As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rarely do I write reviews. (Inundated with surveys) Yet Same day deserves my efforts. My experience was beyond expectation. my job was huge replace ancient  system.
The crew Jeff,Jamie,Troy, & Poncho were CLEAN!!! Timely, obviously good at what they do a lot of experience. Worked efficiently, as well as perasonably.
Like the feel of a small private company.

I'm thankful I found a new backflow inspector for my yearly test.

Tim was professional, honest, and reliable from the very start. He explained the process when I made an appointment.

Everything was effortless and he made the process stress-free!

I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.

It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.

Highly recommend Tim for your annual backflow testing! I will gladly recommend him to my neighborhood community.

Pip is AWESOME! He was able to see me quickly and fix a repair that another contractor did incorrectly. His pricing was reasonable. I work M-F so I left my key for him and trusted him 100%. He completed the work; cut into the drywall to re-route a pipe under my new bathroom sink. He even replaced the drywall piece so all I had to do was complete the drywall repair. He left the invoice, locked the house up and I mailed him my payment.

Had 20 people for thanksgiving and our kitchen sink got clogged.  Called these guys the next morning at 7am and Shawn was at our door within an hour!  Excellent service an very professional   Fair prices too

Definitely new owner. I wish I had read the comments before calling them. The same drain service was 99 dollars by old pacific plumbing and drain a year ago and now they are charging 249 USD. Same experience as someone put it. The work man is on the phone asking the manager how much should be quoted describing what he saw.

I had a washing machine drainage issue that caused water to spray out of one of the ports. Steve was excellent at communicating with me and insured that he would have someone come out ASAP. His team arrived within the hour and fixed the issue. I will without a doubt be using Daniel's Plumbing any other time I may have an issue. I had vanguard plumbing update my upstairs bathroom drains and vents which were installed incorrectly from the previous remodeling contractor. It was a lot of work.Also had my clothes dryer vent rerouted from the attic to garage. It's working much more efficient now. Robert and Dave did a great job. They were professional and courteous and arrived on time. I will be using vanguard for my future plumbing needs.

I had just a small simple job. The flow diverter on my tub spout was broken. I had the screw-on type and when I tried removing it myself, encountered a lot of resistance. I decided to play it safe and find a plumber. They sent Roby out, who arrived on time first thing in the morning. As he removed the tub spout using a pipe wrench...sure enough the old pipe busted. He let me know that it looked like he needed to do some extra solder work to add more pipe back on, but after working the pipe for a few minutes, he was able to convert it to a use a slip-on tub spout without adding more pipe back...this meant the job ended up costing less than initially expected. All in all, I really appreciate the honesty with the pricing and was satisfied with the work.

I contacted Bob after trying to get in touch with the usual plumber we use and not getting a response.  I then tried another one that was recommended by a neighbor.  Again, no response.  I checked on Yelp and saw RJB Plumbing and the reviews.  I got an immediate response asking what our issue was, and he was out the next day!  He replaced all three toilets in our house in about 3 hours, and did an amazing job.  Although my husband did most of the interacting, he said Bob walked him through everything he was doing, and educated him on things previously unknown.  He also fixed our water main and adjusted the water pressure which was too high.

Overall, very friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient.  Not to mention that we feel the value for 3 brand new toilets and labor was more than reasonable.  Bob will no doubt be our go to guy for all our future needs!

I called them in a panic when the heater broke at my place of work. They were very professional, understanding and did an awesome job fixing it in a timely manner.
I love that they are a family owned business and care more about people than money.  I felt comfortable having them at my place of work without being able to be there myself AND it was left extremely clean after the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

Raul went above and beyond when he ran into some drywall issues while adding a water line for my refrigerator. He is sincere, great communicator and reliable

Gary is a great plumber. He's done all our work for years and is great. I can't say enough about him - just a great guy and a fine plumber.

I also saw Mark on Yelp.  I found him to be polite, efficient, and professional.  He's as good as it gets!  I plan to call him for all my plumbing needs.

So, got a quote after sending pictures. He made it seem like it was no big deal, and would only charge $99. So, I had to take the day off to wait....and wait...then I texted to see when he was coming...no response. I lost a full day's pay just sitting home waiting for him to show or at least tell me he wasn't coming. What a waste!!!! Small claims court, here I come!

A/C not working suddenly ... of course on the hottest day in months.  Significant Health issue makes this a major problem for me ...
I called THA in early in the day ... Maria was wonderful, pleasant, helpful, understanding ... and within two hours was able to schedule a technician to come out that afternoon.
Enrique (Ricky) showed up promptly as scheduled .... did a great job of diagnosing the problem ... and in less than an hour, he completed the diagnosis; replaced the needed part; and had cold air flowing!  Great job!
And finally, the manager Hector was very helpful with providing a reasonable price for this great urgent service!

Tino repaired the two showers in my house because the shower was leaking and the hot water was not coming out of the shower. He came with the replacement parts and replaced the cartridges. The cost was very reasonable compared to another plumbing company I contacted. He also installed the two new shower heads I bought and did not charge me extra! He was very informative with what he was doing and very professional. Unexpectedly, one of the shower handles was too big. He installed it temporarily until he can bring another one that will fit. Unfortunately the temporary shower handle broke after a couple of shower use and it happened when I had family visiting and it was Saturday evening. Tino went out of his way to come on a Sunday to replace the shower handle and did not charge extra except for the parts he replaced. I really appreciate his kindness and for giving such extraordinary service. I highly recommend him if you need ANY plumbing repair.

Powers has saved us more times than I can count. When you have a plumbing issue you want it fixed asap and right the first time!  They work fast , but carefully and that is most important to us with our historic home. Their extensive  community work also speaks volumes to the kind of company they are. 5 stars to Powers Plumbing.
