Excellent service.  Showed up, unclogged the drain and now my shower doesn't back up. Very polite also!

I had a leak in my water main into the house plus needed 2 laundry valves replaced. I called Allen Wrench on Thursday afternoon around 3 pm and Joe said he could come out the next morning between 9am-11am. I texted Joe several pictures of the issues and he and partner Mike pulled up at 10:15 next day as promised, replaced the damaged pipe, replaced the laundry valves, cleaned up and were complete by noon for a fair and reasonable cost. They were professional, polite, and personable. I will call Allen Wrench Plumbing again if I have plumbing issues.

Phil and Tracy were so wonderful! They came out to provide a free estimate for some extensive plumbing work at our house and they took their time and were quite thorough. I was quite impressed by how thorough they were because the first plumber who came by was in and out by 5 minutes.  Phil explained that the work could not be done because of several reasons, but that our general contractor would be able to resolve the issue on their own without a plumber. I was so impressed by his honesty. I am definitely going to use Phil and Tracy for our future plumbing needs. If you need an honest, thorough, and all around great company, no need to look further, definitely give Phil and Tracy a phone call, you won't regret it!

I had used Mike in the past and he did a good job but for some unknown reason to me he cancelled on me today without even letting me know! When I called his office assistant she told me I was taken off the schedule yesterday and when I asked why she called to ask him and he said he just didnt want to help me. This appointment was made on Monday and if he didn;t want to do it why didn;t he tell me at the time?

This is highly unprofessional of a plumber and he not only wasted 2 hours of my day in which I had to stay home to wait for him, but I could have had this plumbing problem fixed by someone else by now!

How can a professional person be so uncaring and rude? Very bad behavior.

Greg is wonderful! I had taken the day off work to wait for a different plumbing company (through our home warranty) to come by to fix an issue we had, but they decided not to show. I started calling around trying to find someone who could come same day, to no avail. Greg was one of the people I left a voicemail for, and he called me back pretty quickly. He explained that he was very busy for the day but offered to walk me through a few processes to see if I could just fix it myself and save both money and time. It ended up solving our problem, and no further repairs or anything were needed! We are definitely appreciative of his willingness to help and his generosity. We already have and will continue to recommend him to everyone in Ramona we know!

I want to thank my technicians,  Clayton and John for their fast, friendly professional service.  They came to my home on a Sunday to replace old leaking water heater.  They showed up when promised and went right to work. The price was what was quoted to me over the phone.  No upselling.  They replaced everything including all venting and added a couple extra braces. Took about 90 minutes and left my home spotless.  Thanks again

Paul was awesome in trying to get someone out to help me with my problem. When Dan came out, he was unbelievably informative, and helpful. I had to fix an old shower problem and am planning on getting more work done on my parents house.... I am definitely going to use these guys again...A+++++

I called Jerry's plumbing and hvac due to having hvac issues. Miles showed up on time and fixed the issue in no time. The honesty and integrity of work Miles showed was unmatched. I wouldn't recommend any other company!

Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

Anthony and Veronica had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which really is hard to find these days. My water heater stopped working suddenly and I didn't know what to do. The gas company came out to light the pilot light but that didn't work. We found American Roto Drains and Plumbing and Anthony came out with his guys and cleaned the dust and debris from the water heater vents and tried again to light the pilot light but it still wouldn't work.
Anthony took his time to explain what the problem was, why it needed to be replaced, and how it would be done. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He even sent an invoice estimate via email the same day with details of the replacement service and price. When I called back to schedule the replacement Veronica answered. She took her time to answer all my questions about payment and scheduling. Thank you both for your attention to detail and your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are amazing people!!!

We found him to be professional, clean, organized and efficient.  The second time we hired him found him to be humble and honest.  Very reasonable prices.

Brian was awesome - responded quickly, provided easy to understand explanations and solutions and did a terrific job solving our bathtub issues.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

Absolutely horrible service. They scheduled with me once to come out. Then they call the same hour they were supposed to arrive after we have been waiting for them saying they can get out to see us. I didn't have a problem with it things happen, but then they reschedule for the next day and they call me again the hour they are supposed to arrive to tell me again they can't come out and they need to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never think about using them again.
