Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Our downstairs bathroom shower was backed up, it was a gross mess. I called Jerry first thing in the morning and he was able to come within the hour. I was so thankful for Jerry and his crew. It ended up being the mainline and used the hydro jet to clear it up.

Can't say enough...wow!  Sunday morning at 8am and the owner of the company picks up the phone!  His technician David is at my house within an hour...unbelievable!  We had a pin hole leak that was spewing water, getting the drywall soaked.  Just didn't want to wait for Monday.  David diagnosed the problem, got it handled an we are so relieved.  Not the first time we've used Owen plumbing before and won't be the last.  Scott, the owner is a great guy, vested in our local community and provides excellent service at a fair price. No need to shop around in my opinion!

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.

So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.

In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

Top quality work done quickly.  Marshall is very professional and honest.  He responds to messages quickly, shows up on time, works his magic and charges a fair amount without padding hours or work done.  

He even was happy to explain everything as he worked (I'm a fledgling DIY-er but over my head on the problem he fixed).  He'll be my go-to plumber from here on out.

AJ COMPLETELY GHOSTED my family after we paid him for a repair service leaving us without hot or even lukewarm water. We have an infant and elderly family member in our home and trying to find another technician to pick up where he left off has been an immense struggle. Relying on cold water has been devastating for my family and we're looking into alerting California's License Board.

I rarely, very rarely log into Yelp and even more very very rarely leave any reviews or comments on Yelp, unless something is sooo extremely wonderful and superbly exceptional (or the opposite) in some way that requires that I do so. This review is THAT rare instance. I wanted to take time to praise and thank the two most skilled, most knowledgeable, most experienced, and most professional plumbing technicians (Wesley and Shane) that we've ever had the privilage to have them work at our home. They were dispatched by Sherlock Plumbing (which is a very reputable, professional company itself, with exceptional customer service, I might add) via Costco, to remove our old broken, leaking water heater and install a new one, as per warranty (we have an AO Smith water heater). The two technicians arrived very prompt, professionally greeted us and introduced themselves. They got straight to work, without delay, and had all their tools and equipment. To summarize what would become too long a highly rated review with so many details, i will say this: their level of expertise is off the charts (I have never met plumbers with this much technical knowledge and skill and experience and command of their work); their awareness of safety and plumbing code is amazing; their thorough cleanliness of the work area and high respect for a client's home/garage/property (to keep clean and safe) is unheard of and a first I have ever seen; their speed and accuracy (removal of old water heater and all parts, old and pipe cutting and installation; welding/soldering; placement of new water heater; etc.) is shocking (in a great way!); their immaculate attention to the details of all their work (never missing any parts or tools or components nor forgetting any steps or testing or checking or necessary adjustments; in other words... they do everything RIGHT, no shortcuts, no lazy half-ass anything... its all correct and up to code!) is mind-boggling; their energy and work ethics is very high; they work together perfectly as a cohesive unit or as a smooth two-man team (no hiccups or issues at all) who helps each other constantly and two-way communication is also clear and continuous; and their professional and/or safety suggestions are always helpful and appreciated (suggestions are never solicited; only asked in advanced), such as them recommending us to replace our old washer inlet tubes (rubber material, which can leak or burst over time and cause flooding in laundry rooms) with a safer, high-quality, no-burst metal-weave type that will last (that's a great tip!), based on their many years of experience. I can go on further, but thats the jist of it. The two technicians did not ask nor mention to me to write a positive review at all, I was just so compelled to do so on my own free will to praise Sherlock Plumbing for sending the best plumbers I have ever seen. Thank you! Its one of those things, you know... the work, the product, the results, or the thing just speaks for itself?  It's that! Yes, the quality of work (and customer service and professionalism) was sooo high, and so beyond expected, you can't just wrap up and not leave the customer awe-struck. This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. Great communication!  Awesome work!  Christian and Peter(?) worked quickly and efficiently. They found my outlet was not faulty but just needed to be reset. They replaced my outdoor kitchen outlet and gave me some ideas on how to keep it working correctly.   They also installed a hardwired smoke detector that my tenants had ripped off the ceiling. I will definitely use this company again for future electrical needs.

Electric Lee, was one of few electricians that responded to my initial phone call on the same day and also provided a quote that was reasonable for installing a 240v socket in my garage. Devren and his crew were professional and efficient and I would use them again if I require an electrician. There were minor issues such as receiving the paid invoice late and requesting to buy some parts at Home Depot as they were running late but overall I was pleased with their work.

Kind, helpful, great for older houses. Came and provided a bid for our bathroom fan and heater.

Service Pro was very quick to respond with next day availability (if I used their services) with a very reasonable quote. Once Mike came to the house, he was very professional as well as accommodating by wearing booties and face covering. He troubleshooted and fixed my 5 outlet issues and also secured on one of the ports. While here, Mike also switched out an old bathroom light to a LED light which made room much brighter. Will definitely be using Service Pro going forward and recommend their services.

I highly recommend Leo for anyone who's looking for high quality electrical work.  Leo is a truly perfectionist.  He has installed two NEMA 14-50 outlets for me in the garage so now I can charge my Tesla model 3 at home.  Leo has done such an awesome job, I have to give him 5 stars rating.  Rather than just putting on a conduit, he runs the cables behind the drywall in order to maintain a clean look.  He patches the drywall afterward to ensure a seamless look.  I highly recommend Leo for high quality work.  Thank you, Leo!
