Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Called mid morning and someone was over mid afternoon. Got right to work and installed two faucets in a reasonable amount of time with no issues. Although the price was a bit more than expected, these to-do list jobs are done without any strain on my back or frustration of something not done perfectly right.

The main water line decided to break around 11pm/12am. I spent an hour calling plumbers, talking to their dispatchers, and waiting for them to return my call. At the same time, water is gushing out onto the street at 40 gallons per minute but nobody had a sense of urgency and only were concerned about their late night additional fees. I guess even the non emergency fire department has business's hours. Luckily, I stumbled up Dr Rooter on Google and reluctantly gave them a call due to all of my other experiences being less than satisfactory but to my surprise, I actually got someone on the phone who was not a dispatcher! Although it was 2am, Jerry didnt hesitate to come and arrived at my house in 45 minutes and turned the water off. The next day, he and his guys quickly addressed the issue, fixed the problem and gave me more reasonable price compared to everyone else I've called. He also warrantied the work which means he stands by his work. I would call these guys first and recommend Dr. Rooter for all of your plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough praises to Owen Plumbing, from the lovely lady that answered the telephone to the young gentleman that came to my condo to the rescue. Owen Plumbing went above and beyond to assist me in my dilemma of no hot water. They truly care about their customers and it is obvious in the way they carry and portray themselves. Human kindness and respect is still to be found, and that is exactly what I received dealing with Owen Plumbing.

Our property line clean out is within inches of our driveway. Unfortunately, it's gotten run over more than once and we noticed over the weekend that the pipe had gotten clogged. Drainage was backing up towards the house and was not getting to the main sewer line. We stopped using water in the house in fear of the drainage backing all the way up and started calling plumbers.

We called AAA Goforth Plumbing over the weekend and requested a call back on Monday. They called first thing Monday morning when they opened and made it out the same day to look at our clean out. Both of the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and got right to business clearing the clean out. They were able to clear whatever obstruction was stuck and our drainage was running smoothly again. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and gave me advice on how to prevent the clean out from getting broken again if a car were to run over it.

I would highly recommend AAA Goforth plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber and we'll be using them again in the future if ever we need plumbing services.

Great guy - Marshall was on-time (actually a bit early), very knowledgeable, and courteous.  No question who I will call next time I need plumbing work.

I have our Tankless heater replaced. He was efficient and managed to get hot water throughout most of our house.  I was used to waiting 5-10 min in hopes of warm water and had to constantly worry about water going from hot to cold.  But after him replacing the unit, we have got water immediately everywhere, minus one shower.

I just had Sherlock heating and air installed  Lennox system at home. The price was a little more expensive than the others that we recieved quotes on, the installation was longer than we expected (almost 2 and half day in total) and we ran into some unexpected issues during installation and post-installation. However, the install crew (Joe and Chad) did an amazing job to keep us informed and worked with us to resolve issues. They were on time, courtesy and friendly. They were willing to stay late to finish up the work. After they left, the system was acting up and I had to call Justin (saleperson) at 10pm on Friday night and left him a voicemail expecting that I might not hear from either Justin or Sherlock until next Monday. Amazingly, Justin called me back at 7:30am today (Saturday) and promised to take care of the issue. Sure enough, Joe, the installer, came back on his day off to fix the problem and made sure the system is up and running again. Kudos to the Sherlock team, especially to Joe, Chad and Justin. You guys are awesome!!! I'll leave a review for the system itself when I have more time with it, but at this point, I think Sherlock team, or at least the team I dealt with, is trying very hard to make it right for their customers. Thank you guys!!!!

P.S. We took a $200 credit up front for using our existing thermostat. And when we changed our mind on the installation day to go with new thermostat, we expected an iComfort thermostat that normally comes with the system. However, we were told that we could only get a Nest instead if we paid back the $200 credit. We were willing to pay $200 back but wanted the iComfort. We ended up using the existing thermostat since we didn't want a Nest. So make sure you know what you get during negotiation.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

I had a light fixture that another electrician was unable to fix. Premo electric ( thank You Niall) came in and fixed it within the hour! They were fast, detail oriented,  respectful and extremely friendly.
They quickly identified the problem and were able to resolve it within minutes without having to tear anything up
I would hire them for any job.

I initially contacted Lee to switch out a ceiling fan. My fan and light was possessed and would turn on constantly in the middle of the night. The salesperson at Home Depot recommended switching out the remote receiver for a new one, so we purchased that. Lee came the next day, right on time. Once he got the fan apart he realized the unit we bought wouldn't fit into our old Hunter fan. He even researched online to see if there was a work around, but there wasn't one. He then figured out a way to connect the fan to a wall switch and he changed the remote settings on the receiver. My fan is no longer possessed and only turns on when I press the button and I saved the cost of buying a new fan!

Lee gave us an initial quote that was fair and that's what he charged us. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Awesome customer service is the first thing that comes to mind after my experience with SRP. My condo's heat and oven weren't working and I suspected a problem with my breakers. Both Steve on the phone and Anthony in-person were professional and quick in their responses and actions, but they were always careful listeners, making time and answering every question thoroughly and offering me advice along the way. I definitely felt like I was talking to people who cared about my situation and the urgency to solve the problem. They were booked up with the weekend and holidays coming up when I called, offered me an appointment at a later date but if time opened in the technician's schedule they could call me and squeeze me in. Turns out I was able to get service the same day. Anthony cleaned up my breaker panel pretty quickly. He pointed out some possible deficiencies elsewhere in the condo, but in an informative and helpful way (not pushy) that I appreciated since I had moved in not long ago and knew there were some strange things that would need fixing eventually. I would definitively call SRP for future work.

Mike was very quick to respond to the request and also was more thorough in his explanation of how he would handle my installation (Ring floodlight/cam).  5 stars for communication, install, clean up etc.  Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Leo for anyone who's looking for high quality electrical work.  Leo is a truly perfectionist.  He has installed two NEMA 14-50 outlets for me in the garage so now I can charge my Tesla model 3 at home.  Leo has done such an awesome job, I have to give him 5 stars rating.  Rather than just putting on a conduit, he runs the cables behind the drywall in order to maintain a clean look.  He patches the drywall afterward to ensure a seamless look.  I highly recommend Leo for high quality work.  Thank you, Leo!

Jesus gave a great bid to replace a ceiling fan in our bedroom.  He showed up the next day on time and very professional.  He did a great job.  Very happy with his work.  Will definitely use him again and would recommend to friends.

Nobody WANTS to call an electrician when they have a problem, but I am ever so pleased I called H&H when that time came.

Fit me in early and arrived on time.  Thoroughly impressed with level of professionalism.  Very appreciative of how straightforward and clear he was about what the problem was and how it needed to be addressed.  It helped me feel comfortable with the information and at no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Hopefully I won't have to call again, but if I do--I won't hesitate to call H&H again.

I was having issues with a newly installed CFCI outlets and Rory gave me some things to try on my own and his tips ended up fixing the issue and saving me the cost of a visit.  Thanks much Rory!

I highly recommend Frank for your electrical needs. We had him come in and install 220V outlets in our laundry room. I actually got 3 different quotes, but Frank was hands down the most knowledgeable of all of them. What impressed me initially was the time he took to research the problem (we had enough room in the panel but the breakers were strangely configured), and to come up with creative solutions. None of the other electricians noticed the same details he did, or put the time into really thinking about the best solution to the problem. The price was more than fair as well, even as we encountered an unforeseen glitch. His work was very well executed and everything looks great, which is very important to me, even for an electrical panel. He even went to extra lengths to check that the amperage was okay for items previously installed by another electrician. The worksite was left neater than when he arrived (thanks for that Frank!). Everything in the panel labeled in fine detailed. A perfect job, and Frank is also extremely personable and easy to work with. We will definitely use him for all of our future electrical jobs.
