Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Andy was awesome!  He came right out and fixed the leak.  There was water all over the place and I was in desperation.  Andy saved the day!  The repair was completed quickly.  Andy was respectful and thorough.  He checked and made sure everything was working well before he left and checked my water pressure to make sure it wouldn't happen again.  He practiced full social distancing and wore a mask.  I would definitely use them again.

These guys were fab!! Came right out and fixed the problem. No fuss. Very fair prices. Excellent work and super nice to deal with.  Highly rec.

In addition to finding U,F&C places; meeting some cool people, having some fun social adventures via Yelp - I've saved money, and received great service on many occasions.

I recently saved at least $6000 by going with a recommendation from my buddy Chris D. to try Owen Plumbing. Let's see - that's $500 a month for a year - about $125/week and I write (on average) 2 reviews per week - $62.50/review for my pearls of wisdom and incredible wit. - That's value received just from this single transaction.

I can't thank Chris enough for taking the time to tell me about Owen Plumbing - but that's what most Yelper's do - and Yelp's fundamental purpose!

I am happy to write (going by many Yelper's criteria) the first legit review of Owen Plumbing. Even though I completely agree with the other 4 reviewers (at this time) - they all have 1 or 2 reviews each - you know how those can be!

OK - on to the story - my brother and I own a few rental houses, it is vital for us to have go to home services that we trust in all aspects of their business. On a Friday night - one of our tenants called - a problem with the kitchen sink drain. They were a bit apprehensive, as they told me it was a collapsed drain pipe - they had seen it before - it was a huge fix at another house. For some reason they called their go to plumber to come out and unclog the drain, he worked on it for 2 hours, also put a camera down it - Here's his number, Bob - they did a great job for us before and they're ready to start on Sunday - jack hammering the kitchen floor into the slab. It was going to be about over $5000 estimated - this did not include replacing the flooring/finish work. Not gonna happen that easily - I'm a Yelper - I have a list and reviews to check!!

I checked their plumber - several one star reviews, and overall a two. I checked their BBB rating - they are a member - and it's an A+, but like Yelp ratings you need to look beyond the overall rating - so I looked at their complaint history, 10 complaints over the last 3 years, over charging - bait and switch - unnecessary repairs etc. They are a rooter service that says $49 unclog to get in the door - and they're on commission! Even if it was gonna be a big bill - my cash wasn't going their way!!

Better to send my money to a great guy like Scott Owen - he took about an hour with me on the phone - discussing the issues - he used to work for a commission based plumbing service - he got out of that because of the dishonesty and started his own business. They base their services upon a flat fee for time spent servicing. No gimmick pricing. He honestly laid out the several scenarios and steps that might occur and what they could and could not do. He was able to have someone there the next morning to check it out, but it would be at Saturday service call prices - time and a half - $130 for the call and a 1/2 hour of time. I was not going to go with the other plumber 's assessment - so I needed a second opinion for sure!

Scott gave me his personal cell number for after hours plumbing situations, and he sent a text confirming that Rodney would meet me at the property in the morning. Rodney was on time, had a well stocked professional plumbing truck and was completely open - answering all my questions - explaining what he planned to do - he worked with me every step of the way. He was professional, and cared about what he was doing from step one to advice on what I might want to do in the future.

Rodney snaked the drain and made sure he had hot water in the drain when he did so - due to obvious grease build up. Guess what, unclogged no problem! Total time was 1 hour - in and out - Total price $190 - done! It was only that high because of  being Saturday. He informed me that since it was grease there's a slight chance it might close up again, and if it did in within a week he would come out again - no service charge, just time charge, and snake it again - that was 2 weeks ago - no problems at all - Great job Rodney!

My tenant was very happy, but also concerned they may have gotten snaked themselves on a previous deal - no wonder that guy supposedly worked two hours trying to unclog this drain - and running a camera for no charge.

As another reviewer stated Stop searching!! This is your plumber for life - I couldn't agree more. Family run, honest, professional service, good communication. Not too big, but also not tiny - they have 4 full size plumbing trucks. A great owner, who even encouraged me about DIY items. I can't think of anything more I could ask.

I hope this review generates some good publicity for these people, as I owe them my thanks. While I'm here, thanks to Yelp and Yelper's also. Do yourself a favor, follow Chris D's advice and bookmark Owen Plumbing now - you'll be glad you did someday.

Extremely rude not professional at all. If I could give negative stars I would. My 65 yr old my was waiting for them to show up.  When they arrived they announce their presence by yelling. We r here my mother tried to explain what the problem was his response was we don't want to hear it! They refused to walk in the house, and check out plumping stuff. Then they had my mother helping them! By turning on and off all the stuff in the house. (Toilet & sinks) while barking orders at her. I am pretty sure she isn't on their payroll.  I don't recommend them.

Marshall is a great plumber. He is easy to reach, enthusiastic and affordable.  We are doing a major bathroom remodel, and Marshall provided some instrumental recommendations and guidance as we worked our way from the subfloor, to piping to drains and final dry wall.  He's prompt, honest and a genuinely nice guy.  I would definitely use him again without hesitation.

AJ installed my tankless system and so far, I'm extremely happy. He quoted me a fair price, was communicative, professional, and honest. The system is working great, takes up just a tiny little portion of my garage, and delivers nice hot water. AJ did a great job with the piping and venting. He also helped me to get a temporary tank set up while I dealt with an insurance claim. I would highly recommend his services.

I contacted them because they were listed on a Costco brochure and Costco usually only deals with reputable companies.  I waited a couple weeks til the guy could come out to inspect our furnace, AC and ducts.  Our heat/AC doesn't work well in that it is hot upstairs and cold down, or vice versa.  Was interested in replacing both and need duct work as well.  Guy came out, was very thorough and professional, suggested a portable thermostat which would help regulate the two levels of the house.  When he left he said I'd have an email estimate next day.  Never came and I called after a couple weeks.  The guy said he'd check into it and call me right back.  No call.  So I get that they don't want to bid, but why waste my time and not just tell me they won't be bidding on my job?

My good friend runs a home inspection business and gives only the best recommendations related to home improvement needs and Premo Electric was his first choice for electricians. George at the office answered my email within a half hour, after hours, and talked to me about my request and was able to talk at length about the projects and prices. Niall and Pete completely transformed our home with their work. They hung a light fixture where there was none, added an outlet and mounted our tv mount and television. They were extremely hard working, very professional, and left no trace of their work. They wore face coverings and foot protection the entire time. We are incredibly pleased with their workmanship and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done!

Called these guys out to check out a bathroom in my condo where the lights weren't working. They discovered that the lights were wired to the other bathroom, and they rewired both bathrooms and now everything is working great.

Both guys were friendly, and they showed up early and fixed my problem quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.

Service Pro Electrical did an amazing job with our electrical panel upgrade. We went from an old fuse box system to a circuit breaker, totally modernizing the electrical system of our home. They went above and beyond, were prompt, great communication, and fair pricing. Would highly recommend them!

H&H provided truly fantastic support to our young family on short notice just before the holidays. We needed some help with updates to our fuse box associated with a new appliance on short notice. Mark stopped by on his way home and was able to help us out right away. Mark arrived when he said he would, explained the scope of work required and helped us understand the changes to the system before he left.

We have worked with Rory twice.  The first time we called him, it was to fix all the issues that another electrician we had hired caused (don't get me started on that one!) He totally understands that when you have no power and you work from home, you are shut down.  He fit us into his busy day, showed up when he said he would, was highly professional, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up after himself. The next time we needed an electrician, hands down, the only one we considered calling was Rory.  He does great work at a very fair price.

Frank is awesome. He installed 6 new recessed lights and replaced 4 old ones for me. Fair pricing. Great communication. Quick to get the job done and didn't leave a spec of dust behind. Not to mention he's a very friendly guy - you'd probably want to buy him a beer once the job is done!
