Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

One of the most important things for me in hiring a plumber for service work (and/or remodeling) is to have a plumber that stands behind their work. Because during service work (and remodels) there is always an unexpected curve ball that comes up. I haven't been happy with the way other plumbers have handled those curve balls. But I was extremely happy with the way Rafael handled our curve ball. He proved to me his #1 goal is to make his customers happy!! It blew me away!!
I can't say enough great things about him!! He is a honorable man, and a rare breed!!
He sent Andy out who really worked his tail off to get the job done. Andy was very friendly, a nice young man, and a pleasure to interact with. We had to shut the water off in my building and he didn't ask me to speak to the other homeowners, he eagerly volunteered to do it himself. I only hire people I like and that stand behind their work. I really like Rafael and Andy and I can verify they stand behind their work. That's rare in this day and age.

Response time was very quick for our emergency.  Went out of his way to get someone here quick and then Jerry personally came by to make sure the job was done with quality.  Nice to find a good quality plumber who is reliable and does good work!! Will use for other jobs!!!

Owen Plumbing is awesome. I called them this morning, and they were very helpful to send Pete and Steve in the afternoon. They showed up exactly the time that was scheduled, and then professionally changed my water heater. When I called them, they specified the cost up front which is very competitive. Called to schedule to request an appointment and left a message since no one answered. No one ever returned my call.

I had these guys show up on time and partly fixed my blogged kitchen sink. The guy that came out was nice. When the issue reappeared within a month, I called to try and get them to come out and fix the problem again, potentially at a reduced rate, they stated that it would be a new job at a full price. I was disappointed with that lack of service and I choose to go somewhere else to fix the problem longterm.

I have our Tankless heater replaced. He was efficient and managed to get hot water throughout most of our house.  I was used to waiting 5-10 min in hopes of warm water and had to constantly worry about water going from hot to cold.  But after him replacing the unit, we have got water immediately everywhere, minus one shower.

I want to express what a professional and efficient  job Josh and Billy did at my home. They both went above and beyond to accomplish the task. They are an asset to your business!

It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink.  I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua.  He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it.  Phew!!  A thousand blessings and thanks to the Yelp community and the reviewers for the information about this business.  And thank you Joshua Plumbing.  You deserve 5 gold stars.

Whew! We're new homeowners and have had a few plumbing issues and were very overwhelmed with how to tackle things. Mauricio gave us honest, solid guidance and the entire Exodus team tackled our big job fast. Very quick to respond to a Yelp quote request to install two ceiling fans, and their quoted price was competitive. They were able to come out within 2 days of the request, which was the quickest availability of anyone who quoted.

Niles and his helper were on time, professional and respectful. They wore booties over their shoes in the house, and they put down plastic everywhere they worked.

I own a 14 unit apartment complex and had a major electrical issue. Electric Lee came to assess the problem (in the pouring rain) and had his team come the next day to fix it. They were all so knowledgeable and wonderful. I will be using them for all electrical issues in the future.

Steve Pena and his assistant Danny was here at our home today to install a QuietCool attic fan to replace an old one   from 1995 and repair a light sensor. We are very pleased with his work. He is honest and dependable. We highly recommend him. Steven is a licensed electrician. CA license #1008960.

Michael was fantastic. Came on the dot of time, did a job of installing ceiling fans, way better than I could have expected. He is reasonably priced. And extremely nice to work with.

Leo understood exactly what I was looking to do to upgrade my electrical requirements for the garage workshop. He added two dedicated 20A circuits to power my table saw and dust collector. Even though the outlets were in the garage, he was very meticulous about routing wire through walls and to code. Will do business with him again.

Jesus and his team did an amazing job on the electrical work. We are new home owners and didn't have a clue about updating the electric panel on our renovated 1940s home in North County. He was super professional, detailed, communicated well and throughout the process. He coordinated the City permits and SDGE too! I highly recommend him, especially if you are new home owner and looking for someone experienced, trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Had an emergency this morning - my fridge wasn't working and my electrical panel was fried. Mark came over within an hour. Diagnosed the problem, fixed everything and had me back up and running right away. Super friendly, punctual and would definitely use again in the future. Highly recommend. Our vacuum cleaner blew out a circuit in our home (which included our substantial office in the home).  Resetting the breaker didn't solve the problem.  Uh oh.

We called several electricians using Yelp recommendations.  Some had bad answering machines, sounded anonymous, etc.  We left messages for 4 to call us back.  Which all eventually did, but too late.

Rory Higgins (he's NOT Higgins Rory) we reached with our call to his cell phone, and he sounded competent.  He set a time he could make it (two hours to get here), then called to say his job would delay him another hour.  Showed up at the amended time, and chased the problem.  

Our house was built in Scripps Ranch in 1970 and apparently the outlets were a little substandard.  Had to check several on the ciruit to find which one had shorted (all lacked a neutral wire), and he fixed it.  He also replaced one outlet that was in bad shape.

His visit lasted a bit over an hour, and his price was QUITE reasonable.  He's now our electrician, though with luck, I'll never see him again except in Costco!  I strongly recommend Rory Higgins to others with electrical problems.

It's such a HUGE relief to find a go-to electrician who is so personable, honest, reasonable, and will go the extra mile for you. I will never call another electrician again. Frank upgraded our panel, ran electrical for A/C and a jacuzzi, and installed ceiling fans in rooms that did not have easy attic access. He works efficiently, with a smile, and at a price that didn't make me feel like I had been run over! He has since done work on our rental and for several of my clients, all with equal rave reviews. Call Frank...you won't be disappointed!
