I contacted Lefty's through a Craigslist ad to clear a clogged shower drain.   Lefty was courteous and professional. He was available same day within 2 hours and showed up on time. He handled the problem without any issues in about an hour and charged a very fair price.

Our downstairs bathroom shower was backed up, it was a gross mess. I called Jerry first thing in the morning and he was able to come within the hour. I was so thankful for Jerry and his crew. It ended up being the mainline and used the hydro jet to clear it up.

Initially had a satisfactory experience with AJ.  He visited my property to assess the issue with my Navien tankless water heater.  The Error 3 indicated a bad ignition.  I asked him to call Navien as they require a licensed contractor to diagnose the issue to get a part under warranty.  He did not call Navien but instead reset my unit while running water out the bottom valve which made it ignite, took $45 and walked away claiming he was unable to get the part yet from Navien.  He said $45 would go toward installation of the new part as he clearly failed to do much of anything as of yet that I couldn't have done.

Navien said he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is only supposed to be done once in case of a glitch with error display.  He did not try to replicate the error but only do what he called a short term fix and walk away.  I asked him to get the part over the next three weeks as he expected it to break again.  He ignored my texts many times.  Finally the reset trick stopped working as did my hot water permanently.  He claimed he was on vacation and I had to wait 7 days for his visit, then would not clarify if he had the part on hand yet or if he would have had to order it at that point and then wait.  Finally he said no he did not get the part.  Just tell me one way or another so I can address the issue??

Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would ship me the part, he ignores my text again, I call him again, then he abruptly drops me as a client because he can't handle constructive feedback that I simply said he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD trying to get my hot water working???  I paid for his diagnosis and he won't even call and report it to Navien.  Unprofessional.  Awkward experience.  Bad at communicating in English.  Irresponsible from a service standpoint.  Failed to meet commitments.  Not accountable.

Hands down, these guys are the best.  I had bids from three other highly rated HVAC companies in North County and none of them came close to the technical knowledge and professionalism of Sherlock.   My salesman Justin was extremely detailed with my bid and followed up with me immediately with any concerns or questions I had during the process.  The installation leads Billy and Donny were extremely professional, efficient and courteous as well.  They were always on time and left my home spotless.  If you want the best system for the money, go with Sherlock.  You might find a cheaper bid but you will be getting an inferior installation.  Go with Sherlock, you will not regret it.

Whew! We're new homeowners and have had a few plumbing issues and were very overwhelmed with how to tackle things. Electric Lee, you lit up my life yesterday. How, you ask? Well, Devren Lee and his electrical expertise hung up 2 canister lights above my kitchen island. The end product gave my kitchen a more modern and personalized look. He arrived promptly and got to work right away. His rates for work are competitively priced. After calling numerous electricians for quotes, I trusted Yelp and his rates for hire. No frills, to the point estimates and explanations of his work were very helpful. He cleaned up the work area, especially after all the drywall dust settled everywhere.
Payment was through credit card, but heads up that there is a 4% surcharge (flyer miles?)
I plan to ask Devren for his help for the setup of my man-cave in the near future. Thanks Devren for your easy going help.

I can't say enough about Steve at SRP Electric.  The picture of the rare 200amp main breaker he recently posted was for my house.

My main breaker was jimmy-rigged by one of the electricians working on our kitchen remodel in January.  He jammed a key under the 200 amp main breaker to force it to stay on.  When I found it, and removed the key, the breaker shut off and wouldn't go back on.  This was 8:00 at night and we obviously had no electricity.  I looked on my phone for emergency electricians.  SRP showed up so I called them and left a message.  Steve called me back within 5 minutes.  I explained the situation and he immediately tried to solve the issue for us.  Problem was they don't make that breaker anymore so he had to try and hunt down either a refurbished main or an OEM main.

Steve found one either late that night or early next morning.  He came out that morning and replaced the bad breaker with an original from the same manufacturer.  Amazing.  He was on my case from the moment I called, and didn't let up until he replaced the rare main breaker.  He did all this within 14 hours.  The dude saved my butt and I will forever be appreciative.   He made me a customer for life.  That's how it's supposed to work.

Mike Martin did a great job from the start to the finish! i am impressed after years of learning the hard way that not all contractors are created equal! Mike did everything right including sweeping up his work space after he was done.  
The price was right on but more importantly was Mike's professionalism and his ability to win over my wife who is pretty tough on contractors!

Call this guy. Leo is awesome! From the time I first contacted him early in the morning on a Sunday to the time he had my power back up, LESS THAN 90 MINUTES HAD ELAPSED!!!
He replied within 10 minutes of my sending him a request. He first went over some tips via text to see if my house power outage could be easily resolved. Once we determined that a more experienced hand would be needed for my older electrical panel, he was at my location (Rancho Penasquitos) within 30 minutes. Once he confirmed that the main circuit breaker had failed, it didn't take long for him to get everything fixed and double-checked.
I really appreciate that he took the time to troubleshoot over the phone to see if the issue was something that I could resolve myself. Excellent customer service. Super nice guy, too.

We needed to convert some outdated light fixtures to LEDs for our kitchen. I contacted a few local electricians.  Jesus was one of the first to respond. He came out to look at my project the same day and gave me a fair estimate. He was accommodating and was able to start the work right away.

He seems very honest and did not charge me anything extra or had hidden fees. He was very professional and would refer him to my friends and family.
