I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

We have contacted Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning for AC tune-ups over the past three years. However, due to the extreme heat and power surges we noticed our AC was blowing one of our two fuses. We contacted Jim one of the owners and spoke in detail about what was happening. Jim suggested he send Service Technician Sean Crumpacker. Upon Sean's arrival he was professional, patient and a darn good listener. We can't say enough about his pleasant demeanor. Sean explained the service he believed would solve the problem and after thirty minutes or less installing the part he suggested we turn our unit on. Immediately we felt the cool air coming up through our floor vents of our manufactured home, we were in heaven.  Sean then removed all wrapping and recovered our piping nice and neat. I was blown away and so was my family member visiting from out of town. Please excuse me for not mentioning the added parts our AC required, I can't remember the name. All I will say is it worked!  Sean thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and last I want to thank Jim for having a great team player who takes pride in representing Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning.

We used TS Backflow for our yearly Backflow testing. They were very quick to respond and get us scheduled. Very happy with their service! Thank you! We will definitely be calling you again next year!

I'm glad I don't have plumbing issues everyday - expensive. That said, I'm glad for companies like The Works. I called this company and they showed up when they said they would show up. Sounds basic, but I'm still shocked at this day and age how many private owners can't accomplish these basic things.
Our house had a leaking hot water tank. It was $1K to fix - OUCH!!!
The Works was able to get out here, replace the tank and get everything working again. I hate spending a grand, but I love not having water pouring into my garage from a leaking hot water tank.

Well, I started out getting a tub drain cleared and after that decided to re-line the main drain before the old cast iron pipes gave way and would require jackhammering and digging under the slab in the bedroom to replace it.  Unfortunately, when Goettl came to re-line, they found the bathroom vanity branch had broken and so, though I avoided having the bedroom dug up, the bathroom needed to be ...and so it began.  They dug up the kitchen next and then the sunroom/laundry. As long as I had the floors dug, I decided to have the incoming water re-piped thru the attic.  It took 10 full days (one week (if I remember correctly without a toilet cause its a one bathroom) to finish a very difficult, exhausting job.  
So...I have to say if the digging team (Roberto, Saul, Sixto, Oscar, Andres and Del Mar) had not been so ABSOLUTELY polite and helpful in every way and explained every job they were doing, and cleaned up each day the best they could, I think I would have been in tears from the stress.  But they were Excellent.  The install team was only here for one day so I did not have as much interaction with them.  Goettl was not the cheapest in the estimates I got (at least for the pipe re-line), but I am glad I chose them because they do know what they are doing and have some fantastic workers.  
The office workers are also very nice and efficient and I love the happy, happy, happy message.  The warranty is: material 25 years and labor 5 years. They are licensed and insured. At the end, there was a couple of minor leaks from a valve that was not tightened all the way and toilet nuts and bolts that were loosened from moving but they sent someone out immediately.  The only kind of sad thing was the water pressure in the tub (they put a new faucet)  was low and I did not understand why so they sent someone out who said he raised the pressure but he didnt and then Goettle charged me $89. They did finally send another person who did raise the pressure. I asked for the money back, but they never replied.    But now all pipes and drains are working great and I am having the drywall repaired from the incoming water repiping.

We had water dripping from the ceiling in the garage from an upstairs bathroom. Anthony was able to isolate the issue and get the problem fixed.  When you have plumbing issues upstairs it could be major problems. Anthony quickly went about his work and was on his way.

Robert at Vanguard Plumbing has provided us the best service today!.  The pipe of our water meter was leaking again even though it has been fixed by a different plumber several months ago. When I was calling Vanguard Plumbing on Saturday morning, Robert has professionally answered all my questions and provided me a good estimate. Within couple of hours, Robert showed up at our house and replaced the pipe efficiently.  The cost is affordable. He also takes his time to provide us a lots of good plumbing information.  I would come back to Robert again for any plumbing needs in the future.

I found George Davis Plumbing thru recommendations on Nextdoor.com. They were all so positive, I decided to give them a call as I had a pipe leaking in my laundry room. They sent Roby out and he was friendly, courteous, and professional. He replaced the leaking pipes and faucet, and it looks great. Best of all, there is no more water on my floor! The price was good, the service was good. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

Requested a quote from multiple Plumbing Companies on Yelp for toilet clog.  Received a very quick response from Raul at R and J Construction Maintenance.  The price seemed reasonable so I scheduled the job.   Raul was very straight forward and easy to work with.  He was prompt and got the job done quickly.  Tenant was very happy with the service as I was and I will be using his service again.   Easy communication, quick response, competent repair, awesome customer service, reasonable price.  Thanks Raul!

Did some light plumbing on my kitchen sink about a year ago. Everything still works as expected. Would use again.

Mark is one efficient plumber! From him answering my phone call to providing a quote to coming to my house to analyze the problem - it all took less than 2 hours! And when he found out the problem was not our plumbing, he did not charge me a dime! He really lived up to the name Efficient Plumbing.

I would like to recommend SDROOTER247.com for any plumbing needs. I don't really ever do these review statements very often but my experience with the manager, Jesse was great! We had a water heater go out and needed a hot shower, a co-worker had used him and recommended him highly, he agreed to stop by on his way home and give us a quote. He really sold us on his knowledge and he ended up staying and doing the repairs and I got that hot shower! Great guy, easy going family man! He is our go-too guy, call him!

We had a major clog in our vanity sink at Del Mar Ridge unit and had Oliver Rios from Tha plumbling come and fix it. He was extremely professional and courteous, stayed for long hours and fixed it. After he was done he cleaned up the vanity sink and left it spotless. Great job!!

I can only say, by comparison, that the charges are certainly less than I have experienced in the past.  He detailed all that needed to be done and finished the task very satisfactory.  Very personable to communicate with.  2. Have read the accompanying reviews to this site and am glad Keith A. gave him 5 stars.  He's talking about Tino not Tony and I'm sure he meant conscientous not contentious!   (Big Difference)

I had a clogged drain in the master bathroom and called Powers Plumbing to fix the problem. When the plumber (AND his assistant?!) arrived they told me the service charge would be $89/hour and $45/hour, respectively. This seemed reasonable to me and they began the work to fix my drain. After 25 minutes, they were not able to clear the stoppage through the clean out. Next, they tell me they have to drive BACK to the shop to pick up a DIFFERENT machine. When they returned an hour later, they had a larger gadget (snake? I dunno) and ran it through the main line and then thru the roof vent. This fixed the problem and my drains were working again. The TOTAL time spent at my house was 1 hour tops!!!  Well, a new problem arose...the BILLING!!! They charged me $335 dollars (I was thinking more like $134.00). Apparently, I was also charged for the time the plumbers drove BACK to the shop for another tool. SERIOUSLY?!!  Does Powers Plumbing really expect their customers to fully know what the precise PROBLEM is with the pipes, what TOOLS plumbers should have to DO the job, and to have the tools in their van BEFORE they arrive at the customer's house? Give me a break! After complaining to Powers Plumbing, they were nice enough to knock off a half hour of their service time.
