Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Jerry and his crew are the best! They are  friendly, professional,  and make sure the job is done right. From unclogging our pipes with hydro-jetting,  to repairing our kitchen piping after a burst water pipe, they are fast to respond and always reasonably priced. They explain everything they do and visually show you the results (like cameras down the drains) so you know the job is well done. We highly recommend Dr Rooter for any plumbing job.

We had Owen Plumbing handle the extension of our waste/water line in the kitchen as well as gas line install.  They showed up right at time and got everything knocked out quicker than I thought.  The guys were great with my daughter and just overall pleasant.  Highly recommend.

The only other thing you need to know is that Marshall DRESSES WELL. (you dont have to look at any unmentionables as you do with so many other  less desirable plumbers!)

Great experience! My townhome is in escrow and a complete heating and AC service was requested. I wasn't sure who to contact for a townhome AC unit but Benita was extremely professional in answering my questions, informing me of details of service and cost. She was very accurate on scheduling as well as follow up.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Mauricio is the best plumber for your plumbing needs. Very competitive and reasonable pricing. First of all Mauricio will come out same day or following morning to inspect the situation. And give a prompt diagnostic and pricing. No travel fee what's so ever. If you think he is reasonable you hire on the spot and if not you move next company of plumber who typically charges $99 dollars to inspect your situation.

I have contact Mauricio for no job  big or small always came through promptly and delivered on his word.

Came out quickly they were very professional of Abraham as the electrician that came out to our house and everything was handled to my husband satisfaction. We'll have no qualms about using them again.

LEE responded to my call immediately himself. Another company from where I purchased my ceiling fans LP had cancelled their install at time of appointment. However, ELECTRIC LEE was able to send Chase and Thor over that very day on a holiday weekend. Quote was reasonable. Job was performed promptly, installing two ceiling fans where none existed. They were knowledgeable and NO DRYWALL TO REPAIR! Amazing! I will use them and only them for all future electrical needs. Thank you Electric Lee!!

Mark was very responsive to my request for appointment and was on time the next day to give me an estimate. I had recess lighting installed throughout my condo. Mark did a great job even in the harder to reach places since we have vault ceilings in two of the rooms. I definitely will be calling him for our next lighting job.

Great job by Frank Electric.  My outoor LED light broke away from my building and was hanging by a wire.  Contacted Frank on a Sunday night and he was at my house on Tuesday as agreed, and was able to show up early!  My light is now fixed, better than new.  Will be using Frank again for other electrical needs.
