Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Recently we had an attic inspection and cleanup scheduled. The guy who came out told us we needed our ducts replaced immediately and made it seem like a very dire situation. We decided to give Same Day Heating & Air a call for a second opinion since they had installed our central a/c a year ago, and I'm glad we did. They scheduled an evaluator to come out promptly, and gave us a great price since we'd done business with them before. Their quote came in 4k under the other company's quote!

We signed the contract on Friday and by Monday they were here, and by Tuesday they were all done, as estimated. Our install techs were Samson and JP, and they were awesome and super friendly. They were on time, considerate of cleanup, and did a great job of walking us through the process and answering any questions we had. Samson even gave us a heads up on what to expect as far as feeling a difference in air flow due to the changes in the ducts and vent sizing, and you could tell he really enjoys and geeks out over what he does! They made our duct system more efficient and changed where some of the vents come out, so we no longer will have to worry about hot/cold air blowing too directly at our baby's crib. We'll be reaching out to them for all our HVAC needs :)

Tim was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and organized. Got the job done same day without a shocking invoice. I highly recommend!

Shawn was amazing. I called the works plumbing and they came out to assess the situation in less than one hour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Highly recommended!!

I've been suffering though a flooded backyard for several rainy seasons because landscape drainage people I've had out either were incompetent or wanted to replace my system without even knowing where the problem laid.  I guess it was my own fault for not being a good Yelp keyword searcher and finding Pacific Drain & Plumbing earlier... they were recommended on the Nextdoor on-line forum for my neighborhood.
When Daylon arrived, I recognized immediately that I wouldn't have to drop hints about being a golden elite on Yelp.  He listened to my description of the issue, asked the right questions, and set about work in the most logical manner.  Thinking I had a root problem, I had booked two hours of hydro-jetting for $325 with use of the pipe camera being $100 extra. He elected to use the camera without charge because it would make his job easier.  Within minutes he'd located a blockage and flushed it out, first setting up a shop vac to keep muddy water from coursing past the neighbors' homes to the sewer drain.  Since that wasn't the total solution to  my problem, he began the same process at the next drain access.  He worked for another hour with the camera, hydro-jet, and snake to pinpoint the disruption in the line, figure out the cause, rectify it, and check the line 50 feet in the opposite direction.
It turns out that I have a collapsed pipe, and he flagged and told me exactly where and how deep to dig, what materials to buy, and offered a prorated visit with the less expensive snake if needed. If there's one thing I hate it's incompetency and up-selling (ok, two things), so I really appreciated that Daylon took the time and effort to figure out my 2-3 year old problem, and tried to save me money too.  Plus, he has a very pleasant demeanor, so I wouldn't mind working with him again though I trust his diagnosis so thoroughly that I'm sure we won't be needing him back on this issue!

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

We had a backed up kitchen sink and a leak underneath it.  We called Vanguard Plumbing to take care of it because we have had them out before to replace our water heater.  Our technician showed up on time, fixed out backup and was able to find a very subtle leak that had eluded our previous plumber.  Great Work!!  We have already recommended Vanguard Plumbing to a few friends.

Woke to leaky pipe to toilet in bathroom.  Worse yet, my husband tried to fix it!.  I was lucky that Roby was between jobs and came within the hour.  Quick, neat, friendly and guaranteed work.  Will definitely call again.

I called RJB plumbing last night, with broken garbage disposal problem, panicked since we could not use kitchen sink any more. Robert found time and came this morning to take a look. He fixed our disposal in 5 minutes and refused to take any money for his work. He said it was not a big deal and he was glad to help. I am truly amazed that such honest business exists in our neighborhood. I would highly recommend Robert and his RJB Pluming business. We have found our plumber for life!

My tenants broke the shower valve and fortunately I found Raul. He responded to my yelp request immediately and came out to check the issue. Told me what needs to be done and gave me what I felt like an honest estimate. On the day of the work, he showed up on time. I thought it would take several hours to complete the work but he finished replacing the valve within 2 hours, which was impressive. We had to shut off the water to the entire building so his ability to work fast was a plus since everyone is working from home during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend him and will save his numbers for the future.

Use Ray's Plumbing on 9/26/2017 just to install a Kitchen Faucet that I had already bought, so I just needed it installed. Cost was 363.87 it took an hour if that, what a rip off. I would not recommend at all and then they try to sell you maintenance another rip off, but the service person did a great job.

Mark is beyond amazing and so super honest. In my business, I work with tons of contractors and they don't make him like him anymore. He's the only one that I've ever worked with that actually calls you back right away. If he's unable to do it, he sends and employee and his employee is fantastic too. Hands down, he's the best plumber I've ever worked with/had. Thank you!

I received a response to my review after five months. The response showed that the contract had not been read, the situation had not been looked at properly and I was told I could contact the company yet again about resolving the issues. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business. It is only a way to try to make the company look better on Yelp. Had my review actually been read, the contract, or the situation actually been understood, the company would have seen that the employee and the contract stated that they would cut the tile as explained again the morning that the work was done (and that the tile was old and easily taken off), that I had paid already for the additional repair on something else entirely and told they would do it for free (when it had been paid for), and that I've contacted the company repeatedly and been blown off. Telling me five months later that I can recontact the company is not appropriate. Not doing anything to resolve the issue, leaving a large hole and the response they did compounds the problems.
