Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

For Work Done This Past Month:  Owen Plumbing continues to do top-notch work!  I just had Owen replace the angle stops, main line valves, faucets, and water heater shutoff valves and they did a great job at a reasonable price.  Pete and everyone else at Owen always do the job right the first time.  I have never had to request a callback for work they have performed.  They are the BEST out there!

It was late afternoon. I just came back from work and find out that my water heater was leaking water on the garage floor. Right away, I called AJ, since a friend already highly recommended his professional skills and performance. Although AJ was in the middle of another project, he understood my concerns and guided me how to locate the leakage point and how to properly secure it till the next morning. AJ explained that there is no point of cutting off the hot water supply to the whole house, since the water dripping was very low and that most probably by the time we get to the store for a new water heater, they will be already long closed.

So, very next morning, sharply 0900am, AJ was at my house. He quickly explained that our initial phone assessment from last night, unfortunately confirms that we have to replace the water heater. To get the best price and durability we headed down to the warehouse, while quickly stopping at the recycling center to drop off the old unit. Again, considering my needs, AJ explained the distinctions between the different brands and models water heater. Not only that but he thoughtfully recommended that we install a dripping pan, so if one day the water heater starts leaking again, the water will be promptly collected, instead of trickling down on my floor.

In conclusion, shortly after noontime that day, I had a new water heater, installed and working. My problems from the previous night (leaking water heater and wet garage floor) were completely resolved. Thanks to AJ, everything was completed promptly, professionally, and with great care. Therefore, if you are tormented by the thoughts of how to solve your water heater's problems quickly, professionally, while trying to save some money, do not hesitated and call AJ.

Sherlock did a great job repairing my raised foundation air duct but I had to ding them for 3 reasons: 1) They were an hour late getting to my house. They were supposed to be there at 8am and didn't arrive until after 9am. The tech apologized saying they got their wires crossed. So, that's ok, but then 2) He tried to upsell me on having extra work done instead of simply doing the repair that I requested. This added at least another hour on to the visit. Finally, 3) They were supposed to send me pictures along with the receipt and after I called requesting a receipt, there were no pictures, so I had to follow up once more and yes, they did get the pictures to me. Both of the guys they sent out were very professional and super nice and quality of work was excellent. Just wish it hadn't taken a 3-4 hour chunk out of my day.

This guy is a sketchy dude. The owner... Real creep. Don't trust him or his business.

I had a problem with my home electrical panel. Early this morning, I used Yelp to find an electrician. Yelp sent my quote request to four electricians and Premo Electric responded first will a phone call.
Richard called and said he can come now. He asked about the problem and to get a photo of the electrical panel sent to him. He called back and agreed to come and told me the charge.
He came in 30 minutes, was courteous and wore shoe booties in my house, checked the outlet and the panel. He found a circuit overload tripped the breaker but no faulty materials to replace. The charge was $154. I am very happy. We will call them again when we need an electrician.

Mario and Sebastian did great work. Replaced a few fixtures and worked through our erroneously-labeled fuse box to get each fuse properly annotated. On time, quick, friendly, knowledgeable - highly recommend these guys.

If I could give more stars I would. Leo was great. He replaced my broken dimmer and he had the best quote of three. Highly recommend.  Will use him for any future projects and/ or repairs.

I've had a great experience with Jesus from United Electrical! I just bought a condo and the previous owner installed a light with no conduct box. I called Electrical United and Jesus accommodated my busy work schedule to come and check out the problem. He quoted me a fair price and I scheduled another day for him to install the conduct box and light fixture (different days because I needed time to buy a ceiling medallion). All in all, I'm super happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of this company.

Mark is amazing!! He is an experienced and knowledgeable electrician and we felt like we were in good hands after seeing him trouble shoot the kitchen appliance and garage door issues that we were having.  He went beyond just the services that we had agreed to, and said he would be happy to put up our new fire alarms for no additional charge.   We already know of future projects in which we will need an electrician and Mark will be our go to guy!!

I would like to recommend Frank Electric [email protected] for your electrician needs.  I contacted Frank and within a week he completed by job.  I phoned him to ask if he could stop by to give an estimate while I was meeting the painter.  He re-routed and came out to meet me.  While he was there he quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me pricing for replacement parts and committed to returning later in the day to install the replacement LED light.  I will definitely contact Frank for future electrician needs.
