Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

*This* is the guy you want. I have been without a kitchen faucet since Bill Howe Plumbing decided they were too busy to come back and install it like they promised. Marshall is as good as it gets! From my first phone contact, this company is polite and helpful. Marshall did a difficult install and made it look easy. He has serious skills, like a surgeon. He can figure out stuff that other plumbers had not been able to. He installed the faucet and then fixed the garbage disposal at no extra charge! I am so thankful for this company, they are the answer to my prayers.

Pacific Tankless was chosen by our home warranty service for the second attempt at addressing our leaky shower. I was initially nervous due to the low quantity of reviews, but at least they were all good!

Todd came out to our condo earlier this afternoon and fixed one of the problems (leaking around the handles), but the other problem (leaking from the faucet) was unaddressed. Given that there were two different problems, I'm not going to dock points because that could really come down to something as a communication issue. More important to me is how it was handled; I called Todd back and mentioned the tub was still leaky and he was back at our place after 45 minutes or so to replace the cartridges, which unfortunately was a far more complex and time-consuming problem than the simple caulking he had to do earlier. Sorry Todd! :( But he was a good sport about the whole thing and very friendly with one of our equally friendly cats, who may now be less friendly with us since there's no more leaky shower water for them to drink.

I had high hopes from the reviews but was very disappointed. The two people who came out were friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem with our ac unit- could not turn on, older so probably not worth the cost to repair (which I agree), basically just toast. The quoted me pretty high for a new ac unit and said I'd get a discount if I said yes that day. We felt pressured, especially when we are looking at that amount of money so I said no.  They extended the offer two days. I felt a little weird about how they were pushing but thought maybe that's just how it goes.  They assured me the quote was average and i would only find lower with an unreliable small start up type company.

I decided to get another opinion (a larger more well known company) even though it meant waiting in a very hot house with a baby and toddler during a heat wave. The other company came out and was surprised I was told it wouldn't turn on. I literally watched him flip a switch and the ac popped on. Nice and icy cold air immediately filled our house... Okay, I get you want me to buy a new unit (and it's very close to being time, sure) but at least have the common decency to leave us with the ac on of it works. Especially during this heat wave. With small children up all night sweating. Really?? I did ask if what he did was a pretty common or easy fix and he said yeah that's one of the first things you check generally.

The other company did not pressure me at all and said while the unit is older and we definitely want to prepare ourselves to buy a new one in the coming years, it's perfectly capable to keep going. They offered a quote and said the other option is to drive it until the wheels fall off and said that was a perfectly reasonable choice. I asked for the quote just to know how much we will be spending (whether now or in a year or two) abs the difference for the comparable option was significant.

I hate to leave a bad review especially when the people who came out were so friendly... but I can't help but to feel very much like they tried to cheat us. They blatantly lied (or at best didn't recognize a very common issue). I would never have them back to our home and I would never recommend them.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Mauricio is amazing! He fit me into his busy schedule on a Saturday.  He fixed my leaking sink in 20mins. Very professional, courteous, and his prices are very competitive. He definitely will be my go-to plummer from now on.

The two electricians (one whose name was Christian) were courteous at all times. They called to let us know when they were on their way. They asked for our preferences and also made suggestions but ultimately helped us feel that we were being listened to. We are thoroughly enjoying our two TVs now that they are installed high on the wall with new outlets behind. Both electricians were quick and efficient. i very rarely leave reviews, and this company is how I wish all companies would treat clients. We are planning to update some lighting in our home and are looking forward to asking them to come back to help us with our next house project.

I don't normally write reviews but its hard to find a good electrican that's fair in pricing. These guys did a great job on our home ! They were professional from start to finish. They installed a ceiling fan on a 16ft ceiling no problem. We had them install a couple can lights as well. Everything came out perfect. If you want the job done correctly and with in a timely fashion for a fair price this is the company you want to do the job. We were very fortunate to find these guys and will always recommend them.

My call was answered right away by the owner Steve, he was very helpful and  knowledgeable as well as his electrician Anthony who arrived on time,explained what needed to be done and how he would go about my particular electrical job he also didn't mind answering my questions. He did top quality workmanship,was fast,and efficient and cleaned up all areas he had worked in.
Happy with entire job. Nice to see a company that takes pride in quality workmanship with efficiency.  I will have them return for more work.

Needed an outdoor motion light installed.  Contacted this company and they were at my house in 2 hours!  Great customer service and I appreciate the same day service.  The cost to replace the light was very reasonable.  The light works great!  Thank you for taking on our small job.

We've had Leo come out and help us on three different occasions and we will definitely be calling him again when we have more electrical projects that need to be done around the house. He is always very responsive, prompt, and professional. He has done quite a few upgrades to our 1970s Mira Mesa home including replacing our old circuit breaker panel, installing a dedicated breaker for our microwave, replacing old ceiling fans with a chandelier in our dining room and recessed lighting in our front room, and replaced 3 flush mount fixtures in our hallway & laundry room. We definitely recommend reaching out to Leo if you have any electrical repairs and/or upgrades that you need done to your home.

Jesus is super responsive and these guys are my go to electricians for any work inside and outside.  I've had ceiling fans installed, gfci throughout home, Conduit for new island outlet, exterior outlets...you name it they can do it. Mark is amazing!! He is an experienced and knowledgeable electrician and we felt like we were in good hands after seeing him trouble shoot the kitchen appliance and garage door issues that we were having.  He went beyond just the services that we had agreed to, and said he would be happy to put up our new fire alarms for no additional charge.   We already know of future projects in which we will need an electrician and Mark will be our go to guy!!

Truly appreciate Rory for coming on a Saturday and replacing three plugs and rewiring two of the outlets. One of the plugs was actually melted along the side and it was one of the outlets that were wired incorrectly. He even placed the dishwasher outlet where it is supposed to be so the plug would no longer get crushed by the back of the dishwasher. So grateful that he caught everything and fixed it right then. Best money spent in awhile. Really hope to have him back soon. Thank you!

He is so incredibly professional. He was very gracious to come personally to give a quote. I would definitely recommend his business for anyone who needs a really good electrician.
