Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Andy came out to repair some broken pvc and a water valve out in the yard.  What impressed me was after the sun had gone and visibility was low. He didn't stop working and he finished the job. I have recommended Rafael and Lefty's Plumbing in the past and will definitely continue to do so.

I just had a repipe on my whole house from these guys they were on time professional fast and did quality work I would recommend them to anyone. I just wanted to add that he sent me Ignacio to patch up the holes a drywall guy. Quality work, very good price and fast professional work. I don't have his phone number but I'm sure you could get it through Owens Plumbing.

We had a drainage problem and it turned out to be roots in the main drainage pipe. Before calling AAA I went to Homedepot to rent a snake which unfortunately wasn't long enough.

So we finally hired them on a Saturday afternoon. Within two hours they showed up, explained exactly what happened, which shape the drainage was in and what we will have to do in the future.
They got the job done perfectly and fast.

In the end, it would have been cheaper, easier and faster to hire them than to rent equipement from Homedopot and do it myself.

Amazing! I searched for a plumber in yelp and this company had 5 stars. I see why...

1) they contacted tenant the day I called them;
2) went out twice and only charged for one time;
3) worked the old fashioned way - they took my word I would pay them and didn't even question it.  

I wish I had a plumber like this close to me.

This was the most disappointing experience of the four plumbers who bid on my tankless water heater. In spite of the company name, AJ appeared to be the least knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. He made totally unwarranted (and as it turns out incorrect) assertions about both the gas supply line and exhaust vent without bothering to actually inspect them. I suspect that he probably was uncomfortable with the conversion from a storage water heater in a condo and that he might be fine with installing one in a newer home. His quote for a storage water heater replacement was fair, but the other vendors were simply more knowledgeable and professional.

Unlike some folks, it pains me to give negative reviews - much less be slanderous (technically it would be libelous in written form). AJ was very professional in the pre-visit communications (per the attached Yelp thread) so I'm not sure why his visit went poorly - other than that he arrived early & found a competing bidder.

Nick Colantuono came out to service my system. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had high end quality test equipment. I have much experience with AC, being EPA certified myself as well as facilities experience. So if you need a good AC company give them a call and if available ask for Nick!

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

Quick update to my earlier review: my mother-in-law had a major water issue when her washing machine drain clogged up and water went everywhere. The drain had been snaked by another plumber, but apparently not good enough. I immediately called Mauricio at Exodus and he saved the day! He arrived within an hour and was eager to diagnose and fix the problem. Turns out, it was more involved than just snaking the drain--he had to cut the drywall and cut and replace the trap. He snaked the pipe thoroughly and was proactive by adding a Y pipe that allows us to more easily snake the drain in the future. Fast, prompt, honest, proactive and friendly. Stop looking for other plumbers and give Exodus a try. Thanks Mauricio!

They are local, the technician was professional and knowledgeable, put move.  I would definitely call them again for my n up a ceiling fan support and always got my input before his next electrical need.  Only thing I didn't like was their coupon deal....it was weird...Kind of an enticement instead of a coupon but there work was top notch.

Thanks Devren!  Electric Lee provided an electrical panel upgrade and spa wiring for our new home.  Devren handled all the permits and arranged everything with SD Gas and Electric.  Great service, responsive communication, and quality workmanship.

My home is over 20 years old and my GFCI went bad: it services 3 outlet plugs in the kitchen.  After trying three different companies, SRP did a trouble shoot over the phone which was great!  I landed up making  an appointment and Steven came out to fix the problem right away. Professional and efficient and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Mike was very quick to respond to the request and also was more thorough in his explanation of how he would handle my installation (Ring floodlight/cam).  5 stars for communication, install, clean up etc.  Definitely recommend.

I needed someone to fix my business bathroom light and circuit and been texting Leo. Not sure about this place but he is so busy I didn't get a call or text back when I needed. So if you have any emergencies, this is probably not a good place to call.

New loyal customer here.  I called about having someone come out to fix a broken switch on my breaker and Mark walked me through simple troubleshooting steps that allowed me to fix for myself. Good people here, highly recommended.

I have used Rory twice. Once to replace the lighting in my kitchen & bathrooms. Called him back to add an electrical outlet for the big screen TV on the fireplace wall. He was fast and efficient. Very nice man too. Highly recommend Rory Higgins.

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!
