Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Started looking for someone to replace my water heater about 1 PM on Friday afternoon.   Lefty's Plumbing had it done and hot water back on by 10 am Saturday morning.   Brought the appropriate water heater to my house,  installed it and hauled the old one away, all while following Covid guidelines.   Not sure how competitive the price was as I did not do a lot of research as speed was my main concern,  but the cost was about what I expected.   Very Happy!

Jerry was very responsive and confirmed the appointment time right away. He also showed up right on time. Johnny, who fixed the leak, worked very quickly and was very focused and skilled. I'm so relieved they were great. We will be calling them again with anything plumbing related in the future. I highly recommend Dr Rooter.

I just had Owen Plumbing replace both of my bath tubs and the fixtures that go along with it. I loved this company. Scott and his team did a wonderful job. They were always on time and were very neat and professional. I have had so much bad luck with plumbers in the past that I would use this company without hesitation for any plumbing need that I have in the future.

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

We had Clairemont Plumbing (Marshall) come out today.  We had a lenthly number of things we needed done (fixing leaking toilets & faucets and installing a new kitchen faucet).  We were extremely pleased with all the work done and at a reasonable price.  We will surely be recommending them to our friends and family.  It isn't easy to find a great plumber but we did and we are so happy.

I had AJ replace my tankless water heater. He was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I got other estimates that were much higher than his offer. I'm very happy with his service and already have recommended him to my neighbors.

Many thanks to Sherlock Heating and Air. This is the second time they have come to my house. The first was to update all of the ducting in the attic and improve the flow of cool air to the bedrooms. The old system was outdated, broken, and all the insulation was falling off the galvanized tubing. I was wasting money by cooling my attic. The second was to move a register   from the wall to the ceiling so I could create a feature wall in the living room. Jared was exceptionally professional, on-time, and fast. I will gladly call Sherlock again if I EVER have air conditioning, furnace, or ducting issues. Jared deserves a bonus!

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

I purchased a jacuzzi and when I went to plug it in I realized that the outlet was upside down!!!!
I called this company because it was in my area and had good reviews. My call was answered after normal business hours.
George was pleasant and polite from the beginning. He came over to my house on time. He fixed my outlet in no time at all! He also took a look at my electrical panel to see what kind of updates I need. The price, even without the Yelp Deal was reasonable for the work he did.
I would call George again in a heartbeat and recommend him to a friend!

Nonexistent customer service.
Inquired via Yelp on 9/7 and received a response next day on 9/8.. thank you. But Within the response they provided a phone number and email for better communication. I emailed my inquiry- 2,3 days later no response. I text the number provided and no response.
If your business is thriving then good for you but if you're not seeing new customers then say that.

Steve, Anthony, and the rest of their team were very professional, punctual, and did amazing work. I needed a 220 14-50 outlet installed to charge my EV car and they did the work, it was greatly appreciated that they came out and worked in the heat of the summer to get this done for me. This is a straight forward and honest business. I will be coming back in the future for electrical work that is beyond my capacity. As someone who works on electronics in the Navy I can tell you they utilized safe practices and did very clean work! Thanks again.

Mike from Service Pro Electrical was super honest and courteous with us.  We experienced a GCFI problem that disabled all of our electrical outlets in our bathrooms.  When we called Service Pro, Mike got back to us immediately and we made an appointment.  Mike arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem.  While Mike was at our home, we also had Mike replace five old light switches with new wall switches.  We are very happy that we called Service Pro!

Leo saved the day and possibly lives. Not hyperbole. My new tenants reported seeing black streaks around an outlet. They smelled burning when they plugged in an outlet strip. I submitted a project on Thumbtack and Leo -- on a Sunday night -- got back to me quickly with a fair estimate. He setup an appointment with my tenant for the next day.

He fixed the issue and texted me before and after pictures and explained the problem. Aluminum and copper wires were twisted together. I'm a layperson and I know that's dangerous.

This electrical stuff is no joke. Especially with these older buildings. (This one was built in 1974.) Do not hesitate; call an electrician ASAP.

I also had a loose outlet that he re-anchored with the proper screws.

(By the way, another popular electrician, who saw the picture I sent of the outlet with the black streaks, got back to me the next day and said he could come by and give a quote 3 weeks from now!)

If you have an electrical issue or just want to add outlets, lighting, etc. hire Leo. He will be my first call if I have an issue in the future.

United Electric Inc. did great work! They had first come by to give me a quote to install a 14-50 Nema Plug in the garage to charge my Tesla. He had replied to my request for a quote very quickly on Yelp Messages. He was able to come to my home the next day to inspect the request and gave me a quote right away. After contacting other electricians who had visited and had given me quotes, I've decided to stick with United Electric. We were able to schedule that same week, to where he came right on time and had the job done in a timely matter. He was sure to be there as we tested out the new plug to make sure everything was working properly. Very happy with their work and would reccommend!

Mark is an excellent electrician with an attention to detail craftsmanship. He arrived to my house and installed recessed lighting throughout the house for and very low and competitive price. The house looks so much better. He also corrected and completed work that the last electrician had worked on. He will beat any quote significantly and not put in less towards his work. He is very professional and will arrive on time or sooner. I have already recommended him to friends and family. Awesome work, great price, can't say more!

I called Rory for an estimate on doing some electrical work on my house.  He arrived on time, he was professional and he completed the work the same day that he came to my house.  I had gotten quotes from other competitors in Rancho Bernardo/Poway area and had gotten a quote for almost DOUBLE the price.  

Rory didn't price gouge me and his work product was fantastic.  I've found my go to electrician in Rancho Bernardo.

Frank came out to evaluate a panel upgrade. He was super friendly and informative. Answered my detailed question, and kept in close communication afterward on scope and pricing. I didn't end up moving forward with the work, but really liked his attitude and honesty. I will certainly call him back when I have future needs.
