As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sean did an outstanding job on my air-conditioning service. He was right on time, and provided me good advice on how to keep the system operating smoothly. He was personable and helpful in every way. This company was great, and I will use them again in the future.

We are in the process of selling our place and had several questions from a potential buyer about the hot water heater. Pacific Drain must have come out to our house 3 to 4 times to answer questions and address concerns. Isiah was amazing in fixing an issue that came to light. Professional beyond belief and customer service is the best. I can't recommend Pacific Drain enough.

Similar to another review, I called another plumber first and got a message machine.   When I called Pristine, Richard answered (on a Sat afternoon)  and said he'd be at my home within the hour - which he was. He was professional and took great care to be neat and was thorough in his work and clean up. I'd highly recommend him.

I can't even count how many crappy, over priced plumbers I've hired in the past. I've reached out to friends via texts and Facebook but have only gotten the feedback of utter disgust and disappointment in plumbers!!! Fortunately I asked my amazing appliance repair guy - Mike, owner of Angelic Appliance Repair- for a referral and he said he only recommends Vanguard Plumbing because he consistently gets super happy feedback on their service. He gave me the owner's number, Robert Dixon. And Mike requested that I let him know if I wasn't happy with Vanguard because he didn't want them tarnishing his reputation by referring his own customers to them if they didn't do a great job. Well I was amazed at the super quick response, and same day appointment! the charge was surprisingly reasonable in comparison to the inept crooks I've had to deal with in the past, and the polite, professional service was a breath of fresh air. They did a great job, were very clean and put shoe covers on before entering my house, and got the job done  quickly!!!!!! Thank you, Mike, for referring Vanguard Plumbing!

Thompson Heating and Air and their Technician Darrell was awesome. After two local companies did a no call no show for two appointments to fix my A/C I called Thompson heating and air and they had a tech come out within two hours of me calling. Darrell was very friendly, professional and quick. Pricing was great and the explanation of the fix was explained in a easy way for me to understand. Gary is a great plumber and a fantastic guy. Over the years he has helped us with garbage disposals, faucets and drain problems.  He also helped many times when moving into a new house by fixing issues with the pipes, drains, water heater & septic system. He's trustworthy and reliable.

They were quick and friendly. Straightforward clog in the bathroom sink. They got the job done and they were less expensive than the other businesses I called.

Had a very bad slab leak in my home caused all sorts of damage. Called out SD Rooter and the problem was quickly and professionally taken care of.

Great service and on time despite a busy schedule. Oliver R. was very nice and professional, explained everything he was doing and possible outcomes. Very happy that he could remove the toy my daughter flushed! Definitely would recommend and use THA again in the future.

Tino is the best and we have had MANY horrible plumbers (5).  He is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced in his craft.  He explains things very well and makes smart recommendations to save time or money.  We have had him work on two complicated jobs and he has an arsenal of fixes for the not so normal plumbing issue.  Very pleased and hoping to have a long relationship with him in the future.  He will not disappoint you.

These guys were just amazing from start to finish.  I had an urgent need to get a gas line moved a little so my new stove would fit.  I called, and the person answering the phone was helpful and set up an appointment for the same day.  He went over their pricing, and it seemed very fair to me.  The guy that showed up (Eric I think) was polite, and worked efficiently and quickly.  He wrote up the bill, and it was just like we expected.   I have a couple other things I need done, and I will be using these guys again.  I just could not be more pleased!!  Thanks guys.
