Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I scheduled a tech to come out and visit weeks back to receive a quote on central air instillation. The representative (Sean) was very polite and mentioned that he'd like a co-worker (Ponchó) to come and review before offering me a quote which we agreed would be early Thursday morning of last week... Ended up getting stiffed with a no call / no show!

I called Sean to ask him what happened and was informed he'd look into the issue. Later that day I received a call from his Manager (Jim) who apologized and mentioned that Sean and Panch spoke about reviewing my place but did not inform dispatch to schedule my return visit.

Disappointed, I understood and re-scheduled with Jim the visit for this morning to finally receive a quote... Guess what happened? NO CALL / NO SHOW AGAIN!

I've fielded offers from other companies and understand that the install may not be a walk in the park but to do this to a potential customer (not once, but TWICE!) is outright disrespectful. I'd expect someone to at least have the decency to call and say to me the task may be too difficult for this company to take on. Heck, I'd even appreciate lying to me and sending over an astronomical quote. But to ignore someone who's just trying to upgrade their home before the summer months (with a newborn for Christ's sake) shows me in my brief interaction with this company that I'm better off looking elsewhere to spent my hard earned money.

These folks are amazing! I had a major plumbing issue. Pip showed up and told me yes I had a problem but they were two solutions. One involved jackhammering and major pipe replacement. The other involved a $30 fix all but would take a little more time. He recommended the $30 fix. After a month everything was fine! For $30! We all know what we are doing at our individual jobs. Finding someone who will be honest with us in areas we know nothing about, priceless!

I had a sewage/drain problem in my first floor bathroom that caused minor flooding. I called roto rooter at 730 am they said someone will come between 11 am -1 pm. At 12 noon they cancelled and move the appt. the following day. So i looked at yelp and decided to go with The Works Plumbing. Someone answered and very upfront with how much it will cost me at the minimum with the weekend rate which I appreciate. I was told someone will be coming within 30 min. Wow! I'm already impressed. Shawn came in less than 30 min. and fixed the problem. He is nice and easy going. Thanks for the discount too. I recommend  their service.

This place is amazing!  I've had to emergency issues at my home and they were on it!  From the phone call to schedule it and the time the tech was out there was about 2 hours.  And to top it top it all off, everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful and the best prices ever.
I will never go anywhere else.

Called Daniel's Plumbing. Scheduled a service call. They quoted a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would. They did a great job.  I'm really happen. I highly recommend them!

I am so happy with the excellent service and support I received from Pristine Plumbing. Three months ago, my garbage disposal decided to stop working and the left side of the sink was clogged. I was procrastinating about calling a plumber and then the quarantine hit the world! After three months of limited use of my sink (and dishwasher because it would overflow the sink) I got really lucky that I spotted the Pristine Plumbing van on my street. I asked for a card to make an appointment for help. Mr. Robert Parsons handed me a card and asked what the problem was. I was pleasantly surprised that he sprung into action to assess the situation. He reassured me it was a simple fix.  In less than 10 minutes, the garbage disposal works, the sink is draining and the dishwasher is running.

I will be setting up an appointment to deal with another plumbing issue as soon as I can get on the schedule. I am impressed with the courteous and professional service, the kindness and respect displayed by Mr. Parsons and his apprentice. I also appreciated that the team wore PPE and were respectful of my home. You won't be disappointed with their service.

Had George S. do some work. Left a mess after leaving and was unprofessional. Not going to spend a lot of time going into details but wanted to share. Would not recommend.

Excellent service and professional. Good communicator. Went over everything carefully, for new water heater, which is a major expense. Install is working fine. Highly recommend. Had used True Plumbing for years but they've grown so much that the owner isn't involved much now.  And they lost the request for a bid on my water heater. By the time they figured it out, RJB Plumbing was done installing the water heater.  RJB is a small company and you deal with the owner, not a bunch of sub-contracted plumbers like the larger companies, who often try to sell and upgrade you since they partially work on commission.  RJB is not like this.  So I'm switching from True plumbing to RJB for future needs too.

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

Our water heater installed in 1998 26 years ago started leaking and Raul gave me a great estimate and said he could start it at noon the next day if I'd pay for and arrange to ship the old one today.  This was no easy task since it was mounted up 6 feet high off the slab and getting them swapped was a major effort. The drain valve was blocked so we couldn't drain it till that was fixed with a coat hangar wire, and the cold input valve was frozen open then later it leaked a lot till and needed a gasket reseat.
It was very hot that day too

Did some light plumbing on my kitchen sink about a year ago. Everything still works as expected. Would use again.

I am so happy to have found Mark and Efficient Plumbling.  He is everything the other reviewers say - on time, explains things, neat work and he spent a lot of time diagnosing my leaky plumbing problem.   He also stocks a lot of spare parts on his trucks - and didn't  need to make any parts runs.

Kitchen and garage utility tub drains were blocked up good and tight. Went through Home Advisors and first call I got was from Jesse at SD Rooter.He came out this morning, on time, and did a great job of clearing the drains at the price he originally quoted. Didn't try to up sell me on something not necessary, was quick, thorough, and cleaned up when he was finished. Very satisfied with the job he did. Will most certainly call them again if problems crop up in the future.

Just want to send out a big Thank You! to Matthew of THA Heating Air and Plumbing. We purchased our HVAC system from them in 2010 and they've never let us down. Today was one of those hot days and we were enjoying our AC when we noticed it wasn't blowing nice cool air anymore.  After a bit, we decided to call, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We were thrilled when Matthew said he could be at our home in less than an hour. He fixed the problem swiftly and professionally in no time flat. We so appreciate how you took such good care of us! I spoke to Tino regarding my plumbing issue, sent him a picture. He recommended to replace shut off valve & water pressure regulator for the best long term outcome.
Tino is very meticulous. He's the kind of repair person in general you would want to get. He's friendly and very thorough. He takes pride in the quality of service he provides.  He texted me 3 days later to make sure there's no leak & the valve is dry. Unfortunately, there was a leak but it was the size of a teardrop. The shut off valve was defective. Tino came back at a convenient day for both of us to replaced the shut off valve. I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing.

My house has really bad plumbing and I have to rely on a good plumber every couple of months. Thus, I have tried many. But, I am now staying with this particular Guy.
