As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

So where do I start.....this company Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning.. was absolutely amazing!!! They were 5 star, White Glove Rockstars!! From the first consultation with Tim Naas Field Supervisor, all the way through the end with Eric Del Castillo/Jose Heredia the Lead Installers...they were friendly, punctual, respectful of my property, answered any questions I may of had throughout the project and even put my house back to the way it was like they were never there...I'd like to call them Hotshots.....but with my HVAC seamless installation..they are definately Cool Cats....Meow!! Lol

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Shawn was fast,  responsive and solved our emergency plumbing problen just before Thanksgiving.  He had to climb the roof to snake out a huge clog.  Impressive service and easy going.  Highly recommend!!!

When our tub drain backed up literally a week before Christmas it put me in a panic. We have family coming and we simply don't have the time or money for a big repair. I first called our usual plumber but my call went strait to voice mail so I quickly took to Yelp to find someone local with good reviews that (hopefully) would be available on short notice. My first call (luckily)  was to Pacific Drain and Plumbing. Not only was there a real person Sergio, on the other end of the phone but he was SO nice and even laughed at my lame nervous jokes. We set the appointment for between 3-5pm that same day.
Around 4pm I get a call from the tech (Nick) that he was on his way.  I almost couldn't believe that a plumber was going to be right on time. He was so pleasant it really put my mind at ease. When he arrived he was a true professional-nice, courteous  and no plumber butt!  I showed him to our bath and he got right to work. My husband called to check in and before the end of the call Nick was all done. I could't believe it.  Wham bam crisis averted and for under a hundred bucks. Nick was also nice enough to answer a few questions on his way out.
As much as I hope I don't need them...when it happens I know who to call first. Thanks guys!!

We just got a new washer and dryer delivered...and yikes...the gas dryer needed to be hooked up to an old line with a very old lalve.  We were going to change it ourselves, but got scared at the last minute so went to yelp looking for a plumber.  So happy we called Vanguard!  Robert was so helpful on the phone and even got us set up same day with Dave to do the job.  Dave showed up within the hour and got us up and running quickly and effortlessly...we are so happy with the service!
Fortunatly we don't need a plumber often...but next time we do we will call Vanguard.  Thank you so much to Robert & Dave...our new gas dryer is running in the background! :)

Roby did a great job of replacing a tub spout and installing a new toilet. The charges were reasonable and the work was done efficiently. We will definitely use George Davis Plumbing for our future plumbing projects.

Bob saved the day. To start, he talked
me through the mistake I made when striking my main water line. Since it was late in the day on the weekend, Bob was able to schedule me the next work day and he fixed the issue. And, he really is a nice guy and knows his stuff! 100% recommended!

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

I usually don't post reviews but in this case I would like inform the fellow customers regarding my experience.

I was initially quoted $350 flat fee for addressing a water leak over the phone, then the fee was increased to $475 when plumber look at the leak. The final amount was again increased to $600. They also drained the sewage from the back instead of from the front clean up access which was unnecessary as the back access was much further. Jerry (boss) and Raul were not flexible on the final fee and would not leave the property until $600 was paid. This tells me that either they don't know what they are doing and don't how to properly quote a fee or they are purposely misleading the customers by initially promising low flat fee over the phone and then increase it.

Additionally, Raul yelled at my a tenant. She had to go over to the neighbors as she did not feel safe. Raul did apologize later.

My experience was unfortunately unpleasant as the fee almost doubled from the initial quote and my female tenant did not feel safe around plumber.  

I do not recommend their service based on my experience.

After the review, Raul Godinez reached out and said he could care less about the review, then proceeded to return to the property unannounced which scared my tenant who told him to leave. After that he threatened to put my property on so called plumber radar so that other plumbers would not do any work at property. Mr. Godinez also accused my tenant of doing drugs without any evidence and even joke about how he charged me $600. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Attached is the full text messages exchange - I numbered the screenshots since they are not in right order.

I sincerely hope this will not happen to any other consumer.

I will also be filing a complaint with CSLB (Contractors State License Board).

On top of that it seems like he is not licensed as I could not search his name on CSLB website even though he claims he is licensed.

Gary is a great plumber. He's done all our work for years and is great. I can't say enough about him - just a great guy and a fine plumber.

Great service!  Let's face it: plumbing is expensive.  When you can find a plumbing company that charges reasonable prices AND is honest to boot, you hold onto them like grim death!
Efficient Plumbing is that company.  Mark arrived on time, gave us a fair estimate and returned when he said he would to complete the task.  He did a great job and we will ask for him again in the future.

I was a new homeowner when all drains clogged up in my house. Old Republic Insurance sent someone out to look at the problem. It was a joke! He wanted to refer me to others (for a kickback is what others speculated on YELP) and said he couldn't help me although I still had to pay the service fee. I called Jessie with SD Rooter immediately because he did work on the house for the previous owner. Jessie came to my home the very same day. Not only was he able to snake a drain to open a toilet to use, he didn't even charge me! It was obvious this guy knew his stuff. He started on my repairs right away. It was clear to him that there was a problem with the main line from the house to the street. Initially, he estimated it would take about two days to do the repairs by installing a double cleanout, hydro jet the lines, and resleeve the main pipe. He quoted me a price and proceeded with the work. But after he and his crew dug a trench down to the main pipe and evaluated the situation, they realized the situation was much more serious and involved. The job started on a Thursday and Jessie said they would work through the weekend if they needed to complete the job. He was true to his word and worked through the weekend; however, it took about 9 days for the job to be complete! They tried to shoot material into the line to resleeve it but the old cast Iron pipe was in such bad shape, they needed to replace it, so more excavating needed to be done. Jessie worked with me. Even though he gave me a price assuming the pipe would be resleeved, he stuck by his word and did not charge me more money even though it cost him a lot more money to replace the entire pipe. He also provided several free services for me: snaking my drains twice, running a cable and camera through lines, and he also looked at a different problem inside the house free. I had to work part of the time during the repair so Jessie was great about updating me. His crew were hard workers and professional. Because it was so hot, I provided water, drinks, and some food because they were so nice and were working so hard in the heat!! They were VERY appreciative. When they completed the job, their concrete work over the area of my driveway that was removed looked really good! They were also meticulous in cleaning up trash and debris and hauling it away. Jessie took care of me, and although he could have made more money doing this job, he stuck by his word and charged me less than what he would have normally charged. Jessie is honest. He'll tell you directly that he's not the cheapest and he's not the most expensive. He is very good and experienced and he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend this company.

I recently moved to San Diego and was referred this company from a neighbor whom also uses this service. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and welcoming response I received when calling to set an appointment to assist my units system, there was a nerve wracking sound that's would bother us at night, I believe it was a woman named Marie that quickly got someone out to our place to keep me from going through another night of that unbearable sound. Shouts out THA & it's crew

I spoke to Tino regarding my plumbing issue, sent him a picture. He recommended to replace shut off valve & water pressure regulator for the best long term outcome.
Tino is very meticulous. He's the kind of repair person in general you would want to get. He's friendly and very thorough. He takes pride in the quality of service he provides.  He texted me 3 days later to make sure there's no leak & the valve is dry. Unfortunately, there was a leak but it was the size of a teardrop. The shut off valve was defective. Tino came back at a convenient day for both of us to replaced the shut off valve. I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing.

Eric was an excellent plumber. He was polite, friendly, knowledgable and made recommendations that he discussed with me. I would definitely use Eric again. Great plumber!
