Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Andy was on time and got to the bottom of the problem instantly. As soon as he was finished, he checked out the other drains before he left. I won't hesitate to call Lefty's Plumbing the next time there's a plumbing issue!

I had a drain issue that I thought was simple to address but it turned out to be more complicated than it first appeared. Jerry and his team were very professional and thorough. Suggestions for improvements were made by him and the team and we are very pleased with the results and service. They cleaned up nicely and worked very hard. We always appreciate a good team of  honest professional workers. Also, quick response amd punctual. Highly recommend.

Our property line clean out is within inches of our driveway. Unfortunately, it's gotten run over more than once and we noticed over the weekend that the pipe had gotten clogged. Drainage was backing up towards the house and was not getting to the main sewer line. We stopped using water in the house in fear of the drainage backing all the way up and started calling plumbers.

We called AAA Goforth Plumbing over the weekend and requested a call back on Monday. They called first thing Monday morning when they opened and made it out the same day to look at our clean out. Both of the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and got right to business clearing the clean out. They were able to clear whatever obstruction was stuck and our drainage was running smoothly again. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and gave me advice on how to prevent the clean out from getting broken again if a car were to run over it.

I would highly recommend AAA Goforth plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber and we'll be using them again in the future if ever we need plumbing services.

Marshall arrives on time!!  (In this case, I was called to find out if it was alright that he arrived early!!  Yes!!)

He arrived.  He saw.  He fixed.  He took less than an hour.  He charged only $75 for:  installing my brand new disposer, and clearing a bathroom basin drain.

Anyone who knows what it is like to deal with a plumber who never answers phone calls or texts, who promises to call and doesn't, who promises to be at your house between 11 am and 1 pm, who doesn't contact you by 4 pm to say he is caught up on another job site, etc., etc., WILL UNDERSTAND THAT MARSHALL IS GOLD.

BEWARE of this company. Very unprofessional and bad service.

Our water heater pilot kept going out. The manufacturer said it could be a gas pressure issue. The gas company came out, found nothing wrong with the gas pressure, and tagged the water heater as DANGER - Do Not Use due to a floating flame. We called American Home Shield, and they sent out Christati Plumbing, who recognized there was something wrong with the water heater but could not identify the cause of the problem or fix it. American Home Shield then sent out Pacific Tankless. The problem was not a non urgent gas leak, as Pacific Tankless believes.

A bald man with a thick accent (maybe eastern European) from Pacific Tankless showed up at our door wearing sneakers, cargo pants, and a yellow polo T-shirt with the collar up. No uniform. No tools. No boot covers. He had a mask on, but it was not covering his nose. He did not introduce himself and his first (impolite) words to me were Inside or outside? I politely asked him if he had boot covers. Sarcastically, he replied Do you?

We informed the man that the gas company had shut down the water heater as a danger. The man ignored the warning, ripped off the DANGER - Do Not Use tag, and turned on the water heater. The pilot lit, so he said there's nothing wrong with the water heater and left. The man would not listen to us when we mentioned the floating flame problem and the pilot won't stay lit.

AJ, owner of Pacific Tankless, claims the man is a very respected gentleman, ex pro athlete, and expert in his field. A man who acts like that is not very respectable; having been an athlete has nothing to do with anything; and the man did not display any expertise. Also, conspicuously absent from AJ's list is licensed plumber.

A good company will send professionals (in terms of knowledge, speech, and dress) and make sure customers are satisfied with the service. Pacific Tankless did neither.

Pacific Tankless is our worst experience with a plumbing company. We called other plumbers for quotes to repair or replace our water heater. Pacific Tankless was the only company that said there is nothing wrong with our water heater and ignored our concerns. The other companies listened to us and stayed around long enough to see the floating flame.

Overall, our impression of Pacific Tankless is they do not care about fixing the problem but only care about defending their Yelp reviews, some of which do not appear genuine.

In addition to the above, we believe Yelp reviewers should keep in mind two things when considering Pacific Tankless:

First, according to the Contractors State License Board website, AJ has never paid workers compensation insurance because he certified he has no employees. (See attached photos). That raises a serious concern about whether AJ has been misclassifying his technicians as independent contractors to avoid paying payroll taxes and workers compensation premiums.

Second, in his initial response dated 2/11/2021 to my Yelp review dated 12/30/2020, AJ referenced our address. Obviously, that is a violation of privacy. The address has since been removed from AJ's post after it was reported to Yelp.

I had an emergency leak on December 23. It was difficult to find anyone to come out two days before Christmas! Sherlock Plumbing sent Greg out and he found my leak quickly and easily. He was efficient, wore a mask, protective foot wear and cleaned everything up. I was so happy with the service! I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Premo Electric to troubleshoot my Dad's house and why certain parts of his home did not have electricity since 2017.  I cannot THANK enough Benny and Peter for doing such a thorough job in locating the loose wire.  They tested every outlet in the house where the outage occurred.  They even went up into the roof crawl space to assess the wiring up there.  After awhile of searching and testing, they found one unused outlet hidden behind a curio cabinet that had the loose wire.  And this outlet was not even in the vicinity where the outage is??  I was concerned the repair cost would be high, since Peter and Benny were at the house for over an hour and half.  But the cost was what I expected it to be.  I plan to use Premo for other electrical repairs/needs.

I left a phone message on a Sunday and the Company got back to me and was able to come out to my house the next morning. Another electrician I called did not call back for a day. The Company quickly determined why the circuit breaker went off and then installed a separate circuit for a freezer in the garage. I was pleased with the quick response and the quality of the work. I will definitely use the Company again.

I contacted SRP Electric to diagnose and repair a faulty circuit in our guest bathroom. Anthony called and gave me a 30 minute heads up of his arrival near the middle of the time window. Upon arrival he was very professional and asked me questions to find out what were the concerns. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues within 30-45 minutes. I greatly appreciated his timeliness and expertise. I will definitely use him again for any future electrical repairs. Thanks Anthony!

Michael did a great job installing my electrical panel on my older 1950's home. He did a thorough job explaining the steps necessary to have the installation permitted and completed. His price is not the cheapest of the quotes I had gathered he was in the middle. The work was professional, prompt, and he repaired some minor things I mentioned without any question. Michael and Michael team come highly recommend for your electrical needs.

WOW! Best service that we've ever received by an electrician! I reached out to request a quote from multiple electricians and almost all were quick to send us a quote of over $1000, plus additional costs, for something that we might not have needed. Leo was the only one that asked for me to provide a few more details via text AND was able to quickly solve our immediate problem! Unlike most, he did not have a requirement to book a costly appointment to come out before trying to better understand our problem. We live in an older condo so we plan to use him for future electric services. I will recommend him to everyone!

Jesus and United Electric really saved the day this week.  My wall oven finally arrived but the installers said that my wiring was not correct.  They refused to install because it was a fire hazard.  After doing some research, I understand that the correct way is to use a metal box that the whip from the oven can be safely attached.  The installers were right and I knew I needed an electrician fast.

I called United Electric in the morning and Jesus responded via text almost immediately.  He gave me an estimate which was reasonable and arranged to show up at 10 am the same day.  Jesus texted when he was on his way and showed up early.  He took care of everything and even patched the old holes where the previous box was.  The work was very professional and they cleaned up well.  

The following day, I texted Jesus to ask if he could help test the circuit to make sure it is working since I have never seen it tested.  Jesus quickly responded and arranged a time to show up to test.  He did not charge me for this house call and was very pleasant to work with.  

I'm very excited to have found Jesus and United Electric in our neighborhood.  I will have more work for him in the future!

Mark was wonderful in replacing existing landscape lighting with LED lights and replaced the transformer with a solar sensor, so no more readjustment of the timer to align with Daylight Savings!

The yard is now well lit and brighter!

Mark was efficient, thorough, and explained everything well.  I thought pricing was reasonable.

Time for a current review! We had a fuse that kept blowing whenever we put on the front porch light. We knew there was a short somewhere, as we could hear the hum. Called Rory (new client) and he came out that day. He charges by the hour for his service call, and that includes  his repair time. Rory found the short immediately, an old wire that was never disconnected from an old, out  of existence, outdoor pole lamp. He fixed the short which was high up in the garage, put a safety box over it (non there before) and even put up my newly purchased porch lamp for me. All fit into the hour service charge, that by the way, was very reasonable. Rory was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. So nice to deal with a great and honest electrician. I will recommend him highly to everyone.

After speaking to over 8 electricians (seriously), I decided to go with Frank. His easy communication style and very reasonable costs sealed the deal. We were able to agree on a date and time easily and he met us at our condo with no hiccups. Yes, someone that actually comes on time (he even came early) does exist, though rare, and Frank is his name. He changed out our bathroom fan, installed a chandelier, and changed out the switch in a very timely manner. He had extra materials (switches) which was nice since we didn't have anything. He was incredibly courteous and his attention to detail surpassed mine (rare).

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I can't recommend him enough. He is our go to electrician from now on.
