Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Lefty was here in 30 mins.  He quoted me a good price and finished the job, which ended up being more difficult than expected, for the price quoted. He was covid safe, masked up and social distanced. Will definitely call him again!! A++

Gerardo was amazing! Gave him a call about 2 hours ago, and he said he could make it out to us after his next clients. He was here in a timely manner and fixed our toilet within maybe 5 minutes max. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips about how to avoid the same thing in the future!!!

I've used Owen Plumbing twice now and both times they were great (Jiovany and Ruben were my technicians) They do quality work, are friendly (scheduling the appts and the technicians) but are more reasonably priced than the big brand  plumbers. I also like the that they tell me what doesn't really need to be fixed yet and thats one of the many reasons I'll be back when it does.

I've used Steve for a number of projects over many years.  In each case his skill and experience have resulted in successful projects.  His fees are well explained and fair.  My recent project, a toilet installation, had complexities due to the original construction.  Steve was able to deal with the unexpected situation effectively.  Highly recommended.

We had Clairemont Plumbing (Marshall) come out today.  We had a lenthly number of things we needed done (fixing leaking toilets & faucets and installing a new kitchen faucet).  We were extremely pleased with all the work done and at a reasonable price.  We will surely be recommending them to our friends and family.  It isn't easy to find a great plumber but we did and we are so happy.

My 2 years old tankless water heater  stopped working out of the blue. Manufacturer was closed for a 7/4 weekend and no hot water and shower for a week! Called around some people but no progress. Borrowed neighbors shower and all but still gross!

We called Pacific Tankless and he picked up his phone and scheduled for a visit next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was VERY reasonable with the price. I am so glad we found him! He will be our forever guy!

Update: About half an hour after I cancelled the service, the company called, apologized, and offered to correct the problem. They sent another technician to my home after an hour and worked on the issue I have with my AC. Technician was professional, able to identify the problem. The owner was also present and talked to me about my bad experience earlier and was apologetic. I explained that I accommodated their first request to reschedule, and I expected that they deliver the next time. Anyway, technician acquired the part needed and returned later in the afternoon to install and fix the problem. In conclusion, the reason I am updating my review of this company is because of it's prompt action to address my complaint.

Original Review: Not recommended. Find other service providers. I set a schedule for service with them. I skipped work and waited for their technician to arrive at home, but they called later that day and requested to reschedule. I said ok and then we agreed to reschedule on another day and I said I am requesting that the technician arrive at around 11:00 AM because I have a meeting.  They agreed.  Around 9:30 AM that day I received a call but was not able to answer because I was in my meeting.  After my meeting at around 10:30 AM, I noticed I have two voice messages. The second message is from the technician who said they are still on track.  I right away returned the call, only for them to say that they sent the technician somewhere 'coz I did not answer my phone and I will have to wait till later in the afternoon! Shows that this company does not really care; no consideration at all that we are also at work; very unprofessional.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Exodus was great! I had a snaffu when I tried to install a new kitchen faucet myself and the supply valve broke off from being so old. Mauricio came to my rescue on a Saturday. While here, he checked my water pressure and I saw that it was too high, so he replaced my regulator too. Quick response and reasonable priced, with a great, honest personality to boot. I'll definitely keep his contact info for future plumbing mishaps

The were fast, had good communication. I prefer to go with someone licensed and pay a little more when it comes to electrocity. I recommend this company

Top notch service and professionalism. Fast service too. Called the day before trying to close on my house. They arrived the next day and fixed some master circuit breaker issues. Without a doubt the most professional group out there. You wont be disappointed

I own a dry cleaners and recently purchased some new equipment that had electrical requirements that I was not set up for. I wasn't sure what day the equipment was going to arrive but when it did I needed it installed ASAP because I could not afford any downtime. It ended up arriving late Friday (with my terrible luck) and called around at least 5 other electricians to see if they could come and wire it up before the upcoming Monday so my employees could use it. They all either wanted to charge me a ridiculous fee to come and see what needed to be done or were busy until the upcoming week. That was when I stumbled upon SRP. Steve was the gentleman I spoke with and I told him what was going on and how I needed it done before Monday. He assured me that he was able to get machine all wired up to the specifications on time and not to worry. SRP ended up showing up to my store early Saturday morning and was able to get my machine up and running in no time. I will continue to use SRP whenever I have any electrical needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of electrical work . Thanks again!!  -Bryan

My husband and I have used Service Pro Electrical a couple of times before. As new homeowners we have come to rely on Mike and team for expert knowledge and reliable service. We recently had them out to work on adding additional outlets to our patio and garage. As always Mike was patient, answering all of our questions. He and his team also go above an beyond providing options and insight that we would have never known or thought to ask as new home owners. Fair, honest and timely; couldn't ask for more!

Hired Leo on Yelp to replace two tandem fuses in my fuse box. One of which was for the dishwasher, because it was crackling and would shut off under load.

He had trouble sourcing the correct  ones (old Murray) so he modified two off brands to fit, by cutting a notch in them. He was very confident that they will be fine.

They seem to be working great!
I recommend him. He is very responsive and with reasonable prices.

A top-notch service experience.  Responded quickly to my inquiry and we set up an appointment easily.  Good communication the morning of and arrived on-site as promised.  Diagnosed the problem and resolved it within an hour.  The job estimate was upfront, clearly communicated, and reasonable.  Glad to have Jesus in our community.  United Electric is our first call for any future issues with our electrical.  Very grateful to have the bathroom lights working again LOL

Mark was as courteous and professional as you could ask for.  What started out as a simple project of us needing help installing a ceiling fan in a bedroom went so smoothly we decided to have Mark do multiple projects.  We got landscape lighting done in both the front and back yards and it looks incredible.  We were able to do this because Mark's rates were extremely reasonable-- and the best part was Mark worked more efficiently than anyone I've worked with in the past.  I won't use anyone else from here on out.  Mark's customer service is what sets him apart- he wants to make sure you're satisfied and the job is done right. Maybe 10 or so years have gone by since Rory helped me out, but I still remember the great service I received...

I had a circuit breaker that kept blowing and it was a hassle using a tent-light in our windowless bathrooms so I needed help quick! Since I live in Poway, I wanted to get somebody local to fix my problem. It was before I knew about yelp, so found Rory Higgins BBB listing, recieved a quick response and he showed up ON-TIME the next day. Rory charged by the half-hour and found & fixed my short circuit with a GFI outlet & other parts he had on-hand in his truck in a matter of 15 minutes!

He then asked me if I had any other electrical issues since he hadn't even used up 30 minutes, so I mentioned our quirky setup of 3 different switches that all operate the same hallway light, which was annoying at times when only 1 switch would work and you never knew which one until you tried them all. He had that problem figured out & fixed in another 20 minutes or so and my price including parts + 40 minutes labor came to $68 which I thought was killer deal 10 years ago...

Rory even explained the cause of the short so if ever something similar happens again, I will be better prepared to troubleshoot or fix the situation myself. Nice guy too and didn't mind answering my questions...

Frank was prompt in  responding to our initial inquiry to install motion sensor lights on both   sides of our house and to getting an outdoor socket to work.  He quoted us a very fair cost--even with having to punch a hole through a upstairs bedroom to the outside wall! He was punctual, polite, and professional. All work was neat and clean and efficiently done.
We will definitely be calling on Frank again for future work.
