Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Lefty's was able to get out to me on 2 hours notice. When Ruben arrived he rang the doorbell, explained what he was going to do and promptly knocked when he came back from getting things from his car. The issue quickly fixed and I can not find a single flaw in my experience. I appreciate this business and will hire them again.

WOW!  What can I say about these guys!? Fantastic! Knowledgeable! Fair!  I wish I found these guys years ago. Unfortunately, I have had three plumbing issues this year. Yes, three. Fortunately, I found Owen Plumbing after the first issue. These guys are excellent. On today's issue, the owner even came out and sent an extra person out before needing to resort to cutting into drywall. And, he fixed it!  To top things off....very reasonable pricing!  Based on my experience, these guys can be trusted not to rip you off. Finally, a quick shout out to Pete who was amazing.

Our property line clean out is within inches of our driveway. Unfortunately, it's gotten run over more than once and we noticed over the weekend that the pipe had gotten clogged. Drainage was backing up towards the house and was not getting to the main sewer line. We stopped using water in the house in fear of the drainage backing all the way up and started calling plumbers.

We called AAA Goforth Plumbing over the weekend and requested a call back on Monday. They called first thing Monday morning when they opened and made it out the same day to look at our clean out. Both of the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and got right to business clearing the clean out. They were able to clear whatever obstruction was stuck and our drainage was running smoothly again. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and gave me advice on how to prevent the clean out from getting broken again if a car were to run over it.

I would highly recommend AAA Goforth plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber and we'll be using them again in the future if ever we need plumbing services.

Marshall --and his wife Carolyn, who handles the booking and is herself able to advise callers regarding many plumbing problems-- are absolutely a treasure in this world.  He is a master of plumbing with a kind personality, who has known Houdini-like genius since childhood. No wonder they call him MacGyver!   If you want impeccable work and a heartening human exchange, call Clairemont Plumbing when you need a plumber! It's a privilege to watch him work!

This was the most disappointing experience of the four plumbers who bid on my tankless water heater. In spite of the company name, AJ appeared to be the least knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. He made totally unwarranted (and as it turns out incorrect) assertions about both the gas supply line and exhaust vent without bothering to actually inspect them. I suspect that he probably was uncomfortable with the conversion from a storage water heater in a condo and that he might be fine with installing one in a newer home. His quote for a storage water heater replacement was fair, but the other vendors were simply more knowledgeable and professional.

Unlike some folks, it pains me to give negative reviews - much less be slanderous (technically it would be libelous in written form). AJ was very professional in the pre-visit communications (per the attached Yelp thread) so I'm not sure why his visit went poorly - other than that he arrived early & found a competing bidder.

Jared did a great job.  Iwe had a difficult air conditioner problem, and Jared and the Sherlock team came up with an innovative solution!

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

We got fantastic service from Mauricio.  We were visiting our son on Thanksgiving day and in our naïveté about how to use his electric garbage disposal, we put a batch of potato peels down the disposal that clogged it up.  We tried to clean it out ourselves following a you tube video.  We were partially successful but the remaining debris clogged the sink trap and caused the sink to leak profusely.  We texted Mauricio and he replied promptly with an offer to come the next morning.  His estimate was by far the lowest of all the quotes we received.  He showed up at 8  am exactly as promised and fixed the problem in short order.  He was smiling, friendly and cordial.   His service is perfect and a great value.

The customer service is outstanding. Matt our electrician was very kind and curtious. He was informative as to what needed to be done at our place. We asked him to replace a ceiling fan and he informed me that it was not safe to do so. Rather then just put up the fan regardless of the outcome. He cleaned up after himself and was ontime.I would recommend this company regardless of how big or small the job is.

SRP came out to our new-to-us, but older, home to diagnose problems both inside and outside. SRP was able to quickly identify the problems and provide quick resolutions. Steve was super competent and professional, and kept me informed on arrival time so I wasn't stuck at home! We will use them again as needed. Highly recommend.

Jesus was great: super-responsive, on time (actually, early), and very professional. Our outdoor heater broke because we overloaded the circuit. Jesus came out to check the damage the same day I contacted him, and returned the following morning with the right supplies to fix it. We expected to have to pay hundreds, but he only charged $75 for his time. I would definitely hire Jesus for any future electrical task.

I'd give 100 stars if I could! When every other electrician I tried eventually fell through, I heard about H&H and gave Mark a call. He didn't even make any money from me, as he told me my fan installation (and somewhat strange house wiring) is a small enough job to do myself, THEN HE WALKED ME THROUGH IT FOR FREE! Out of the kindness of his heart, he sympathized with my frustration of other companies and dedicated time on the phone and over text to be my trusted guide. I know 100% who I'm going to use next time I really have a job that I can't do myself. I can't thank Mark enough and wish the world had many more businesspeople like him!

When moving into my house, we didn't have lights in the ceiling anywhere besides the outdated chandeliers. For the living room, we were using table lamps for awhile and it felt dark and dingy in there. We also had a ceiling fan we bought and took from our old house and wanted that installed.

I requested a quote and Devren called me in a matter of minutes. He told me how it works to put in canister/recessed lighting and what it would cost to put the ceiling fan in as well. He explained the procedure and how we would need to dry wall it up afterwards and had someone in mind for us as well.

I was able to schedule it in two weeks later and a few days ago, our living room now has full lighting! We installed a dimmer in ourselves so we can alter how dark/light it can get in the room. It really makes the living room so much nicer! I also love the ceiling fan up! I forgot how much I missed seeing it in my old house until it was put up again.

It was a quick job and it only took a few hours. Now, we have lights!

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!
