I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Alecko was great, I appreciated the detail in explaining to me what I needed, very nice young man, really happy with the maintenance pkg I purchased, I definitely do not want to get caught blind sided, this program keeps me on point! Very nice company and the receptionist are so nice!

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

Pip is fantastic. I found him randomly from seeing his truck outside at another job and after having a nice chat with him, I looked him up on Yelp and then gave him a call. I am so grateful I found him. I have had terrible luck and experiences with plumbers in the past, and Pip almost seems too good to be true... but he's not! He's the real deal!

Pip shows up on time. He's friendly, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, tidy, and has a fantastic English accent and a dry wit to boot that will keep you in stitches. Just as the name of his company suggests, the prices are indeed reasonable.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Pip.  Oh, and he is definitely British when it comes to his love and passion for tea so make sure you have some English Breakfast on hand with cream and a bit of sugar!  Trust me, he's worth it! ;)

My faucet broke, so I needed a new one installed right away.  I chose The Plumbing Works based on the glowing reviews here. They are well deserved!  Shawn arrived exactly on time, put booties over his shoes to protect my floor (I appreciated this), quickly and professionally installed my new faucet and garbage disposer (within an hour), and cleaned up afterwards.   He's friendly and courteous as well.  What more could you ask for?  I will definitely call him again the next time I have any plumbing job.

We were very pleased with our service by this company. We had a blocked drain that caused a backup in both our kitchen sink and washing machine. We called and were able to get a plumber out the same day. Willy was able to fix the problem for an excellent price.

They sent out 4 different companies before they called Daniels Plumbing service. He came out to check out the issues. Knew exactly what was wrong and made his recommendations to the property mgmt company. I can not say enough how highly professional the company was. THEY DID NOT MESS AROUND. They showed up ready to work and it showed. This company is fantastic!! They are professional, courteous and know their job. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for whatever your plumbing needs are.

Called Pristine Plumbing for a serious leak in our condo. They sent Cameron, and OMG, Im so glad they did. Cameron came to our rescue! He was so great to work with!! He had to come to our place several times and he was always prompt and communicated his ETA etc. He is super knowledgeable and patient. Anything that confused my husband or I -he took the time to explain and go over in detail. Hands down, Im requesting Cameron when/if I ever need a plumber again!

In Vista the water bill comes through Vista Irrigation, every two months. I had a bill at end of 2022 that was higher than I expected, then first bill of 2023 was mammoth. Obviously a leak. Now some leaks will require a specialty outfit, but Vanguard said let us have a look and I decided to go with them. And guess what, Vanguard came through! Robert was the plumber, he confirmed the leak, did his checks, and darn if the culprit wasn't simply a toilet running that my old ears couldn't hear. As one does I brought a couple other matters to Robert's attention, and he got those resolved. Price was fair for all the work Robert did. Highly recommend Vanguard.

Roby came by to fix a leak from a drain pipe inside my wall.  He was on time and professional.  He knew right away what was causing the leak.  He guessed that the builder punctured the drain pipe when the drywall was installed.  So when he found the site of the leak, sure enough the drywall nail was too long and went into the pipe.  My only disappointment was that he couldn't pinpoint the exact location of the leak so he had to cut the drywall at three different locations.  I'm just kidding the fact that it only took 3 cutouts to find the leak is really good.  The price was very reasonable too.  I called another plumbing company and they wanted to charge a $125/hr inspection fee plus a vehicle charge.  These charges will be on top of the cost of the repair.  No thank you.  George Davis is my plumber from now on.

Just had the absolute pleasure of having Bob replace my water heater. Water heater went out on Sunday morning. I have a home warranty service and after a day and a half of frustration and the soonest appointment of Friday (have an 11 month old in the house) they allowed me to find my own plumber and they would reimburse me after the work was completed. Thank God they did, called Bob after trying several other local companies (none of witch would work with the requirements of the warranty company that would allow for me to get reimbursed). Bob had no problem working with the warranty company to help me out. He came out Monday night to give me a quote (required by warranty), called the warranty company with the quote to get approval and I'm sure delt with a lot of there BS. Came out Tuesday just after noon with everything need to fully replace my heater and water regulator (he tested Monday night and showed me on his gauge that I had a water hammer in my system that would cause more problems in the future). Removed the old heater and replace it with the new one even replaced my ball valve because it was looking a little old and corroded. Showed me how to maintain my new regulator and water heater to make sure they last me for many many many years to come. I can't thank him enough for coming through. Great person and amazing plummer. Definitely saved his information in my phone for the next time I'm in need or anyone I know is in need, he will be the first person I recommend to anyone!!!

I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! (That's Navy for Great Job!)

Very knowledgeable and kind. Was able to help me diagnose a plumbing issue over the phone, troubleshooting before an in-person visit was needed. Most plumbers would have required a consult. Will for sure be using R&J for our future plumbing projects!

Use Ray's Plumbing on 9/26/2017 just to install a Kitchen Faucet that I had already bought, so I just needed it installed. Cost was 363.87 it took an hour if that, what a rip off. I would not recommend at all and then they try to sell you maintenance another rip off, but the service person did a great job.

CALL THESE GUYS!!! Mark was so professional, gave me an excellent deal, was, as the name indicates, efficient and and all around good guy. As a girl, I always get a bit freaked out having guys come into my home, but Mark was great. Finished the job quickly, but not rushed. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Don't bother calling ANYONE ELSE! Trust me...I have dealt with so many plumbers (leaks just love me). These guys are top notch. And the best prices!

Jesse was great!! He was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We needed to replace our water regulator. When the price was a little higher than we hoped, he offered to replace our busted hose nozzle for free! We hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call Jesse for sure.

THA does outstanding work and has a very friendly staff.  Alonso installed a hot water heater, He took his time to do the job right.   My next door neighbor had a hot water heater installed about one or two weeks after me by another company and the work was no where near as good as THA.  Also, Alonso has a lot of great and interesting stories.  

Louie installed a furnace in my home and he too did a great job.  He had to go under my mobile home several times, which was a lot of work.

Also Melissa and Cloe whom work in the office are exceptionally nice and helpful people.

I highly recommend THA.

Tino will be my plumber for life. His combination of knowledge, quality of work, and pleasure to be around is unique. He fixed a water leak from a second floor shower that was damaging my family room ceiling. He was on time, explained everything he was doing, was quick yet effective, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Tino!

Update: I appreciate the company attempting to make right (and confirming that they charged a full 30min for a 7min drive- so I got charged $50 for someone to drive 7min up a street) I think that works out to $10 a stop sign . Fact of the matter is that there was confusion. Maybe I am the exception to the rule but as an example  today I was resent the invoice twice. Once telling me that I needed to pay the $123 again then a subsequent a minute later stating that it was paid in full. I don't dispute the charges but today is just another example of how the billing needs to improve.  

Update: owner tried to bill me a 3rd time (I'm not joking). I have proof of payment(s) and will be reporting to BBB (can't give 0 stars)
