Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

He sent an a apprentice guy that couldn't clear the drain, and upsells  me to have a clean out installed for $3,500. What a joke, he then asked me what I can afford, I said $1,500. He sent me an estimate $1,500 , then later canceled.
I paid his plumber apprentice $50 and he left the bathroom dirty.

So thankful for Edgar & Jerry. We had an emergency with our shower knob (my mom broke the knob so the shower was running and had to get turned off from the main line.)

Called several plumbers but was told they'll be available on Monday or a few hours BUT Not Dr. Rooter & Plumbing. Edgar came in 15 mins and worked on out shower.

Very professional, friendly and most of all given us a priority since our case was an emergency.

Very thankful for these people!

Have used this company for years as my parents have. (The Deerings). They are on time or the office calls and tells you a new ETA.  Honest and capable, personable and professional, they are the best.

Small, local, independent plumber who charged us about 1/2 what a big company had quoted us. Marshall tracked down an obscure problem with our 60s-built house and quickly got it fixed.

One of our 2 water heaters started leaking and we didn't know who to call.  We went to Nextdoor Santa Luz and other sites-one name stood out-Pacific Tankless. We shopped for quality, service and price, and again one name stood out-Pacific Tankless.
AJ was professional, punctual and courteous. We are very happy that we chose Pacific Tankless.
I plan to replace our water purification system next. He provided me advice on models to explore and where to shop.  I have total faith in AJ and his company Pacific Tankless.  Great company to work with!

Had an issue with our A/C not working so we contacted Sherlock to come out and take a look. They were timely and responsive. Joshua immediately found the problem - a bad thermostat. Unfortunately, we needed a new one but Joshua recommended a Nest thermostat which will give us a much longer warranty and give us better value in our cooling & heating cycling. Joshua was super patient while I asked questions and explained things well. He was professional and courteous. Every time we've dealt with Sherlock we've had great customer service.

This guy is a sketchy dude. The owner... Real creep. Don't trust him or his business.

I am very impressed with Mauricio whose is very profession, friendly and honesty.  He explained any step involved in the fix to make sure we understand the process. Though in the weekend, he has come and fixed the issue without additional charges.  Pricing is very reasonable in compare with other services that I have used in the past. Definitely, I will use Exodus in any of my future plumbing repair.

Arrived early, this itself is a huge plus in my book. Christian was friendly and familiar with our neighborhood and got to work right away. He was able to knock out a outdoor outlet project and a ceiling fan installation in short order. I'm glad we were able to get this done. It's nice to have a experience tech knock the job out in one day versus me spending the whole weekend going back and forth between Home Depot and my house.

We live in Penasquitos and one day, the lights in the part of the house went out.  We had recently had the house remodeled and   the contractor did some rather suspect work.  So we were not surprised.  

I called about four electrical service companies,  one came out ( for $120 fee) and said the problem could be fixed for $2000,!  This seemed rather suspicious to me ( also a 5 stars from yelp). I called another fellow who came by (no charge) and said that he would have to come back to fix the issue , in two day,s  well, two days passed and he never showed up again after repeated calls to find out what happened ( also a 5 star business on yelp)   We wasted nearly a week waiting for this dude.  

Well finally I called Devrin at Electric Lee.   He came out ( 24 hours after our initial appointment)
inspected the issue and said the wiring was done by an  amateur, (Not surprising by the suspect contractor we had.)  

They fixed the issue, and were there at our home for about 2 hours,   So far so good,. The charge was ~ $250,   and no  charge for the estimate.

They answered the phone when I called and made an appointment on the spot. Others I called either didn't answer the phone or sent me to VM. The person they sent was friendly, very capable and completed the work I needed done promptly and without issue. He also made some suggestions for other work but didn't push me in any way. Had a good experience all around.

Got a 220-volt outlet installed to charge my Tesla. They were very reasonably priced and did an excellent job. Mike answered all questions. Would highly recommend!!

We had an electrical fire in one of our GFI outlets on a Saturday at 2pm. When we realized the extent of the damage, we knew we needed an electrician to evaluate it to be sure it was safe. I began calling a few places and Leo was one of them. I left him a message and he texted me back that he would contact me as soon as he got out of a meeting. Within 20 minutes, he was on his way to our house. He quickly evaluated the outlet, checked the wires, and pulled out the damaged box. He did an excellent job and was done in 45 minutes. So glad we called him and found a local electrician we can rely on!

Jesus was extremely friendly and professional. Perfect work (hooked up a new outlet in the bathroom). Also had the best pricing after we received quotes from numerous electricians. Highly recommended, thank you!

The owner Mark was responsive at first then kept going MIA. I had to keep calling him to see if he's still coming. Cancelled on me 3 times over 3 weeks. I get that he's busy but it was a massive waste of time. Extremely unprofessional to treat customers this way. I do not recommend using this guy. I called another local electrician called Anson electric and they came out in 2 days to get everything done.

When moving into my house, we didn't have lights in the ceiling anywhere besides the outdated chandeliers. For the living room, we were using table lamps for awhile and it felt dark and dingy in there. We also had a ceiling fan we bought and took from our old house and wanted that installed.

I requested a quote and Devren called me in a matter of minutes. He told me how it works to put in canister/recessed lighting and what it would cost to put the ceiling fan in as well. He explained the procedure and how we would need to dry wall it up afterwards and had someone in mind for us as well.

I was able to schedule it in two weeks later and a few days ago, our living room now has full lighting! We installed a dimmer in ourselves so we can alter how dark/light it can get in the room. It really makes the living room so much nicer! I also love the ceiling fan up! I forgot how much I missed seeing it in my old house until it was put up again.

It was a quick job and it only took a few hours. Now, we have lights!

After speaking to over 8 electricians (seriously), I decided to go with Frank. His easy communication style and very reasonable costs sealed the deal. We were able to agree on a date and time easily and he met us at our condo with no hiccups. Yes, someone that actually comes on time (he even came early) does exist, though rare, and Frank is his name. He changed out our bathroom fan, installed a chandelier, and changed out the switch in a very timely manner. He had extra materials (switches) which was nice since we didn't have anything. He was incredibly courteous and his attention to detail surpassed mine (rare).

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I can't recommend him enough. He is our go to electrician from now on.
