As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were looking for a new furnace and I had done a lot of research into furnace brands and companies who installed them.  We purchased a Night and Day Furnace with a 12 year parts and labor warrantee from Same Day.  Jeff explained why we didn't need the fanciest, most expensive furnace since we live in coastal southern California and showed us where our 32 year old furnace was leaking oil and had rust.  He also told us that we would need to have our furnace permitted and inspected, then have another HERS (energy efficiency) inspection done but they would include the costs and make the arrangements for us.  (We hadn't been told this before).  The furnace was installed the next day!  I dropped them from a solid 5 stars to 4 because the new furnace has the filter in a pull out drawer at the bottom and it was installed so it only pulled out part way before running into the front lip of our furnace compartment.  True to their No Surprises guarantee, they came out and made adjustments so that the filter compartment can be pulled out all the way.  I feel that they are a very solid company and I would definitely recommend them.

Tim was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and organized. Got the job done same day without a shocking invoice. I highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Fast and courteous service. And, as their name states, the prices are indeed reasonable. They can do anything you need from simple drain and sewer service to water heater repairs, to full scale renovations.

Sean, Miguel, and John fixed my main fresh water line with top notch expertise.  It was a challenging one.   They carefully operated, explained what was going on, and cleaned up nicely.   They were very friendly and positive about the whole job, and that attitude runs through the whole company.

I had a washing machine drainage issue that caused water to spray out of one of the ports. Steve was excellent at communicating with me and insured that he would have someone come out ASAP. His team arrived within the hour and fixed the issue. I will without a doubt be using Daniel's Plumbing any other time I may have an issue. Robert & Dave did an excellent job of replacing pipes that had tree roots inside toilet drain pipe. Bigger job than expected and required drilling through slab to remove roots & replace pipe.
They did a great job removing old pipe & concrete pieces. Set up was perfect to keep dust & dirt confined & vacuumed away.
We highly recommend them.

Honest. On time.  Tests water regulator. A very extremely fair price. Bob is a one person shop--and comes from a plumbing family. His work ethic is tops and other companies should strive for. We had singing pipes from the master commode. He came in, analyzed and told me his price. Using master grade replacement parts, got the job done. Nice touches and left the area very, very clean. We will not hesitate in using him again. A local business in North County.

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.

Raul installed a laundry sink in our garage. We had chosen a location that backed on to a downstairs bathroom.  We texted photos showing the laundry sink we had purchased and assembled and we described the location and what we wanted.

When Raul took on the task, all we knew was that there were supply lines and a drain somewhere in the wall. He showed up on time, worked continuously and methodically, located the lines and drain and provided the necessary hookups. By lunch time we had a new garage sink installed and working. He cleaned up afterwards and the price was competitive.

I would use him again.

I got tired of our old builder's toilet on the first floor getting clogged from time to time so decide to upgrade to a Toto. Contacted Mark by text and he suggested a Toto Eco Drake. Scheduled the appointment, Mark came out and installed it in record time, using a dropcloth and wet/dry vac to ensure no debris of any sort was left behind. I'm super happy with the new toilet (Toto makes the best in the business) and as luck would have it, our kitchen sink faucet developed a leak the day after, so I contacted Mark again and this time Chris came out, super courteous and professional, and installed the Costco faucet I bought, also to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely use these guys again -- and I did just that!

I called several business and it was going to be several hours or the next day before anyone could come and see about about our leaking water heater .My water heater flooded my entire garage.I call SD Rooter and they came within 90 minutes.They we're very professional and through .I had to have a hose and my water pressure value replaced .It took a few hours to fix (while it was late in the evening)they completed the job this evening .Not only did they repair the water heater it late in the evening ,they cleaned up everything and gave us a very FAIR PRICE .We will be keeping them on speed dial .Awesome Job ! Jesse went beyond what was required.,to let us know  of other things that will be needed to be repaired  in the future They did an Amazing job cleaning up especially with all the water on the floor .(He completed the job at 9:45 pm at night just so we could have HOT water .HIGHLY RECOMMEND ..WILL KEEP THIS COMPANY ON SPEED DIAL...

Best advice, go somewhere else!

Learn how to set expectations. If your tech says they will call the office at the end of the visit, then DO that. Secretaries, dial the correct number, and be efficient about it (don't call the tenant, when the property manager is the one waiting for the report). Show up when you say  you are going to (not decide to show up 1.5 hours before the allotted time).

Just writing an update to give another 5 stars to Tino.  He has now been my plumber for years, taking care of every type of job imaginable and doing amazing work each time.  The most recent adventure was an emergency replacement of some valves.  I notified him late on Friday, and he was willing to drop by that Saturday morning to get it resolved.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work and his willing to go the extra mile to make sure absolutely everything is perfect.

Powers saved the day with a total re pipe of our historic home.  Bid #1 was 3 times Powers' bid.  Bid #2  (one of San Diego's largest companies) the guy leveled with us and said, job too big for us now.   There's a lot of work out there now for plumbers.   Janet, Shane, Eric and everyone beneath them did a great job.   Eric volunteered to work on Presidents' Day to keep the job on schedule.  As landlords, we know our stuff and Powers' work and price were right on!
