AWESOME!!! My garbage disposal went out and I called Dr. Rooter after doing some Yelp! Homework and saw the excellent reviews. Jerry called me back immediately, was able to come out  in less than 2 hours!!! Jerry and Johnny came and replaced the garbage disposal quickly and they are so friendly and efficient. Very reasonable prices. Definitely going to use them if I have any plumbing needs in the future!!!!

This thank you for your great service is over due. Back in March , right before covaid 19 , I had a pinhole leak in my living room/kitchen area. This was my first time dealing with a home owners claim. Owens Plumbing came out and found the pin hole leak behind my living room wall and replace the section of pipe. He also referred me to another company who handled the drying out process.( restoration 1 was great). Fast forward to July 4. Our water heater went out and needed replacing. Called Owens Plumbing Monday morning  to replace my water heater. The lady who took my call was very nice and helpful ( I think her name was Lindsey). I knew they would be busy especially after the big holiday weekend. I was expecting maybe the next day for an appointment. They got me in on the same day for water heater replacement. They did another great job, turning a stressful problem into a stress free solution. I highly recommend Owens Plumbing. It's nice to know you have them nearby for any of your plumbing needs. Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.
I would use them again.

We have had no hot water in our new home's kitchen and it has gone on for 7 months.  We have been dealing on/off with our warranty company and also have had companies come, at our own expense--SIX different companies, plumbers, contractors-you name it (2 originally referred by warranty company) have tried to figure out what was going on with our tankless water heaters!!  I was so fed up and wondering what else I could do when I was referred to AJ by someone high up at our warranty company.  Today, I am writing this review because we finally have hot water in our kitchen and we have AJ to thank for that!!  AJ has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional, his follow-up is amazing, he is ON TIME and most importantly, he is knowledgeable with all the top tankless water heaters.  He figured out the problem, ordered the parts and came back today to fix them--all of this happening during a pandemic, mind you.  I felt that I needed to post this review because we had so many issues with other companies and were told everything from one of the water heaters was not turned on!!????!!! to maybe they did the plumbing wrong when the house was built.  Trust me when I say, you need to have someone that REALLY knows what they are doing when it comes to working on your tankless water heaters.  Do not waste your time looking for other companies out there to do it--we have already done the legwork for you and it's AJ at Pacific Tankless!

Had great customer service again from this business and their team of experienced and knowledgeable technicians.  Two guys both named Jared came and spent the day giving all of my air conditioning and furnaces the annual tune-up and changing of filters.  We have a large property with multiple units.  Not only were they very professional, friendly and speedy, but they took the time to explain some of the challenges we were having and found a leak which they ordered the part and will return to repair free of charge.  We are thrilled to work with this company!

Mauricio is an unbelievably talented owner-operator, master technician, great and kind and reasonable man. Its hard to explain how incredible his mastery of plumbing is and how diligent his work ethic is. He resolved a sewer line issue for us in the most creative way that literally had another plumber we had considered for the job just say wow. Look no further, the fact that Mauricio exists and you have the opportunity to work with him is one not to pass up. This is the way.

Can only say good because they did respond quickly, unfortunately they don't install solar fence openers.

I own a 14 unit apartment complex and had a major electrical issue. Electric Lee came to assess the problem (in the pouring rain) and had his team come the next day to fix it. They were all so knowledgeable and wonderful. I will be using them for all electrical issues in the future.

Mike is very professional and responds to your questions and concerns quickly. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He helped install a manual transfer switch so I can run a backup generator for emergencies.  He always recommended what was best for me, not what was easy for him. Really appreciate that! We had issue with our breaker box turns out it was fried. He was able to fix and replace our outdated box with a brand new one solar ready one.
