Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Props to Edgar and Rafael! They both literally saved the day. After having another company come out, to show up late and the next day, not show up, we reached out to Lefty's. We had no use of our shower and toilets for 2 days! We were desperate for help and fast af. They came in the morning of, made their assessment of the problem and by the end of the day, we have a working shower and toilets! THANK YOU DUDES! They had to drill into the driveway as there was a rotted pipe underground that caused the issue. The job isn't done but they got our bathrooms up and running. We were almost having to get a hotel(we have 3 dogs!). Again, you guys are the sht! No BS! Call them when you need reliable and solid service. How often do I write something for a plumbing co? Never, until now.

I have been meaning to leave a review for Owen Plumbing for the last 4 years and never seem to get around to doing this.  I am ashamed that I have not done so sooner as each and every time I use them, I couldn't be more pleased.  Owning a home that is nearing the age of 30, I find that I am now replacing things more often because they are old and worn out rather than for the aesthetic value, as before.  
My latest call to them was today - to reinstall a new toilet that was installed a week ago.
Yes, I did say reinstall.  I thought I would save some hard earned cash as I am living on retirement wages and decided to let a friend install it for me.  Well, it was beautiful and seemed to be working wonderfully until Father's Day morning when I am downstairs pouring my morning coffee and watch several drips going into my cup which I did not apply.  I lean over to look, and feel some drips upon my head.  Oh no, not toilet water dripping on my kitchen sink!  First thing Monday morning I call my go to plumber, who must be getting others who have had a weekend disaster too and am told that the soonest appointment would be Wednesday.  The very polite and helpful office staff (as they always are) stated that if they had an opening sooner they would let me know.  Within a couple hours I get a call that Pete finished a job early and is available to come.  Oh yes, please.  And if you are ever told that Pete is on his way, thank your lucky stars.  He has been here quite often and is the cleanest, most efficient, most knowledgeable...I could go on and on, just trust me, he is the best as are  the others.  I just have more history with Pete.
You will not find a more honest owner, a better price for the service provided, or just all round good plumbers as Owen Plumbing.  The only one that ever beat them was my brother-in-law who was a plumber but now in his 80's - and only him because I could barter with a cold beer for services rendered.  Thank you Scott for your honesty, integrity and each and every one of your staff for all they have done to keep so very many of us happy and unafraid to call a plumber.  You ALL rock!

I've used Steve for a number of projects over many years.  In each case his skill and experience have resulted in successful projects.  His fees are well explained and fair.  My recent project, a toilet installation, had complexities due to the original construction.  Steve was able to deal with the unexpected situation effectively.  Highly recommended.

We had our heating and Ac systems installed last Nov. 2015.Our consultant Marc was very professional and detailed. Follow up before and after the installation. I was working the day that Jr and Frank installed the system and my husband  was out of the house most of the time that day due to appointments. Jr and Frank, they're respectful, trustworthy, hardworking,  they cleaned up before they left. They really did an awesome job!
After they installed, the inspector from the city needed to check the system. I just called the office to see if they can get an appointment for me. I spoke to Tina, I just gave her my availability and after few minutes she called me up and she was able to get one for me. I thought after they installed the system I wouldn't hear from them again. But then,  I was surprised Allison sent me an e-mail for tune up  after few months that was installed. She was very accommodating to my schedule. Last but not least, Brendon Tracy, the technician came on time, friendly, another knowledgeable person, he showed me how to  program the keypad, explained and answered all my questions. Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

I have an older home and calling the plumber to remove clogs is unfortunately a regular part of our year.  I had called another company we usually go through, but they couldn't see us until the next day.  Exodus answered my phone call at 7:30am in the morning and told me they could have a technician out within an hour.  

Emilio and Gerardo arrived at  our door and were both wearing masks. They were highly polite and professional the entire visit.  Emilio gave me a quick estimate for the service.  After less than 15 minutes, they were able to successfully clear the drain and I was charged the cost of the initial estimate.

We were so happy with the service that we asked about trenchless  pipe repair to a avoid future clogs.  They contacted their supervisor and told me he would come out for an estimate later today.  Exodus plumbing made an excellent first impression with us!  Thanks again Emilio and Gerardo!

Awesome service! Benny and Pete came in and not only fixed all of my electrical issues inside my kitchen super fast. They also installed my new super cool solar ready Leviton smart electrical panel and breakers. Benny really cleaned up my panel and got everything working perfectly. The system now tells me how I'm using power throughout the house and you can see your usage on the app. Also, you can trip a breaker from your phone when you want to work on an outlet. Premo is truly the best and will put in an awesome setup for you.

Add me to their fan club!  These guys are the real deal.  Called a few days ago, Devren phoned back before the day was over, set up a appointment for next week.  Phoned today 5/4, was in the neighborhood, could he stop over.  Worked out, my husband & I were in. 30 minutes later, he was up the ladder....got a estimate, explained the problem, fixed it under the hour.  Cost was reasonable.  Very professional & informative.  Also took the time to fix our smoke alarm at no cost.  Don't waste your time with anyone else.  Save time, save money.....Electric Lee works!  Thank you,  Kathy Heaney

I was just reading Pattie W. review of Steve Pena and his crew at SRP Electric and she could not have been more spot on! Steve and his crew took care of a difficult rewire job on my house in a timely professional manner! All of the crew was very respectful of our home, and worked around us having to move our stuff out of their way. Steve communicates throughout the project, letting you know exactly what he finds as he troubleshoots the problems, and boy, did we have problems. He and his crew have a great deal of knowledge about older homes/construction, which they displayed on my home that was built in 1940 and an addition was done in the 70's. We had some unprofessional work that had been done previously on our home. I am so glad to have such a professional crew fix/upgrade our home and now our home is up to code! Shout out to the entire crew, and particularity Joseph, who performs his daily duties with competence and diligence! I don't usually write reviews unless the service was exceptionally good or terribly bad. I have to say the services received From Service Pro was beyond excellent!  We were having problems with our circuit breaker and were in desperate need of an electrician. I called 4 different places and each were not available, no answer, or we'll get back to you.  Mike from service pro answered right away and was at our house in an hour as promised. His rates were very reasonable, service was great, and got the job done quickly.  He even found an outlet that was melted and could have been more disastrous since we didn't even discover it.  Thank you, Mike! We will definitely use his service again when needed, and highly recommend for anyone needing an electrician.

We needed an electrician with commercial insurance coverage,  but more importantly, we needed someone who could tackle a mess! Our electrical system was installed in the mid 1970's. This was child's play for Leo. He addressed our emergency quickly. He sorted out our outage problems, analyzed our reoccurring issues, and made recommendations that would help us avoid future problems. He showed us how our old system was corroded and breaking and at our request, moved us affordably towards increased safety and efficiency.

Leo was able to get us back up and running in two hours. Then he returned to permanently correct our systemic issues. To our delight,  when it got dark outside, he put his headlamp on and kept working.

His Navy Electrician experience defines his skill set and resilient approach. Our old wornout electrical system was exactly the meaty challenge that Leo loves. We are all very grateful. Jesus did two level 2 ev outlets for me.  Long runs, exterior wall mounted setups.  Charged very fairly for time and materials.  Highly recommended.

It's the second time he has worked for us.  The first one was wiring for a exterior office (outlets and LED lighting).  Very professional.

I can't tell you how happy and satisfied I am after dealing with Mark and H&H lighting.  Mark was friendly, on time and professional.  He answered my call right away when I first started calling around for an electrician while some places took days or never called back.  His price was reasonable from what I can tell.  He showed up on time, finished the job as expected and even threw in a couple free or discounted upgrades.  If I need lighting or electrical services in the future I will definitely call Mark again.

This is an update to my previous 2 star review.  After I posted on Yelp, Rory reached out to me and refunded the overcharge on the service.  4 stars for working with customers to resolve services.

Frank is amazing! Working with Frank was extremely comfortable and informative...I learned a good deal about how to prevent overloading circuits using portable AC units (my biggest concern was my bedroom window outlet not working). Before Frank arrived, I had 9 of my 19 outlets functioning or not quite 50 percent. By the time he left, they were good to go!!!
I so appreciated his level of professionalism with making sure the numerous outlets that needed replacement were taken care of. He did an exceptional job teaching me about single versus shared circuits and was extremely reassuring with reviewing details. We really take our electricity for granted until we don't have it, so seeing that green good to go light on my bedroom window AC plug at the very end was definitely the highlight of my day. Great thing to have working in San Diego on those very warm summer days and nights! So grateful and happy seeing the beautiful lighting that wasn't there before. Thanks again, Frank!!!
