Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

My drain was clogged on Christmas Eve. Much cooking and cleaning needed to be done. I called and Jerry said he could be to my place after finishing up with the scheduled ppl he had in 2 hours. Jerry was indeed here in 2 hours. Christmas Eve cooking was saved and his price was super affordable. Thanks Jerry!

Owen Plumbing is awesome. I called them this morning, and they were very helpful to send Pete and Steve in the afternoon. They showed up exactly the time that was scheduled, and then professionally changed my water heater. When I called them, they specified the cost up front which is very competitive. My hot water heater stopped working after only two years, and I had a horrible time trying to find a company who could help me, and honor the manufacturer's warranty. I think I made 8 phone calls before I found AAA Goforth. Steve, the owner, was fabulous. He went above and beyond to help me. He spent time on the phone troubleshooting with me in the event I could fix it myself and avoid having to pay him. He was completely booked for the week, but he found the time to fit me in between his other jobs. What really blew me away was when he called me first thing the next day to make sure things were still running smoothly. Wow. I can't remember the last time I experienced such incredible customer service. Way to go-forth!

Top quality work done quickly.  Marshall is very professional and honest.  He responds to messages quickly, shows up on time, works his magic and charges a fair amount without padding hours or work done.  

He even was happy to explain everything as he worked (I'm a fledgling DIY-er but over my head on the problem he fixed).  He'll be my go-to plumber from here on out.

Came to look at my water heater while I was away and they won't pick up their phone to let me know what is going on...

Wish I could give them 0 stars bc you can't get any service.  Why would you close on the weekends? Unfortunately, my landlord has a contract with them for repairs.  What good is the contract if you can't get any to come to the house when things are broken? PS They were here in May (3 months ago) and didn't charge the AC to make sure it would work through the summer.  Thanks for nothing.

Update to review:  
Due solely to receiving a poor review, they sent someone to the house to fix the ac.  On the way out, they asked me to change my review.  What happened to customer service for customer service sake?  I rely heavily on reviews bc we move every couple years. If there's not truth in reviews, customers can be led astray.

Personally, I wouldn't sign a service contract with this company.  It seems from their current operating hours, lack of availability and response on this review, they may have signed up with a few too many customers.

Thankfully, Fred was able to get the ac working rather quickly and was very polite.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Emilio came out to replace our bathroom sink and water shut-off valves beneath the sink. It's a little chaotic with everyone working remotely, so he was conscious of noise. He was done after about two hours. He hauled away the old sink and pedestal. Everything was taken care of before lunch. I was relieved to get this done before Christmas. Super professional company...I will certainly use them again in the future!

The customer service is outstanding. Matt our electrician was very kind and curtious. He was informative as to what needed to be done at our place. We asked him to replace a ceiling fan and he informed me that it was not safe to do so. Rather then just put up the fan regardless of the outcome. He cleaned up after himself and was ontime.I would recommend this company regardless of how big or small the job is.

SRP electric is a good company to work with. They are very knowledgeable, dependable, and professional; from making your appointment over the phone to having one of their electricians come to your house and assess the situation. Our electrician Anthony was great, he gave us his honest opinion, and lots of options. We were able to come to a solution for much less than what we had anticipated.

Mike was great. He was very quick to quote a panel replacement and upgrade for me, and came in with the lowest price, by far. He was very communicative and was very clean when performing the work. Highly recommended!

Jesus came out the same day I called him to look at the work we needed him to do. I had 2 chandeliers that needed to be removed and replaced on an 18 foot ceiling. The other bids I had were completely ridiculous. He text me the bid the following day and installed the lights by the end of the week. He was quick and did great work. I will definitely call him again for any electrical needs and would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Mark did an efficient and clean job wiring and installing 3 ceiling lights, no fuss no mess, in and out within a little more than 2 hours. He gave us the best quote and service, and he's extremely knowledgeable that made us feel comfortable trusting his work. Highly recommend his service to anyone we know.

A GFCI outlet in the garage keeps tripping when we have Christmas lights outside and it rains, then it won't reset for days. Rory did a careful diagnosis and found the problem to be a circuit for our backyard lights being exposed to weather elements. He came a 2nd day to do a full repair by replacing a switch, an electric box along with some wires and protective conduit. The finished product looks good and the color blends in well with the structure in our backyard. Rory takes his time to do good work, and the price is very reasonable.

Recently, my company had the lighting in several displays begin to strobe and/or go out right before a big event. Frank was able to stop by on short notice and quickly get them fixed. He has been our electrician for several years now and always does great work. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work that you need done.
