As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Same Day Heating and Air did a great job. They gave me a great quote. Actually best price after about 10 companies. Jeff and Jamie did a great job on the install. Told me what the procedure was, listened to my input on the placement of the system, and got it done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Came out to diagnose a leak, but then found some major issues in the venting of our kitchen sink/kitchen that were behind the wall. The venting issues had been causing an odor we were unsure of the cause of for years and chalked it up to other things.

Did I mention these guys are clean and courteous too?

The plumber we normally used was out of town, so I was referred by a friend to call Pacific Drain. Randy came out and fixed our sink in about 30 minutes. He was very friendly and got the job done quick!

Customer service quoted me 1pm-3pm but Randy was here at 1pm sharp, which was really nice. The customer service at Pacific Drain is really helpful as well.

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. Our property manager recommended I get multiple quotes, including one from Daniel's Plumbing & Son, who they recommended. Their estimate was very competitive. I've had repairs done by larger San Diego plumbing companies in the past but opted to go with Daniel's and I'm INCREDIBLY GLAD I did.

Steve, Daniel's son services the San Diego area and was present and hands-on onsite at my project site. It was evident that he has years of experience as he walked me through the multiple repairs. His communication is stellar as well...he's highly responsive and professional.

Steve and his team were such an amazing asset during a stressful time. Once Steve and his team were onsite and in motion I had complete faith that the repairs were being done correctly and in a timely manner I was able to exhale.

The plumber was kind and courteous however the cost I was quoted to clear a simple clogged drain was $500.00!  I called a local plumber who honest to God charged $95.00.  Of course I tipped him generously but Pristine's quote was highway robbery.

Dave Fults  saved the day, without hesitation he helped me out. He went above and beyond his duties! That's the kind of reliability and values that will keep him in mind for any future services. Thank you!!

I was referred to Roby by a friend when I needed a plumber for a broken/leaking water heater.  He replied to my call right away and was able to fit me in that day (since it seemed urgent).   It's been 5 years and all is wonderful with the water heater!  Since then I have had him repair two of my toilettes and received the same quick response and polite service.   I would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing need.

Just want to tell people to make sure you get 3 or 4 quotes. All plumbers are not the same! I had a situation were the tank was under the 12  year warranty and had to be taken to Home Depot for exchange. Most plumbers did not to bother and doubled the labor cost as did RJB Plumbing. The company I used took out the old tank, returned to Home Depot (for full value), had new tank and materials and out in 15 minutes! They then install it professionally and up to code for over just a little over $600. Be sure to get QUOTES!

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.

I purchased a whole house water filter system and I wanted to hire a reputable, competent, and most of all, a honest plumber. I found Mark on Yelp. What can I say..... WOW!!! Mark is not only a friendly person but extremely knowledgeable and competent plumber. He showed up on time and was able to install the whole house water filtration system in no time and best of all, it was done right! His attention to detail and workmanship is exceptional. In this day and age where businesses just want your $$$, it was refreshing to do business with someone who cares and at the same time very competent in their line of work. BTW, Mark charges a fair price for his excellent work too.  I'm a lifetime customer for sure!!!

Jesse was great!! He was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We needed to replace our water regulator. When the price was a little higher than we hoped, he offered to replace our busted hose nozzle for free! We hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call Jesse for sure.

These guys are usually on point with fast appointments, and the guy who used to make the plumbing appointments was super-helpful (whatever happened to him?), but the prices charged are getting ridiculous - most recently ~$900 for a 2-3 hour job (in between the plumber 'goofed off' to Homedepot several times)...  Can no longer recommend...

Tino was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to replace our leaky kitchen faucet as well as a leaky toilet. He took the time to show and explain what he was doing, which I appreciated. We will definitely be using him in the future!

Super reliable service! We're having issues with water leaking from our roof and couldn't figure out how to turn off the water for the building. I called Powers and Janet was extremely helpful. She was able to give some recommendations and had a gentlemen come out and help us with all our small requests! He was efficient and very knowledgeable during the service call. We found ourselves a new local plumbing company. Thank you again Janet!!
