I'm sure when they do call it's to ask wtf did you even do all of those hours!

Did a great job installing a reverse osmosis system at our office! I also had them hired to install a reverse Osmosis system at our house. Highly recommended!

I came home Friday night to discover my hot water heater was leaking and and had stopped working. I called Plumbing Plus and they sent out Mike first thing the next morning. He was very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. I have another job for them in the works soon and would hire them anytime. Also, I just found out that Mike is the president of the company! Now that's service! I highly recommend Plumbing Plus for anybody who wants an honest and professional plumber. Thank you!

San Diego Backflow Testing is a GREAT company to work with.  As a Community Manager, these annual tests can fall off our radar on occasion with the multitude of tasks we tackle everyday.  Jen and her team are proactive enough to reach out to managers well in advance of required completion date as a reminder, and then they work efficiently complete the test within the allotted time.  They handle so much behind the scenes that the process is swift and seamless, which makes our jobs a lot easier!  Their pricing is in-line (and often cheaper) than other backflow testing companies, and their customer service is some of the best customer service I have experienced from any company in the service industry, ever!  You cannot go wrong with hiring San Diego Backflow Testing due to their extensive plumbing knowledge, proactive efforts, and their superior customer service!  I highly recommend them!

There were a lot of requests that I sent out to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. Alex/A&A Plumbing was the ONLY one that gave me a great quote and quick availability.... quick as in he was able to come to my house and do the service within 30-45 min of receiving a quote from them. After seeing the damage from the last job a plumber did, he quoted me extra due to more things to do to the faucet, which was to cut it off with the grinder completely. Even then, he was gracious enough to give me a great quote compared to the others who had JUST messaged me while he was working on my sink.

Woke up to a clogged kitchen sink today. Reached out to John at Happy Plumbing by text message and John responded quickly to say he could help me between 12 and 1pm today. Perfect! I had Jerry install a new water heater for me. He did an outstanding job. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the heater, and he very patiently waited for it to drain. This slow draining added time to his estimate, and he didn't charge any extra. Jerry is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. What i appreciate most about this company is how honest, thorough, and up front they are. I had an issue with the plumbing in my downstairs bathroom and needed it fixed (especially with the holiday coming up, i will be having guests over). Anyways had these guys come out and take a look and in my head, i was thinking this would cost a lot more than what they actually quoted me. It was actually a really simple fix and they just needed to replace a few things and they were on their way. They gave me the bill and I was happy to pay it. Everything works great now and couldn't be happier with how the interaction went. 5/5 highly recommend

Nathan replaced our shower cartridge plus some other jobs in no time , everything was tested and all worked great after the job was done, he was right on time on the appointment time which realty matters specially within this field .  Very satisfied with his work and for sure will come back again .
