Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

As first time homeowners, it can be very nerve wracking to find the right people to do repairs.  Rafael is professional, courteous and quick.  We've used his services twice now, once to replace a shower spigot and once to repair a leaky toilet and investigate for other leaks.  His rates are comparable to or lower than the other quotes we've obtained.  Highly recommend his services.

Call Jerry before anyone else. Jerry answered right away and showed up on time. We called him to unclog a drain in our kitchen today after we called around to other companies and got left without responses. Jerry was very professional and gave me a quote to unclog my drain over the phone. If we ever have issues again we will be using him again.

I bought two toilets from Lowe's and paid for their installer, Kepco, to do the work. There is not enough room here to detail the bad stuff that followed, but they tried to upcharge $787 for addition flanges and valves. After asking them to leave I called Owen Plumbing, and Lindsay and Scott both talked me off the ledge.
They gave me a two hour window, called me the day before, and Pete showed up on time. He was pleasant, competent and completed the job at the pre agreed price.
It is unheard of for a plumber to have five stars across the board, but they earn every one of them for their professionalism, honesty and dependability.

Dealt with these guys twice. Personable, experienced, not too pricey. Would recommend.

I called Clairemont Plumbing Service to replace some angle stops and replace a sink faucet. Marshall was on time, the MOST reasonable priced plumber in Pacific Beach. He had everything he needed in the truck. He cleaned up everything under both sinks. This is the first time I used Marshall but if I ever have a plumbing problem, he will be the first I would call. I thanked him, he said, My work here is done, as he rode off into the sunset.

I called around and some companies want up to $1,500 to SWAP out and old tankless for a new one.  Are you kidding me?  The lines are already ran! If it was going to cost a ton I would have Youtubed it and done it myself.  I spoke with AJ and he offered a reasonable price so I left it up to the expert.  He is fast and efficient and the whole job took him less than 3 hours.  He can run and fix anything to do with water/gas line as well, so if I need his help I will definite call him again.  Thank you AJ!

Eric M from Shamrock came out and did a thorough and professional job with our AC and our NEST thermostat. He called to let us know when he would arrive and he was both pleasant on a late Friday afternoon and patient with a pesky job that he took the time to get right. He took additional time to review our questions about our Nest thermostat. It was like having a hybrid of Sherlock Holmes and Willis Carrier in our home

Joshua and his team did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, and we were seriously impressed by their work. Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedules, and extremely hard-working to make sure the job got done on time, even if it meant working late into the night. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

AMAZING work and what a gentleman Richard is!!!  We removed a wall between our dining room and living room.  We exposed the existing outlets and wiring and also wanted to add outlets and wiring for a flat screen TV over the fireplace.   I sent a message for a quote and had a response the same day.  Richard came out exactly on-time and ready for the job.  Not only did he work fast, but also very respectful of our house ensuring to minimize his traffic and construction waist.  He noticed during the job a BIG issues (fire hazard)  He took pictures of the issue on his phone as he was in our crawl space and showed me the issues.  He fixed it in a snap!    I highly recommend Premo and especially Richard and his apprentice (sorry I did not get his name but he was also amazing!)

In 2015 Devrin installed a dedicated line from the electric panel at the front of our house to the rear for our new hot tub.  He did a great job and proved to be very competent.  Recently we had Devrin switch out a vanity light and ceiling fan.  For the amount of time he spent both assembling and installing the fixtures his rate was very reasonable.  We recommend Devrin for any household electrical projects.

We needed a cable run through a wall. After the initial request for a quote, Mike got back to me in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. When the technician,Alex, showed up he was polite and did the work exactly as I asked for. I would use this business again without hesitation.

Professional, prompt, honest, reliable, friendly---these are traits that have already been mentioned in previous reviews, and Leo holds up to them.

I had inquired about three small jobs (two lighting and one doorbell replacement) and a potential fourth for rewiring a light switch. When he first stopped by, I thought he was only going to look at the scope of the work, give me a quote, and then come back at a later date to complete it.

All four jobs were easy enough for him to complete in a day, and he did just that---actually completed them within hours. With the fourth job, there were options on how to handle the rewiring of the light switch, given the way things were already configured. Leo thought things through, explained everything he was thinking, and explained everything he's going to do. He did warn me about the cost differences, but I also envisioned what the results would look like.

Overall, Leo went above and beyond, and my wife and I are extremely happy! We are definitely reaching out to him for our future projects that require electrical work!

Mark was outstanding. I do not use this word lightly.  I had some exterior lights that I wanted replaced and dimmers installed on them. Mark showed up on time and was very easy to talk to. He was clear about the price and the time frame This work was done on time and on budget. The price was quite reasonable. It looked great.  I then opted to have some landscape lighting installed. This added quite a bit of pizzazz to my yard which I did not anticipate. There were some small snags along the way- but Mark solved the issues promptly.  Pride in one's work is the sign of a great contractor. If I need electrical work done in the future he will be the first person that I would call

I highly recommend Frank for your electrical needs. We had him come in and install 220V outlets in our laundry room. I actually got 3 different quotes, but Frank was hands down the most knowledgeable of all of them. What impressed me initially was the time he took to research the problem (we had enough room in the panel but the breakers were strangely configured), and to come up with creative solutions. None of the other electricians noticed the same details he did, or put the time into really thinking about the best solution to the problem. The price was more than fair as well, even as we encountered an unforeseen glitch. His work was very well executed and everything looks great, which is very important to me, even for an electrical panel. He even went to extra lengths to check that the amperage was okay for items previously installed by another electrician. The worksite was left neater than when he arrived (thanks for that Frank!). Everything in the panel labeled in fine detailed. A perfect job, and Frank is also extremely personable and easy to work with. We will definitely use him for all of our future electrical jobs.
