Our kitchen & bathroom sink was clogged and would not flow even after 2 hours of me plunging and 20 gallons pouring hot water into it, a lot junk definitely came out but it was stuck down in the main pipe. We had Sherlock out to give us a quote along with 5 other top rated HVAC companies in the county and this company blew everyone else out of the water....when it comes to PRICE. We were presented with the grand total of $22,967 to install central A/C and heat in a one story 1440 sq. ft. condo. Oh wait, after a $2,278 discount, it would only be $20,689. After picking my jaw up off the floor, all I could think was how ashamed this sales rep should be for working for a company who is out to price gouge potential customers. Sure, they might offer quality service and experience, but you can get quality service and experience for about 10,000 less, and WE DID.

Buyers beware, shop around and do your research, because clearly this company is out to make a very large profit at YOUR expense.

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday!  I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area.  Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!  

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised!  They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.  Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.

What I thought would be a simple light socket upgrade/DIY project turned out to be something different. When there was a bit of smoke coming from the light socket I knew that I needed an experienced electrician to come. Thank goodness that Premo Electric take weekend calls.  Benny, who made the initial diagnosis, was very professional and thorough. He walked me through my wiring issues and also explained what also needed to be done to prevent future problems. Safety was his main concern and he was very patient with my many questions. Peter did a great job troubleshooting for the burnt wiring and minimizing the amount of wall that needed to be opened. I was really expecting big openings but that was not the case. I was so relieved to see the small holes that were patched.

Matt and George were also stellar in customer service.  They were both prompt with returning messages and calls. I would use Premo for future needs based on their quick response, professionalism, knowledge and customer service.

Got recessed lights installed in couple rooms. Marco was punctual,  professional and made this a breeze.

We bought a house with a nightmare of an electrical panel.  There were wires everywhere, it wasn't grounded and had overloaded circuits. Steven did a stellar job replacing our panel. He was great at handling all the permits and kept me in the loop with the progress. He was very professional and priced better than other bids I got. I will be going back to him with many future projects!

Mike and Mike responded to my initial inquiry in a very timely manner, and was able to answer all of my questions. They showed up on time both days, were very polite, and most importantly, did fantastic work to replace my old kitchen box light fixtures with beautiful recessed lighting and crown molding. They even went the extra mile and left us some touch up paint. The work far exceeded our expectations, and we definitely plan to use them again in the future!

Leo was an expert and had a fun personality. He arrived on time during our 1st meet, came prepared with his tools, and worked immediately.

I was missing a camera during this install (which he was fully aware of prior to coming by) so we agreed that he will just come back to complete the remaining 1/3 of the job. After the first install, he asked me to pay him approximately 85% of the agreed amount. I didn't mind because I was satisfied with the output and trusted our plan of meeting again. I paid via Venmo.

The major mishap I experienced was that it got extremely difficult to reach him for the 2nd appointment. I tried to schedule something with him between July 5th and the job was completed only today (July 23rd). I found it unpleasant to have to chase him around and text him so much just so he can get back to me after so many days. A client should not feel like that she has to beg for a job to be fully completed, especially when it's already been about 85% paid. That part was very unprofessional.

Leo ended up sending his apprentice/brother who pretty much made up for the wait! Leonardo was great, had perseverance, and a great demeanor. He problem solved and made sure that the job was fully completed prior to leaving. I gave him the remaining balance of 15ish% and was thankful that the entire job is fully done now!

I was looking for an electrician to help install a barber pole in my barber shop.  I happened to find Jesus and he kindly helped with the install.  He asked all the right questions for how I wanted it installed and he began his work with a colleague of his.  They were efficient and very quality driven.  The barber pole came out perfect and is very sturdy.  I would highly recommend Jesus and United to anyone looking for quality electrical work.

Mark showed up on time, spoke with me, listened to my issue and completed the task quickly. Since it didn't take much time, he didn't charge me. He's a great guy and I'll definitely call again.

Need some help with GFCI outlets and he really helped us out. He's on my speed dial for any future issues

I would like to recommend Frank Electric [email protected] for your electrician needs.  I contacted Frank and within a week he completed by job.  I phoned him to ask if he could stop by to give an estimate while I was meeting the painter.  He re-routed and came out to meet me.  While he was there he quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me pricing for replacement parts and committed to returning later in the day to install the replacement LED light.  I will definitely contact Frank for future electrician needs.
