Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Rafael was very quick to respond. The entire process was very smooth. We just had few things to take care of before moving into our new house like changing the the drain pipes, installing bidet spray. It was a hassle free experience and the job was done to our satisfaction.

I called Jerry @ Dr Rooter on Sunday late afternoon for a sewer line back up! He answered & came over within the hour! Jerry was very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, & inexpensive! We have a large plumbing job. Two previous plumbers told us the job was too complicated and expensive and both passed. Owen Plumbing came in and looked over the job. He then explained what he needed to do and ordered the parts on the spot. He saved me $10k.

Used them to repair our propane line.  They did quality work and their quote was far below other plumbing companies.  Will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

A tenant at a rental property I managed called shortly after Christmas about a plumbing problem related to the garbage disposal.  I called the plumber I normally use, but he was very busy, and couldn't get around to service call for a while.  I gave Clairemont Plumbing a call, and Carolynn said that they were busy as well.  (I guess the plumbing problems go up during the holidays.)  Still, she and Marshall were able to take care of the problem while working around the tenant's work schedule.  Marshall came out that day when the tenant got off of work and replaced the garbage disposal.  

Even though I had never used Clairemont Plumbing before, they were trusting enough to invoice me for the work, and wait for payment.  Since we were getting down to the end of the year, I wanted to be invoiced before December 31st, so that the expense could go in for 2014.  Even with all the work they had, I got the invoice before the end of the year.  

The best part was that despite the time of year and all the schedule juggling Marshall had to do, the cost of the repair was a couple of dollars less than the identical repair a year ago.  (Yeah I know, I am going to have to talk to the tenant about what they put in the garbage disposal around Christmas time.)

AJ installed my tankless system and so far, I'm extremely happy. He quoted me a fair price, was communicative, professional, and honest. The system is working great, takes up just a tiny little portion of my garage, and delivers nice hot water. AJ did a great job with the piping and venting. He also helped me to get a temporary tank set up while I dealt with an insurance claim. I would highly recommend his services.

I felt like I was an after thought as I had to call 90 minutes after they said they would arrive to see where they were. At first I was told the Plumber was running late, then it was oh someone will be right there. Once he arrived, he was nice, but he had BO. I understand he was working all day but IMHO, first impressions still matter. I was upsold from the jump. The prices were way to high and the scheduling process was too difficult. I looked elsewhere and had the same amount of work done by a 5 star Plummer for less than half the price, work that was also guaranteed and done with a smile!

Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

Mauricio preformed an absolute miracle for us today. We had a major plumbing issue with our bathtub and got a quote from another company, they quoted us thousands of dollars and the repair would be very extreme. I called this morning to get a second opinion from Exodus Plumbing and they were able to send someone today to look at it. We are so incredibly grateful to Mauricio for trying something new and fixing our issue completely. It also saved us so much money and we are so happy we hired this company.

United electric serviced my house with a very descent and fair price and excellent customer service. He responded to my messages pretty fast. His work was very professional and neat. I was extremely impressed with Mark. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, punctual for the appointment, very thorough on troubleshooting my electrical issues, and upfront with all costs and timing of work.

Our outlets in the kitchen stopped working. Rory came out the next day replaced the outlets that were causing the issues. Overall an excellent experience.

Frank is an excellent communicator, does great work, shows up when he says he will, and is a really decent fellow.

We're hired him twice: first to run some new circuits and swap out some outlets.  Second to install a brand new panel with 200A service.

Frank did a great job for us both times.  With the panel, he took care of all the communication with the city, and was here for the inspection.  Total turn-key service.

I recommend Frank 100%.
