I am returning customer writing my second great review. I own a rental Condo unit in downtown 9th avenue. My tenant called me Sunday around 11 AM regarding two plumbing issues, one in kitchen sink and second in bathtub. Since I had great experience with Rafael, I called him and he responded immediately. Around 1:30 in the afternoon he was in my Condo unit and fixed both issues. Great service, fast response and reasonable price. Don't even hesitate to call Lefty's plumbing anytime. I will call him again for any plumbing issue at my house or my rental property.

We had a slow leak coming from our toilet valve. My husband tried to fix it but afraid that he will mess up and cost us a lot more. It was Sunday when this happened and with the craziness going on due to this pandemic, we didn't think that anyone will come but we called around anyways. Jerry was actually in the neighborhood so they dropped by to check out our leak. They replaced our toilet valve and also the noise reducer. Their price is also much affordable compared to others I've seen. We definitely recommend them for any plumbing work.

We had Owen Plumbing handle the extension of our waste/water line in the kitchen as well as gas line install.  They showed up right at time and got everything knocked out quicker than I thought.  The guys were great with my daughter and just overall pleasant.  Highly recommend.

Extremely rude not professional at all. If I could give negative stars I would. My 65 yr old my was waiting for them to show up.  When they arrived they announce their presence by yelling. We r here my mother tried to explain what the problem was his response was we don't want to hear it! They refused to walk in the house, and check out plumping stuff. Then they had my mother helping them! By turning on and off all the stuff in the house. (Toilet & sinks) while barking orders at her. I am pretty sure she isn't on their payroll.  I don't recommend them.

Finally a good old fashioned plumber where service and family values are first priority! Efficient and polite with very reasonable fees, I am so happy with Clairemont plumbing, from the first phone call to the problem solved, it was a wonderful experience!

I called around and some companies want up to $1,500 to SWAP out and old tankless for a new one.  Are you kidding me?  The lines are already ran! If it was going to cost a ton I would have Youtubed it and done it myself.  I spoke with AJ and he offered a reasonable price so I left it up to the expert.  He is fast and efficient and the whole job took him less than 3 hours.  He can run and fix anything to do with water/gas line as well, so if I need his help I will definite call him again.  Thank you AJ!

I own a townhome out here, and my friends are renting it. The air conditioner stopped working, so I posted on Facebook requesting recommendations from my San Diego friends. One of my college professors from the past told me I had to use Sherlock, that they were the best, so we tried them.  The technicians name was Jared Stein-Roe and he was GREAT!  Very courteous, friendly, answered all my questions, explained everything, was detailed, and left me confident I was getting great and honest service.  If anything goes wrong in the future, I can now confidently call from AZ and be confident in their service.  Thanks Sherlock!  Nice job Jared!

Whew! We're new homeowners and have had a few plumbing issues and were very overwhelmed with how to tackle things. Mauricio gave us honest, solid guidance and the entire Exodus team tackled our big job fast. We are super grateful to have found such amazing service and will absolutely use Exodus for all of our jobs in the future!

Just got a visit from Julian. He was not only a master of his craft but more importantly, a great person to invite into our home. He started off by calling promptly 20 minutes before the appointment just like advertised. When he arrived, he consulted on a couple projects my wife and I  were working on out of sheer kindness and did our lighting fixture like a true perfectionist would. Even ran down to CVS to pick up a couple bulbs to complete the project. If you're like me and don't mind paying a good premium for the knowledgeable and expert service, then stop browsing and hire these guys right away.  I haven't worked with everyone there and I'm sure they're great. But do yourself a favor and request Julian if he's available. You won't regret it.

I'm somewhat surprised this business doesn't go by Electric Ninjas because they're in and out, leaving your lights looking better than before! I needed 2 light fixtures replaced with new ones I bought online. Electric Lee was really quick to respond and it turned out they had an immediate opening that day due to a cancellation or I would need to wait a week due to scheduling (always good to hear something like that)! I had to move around my schedule to make it work but I'm sure glad I did! Fast and efficient. Very professional. Well worth your time and money. Competitive pricing. Definitely recommend.

Our GFI and circuit breaker tripped today and resetting and testing did not fix our problem.  A call to SRP Electric provided a host of trouble shooting suggestions and recommendations to thoroughly work through those possible solutions to prevent a costly service call.  I could not get it reset, so an electrician was scheduled.  The electrician called and was 15 min out and suggested I give it one last try... it worked and he did not charge a service call.  You can't buy that kind of honesty and customer care... it has to be inherent in the company and the people who work there.  This experience has made me a loyal future customer and I hope anyone in the Tierrasanta area remembers to call them first... THANK YOU SRP Electric!!!

We received a very prompt reply from Mike in response our request for a service call. He was able to schedule a time that worked well for us. After a description of the problem, potential faulty light switch, Mike provided a very reasonable quote for the job. Indeed, it was a switch that needed replacing, a small job for a professional, but monumental for someone reluctant to touch anything related to electricity...who wants to get shocked?! Anyway, within 15 minutes, new switch installed, invoice prepared at half the quoted price, and Mike was out the door. If we have any other electrical needs, we'll definitely call Service Pro and will also recommend him to friends and relatives.

We called Leo about putting in two new GFI outlets in our bathrooms when we added a bidet.  He quoted us a good price, showed up when he said and did a fantastic job!  The install looks like it was done by a professional (he is) and done quickly.

A great neighborhood businessman.  We will use him again for other projects.

I needed an electrician to repair the ceiling light in my master bedroom and requested for quotes from 5 different vendors.  I was hoping to have the repair completed over the weekend and to my delight Jesus of United Electric was 1 of 2 vendors who was willing and able to come on the Saturday I requested.  Jesus was pleasant, on time, efficient in  competing the repair and reasonable as well!  I would not hesitate to contact United Electric for future repairs.  Thank you!

Mark is incredible! In addition to installing some outdoor electrical outlets for us and a bedroom ceiling fan, Mark installed outdoor lighting in both our front and back yard. The ambiance it adds is amazing! And it's not too bright like some outdoor lighting can be -- it's subtle but makes a huge difference. Mark was professional, prompt, and honest about pricing (as well as being more affordable than other quotes we received.) I highly recommend him for outdoor lighting as well as any other electrical needs. Thanks again Mark!

I would like to recommend Frank Electric [email protected] for your electrician needs.  I contacted Frank and within a week he completed by job.  I phoned him to ask if he could stop by to give an estimate while I was meeting the painter.  He re-routed and came out to meet me.  While he was there he quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me pricing for replacement parts and committed to returning later in the day to install the replacement LED light.  I will definitely contact Frank for future electrician needs.
