Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Owen Plumbing installed a gas shut-off valve for us in the laundry room gas line. The plumber was prompt, professional, respectful, and did a quality job. We just moved into the area and will be calling on Owen Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

Used them to repair our propane line.  They did quality work and their quote was far below other plumbing companies.  Will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

I'm so thankful for Clairemont Plumbing Service. Not only did they answer the phone (not always a given based on the number of plumbers we tried), when Marshall was too busy at the moment to help with our emergency repair we were referred to Torben. He arrived within an hour or so and promptly located our leak. His repair was efficient, and his advice was outstanding. Not only did he repair the current leak, he correctly diagnosed a faulty pipe and then returned to complete our replacement, which was a guaranteed eventual pipe fail. Efficient, professional, personable, and cost effective. You won't be sorry if you call these people.

I had AJ replace my tankless water heater. He was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I got other estimates that were much higher than his offer. I'm very happy with his service and already have recommended him to my neighbors.

Sherlock installed my Lennox system four years ago and it does a great job keeping the house environment friendly in heat and cold. Recently the WiFi thermostat developed a headache. Ernie  came to my aid solving a difficult troubleshooting problem with persistence and a new thermostat which fortunately was still under warranty.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

I found them on Yelp. Emilio came out while I was at work and met with my mother.  I was originally given a price via phone call from him for $350, I asked for what? The moving toilet?  He said that's what they tell me the price is from the office.  I told him okay, then he called back and said $95.  He claimed to have replaced the flow meter but it was the same one I had put in.  Then I asked for the toilet to be secured to the floor and it was not ever done.  And my mom said he wasn't in the house longer than 10 minutes.  He wanted to come to my house the next day and pick up $95 in cash.  When I told him the toilet still moved and where was the broken flow meter that he replaced he just never came and picked up the money.  I texted him to the number he called me from and told him the money was there and I never heard from him again until I received a texted bill.  Which was what I was told was going to happen to begin with.   So my flow meter is fixed, toilet still moves.  I won't use them again.  I'll just call Bill Howe.

The Power in my restaurant blew up but the breaker box looked good, middle of lunch shift, u had to close and was worried about dinner service. I called Premo and Richard picked up the call. This guys was super nice, very accommodating and actually cared about my situation. He dispatched his team very quickly. Naill ( electrician) came in handled business fast and efficiently! I would recommend this company to anyone in need and I am making them my GOTO for future needs.

Electric Lee (Devren, Thorin, & crew) helped me with both my kitchen & bath remodels. They were knowledgeable, reliable & responsive which is rare in todays Covid environment. I can recommend them unconditionally.

I normally do not post reviews but I'm making an exception today. Even though I had to wait a few days to get someone to come over and check out my electrical problem, the wait was worth it.  I spoke to Steve at first to schedule a visit and he was polite and helpful.  Anthony worked on my electrical issue at my home and he was awesome.  He was so nice and a such great worker. I also appreciated that he wore a mask the whole time he worked. I highly recommend SRP Electric!!

Alex was great.  He was here on time.  He was very nice and did a great job.  He explained everything he did and was very knowledgable.  We installed a 240V for our electric car.  The pricing was very reasonable, he beat out the rest.  Would definitely use him again for other electrical projects.

Jesus installed an outlet in our new kitchen island. He stopped by the same day I messaged him on yelp and showed up on time. He even confirmed 30 min before arriving. His pricing was very fair. I really appreciate the fact that he did not make me feel bad for not doing our kitchen remodel in the correct order. I had a previous qoute from ER Electrics and the guy gave me an outrageous price plus made me feel dumb for not planning the outlet ahead of time. I almost gave up on getting the outlet installed until Jesus showed up and made it possible. He referred a concrete cutter and they both got the job done the next day.

I was impressed by Mark's attention to detail and desire to do things the right way. We had to replace the bulbs in some of our lighting fixtures. He made sure to swap bulbs around such that lights that would be seen together had bulbs from the same batch, thereby minimizing any color variation that might arise. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and don't use this guy. Complete opposite of a pleasure to deal with. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Offered him water and coffee only to be made feel taken advantage of. Came to my house and pressed a button and still insisted on charging me $115!! I know you've got to make a living Rory, but cmon man?!. Compromise!

This is a follow-up review for Frank Electric.  Frank never ceases to amaze me with the level of service and support he provides to his customers.  Most recently, I experienced a problem with one of my breaker panels and one of the associated circuits which provides power to my living room area.  In essence we lost power to all fixtures, outlets and switches in that room.  I gave Frank a call and he responded right away.  I told him what I thought the issue was and he gave me some troubleshooting guidance over the phone, and advised me that he was working on a major rewiring job through the weekend, and that if there was break in the action he would stop by my home to address the problem.  I followed his troubleshooting guidance and was unable to resolve the problem myself.  I called Frank the next day to update him and he said he would make time to address my problem.  Twenty-Five minutes later he arrived at my home and greeted me with a big smile, checked the situation out, and less than 10 minutes later he found and resolved the problem, which turned out to be a faulty cord for a lamp that was short circuiting the outlet it was plugged into and tripping the associated breaker switch.  The reason I am writing this review is to demonstrate that Frank goes above and beyond all expectations for his customers.  To put it very simply I can't recall ever having a better customer service experience!  The Yelp rating system of 5 Stars does not even begin to recognize people of Frank's caliber!  I personally would give them at least 6 Stars and better yet, 10 out of 10 if it were possible!  My wife and I would like to personally thank Frank for simply being the Best!  If there is a Guardian Angel that watches over Electricians and their Customers, his name must be Frank!  If I have any future needs for electrical work, I will hire Frank and the Frank Electric Crew without hesitation.  In my opinion, if you are looking for an electrical contractor, first do your own research, but I highly recommend that you consider putting Frank Electric at the top of your list.
