Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I had work done with them recently. I was extremely pleased. My plumbing was clogged up throughout the house. They discovered the cause was a corroded drain pipe filled with tree roots. They did an excellent work replacing my corroded drain pipe. It was really a big job. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled for the task. If you're looking for great quality service these are the guys for you. I highly recommend.

I texted Dr. Rooter and with in 5 minutes text right back ask for my address and was at my home in 45 minutes to fix my issues. Outstanding rates and very professional service.

My 2 years old tankless water heater  stopped working out of the blue. Manufacturer was closed for a 7/4 weekend and no hot water and shower for a week! Called around some people but no progress. Borrowed neighbors shower and all but still gross!

We called Pacific Tankless and he picked up his phone and scheduled for a visit next morning. He showed up when he said he would, he was VERY reasonable with the price. I am so glad we found him! He will be our forever guy!

I want to share with anyone reading this review about experiences I have had with Sherlock Heating and Air. Let me begin by saying that all of their technicians are respectful and pleasant. A few years ago the company installed mini-split air conditioning systems in our home to the cost of many thousands. Recently, when the one of the systems stopped working I was told, by a Sherlock technician, that the system they installed was inferior and the inferior system would now cost me $4500 to replace a solenoid on the entire system. This experience was followed by Sherlock plumbers replacing 3 flaps in 3 toilet tanks, cost was $600. A water purifying system under our kitchen sink, I was told would need 4 filters changed every 6 months. I thought I could change them and agreed to the installation. I realized that it was more complicated than originally thought. Yesterday one of their technicians told me the cost would be $1100---every 6 months!  After complaining about that cost the technician quoted a price of $387. I was shocked!! Do you think $673 would have been returned to me if I had been stupid enough to agree? If you do not mind grossly overpaying, call Sherlock Heating and Air.

Joshua and his team did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, and we were seriously impressed by their work. Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedules, and extremely hard-working to make sure the job got done on time, even if it meant working late into the night. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

They did a good job! Mauricio is very responsive! Gerardo and Emilio came on time and fixed our drip leak issue! We initially thought it's just a tub spout issue but turns out it was the cartridge! Gave us a reasonable quote, we scheduled it and they completed work within an hour (quicker than their estimated work time)! Will definitely recommend them to our friends!

Seriously, Niall and Pete did a superb job installing three of our crystal ceiling lights in our closet!  I had two lights in there previously and it had to be re-centered because we had added some built-in drawers on one side of the wall.  They re-centered my lights along with added the third light in and patched up the holes.  I am very pleased with how it all turned out!  Their rates are very reasonable to me.  They arrived on time and worked very diligently.  I'm definitely thinking of them again for all of my electric needs.

We had an escrow closing and my clients bathroom lights just stopped working. I needed it fixed fast. I called Electric Lee and he came out the next morning and fixed everything. We closed escrow in time and my client is very happy. Devren did an excellent job! Fast and reliable. I will be keeping his number for future electrical repairs.

These guys are amazing ! There is no wonder why they get 5 star reviews. I had multiple conduits that runs electricity to my pool and all of them had metal pipes that eroded and exposed the wires and presented high danger. Steven worked with me on doing an initial estimate and clearly explained the options I have. They came up with a alternate solution that didn't require us to dig up all the concrete and it worked great. On the day of the work, the crew clearly explained the work expected and advised me on what my best course of action. It was more work than I initially anticipated but absolutely required as the entire line was eroded and has to be replaced. All looks great now and I can sleep a lot better now. It also made my fountain near the pool fully functional now. Great job guys ! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy electrician.

For ELECTRICIAN... my superstar was Leo! I had a whole wall that had no power to. My of the outlets an no switch in the breaker box.  Leo was the first to reply to my request. Reasonable prices. Showed up on time. Solved all my problems. ZERO hassle. Even got my AC working!  Just another day in the life of a Yelp hero!  I will definitely be using him again!  Thank you Leo!

Jesus came out the same day I called him to look at the work we needed him to do. I had 2 chandeliers that needed to be removed and replaced on an 18 foot ceiling. The other bids I had were completely ridiculous. He text me the bid the following day and installed the lights by the end of the week. He was quick and did great work. I will definitely call him again for any electrical needs and would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Mark was willing to come out early at 8 am before the work day started to help me out with my electrical outage in my house. He showed up a few minutes early and got right to work trouble shooting the problem (after he even tried to help me fix it on the phone). He quickly identified the problem and showed me electrical wiring issues that my previous contractor had actually cut some corners on. Since he was out already I had him rewire to my newer main panel and now I don't have a fire hazard on my house. I had no idea the older panel was even operational! Mark was in and done with his work in an hour and a half. I highly recommend him and I have saved his number for future projects. Thanks for the quick work Mark.

Late on a Friday afternoon I Managed to trip a circuit breaker that then wouldn't reset. Checked Yelp and called Rory... he was great! He came by in less than an hour, and the kitchen was back in business for dinner. I now have a go-to electrician!

Frank is the very best. Extremely professional, dependable and does great work. He has done a wide variety of projects for me and my family over the years, and never does anything short of perfect. I am a real estate agent and I am also very comfortable recommending him to clients, which isn't something I take lightly. I could not recommend him more!
