Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Quoted one price over the phone to clear a drain and then charged a higher rate when the drain was cleared.  This was a basic drain clean done with a water blow out.  No snake was required, no additional work and there were no suprises or complications.  

I see many glowing 4 star reports but if you opt to use him get the price in writing when he shows up!

Dr Rooter responded to my service request right away and had someone repair the broken valve the next day.  They offered great pricing as well as great service.  I would use them again!

We have used Owen Plumbing on several occasions and always been very happy with their service and reasonable rates.  The last time we called, Cole came out to clear our outside drain and did a fast and professional job.  We highly recommend Owen Plumbing.

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.

So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.

In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

I agree with the other reviews.  Have used Clairemont plumbing for many years and can't be happier.

AJ responded quickly to my call and was able to come out the next business day to check my tankless water heater.  He quickly identified the issue and didn't even charge me.  Thanks!

Great company. Scheduling was easy and prompt, and they took the time to ensure they knew exactly what type of outlet we needed installed. Niall and Pete arrived right on time and were extremely knowledgeable, installing the outlet as well as troubleshooting some electrical issues in the yard. I would definitely use Premo again.

I am a not-so-handy woman who owns an old house and knows fairly little about electrical.  I also don't like to spend an arm and a leg on things and get several bids on each project. That all could be a recipe for disaster, but thankfully there are still businesses like Electric Lee that  feel like they are small, family owned businesses (not sure if they are small or family owned though!) and give reasonable prices, treat you with respect, show up when they say they will and get the job done right.  

Jesse from Electric Lee replied right away to my inquiry and showed up promptly for the bid.  I liked that he explained what needed to be done and his bid was also in the ballpark I had hoped to spend. We worked out a date in the very near future (which again I appreciated, since it was a rush job). On the day of, Jesse and crew came out to wire an outside outlet for a washer/dryer.  The day of the work, the weather was horrible and the crawl space pretty spidery. Most contractors would have cancelled, but they didn't.  They did the work, despite the weather and with a smile. When I needed another job done, they were prompt, returned my calls right away and were easy to communicate with.  Devrin came out this time for another issue I had with an outdoor light. Same quick and efficient response, same professionalism. I will use these guys again for any of my electrical needs.

We were in need of a fan and doorbell installation and an outlet repaired at our home. After calling another company, I tried Service Pro.
