Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Andy was awesome!  He came right out and fixed the leak.  There was water all over the place and I was in desperation.  Andy saved the day!  The repair was completed quickly.  Andy was respectful and thorough.  He checked and made sure everything was working well before he left and checked my water pressure to make sure it wouldn't happen again.  He practiced full social distancing and wore a mask.  I would definitely use them again.

If you need plumber to handle the hardest plumbing jobs, then you found your guy! Jerry and his team are not only very experienced, but also easy to communicate with, and affordable!
Like many folks, we only seem to experience plumbing emergencies on the weekends (go figure), when most plumbing companies are closed. Thank goodness Dr Rooter (Jerry) was available, and able to help. Long story short, we had a horrible sewage backup due to a forest of tree roots in our outgoing sewage pipe that forced the plumbing to backup (not pleasant at all). Jerry and his team of plumbing special forces came out, removed all the roots, but then noticed many holes in the pipe. This is where Jerry's experience came in, and suggested inserting a liner into the pipe, which literally saved us $1000s!!!

I called around and some companies want up to $1,500 to SWAP out and old tankless for a new one.  Are you kidding me?  The lines are already ran! If it was going to cost a ton I would have Youtubed it and done it myself.  I spoke with AJ and he offered a reasonable price so I left it up to the expert.  He is fast and efficient and the whole job took him less than 3 hours.  He can run and fix anything to do with water/gas line as well, so if I need his help I will definite call him again.  Thank you AJ!

Just want to say how impressed I am with Sherlock Plumbing, Heating and Air. Our water heater exploded last night which left us with no water. Aaron Sherlock and Jeff Thomas rearranged their preset schedule to help us. Oscar Frigon, their plumbing expert came out, removed the old water heater, replaced it with a new one, added an expansion tank and was done within a couple hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and followed Covid precautionary guidelines. He explained the entire system to me before leaving. Thank you Oscar and the Sherlock team.

Very impressed with not only the work done by Electric Lee, but the knowledge of the workmen sent out. I've had Electric Lee out twice now in the last 8 months or so for two separate issues. First, was to replace a kitchen chandelier. I purchased the new chandelier myself so they needed to take the old one down and put the new one up.  They were great to work with, being careful not to damage the old chandelier, suggesting I may be able to sell it. They took their time in making sure the new light was level and worked to my satisfaction. it looks great!
The second time they came out was for a replacement of recessed lights at my front door.  I needed new fixtures, as I was replacing ones without a cover to ones with a cover.  The area is about 25 feet high and I thought that may be a problem, but they quickly and efficiently took the old lights out and replaced them with exactly what I was looking for. While they were here, I had them look at a light in my kitchen that isn't working. They worked on it and discovered that it wasn't hooked up to any switch. In order to make it work it would be pretty invasive and it wasn't that important to me to have them drill into walls.
I would strongly recommend using Electric Lee for any of your electrical issues. They are honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

SRP electric came out promptly and I really appreciated the way they explained every step and communicated with me. Very knowledgable with the old wiring and electrical system I noticed  and did a clean job.

Mike was very quick to respond to the request and also was more thorough in his explanation of how he would handle my installation (Ring floodlight/cam).  5 stars for communication, install, clean up etc.  Definitely recommend.

Jesus is super responsive and these guys are my go to electricians for any work inside and outside.  I've had ceiling fans installed, gfci throughout home, Conduit for new island outlet, exterior outlets...you name it they can do it. This was to upgrade  from 100A to to 200 A and it passed inspection . He is seasoned senior electrician and knows his stuff and did a  clean job .

Rory Higgins is definitely now my go to electrician!  He hard wired my husband's PS4 ... no easy task ....and worked diligently and steadily until it was done.  He also put in a new outside outlet in record time.  He's who I will call for all future needs!

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!
