Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Props to Edgar and Rafael! They both literally saved the day. After having another company come out, to show up late and the next day, not show up, we reached out to Lefty's. We had no use of our shower and toilets for 2 days! We were desperate for help and fast af. They came in the morning of, made their assessment of the problem and by the end of the day, we have a working shower and toilets! THANK YOU DUDES! They had to drill into the driveway as there was a rotted pipe underground that caused the issue. The job isn't done but they got our bathrooms up and running. We were almost having to get a hotel(we have 3 dogs!). Again, you guys are the sht! No BS! Call them when you need reliable and solid service. How often do I write something for a plumbing co? Never, until now.

I called Dr. Rooter and Plumbing on an emergency call.  I got home from work and noticed a gas smell and water pooling near my old water heater.  I knew it was gonna go sooner rather than later and sooner was tonight.  I tried a few other businesses but they were booked or oddly you needed some sort of membership to have an emergency plumber come out (sounds expensive).   I called Jerry, the owner of this company and he sent out Johnny to respond first.  Johnny diagnosed the issue as a broken water heater.  Considering this was a last minute call, Jerry called me and met me at a local Home Depot to purchase parts and a new water heater, while getting the info of parts he needed from Johnny.  I came out and paid for the parts and heater and Jerry hauled it back to my house.  In a matter of 3 hours Johnny got the old water heater out and the new water heater was on.  Overall the price was better than fair.  Jerry oversaw the project and both men were super professional.   I didn't like the fact I had to pay for an unexpected plumbing issue but Dr. Rooter did an exceptional job and I'd definitely use them again.

June 2011 - Both sinks in my master bedroom are clogged and will barely drain. My step-mom tells me Call my cousin, he's a plumber in LA, he'll give you a good deal since you're family. Her cousin shows up late. He takes well over an hour to unclog two sinks. He leaves a nasty mess all over my bathroom. He charges me over $100.

June 2012 - Both sinks in my master bedroom are clogged and will barely drain. I don't tell my step-mom this time, I just call Owen Plumbing since Bob T highly recommends them. They say somebody can come out on Monday between 10-12. Fine. Monday morning they call at 8 AM and ask if the plumber can come at 9 AM? Even better.

He showed up a few minutes before 9:00, he fixed my sinks in 15 minutes, he didn't leave any mess at all, and he only charged me $95.

Glad I found a good plumber, since I have a feeling I will be needing their assistance in June 2013.

AJ did the installation of our water heater this last Monday, October 28, 2019. From the moment he responded to my inquiry to the time of installation, his company delivered. We are sooo happy we now have hot water and enough pressure on all three bathrooms, even if the three are in use simultaneously  I highly recommend AJ, he went on Saturday for free consultation, gave me a quote, and when I called him later, he returned my call, on a Saturday evening wow . On time to do the installation and clean.  Great customer service

Delfino came out and determined our water heater, which was purchased 3 years ago at Home Depot, had malfunctioned and told me it should be replaced by contacting Home Depot. He'd seen the problem with the venting on the Rheem water heaters before. I took it in and got a replacement (without the venting mechanism) and managed to get most of it reconnected. Called Delfino to come back out and complete the job. Works great now. Sherlock was quick and professional.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. Very impressed with Premo. Called for an estimate and to have 1 job done immediately. They had availability within just a few days. I appreciated the email confirmation as well as a text letting me know when to expect them. Niall came a few days later, installed new lights and took info for a quote on a few other lights I wanted installed and upgraded. He had great suggestions for the projects that really improved the outcome. The estimate arrived in a very timely fashion with a very fair price.  Niall came back with Peter to complete the work. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and their attention to detail. They were very neat and respectful of our home as well as really friendly. I received a text from Niall a few days after completion checking in to see if I was still happy with the new lighting.

We bought a house with a nightmare of an electrical panel.  There were wires everywhere, it wasn't grounded and had overloaded circuits. Steven did a stellar job replacing our panel. He was great at handling all the permits and kept me in the loop with the progress. He was very professional and priced better than other bids I got. I will be going back to him with many future projects!

For the last week I have contacted 5 different electricians on yelp to diagnose an issue with an outlet. All of the electricians had 5 star reviews. Service Pro Electric was the ONLY company that called me back - and they called back within 10 minutes!  Mike came out hours after that call and was able to switch out a breaker to solve my problem. Mike was polite and professional!  Thank you for taking on my small job so quickly!!

Had to give LEO Electrical a call again when my AC fuses burnt during the hot weather this Labor Day weekend.  Leo responded quickly and was able to fit us in his schedule to get us cool in the house again!

Lives up to the other great reviews on Yelp.  My bathroom outlets stopped working.  Mark showed up promptly at the prearranged time, efficiently diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had a malfunctioning breaker that he replaced, and my outlets were working again in less than one hour. Will definitely call him again if I have any other electrical issues.  You can tell he has many years of experience and he gives you confidence in his abilities

Needed an outlet for charging an EV and called Rory because he was local and had great reviews on Yelp. Explained what I needed and sent a couple photos by text. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and squeezed us into his schedule, warning me that he might be running a little late. He showed up, did exactly what we needed, flush mounted the outlet when I thought it would have to be surface mounted, and did it the right way instead of taking a shortcut which I fully expected. Job looks great and came in UNDER his estimate. Doesn't waste time, just gets the job done. I would highly recommend him and fully expect to use his services again in the future! Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!
