Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Rafael came over today to alleviate the clog in our landscape drain that has been causing water to back-up during periods of very heavy rain.  He ran his snake through our landscape drainage line and showed my wife the dip in the line (in the shape of a letter U) which was causing water to pool.  He felt like it would be quite problematic to dig it up as it was likely under hardscape.  I really appreciated his help and honesty.  Rafael said that he would be happy to return when water backed up again but that we could actually clear some of the blockage ourselves by using our garden hose.  He took the time to tell me what  hose spray attachment to buy and even offered to return and help me de-clog myself if I was so inclined.  Can't say enough about Rafael & Lefty's Plumbing!   A+++ for pricing and honesty!

My water heater went out late Thursday evening. Called Owen plumbing Friday morning and said they would be able to fit me in later the same day. A little while later received a call that they had an opening and could come earlier around 10am which I happily accepted. Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.
I would use them again.

I noticed that my water heater was leaking on a Friday night at 9:30 (of course). There was considerable rumbling and odd noises that I thought were probably an opossum. Unfortunately, it was the 40 gal tank starting to give way.

I started calling around. Going price was about $1200 to $1400. I watched the youtube videos to see if I wanted to do it myself as a water heater was about $500 retail. I checked Craigslist and saw the ad for pacifictankless (not that I wanted to go tankless). He was advertising a $785 flat rate install price.

I called A J Angelov and he said that he would be by in 20 minutes, but then pushed it back to 55 minutes. Fifty-three minutes later, A J appeared at the door. The extra half hour had been spent buying a water heater (a Rheem rather than the plumber standard Bradford & White) just in case he got the job. He did.

He installed the water heater, replaced the venting, added a new gas valve (ours was the old spring type), and had it up and running in less than 2 hours. There were no up charges or added sales items.

Consider him to be highly recommended.

I called on a Friday and Enoch came  over at 9  Saturday morning...and it was a wonderful experience to have him in my home. I was concerned because the heater was blowing cold air through the vents. He got up in my attic, noted that a part was out of tolerance and showed me why the filter needed replacing.  In his truck he had what was needed to fix the problem and then took the service fee off the price of the parts.  He also went into detail to explain that I have a heat pump which must defrost before it can pump out heat as opposed to gas heaters that don't, so cold air will occaisionally vent during the process. He was very professional, thorough as well as being personable. This is the kind of service Sherlock has always provided and I am so happy I chose them.

Joshua does great work for a great price. He took care of my pipes and did a great job, no leaks!

Mauricio helped me replace my kitchen garbage disposal as some previous drywall repairmen and plumbers hired by my HOA messed up my kitchen sink and drain during the repairs but I wasn't there in person to verify until months later. He was extremely responsive every time (within 10min) and really knowledgeable in everything that I asked him about as he was doing repairs. He helped me replace the garbage disposal really cleanly and even managed to unblock my backed up kitchen drain at the same time. It also seems like he operates his business much like a worker co-op so everyone gets the surplus value of their labor and the typical wage exploitation by owners are minimized. Not only is he by far the kindest plumber I've ever worked with, he was also a great teacher - definitely my go to plumber from now on!

Electrician was scheduled to come out between 9-12. Niall gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes ahead of arrival and showed up right on time. He immediately identified my electrical issues and the path to resolution. Niall was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. Work was done quickly and was quality as well. Final price was also very reasonable. I will be using Premo for all future electrical issues. Thanks again Niall I really appreciate your expertise and help.

I needed help with 2 outlets that were not working. Steve was amazing and even tried to walk me through how to troubleshoot over the phone to see if I even needed an electrician. I did, so he sent Rudy over within a day! Rudy was very knowledgeable, and he explained what was wrong. He fixed it quickly and made sure both outlets were functional before leaving. I will be using them again for sure.

Very reasonable pricing for great work and communication! If you have a Tesla or EV and need a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed, go with these guys! Highly recommend!

I had inquired about three small jobs (two lighting and one doorbell replacement) and a potential fourth for rewiring a light switch. When he first stopped by, I thought he was only going to look at the scope of the work, give me a quote, and then come back at a later date to complete it.

All four jobs were easy enough for him to complete in a day, and he did just that---actually completed them within hours. With the fourth job, there were options on how to handle the rewiring of the light switch, given the way things were already configured. Leo thought things through, explained everything he was thinking, and explained everything he's going to do. He did warn me about the cost differences, but I also envisioned what the results would look like.

Overall, Leo went above and beyond, and my wife and I are extremely happy! We are definitely reaching out to him for our future projects that require electrical work!

Would definitely recommend!!! I had a blown fuse/tripped circuit that I couldn't figure out, and had no power anywhere in the house. Called this number, and first he helped me troubleshoot a few things over the phone in case it was an easy fix. When I still couldn't fix the issue, he came by to take a look. Very friendly, professional, and on task. Was there about ten minutes and problem solved! Would 100% use this service again!! Thank you!

Woke up today, day after Christmas. Lights were off going to the fuse box flip some circuits nothing. Rory came and saved the day, he came within 15 minutes of me calling him. Friendly excellent service at an incredibly amazingly low price. He got the job done quick. This is my new electrician!!!!!!
