Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I called Clairemont Plumbing for a clogged sink issue, they were at my home an hour later.  Marshall came out and recognized my home from the prior owner.  He was prompt and honest and reasonable  I will definitely use Clairemont Plumbing again.

My 2 years old tankless water heater  stopped working out of the blue. Manufacturer was closed for a 7/4 weekend and no hot water and shower for a week! Called around some people but no progress. Borrowed neighbors shower and all but still gross!

We called Pacific Tankless and he picked up his phone and scheduled for a visit next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was VERY reasonable with the price. I am so glad we found him! He will be our forever guy!

We were very impressed with our service from Sherlock. We had a 20 yr old heater and no A/C. We decided it was time to get A/C and knew getting a heater was probably a good idea as well. Justin took the time to really listen to our needs and discuss all our options. We felt no pressure about our decisions and ended up feeling very confident with them. Billy and Tyler did a phenomenal job installing the units. What was supposed to be a 2 day job they completed in 1. Everything is working great. They have a great warranty and customer service as well. We look forward to working with them for servicing/maintenance in the future and highly recommend them!

I had an emergency plumbing issue on Christmas Eve and Mauricio was the ONLY plumber out of the 20 that I called who was able to fix it that day. He arrived exactly on time and was able to fix the issue, which was more complicated than we anticipated, seamlessly and quickly. Highly recommend!

Came out to install two ceiling fans. Did the work quickly and both fans are running well. Pretty competitive price for the job.

The individual that I spoke to during my initial call (almost certain it was Steve) was very helpful. He first asked me troubleshooting questions to ensure that it was not something that could be quickly addressed via phone (e.g. simply needing to turn a breaker switch back on). Once I explained the non-emergency issue, he explained a couple options. I liked the approach of the individual I first spoke with. In addition, they fulfilled my checklist for anyone we hire for home projects (licensed/bonded/insured). In short, the individual I spoke with was very helpful.

Shortly thereafter, a couple SRP electricians came out to take a look at the issue and then provided some options. The main electrician (Anthony Garcia) was very helpful in answering questions. Once we chose the option for addressing the issues (replacing the majority of outlets and switches in the home), a crew was over to do the non-emergency work within about a week, They were reliable (arrived when scheduled - even a bit early), worked hard and were very professional. Again, Anthony was very knowledgeable & helpful with any follow-up questions.

Subsequent to the main work, when we realized, after the fact, that there was an obscure outlet that was missed, Anthony and Matt came out to finish the update on that outlet also. SRP solved the initial issues (outlets that did not work) & provided updates for the other outlets & switches. They were reliable, helpful and I would definitely hire them should we need electrical work in future.

Mike and Mike were great! We are remodeling our powder room and needed an outlet and light fixture moved. They came and finished the job professionally and accurately. Under budget too!

Jesus called right back and was able to come over that day for a quote . He managed to squeeze us in a few days later . My Tesla arrived 3 weeks in advance. Jesus had to install sub panel in our garage , put in 100 Ft of cable in from the opposite side of the garage and thru the attic into the garage. Also installed the 240 volt outlet to charge the EV . All done to code and worked perfectly . Jesus and his crew were on time , professional and experienced. I highly recommend his services if you want the job done right the first time .

Mark did a fantastic job on several important things at our place:

1. Installing a new 200A service panel along with a new riser, which included tear-out of the original. Both the City Inspector and the Solar company who came after him were impressed with his work.
2. Installing an EV charger along with its own 240V/50A circuit.
3. Installing new LED flood lights in the backyard.
4. Adding several new circuits to our garage to serve high load appliances. He ran multiple circuits in parallel to distribute the load.
5. Replacing a bunch of ungrounded outlets with GFCIs.
6. Reconfiguring some wonky wiring in our ceiling crawl space to work more effectively with existing switches, and a few other re-wires here and there.

Mark communicates well, is transparent about needs, costs, & standards, offers options, and his pricing is fair and competitive. After meeting with several electricians, he was clearly the right guy for our job. He also offered a lot of low-cost suggestions to optimize energy efficiency along the way. We will call him again.

We inquired Frank for assistance based on excellent prior reviews to install a 240v outlet and a fan/light combo vent for our bathroom. Frank was professional and courteous during the initial estimate and remained so through the rest of the process after accepting his service. He was prompt with negotiated times and always responsive. The installation of the 240v proved elaborate, necessitating fishing wiring through 4 floors of our townhome, but he did an excellent job. He limited the amount of texture and painting that would be required for us to complete after the work was done, which was sincerely appreciated. The installation of the bathroom vent also went smoothly, and we no longer have to rely on a constant open window to achieve the same effect. We are grateful for Frank's consideration to keep our costs down where possible. Frank is a genuine person and possesses a notable integrity that is seemingly rare these days. Without hesitation, we would consider contacting Frank for any future projects.
