I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

How does one write a review with no stars? This is my second Yelp review and both on central A/C replacements with just the 16 SEER changeout 5T as we had our furnace and coils all new in 2012. Their quote was $8,500. The most expensive off all my estimates. One at $8100, one at $7500 which was a grovel price to me if I could have it done the next day. Huh? No pressure there and the final one was $5,077. Can you guess which one I picked? No brainer. It was installed of course by another company all new 16 SEER guaranteed 10 years parts and labor. This was done a week ago and all is wonderful. Guess now all you have to do is look at most of the other companies to see which one I chose. I just don't like to give any competitor another competitor's name. My great review is on Yelp though. Good luck it's a jungle out there. LOL and stay safe.

Tim was professional, honest, and reliable from the very start. He explained the process when I made an appointment.

Everything was effortless and he made the process stress-free!

I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.

It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.

Highly recommend Tim for your annual backflow testing! I will gladly recommend him to my neighborhood community.

Pip was responsive, capable and reasonable.  I called him late on a Friday night and he came to our rescue Saturday morning.  
We ended up calling him back a week later for a completely separate job.   We will keep his info and pass it along to our friends and family should the need for a Plumber arise.

Shawn is awesome! We noticed water in the ceiling and he was at our house within the hour. Turned out to be a leak in a copper pipe. Luckily, it was a small leak. Thanks again Shawn!!

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. Our property manager recommended I get multiple quotes, including one from Daniel's Plumbing & Son, who they recommended. Their estimate was very competitive. I've had repairs done by larger San Diego plumbing companies in the past but opted to go with Daniel's and I'm INCREDIBLY GLAD I did.

Steve, Daniel's son services the San Diego area and was present and hands-on onsite at my project site. It was evident that he has years of experience as he walked me through the multiple repairs. His communication is stellar as well...he's highly responsive and professional.

Steve and his team were such an amazing asset during a stressful time. Once Steve and his team were onsite and in motion I had complete faith that the repairs were being done correctly and in a timely manner I was able to exhale.

Scheduled an appointment to examine my sinks in my master bath that were draining slowly. The guy showed up promptly and was polite.

I led him up to the master bath and without even looking at anything, said, Our charge to clean this out is $425.

No examination, no diagnosis, didn't even tell me what work he'd do.

I escorted him out of my house.

I had an appointment set up with a competitor (Clean Out Kings) for the next morning. That competitor examined my drains, ran the water, immediately diagnosed the clog was near the top of the drain, told me what he'd do, how long it'd take and that it'd be $265 but ONLY if he could unclog it.  He took about an hour and did a GREAT job and even gave me advice how to keep it clean.

Sorry Pristine Plumbing, you missed an opportunity.

Installed Navien tankless hot water system and relocated whole home water filtration system.  No coincidence that Vanguard's reviews are so strong.  Robert is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused.  Our project was fairly complex and it was important to me that it was done right. Everything from the estimate process to the work done by Robert and Dave was outstanding!

I highly recommend them! Excellent work and customer service. Roby returned all phone calls and was knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Bob because we were having an issue with our downstairs toilet. Bob arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and answered all of our questions. Bob and his brother were both very courteous, they even wore shoe covers. We appreciated Bobs professionalism and his fair prices! We will definitely contact Bob again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Called them out to check out the furnace in our new home, before we fired it up for the holidays. The tech was friendly and knowledgable and went through everything he was checking as he did it, teaching me along the way.

I would give a perfect score, except that a few weeks later I installed a Nest thermostat, and found that the wiring from the furnace to the thermostat had some wires wrong. I would think that's something they would check but maybe not since it was apparently working.

We had Raul over to help troubleshoot a leaking kitchen sink. He was very responsive by text and showed up on time. After he had left, I realized the actual faucet was leaking and he came back the same day to install a new one! I would absolutely hire him again!

From Los Angeles I looked on Yelp to find a plumber to help out my parents. Based on some solid reviews we decided to go with Ray's Plumbing.  Gary Stout, the owner showed up and my dad was thoroughly impressed with Gary's promptness, quick work, and ability to diagnose and solve all their plumbing problems.
Gary's a real decent guy is what my dad had to say about him, which for my dad is very high praise indeed!

They were able come the next day (non-emergency issue) and Mark arrived right on time and prepared with everything he needed to do my job. It was done well, quickly and at a competitive price. On top of all that, Mark was super nice

I would like to recommend SDROOTER247.com for any plumbing needs. I don't really ever do these review statements very often but my experience with the manager, Jesse was great! We had a water heater go out and needed a hot shower, a co-worker had used him and recommended him highly, he agreed to stop by on his way home and give us a quote. He really sold us on his knowledge and he ended up staying and doing the repairs and I got that hot shower! Great guy, easy going family man! He is our go-too guy, call him!

THA gave me an honest and competitive quote.  Showed up on time and sent their technician Oliver to install 3 new toilets.  Oliver and THA were consummate professionals, answered questions, explained the job details, wore a face mask and booties and did a perfect job with all the clean up.  Outstanding service.  Don't bother looking for a better quote or another plumber.  Make sure you ask for Oliver (and by the way - I am not related to this guy, nor am a paid spokesperson for THA).

Tino is amazing to work with. He has now done two jobs on our home. He is extremely professional, kind and does an excellent job.

He makes sure to keep you informed of his progress and why he recommends certain things. His pricing is very reasonable. He is now our guy for any plumbing issues we have in the future. Highly recommend him!

I feel so lucky to have Powers Plumbing as my plumbing company. They have worked on plumbing problems at my house from time to time for years now and every single time I thank my lucky stars for them. I am leaving this review now because 9 days ago I walked into a disaster in my guest bathroom, with sewage spewed from the toilet onto the bathroom floor and guest room carpet. I called Powers Plumbing, and it was after hours. Instead of getting an answering service I got Janet herself (I think she is the manager). Immediately she said she would send the after-hours plumber as soon as he finished the job he was at, and she recommended that I call a restoration company right away, something I had not thought of as I stood on my soggy carpet and surveyed the horrible mess. She recommended a restoration company, I called them, and their team was at my house 30 minutes later to clean things up -- after hours. And the Powers plumber arrived shortly after. This is typical of all my experiences with Powers: an attempt to get to the job as soon as they can, very competent plumbers and staff, personal service where people know me, going the extra mile and thinking beyond just the service they will provide to what else is needed, and low turnover so I have a good chance of getting a plumber who has been to my house before. The restoration company that Janet recommended has been extraordinary, and like them every company they have brought in (for asbestos testing and then asbestos mitigation) have been top-notch as well -- accessible, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, competent. I would not likely have had such a good experience post-sewage spill if Janet had not recommended this restoration company to me. Also I have recommended Powers Plumbing to friends and they have all thanked me for turning them on to this great company.
