Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I needed my furnace replaced ASAP so the blower could work with the AC. Everyone I worked with was super professional. Michael L. gave me my estimate and explained all the details thoroughly. Troy and Adrian did my install. They were on time, worked hard, and cleaned up beautifully. Sean M. finished up some electrical work and completed it promptly. On top of all that, everyone was super friendly to my dogs--always a big plus!

On the non-service side, the company gave me a great price with an extensive warranty. I totally recommend this company (and I've worked with another big name HVAC company that I would NEVER recommend, so I have a basis of comparison)

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification.  Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido.  The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district.  Highly recommended!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Came out to diagnose a leak, but then found some major issues in the venting of our kitchen sink/kitchen that were behind the wall. The venting issues had been causing an odor we were unsure of the cause of for years and chalked it up to other things.

Did I mention these guys are clean and courteous too?

We recently closed on a house and decided to go with Arrow/Pacific Plumbing to have the sewer line evaluated due to prior history of tree root intrusion.  Brandon Wheeler came out and did a thorough inspection of all of our plumbing related concerns, the biggest being the sewer line.  He got out the snake with video and showed us a video in a real time of the entire sewer line.  Sure enough there was a new large tree root intrusion.  Brandon was courteous, professional, and had no issues answering questions or explaining anything.  A detailed estimate was provided with all the recommended repairs.  Once the house closed we went ahead and gave Brandon a call and set up a time to have the work performed which was relatively extensive due to the need to dig up a 4x4 pit in the driveway to access the site where the tree root intrusion was.  Brandon's team quickly got to work on day one and all work was done well with Brandon stopping by towards the end of the job to check up on things.  The only thing I think they could improve on is better communication as to what is being done when.  I stayed home for the entire week as I was never sure if I needed to be home for different parts of the job and it turned out that I only needed to be home one of those days (the last one) when they needed to access inside of the house.  They also had an emergency call to respond on day 3 but did not communicate this in a timely fashion and it wasn't clear when they would be coming back out.  I can't comment on their prices as I did not obtain other estimates for the work performed.  Aside from the communication deficits, I was satisfied with their work and professionalism and would still rate them 5 stars and recommend to anyone needing any manner of plumbing repair or upgrade.

These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Great service!  Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement.  We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done.  I really appreciate his time and positive attitude!  Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

Just had Bob out to my place for a water main leak. It was between the meter and the house somewhere. The water Dept. alerted us to the high usage, otherwise there was no indication of a leak. I had no idea where to start.

I called Bob, He answered my call immediately, and gave me all the information necessary to get the process started. He worked me into his already busy schedule. He even stayed past dark to get the water service restored to my house.

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.

I had a water leak in my garage and Raul responded quickly. He diagnosed on the phone via texting, photo's and a call so was ready-to-go when he arrived early the next morning to make the repair. I seldom write reviews, but Raul was exceptional. In general, I found a lack of response from other plumbing companies and when I was able to connect with a person, I couldn't get scheduled for days. Raul was timely, professional, knowledgeable and very nice and I am so happy to have a plumber that I can rely on and refer to my friends.

When Gary was not able to do our under-the-building repair job he referred us to another service who came a did it quickly and efficiently.

I really appreciate when people know what they can do and what they need to refer.

The business name says it all!  I have had a leaking exterior spigot and was dreading dealing with a sloppy or expensive plumber.  I did my research on yelp last night, called Mark first thing this morning and sent him a pic.  Luckily I had the forethought to take a pic on my way out the door. He got back with me right away and said he could come out this afternoon.   Mark and his team are very professional and get the job done!   Highly recommended.

They were fast to respond when we needed help with a leak in our bathroom sink. Jesse and his team were very professional and made the whole process easy. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues we have!

If i could give 0 stars i would.  THA was contacted by my property management to come out and change filters and clean vents after popcorn ceiling removable resulted in pneumonia.   I took the day off and waited for the serviceman to arrive to tell me they don't clean ducts.  I called the proper management who said she specifically asked and they said yes or she would have booked another company that does both.  So the tech changes the filter tests all and says everything is in good working order.  Except once he leaves i try the a/c and its blowing out hot air.  Of course no one can come back for a week snd to hell that it was for medical reasons, so i arrange my elderly parents to be there as i cant take another day off for this.  Today my parents waited and waited, finally they received a call after the window of time they told me and the service person came and left as he didn't have the adder extension to reach the roof.  As he never knocked or spoke to my parents or came inside how does he know he needed the ladder?  The a/c unit is in my house.  Needless to say they will be back tomorrow and i will lose out on incomes as i have to leave work early.  IF I HAD THE CHOICE I WOULD NEVR USE THIS COMPANY.  They lied first off saying they did duct work and then a week to get someone out to fix what should have been a simple filter change due to a medical need.    Unacceptable...Poor customer service and inefficient servicemen.

Tino supplied a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and replaced my old one which started leaking a week ago. He and David worked quickly, very thorough, were very professional and made sure that my system complied with the latest regulations. The work done was of a very high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and taking all the trash with them.

Tino explained everything clearly, and completed the job exactly per the agreed estimate and price. He tested everything and made sure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. I will certainly use Tino for my next plumbing requirements and will recommend him to everyone that I know.

Another 5! Had Eric from Powers come out to replace the bottom seal on a toilet & a few other items. I completely agree with my first review! This company rocks! There are two things every homeowner should have, a great plumber and a great electrician! Here is your great plumber! Eric is awesome! As is Jason, I totally forgot about some parts needed to fix a sink, they emailed me and forgot to respond to that too - I get stuck in the distance learning time warp. Jason followed up with a call which was awesome! He's going order what I need and set things up so I don't have to run all over town to get parts. Prices are good and competitive and you can rest easy knowing the job is done right.
