Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Same Day was terrific and honest. There were unexpected problems during the install, but they found solutions that were actually cheaper than the original project.

The install team (Jeff, JP, and Jamie), we're quick, quiet, and courteous. My husband works from home, and they avoiding working near his office and creating disruptions during his meetings. The install was finished on time, and looks and works great.

We had priced five companies, and Same Day had the best price for what  we were purchasing. They were also the only company to find solutions that stayed within code, and identified electrical considerations the other companies missed. In part this was because our quote was made by a an actual HVAC specialist (Jeff) rather than a sales person.

Great experience all around. We'd purchase from them again, and will keep them as our HVAC maintenance provider

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

So I woke up to no hot water and went to work to make a few phone calls to plumbers. I ended up speaking directly to the owner Pip. He had a few calls ahead of me he said but he explained how to tell my wife to shut off the water and gas to the tank .He was able to arrive between his 2-4 pm window which I really appreciated.  He quoted me a fair price and finished the job without trying to up sell me like my last plumber . (The guys with all the billboards) 20+ years of experience after I got done talking with him. He's my new plumber , and he has since serviced the leaking faucets and running toilets in the business I work for.

Let me say flat out this is the best plumbing company in San Diego. Period. I had two jobs at once and needed a plumber ASAP. I called around and got timeframes of 3-4 hours. John and The Works responded immediately and unclogged drains and replaced a toilet. Great customer service, friendly, clean and incredibly professional. John is the man.
When you need a plumber just call these folks.

I had Willie come out to the house and snake our drain back in July, he was kind, courteous and did a very good job.

I had Troy come out to the house yesterday to help us with a leak on the faucets of our shower.  It is old and has very hard-to-find parts.  He was patient and problem-solved the issue and fixed it.  Thank you

My call was answered right away and Steve was very professional and courteous. They were able to come out right away, diagnose the issue and fix it in the same day. He left the sink area where he had worked very clean after he fixed the problem and charged a very fair rate. Would definitely recommend working with Daniel's Plumbing & Son in San Diego.

Mario Chavez the plumber that came to my house saved the day. I was originally royally screwed over by the my first plumber Robert from James Le Court Plumbing that was contracted by my HOA. My HOA said the plumber will come inspect my kitchen drain clog and will advise if HOA is responsible or if homeowner will be responsible. Of course the plumber immediately said I was responsible as homeowner upon arrival. Then he wasted two hours trying to snake the drain with his commercial auger. For some stupid reason he couldn't get the auger to go down the drain and instead it went up into my attic vent. He starts to blame the builder of the house for making a difficult drain to snake. Then he gave up trying to snake it from the sink opening and climbed into my attic and said he will need to cut into the vent to access from there and will need to charge me 400 dollars more to do that. On top of this he does not believe in COVID, even though he originally had his mask on he took it off several times in my house while working and coughed. I stood over 6 feet away and had my mask on the whole time. I was so angry I asked him to leave. Even though he didn't resolve my clog I still had to pay for his wasted effort time here. After this terrible experience, I called Pristine Plumbing and luckily got Mario who came by promptly. He was super professional, listened, set proper expectations on the costs and what he will do. Most importantly, he said that unless the issue is resolved he won't be charging. Mario also took COVID seriously and took all the proper precautions when working in my house. Mask and gloves were on the whole time and we kept at minimum 6 feet distance apart. Mario took the time to really get the drain unclogged when my previous plumber couldn't. I highly recommend requesting for Mario as your plumber when working with Pristine Plumbing in the future. I will also say Pristine Plumbing has gone paperless, uses customer friendly technology, has their logistics in order and is a great choice to help save your day!

Robert came out promptly on a Saturday morning to diagnose our issue ... a water leak that soaked the kitchen walls and cabinets. He shut off the supply line, pulled out the dishwasher so we could see the source of the leak as well as the pond of water under the dishwasher, and he carefully documented all of the above via his notes and photographs. He also gave a great recommendation for a water damage remediation company to address the damage.

Robert was able to determine that the problem was caused by an over-tightened connector on the dishwasher that had been installed six months earlier by the appliance retailer (the rubber washer inside the brass supply line connector was cut by the over-tightening, thereby creating a pathway for the water to slowly drip out).

I can highly recommend Robert and we plan to use him for all of our future plumbing needs!

What a treat! I called George at 5:30 pm last night. He scheduled us for noon today- and- voila- Roby shows up.
Friendliest guy ever- knows plumbing! We walked him through our 3 troublesome spots and he nails them quicker than quick! He fixed a few things on the spot and we are now soaking toilets in baking soda and bleach and vinegar.
So happy to have called this service!

Bob did an excellent job communicating both before and during the service. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it,  and what I could look for on my own in the future. He was very open and honest went the extra mile.

I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! (That's Navy for Great Job!)

Raul showed up on time and handled an emergency job at my home today in a timely manner. Unfortunately for myself, my building has ancient plumbing that frequently has problems! At least now I know that I can count on Raul in the future to get the job done.

I have used Gary 3 times at two properties and he does a great job at a fair price.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Mark was a referral from a friend in the neighborhood.  We have now used him for a couple of jobs.  He is very good and highly recommended.

Not only did this company do a great job , the customer service level was above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend all of my family & friends to SD Rooter. The owner was always prompt and explained every detail without me asking. Cleaned up all of the work area and made sure my family was completely satisfied before he left . I'm not easy to please and have had multiple problems with other plumbing companies but hands down this is the best company to go through .

I have dealt with the company twice and had a great experience both times.  In 2011 we had them come out to service our AC, and they fixed it right up and they were inexpensive.  Now we are selling the place and the home inspector said there was an AC issue.  Matthew came out and ran through all the options for diagnosis and replacement with us, including the costs.  It seemed like he was trying to do a good job and not just make money.  Very nice man.  I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing!! Called Tino for three separate repairs: leaking toilet, new garbage disposal and new water pressure valve. All were time consuming. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was needed. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will call again when I need any plumbing work done.

Cannot thank Powers Plumbing enough. We recently had a gas leak and Powers Plumbing was professional from start to finish. We got 3 quotes and it wasn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for! The service was fantastic and trusted both workers in and around our place. The owners followed through with updates which was so appreciated. Using them again!
