They came out on short notice and did an awesome job! It was a mess and they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend them. The price was reasonable as well.

Very pleased with these folks. Over all...Timely Yelp response, great correspondence, professional and efficient service(s). For our job, we had the crew connect a new natural gas line grill to the house utility. Who needs cumbersome and inconvenient propane tanks? They tapped into the existing homeowner line from the house (not the utility) which is in the backyard, fueling our fire pit. For the grill, they added a second T and dedicated shutoff value. Tested and viola (see before & after pics). Great value. Check out these guys!

Dominic went above and beyond.  This company was very responsive, courteous and was on the job here that needed to be in 1 day.  I couldn't have sked for more.  Whoever the lady is that handles the calls was so nice and helpful from the first initial call to the last.  Dominic agreed to stick with his original quote even though a part ended up costing him $100 more.  My wife happen to be here while he was working on the job and said he was so attentive and instructive working with an apprentice that he had with him and to me that says a great deal about what kind of person he is.  Not only does he do honest, good work professionally but he a decent guy on a personal level.  Hats off Dominic.  Thank you for coming out on such short notice on such a blistering hot day.  You did a beautiful job with all the connections within my BBQ grill and even replaced the stub line coming out of the house wall which, again, was above what was called for.

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

Great same day service! Josh promptly responded to my call regarding our broken water heater, arrived on time to give me an estimate and had his team (Jacob and Eli) dispatched within 60-90 minutes to install the new water heater. They were friendly, polite and answered all of my questions. Importantly, Josh and his crew made sure that the job was finished as soon as possible the same day.

We have used Universal Plumbing over the last few years for many different plumbing jobs at two older duplexes in North Park.  Both Paul & Tom are very knowledgeable, professional, and it's a pleasure dealing with both of them.  I particularly like that they do text messaging such that I know when they are 30 minutes out, can send pictures, etc..  It makes my job of being the stuckee for apartment maintenance much easier.  I'm a retired engineer and I really enjoy the technical work these guys do.  They know the code, everything is tight, gas and water lines are properly dressed, and there is no mess left.  The fact that they are responsive and reasonably priced is just icing on the cake.  Thank you Paul and Tom.

Jerry went above and beyond to help my Dad's plumbing emergency.  I told him, my father who is in his 80's, had an unusual leak when talking a shower.  Not sure as to the problem, Jerry sent one his crew to investigate.  Turned out, it was only a minor problem and an easy fix.  The repair bill was very competitive and showed up at the time promised.  What impressed me the most, was their integrity and honesty in helping a senior citizen when in need.  These guys are great!  We'll keep Jerry on speed dial, should something more urgent arise again.

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

What a pleasure to work with. From the lady that took my call to the two workers that came to fix my sprinkler, a complete pleasure. They were on time and very professional. I called this afternoon and got lucky that they were able to fit me in for an early evening appointment - same day. Would highly recommend them.

We called Mike Regional Elite Plumbing on Sat morning. He called right back and came over. He did a great job and he was very fast and reasonable .Even  came back the next day to tighten some bolts. We will be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike

Brian at Definitive Plumbing Solutions did a fantastic job with a busted pipe. It was a BIG project but he was on time everyday and completed it in an efficient manner. Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

I used them a while back with a coupon for $89. When I called this time, Erica, on the phone, said they could not give me a price yet until they saw the job.  That should have been my wake up call.  The technician did come on time and was courteous.  Then he quoted me $240 to snake a bathroom drain!    I told him NO WAY, and good bye.  A total rip-off.
