Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

I called for an issue with a badly leaking pipe from our water heater tank.  Gerry requested pictures to be sent to him to further assess.  I only waited roughly for 30 minutes and he sent Val and fixed it. It was a clean and quick work.  Gerry then stopped by to reassess everything and gave recommendations.  He charged reasonably.  Great customer service!  I would highly recommend these guys.

I called for work on a clogged kitchen sink and although Owen Plumbing was fully booked the receptionist was able to send a plumber that same date.Pete the plumber arrived and took care of the issue along with clearing a slow draining sink in the bathroom. We talked about future projects which I plan to have Owen Plumbing take care of, I spoke with the owner Scott and he was very professional and caring in all concerns I brought up. A good plumber is hard to find and I'm glad to have had my neighbor recommend them,honestly and customer service goes a long way. Thank you for your time and attention Scott.

Awesome job!  Had a water leak and they came out the same day.  Work was scheduled and came in under cost including a small patch of concrete.   Will definitely use them again

Overall great first experience! Carolyn set up the appointment and was knowledgeable about the likely problem based on my description. She offered me an appointment within the hour which was extremely convenient with my busy schedule. Marshall arrived on time, was very friendly, explained things clearly, and was efficient. He purchased all of the needed parts for me and the cost of parts and labor was reasonable. I highly recommend Clairemont Plumbing!

Initially had a satisfactory experience with AJ.  He visited my property to assess the issue with my Navien tankless water heater.  The Error 3 indicated a bad ignition.  I asked him to call Navien as they require a licensed contractor to diagnose the issue to get a part under warranty.  He did not call Navien but instead reset my unit while running water out the bottom valve which made it ignite, took $45 and walked away claiming he was unable to get the part yet from Navien.  He said $45 would go toward installation of the new part as he clearly failed to do much of anything as of yet that I couldn't have done.

Navien said he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is only supposed to be done once in case of a glitch with error display.  He did not try to replicate the error but only do what he called a short term fix and walk away.  I asked him to get the part over the next three weeks as he expected it to break again.  He ignored my texts many times.  Finally the reset trick stopped working as did my hot water permanently.  He claimed he was on vacation and I had to wait 7 days for his visit, then would not clarify if he had the part on hand yet or if he would have had to order it at that point and then wait.  Finally he said no he did not get the part.  Just tell me one way or another so I can address the issue??

Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would ship me the part, he ignores my text again, I call him again, then he abruptly drops me as a client because he can't handle constructive feedback that I simply said he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD trying to get my hot water working???  I paid for his diagnosis and he won't even call and report it to Navien.  Unprofessional.  Awkward experience.  Bad at communicating in English.  Irresponsible from a service standpoint.  Failed to meet commitments.  Not accountable.

Had Sherlock install a new heater and add air conditioning to a home built in 1972.  Eddie & Carlos were here for three days doing what I felt was a thorough job on a fantastic new system.  I was impressed.  Since we had a lot of very hot days this summer, including 104 degrees one day, it will be so nice to know whether hot or cold, we're covered for total comfort.  Thanks guys for some great service.  This was for a re modeled home in Mira Mesa.  I signed up through the program with Costco for this installation and am very pleased with the whole transaction thus far.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. Just absolute professionals from start to finish. Gave incredibly detailed quotes, responded to all of my ridiculous and dumb questions, and gave thorough and easily understandable answers.

Guys who came to install everything were able to do the job in about half the time I was expecting, coming in way under cost, and fixed several other things I had on my list.

I initially contacted Lee to switch out a ceiling fan. My fan and light was possessed and would turn on constantly in the middle of the night. The salesperson at Home Depot recommended switching out the remote receiver for a new one, so we purchased that. Lee came the next day, right on time. Once he got the fan apart he realized the unit we bought wouldn't fit into our old Hunter fan. He even researched online to see if there was a work around, but there wasn't one. He then figured out a way to connect the fan to a wall switch and he changed the remote settings on the receiver. My fan is no longer possessed and only turns on when I press the button and I saved the cost of buying a new fan!

Lee gave us an initial quote that was fair and that's what he charged us. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

I had Anthony come out and look at a circuit breaker that was tripping, plus other issues.  He came out and assessed the problem.  The next day he and his crew went about checking all outlets affected, found the solution, replaced outlets, switches.  They were very friendly, professional, cleaned up all the mess.  Very happy with a great job, and customer service.  Would highly recommend this company.

I don't usually write reviews unless the service was exceptionally good or terribly bad. I have to say the services received From Service Pro was beyond excellent!  We were having problems with our circuit breaker and were in desperate need of an electrician. I called 4 different places and each were not available, no answer, or we'll get back to you.  Mike from service pro answered right away and was at our house in an hour as promised. His rates were very reasonable, service was great, and got the job done quickly.  He even found an outlet that was melted and could have been more disastrous since we didn't even discover it.  Thank you, Mike! We will definitely use his service again when needed, and highly recommend for anyone needing an electrician.

If I could give more stars I would. Leo was great. He replaced my broken dimmer and he had the best quote of three. Highly recommend.  Will use him for any future projects and/ or repairs.

We hired Jesus to replace some very old lighting fixtures in our home. The price was affordable and the work was exceptional. We have more projects to do in the future that we will definitely have Jesus do for us. We highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done.

When you need a really great electrician, you are very lucky to find Mark at H&H Lighting and Electric. Mark is the epitome of professional, easy to work with, responsive, reasonably priced and efficient. I couldn't believe he had hundreds of reviews and they were all 5 star, but it's totally deserved. My only reservation about posting such a great review is that I might have difficulty getting on his schedule for the rest of the work I need to do! I highly recommend Mark's business services. When moving into my house, we didn't have lights in the ceiling anywhere besides the outdated chandeliers. For the living room, we were using table lamps for awhile and it felt dark and dingy in there. We also had a ceiling fan we bought and took from our old house and wanted that installed.

I requested a quote and Devren called me in a matter of minutes. He told me how it works to put in canister/recessed lighting and what it would cost to put the ceiling fan in as well. He explained the procedure and how we would need to dry wall it up afterwards and had someone in mind for us as well.

I was able to schedule it in two weeks later and a few days ago, our living room now has full lighting! We installed a dimmer in ourselves so we can alter how dark/light it can get in the room. It really makes the living room so much nicer! I also love the ceiling fan up! I forgot how much I missed seeing it in my old house until it was put up again.

It was a quick job and it only took a few hours. Now, we have lights!

This is the electrician you have been looking for! Professional, personable, and a keen eye for detail. Hired Frank to install a new sub panel, edit & replace old wires, install new outlets as well as outdoor light fixtures. I'm also dry walling my garage so he moved all wires so it can be drywalled over. I'm very happy with his work. Electrical work is one of those areas I need a peace of mind with considering it's a potential fire hazard. I have absolute faith in Frank's skill and dedication to the craft. You will be in good hands!
