Jerry from Dr Rooter & Plumbing provided the best customer service in the past 2 years regardless of business type. We needed a plumber to replace an L-shaped valve for the water/ice line to our refrigerator. It was not leaking, but weren't able to turn the valve on/off and it wasn't an emergency. We used Yelp to obtain repair quotes in our area, and discovered Dr Rooter & Plumbing carried very high ratings on their Yelp reviews, many of which were posted recently. Jerry's competitive repair quote was also 30%-35% less than any of the other quotes received. Jerry had also offered high quality water tubing to me, but I had already pre-paid for one to accompany my refrigerator. Jerry and his assistant took great care while inside of our home. They also incurred a little more labor for my needed repair, yet I was only charged for my initial repair quote. I will ALWAYS choose Dr Rooter for my plumbing needs. I would have no hesitation calling them in the future. If Yelp offered 6-star ratings for A+++ service, I would've given them 6-stars!

Excellent service from Natalie in the Owen's office and Pete, the technician that responded to my fairly urgent call. I was able to schedule a service call for the next day. I am very happy with the work that was done and the reasonable cost.

Before moving into our house, we had to install recessed lights in all of our rooms. Whenever I had questions about lights and installation, Devren explained in detail and promptly. Ed came over to fix something I had totally screwed up - which I thought was a huge problem - and within 5 minutes he diagnosed it and in 15 minutes had fixed it! And he was a very nice guy. Last fall, the ceiling lights and ceiling fan in my master bedroom abruptly stopped working.

After verifying that it wasn't just a tripped circuit breaker that needed to be reset, I started calling around to find a local electrician. It was a Friday night, It wasn't an emergency, but it was an annoyance that I wanted fixed as soon as possible to see if I could reach someone who could come out over the weekend.

When I called Leo's phone and got his voicemail, I hung up and planned to call back in the morning.  Leo called me back right away though from the caller ID info. He said he had missed picking up the call and wanted to be sure the call wasn't an emergency or immediate hazard.

We set up an appointment for him to come the next day.  After a little investigation, he found a short in an electric line in my attic crawlspace, which was probably damaged accidentally when I had some HVAC work done.  He was able to quickly repair the line and everything has worked great since then.

Can't say enough good things.  Leo is prompt, courteous, professional, highly knowledgeable and has very reasonable rates.

I have an older home in which I had an unusual electrical problem, at least it was unusual to me. I called several electricians I found on the internet. It was late in the afternoon. Mark was the only one who returned my call. He was at my house the next day. He fixed everything and was very safety conscious.  Mark was very easy to talk to and explained everything well. After looking at the website, I asked him to come back and make some changes in my interior lighting. I believe he is completely trustworthy and dependable.  I am very glad I have found Mark.

We inquired Frank for assistance based on excellent prior reviews to install a 240v outlet and a fan/light combo vent for our bathroom. Frank was professional and courteous during the initial estimate and remained so through the rest of the process after accepting his service. He was prompt with negotiated times and always responsive. The installation of the 240v proved elaborate, necessitating fishing wiring through 4 floors of our townhome, but he did an excellent job. He limited the amount of texture and painting that would be required for us to complete after the work was done, which was sincerely appreciated. The installation of the bathroom vent also went smoothly, and we no longer have to rely on a constant open window to achieve the same effect. We are grateful for Frank's consideration to keep our costs down where possible. Frank is a genuine person and possesses a notable integrity that is seemingly rare these days. Without hesitation, we would consider contacting Frank for any future projects.
