We called Dr Rooter & Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for water coming up in the shower and under toilets. They were able to come out later that day and clear out drains and found a major problem. They used their cameras to find the main line and identified a root clog in our main line. They were able to come out the next morning, to cut and repair the main line to remove the roots including hydro jetting and installed double sweep clean outs. They were very communicative throughout the process and produced a quality work product. I would highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

It was late afternoon. I just came back from work and find out that my water heater was leaking water on the garage floor. Right away, I called AJ, since a friend already highly recommended his professional skills and performance. Although AJ was in the middle of another project, he understood my concerns and guided me how to locate the leakage point and how to properly secure it till the next morning. AJ explained that there is no point of cutting off the hot water supply to the whole house, since the water dripping was very low and that most probably by the time we get to the store for a new water heater, they will be already long closed.

So, very next morning, sharply 0900am, AJ was at my house. He quickly explained that our initial phone assessment from last night, unfortunately confirms that we have to replace the water heater. To get the best price and durability we headed down to the warehouse, while quickly stopping at the recycling center to drop off the old unit. Again, considering my needs, AJ explained the distinctions between the different brands and models water heater. Not only that but he thoughtfully recommended that we install a dripping pan, so if one day the water heater starts leaking again, the water will be promptly collected, instead of trickling down on my floor.

In conclusion, shortly after noontime that day, I had a new water heater, installed and working. My problems from the previous night (leaking water heater and wet garage floor) were completely resolved. Thanks to AJ, everything was completed promptly, professionally, and with great care. Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

Worst service ever. Jacked up the to highest price possible to change an outlet. I seriously do not recommend.

Would not work on four low voltage lights.  I have four posts in garden that don't work because of wiring and outlet is kaput. Disappointed.

I hired Mike from Service Pro after reviewing 4 other licensed Electricians Quotes. He was reasonably priced and provided detailed quote for my Electrical Panel upgrade. It took little longer due to City Inspections approval required at certain stage of completion. But Mike was very responsive to accommodate these requests. Mark is incredible! In addition to installing some outdoor electrical outlets for us and a bedroom ceiling fan, Mark installed outdoor lighting in both our front and back yard. The ambiance it adds is amazing! And it's not too bright like some outdoor lighting can be -- it's subtle but makes a huge difference. Mark was professional, prompt, and honest about pricing (as well as being more affordable than other quotes we received.) Easy to communicate with and schedule, was right on par with his estimate, and took great care of our room! We had Rory install a ceiling fixture in our soon-to-be nursery with a dimmer switch. Hired Frank to install a new sub panel, edit & replace old wires, install new outlets as well as outdoor light fixtures. I'm also dry walling my garage so he moved all wires so it can be drywalled over. I'm very happy with his work. Electrical work is one of those areas I need a peace of mind with considering it's a potential fire hazard. I have absolute faith in Frank's skill and dedication to the craft.
