Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I had an emergency as my whole house was backed up. I would normally do this work myself as I am in the construction industry but I was in no mood to tackle this today. Lefty's Plumbing was able to come out within an hour and free my blockage for my home. Rafael was very friendly and honest. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. If I could give Jerry and Edgar 10 stars I would. Wow! Talk about reliable, efficient, kind, and very reasonable. Around 3-4 in the morning my family noticed a puddle of water in the kitchen, immediately called the landlord who told us to contact a different plumbing agency and these people were giving us the run around and said they couldn't come until 8:30 or 9am. Landlord advised if we couldn't wait, to search for someone else. I immediately went on yelp and the first I see is Dr Rooter with 5 star reviews. I scrolled through a few and decided to call. I was very surprised someone picked up. It was Jerry. He said he would hop in the shower and be on his way. I texted him the address. Within 30 min someone showed up and it was Edgar. He said Jerry sent him over because he was closer to take a look and assess the situation first but that Jerry was on his way. Edgar immediately found the source of the leak which was coming from our waterline to our fridge. He was able to shut it off to at least stop the water from flowing out. Shortly, Jerry arrived, they discussed the plan and said they would go to home depot buy parts and come back. Totally irrelevant but we mentioned the water filter and Edgar took it out and said if they had it at Home depot he would grab a new one. Not only did they look at home depot but they also went to walmart but neither place had it. These two went above and beyond to try and find this filter and that in itself speaks volumes. Edgar quickly replaced the waterline with something more sturdy and durable and the problem was solved. Amazing! I couldn't have asked for better people. I highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing (Jerry and Edgar) its very hard to find people who are kind and so willing to help and not try to rip you off or get over on you price wise especially during emergency situations like this one. I am so thankful for them! We will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs and will spread the word to anyone who may need their services. Plumber Cole was professional, courteous, efficient, and thorough. He arrived ahead of schedule after a confirmation phone call that he was available earlier. Cleared my drain and was finished in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this company to my friends.

I've used Steve for a number of projects over many years.  In each case his skill and experience have resulted in successful projects.  His fees are well explained and fair.  My recent project, a toilet installation, had complexities due to the original construction.  Steve was able to deal with the unexpected situation effectively.  Highly recommended.

Called Clairemont Plumbing at 10 AM and talked with Marshall to come out and fix a leaky pressure regulator valve and leaky spigot. Showed up when he said and took care of everything in about 30 minutes. Marshall is a straight shooter and knows what he's doing. Fixed the leaky spigot for free!! (Didn't have to replace). Nice guy. I highly recommend Clairemont Plumbing. Definitely in my contacts.

There was a water heater leak in my neighbours water heater and since it was the unit directly above mine, water had seeped into my ceiling and drywall. The entire ceiling in my closet and water heater closet was damaged and had to be removed. Since the water heater was in the way, that had to be taken out and replaced with a temporary electric water heater for us to use. AJ was very kind and prompt to come and finish the job in a timely and efficient manner. He was meticulous and careful enough while disconnecting the water heater such that there was not a single drop of water spilled on my carpet. The temporary water heater that he installed was also up and running in no time and he was in-n-out in less than an hour.

I would definitely recommend him for any water heater installation and repair.

Last year Sherlock Plumbing and Heating installed a new furnace that we purchased through COSTCO. Last month we decide to add on Air Conditioning, also purchased through COSTCO, with work done by Sherlock. I highly recommend going through COSTCO in order to get COSTCO Cash awards. The quality of equipment and Sherlock employees work is outstanding. Curtis walked us through the initial project planning and cost. Last year Curtis knew that we may want to add air conditioning so he planned for that when we did the initial furnace install.  This made the addition of air conditioning this year much easier. Also, the lead technician, Greg, did both jobs so that we had consistency. Greg and Nacho arrived on time and worked diligently to finish in one day. They reviewed the original work order for installation and came up with an alternate plan that would be even more aesthetically pleasing. They were able to find a route that completely sealed the equipment indoors due to our vaulted ceilings. Nacho did a great job closing in the lines outside along with many other tasks as he worked with Greg. Great teamwork!  We couldn't be more pleased that Greg and Nacho took extra time to evaluate the entire install and found the best way as if our home was how they would have their home look. Before leaving, all was cleaned up and Greg made sure that we registered our unit and knew how to use the control panel. Additionally, Sherlock office staff was polite and always kept us informed. Daisy and Samatha kept us aware of scheduling and permit process. Sherlock staff took charge from start to finish. Lastly, Dominic came by for our first VIP check after the 8 month initial furnace install.  Not only did he replace the filter, but recommended and added a surge protector on the furnace. He was on time, knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. I highly recommend Sherlock Plumbing and Heating. Their quality and staff is superior.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that needed fixing. We called Exodus and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. They sent text updates regarding the appointment. Mauricio came on time, was friendly and fixed the issue in a short amount of time. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. We plan to use them for any future plumbing issues.

Benny and his team are amazing! Timely and so willing to help and push through on projects that other people wouldn't even touch. We also bought a wrong fan and he came back the next day free of charge to put up the new one. Easy to communicate with and even watched my dog while I stepped out to grab lunch! 10/10 would recommend

They did an excellent job on a panel upgrade for my house. Power came back on sooner than I expected.

I should also mention that they maintained communication with me throughout the process...with updates regarding city permits and utilities which I appreciate very much.

Excellent service with a dedication to transparency. I lost power to a large portion of my house due to a circuit breaker malfunction. I called SRP based on other reviews I had read. They did not disappoint! They were very thorough during the initial phone call regarding the possible problems and how the problems might be addressed. I knew what to expect even before they arrived. And they arrived quickly. Within a couple of hours my problem was dealt with and repaired properly. Great service!

Mike installed a new overhead fan in our kitchen a couple of years ago and did a great job! So we hired them again to replace an old fan in our enclosed patio. This time another technician (Alex) came to install the fan. He arrived on time, replaced the fan with no issues and fixed another fan in our room. That's what I call excellent service. We're now ready for this upcoming hot summer! If you need a fan installed or any electrical work, I highly recommend this company.

I hired Leo several times for various tasks including installation of recessed lights, fans, chandeliers, pendant lights,  exhaust fan, circuit breaker replacement, smart switches, etc. I go back to him for any electrical needs as he is very reliable, his work is very thorough and his pricing is very reasonable. He is usually quick to respond unless he is on a job. Highly recommend Leo.

I sent a request through Yelp to 3 different electricians for a quote to replace a dead outlet. Not only was Jesus the only person who responded, he did it in under 5 mins! Two hours later the outlet for the sprinkler controller was replaced and I could water my yard. :)

Mark was able to squeeze in my electrical needs pretty quickly, as well, as work with my budget.

With what we needed done, we 100% thought we called the right person. Right off the bat we discovered that I purchased the wrong pendant lights for the sloped ceiling we had. While most contractors would tell you I'm sorry, I can't install these, Mark made way. Because these pendants were bought some time ago, as we were waiting on completion of some other projects, we were not able to return them so it was important to us that it work.

Mark was also the only electrician we spoke to that suggested & avoided doing considerable damage to our dry wall running wires by providing a remote solution. That saved us a lot of headache doing the repair, finding paint to match and having a torn up kitchen during the holidays.

He also provided a safer solution for our outlets that weren't grounded. Before he left, we had an out of scope request for him; some outdoor light fixtures for our garage. Mark helped install those without charging us.

We were so happy to complete our project within a day and before Christmas. We felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and wouldn't hesitate to call him for other projects in the future.

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!
