As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow, what a great experience! From calling this morning and I spoke to 2 different women who answered the phone, they were both so nice and helpful. Then our technicians were just the best. Honestly, can't say enough great things about this HVAC company. Would highly highly recommend them!

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification.  Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido.  The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district.  Highly recommended!

Pip is the best.  On move in day to my new house, I found out the water main was shut-off.  The reason was the deluge of water that shot out of a broken hose pipe when it was enabled.  Pip showed up on a Saturday, repaired the broken pipe, which took a bit of excavation, a good deal of jack-hammering, and some creative pipe cutting to solve.  As if this wasn't enough, he did this all on a Sunday.  Very reasonable considered what it usually costs to get an emergency plumber on a Sunday.  I also had him back to install a Watts reverse osmosis water purification system and feed that supply to my ice-maker.  Great person and a great person to know...

The Works Plumbing did not disappoint.  A late night emergency with the main water valve needed attention asap as the entire house was without water.  John was great in taking the late night call.  In the end, we scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning.  Shawn arrived early (7am) and diagnosed the problem and did an impressive job.  He was friendly, professional, and thorough, making sure there were no leaks.  I appreciated that even when he had to run out to get the right parts he left the job site clean and neat to prevent any hazards.  I appreciated his thoughtfulness.  He explained what needed to be done and did the job right.  He was fair in his pricing and gave great service!  Thank you!  I would recommend him highly!

Had home flood from silted up outdoor drain.  I was able to get an appointment within two days, when Ed quickly got the drain rooted out.  Will definitely use them again, if necessary.  Many thanks to Ed and Randy.

I had a broken water pipe in my front yard at 9:45 PM when trying to remove the roots from a removed rogue palm tree.  Daniel's Plumbing gave me the emergency phone number for the City Water Dept. dispatcher as he was brushing his teeth to go to bed.  The water dept. sent out a city worker to turn the water off at the meter at 10:20 PM.  At 9 AM the next morning, his team responded, replaced the broken section of pipe, and had the water turned back on by 11 AM.  Now that's what I call amazing service!  And everyone was polite and professional.  The charges were fair.

These guys have been great! Very professional and informative about the process. They even wore paper booties over their shoes while inside (nice touch!).

The plumbers came out quickly to repair our flooded water heater. We then had some mold removal done, and when those contractors couldn't get the water heater lit, Pristine quickly came out again to finish the job. Anthony and Dwaine were fantastic, we would definitely use this company again!

Robert and company has always been fast, reliable, fair & always delivered.  Recently after project I asked if he can install an outdoor shower for my girls and surfboards.  It wasn't something he done before but he agreed and delivered again!  He even offered to install my wife's towel rack.  Some day I may splurge and connect to hot water heater but for now I no longer have sand in house & showers after day at South Ponto :)

I also found Robey(sp?) of George Davis Plumbing via recommendations on Nextdoor app. We had a leaky toilet even though I replaced the seal ring myself. Robey was friendly, professional, and above all, honest. I wished I found him much sooner because other plumbers in the area over-charged and were very dishonest in their assessments and prices.

We are loyal R.J.B Plumbing customers. Bob has always been there for us for quick response to our needs as well as the installation of replacement hot water tanks and whole house water filtration systems. He is tremendously knowledgeable about products. He is easy to work with and listens carefully. He is our absolute go to plumber. We couldn't recommend him any higher. Thank you Bob !

Highly recommend Raul's services. Up front pricing, responsive, reliable, and efficient. He replaced three angle stops and installed a new kitchen faucet in less than two hours. Great honest guy and does professional work.

BEWARE!!! The owner of this business does NOT take Covid precautions, does not wear a mask and when asked to do so is not a happy camper. We had a multitude of jobs throughout our house and had a professional sanitize afterwards, owner didn't use any sort of antibacterial spray, etc. after touching many counters/surfaces with his bare hands, etc.

First Time

I am a little nervous when hiring contractors for our home.  I found EP through Yelp, combed through the reviews and after contacting them and getting immediate response back, I decided to chose EP for a toilet replacement.

Being that my husband kept nagging me to find resolve for his thrown, ASAP, I was super excited to receive prompt response and then scheduling was easy.  And although it wasn't a true plumbing emergency I knew that I needed to get the replacement complete within a couple of days.  They scheduled me, replaced my toilet with a nice TOTO toilet.  Christopher, my plumber gave me a few choices from low-mid level and then we decided to stick with TOTO a regarded name in the toilet industry.

I know it's just toilet replacing but because they gave me great service with this job I would definitely hire them for other plumbing jobs for our home.  A good plumber is like having a good hair dresser, you kind of want to keep them for yourself so they don't get too busy or inaccessible.  But I have to give credit where credit is due.  

Husband is happy with the new toilet and the job went smoothly for this momma that's balancing so much already at home. I appreciate the ease of how everything went.  He arrived at 12:30 and the job was completed by 3:15. Two thumbs up!

We had a backed up kitchen sink. After having a couple of other estimates which offered pipe relining instead of new pipes, as well as wanting to rip open one of our kitchen walls & our inside flooring,  we decided to get one more estimate.

Jesse was able to give us a reasonable estimate for new pipes. He started right away and was finished when he said he would be. He also had good recommendations for how to avoid damage to our newly remodeled home.

This was our second time using Jesse's services.  A few years ago our toilet was backed up on New Years Eve. He was able to come out quickly then as well. He replaced our pipes from the house to the main sewer line.

Jesse is reliable and does quality work, I appreciate how well he communicated with us as well.

I am sweating my rear off and have been getting quotes for a replacement HVAC system. All 4 companies that came including Home Depot company gave my wife a quote same day and pretty much upon completion of the inspection. The gentleman that came to do the estimate told my wife they would email us quote by EOD. Nothing. My wife calls the next day and sends an email (in case they had a typo when sending us a quote) and nothing at the end of the second day. I honestly don't know what could take so long (I'm not in the industry) but if this is how long it's going to take for a quote to get my business...how long is it going to take to get the job done. It's way too hot in Rancho to be waiting on these guys. It's going to be a no for me.

Tino was responsive, kind, fast, and went above and beyond on checking things out. He will be our plumbing call for now on
We've got a 1960's house with all the charm & issues that come that age, so it's great to have Tino in our phone for when things show their years!

Powers plumbing has been extremely prompt and does excellent work. But the best attribute that I  have seen is not from the plumbers who come out but also  from everyone including the customer service representives which have
such positive empathic energy.
