Called Clairemont Plumbing at 10 AM and talked with Marshall to come out and fix a leaky pressure regulator valve and leaky spigot. Showed up when he said and took care of everything in about 30 minutes. Marshall is a straight shooter and knows what he's doing. Fixed the leaky spigot for free!! (Didn't have to replace). Nice guy. I highly recommend Clairemont Plumbing. Definitely in my contacts.

The first time AJ came to my home was last year when I had an issue with the temperatures in my showers. It was through my homeowners insurance at the time, but AJ was professional, timely and beyond nice. When he left me his card, I kept it even though I was hoping to never use it again.

Fast forward about a year to this past Friday. I was getting a fridge delivered from Best Buy but the delivery guys wouldn't install it because they said the valve had calcified and I needed to call a plumber. In a panic I quickly went to Yelp, but then remembered the card AJ left me. I called him and he was able to squeeze me in day of. He came over with another associate and they were able to fix everything in no time! Pricing was fair and reasonable too.

Would definitely recommend AJ at Pacific Tankless and will be calling them for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

Previous work to install a hot water expansion tank was quick, reasonably priced, and the technician was professional.

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

They came right within 30 minutes of me reaching out. Very honest checking my drains as we had just moved in and quick snaking a drain for me as well as catching a leak in a condensation AC pipe. And well priced! Would definitely use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

I can see why these guys have 5 star reviews!  Definitely recommend them and will use them again. I could go in to a whole explanation of our situation, but basically they know their stuff, had solutions when things came up (i.e. no attic access), courteous, professional and efficient.

Used these guys to install two ceiling fans where none had been previously. They were friendly and prompt and efficient. The price was fair and when one of the fans proved defective, I returned it, got a replacement and they returned the next day to finish the install. I highly recommend them.

Can't go wrong with SRP. They do honest and clean work. You can tell they love their job and the professionalism shows.

I contacted Service Pro Electrical to have the AC conduit moved closer to the unit. Mike was very responsive from the beginning, showed up on time and exceeded all my expectations. He went the extra mile to hide the conduit, even replaced our old breaker box. We will be painting the house soon I'm very happy Mike was able to get this done so nicely.

We needed to update our guest room with new/modern outlets and light switch and also put in a new ceiling fan. My daughter highly recommended Leo Electrical. I called and left a message and he texted me back with prices and said he could do it later in the week. He sent Neil to our house to do the job. First of all, Neil was on time and extremely polite and respectful.  He did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Leo Electrical's prices can't be beat!! We have this track lighting in the kitchen that the wife hates with a passion so she wanted them replaced with recessed lighting and wanted some additional pendant lights installed over the kitchen island.

I got various estimates on Yelp from electrical companies and Mark came back with the lowest estimate per light and labor. We asked could he come by for on site estimate and final price and was able to do so within a couple of days.

Professional job from beginning to end. Showed up on time, covered work area to prevent damage, finished project in time span he estimated, and thoroughly explained the controls of the lighting.

We have worked with Rory twice.  The first time we called him, it was to fix all the issues that another electrician we had hired caused (don't get me started on that one!) He totally understands that when you have no power and you work from home, you are shut down.  He fit us into his busy day, showed up when he said he would, was highly professional, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up after himself. The next time we needed an electrician, hands down, the only one we considered calling was Rory.  He does great work at a very fair price.

I had a tenant call with an urgent power outage, SDGE had just been out there and reported needed a new breaker box. I couldn't have my tenant without power during this quarantine Covid19 pandemic so I needed assistance quick. I called Frank and he was able to return my call, get there and repair the breaker unit all in record breaking time. Not just that, he was fair - polite and extremely helpful. I was extremely impressed and satisfied and going forward will use Frank for my personal and business needs. THANK YOU
