I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

I snapped the pipe trying to replace an outside faucet on a Friday afternoon heading into a holiday weekend with three kids under the age of three. (YIKES!) The Works wasn't my first choice, but they sure will be next time.

Shawn was here within a couple hours of my call, quoted me $325 bucks, and came prepared to get the job done. He was a true pro too... once completed he changed the price to $250 because it went better than he worried it might.

He could have easily taken the extra money and I wouldn't have thought twice. That said, while he may have missed out on an extra few bucks today he earned my repeat business, a glowing review, and referrals for a long time to come. I wholeheartedly endorse the work and professionalism of Shawn and The Works. Boom.

Randy Schlaper came the same day we called. Our daughter flushed a Capri sun!!! Our plunger and snake couldn't do the job. Randy showed up on time, was fast and friendly. He explained the steps he was going to take to free the clog. He was able to fix it in under 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

I had a broken water pipe in my front yard at 9:45 PM when trying to remove the roots from a removed rogue palm tree.  Daniel's Plumbing gave me the emergency phone number for the City Water Dept. dispatcher as he was brushing his teeth to go to bed.  The water dept. sent out a city worker to turn the water off at the meter at 10:20 PM.  At 9 AM the next morning, his team responded, replaced the broken section of pipe, and had the water turned back on by 11 AM.  Now that's what I call amazing service!  And everyone was polite and professional.  The charges were fair.

Alex was here and helped installed a particularly tricky RO system.  He has also come to discover that the water valve leading to the house can not be fully closed and he was able to get that fixed also.  He was professional throughout and outlined the price in a very tranparent manner. I appreciate Alex for coming out and looking forward to a great RO system and not having to worry about a broken valve.

Robert was very helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. Dave came out for an estimate to cut a gas line shorter and replace some washer/dryer valves. Dave caught a few things that other plumbers didn't catch when they came out for an estimate. So we were impressed. We hired them to do the job and requested Dave. He was very kind, respectful and did the work that was necessary. He completed the requested work efficiently and we also asked him to install the stackable washer/dryer. It proved to be a challenge since it was such a tight space, but he never complained and got it done. We are so grateful! Thank you Dave & Robert!

I don't post reviews often, but I feel like Roby from George Davis plumbing deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Roby has worked on several plumbing issues in our house over the past year or so. Each time, he is punctual, efficient, and super nice. I highly recommend!

I called RJB Plumbing based on reviews, ratings while appliance delivery guys were still at my house saying they could not install our new fridge due to a broken ice maker valve.

I called RJB Plumbing, scheduled a time to come later that afternoon and got a fair quote.  To be fair, RJB was the first plumber I called, but I did call others afterwards and got similar quotes.  

He asked very descriptive questions upon my call, and also let me know he would be checking the water pressure cautioning me that water pressure adjustment / fixing could be additional.

Robert gave us a few options when he assessed the situation.  First of all, yes our water pressure was too high, our regulator was not functioning properly and because our gate valve was so calcified (my husband had had to turn our water off once and also knew our gate valve was iffy at best) how much it would cost to replace.  

But he also still gave us the option to do the original repair which would be to repair the valve behind the fridge.  

My husband and I discussed, knowing that we had wanted to replace our main water shutoff eventually and get the water pressure under control we opted to get all of it done at one time.  

Having Robert over was a great experience, he explained everything that he was doing, gave us very clear tips on maintaining our plumbing.  

I've never been so happy about a main water shutoff valve!  It's so new and shiny now and we don't have to worry about it falling apart one day !!!    

Oh and we were finally able to install the fridge ourselves with our nice new valve!

Called them out to check out the furnace in our new home, before we fired it up for the holidays. The tech was friendly and knowledgable and went through everything he was checking as he did it, teaching me along the way.

I would give a perfect score, except that a few weeks later I installed a Nest thermostat, and found that the wiring from the furnace to the thermostat had some wires wrong. I would think that's something they would check but maybe not since it was apparently working.

Raul went above and beyond when he ran into some drywall issues while adding a water line for my refrigerator. He is sincere, great communicator and reliable

When Gary was not able to do our under-the-building repair job he referred us to another service who came a did it quickly and efficiently.

I really appreciate when people know what they can do and what they need to refer.

We were very happy that finally got the great Plummer in neighborhood. Mark is always quick to answer our requests! Christopher came to help our kitchen sink clogging! He did great job and fast. We had another Plummer did the job a year ago... But not as good as them. Yes they are efficient and we highly recommend to anyone be who needs plumbing job.

Their staff is rude and incompetent. My credit card payment did not go through, they didn't call me to inform me of that. They sent a staff member who came to my house and threatened me with court. It was the first I had heard that they didn't get paid. I wouldn't use their service if I were you.

I used Powers because of their previous standing in the community.  I don't know if it has been sold or operated by another, but something has changed.  There were problems and errors and those things can happen.  It was the aftermath and the overcharging that could not be remedied in fairness that leaves me concerned.  I was accepting that it was just my experience until a friend told me yesterday that she had the same issues.  

My kitchen was left with holes in walls that were because of worker errors.  I paid to fix them with my contractor without complaint and Powers felt like I should pay for the time, the overtime and the holes myself.  I'm completely miffed that they refused to see their error.  The office claims, without seeing the job, that they were looking for a vent.  The truth is the existing vent was used in the beginning of the job and the holes were a random investigation for something the workers offered to add in and made a big mistake in trying.  The manager refused to speak with her employees because she said they would say black and I would say white.  I offered to go to small claims to remedy the $1600 overcharge from the bid and they agreed.  Instead of keeping their word, they sent the overage to a bill collector after I paid the $3000 of the original invoice.  The perfect move if one is going to lose in court anyway.  Interesting group.  I want no further involvement.  Ignorance, stupidity or evil...it's not my thing.
