Great fast and fair service for busy night time bar!  Would recommend over and over again! Fast and to the point!!

I was very impressed with PIC Plumbing Services.  I needed an emergency dual angle stop replaced.  This all happened during my appliances installation.
I called several other plumbers and no one could come right away.  I called PIC and the tech was here within 90 minutes.  They gave me a 3-5pm window of time and he was here before 3.  Not too mention I called around 1:45. I was very pleased with their service and how quickly they were able to solve the issue.  I will definitely recommend to my neighbors.

After noticing my water bill was $147 more than the previous bill at my investment property, I had contacted Cody from true value plumbing to locate the leak causing this huge increase on my bill! He was able to find the cause behind my master bathroom shower, he suggested a new shower valve as the permanent solution.

I had gotten other quotes from 2 other companies before I had decided to proceed with Cody.
Ars rescue rooter quoted me $12,000!! To demo my entire shower to get access to replace the valve, & ASI came in around $2897 to replace just the valve.

Long story short True value plumbings quote was substantially lower than both of the other quotes. & he was able to replace the valve without demo & replaced the entire trim!

I had a stopped up kitchen sink and Michael came out and fixed it ASAP. The next day the shower clogged and Michael came out again and un plugged it. Even though it turned out the two issues were unrelated I was given a discount on the second visit

Have used Perry before in the past for my business and home. Called and had them come out to my business to give me an estimate to recharge my A/C unit which wasn't getting as cool. This is a split unit with part of it on the roof. Without even looking at the unit the service tech went to his truck and wrote up an estimate for over $1600.00 to which I kindly said no (I only paid $1100.00 for the unit a little over a year ago) I called a couple of other companies and found one (Rockstar Plumbing and Air) who serviced these units. Francisco came out the next day, serviced the unit and only charged me $165.00. Big Big difference!
I think Perry just lost a repeat customer.

Prompt service, excellent on the phone, great clean up after the job, and they explain everything really clearly.
It's a drag to have to call a plumber, but with this company I feel that they are honest.  Also very good about showing up asap, which is big when drains are clogged.

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

He then proceeded to carefully inspect my plumbing system, using his expertise to try to determine the root cause of the problem.
What impressed me the most was his dedication to providing outstanding customer service. He genuinely cared about finding a solution to my problem and offered me multiple options to fix my pipe leak.

I had a clogged bathroom sink issue and wanted to use a local company to have it solved. Left a message and was contacted promptly by James to talk about the problem and schedule an appointment.
The day of the appointment, James contacted me again as the crew was running a bit late and he wanted to keep me informed.
Crew showed up, and the guys were super polite, helpful and fixed the issue faster than I thought without leaving a mess. They even replaced the parts that I took out.

I will definitely use the company again for plumbing issues.

Awesome resource for our plumbing needs!  I woke up to our main shooting water out like a geyser and flooding the street (can't wait to see the bill for that).  Called a few folks that were super attentive but couldn't come out until that afternoon.  Explained my situation to the Willis Bros and they were out within a couple hours!  Once he got there (Nathan), he was super attentive, confident and up front.  Told me what I'd spend, fixed the leak and had me verify.  Bad news was that wasn't the root of the problem.  The cause was discovered and he quickly engaged, diagnosed and was off to the store.  Within three hours he had both leaks fixed professionally and was on his way.  So glad I kept calling and found these guys.  I now have his card posted for any potential future needs; highly recommend!!

Chris Q helped us with a few issues around our house (clogged drains, toilet flushing issues, etc.). He was prompt, reliable and thorough in his approach. The company offered a full service fix to all the issues including getting appropriate parts. I would definitely recommend this company (and Chris Q) for all plumbing needs!

Woke up to a back up in our plumbing, called them and they were able to come out the same day. They ended up coming out early, communication was great and David did a great job! I would highly recommend them!

Highly, highly recommend this plumbing company.  We ended up getting same day service (lucky) and Mr. Gunning was fast, incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew what the causal problem was (so we wouldn't repeat it.) I'm VERY cautious, but would recommend him highly!!!

What i appreciate most about this company is how honest, thorough, and up front they are. I had an issue with the plumbing in my downstairs bathroom and needed it fixed (especially with the holiday coming up, i will be having guests over). Anyways had these guys come out and take a look and in my head, i was thinking this would cost a lot more than what they actually quoted me. It was actually a really simple fix and they just needed to replace a few things and they were on their way. They gave me the bill and I was happy to pay it. Everything works great now and couldn't be happier with how the interaction went. 5/5 highly recommend
