Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Same Day Heating and Air came out to diagnose our 3 year old air conditioning system.  Their service technician provided excellent service.   He arrived on time.  They send an email with a photo of the technician so you are 100% sure he is a company employee which is a pretty neat service considering there are fake technician that can come into your home these days.  He was respectful. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.  He waited patiently while I had to take other phone calls and juggle kids.  He offered me several plans and allowed me time to verify with my husband before making a decision.   I am both a talker AND I am interested in the HVAC field so I probably asked him a lot more questions than your typical client.  He was kind, patient and went out of his way to answer all of my questions.  I felt confident in our decision when he left and the air conditioning system has never been so efficient.  

I do not write many reviews but felt this was worthy of the time to commend the company's professional demeanor.  

As a woman, I am not always comfortable working with contractors.  I usually either feel stupid or bullied into getting services I don't need.  Luckily for me, my dad taught me how to be self-sufficient and fix things myself.  However, recharging my AC system is something out of my abilities/tool collection so there are times when I do need to hire a professional.  Their technician exceeded my expectations and I will be specifically requesting him for any future repairs/service.   A+++ .for Same Day Heating and Air-San Diego!

Tim was professional, honest, and reliable from the very start. He explained the process when I made an appointment.

Everything was effortless and he made the process stress-free!

I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.

It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.

Highly recommend Tim for your annual backflow testing! I will gladly recommend him to my neighborhood community.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Came out to diagnose a leak, but then found some major issues in the venting of our kitchen sink/kitchen that were behind the wall. The venting issues had been causing an odor we were unsure of the cause of for years and chalked it up to other things.

Did I mention these guys are clean and courteous too?

Early Sunday morning came down stairs to find water dripping from powder room ceiling, Called 'the works', John was with us in about 30 mins, located problem quickly, had issue fixed in no time.
Wore shoe covers, cleaned up mess from cut away drywall and thought rates very reasonable especially for a Sunday emergency call out.
Would totally recommend them and definitely use them in the future.

John Ritchie is awesome! Silly us - we called asking about two toilets that needed repairing. Then when John arrived, we remembered 3 sink drains that needed repairing. Then we thought, why don't we ask about replacing that old kitchen faucet?!? John was very nice and friendly, and spent a few hours happily working to tackle everything. I had a broken water pipe in my front yard at 9:45 PM when trying to remove the roots from a removed rogue palm tree.  Daniel's Plumbing gave me the emergency phone number for the City Water Dept. dispatcher as he was brushing his teeth to go to bed.  The water dept. sent out a city worker to turn the water off at the meter at 10:20 PM.  At 9 AM the next morning, his team responded, replaced the broken section of pipe, and had the water turned back on by 11 AM.  Now that's what I call amazing service!  And everyone was polite and professional.  The charges were fair.

I was referred to Roby by a friend when I needed a plumber for a broken/leaking water heater.  He replied to my call right away and was able to fit me in that day (since it seemed urgent).   It's been 5 years and all is wonderful with the water heater!  Since then I have had him repair two of my toilettes and received the same quick response and polite service.   I would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing need.

Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. Highly recommend Raul's services. Up front pricing, responsive, reliable, and efficient. He replaced three angle stops and installed a new kitchen faucet in less than two hours. Great honest guy and does professional work.

Use Ray's Plumbing on 9/26/2017 just to install a Kitchen Faucet that I had already bought, so I just needed it installed. Cost was 363.87 it took an hour if that, what a rip off. I would not recommend at all and then they try to sell you maintenance another rip off, but the service person did a great job.

Called and setup a time for them to come out.  They show up on time and did the work plus more.   Also they followed up with me to make sure all was good.   I would rate then a 10 if I could.

Jesse was a life saver to us.  We needed help after hours and he came with a smile.  The price and honesty is what it is all about!  He backs up his work and tells you,  I will be there if you ever need me again, and he was at the drop of a hat..  Thank you Jesse !

Highly recommend this company, had them come out to replace two toilets and check for leaks. Had a really friendly young man named Oliver working with us, was extremely polite and hard working. He replaced our toilets and explained what was causing the rising prices in our water bill. I would gladly call THA again for any future work, and would be happy to have Oliver come out to help us again. Thank you!

Three months ago, Tino did a once-over of the plumbing for me. Got an old house, that's just something one should do every few years.

Replaced a few toilet 'guts', repaired a leaky hose bib, found/replaced washing machine lines, installed a pressure regulator and presto!  My water usage dropped by a third. Yep!

Went from 6K gal/ month before to 3-4 K gal/ month now.  That's been the case for three water bills now.  AND I read the water meter to be sure they were actually reading it. AND no, I haven't adjusted my water usage one bit.  

So pleased about this!

Prices very, very fair.  And Tino is so very friendly, professional and caring about the customer.  Wonderful feeling!

This is a local family business for decades for a reason.  As a realtor, I have the occasion to work with many types of contractors - for my own house and for many clients.  All service providers are not created equal!  There are those that don't show up on time, don't show up at all, over charge, charge for work they don't do or make mistakes then don't fix them.  In the industry word gets around.  

Powers Plumbing is a class act.  They are always on time (if not early).  They are honest, fair and do it right the first time.  I have called them out to fix something that I thought was going to be a big mess and costly just to have them let me know it's not as bad as I thought and an inexpensive fix.  There aren't many plumbers that would tell you that.  All told, I have used them personally or recommended them to clients about 12 times and every time I'd give them 5 stars.
