Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I had Ryan come out on the 13 th to give me the first of what was to be a total of 4 estimates to replace an aged system. ( furnace and air )  From the moment he arrived I had a very comfortable feeling. He was straight forward and honest and had a lot of knowledge. He designed a system  that met my needs and came in below the average price expected. ( Both my daughters have had air and furnace work on their homes in the last 12 months so i had an awareness of cost based on their experiences ) And the warranty is the best in the industry. I did something I would not normally do and agreed to the first estimate.  Not disappointed because my experience got better. Had Jeff and Jamie come out today the 15 th. These are two of the best techs and work as a team like I've  never seen before.  Very respectful, treated my home as their own. They were very experienced and new exactly what they were doing. They did my install and walked me through everything answered all my questions. Overall  this has been one of my best consumer experiences I have ever had. Same Day has proven to be a solid company. Ryan, Jeff, and Jamie are exactly why I would recommend Same Day and will continue to use them for all my future needs.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Discovered my sink was leaking pretty badly late last night. I searched for plumbers this morning on yelp, and Reasonable Plumbing was the first one I called (out of three), and the first to call me back. I called around 9am, and it was fixed by 3pm!

Pip's not hard on the eyes either - a preferred bonus with any service provider. Pika (my pug) is a big fan as well. Perhaps the bathroom sink will decide to go awry soon...

We've loved The Works!! We've hired them (as well as other plumbers that we haven't loved so much) several times and they always do such a great job. They've been super fast to respond and always really prompt about their arrival times. They've fixed a backed up kitchen sink, a slab leak and an emergency hot water replacement for us, all at a great price and with a quick response! They're number one on our list of fix-it guys!

I don't know why others had a complaint about this firm. I called in the afternoon and was given a 3 hour window for an appointment the next morning (not an emergency) and they called first thing from the office just after 9 AM to let me know approximate time of arrival. Then the tech called to let me know when he was 10 minutes away.
Bobby L. arrived to assist us. He was great. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The price was EXACTLY what they had estimated, (we didn't have any complications).
I found their service timely, professional and courteous all the way through the interaction - from the lovely woman who answered the phone and took the call - to the man who called to let me know the timeline in the morning, to the tech who came to do the work.
I would call them again in a heartbeat and refer them to whomever asked for service. Thank you Pacific Drain & Plumbing.

These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Severely over priced & will gauge you & difficult to reach & communicate with & doesn't stand behind their work, other than that great. BTW I love it when you ask if something is under warranty & they say lets set up a service call, a service call probably 200 bucks just to find out, lol. The guy who usually comes out is actually a nice guy but wow man I've had ex wives that went lighter on the wallet than these guys. I've used these guys quite a bit in a pinch & didn't mind overpaying at the time cause I just wanted the headache gone..I guess if I have spent thousands upon thousands dollars I expect some kind of service, turns out I am wrong. I chose the wrong profession, plumbers basically have a license to print money it seems, geeeeez. I'd look elsewhere

I will definitely call these guys again!  Easy to make an appointment and service guy, Roby, was on time.  He fixed my problem in a manner of minutes and we had a pleasant conversation afterward as well.  Super easy process and very nice to work with.

Bob answered my call on a Sunday. Just that speaks volumes. He was very professional and asked in detail about the problem and what type of water heater I had. He gave insight and advice on what to do. He was also willing to come down the same day (again Sunday). I really appreciated his advice and expertise and will use him in the future if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Bob!

Our kitchen sinks were backing up and so I put out a blast to plumbers on Yelp. I Raul was the first to respond and he was consistently responsive throughout our engagement. He came out the next day and cleared the clog. He also scoped the line and determined it needed to be hydrojetted. He came back a couple of days later to perform that service. Overall, I was very happy with Raul including his level of service, pricing, and professionalism. I'm definitely call him back the next time something goes wrong. Thanks man!

You can trust Gary and also know you got a great job done.  He has helped my elderly mother so many times over the years, always prompt, goes out of his way to help and gives good advice on product selections.  He's also a good source for referrals to other trades since it's so hard to know who to call.

Text Mark with the problem I had and he text back he does not like to do what I needed done.  Asked him who he would recommend that was as good as him, and he text back, no one; and said he would be out the next morning to do the job.  He showed up on time, did the work to perfection and charged me what I would consider a more than fair price.  Have used several other plumbers  and they have now been deleted from my list.

Jesse was prompt, highlighted what needed to be done and pointed out a couple of things I hadn't been aware of.  Also, he didn't just try to get me to replace everything with something new, but rather he listened to what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to do accomplish it if it was possible which it was.   He charged exactly what he quoted and he took care of my problem on the spot even though he had to go to 2 suppliers to find an unusual part my unit needed.  Highly recommend.

THA heating did a wonderful job in my home they went out of the way to solve my problem.

Our shower stem valve broke off and Tino came out on his day off (the day before the Super Bowl) and fixed it. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, detailed and gave us a very reasonable price to complete the job. No question, we will hire him again! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

We called yesterday morning. The guy called right back, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. By early afternoon our plumbing problems were in the rear-view mirror. The plumber wore a proper mask and paper boots, and left our kitchen as clean as he found it.

It's four stars rather than five because it cost slightly more than I would have expected. I guess I'm still getting used to the idea that if you want something done right you have to pay for it.
