Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Lefty's was fast to come out, friendly, and affordable with the amount of work that had to be done. Andy was very professional and kept me informed of the process the whole way through. I wasn't sure what to expect with the work that had to be done but they put me at ease with my plumbing sitation in my crawlspace and their thoroughness... Highly recommended.

We had a major leak in the ceiling, we needed a plumber fast. As soon I as I called, Edgar answered and made the effort to arrive asap and even called ahead assuring he was on the way. He arrived with John, fixed the leak in minutes and resolved the issue. They were nice, polite and professional, I'll be calling them again for all my leaks. Big thanks to John and Edgar

I would like to share my wonderful experience with this company.

On December 21, I found a problem in the ladies bathroom at our business.
My husband called the plumbing company which we used to use for our first location.
They told him they will call him back. (We never received the call back from this company)

Since we found the problem at 2:30 on Friday, I wanted to fix it ASAP.
I remember the great reviews about this company by my friend, Chris D., Bob T. and Randi. B. So, I tried.

Here is what they did to us....

2:44  Called Owen plumbing and a nice lady, Brenda, answered. She wanted to know what our problem was. I explained and she told me that she would check their guys' schedule and call me back. (She told me that sometimes plumbing problems in the restaurant is too big job for them. That is why she had to ask me)

2:46 Brenda called me and told me someone could come within 20 minutes.

3:40 I called my husband and he told me the problem was already fixed.
     

WITHIN ONE HOUR!!!????
I can't imagine opening our restaurant with a bathroom problem on busy weekend night. But, they fixed it so quick without any worries.

I've used Steve for a number of projects over many years.  In each case his skill and experience have resulted in successful projects.  His fees are well explained and fair.  My recent project, a toilet installation, had complexities due to the original construction.  Steve was able to deal with the unexpected situation effectively.  Highly recommended.

Needed to get a water heater installed. I did not know who to choose until I came across pacific tankless. So let me explain a little...

This isn't some large corporate company with fancy trucks and techs. This is a hard working single-run business who passes the savings onto the customer without sacrificing the quality. AJ came to my house, removed my old water heater, installed one of the new fancy ones, and took the old one with him for disposal. I was charged the price quoted (did not raise the price like some other companies).

Honest, does great work, and very fair pricing....what more do you want?!

Our heater wasn't working so I turned to Yelp to find a company and Sherlock Heating and Air conditioning had great reviews.

Pros:
-The company emailed me the technician who was coming out to service the home along with a photograph and bio of him.
- The tech who came out, Eddie was a super nice and courteous. Greeted me and introduced himself to me and gave me his business card. Not really a big deal but it was just really nice that he did that right off the back. Just adds to the email of who was coming to my home.
- Wore shoe covers in our house (we don't wear shoes in the house)
- Fixed the issue
- Nice that everything is done electronically (i.e. the techs carry around an iPad) but on the flip side it wasn't easy for Eddie to navigate around their company's software. Not sure if the system was lagging or if they recently switched to iPads.
- Gave me an explantation of what needed to be done and the different tiered services (which goes into my con).

Cons:
- After Eddie saw what needed to be fixed, he pulls up a 5 tiered service level option on his iPad.  It's ranked from Gold, silver, bronze, etc... the last tier is called the bandage level. Well, the bandage level was still $417 and it fixed the issue at hand. Each additional tier upgrade, was a lot more money. I think the Gold was about $1200+. So just to fix the issue at hand, they call it the bandage service which doesn't include anything. I asked what the bandage level included and he said just that. To fix the issue. There was no summary of what services were included because it was the basic of the basic. Well shoot. That makes me feel kinda bad. The other options include a lengthy white glove service, which I honestly didn't think was necessary. That part of it just felt very used car salesman tactic. Maybe call it the basic service instead of the bandage service and include some services or just fluff it up a bit? Make the consumer feel better. haha.

For that and the absurd up-sell of the other 4 tiers that cost an arm and an leg, I took a star off the review. But overall my tech, Eddie was super professional and did a great job fixing the issue and it wasn't his fault that he had to show me the different levels of service he has to sell me, it was his job. But he's a great guy and I would use him again.

It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink.  I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua.  He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it.  Phew!!  A thousand blessings and thanks to the Yelp community and the reviewers for the information about this business.  And thank you Joshua Plumbing.  You deserve 5 gold stars.

I have an older home and calling the plumber to remove clogs is unfortunately a regular part of our year.  I had called another company we usually go through, but they couldn't see us until the next day.  Exodus answered my phone call at 7:30am in the morning and told me they could have a technician out within an hour.  

Emilio and Gerardo arrived at  our door and were both wearing masks. They were highly polite and professional the entire visit.  Emilio gave me a quick estimate for the service.  After less than 15 minutes, they were able to successfully clear the drain and I was charged the cost of the initial estimate.

We were so happy with the service that we asked about trenchless  pipe repair to a avoid future clogs.  They contacted their supervisor and told me he would come out for an estimate later today.  Exodus plumbing made an excellent first impression with us!  Thanks again Emilio and Gerardo!

Abraham and his helper saved my bacon! Quite literally - when I got my new stove, I needed an outlet installed before I could use it to cook and they were fabulous! Swift, great with communication and very professional! Will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family who are looking for electrical work - thanks again, guys!!

We did a complete remodel of our house and used Electric Lee to do all the electrical work. We had them install can lighting thru out the house and upgraded our sub panel from 100 to 200 amps. They were easy to work with and did a great job on it all. The cost was lower then the other 2 estimates I had from other companies. They were very accommodating working with me on a couple of changes I made during the remodel.
I would definitely hire them again.

We were having major issues in our home with electricity cutting off and appliances working intermittently. This was happening daily and we were scared that whatever was wrong would be a fire hazard. We called SRP electric to come out to take a look. Anthony came out and evaluated the situation and he immediately was able to diagnose our issues. He took his time to explain exactly what our problem was and why these things were occurring. He then explained step by step what he would need to do to make everything right and safe.  He then wrote up an estimate for the work that was very reasonable and it fit our budget. Anthony and crew came out the very next day to begin the two day project. They arrived on time and explained everything they planned to do that day and then returned the next day to finish everything. The crew was very fast and efficient and extremely professional. They were courteous, clean, and answered every concern we had. They finished our job ahead of the anticipated timeline and took the time to show us that everything was functioning well and correctly. It was a pleasure to have such a pleasant and professional crew taking care of our needs. Anthony is the man and we will gladly and without any hesitation recommend him to anyone who may need an electrician. We will 100% use his services again if a need ever arises.

Mike from Service Pro Electrical was super honest and courteous with us.  We experienced a GCFI problem that disabled all of our electrical outlets in our bathrooms.  When we called Service Pro, Mike got back to us immediately and we made an appointment.  Mike arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem.  While Mike was at our home, we also had Mike replace five old light switches with new wall switches.  We are very happy that we called Service Pro!

We had issue with our breaker box turns out it was fried. He was able to fix and replace our outdated box with a brand new one solar ready one.

Jesus at United Electric installed and wired up my back patio, and I couldn't be happier with the result! He helped explain everything he was doing to me to make sure I understood. Highly recommend!

Once again Mark did nice work on some modifications we needed:

1) move the 240v receptacle in the garage six feet in order for our new level 2 charger to reach the front of our new electric car

2) install two new lines for light fixtures on the exterior of our garage

3) install a new receptacle in the garage

Mark showed up early, was efficient, friendly as usual, and helped me identify an easy fix for my dimmable LED party string lights in the backyard that I was having trouble turning off all they way.

I purchased a whole home electricity monitor that had to be installed in the main electrical panel, as well as being connected to the solar array. Rory was responsive, affordable, explained things clearly, and completed the task in just a few hours. Highly recommended!

Frank came out to evaluate a panel upgrade. He was super friendly and informative. Answered my detailed question, and kept in close communication afterward on scope and pricing. I didn't end up moving forward with the work, but really liked his attitude and honesty. I will certainly call him back when I have future needs.
