Joe came out to install a new kitchen faucet for me and replace some lines. He gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment time and messaged me with an exact time the morning of. He was punctual, fast, very reasonably priced. The quote he gave me was great and there was no additional fees. I highly recommend Allen Wrench and Joe and will be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

These plumbing problems always cost more than you expected, but we had our water heater replaced and all the corrections made to make it safe and to bring the installation up to code. They did a fantastic job and were polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely use there services again if needed.

Water heater went bad last night....Called at 9:30am on Fathers Day and was given a window from 11-3pm...Pat called at 10:30 and said he would arrive within 30 min. He showed up at 11:00am and went straight to work. Explained everything very well, was friendly and polite. Pat   seemed to enjoy his work, at the end he found we had a pressure problem advised us of the solutions with no pressure just a thorough explanation. We ended up adding on one of the solutions and it fixed the pressure problem. I would call Water Heaters Only again!!!! Thank you so much Pat!

I contacted Paul Blackard (owner) of Universal Plumbing (who came highly recommended by a good friend who has used Universal for all of her plumbing work) to get a second opinion on a sewer back-up problem in our house.  The first plumber had told me that there was a dip in the sewer line and that the only way to fix it would be to tear out the slab and install a new sewer line, with a huge price tag and major demolition work.  This didn't sound right and seemed drastic, as we have lived in our house for over 7 years and never had a problem before.

Paul came out to our house this past weekend, looked at the issue, and told me that the problem could probably be fixed by jetting the lines to clear out the build-up.  He was surprised that the previous plumber never mentioned this solution.  He told me that we should have a video camera sent into the line to show the before-and-after-jetting-work.  Although there is a slight dip in the sewer line, it was not necessary to replace the line, and we had the jetting work done and the problem is solved.  I very much appreciate his honesty and professionalism, and give Universal Plumbing my highest recommendations.

I had a leak in my main water feed into the house.  It's a 1 PVC pipe.  Cracks had opened up.  I tried to patch it myself but didn't quite get the job done.  In total frustration, I called Jerry's.  Miles answered the phone promptly and hearing about the problem offered to meet me at home ASAP.  Took off from work and Miles, with Juan as a bonus, were right on time.  Very nice couple of guys, who in their work showed they know their stuff.  Showed them the problem, which I had envisioned would be a difficult repair, seeing as how I had a patch on the pipe that wasn't holding.  We turned off the water and they had the bad section of pipe loose in about a New York minute.  They ran back to the shop for parts and put it all back together right quick.  And for a reasonable price.  I'm glad I called Jerry's.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Got our water bill back for June and was flabbergasted that our water unit use was up from 2 to 24! Called Oceanside department and they didn't tell us much let alone help us with anything when they came out and poked around. Gave these guys a call and had Jaden come out and take a look. Within 5 minutes he determines where the leak was, our next steps, ordered the necessary parts and maintenance crew to come in the following day. Real happy with the pace in which these items were handled!

We found him to be professional, clean, organized and efficient.  The second time we hired him found him to be humble and honest.  Very reasonable prices.

I had a plumbing emergency at my house in Irvine that needed to be addressed next day in the morning so my floor installers could proceed with their schedule. I reached out first to a different company around 5:30pm and was told they'd get back to me momentarily with a quote. I wanted until 7pm and still no response so I called that company to follow-up. I was told they would call me right back. That's when I decided to go back onto Yelp and this time I came across Brian's company. I put in a quote request and uploaded the pictures. Brian responded right away with a price quote and next day arrival time of 8-9am. I texted him my address and he confirmed he'll be there. Next day he texted me again to let me know he was on the way. I appreciate how responsive he is and his price is very reasonable. I saved his info and will definitely use him again for any future plumbing jobs.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

Omar Marquez led a team (Anthony, Ruben, Noe, and Luiz) to do the work.  I specifically requested Omar from the previous work because he was professional, friendly, and helpful.  He communicated clearly with me throughout the process about what they needed and what they would get completed when.  Each member of the team was professional and focused on the task at hand.  Omar is a great mentor as well and in Anthony I see a future Omar.  And they completed the work one to two days ahead of schedule. You must be very glad to have them on your team.
