I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Quick, Professional, Courteous, and I hear he makes a great Szalonna Sütés!!! Definately going back to Steve with my business. He makes it his priority to make sure he has completed everything to my expectations, and explains everything to me while he is doing the work. If I tried to do half the stuff I've called Steve for, I'd have a lot more plumbing problems. Great dealing with a professional, licensed plumber. Alex was punctual with a capital P, right on time and arrived in a very awesome looking work van, he ran tubing from the main sewage line all the way around my house to a bathroom we added to a guest room. He installed all the required parts for my new bathroom, and even performed a test to make sure everything would pass for city inspection. Even the city inspector asked who did our plumbing, because it was a very clean job.  I will definitely recommend generations plumbing to anyone who is looking for professional,honest and affordable work.

We had water leaking near our kitchen sink clean out. Plumber Bob responded quickly and came the same day to resolve the issue. He even recommend restoration company which turned out to be good. I will definitely be using Plumber Bob if I have to use a plumber again.

Since I started using Personal Plumbing, I've never needed to look for another company, and never will! Since my last review I used Personal Plumbing for several jobs. Emergency leak in a rental garage, pressure regulator replacement and adjustment,  replacing copper pipes/fixtures to avoid future leaks (old house) in several bathrooms. Bob is a respectable business man and cares most about quality work and happy customers.

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

Called up Ivan with a pinhole leak in my house and he made a point to come over to my house within an hour to take care of the problem. Although it turned out to be a small leak, he took care of the problem like I was a long time customer.  Absolutely wonderful guy and can't be more happy with his willingness to help with my water leak. This guy is just awesome.

We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

The kitchen sink got clogged on a Friday (go figure) and we needed a plumber as not even drano or a plunger helped. So I had a plumber friend that said he could come in the evening but later said he was going to be caught up on a major leak repair project and couldn't come after all  He referred me to a few people but the earliest availability was on Monday. Clearly we weren't willing to wait so I remembered using a plumber at my last rental property who seemed nice and honest (you need that with plumbers as you know ). Luckily I had his contact info on my phone and gave him a call. When Tom answered I let him know that he did work at my last rental and he remembered me, the house and sealing the toilet which had been leaking (which he did a great job on btw). Anyways, Tom walked me through the potential scenarios and what the cost would be for each and was happy he was able to come within the hour to look at and hopefully repair the clogged sink. Tom came promptly, saw that the sink was clogged and went to work. I watched the entire process from start to finish and even saw the gunk trapped in the p-trap. He took it outside, hosed the gunk off, then snaked the rest to clear any additional or residual debris and voila! Sink unclogged Tom was extremely friendly and walked me through each step as I observed him troubleshoot the problem which I appreciated. He did not try to solicit additional or extra work like some plumbers do and just got the job done as requested. Tom doesn't have any other workers as he is an independent one-man show so I can see why the price is a bit higher. That said, you get what you pay for so although on the pricey side, his quality of work was worth it! I see Tom doesn't get much reviews and the ones on here are a bit old, but my experience was far from what has been said and appreciated his honesty, friendly demeanor and prompt service Thanks Tom for getting the job done quickly and will definitely use you again and refer others, thanks again

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

As referred to Baird's Drain Cleaning by a friend who used them and I could not have been more pleased. Kitchen drain got plugged up on a Saturday afternoon. I dealt with it until Monday and called Baird's. Scheduler was matter of fact, not rude as others have indicated. She took my info and called me back with a window of 12:30-2:30. Around 2pm they arrived. Friendly and professional. Went to work immediately. After not being able to clear it through the clean out valve he went up on the roof, in the pouring rain, and worked on the clog for about 30 minutes. Success! When all done I reached for my card and was politely informed cash or check only (FYI). When he told me the amount I assumed I misheard him. No way could it have been that low! I happily wrote the check for twice the charged amount based upon the time, effort and outcome. Use. This. Company.

Super professional! Had multiple plumbing issues, that ruben diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner, all while being extremely friendly and safe during these times. Great company!

I highly recommend Carmel Valley Plumbing, Jeff Isber. We had flooding in our garage and house, called him and he came out right away. He determined that we had a leak in our slab, a total nightmare!!! He set us up so that we at least had water, then returned and re-routed the plumbing, a long, very complicated process.  By the end of the next day the job was completed, amazing! He also lined up the necessary companies to do the dry out and restoration. This was extremely helpful as when you are in the middle of all this mess it is over whelming. Give him a call if you need an honest & fair priced plumber!

They have the worst customer service! When asking for an approximate quote over the phone, the receptionist said I am not a plumber and I cannot help you, I have other customers on the phone. Good-bye! ummm, excuse me but your job requires that you know basic information regarding the services your company offers. I refuse to give them a star, but it looks like that is not an option, so consider my 1 star -10, as in don't even bother.
