Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I found this company on craigslist &  it was my 3rd call . The others advertised but could not do a drain clean of a bathtub. I called we scheduled it and they sent me a link with my appointment time & a follow up link letting me know the driver was on the way. Ruben is very nice (& persistent as there was a lot of hair in the drain) and a pleasure to have in my home working in our house! He was on time and the fee did not change once he was done. I had an issue with a pipe leak from my water heater and these guys were able to quickly come to my house on a Sunday morning. Not only did they replace my bad pipe, they found an issue where the original installer didn't solder one of the pipe connections. Their catch saved me from having to deal with a potential problem down the line if that connection would come undone. Overall, it was a good experience and having the owner at my house explaining things was very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and below what you would pay the bigger companies out there.

By far the best plumbing company in the area!! When I called and explained our water issue, within hours I had a return phone call and my water issue was on the mend! I am overly impressed with Scott and Shawn and how they run their business...Their staff is pleasant, easy to be around and felt very comfortable with them in my house and around my kids! Thank you! By far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time!

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

My old water heater has used more than 10 years and I have bought a new one from Pacific Tankless about 6 months ago. It works perfect by far. And the staff is very nice and helpful.

Nic Colantuono saved the day. Moving into a home in Oceanside after moving from Denver, I found multiple problems in multiple units and appliances. Nic helped find a reasonably priced HV and AC unit and water heater. He repaired under the kitchen sink installing a garbage disposal and dishwasher with ease.

Mostly, Nic's enthusiastic and charismatic personality make him a pleasure to work with. Further, Sherlock's help through this whole mess has been considerate of the fact that I've had to replace so much in a house that I thought was good-to-go.

Mauricio gave us an estimate from a photo we sent him over text, his quote was very decent, so we hired him on the spot, he arrived at the time he said he would, and fixed our broken pipes. He had the pipes already available with him so we saved so much time. He is also really nice, will work with him again, we are glad that we found our plumber!

George called me the morning after Labor Day, and to my pleasant surprise, proactively and pleasantly offered an appointment the same day after I botched a DIY attempt. He split the work into 2 visits, to accommodate our schedules, when we couldn't meet them for the 4 to 6 hours it would take.

For both visits, Niall was prompt, courteous, and answered all of our questions. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and got our preferences for our new LED lights. We've found our go-to electrician - highly recommend!

In 2015 Devrin installed a dedicated line from the electric panel at the front of our house to the rear for our new hot tub.  He did a great job and proved to be very competent.  Recently we had Devrin switch out a vanity light and ceiling fan.  For the amount of time he spent both assembling and installing the fixtures his rate was very reasonable.  We recommend Devrin for any household electrical projects.

I needed a couple rooms rewired in my house and Anthony, Matt, and Danny went above and beyond to get the job done.  They are experts in their field, offer solid recommendations, and above all are incredibly personable and easy to work with.  They were all GREAT with my cats!  They're so very friendly and worked with me to make sure to complete not only the original scope, but even ran some ethernet through the walls while the holes were open.

A+ work, above and beyond the call of duty, could not recommend higher!

My husband and I have used Service Pro Electrical a couple of times before. As new homeowners we have come to rely on Mike and team for expert knowledge and reliable service. We recently had them out to work on adding additional outlets to our patio and garage. As always Mike was patient, answering all of our questions. He and his team also go above an beyond providing options and insight that we would have never known or thought to ask as new home owners. Fair, honest and timely; couldn't ask for more!

I reached out to LEO Electrical to install a GFCI outdoor outlet and cover for the outlet. He was very quick at responding and put me in touch with Neil in his Team who was very professional and great at communicating throughout the scheduling process. Very satisfied with the service provided and would use them again and recommend them to anybody.

These guys answered fast, cane back and finished the job quickly and efficiently, and were very polite and friendly throughout the process. I'd highly recommend that you hire them. They were very reasonable, to boot.

I contacted H&H lighting and electric to get help with an outlet in my new place. I used the Yelp message center to get in touch and book an estimate. Mark responded quickly and was able to check out the outlet.

Showed up on time and with a mask. Communication was great via text and his price was fair. I had a very small job of adding an outlet above my tile backsplash. Took an hour to complete and he was gone. I will definitely contact him again for any other electrical needs.

In contractors I'm looking for someone who I can hand the work off to when I'm not even home and they can deliver excellent service. Frank and his team definitely are at this level. We hired them to install an outlet in the bathroom as well as install an outlet where the old stove was somehow plugged-in behind the drywall (1981 construction).

In both cases they were quick and cleaned up any mess or drywall dust. I was not explicitly told to expect to repair a drywall cut, but it was clearly something I was working on in the bathroom (with drywall mud and drywall pieces I had out). Informing less-handy folk about this ahead of time would be appreciated.

Either way, any time we need electrical work, I'm calling Frank Electric.
