Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I was visiting a friend and clogged his kitchen sink; I called Lefty, he came out the next day and fixed my problem in less than 30 mins. Clearly explained the problem and delivered the work respectfully with good value. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Fantastic experience! A couple of months ago (catching up on my Yelping) my sink/garbage disposal was seriously clogged. Me, being the stubborn person I am, tried for two days to plunge the hell out of it, use natural tips for clearing the clog and finally poured drano down the sink...to no avail.

I asked my BFF, Randi B. who that plumber was she used earlier in the year and then called Owen Plumbing. They were able to come out the next day. Scott showed up right on time and was very polite. It turned out to be a little more complicated and took a couple of hours (necessitated accessing the clean-out drain in a closet) so I was charged an additional $40 over the $95 fee, but seemed very fair considering all the extra effort it took. He left the area very clean and gave me some maintenance tips.

If you ever have the bad fortune of having plumbing problems, I'd highly recommend calling Owen Plumbing.

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

I called on Friday and they were here within the next business day since it wasn't an emergency. It's only $75 for the first hour, so I had to pay the $75 plus the part. Definitely worth it to get hot water again! Great, friendly, reliable and quick service.  I will definitely call Clairemont Plumbing Service when I need help again!!  But, I'm hoping it will be awhile...

Needed to get a water heater installed. I did not know who to choose until I came across pacific tankless. So let me explain a little...

This isn't some large corporate company with fancy trucks and techs. This is a hard working single-run business who passes the savings onto the customer without sacrificing the quality. AJ came to my house, removed my old water heater, installed one of the new fancy ones, and took the old one with him for disposal. I was charged the price quoted (did not raise the price like some other companies).

Honest, does great work, and very fair pricing....what more do you want?!

Not a fan. One of their staff came out. We wanted to get my AC and furnace cleaned/ checked since we hadn't had it done in the 2 1/2 years we've lived here. The guy came out and was very professional and friendly. Was doing a thorough job. He ends up telling us we need all this stuff done to our AC and furnace in repairs but says he wouldn't bother doing the repairs and we would be better off getting a whole new AC and furnace. $8,000 systems + $2,500 new ducting since it was out of code= $10,500! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Called another company to come out and check our system. Didn't even see any issues, even the repairs that he said needed to be done were not even there. So grateful we didn't waste our money. Won't be using them again.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. Efficient scheduling and incredible service by Premo Electric and specifically Niall who installed my wall charger quickly and with obvious electrical vehicle expertise.  Niall was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as he walked me through the details of the service as well as the wall charger product itself.

I contacted Lee about some electrical work we needed done ASAP on a house we had in escrow. He immediately went out ot he house to check out the situation and gave us a fair quote. The work was done the next day, I highly recommend Electric Lee for all of your electrician needs.

Our outlets went out all at once. An electrician from SRP came out. Couldn't fix it and quoted $1K to fix the problem. Said he needed a second opinion. We got a second opinion from James Licata Electrician. He fixed the problem in five minutes and charged us $100. The SRP electrician reminds me of auto mechanics who rip off old ladies.

Very reasonable pricing for great work and communication! If you have a Tesla or EV and need a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed, go with these guys! Highly recommend!

Jesus is super responsive and these guys are my go to electricians for any work inside and outside.  I've had ceiling fans installed, gfci throughout home, Conduit for new island outlet, exterior outlets...you name it they can do it. Mark is awesome!  We had a small electrical fire and Mark came out the same day (which was a Sunday) to fix it.  He ended up rewiring our entire house that same week for a reasonable price.  He and his associate were always on time, polite and did a great job.  They cleaned up after themselves and left our house better than they found it (fixing a gate that was broken and patching up some drywall that needed it). After they were done there were a couple of things that weren't working and we sent an email and they came back and did all of the patch-ups at no extra charge.  I couldn't recommend H&H more highly - they are great.

Rory helped me with a project I had. I needed to upgrade 4 extraction fans. I managed to wire 2 units just fine, but the second unit containing the other 2 fans would not power up. I sent him a video, he said it's not his expertise but the video was helpful and can take look at it. We quickly booked an appointment and upon arrival he got everything operating in an hour. His rates were very reasonable and I now have a local electrician that I will use again in the future.

This is a follow-up review for Frank Electric.  Frank never ceases to amaze me with the level of service and support he provides to his customers.  Most recently, I experienced a problem with one of my breaker panels and one of the associated circuits which provides power to my living room area.  In essence we lost power to all fixtures, outlets and switches in that room.  I gave Frank a call and he responded right away.  I told him what I thought the issue was and he gave me some troubleshooting guidance over the phone, and advised me that he was working on a major rewiring job through the weekend, and that if there was break in the action he would stop by my home to address the problem.  I followed his troubleshooting guidance and was unable to resolve the problem myself.  I called Frank the next day to update him and he said he would make time to address my problem.  Twenty-Five minutes later he arrived at my home and greeted me with a big smile, checked the situation out, and less than 10 minutes later he found and resolved the problem, which turned out to be a faulty cord for a lamp that was short circuiting the outlet it was plugged into and tripping the associated breaker switch.  The reason I am writing this review is to demonstrate that Frank goes above and beyond all expectations for his customers.  To put it very simply I can't recall ever having a better customer service experience!  The Yelp rating system of 5 Stars does not even begin to recognize people of Frank's caliber!  I personally would give them at least 6 Stars and better yet, 10 out of 10 if it were possible!  My wife and I would like to personally thank Frank for simply being the Best!  If there is a Guardian Angel that watches over Electricians and their Customers, his name must be Frank!  If I have any future needs for electrical work, I will hire Frank and the Frank Electric Crew without hesitation.  In my opinion, if you are looking for an electrical contractor, first do your own research, but I highly recommend that you consider putting Frank Electric at the top of your list.
