Fantastic experience! A couple of months ago (catching up on my Yelping) my sink/garbage disposal was seriously clogged. Me, being the stubborn person I am, tried for two days to plunge the hell out of it, use natural tips for clearing the clog and finally poured drano down the sink...to no avail.

I asked my BFF, Randi B. who that plumber was she used earlier in the year and then called Owen Plumbing. They were able to come out the next day. Scott showed up right on time and was very polite. It turned out to be a little more complicated and took a couple of hours (necessitated accessing the clean-out drain in a closet) so I was charged an additional $40 over the $95 fee, but seemed very fair considering all the extra effort it took. He left the area very clean and gave me some maintenance tips.

If you ever have the bad fortune of having plumbing problems, I'd highly recommend calling Owen Plumbing.

Steve and Travis were respectful and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly. Steve even tried to fix my faucet instead of replacing it!

A great experience with Marshall. He solved two tricky problems. A slow draining bathtub that I was unable to snake myself, he determined that the snake was going the wrong direction, perhaps due to an incorrectly orientated fitting.  And he was able to clear the blockage with some finesse. He also replaced a cartridge in the shower and fixed the unorthodox work from the contractor who remodeled the bathroom. The price was also great both relative to the time he spent and compared with the last plumber I used.

We have had AJ come out twice for separate issues and have been very happy with his help. He truly took his time to help us  figure out an issue we have had since buying our house less than 6 months ago. I would absolutely call him again for any future plumbing issues. He is honest, fair and knowledgeable.

I have been in sales for nearly 30 years now and have never dealt with a company that has outperformed expectations better than Sherlock. These guys were fantastic!!! We had a very tight window to make this happen as we had a wedding reception in the upcoming week. We gave them 4 days to complete the installation after agreeing to the contract and they pulled it off. They said they would be out by 1:00pm on Wednesday and they were. They even helped me put reload the christmas decorations up in the attic after they were finished. Every one of the employees were friendly and pleasant. They were all professional and efficient and I cant recommend them highly enough. Justin was our salesman and he was fantastic. From the moment the contract was signed he was continually checking in on us and the progress to make sure we were happy with the progress and job. Thank you guys, we love our system!!!!

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

I had my electric panel upgraded to 200amp (by another company) and for some reason, I thought it was not 240V and we needed it to be 240V.  I called to have it upgraded by Premo Electric and they were SO super helpful over the phone.  Richard asked me to send him a photo of wires and panel and said that we already have 240V and charged me nothing.  The best part was that he was not condescending in any way.  He was compassionate and helpful!  When I need electric help in the future, I will be calling them for sure.  Thank you Richard!

The individual that I spoke to during my initial call (almost certain it was Steve) was very helpful. He first asked me troubleshooting questions to ensure that it was not something that could be quickly addressed via phone (e.g. simply needing to turn a breaker switch back on). Once I explained the non-emergency issue, he explained a couple options. I liked the approach of the individual I first spoke with. In addition, they fulfilled my checklist for anyone we hire for home projects (licensed/bonded/insured). In short, the individual I spoke with was very helpful.

Shortly thereafter, a couple SRP electricians came out to take a look at the issue and then provided some options. The main electrician (Anthony Garcia) was very helpful in answering questions. Once we chose the option for addressing the issues (replacing the majority of outlets and switches in the home), a crew was over to do the non-emergency work within about a week, They were reliable (arrived when scheduled - even a bit early), worked hard and were very professional. Again, Anthony was very knowledgeable & helpful with any follow-up questions.

Subsequent to the main work, when we realized, after the fact, that there was an obscure outlet that was missed, Anthony and Matt came out to finish the update on that outlet also. SRP solved the initial issues (outlets that did not work) & provided updates for the other outlets & switches. They were reliable, helpful and I would definitely hire them should we need electrical work in future.

We received a referral to Service Pro Electric from Home Depot in Huntington Beach.  When we called, we were introduced to Kevin, one of the owners of Service Pro.  We explained the type of work we needed completed and he offered to come by at the end of the day.  Kevin is an exceptional person and a fantastic electrician.  He gave us a reasonable quote for the work and gave us some great advice not only for this project but also for future projects.  The next day he arrived promptly, was very professional and did a fantastic job installing some outdoor fixtures for us.  We plan to call him for all of our future electrical needs and give him the highest of recommendations.  Thank you, Kevin, for a job well done!

I reached out to LEO Electrical to install a GFCI outdoor outlet and cover for the outlet. He was very quick at responding and put me in touch with Neil in his Team who was very professional and great at communicating throughout the scheduling process. Very satisfied with the service provided and would use them again and recommend them to anybody.

Very happy with what Jesus and his team did. I got canned lighting installed in my ceiling, had him separate the fan and lights on my fan so I could turn them off and on independently, installed a RING doorbell and some miscellaneous electrical work. Pricing was reasonable, service was very fast and professional and they cleaned up after themselves! They arrived on time and got right to work. I will absolutely use United Electric again.

These guys are fantastic! I needed an SOS electrical problem fixed so that I could use my AC during an intense heat wave. I'm 6 months pregnant and was dying with the heat. Mark, the owner called me back right away and came out the very next morning early and fixed everything quickly and perfectly. Will replace all of my LED lights with them next and they will be my go to electrical company from here on out!

Greg was prompt and straightforward to deal with. His rates are very fair and he has all the capabilities and equipment on his rolling office that make him up to any electrical task. Frank is an excellent communicator, does great work, shows up when he says he will, and is a really decent fellow.

We're hired him twice: first to run some new circuits and swap out some outlets.  Second to install a brand new panel with 200A service.

Frank did a great job for us both times.  With the panel, he took care of all the communication with the city, and was here for the inspection.  Total turn-key service.

I recommend Frank 100%.
