Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

12 stars!  I would like to start this review with the fact that I manage several rental units.  Rafael has been the best plumber that I have ever encountered.  He is honest, on time and on budget for everything that he does!!!  He is awesome!  Nobody is better!  He is my point of contact for any plumbing needs and I would never use anyone else. Out of the 5 stars available on yelp, he would get 12 from me if I could!  Rafael took an appointment with a tenant and the diagnosis was within one hour of my call.  I wanted to pay for his time and gas and he refused payment.  He also replaced an entire main drain through another property that any other contractor would have charged change fees but Rafael spent two extra days to complete the job and made it happen on budget.  100% integrity, honesty and just a great personality to work with.  If you are questioning your plumbing contractor, don't.  You found your guy!  Can't say more good things about Lefty's!!!

I called Jerry for emergency service and He was able to come in and help us fixed the problem on our water heater. Very reliable,  very proffesional people to work with and definitely work with your budget. He also helped me in my other  plumbing issue without even asking in return. They are the best and I highly recommend this company. Believe me, you will not regret their service. I would like to give a big thumbs up to Adan and Jhonny as well for a  job well done.

I have been meaning to leave a review for Owen Plumbing for the last 4 years and never seem to get around to doing this.  I am ashamed that I have not done so sooner as each and every time I use them, I couldn't be more pleased.  Owning a home that is nearing the age of 30, I find that I am now replacing things more often because they are old and worn out rather than for the aesthetic value, as before.  
My latest call to them was today - to reinstall a new toilet that was installed a week ago.
Yes, I did say reinstall.  I thought I would save some hard earned cash as I am living on retirement wages and decided to let a friend install it for me.  Well, it was beautiful and seemed to be working wonderfully until Father's Day morning when I am downstairs pouring my morning coffee and watch several drips going into my cup which I did not apply.  I lean over to look, and feel some drips upon my head.  Oh no, not toilet water dripping on my kitchen sink!  First thing Monday morning I call my go to plumber, who must be getting others who have had a weekend disaster too and am told that the soonest appointment would be Wednesday.  The very polite and helpful office staff (as they always are) stated that if they had an opening sooner they would let me know.  Within a couple hours I get a call that Pete finished a job early and is available to come.  Oh yes, please.  And if you are ever told that Pete is on his way, thank your lucky stars.  He has been here quite often and is the cleanest, most efficient, most knowledgeable...I could go on and on, just trust me, he is the best as are  the others.  I just have more history with Pete.
You will not find a more honest owner, a better price for the service provided, or just all round good plumbers as Owen Plumbing.  The only one that ever beat them was my brother-in-law who was a plumber but now in his 80's - and only him because I could barter with a cold beer for services rendered.  Thank you Scott for your honesty, integrity and each and every one of your staff for all they have done to keep so very many of us happy and unafraid to call a plumber.  You ALL rock!

We had a pipe in the kitchen that had been severed and repaired with tape by a previous owner (unbeknownst to us).  The broken pipe was discovered after we replaced the sink.  We called AAA Plumbing yesterday morning and Steve said he'd arrive yesterday afternoon which he did.  

Steve was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful.  He fixed the severed pipe very quickly and efficiently.  We are very happy with his work!  We'd hire him again!!

I had these guys show up on time and partly fixed my blogged kitchen sink. The guy that came out was nice. When the issue reappeared within a month, I called to try and get them to come out and fix the problem again, potentially at a reduced rate, they stated that it would be a new job at a full price. I was disappointed with that lack of service and I choose to go somewhere else to fix the problem longterm.

Do not use this company. $75 service call where they took off a faucet from the only shower in house and didn't fix the home's lack of cold water... 5 weeks later, still have not fixed either project but happily they have kept the service call fee.

Three years ago we had Sherlock install new AC and Heaters in our home (we have three zones, and they replaced two of sytems and refurbished the other).  They did a great job at the time and we were very happy with the work done.  I'm writing this review today because it the after installation service over the last few years has been fantastic.  I really wanted to comment on two things:  First, Aaron Sherlock absolutely stands behind his work!  We recently had a problem with one of the systems after it had been in our house for a few years (a mechanical failure, not a service or install problem) and he kept sending his guys out to make sure it worked.  Sherlock did not give up until we were happy.  Second, I'd like to recognize Fred Radtke, who was the service technician on the job I describe above.  The A/C was not working and the new part wasn't due in for a week.  Fred came out on a Saturday, cobbled together a temporary solution, and got our A/C up and running during the incredible heat we are experiencing so we can sleep comfortably until the part comes in next week.  Truly incredible customer service.  I've recommended Sherlock to several folks without hesitation in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

This guy is a sketchy dude. The owner... Real creep. Don't trust him or his business.

So glad I found Exodus Plumbing when my kitchen sink wouldn't drain properly. The response time and appt. scheduling time was super fast. Mauricio quickly and thoroughly had the job done and for a very reasonable  price in comparison to what larger more commercialized companies would. Super happy I found them on Yelp and will definitely call again in the future!

We had our electrical go out and I am not handy when it comes to electrical. Called around and no one was available or just said they couldn't come. These guys took my call and actually took the time to ask a few questions to see what might be going on. Sure enough it was an easy fix we took care of over the phone and he offered some helpful tips. They're clearly focused on service, I was very impressed. I'm adding them to our list so they're my first call next time, and would recommend them to other friends and family.

I had 10 items on my list and all were completed and my home is up to date now!

The box on the new dimmer switch compatible with LED bulbs said 15 minute install. Information online showed what standard color coding for wiring should be. This 50 year old place turns out to have wiring that's standard for a previous generation.

Steven had me send a photo. From the photo he was able to provide simple, clear directions for resolution. He diagnosed that I'd fried the new light switch in the first attempt, and took a moment to explain the old wiring system. What the retail package should have said was, 15 minute install with Steven's help.

BEST PRICED ELECTRIC COMPANY AROUND! I had several quote for wiring a hot tub up and they were the lowest by FAR! Better than that they were the most professional by FAR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Service Pro Electrical! I'll be relaxing in my hot tub tonight thanks to them! Happy to know I won't have to hunt for a reliable and affordable electrician now that I've found them! 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Leo was great to work with.  He was polite, punctual, and very professional.  Hired him to install a ceiling fan in one of the rooms.  He was easy to work with and completed the job in the timeframe and price he stated.  He was priced fair and his work was exceptional.  I would highly recommend Leo.  Will hire him for future projects.  Thank you Leo!

I cannot recommend Jesus from United Electric enough! He recently installed new lighting fixtures in my home, and his work was genuinely fantastic. Jesus and his assistant Antonio took care of everything from the electrical work to the cleanup. Jesus was highly professional, providing multiple ways of payment, and he was always communicative throughout the process. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in the flawless installation of the three flush mount lights, dimmers, and chandelier. We had just purchased our condo and went through, deciding which fixtures stayed and which had to go. Well, unfortunately that meant that most of them had to go - I think these were the original fixtures from the seventies haha. Anyway, we got a reasonable estimate and they had someone out to our place pretty fast. They replaced every fixture and repaired some old ceiling lights as well. Everything looks so modern and we don't have to worry about something catching fire! Professional work all the way!

Woke up today, day after Christmas. Lights were off going to the fuse box flip some circuits nothing. Rory came and saved the day, he came within 15 minutes of me calling him. Friendly excellent service at an incredibly amazingly low price. He got the job done quick. This is my new electrician!!!!!!

Frank came out to evaluate a panel upgrade. He was super friendly and informative. Answered my detailed question, and kept in close communication afterward on scope and pricing. I didn't end up moving forward with the work, but really liked his attitude and honesty. I will certainly call him back when I have future needs.
