Getting estimate and scheduling for our shower valve & fixtures install was a breeze and both Darin & Sean were very pleasant to deal with.  They provided quick accurate quote and followed through.  Sean went above and beyond to proactively address other concerns (water hoses connected to two valves we had them replace at the same time).  Recieved an estimate while he was here for another home project we plan on scheduling soon!

I called Akamai Plumbing and Remodel and 3 other companies after SDGE shut off the gas to my condo due to an unidentified gas leak.  Robbie was the only plumber to properly identify the issue.  I simply needed a valve to be replaced, but there was no obvious way to open the glass cover to my gas fireplace.  Some plumbers said they would need to break through my drywall or break the glass doors to get into the fireplace.  Others said they could not help or referred me to other businesses who also could not help.  I talked to 5 different professionals before Robbie from Akamai.  Robbie didn't even give me a quote until he determined the exact source of my gas leak.  He saved me thousands of dollars by taking the time to figure out how to open my fireplace, which was not a hard task for him, and correctly identify the issue.  After that, I asked him about every other issue in my home, and he gave me intelligent, detailed answers to all of my questions without trying to sell me on any additional services.  He also went above and beyond to help me deal with SDGE and try to save me the requirement for a city inspection (SDGE would not budge on this, and the inspector who eventually came out also agreed it was totally unnecessary for such a small issue).  I would recommend Robbie to anyone, and I will never go to another plumber or handyman as long as Robbie is available.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

We had a slow draining kitchen sink that we sent a message out on Yelp to request some quotes, and Premier was the first company to respond. We were looking for quick service and they let us know they could have someone out within the hour. John showed up at our house well within the time they quoted us. He was friendly and looked at the sink and asked us questions to diagnose the problem. He showed us the old pipes and explained what the problem could be. He was up front about what he thought the best course of action would be and offered us a great price on what he needed to do. It took us a few minutes to discuss and we eventually decided to do all the work. He was very efficient, and after a quick parts run got right down to work. Now, our sink is draining perfectly. He cleaned up all of the mess he made, including vacuuming and wiping the cabinet down. He let us know multiple times that customer service and satisfaction was what the company values and that was certainly true. We felt like he cared about us and took care of our problem thoroughly. Genesis Plumbing saved the day for us! We had one company  misdiagnose a problem at our home and we were preparing to have to rip up the floor to access the problem. Carlos and guys came and took a look and was able to fix the problem without tearing into our home. They were punctual and did the job right the first time. Cant recommend these guys enough. Our water heater needed replacement, It was important not only to find the best quote but we needed the work done the same day. I reached out to 10 different companies. Jacob responded within 10 minutes and had the lowest quote and could be at the house within a couple of hours. He showed up on time and explained what caused the issue
and said the work would take about three hours and the price is what we had agreed upon ( no up selling).  Don't be concerned he only has a couple of reviews, he has many years of experience and just started his own business. He did a great job, and is very personable. My wife and I are real estate agents at Compass and he is going to be one of our recommended tradesman for our clients.

My water heater was burst and caused a constant (and worsening by the hour) dripping from a pipe outside the house. Mark showed up at my front door just one hour after my emergency call on Sunday morning. He drained the overflowing pan as a stopgap measure, gave me an estimate, and politely told me that I was free to comparison shop elsewhere for the necessary service. I was impressed by his straightforwardness. He installed a new heater the next day, redid the ventilation piping, and connected the city inspector for an appointment on Tuesday. No question I will use his service in the future.

Water Heater went out. Came out in 1 hour and went to work replacing it. Did great job.

Water heater rusted out and we discovered it at about 9am.  I called Dimitar based on the excellent Yelp reviews and he asked for pictures of the water heater and said he could be there in 3 hours and have it replaced that day.  All went perfectly as planned.  Great service and fair price.  He's very professional and friendly, and efficient.  Would highly recommend.

We had a leaking/rusted over valve in our backyard that was welded on. Luis came out the next day and replaced it QUICKLY. He was friendly and knowledgeable.  It's been 3 months and no leaks detected. Highly recommend, we will use Montiny Plumbing for everything going forward.

We have used Henry's Plumbing twice now for our business and he is so great! He is fast, prompt, very friendly and very cost effective. We will continue to use him and will now use him at our personal homes.

Like everyone else here, totally agree that Carlos is the best.  Came pretty late at night to help jet our clogged sewer line.  A great worker, who knows his stuff, and a great guy as well.  Communicates exactly what's going on and what the problem is, how to fix it and how to prevent it.
Don't get me wrong, I don't ever want to deal with sewer issues and the S*#$ that comes with it, but if I do he's the first and only person I'll be dealing with.

We have Rayne water at our business and decided it was time to get it in our home, as well. Adam was our technician. He was on  time, courteous, and finished the installation quickly. He took time to explain where everything was and how to shut it down if needed. Thanks Adam!

They weren't able to help me out directly but gave me some good advice over the phone that helped me solve the issue.  He had a quick response and was professional.
