Jesse is the absolute best!! I had an emergency in my kitchen sink that was backed up and even after I cleared out the water with a bucket and it kept creeping back up again so clearly it was an issue in the pipes within the building and Jesse came out ON NEW YEARS EVE and snaked and fixed my kitchen sink. Right on time and super professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again!!

Honest, clean, reliable. You can't ask for much more in a plumber. Liked them so much, called them back 1 week later to do another job for me. Joe and Mike  my go to people. Try them and I bet they'll be yours.

Phil & Tracy are awesome! They came over yesterday to fix a leak in our kitchen sink and ended up replacing the faucet. They were the BEST! Such great energy between them! I love family businesses and this husband & wife team is outstanding. It was truly a pleasure working with them. I absolutely highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Looked at Yelp reviews, saw consistent comments. Called to schedule an appointment. Received a call back in 5 minutes. Storm was at my house in a few hours after he finished a current job. Called to let me know he was in his way and was able to get my hot water heater fixed. Great service, professional and prompt. Will call them again if needed.

The best Handyman in the business. Over the past 30 years I have hired Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, and Drywall specialist throughout and outside of San Diego county. Gunner's service was easily the best of all. He is courteous, punctual, HONEST, a perfectionist, and provides exactly the service requested for the agreed upon fee. I would give him 10 stars if they were available. Hire him and you will definitely be satisfied with the quality of work and rates charged.

It is never a happy day when you need to call a plumber, except when you call Greg and have Ramona's Plumber do the job. We have an outdated condo with outdated fixtures, and he was the only one in town able to help us out. The service was quick, his prices are extremely reasonable, and the expertise (and the personality!) is awesome. When we do our remodel and tear out all this old stuff, we will be calling Greg again. Absolutely top notch.

We had our water heater installed by Danny this is our second heater installed by this company the first one lasted over 13 years! Think no further call this company they are honest great customer service i give them 10 stars ask for Danny he was amazing  thank you  thank you!

If you are in the need for a plumber, Universal Plumbing is who you need to call. They helped me understand all the complexities in an easy to understand fashion. The job was done well and exceeded my expectations. What made the process even better was good communication and excellent responsiveness to my many questions. Additionally, the final price came in exactly what was proposed in the initial bid. I was told a specific time and they arrived promptly at that time. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Universal Plumbing!

We were very pleased with their service. All the guys were very polite and  hardworking. We had a water heater moved from inside of our house to outside of the house. They had to work under the house to access plumbing lines, which is no easy job, but they had no problem getting the job done! I would highly recommend Jerry's Plumbing and HVAC

Instant Hot Water!
Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

I put 1 start because I zero is not an option.

At every turn this company was slow or incompetent. They put five giant holes in my wall, AFER I'd already signed a contract saying that they would not repair said holes. It would have been nice to know AHEAD of time just how much they were going to destroy my walls and and ceiling.
Dissatisfied and frustrated is an understatement. The work that they did, does not look impressive and in fact might have to be undone in parts of it. Things that I initially asked for were not clearly communicated to everybody who was working on the project, and this means that things had to be redone. Had I not noticed their mistakes I would've been left with a project that was not what I asked for.
While Ryan was a nice guy it took him and his team 3 times the proposed length to finish this project.The five giant holes in my wall, which they are not not going to repair are just part of the issue, since the plumbing situation still needs more work done on it.
If you choose to go with this company make sure you read the fine print and make sure you always have somebody there to supervise. Even the work that they did complete just barely meets my standards. Anthony and his team spent almost as much time arguing with me about what I wanted, rather than telling me all my options, because he told me me that they're not sales people. I was under the impression that as the professionals it would be their job to to make sure that I have all the facts and options based on the project scope that I've given them. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.

Good luck if you use them I would rather pay more money than deal with the headache that is American ally drains and plumbing.

Easy, prompt and honest estimates! I used them for 3 different jobs . Brian the owner turned up and he has been easy , professional and an expert at what he does. Will stick with them for all plumbing needs.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

Manager Javier and Carlos (and crew) did a great job identifying problem of a collapsed cast iron pipe under the floor and remedying it.  In this instance, unfortunately, more and more pipe had to be replaced... Won't go into details.  Javier and Carlos are hardworking and know what they are doing.  It just isn't fun for a homeowner to have to sink money into things that you can't see yet necessary to keep your house functioning.  And in this case, the problem grew and grew (no fault of Mr. Rooter crew).   The new pipe they laid carries a 10-year warranty and a 5-year connection warranty - which my husband and I like.
OPTIONS - reason for 4 out of 5 instead of 5 rating:  Pleased with work but when it comes to doing more to the house as more problems arose, would have liked to hear what options were available regarding demo areas, placement of pipes, cost.  Though some options may be more expensive than others, would have liked to hear them.   Let my husband and I make the informed decision.  As it turns out, my engineer husband came up with an option that included demo-ing more of the outside rather than more of the inside,  It worked out better in the end.
GENERAL WARNING:  No fault of Mr. Rooter since they are a professional plumbing company.  They are plumbers and only plumbers.  Before you begin work, think about what other things may need to be done to get your home back to normal like hiring contractor(s) to board up hole in exterior or house, fix the stucco, redo the decorator pavers, remove and retile a bathroom, buy and install a new bathroom vanity, buy and install new faucet,  the drywall and texture it and prime it and paint it...
