DrainHelp came out to our home on a Sunday morning to unplug a patio yard drain that was clogged with roots and mud. This drain had not been cleaned since the house was built 30 years ago. The drain was packed solid and no water would flow down the drain. During the last weeks El Nino rains the water was over 5 inches deep in the back patio and side yard.

Ali, who is the owner of the company, was one of the most professional business person that I have had the pleasure to work with. He and his team made quick work of cleaning the 75+ ft. of root plugged drain.

The machine that they have to clear drains is nothing short of amazing. It's a VERY high pressure pump with high volumes of water. This is all controllable and allows the high pressure to cut right through the roots and mud. We had roots over 1/2 in diameter in the drain and it cut through them like butter. All the mud and roots were flushed out of the drain! It was truly amazing to watch this machine at work!

My last comment is how concerned and conscientious Ali and his team were about doing a good job and making sure everything was correct before they left. You just don't get this kind of service now a days. I'm really fussy about making sure things are done right and these guys made me more than happy.

The cost of the service was right in line for the hard work they had to do and incredible pressure flush machine they used. There was no damage to any of the trees, buildings, sidewalks or flowerbeds. I would highly recommend DrainHelp if you need to get a drain unplugged with little disturbance to your yard.

I had a leak in my sons room so I called Perry Plumbing and their office was very responsive and the plumbers came on time. Chandler was the lead plumber and seemed knowledgeable and was professional.
My main issue is with how expensive they are, I realize I was being charged for after hours so I expected it to be expensive, but I probably wouldn't go back simply because they are priced way higher than they should be. They did recommend a really bad company for the restoration who lies and overcharges, so I am questioning the ethics of working with such terrible companies.
Right now the leak seems taken care of, but time will tell how well everything holds up.

Just had service completed for a water main rupture at my 77 year old moms home. Anthony called me with an estimated time arrival and was there early. An estimate was provided on site and was fair and reasonable. All work was completed on site including digging up the water main. Fully professional and guaranteed in writing. I was impressed and will use them on future plumbing issues. A big thanks to Anthony and the staff for a prompt reply, speedy service and integrity. It took two visits to finally detect the source of the leaks. The first visit I wasn't super impressed, as they blamed it on a toilet, which I knew wasn't the main leak. But the follow up visit was very thorough, plus they mapped out all of the pipes under the slab (luckily that wasn't the source). I had some follow up questions after the tech left the second time and he called me right back and answered all questions. Unfortunately there was a charge for both visits. Just be aware that follow up visits are just as expensive as the first.....

I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers! They re-did my master bathroom. The work they did was extremely clean and professional. The staff was very friendly and on-time. If/when I need plumbing work in the future, they will definitely be my first call!

Alex was great. He came right out on a weekend and discovered we had a water heater leak that had ruined our drywall. He not only helped us with our water heater, he helped us get in touch with a drywall repair company. I highly recommend Alex . We will definitely use him again, if needed.

Our drains were clogged at our rental unit and water was backing up. I contacted Home Pro and James came out to take a look. He was able to diagnose the issue with cameras and clear out the drain. Jay came highly recommended, but our experience with him was horrible.

He broke his snake in our shower drain and left it there. Now our shower is completely unusable. He said it would cost at least $1000 for him to remove it. On top of that, he insisted that my wife pay him $95 for the visit.

We would have been much better off if we never called Accolade.
