As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hired Same Day Heating and A/C to do their promotion tune up. I was happy and received exceptional service as a first time customer. My technician was Rich. He was educational, explained what he was doing in the process, wore a mask, wore booties, and overall polite and knowledgeable. He was able to reroute my Thermostat wire for me with G wire for my Nest thermostat I had installed already. Such a relief to finally have fan mode again!

We used TS Backflow for our yearly Backflow testing. They were very quick to respond and get us scheduled. Very happy with their service! Thank you! We will definitely be calling you again next year!

We had a great experience with the team at Vanguard today! We called them this afternoon with regards to a clogged toilet. We received a prompt response and had someone on site within the quoted time. Dave Fults was extremely professional and fixed our toilet within a very short period of time. He was also very knowledgeable and shared tips on toilet paper (avoid Charmin Ultra Soft) and also those pesky wipes (they're not actually flushable)! All in all, we had a great, seamless, hassle-free experience today. We will definitely keep their number handy for any future plumbing and drain matters!

We just used George Davis Plumbing to unclog our pipes to fix a very backed up kitchen drain.  Roby was great - quick and efficient.  Great communication, called to give me the heads up 10 minutes before arrival within my 2 hour window.  Price was very, very reasonable too.  I found them on Nextdoor and neighbors were praising them and Roby in particular.   They will be my go to plumbers in the future (I've tried a different plumber each time when needing a plumber over the past 10 years).   Very happy with the results.   (858)-366-8152

Bob is awesome.  I've had a few plumbing repairs at my home in San Marcos and he's been quick to respond, super helpful in explaining what the problems were, and reliable in coming back with the parts and getting the job done.  On the most recent call, he drove 30-40 minutes over to look at a leaky faucet, and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Just a really good guy.  Highly recommended.

Thompson Heating and Air and their Technician Darrell was awesome. After two local companies did a no call no show for two appointments to fix my A/C I called Thompson heating and air and they had a tech come out within two hours of me calling. My shower wasn't draining so we called Raul. We got a response right away and he was able to come out the same day we called. Raul was very knowledgeable and professional, he tested every drain in the house to make sure they were functioning properly before he left.   Very happy with our service.

Their staff is rude and incompetent. My credit card payment did not go through, they didn't call me to inform me of that. They sent a staff member who came to my house and threatened me with court. It was the first I had heard that they didn't get paid. I wouldn't use their service if I were you.

We have used California Pacific Plumbing's services for several years at various condos/homes in San Diego and La Mesa.  Tino is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!  He is extremely thorough and does quality work!  He even takes the time to explain and educate the homeowner so that small problems don't become bigger, costly ones! Wow! If you are a landlord or homeowner looking for a top notch plumber who will not only get the job done but do it right with integrity and honesty, Tino needs to be on your speed dial!  We highly recommend him and his company!

Janet who claimed to be a co owner was condescending and unapologetic . Continually interrupting. Jason the manager was blasé and both unwilling to accommodate us for a problem they were originally called out for which was never addressed. $1400 later and 2 visits they have the nerve to send a new invoice.  their response to come back and actually look at the problem was we have to charge you and interview your tenant!!! Of course my electrician and I have already explained what the issue was too many times
