Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

We had a clogged toilet and the water was coming up the tub drain when we flush. Lefty's plumbing was quick to respond when i contacted them and was on time for the appointment. Rafael was very courteous and professional, his pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work that he has done. He was not in a hurry, and he made sure everything was done and working properly with the repair. He also gave us a good discount and recommendations on plumbings and repair.

I will definitely use Lefty's plumbing in the future.

If I could give Jerry, Johnny, and Ricardo 10 stars I would.  I had a pretty major plumbing issue that another company offered to fix for $12,000.  Jerry came by the day after I sent an email to him via yelp and told me my mainline wasn't in that bad of condition and only one section would need to be replaced.  While they were at it, they installed an access point for any future issues.  They hydrojetted the lines and fixed my kitchen sink. They did that the same day! They are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and polite. Everything works perfectly now.  Plus, they saved me thousands of dollars.  I wish I could adopt them.

Owen plumbing came out and took care of a leaky spout after having received several outrageous estimates from other plumbing companies.  They are honest and fair and don't try to sell you a repipe when all you need is a leak fixed.  I will not ever call anyone else again.

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.

So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.

In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

Marshall was great, showed up on time, cleared the drain and also fixed trap mistake of previous plumber or do-it-yourselfer - before I bought the house;) - in less than an hour at a great price. Would definitely use Clairemont Plumbing again.

Our water heater broke and leaking water so i was looking for someone to replace and found Pacific Tankless on Yelp.

After talking to AJ on phone felt really confident that they will be best for this and they didn't disappoint.  Just awesome work and very reasonable price.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. The last thing you want to see is a any pipe leak at your house. Mauricio was professional, honest,  and got straight to the problem through the free estimate offered. The management company recommended a plumber who showed up before Mauricio, clearly trying to make a buck recommending a repipe of the whole house ($8000k plus) for an outdoor slab leak. Mauricio focused on the problem and was the most efficient, didn't waste any time saying it was isolated to the outdoors, and we didn't need the repipe at all. It cost us about $1200, including the leak detection with CPL. His crew was polite, friendly, and quickly repaired the slab leak. I would recommend Exodus plumbing to anyone.

Just absolute professionals from start to finish. Gave incredibly detailed quotes, responded to all of my ridiculous and dumb questions, and gave thorough and easily understandable answers.

Guys who came to install everything were able to do the job in about half the time I was expecting, coming in way under cost, and fixed several other things I had on my list.

I have two more projects lined up already, and feel comfortable with the knowledgeable electricians at Premo Electric.

Electric Lee did a great job installing some new outlets in my garage and exterior.  It turned out great and they were fast and professional.  The price was very fair too.  I had called three other other places first, one quoted an outrageous price over the phone without even seeing what I needed done and the other two never even called back.  I highly recommend Electric Lee and will be using them in the future for sure.

My call was answered right away by the owner Steve, he was very helpful and  knowledgeable as well as his electrician Anthony who arrived on time,explained what needed to be done and how he would go about my particular electrical job he also didn't mind answering my questions. He did top quality workmanship,was fast,and efficient and cleaned up all areas he had worked in.

Michael did a great job installing my electrical panel on my older 1950's home. He did a thorough job explaining the steps necessary to have the installation permitted and completed. His price is not the cheapest of the quotes I had gathered he was in the middle. The work was professional, prompt, and he repaired some minor things I mentioned without any question. Michael and Michael team come highly recommend for your electrical needs.

Big shout out and Thank You to Leo Reyes. Our new electrician. Found him on local neighborhood Facebook page. He was highly recommended and had alot of wonderful Reviews. I asked him to install recessed lighting in 3 rooms, install a light fixture in the Master bedroom, and upgrade some of our electrical outlets. He went above and beyond!!! Very reasonable and professional. Was even kind enough to bring down stuff sitting in our attic that we had no idea was there, leftovers from the previous owner.

Highly recommend him for your electrical needs.

I received numerous bids that seemed pretty high for what work I was looking to get done. I got referred to Mark by another gal in the neighborhood and decided to have him come out and give me a bid. He actually beat the prices of the other bids and offered to rewire a few old plugs I had for free. I needed two ceiling fans put in and some outdoor lighting for my walkway. I am very pleased with his work and my entrance walkway looks amazing. I was going to go with some regular lighting, but Mark showed me the new lighting that is more modern and I am very pleased! I've gotten lots of compliments in the neighborhood. I don't have to worry about my old plugs while plugging in my hair straightener now. Since there is no AC in San Diego near the beach, the ceiling fans are perfect in this heat. Thanks again Mark & I would refer him.

Best all round electrician in San Diego. Frank Electric recently rewired our entire 1920 Craftsman ( original wires!) upgraded our panel to be solar ready and installed new outlets throughout. Responsive, attentive to detail, professional, thoughtful and competitively priced.
