Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Call Jerry before anyone else. Jerry answered right away and showed up on time. We called him to unclog a drain in our kitchen today after we called around to other companies and got left without responses. Jerry was very professional and gave me a quote to unclog my drain over the phone. If we ever have issues again we will be using him again.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could.  Needed bathroom sink and bathtub drains unclogged. Plumber came out when he said he would fixed the problem and charged 10% of what Colepepper plumbing wanted.  This is our first time using Clairemont plumbing   I'm telling all my friends about them

We went through COSTCO for our HVAC.  Sherlock showed up and our guy, Vincent, was amazing (we'd give him five stars).   Our HVAC was installed in August.  Everything seemed to be ok.  However they had to cut the opening in our closet ceiling to get the system installed.  They stayed they'd repair it.   No biggie.   We are now at the end of January and it's still not repaired anD now DDaisy and the manager is stating it's in the conntrsct that drywall repairs at re not authorized.  Hmmm it took you this long to say this considering  we've spoken at lEast a half dozen times regarding this matter???
Let's talk about the HVAC final permit from the City of San Diego.  The City showed up to do the inspection but informed us that Sherlock was responsible for providing the ladder ((at least six feet) to go into the attic.  So we called Sherlock and they argued with the indpec stating they didn't have the manpower to bring one over & they wantEd proof that the contractor was responsible for it.  The inspector got upset with them  and said to look in the e City guidelines.  
If I had to do this over I'd not go through this company.   We spent $14k on an HVAC day system only to have this type of customer service.  
I'll be contacting COSTCO to let them know what type of contractors in the store is representing them.

So glad I found Exodus Plumbing when my kitchen sink wouldn't drain properly. The response time and appt. scheduling time was super fast. Mauricio quickly and thoroughly had the job done and for a very reasonable  price in comparison to what larger more commercialized companies would. Super happy I found them on Yelp and will definitely call again in the future!

The ability of a service company to perform breaks down into two parts. Number one, technical knowledge and number two the organization management to be able to deliver said service. When a company is able to put the two together they become exceptional. A leader in their industry. Reviews given on Yelp reflect that performance and when a company can obtain a Solid 5 star rating and have a significant number of reviews they are more likely to be able to successfully complete the work or service you're looking for. There's an old saying it takes one to know one. I own and operate my own Service Company called Nixtermite  (pest control) and have reviews similar to this company. I know what it takes to be a good service company and Premo electric has what it takes. If you are in need of basic electrical repair or a full rewiring of your home give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Electric Lee was professional, courteous and very responsive. They promptly provided an estimate/quote and availability for an appointment. The electrician arrived in a mask and worked efficiently and did quality work. Will call them again for future electrical needs!

Anthony from SRP Electric gave me outstanding service and took the time to explain to me in terms that I understood with the issues of the electrical system from my new house I recently bought. I thought the initial inspection report from my inspector was detailed until I was blown away with his findings and thoroughness. I was a little hesitant to pay for a 2nd inspection(electrical) but it was a well spent investment! Safety for me and my toddler was my biggest concern and his direct approach towards the electric violations and safety hazards was beyond me. The solutions they offered me(warrantied) were perfect for my lifestyle and budget. I will give him and his team a 10/10 with professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge and politeness. I would definitely use them in the future for all my electric needs and will ask for Anthony!

They were punctual and Fair  in pricing and cleaned up well after their work. There was a blunder where one worker actually fell in attic so they had to fix a spot in the ceiling. They made good on the repair and gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the repair they did. The repair turned out great. I now have a new ceiling fan in my bedroom and new LED lights in my kitchen.  I would give them 5 stars if there was no mistake on the job. I would give them 4.5 star but you can't do it on the app.

Amazing quick, straightforward and reasonable pricing. It was a small job (changing front doorbell and porch light), but they came quickly on Sunday to take a look. In just a few minutes the porch of my rental property had an updated look.

Would definitely recommend!!! I had a blown fuse/tripped circuit that I couldn't figure out, and had no power anywhere in the house. Called this number, and first he helped me troubleshoot a few things over the phone in case it was an easy fix. When I still couldn't fix the issue, he came by to take a look. Very friendly, professional, and on task. Was there about ten minutes and problem solved! Would 100% use this service again!! Thank you!

Maybe 10 or so years have gone by since Rory helped me out, but I still remember the great service I received...

I had a circuit breaker that kept blowing and it was a hassle using a tent-light in our windowless bathrooms so I needed help quick! Since I live in Poway, I wanted to get somebody local to fix my problem. It was before I knew about yelp, so found Rory Higgins BBB listing, recieved a quick response and he showed up ON-TIME the next day. Rory charged by the half-hour and found & fixed my short circuit with a GFI outlet & other parts he had on-hand in his truck in a matter of 15 minutes!

He then asked me if I had any other electrical issues since he hadn't even used up 30 minutes, so I mentioned our quirky setup of 3 different switches that all operate the same hallway light, which was annoying at times when only 1 switch would work and you never knew which one until you tried them all. He had that problem figured out & fixed in another 20 minutes or so and my price including parts + 40 minutes labor came to $68 which I thought was killer deal 10 years ago...

Rory even explained the cause of the short so if ever something similar happens again, I will be better prepared to troubleshoot or fix the situation myself. Nice guy too and didn't mind answering my questions...

After speaking to over 8 electricians (seriously), I decided to go with Frank. His easy communication style and very reasonable costs sealed the deal. We were able to agree on a date and time easily and he met us at our condo with no hiccups. Yes, someone that actually comes on time (he even came early) does exist, though rare, and Frank is his name. He changed out our bathroom fan, installed a chandelier, and changed out the switch in a very timely manner. He had extra materials (switches) which was nice since we didn't have anything. He was incredibly courteous and his attention to detail surpassed mine (rare).

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I can't recommend him enough. He is our go to electrician from now on.
