Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Thank you to Raphael, Carlos and Axel for squeezing us into your busy schedules knowing the rains were coming and our risk of leak was high. We had water leaking into our vents, causing water backups and damage to the inside of the house. Carlos was communicative throughout the process, ran possible solutions by us, consulted with Raphael, and promptly completed our project. We felt they all went above and beyond for us. We felt heard and that our best interests were considered--a rarity, I know! We have now hired them to hook up our tankless heater to our upstairs bathroom. If you are looking for hardworking, trustworthy, and genuinely kind (to our pups too!) professionals, look no further. These guys are wonderful.

I called for work on a clogged kitchen sink and although Owen Plumbing was fully booked the receptionist was able to send a plumber that same date.Pete the plumber arrived and took care of the issue along with clearing a slow draining sink in the bathroom. We talked about future projects which I plan to have Owen Plumbing take care of, I spoke with the owner Scott and he was very professional and caring in all concerns I brought up. A good plumber is hard to find and I'm glad to have had my neighbor recommend them,honestly and customer service goes a long way. Thank you for your time and attention Scott.

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

Marshall is definitely the best plumber we have ever known, I don't know why I never thought to leave a review but here it is now. We have been using Clairemont Plumbing for over 9 years and Marshall has not once failed us in the many different problems we have had here. Always on time, checks the issue and lets you know whats needed and If he doesn't have the part will leave to get it and fix the issue.

Needed to get a water heater installed. I did not know who to choose until I came across pacific tankless. So let me explain a little...

This isn't some large corporate company with fancy trucks and techs. This is a hard working single-run business who passes the savings onto the customer without sacrificing the quality. AJ came to my house, removed my old water heater, installed one of the new fancy ones, and took the old one with him for disposal. I was charged the price quoted (did not raise the price like some other companies).

Honest, does great work, and very fair pricing....what more do you want?!

Although the job took longer than expected Eddie always told me what time he would arrive which was confirmed each day by Tina. Eddie explained everything and was meticulous. Everything was cleaned up before he left for the day. Carlos helped on the first two days - he was polite and clearly worked hard along side Eddie. The last 2 days Frank helped Eddie. I will definitely recommend Sherlock and tell people to request Eddie as their installer.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

I called many plumbers on a Friday afternoon to clear a drain at a triplex.  The tenants were upset that the drains were plugged and that they may remained plugged for at least part of the weekend.  I have some plumbers that we have used, but they didn't want to come-out.
Mauricio said he would come out in the early evening.  He did and he did a great job!  He also did some camera analysis and explained that the cast iron drain line was shot.  I was interested in a more permanent solution and he explained the bursting process.
I thought that would be the best solution so we set up a meeting.  He came out and cameraed the lines and determined how best to do the job.  Because of some complexities in my system the came up with a solution to do part of it with bursting and part with lining.  
The job went very well and everything was clearly and respectfully communicated with me and the tenants.  The tenants were very happy with the whole crew and the process.
Everything went very well and the work was very professionally done even to the most minor details like the clean outs and the concrete repairs.
The tenants were very pleased with the workers and the work; that was also a huge benefit because if there was anything wrong, at all, the tenants would have made my life miserable.

Our house is older, and when we got a Chevy Volt we were surprised to learn that plugging it in at our outlet in the garage made the car honk periodically and not charge.

We called a few other electricians, one quoted something insane like $3,000 to replace our whole panel, etc, and finally got Premo out.

Niall was super nice and told us we just needed the outlet grounded.  He was quick and navigated through the 6 inches of free space we have to stand in the garage to get the work done.  Very reasonably priced, I would highly recommend them!

We have recently moved to a new house in IB and decided to put some solar panels. Electric lee has been amazing, helpful and cheap. They arrived on time and gave us useful tips on how to best maintain them. 5 stars!!

Fantastic service all around. Leo was the only electrician from 7 that i called to get back to us. On a Wednesday afternoon no less. He was responsive and helpful the entire time he was here. He'll definitely be our go to guy

Jesus was great: super-responsive, on time (actually, early), and very professional. Our outdoor heater broke because we overloaded the circuit. Jesus came out to check the damage the same day I contacted him, and returned the following morning with the right supplies to fix it. We expected to have to pay hundreds, but he only charged $75 for his time. I would definitely hire Jesus for any future electrical task.

Mark is a great electrician despite being a Lakers fan! He was available quickly. I needed an outlet installed for my EV and he gave me a fair and affordable quote. Other estimates were crazy and were trying to tear apart my house. He did the job in the simplest way possible. This is the third job he's done and he does great work.

Our vacuum cleaner blew out a circuit in our home (which included our substantial office in the home).  Resetting the breaker didn't solve the problem.  Uh oh.

We called several electricians using Yelp recommendations.  Some had bad answering machines, sounded anonymous, etc.  We left messages for 4 to call us back.  Which all eventually did, but too late.

Rory Higgins (he's NOT Higgins Rory) we reached with our call to his cell phone, and he sounded competent.  He set a time he could make it (two hours to get here), then called to say his job would delay him another hour.  Showed up at the amended time, and chased the problem.  

Our house was built in Scripps Ranch in 1970 and apparently the outlets were a little substandard.  Had to check several on the ciruit to find which one had shorted (all lacked a neutral wire), and he fixed it.  He also replaced one outlet that was in bad shape.

His visit lasted a bit over an hour, and his price was QUITE reasonable.  He's now our electrician, though with luck, I'll never see him again except in Costco!  I strongly recommend Rory Higgins to others with electrical problems.

Frank is one of those old souls from days gone by when contractors saw the quality of their work as their calling card. He genuinely takes pride in his craft as an electrician and it shows. We were fortunate to have Frank on our side after we unexpectedly learned our home (built originally in the 1920s and added to in the 1950s) needed to be rewired. From start to finish Frank was communicative, easy to work with and he kept us in the loop as things progressed.  He also managed our expectations and made what could've been a stressful process anything but stressful. While I wish we could keep him a secret, we cannot recommending him highly enough. And, his pricing is competitive. Frank is not the least expensive electrician in town, however, do you really want the cheapest person doing your electrical work?.... Give Frank an opportunity as we did, you won't be disappointed. Included are a few before pictures of the electrical nightmare Frank remedied for us.
