I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Sean came out, checked things out and explained very clearly what was going on and what he could do to help our unit run more efficiently. We really appreciated the extra effort he made to check everything out. We would definitely hire them again and will definitely ask for Sean.

Tim responded very quickly to my initial request and questions. His price for test, repair and retest is reasonable and very good (quotes from others were unreasonably high). He is friendly, communicates clearly, answered my questions clearly with patience, handled all paperwork to city right after the job. I strongly recommend Tim for backflow test and repairs. We needed a new bathroom sink and drain replacement. Reasonable Drain and Plumbing Repair came out and fixed everything we needed and was happy to look into other issues we were having with our plumbing throughout our house. They were on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they did an amazing job with all the cleanup afterwards. I would definitely use these guys again. Very happy!!

Shawn was very up front about options for short-term and long-term remedies for our backed up sewerage line.

He scoped it with a video camera, then came back and water-sheared the problem out of two spots that had roots. The water jets opened up the problem nicely, and Shawn says some people just keep having him come back approximately once a year to keep their roots at bay rather than go the expense of jackhammering or digging up ground & redoing couplings. He was honest that this isn't a permanent solution though, yet it does clear out the roots.

He also checked a leaky toilet base by pulling our toilet up-- low and behold, we had tiny roots beginning to creep up through there.  He poured table salt around them base & said that usually takes care of it--it hasn't been a problem since and later we can plan to have our flange routed out & replaced.

So I agree with folks who said Shawn is pleasant, hinest, timely, honest, and educates you on different issues relative to household plumbing. I definitely recommend The Works Plumbing for similar issues.

I called Pacific Drain this morning and told them I had a kitchen drain backup and a slow toilet. Jamine took my information and Ed came out within 3 hours. In 4 hours I had two clean drains! I couldn't ask for better service. Well done!

I was referred to Roby by a friend when I needed a plumber for a broken/leaking water heater.  He replied to my call right away and was able to fit me in that day (since it seemed urgent).   It's been 5 years and all is wonderful with the water heater!  Since then I have had him repair two of my toilettes and received the same quick response and polite service.   I would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing need.

We had an old water heater fail and Bob was able to get out the next day and get us set up with a new one. Real conscientious service and he fully explained the process, equipment and operation.
It is very nice to have someone so professionable, yet personable to get us all set up.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.

BEWARE!!! The owner of this business does NOT take Covid precautions, does not wear a mask and when asked to do so is not a happy camper. We had a multitude of jobs throughout our house and had a professional sanitize afterwards, owner didn't use any sort of antibacterial spray, etc. after touching many counters/surfaces with his bare hands, etc.

We just moved and Chris came and took an extra effort to take care of all the plumbing issues we had. We loved his can do attitude and his awesome work ethics along with his expertise in finding the issue and resolving it!! 5 stars!!

After we tried two other advertising plumbing services (using compact snake wiring) to unclog our kitchen sink with no result. I need to call the expert in this business. Jesse (owner) went above and beyond to communicate with me ahead of time and on the day of the appointment as well. He and his staff came on time and brought in the professional grade 75 feet snake wiring machine to complete the unclogged task. Within an hour or so of work, we saw result and the sink is now usable. Jesse triple checked everything by himself to ensure no leaks on pipes. I am grateful that we are referred by my good friend Jorge to see him today. The cost of the job might be the high end but you pay what you get for professional work. I highly recommend this self employed family business. Thank you once again to you and your staff.

Jim did a hell of a job fixing up my friend Bill super clogged up kitchen sink in La Jolla. I was visiting from LA and got to witness what a pro plumber does on the job. This house is super old and I can imagine the plumbing was ancient as well.  On the first attempt, Jim tried the giant plumber  snake inside the kitchen and then outside the kitchen. That did not work. Finally Jim got up to the rooftop and attack the problem on the plumbing vent. That did the trick and wow, the standing water on the kitchen sink just disappeared into the Bermuda triangle. The sink is now
draining properly and now we can wash dishes again...Thanks for the awesome and professional work Jim. And the service was reasonable and did not cost several hundred dollars unlike what the competition would charge. I highly recommend THA heating, air, and plumbing for any home fixes and maintenance.

Tino is amazing to work with. He has now done two jobs on our home. He is extremely professional, kind and does an excellent job.

He makes sure to keep you informed of his progress and why he recommends certain things. His pricing is very reasonable. He is now our guy for any plumbing issues we have in the future. Highly recommend him!

My house has really bad plumbing and I have to rely on a good plumber every couple of months. Thus, I have tried many. But, I am now staying with this particular Guy.
