I needed a hookup installed for my fridge. They were quick to come out, quick to work, and offered a price half than their competitors! I will be using them again.

Called Monkey Wrench Plumbing to quote a job I previously quoted with a couple larger plumbing companies.  Without letting Joe know what the other companies were quoting and the scope of work they suggested, Joe was able to easily to take a few extra troubleshooting steps which minimized the scope of the work necessary and saved me a ton of money and time.  Joe was able to replace an old faulty pressure regulator for the water main going into my home, and replace a run of pipe that was leaking near my water meter. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Monkey Wrench Plumbing should another situation arise that is outside of my ability. Based on my experience they've shown integrity, are very professional, and work effectively and efficiently to resolve my problem.

Phil and Tracy arrived right on time and quickly got to work on the TPR valve piping on my hot water heater.  Excellent job and reasonably priced. Would definitely call again.

I used Anthem Handyman service to install a ceiling fan. Gunner came to do the install and was so professional and polite. He installed the fan so fast and efficiently that he was in and out in an hour! I'll definitely use him again.

Just purchased Home, learning everyday. Called Ramona Plumber that night, kinda late, received call early next AM, problem fixed that day! Very courteous,  honest and friendly. I now have my go to for anything plumbing, locally family owned here in Ramona, can't get any better!! Thumbs all the way!!

Tom came out on time, he is a knowledgeable and pleasant person, he diagnosed all problems (water leak, defect water tank) very quickly and did the repairs not only fast, but also well. The charge was reasonable, which is nowadays a problem with a lot of contractors. I will definitively call Universal Plumbing when I have a problem again, and will ask for Tom to do the job, if possible.

Andrew showed up and worked in 10 minutes and installed my garbage disposal. I would rate his service 10 stars.

Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

Made an appointment for an estimate for the next day.  Unfortunately, they never arrived and when I texted to inquire when they would get here I was just told the I am running late.  He never arrived , nor did he respond to texts asking when he would.  There are plenty of companies that can do this work so save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

Rey and Ryan were awesome, got the job done quickly and didn't leave a mess. I will recommend them to my friends who don't want to feel stressed out about plumbers visiting.

I called Regional Elite Plumbing to have some gas line work done.  My call went to their voice mail and I left a message describing what I was calling about along with my call back information.  They have never called me back.  I am rating this business one star because it's poor customer service, rude and caused a delay in my work.  You may not agree but I think it tells a lot about a company

He repaired a badly corroded toilet drain and valve for us. We were very pleased with the outcome & will be using his services for any future plumbing needs we have. Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

Had a kitchen sink clog in our older home (built in the 60s) Very pleased with work received.  Prompt arrival and courteous, quick service.  Our Technician, Jesus Arreola, was both kind and knowledgeable, even offering suggestions to help prevent the problem from recurring. He was able to clear the clog and be out the door in less than 45 minutes.  Wouldn't hesitate to call again and would definitely request Jesus.
