Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Andy was awesome!  He came right out and fixed the leak.  There was water all over the place and I was in desperation.  Andy saved the day!  The repair was completed quickly.  Andy was respectful and thorough.  He checked and made sure everything was working well before he left and checked my water pressure to make sure it wouldn't happen again.  He practiced full social distancing and wore a mask.  I would definitely use them again.

Allan did Excellent, fast and reliable service, I definitely call them again if needed such services.

My water heater went out late Thursday evening. Called Owen plumbing Friday morning and said they would be able to fit me in later the same day. A little while later received a call that they had an opening and could come earlier around 10am which I happily accepted. Thanks to David and Reuben who were both professional and very efficient removing and replacing the water heater. Great work. Thank you Owen plumbing for the fantastic customer service. Much appreciated!

Extremely rude not professional at all. If I could give negative stars I would. My 65 yr old my was waiting for them to show up.  When they arrived they announce their presence by yelling. We r here my mother tried to explain what the problem was his response was we don't want to hear it! They refused to walk in the house, and check out plumping stuff. Then they had my mother helping them! By turning on and off all the stuff in the house. (Toilet & sinks) while barking orders at her. I am pretty sure she isn't on their payroll.  I don't recommend them.

Gotta say AJ Anguelov of Pacific Tankless is on point, and of course a kind man too. He did a great job replacing my leaking, failing water heater. The price was right, he provided good answers to all my questions when searching for a company to do the work, and most of all the quality of workmanship is spot on. I really can't say enough about how great it is when someone does good work, it looks sharp, and the work area and unit installed is clean. Really good, clean, sharp results.  Oh, and he was super great about fitting me in as soon as possible; remember, i was under pressure due to significant water leaking from the bottom of my old water heater. Seriously...no complaints at all. Thanks AJ!

Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning provides quality service! Eddie, in particular, installed the unit in my place and he was great! He clearly knows what he is doing and completes the job in a very respectful and personable manner. His manager, Richard Johnson, is amazing to work with too! I highly recommend this company!

Joshua does great work for a great price. He took care of my pipes and did a great job, no leaks!

I found my toilet clogging this morning and called Mauricio for service. He arrived within an hour after I called and immediately got to work. The problem was eventually solved after a few trials and the toilet had to be removed for a bit.

I'm very satisfied with Mauricio's timeliness, professionalism and service quality. He will be the first one I'll call if I have a problem with my toilet again!

Had an issue with an electrical panel that shocked me twice and was buzzing.  It scared me and immediately used Yelp to find an electrician who can come ASAP.  Premo Electric responded right away and had an electrician at my house to troubleshoot within half an hour of my contacting them.  Christian was great and fixed the issue fairly quickly.   Their rates were also competitive.  I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I contacted Devren at Electric Lee to remove and replace my dining room chandelier and two pendant lights in my kitchen.  His crew also replaced 7 smoke detectors in our house. He was able to schedule my appointment in less than a week during these busy holiday times.  His crew was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for future projects.  Five stars!!!

Technician was very nice and flexible to schedule the site assessment.  Why one star?  He quoted me $8,000 to run exposed conduit to non-working outlets from the electrical box to the two locations.  Called out a second electrician, he charged me $75 to replace two fault pieces at the breaker that was casing the short.  Seriously man?

Here is my response from the owner Steve, who my husband has spoken to since I posted this original post just so I can be fair to this vendor:

My tenant is who your staffer named Anthony allowed into our condo where we requested a site assessment from your company-, and we were also charged $95 for that site assessment.  Nor my husband or I were present for the site assessment.  My husband called me and said, you need to speak to this tech at the condo, and provided me the phone number of the tech, again his name is Anthony.  I called him and we spoke about his assessment.  He said it would require he run conduit along the outside walls in order to solve the issue of the outlets not getting full power.  I asked him several times if that's his best assessment and he said yes.  So, I told him that I would speak to my husband and if we decide to do the project, we would call him back but that in honesty, we will need to get a second opinion.   That is the fact!  So, the issue here is not that you were a company who tried to take advantage of a consumer, clearly, you sent an inexperienced technician or, an employee who had somewhere else to be.   Sadly, we were charged $95, which seems unfair if you ask me.  Sorry I didn't record the call, but those are the facts.  I would have liked this to have been a positive post-and although it worked out, my post is simply to draw a light on consumers making sure they get a second opinion.

Overall very satisfied! Michael was the easiest to communicate with via Yelp messages after requesting quote to multiple places. Received fair pricing upfront and same day availability right away. Other places tried to overcharge from the beginning. I recommend this place and would call back for other service needs in the future.

Call this guy. Leo is awesome! From the time I first contacted him early in the morning on a Sunday to the time he had my power back up, LESS THAN 90 MINUTES HAD ELAPSED!!!
He replied within 10 minutes of my sending him a request. He first went over some tips via text to see if my house power outage could be easily resolved. Once we determined that a more experienced hand would be needed for my older electrical panel, he was at my location (Rancho Penasquitos) within 30 minutes. Once he confirmed that the main circuit breaker had failed, it didn't take long for him to get everything fixed and double-checked.
I really appreciate that he took the time to troubleshoot over the phone to see if the issue was something that I could resolve myself. Excellent customer service. Super nice guy, too.
I'll definitely be calling him again the next time I need anything electrical done!

I look forward to the next opportunity to hire Mark for a job at our house in La Jolla. I reached out to Mark before the 2017 Christmas holidays to get an estimate on front yard lighting, both functional and accent. Mark was responsive and reasonably priced.  He installed accent flood lighting on our front yard palm trees, and he also added in flood lighting in the interior courtyard and a floodlight that is dimmable by remote. first time I used it, had a problem with 2 bulbs and the flood light was too white (LED style).  Mark came down the next day and fixed everything to our taste, and he even included a few things at his own cost.  would hire Mark again in a heartbeat.  thanks Mark!

Rory was able to come out quickly to fix an improperly mounted 220v outlet for our stove. He had great communication, gave us an up-front estimate on the repair cost which he met, couldn't be happier.

If you want someone to get the job done right AND on time, Frank is your guy!  Frank helped with a huge renovation project we had, from planning to installation of a new meter.  He makes himself available and is up front when it comes to timing and prices.  He really takes pride in his work and will go the extra mile to make sure the job gets done.  We would highly recommend Frank Electric!
