I had the opportunity to be services by Canyon Plumbing who I located through Thumbtack.  I had an upstairs under sink leak from a pipe and shut off valve.  Appointment was scheduled for July 1 between 8:00 am-10:00 am.  I received an email 45 minutes before arrival time as well as follow up call by Jorge.  Promptly at approximately 8:00 my doorbell rang and there was a smiling face of a young man named Jorge.  He was friendly,  professional and just a joy to work with.  He provide 3 options of which there was not any pressure in making my decision.   I was amazed to find out that he had only been employees with this company for one week.   The day after the completion of the job, Jorge called to follow up to see if there were any concerns of which there were none. I will continue to use this company as I am 100% confident in the quality of work and their employees.  Jorge is a keeper and an asset to your company.

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Finally found the Best Plumber! Steve came highly recommended by Santee Chamber of Commerce. He picked up my call personally, and had one of his guys out here within 2 hours. Repaired a shower, 3 toilets, leaking dishwasher drain & did caulking around sink, Work was completely done in 2 hours for about $100 less than other companies low-ball phone quotes.
I'll use him and refer him again and again! Thank you Steve & Russell.

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

Our water heater developed a leak and these guys showed up the very next morning replaced the water heater temporarily and helped us get in contact with a restoration contractor that could repair the damage to the sheet rock. I was extremely happy with their service!

Had Bob over to replace a broken toilet flange.  I found him from you Yelpers and he answered my calls and all my texts.  I'm glad I called him because the job turned out to be a little more complicated than I expected.  He seemed to take it in stride.  He charged me less than he originally quoted (which I thought was very fair) so I'm happy.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Buyer Beware!! Called Wendy who got Tim out (to my rental) to give me an estimate on my fairly new (2 years old) water heater that was making a loud noise. He called and said the sticker on the tank was from All About Plumbing and that the water heater was under warranty; all I needed to do was pay him $765 to replace it. When I asked him what the money was for if it was under warranty, he said that only covered the tank. I called All About Plumbing and they told me the warranty covered everything. I called Wendy to pay her the $89 diagnostic fee and told her that I didn't get the best advice from Tim and I would have been out $765. Her excuse? Well, YOU called US. Right. I should have remembered which company installed the heater but I couldn't. I told her I know you need to make money but it shouldn't be at the expense of your customers; I'm going to pay you the diagnostic fee and feel that I should have received better advice. She told me that was very rude and not to call them ever again. I was honest, not rude. Now here's the kicker. All About Plumbing came out, flushed the sentiment out of the tank, and it got rid of the noise; I didn't even need a new tank!

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Have been looking for a good plumber and finally found Tom DiNardo via BBB.org.  We are extremely pleased with Tom DiNardo's extensive experience, outstanding professionalism, efficiency, thinking outside of the box to install an unaligned sink drain to the p-trap, his promptness and his plumbing advice!!! Will refer him out to friends, family and coworkers.  You won't regret his exemplary high level of service!! He is kind and treats customers warmly with respect. Outstanding customer service skills!  Awesome and professional work on our modern faucet installation, our challenging drain and p-trap installation!!  Thank you very much!!

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

I've used Baird Drain Cleaning many times over the years since a friend recommended them.  Our house is old, so we often have plumbing issues.  Baird is great because they are reliable, efficient and the price can't be beat!

CVP & Jeff to the rescue. The reviews here are correct. I went to grab some cleaning supplies and noticed one of our water heater lines was leaking. One of those moments we all dread. Fortunately we found CVP through yelp. I gave the company a call left a voice mail and received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained the problem to Jeff and he said he'd be here in 15min. He rolled up on time and was courteous and professional. He even sent me a text messes so I could put our dog up before he came to the door. Jeff fixed the problem quick and for a reasonable price. This not a trustworthy company. They told me there was something wrong with the pipes under my home,  that they were leaking and had to be replaced for 6500.  Had a suspicion something didn't seem right so I called another plumber.He said nothing was wrong. Snaked the drains and everything has been perfect since. Get a second opinion before spending any money with this company. Others in our neighborhood have had the same experience with Bay and Shore.
