Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I asked for a quote from home depot and was scheduled for initial walk through. Guy came in and as soon as he saw the old furnace he already gave me a price -which is way higher than all other quotes I received. He was in and out in about less than 2 mins. Worst guy to ever come through. Already got a new one installed using another company..

I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend this company. Pip was quick to respond, had great communication, was punctual, was very knowledgeable regarding the issues with my garbage disposal (he even noticed an issue with my sink that I hadn't even noticed), and he also saved me $450.00 when another company wanted to waaaayyy over charge me to replace a broken garbage disposal. You can really tell that he is passionate and prideful about his work and not in it to rip people off. I will 100% be using this company again!

We called our home warranty and was referred to this plumber to come out to look at our shower drain that was poorly draining. A man called my husband, told him if he was available the next morning between 7am-1pm. With such short notice, my husband asked him if he could come to our home around 8am since he has meetings late morning. They said no, they can show up anytime within that time frame. Understandable. So then my husband asked about other availability, and they said there wasn't any. NOT understandable. My husband said he was very unprofessional and off-putting. The feel of the conversation was that they just didn't want to come out (likely because we are in OC, and this business is based in Oceanside). But that's not our problem. Even if they did have availability that conversation left a really bad taste in my husbands mouth, and wouldn't want them to come to our home even if they made time for us. The man on the phone said he would  cancel the work order with the home warranty.  Funny, because the moment they hung up, my husband received a confirmation that the appt was confirmed. (No they didn't show up, nor would we allow them in if they did). What a joke.

I don't mind most DIY projects, though I hate anything that has to do with water. Still, I tried to clear a clogged bathroom drain myself, but without success, I knew it was time to call in a professional superhero. Based on Yelp reviews, I call PD&D. Sergio answered the phone promptly, was friendly and courteous, and scheduled a tech for a two-hour window, and said he might even be early.

Nick arrived more than an hour before his scheduled window, took one look at the problem, and fixed it in short order. Our hard Oceanside water had created a large, rock-hard calcium blockage in the pipe that was causing the backup. Price was more than fair.

We recently had our home re-piped (not by PD&D), so I'm hoping I won't have any supply-side problems in future. But for drains, or maybe a water-heater replacement, I'm going with Pacific Drain & Plumbing. They're everything you could want in a plumbing contractor. Highest recommendation!

UPDATE 12/15: I noticed a drip from our water heater, and knew that the pressure valve was going bad. I was told You can replace that yourself, but again, water-related fixes just aren't my comfort zone. Called PD&P, told me they could send someone out that afternoon. Dustin J showed up as promised, took one look at the problem, and set about fixing it. Along the way, he gave me some great advice about how to keep my water heater in good working order, and the work he performed replacing the valve and outflow pipe was exceptional. Dustin was great to work with, and I''d not hesitate to ask for him specifically if I ever have a plumbing issue again. I second the 5-star review I gave them earlier!

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. Our property manager recommended I get multiple quotes, including one from Daniel's Plumbing & Son, who they recommended. Their estimate was very competitive. I've had repairs done by larger San Diego plumbing companies in the past but opted to go with Daniel's and I'm INCREDIBLY GLAD I did.

Steve, Daniel's son services the San Diego area and was present and hands-on onsite at my project site. It was evident that he has years of experience as he walked me through the multiple repairs. His communication is stellar as well...he's highly responsive and professional.

Steve and his team were such an amazing asset during a stressful time. Once Steve and his team were onsite and in motion I had complete faith that the repairs were being done correctly and in a timely manner I was able to exhale.

I want to thank Rey Torres and Dwain Bush for helping out with my soon to be home. During inspections, I was in need of mainline scope (I think that's what it's called). I called to see if someone could come out the next day after 3:00 p.m. Rey contacted me and let me know that he'd be coming out at 3 and would be coming with Dwain. Both showed up, immediately place their shoe covers, had on their masks and were so professional. Rey walked me through everything and told me he would have my video done quickly (something needed for home inspections). When I paid, he handed me a glove to sign his iPad and was so pleasant. I loved the professionalism and trustworthiness I got from the end of the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Rey and Dwain. Thank you guys!

Vanguard replaced a water heater and recirculating pump at my house in Carlsbad.  Robert handled the phone contact, and Dave provided the service.  Both provided good advice without sales pressure.  Dave installed plumbing connections with secure supports, and the hot water delivery throughout the house is now excellent.  While he was there, I asked Dave to check a bathtub drain, and he quickly resolved a repair issue on which a previous plumber had given up.

Roby came by to fix a leak from a drain pipe inside my wall.  He was on time and professional.  He knew right away what was causing the leak.  He guessed that the builder punctured the drain pipe when the drywall was installed.  So when he found the site of the leak, sure enough the drywall nail was too long and went into the pipe.  My only disappointment was that he couldn't pinpoint the exact location of the leak so he had to cut the drywall at three different locations.  I'm just kidding the fact that it only took 3 cutouts to find the leak is really good.  The price was very reasonable too.  I called another plumbing company and they wanted to charge a $125/hr inspection fee plus a vehicle charge.  These charges will be on top of the cost of the repair.  No thank you.  George Davis is my plumber from now on.

Bob did a fine job for me. He informed me that my Moen kitchen faucet was guaranteed for life and told me how get the parts I needed from Moen free of charge.
His rates are fair and the quality of his work is perfect.
I will have more work for him in the future.

Great service! Came out for an emergency leak promptly and fixed it, afterwards the plumber gave a free inspection of the rest of the house plumbing.

With plumbers, one can be very skeptical, but I took a chance and called Jesse as we needed to get a camera in a sewer line of a commercial building and Jesse answered right away and was able to meet me at the property, do the camera work and suggest to hydro jet flush the sewer lines with water pressure to clean them.

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prices were very reasonable.  I would recommend and use Jesse any day.

With the hot weather we are currently experiencing in Southern California, THA heating air & plumbing came out and serviced our AC units ASAP. Their technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We could not have been happier with the speed and service they provided us!!

We had a great experience with Powers at every step: Jason in Parts was very helpful and informative on my first call, Janet efficiently handled my call for an appointment and got me scheduled much earlier than I expected; today Eric called, as promised, before he came, then carefully and efficiently fixed our 'very hard-to turn' bathroom sink faucet!
