I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Love that they showed up with mask, as safety is very important right now.  Troy and David were the technicians that performed the install.  They both were very knowledgeable and professional.  They cleaned up after themselves and took there time to ensure the system was installed properly and neatly.  I couldn't be any happier right now and would highly recommend same day heating and air conditioning!

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification.  Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido.  The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district.  Highly recommended!

Pip is fantastic. I found him randomly from seeing his truck outside at another job and after having a nice chat with him, I looked him up on Yelp and then gave him a call. I am so grateful I found him. I have had terrible luck and experiences with plumbers in the past, and Pip almost seems too good to be true... but he's not! He's the real deal!

Pip shows up on time. He's friendly, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, tidy, and has a fantastic English accent and a dry wit to boot that will keep you in stitches. Just as the name of his company suggests, the prices are indeed reasonable.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Pip.  Oh, and he is definitely British when it comes to his love and passion for tea so make sure you have some English Breakfast on hand with cream and a bit of sugar!  Trust me, he's worth it! ;)

I can't say enough about the great job done by Ed Deetz and the crew at Pacific Drain, and their very reasonable charge.

Over a period of 5 months, I had several sewage backups in my downstairs toilets, tub, and shower.  Needless to say, it was gross.
I had 2 separate plumbers come out, who ran hoses and snakes down a cleanout from from the upstairs bath.  The backup would clear temporarily, but recur again and again.  One plumber actually used a divining rod to presumably locate the direction of the sewer line to the main in the street. He marked it with an s on the sidewalk next to the street.  

A third plumber, from a company which advertises heavily on tv and in the newspaper, ran a camera through the cleanout, and told me he  would have his dig crew out to dig near the previous plumber's s by the sidewalk, to presumably fix the clog, although he did not locate the clog.  He gave me a verbal estimate, and then was going to give it in writing, until I told him I was going to get 2 more estimates.  He got within inches of my face and asked Why would you want to get 2 more bids?  I was aghast!

My fourth call, as referred by a friend, was to Ed Deetz/Pacific Drain.  Ed ran his camera down the same cleanout, ran water through it, and detected a clog in the line.  He used a locater to pinpoint the location of the clog, which was near the front door of the house and more than 60 feet from where the other plumber was going to dig.  Ed's quote for the dig and repairs was less than half of the other plumber's.  

His crew arrived within a few days, and dug where Ed pinpointed the clog.  They discovered another cleanout which was buried 3 feet below the surface.  I have lived here for 36 years, and didn't know it existed. They cut the line, and discovered an almost complete blockage.  They called their jetter, who arrived within the hour, and who jetted out a substantial amount of sewage backed up in the ground floor drain under the house.  They reconnected the line and installed a 2 way cleanout near the front door.  This was in January.  Since then, no backups!

As promised, Ed came back today  for a followup camera inspection.  The line is completely clear.

Had I gone with the plumber who first quoted me on the dig, they would have dug a trench to nowhere, and charged me thousands.

Fortunately, I went with Ed Deetz and Pacific Drain.  I saved thousands, and now have peace of mind.

P.S.  After all this, I got a call from the other plumber and told them what happened.  I later received from them a letter of apology.

They sent out 4 different companies before they called Daniels Plumbing service. He came out to check out the issues. Knew exactly what was wrong and made his recommendations to the property mgmt company. I can not say enough how highly professional the company was. THEY DID NOT MESS AROUND. They showed up ready to work and it showed. This company is fantastic!! They are professional, courteous and know their job. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for whatever your plumbing needs are.

I had a great experience with Robert at Vanguard Plumbing. He responded promptly to my request and was able to come out to give me an estimate same day. He seemed very knowledgeable about the information he shared and the products he carries appear high in value. One thing I really liked about him and this company is I did not feel pressured to go with him or get started right away - which is something I have felt with other companies and do not like. He seemed very sincere and trustworthy. I definitely recommend giving them a try. :)

Roby did a great job of replacing a tub spout and installing a new toilet. The charges were reasonable and the work was done efficiently. We will definitely use George Davis Plumbing for our future plumbing projects.

Bob recently installed a water heater in our house along with replacing valves.  He gave us a very fair quote.  He was able to get everything all done.  After installing the water heater, he explained how things worked and what to do in an emergency.  We plan on having other things done and will be going with Bob in the future.  We would highly recommend him.  Thank you Bob.

Called them out to check out the furnace in our new home, before we fired it up for the holidays. The tech was friendly and knowledgable and went through everything he was checking as he did it, teaching me along the way.

I would give a perfect score, except that a few weeks later I installed a Nest thermostat, and found that the wiring from the furnace to the thermostat had some wires wrong. I would think that's something they would check but maybe not since it was apparently working.

Update: we had ANOTHER issue unexpectedly arise and this man came to the rescue yet again! I called him that evening, and the next day, our hot water was back up again. If you're looking for dependable, reliable, superb service, these are your guys. Raul couldn't make it, but he found a solution and had someone to our home in no time. If there's anything you need when shopping around for a plumber, it's the trust that these guys have your back. They never left us hanging, not the first time, not the second time, and hopefully ever! Raul is our plumber for life!

Just used Ray's Plumbing today. Got great service, was on time and did a great job.
Will definitely use again.

Thank you Hector!!!    I came home to water in my closet right before leaving town.   We called and Hector said he could be at our place within the hour.    He was prompt, found the leak and fixed it all in one visit.   Very professional the entire time.  He even solved a kitchen faucet issue we have been having at no change.   We are so grateful for Hector solving our issue.    We would recommend them and will definitely use them again!!!

We purchased a new washing machine but the installers could not remove the old water hoses as the connectors had completed rusted to the water supply outlets.

Despite it being after hours, Tino responded to my Yelp service request instantly, he quickly gave a fair and accurate estimate, and we scheduled a service time for the next day. Tino arrived promptly, he was able to remove the old rusted hoses, and he replaced them with stainless steel hoses that he provided. He also flushed our hot water tank which we had neglected to service since buying the house a few years ago.

I was at work and my wife was at home watching the kids, but Tino kept me informed the entire time with regular text updates including photos and videos.  

We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Tino!

Avoid this company at all cost!

I have work contracted out with Powers Plumbing for a client in the past. They did a ok job. So I called them again. The dispatcher only told me they charge $169/hour.

Long story short.
1. They did NOT inform me of the driving time they charge.

2.  When I arrived on site 35 min after the plumber arrived, he had  done NOTHING - the scope was laying around on the driveway and ladder was still in his truck and he had keys from the lockbox in his hand. I stayed on site for a full hour.

3. Then I was charged for two hours of work! WORST OF ALL, when I questioned the 2 hours were charged, the OWNER called me - not to apologize for omission on their part or  LISTEN to my observation and account for the hours at all, but to continue to defend for the 2 hour charge. No CUSTOMER RECOVERY. He was focusing on winning an argument. It's really a shame to see that happen in service business, especially with the OWNER of the business - which tells you a lot about the business!

To save myself from more angst and misery, I OFFERED TO
PAY HIM FOR GETTING NOTHING BACK, just to get him off my back and not wasting MORE TIME on his ego over the business matter at hand.

It may have been a long standing company as they claimed, but the current OWNER is not in the right mindset to run it or to OWN it.
