Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

The water main into our house broke on a Saturday and water was pouring out of a leak somewhere under a concrete walkway. We were so fortunate we found Dr Rooter & Plumbing. Jerry came to our house right away and proposed a cost effective solution. Jerry and his workers worked tirelessly all day Saturday to complete the repairs. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Jerry is very personable and despite the not great circumstances we really enjoyed chatting with him. He is quite funny and has some great jokes. It was a nice way to lighten up a stressful situation! We now have a plumber for life.

My water heater went out late Thursday evening. Called Owen plumbing Friday morning and said they would be able to fit me in later the same day. A little while later received a call that they had an opening and could come earlier around 10am which I happily accepted. Thanks to David and Reuben who were both professional and very efficient removing and replacing the water heater. Great work. Thank you Owen plumbing for the fantastic customer service. Much appreciated!

It took me a while to find to find him but now that I have I am keeping this number. His quote came in MUCH cheaper then anyone else and then he charged me LESS than his quote. He came on time and answered the phone with a real person and was very polite all in all a great experience.

I had AJ replace my tankless water heater. He was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I got other estimates that were much higher than his offer. I'm very happy with his service and already have recommended him to my neighbors.

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

SRP was able to squeeze us in before Christmas. They did such a great job!  Very professional and knowledgeable.  We had a few outlets put in outside and we used them for a party that night . I highly recommend them and would use them again!!!

We called Leo about putting in two new GFI outlets in our bathrooms when we added a bidet.  He quoted us a good price, showed up when he said and did a fantastic job!  The install looks like it was done by a professional (he is) and done quickly.

What a fantastic job he did! He created a new box and switch for my 15ft ceiling to hang my chandelier. He kept the area as clean as possible and got the job done. His price was very reasonable also. I was referred to H&H lighting by a neighbor. Good old word of mouth reference. I had been telling my neighbor that I had some electrical issues at the house that I'd been putting off getting fixed, but had just recently had a couple of local companies come out and give me an estimate. Admittedly, I'm not an electrician. But I guess I have a sense of what the services should cost. And I was telling my neighbor that the few companies that I'd had out to the house,...they were quoting above, well above, what I was expecting. My neighbor told me about his experience with Mark and H&H Lighting and encouraged me to call. I did and am I ever glad that I did!
Mark, the principal of H&H, came to the house and as I was told to expect, he was very obviously easy going, very knowledgable, and just had the type of personality and demeanor that put me very much at ease. He took a quick look at my list of issues and provided me with a quick quote. Not only was it the lowest amount that I'd been quoted so far, it was slightly below what I was expecting. And he was able to complete the work that day! So, what had been a thorn in my side and on my mind for way too long,...Mark took care of it very expeditiously and for a very fair amount.
Well. That's how I met Mark. And that was actually several months ago. Then about a month ago, I put aside a little money and really wanted to add some landscape lighting to my front and backyard. You know who I called. Mark, of course. But for my own due diligence, I called a couple of other companies that specialize in landscape lighting too. Not surprisingly, H&H Lighting's quote was the most attractive (aka least painful). I awarded H&H Lighting the job and what they did was nothing short of spectacular. It makes such a huge difference and now my friends and I often opt to hang out in the yard in the evening because it's such a great vibe.
Probably the best thing that I can say about Mark and his company of H&H Lighting is that prior to my experience with him, I'd only heard of such positive experiences, and/or seen them in the movies. I was pretty sure that positive experiences like this were an urban legend. Nope. It exists. If you have electrical repair needs, and/or a new electrical or lighting project on your list of things to get done,....you must call Mark at H&H Lighting.

We have worked with Rory twice.  The first time we called him, it was to fix all the issues that another electrician we had hired caused (don't get me started on that one!) He totally understands that when you have no power and you work from home, you are shut down.  He fit us into his busy day, showed up when he said he would, was highly professional, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up after himself. The next time we needed an electrician, hands down, the only one we considered calling was Rory.  He does great work at a very fair price.

After speaking to over 8 electricians (seriously), I decided to go with Frank. His easy communication style and very reasonable costs sealed the deal. We were able to agree on a date and time easily and he met us at our condo with no hiccups. Yes, someone that actually comes on time (he even came early) does exist, though rare, and Frank is his name. He changed out our bathroom fan, installed a chandelier, and changed out the switch in a very timely manner. He had extra materials (switches) which was nice since we didn't have anything. He was incredibly courteous and his attention to detail surpassed mine (rare).

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. I can't recommend him enough. He is our go to electrician from now on.
