Ali sent his guys James and Danny to replace my kitchen sink drain and they were amazing. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Nicholas from PIC responded very quickly to my toilet repair inquiry. He was very transparent about the price quote but unfortunately that was too high for me. But guess what, Nick actually taught me how to replace the flange by myself before he left, and that saved me $400. Guys from PIC are really problem solvers.

These guys are amazing! Was able to show up the same day we contacted them - Chris was super helpful and very informative. He got our sink running again in no time and with no mess. Highly recommend.

Although Alejandro has not yet done the work needed, his quick response, and reasonable pricing was so appreciated. He was a gentleman from the moment he responded to my text and also when he came to our home to go over the work I wanted done before the sale of our condo. I loved his back story, his professionalism and feel so good about hiring this handyman. My only regret is that we had not known about him years ago.  I will followup after the work is completed but have no doubt I will not be disappointed. Just read the Yelp reviews!

Had a plumbing issue on Saturday and they sent someone out right away. They put a camera down the line and our 92 year old pipes are broken and missing in some places. The technician who came was very polite and thorough. He said that it looked like the pipe would need to be replaced but that he would submit the video to the line guy and they would not only send me the video on Monday but also an estimate to fix it.  No video or estimate sent to me on Monday.  I had to call today and ask for the video that I paid $440 for to be emailed to me.  I also told them that since they had not sent a quote for the work that we called someone else and they came out today, looked at the problem and scheduled us for repairs next week. The gentleman didnt even seem to care that we called someone else.  I guess they are ok with losing a $10,000+ job.   Will not be recommending them or using them in the future.

Do not use. The most unprofessional and incompetent plumbing service I have ever used. Used them to unclog a drain a month or so ago and it was fine, but yesterday, a technician arrived during a major pipe break in my condo and refused to service for reasons he would not explain. I asked for another technician to be sent that night, and I think he made the problem worse than it was (it leaked all night long) and then the next morning arrived and promptly disappeared. I called several times and after 3.5 hours finally spoke with Eric, who claimed that his technicians said I threatened them, a completely fabricated story; several of my neighbors were present and will back that up. Unbelievable. Had another plumber come and they fixed the leak and got the water back on in 20 minutes.

The sales person was polite and responsive. The price was reasonable. The installation guys were nice and efficient. I would recommend this company to others.

Finding a plumber you can trust is not an easy feat. Before finding Plumbing Plus I contacted and had 2 other plumbing services at my house who for didn't reasons were not a fit. David came to my house and was honest, professional, and knowledgeable! I have already raved about my experience to my neighbors who need to replace their water heater. Even with this expensive expense, I feel that my money went to quality and installed by someone who took their time to do it right! A bonus is this company worked with my manufacture warranty which a lot of place do not! So HAPPY and will is them again in the future

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

The best plumber we have ever used!  I can't say enough about how professional they always are.  Prices extremely reasonable.  Once we got the referral, we have never used another company.  I will always refer them to anyone I know that needs plumbing work done.   Thank you All City Plumbing for doing honest work at a great value!

The problem with the technicians of this company is they repeatedly leave a mess behind for someone else to clean up.   They did it three times in my property trying to find a leak for my neighbor .  I mentioned it to the technician the second time they left a mess.  The third time I called and reported it .  

They don't respect other people's property.  Choose a higher quality organization .
I did receive a voice mail message back from Cheryl from CPL.  Her response 'we don't carry brooms or hoses on our trucks'.    So they may help you find a leak but they  don't clean up after themselves .... btw they have been out three times to my neighbor's propriety and still can't find the leak.

Called and they responded and fixed our kitchen faucet problem within 2-1/2 hours. Next competitor was almost 48hrs later. Service was quick and professional- wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have a water filtration system under the sink and had ordered the filters, but didn't know how to exchange it. Alex gave me an extremely reasonable quote, came over and changed the filters within 30 minutes.  He was informative, efficient and affordable!

Our hot water started going in and out (in our 2018 house we just bought!), so we looked at our Tankless HW system and noticed a couple drops of water escaping where they shouldn't be.

We looked on YELP for recommendations, and called the place with the highest number of reviews/5 Stars. (It was *not* Willis Brothers. It turns out, some of these companies use bots for reviews, or so I've been warned). Firstly, this person from this 'highest rated company' could not find out what was wrong with our system, but charged us $240 anyway and left (this is a different company, NOT Willis Brothers!), telling us we should just buy an entirely new HW Tankless System he would install for $5000. (Not the kind of news you wanna wake up to, right?).

It was actually my husband that was able to see and spot where the water was actually coming from in the Tankless System, he called the first guy back, and the first guy basically said 'good eye' to my husband and kept our $240 anyway.

Something in my gut told me to get a second opinion about moving forward with what we needed, and this whole thing with plumber #1 truthfully left a bad taste in my mouth.

I found Willis Brothers next, and Jason answered right away. He was helpful IMMEDIATELY, was very honest, very friendly and quick.  He had us all set up with working hot water again ASAP at a ***MUCH MORE FAIR*** quote than what this other first company had offered.

***NOTE*** Unless you're dealing with Willis Brothers - please do yourself a favour and always get a second opinion! Especially from Willis Brothers!!  They are truly honest and fair - and it's so refreshing.

I have notified every neighbour in our text chain about how awesome Jason is (and Willis Brothers Plumbing), and we will happily be lifelong clients and supporters!!!!

They were responsive on time and didn't leave me hanging until the job was 100% done. Great customer service.

It turned out to be a little more complicated than expected, but he had the parts, explained the problem and repair and knocked it out.

Jerry has been the designated plumber to my home for over 20 years. I've know him for almost 10 now and every job he has done has been seamless. He is kind, honest and knows his stuff! I believe he is a one man show. He still uses an old fashion answering machine but he always calls back in a timely manner. Maybe he will update his phone one day and be available by text message ;)

I would recommend him to anyway who is looking for reliable and personal level of service. He is a small business and I'm happy to support. His work is excellent!

I had a pipe in my house that was getting clogged up ( there was build up over time that accrued) and it was affecting water pressure in my house. The only reason I was able to figure that out was cause of my consultation with Home Perfect. They came out to inspect and run a few diagnosis and determined that was the cause of the issue. I gave them the bid to fix it because they knew what the problem was and after price shopping a bit, it was the best value for price vs time to go with them. Luckily that was the only problem with the plumbing that I had, it took a couple days to fix but the issue is gone and the part of the wall they had to get into was repatched and looks great. Overall very happy with Home perfect

My first review ever and all because of Accolade! Jay deserves 100 stars! We recently bought a house and our original request was to check a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink and conflicting reports of a possible leak in the bathroom. Jay not only gave great service and diagnosed any issues. He totally went above and beyond when other service vendors were installing our new refrigerator and dishwasher. He stepped right in without even being asked to get their job done. Wow!

The following day (Saturday) we had another issue arise and I called Jay right away. It was a small issue but he showed up right away to check on it. Working in customer service myself, I can take a few lessons from him.

Being new home owners, we're keeping Accolade as our Plumber to call!

Also, can't forget about his partner Trixie! Such a great gal :0)

Nathan Corona re-piped my home and repaired my main line all on one day.   He responded immediately and made me feel like maybe emergency was his as well.    His price was fair and he is extremely nice and pleasant.   I highly recommend him!
