Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half. He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in. He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash. This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you

Called mid morning and someone was over mid afternoon. Got right to work and installed two faucets in a reasonable amount of time with no issues. Although the price was a bit more than expected, these to-do list jobs are done without any strain on my back or frustration of something not done perfectly right.

Best service by far! I'll definitely come back to Dr. Rooter. Had our water heater replaced and water pressure on our older craftsman home. They were professional and quick. Checked three other plumbing services and they were affordable. They also offer other services too if you inquire. Really relieved to find this company and will definitely return for our bathroom remodel.

Stop searching!!! This is your plumber for life. I had emergency gas leaks and plumbing issues that needed to be fixed to sell my property. Brenda & David helped me get everything done to sell. Fast, courteous, reasonable and professional. They will be my plumbing company for life.

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.
So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.
In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

While I was using the dishwasher at home, I noticed that the water from the dishwasher was coming up through the sink. I could not finish a complete cycle of dishes before my kitchen sink was filled with murky water. I needed the help of a plumber to fix this problem. I asked some people around town for some good plumbing companies. I was referred to one that offers a one year warranty on all services. That was the best deal to me so I decided to call them. I spoke with a customer service rep, who took down my information. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived in the morning to see what was the issue with my drainage. He ended up needing to take apart my whole kitchen sink to fix the problem. I payed him for the service ahead of time as I had to step out and run some errands. When I came back home I was outraged. The kitchen was a complete mess. After the plumber put the sink back together, He did not bother to clean anything up. there were boot tracks and all kinds of things on the floor including dirty water. I am fully aware that I did not order a cleaning service. But I have never heard of anything like this before. Everyone beware of this service.

BEWARE of this company. Very unprofessional and bad service.
Our water heater pilot kept going out. The manufacturer said it could be a gas pressure issue. The gas company came out, found nothing wrong with the gas pressure, and tagged the water heater as DANGER - Do Not Use due to a floating flame. We called American Home Shield, and they sent out Christati Plumbing, who recognized there was something wrong with the water heater but could not identify the cause of the problem or fix it. American Home Shield then sent out Pacific Tankless. The problem was not a non urgent gas leak, as Pacific Tankless believes.
A bald man with a thick accent (maybe eastern European) from Pacific Tankless showed up at our door wearing sneakers, cargo pants, and a yellow polo T-shirt with the collar up. No uniform. No tools. No boot covers. He had a mask on, but it was not covering his nose. He did not introduce himself and his first (impolite) words to me were Inside or outside? I politely asked him if he had boot covers. Sarcastically, he replied Do you?
We informed the man that the gas company had shut down the water heater as a danger. The man ignored the warning, ripped off the DANGER - Do Not Use tag, and turned on the water heater. The pilot lit, so he said there's nothing wrong with the water heater and left. The man would not listen to us when we mentioned the floating flame problem and the pilot won't stay lit.
AJ, owner of Pacific Tankless, claims the man is a very respected gentleman, ex pro athlete, and expert in his field. A man who acts like that is not very respectable; having been an athlete has nothing to do with anything; and the man did not display any expertise. Also, conspicuously absent from AJ's list is licensed plumber.
A good company will send professionals (in terms of knowledge, speech, and dress) and make sure customers are satisfied with the service. Pacific Tankless did neither.
Pacific Tankless is our worst experience with a plumbing company. We called other plumbers for quotes to repair or replace our water heater. Pacific Tankless was the only company that said there is nothing wrong with our water heater and ignored our concerns. The other companies listened to us and stayed around long enough to see the floating flame.
Overall, our impression of Pacific Tankless is they do not care about fixing the problem but only care about defending their Yelp reviews, some of which do not appear genuine.
In addition to the above, we believe Yelp reviewers should keep in mind two things when considering Pacific Tankless:
First, according to the Contractors State License Board website, AJ has never paid workers compensation insurance because he certified he has no employees. (See attached photos). That raises a serious concern about whether AJ has been misclassifying his technicians as independent contractors to avoid paying payroll taxes and workers compensation premiums.
Second, in his initial response dated 2/11/2021 to my Yelp review dated 12/30/2020, AJ referenced our address. Obviously, that is a violation of privacy. The address has since been removed from AJ's post after it was reported to Yelp.

Dylan and Jesus (along with their colleague Victor for 1 day) installed a new central air system, and they were in and out in two days, working around some client meetings that I needed quiet for, and keeping up a great workflow and attitude the whole time. I interviewed a couple of other companies, and Nate, the sales officer who came out, gave me a better impression from the start. The follow through did not disappoint. Great job, and thank you to the whole team.

It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink. I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua. He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it. Phew!! A thousand blessings and thanks to the Yelp community and the reviewers for the information about this business. And thank you Joshua Plumbing. You deserve 5 gold stars.

After reading many very good reviews here on Yelp, I decided to choose Exodus Plumbing for my bathroom repairs. I first called them and spoke with someone in their office. Then I texted photos of my bathroom showing what I needed done, and Mauricio, the owner, responded with a quote, which I thought was a reasonable amount. I contacted Exodus again to set up an appointment.
I also requested that the plumbers wear face masks, and they did the entire time they were inside my home.
The two plumbers, Emilio and Gerardo, did an excellent job. I am very happy with their work. And I also like that they used quality parts as I requested.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is I felt there needed to be better communication between the office and the plumbers assigned to the job. The plumbers who arrived did not know I had received a quote from the owner. But after I showed the plumbers my cell phone texts, they agreed to do the job for the quoted amount.
Otherwise, I am very happy with the service I received from Exodus Plumbing.

I have used this company for many years with my rentals and primary residence. They are honest, prompt, and very hardworking. Amazing customer service and every one of their technicians I've met goes above and beyond. Just Had Benny do a quick repair and he identified the problem skillfully. Highly recommend Premo for your electrical issues.

This is solely based on the troubleshooting experience I had with this company. I called multiple electricians due to a GFCI outlet in my kitchen constantly tripping. This caused me to have no power for my stove on Christmas!!!! Of all days! I desperately called so many places to see if anyone was available. Thankfully SRP saw my missed call and called me back! I explained the situation and they stated they had guys out on triple overtime. The guy on the phone did provide me a temporary fix to allow me to use my stove! I was so grateful! He gave me a affordable quote if I still needed services on Monday. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of one of relatives who fixed my electrical issue. I would definitely give SRP a call if I have any further issues

I reached via Yelp for electrician services. Service Pro was the first to respond. After some communication, I decided to use their services. Mike and Mike were on time for the appointment. They installed a ceiling fan that was higher than normal and completed the job effectively. Both were friendly and didn't try to upsell me on services I did not need. They are going to be my 1st call for future electrical needs.

We've had Leo come out and help us on three different occasions and we will definitely be calling him again when we have more electrical projects that need to be done around the house. He is always very responsive, prompt, and professional. He has done quite a few upgrades to our 1970s Mira Mesa home including replacing our old circuit breaker panel, installing a dedicated breaker for our microwave, replacing old ceiling fans with a chandelier in our dining room and recessed lighting in our front room, and replaced 3 flush mount fixtures in our hallway & laundry room. We definitely recommend reaching out to Leo if you have any electrical repairs and/or upgrades that you need done to your home.

We hired Jesus to replace some very old lighting fixtures in our home. The price was affordable and the work was exceptional. We have more projects to do in the future that we will definitely have Jesus do for us. We highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done.

H&H provided truly fantastic support to our young family on short notice just before the holidays. We needed some help with updates to our fuse box associated with a new appliance on short notice. Mark stopped by on his way home and was able to help us out right away. Mark arrived when he said he would, explained the scope of work required and helped us understand the changes to the system before he left.
Overall our experience was terrific and we will certainly call H&H again. Highly Recommended! Thanks Mark!

Rory responded to my request quickly and came to do the repair the next day to install a new 220v outlet for my laundry room. He not only did what I requested he found an issue with my circuit breakers and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable and cleaned up after his work. The work he performed was done very neat and precise. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done.
