I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

We noticed a funny noise with our furnace this morning. Called Same Day and they got us in their schedule this afternoon. Sean, the technician, was super! He checked out the furnace and assured us there were no mechanical problems. Then he cleaned out a few things, including a replacing very dirty filter, and everything seems fine now. He was very friendly and provided a lot of useful information along the way. I also want to commend Christina, the scheduler, for being very pleasant and helpful. In sum, we got great service at a great price.

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification. Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido. The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Pip was professional knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend his work to anyone

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not be deceived by the positive reviews on here. We called to have two issues looked at. One, we noticed that when we ran a cold water wash, our washer was using hot water instead of cold. Two, one of our shower handles broke off and it looked as if the plastic piece on the pipe stem was stripped and needed to be completely replaced. They quoted us $400 to fix the washer and $75 plus the cost of the part to fix the shower handle. The plumber that was sent to our house told us that in order to fix the washer he would have to cut into the dry wall to switch the pipes. The washer and dryer were moved from inside the house into the garage by the previous owners and he explained that when they were moved the pipes or hoses were mixed up so that hot water was running from the cold valve and cold was running from the hot valve. He quoted $400 to fix this and it would not include repairing the drywall. After giving it some thought, my husband and I realized we could just switch the hoses from the back of the washer and it would correct the problem. My husband fixed it himself within 5 minutes. That should have been our indicator that these guys were dishonest and looking to make extra money. However, we still decided to have him fix the shower handle. He gave my husband a hard time explaining that the pipe stems we had were older and might be difficult to find after already pulling it out of the shower. He pressed my husband to make a decision on what to do because he said we are already on the clock my husband asked him to find a replacement and he had to go to work. My husband met them after the work was done and the guy left right after getting the check for $150. He didn't show my husband the work that had been done. When my husband went to check it out, we found that he put the handle back on incorrectly. So now you have to turn the hot handle up to get the water on and the cold water handle down. We paid $150 and the work was not even done correctly. Bottom line, these guys are inexperienced and dishonest. Do not give them your business!!

Highly recommend!! This is the third time I have used this company, and they did not disappoint. First time was a couple of years ago for a drain clog and most recently to replace angle stops in two separate properties. They were reliable and fast. Miguel was the service technician who came out today, he was on time, polite and completed the job quickly, making for one happy customer!

Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. Thank you sir!

We had a possible leak and a shower valve that needed to be replaced. Denise got back to me within 30 minutes of my Yelp request and said they could come over the same day at no charge to assess what needed to be completed.
When Cameron arrived he was punctual and very professional. He know exactly how to fix the valve. It was a Friday afternoon and he stayed until 7 pm fixing our shower. He updated us along the way about what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I will always call Pristine Plumbing for repairs.

Robert was communicative, prompt and transparent about pricing, which most other plumbers would not provide.

Great service! Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement. We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done. I really appreciate his time and positive attitude! Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

Bob is very professional. He helped me to resolve a dispute that I had with the seller of my new house. He came to check the water pressure and other items that were repaired by a not-so-competent plumber and made sure that the issue is resolved. Thank you Bob!

I called them in a panic when the heater broke at my place of work. They were very professional, understanding and did an awesome job fixing it in a timely manner.
I love that they are a family owned business and care more about people than money. I felt comfortable having them at my place of work without being able to be there myself AND it was left extremely clean after the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

Perfect! Words won't be able to describe the INCREDIBLE service and professionalism from Raul! He knows his trade for sure. We needed help right away and he was at our home within 2 hours (and didn't charge extra for the rush in service.) He explained everything that needed to be done and did it efficiently. We will definitely hire Raul for any future plumbing needs! He's pretty funny too. Really seems to love what he does, as it shows in his work.
We decided to hire Raul because just the day before we were trying to fix the pipes ourselves and something kept going wrong. Raul took the time to walk us through it by phone (not even expecting anything in return.) Raul is a true blessing from God!
Thanks Raul! :)

Great service, reliable call-backs and communication (which you don't always find anymore) and totally affordable! You can't beat it. I even got a Thank You card in the mail after my service. I called other companies just because the short notice meant Ray's couldn't come out right away and I couldn't even get a call back. Ray's called me back shortly after each of my calls and kept me in the loop of their availability. Gary came out and provided speedy, friendly and cordial service - you just can't beat that. Great customer service is sadly so hard to find these days. I definitely recommend Ray's Plumbing!

BEST PLUMBER EVER! I was supposed to write this review months ago...but better late than never. On his first visit, Mark replaced our garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He recommended the best brands to buy, which we purchased from Home Depot and Costco. He installed them at a very reasonable price. He did such a quick, efficient job that we contacted him to replace our pop-ups and p-traps today. He arrived early, worked quickly, cleaned up and was finished in less than two hours. We love Mark's reliability and reasonable prices! Even better, we can contact him by text and he always responds in a timely manner. We have been through FIVE local plumbing companies and are glad that our search for a reliable plumber is finally over!!!

Jesse is the guy you want to call when you need the job done right the first time. What started with a backed up sewer line was revealed to be a much more serious problem. Jesse diagnosed the issue, showed us proof of the issue with his camera, and provided us with three options for resolution. We opted for the most long-term solution, knowing out 65 year old cast iron sewer line was a disaster waiting to happen. Jesse and his team completed a 10 day job in 4 days, cheaper than anyone else could have. I hihgly recommend SD Rooter.

I called THA because my parent's air conditioning wasn't working and they are getting older. I called on a Saturday, on a hot day, and THA was very helpful. They sent someone out within two hours of my call, and took care of the problem! Brilliant!

Amazing job, thank you Tino! After a last-minute call, Tino replaced our kitchen sink and all the old fixtures and valves on a Saturday afternoon. This was absolutely amazing service.

After using Powers for a dozen years, we are done. Loved the idea of patronizing a local, non-chain place. And we had good experiences with buying parts at their storefront. Yet, for half of the time we've used them, they have been unsatisfactory. We just kept giving them one more chance, which was dumb of us.
They only charge $100 for a plumber! But... that starts from the moment they leave the shop. We can walk there in 15 minutes, but apparently it takes 20 min. to drive to our house. And sometimes you get a plumber (Eric is good!), but sometimes you get an apprentice. And sometimes you get a plumbing technician, which is someone with less skill than most apprentices, and who isn't even on track to learn more. We have had several jobs started by someone who just wasn't up to it, then had to wait for a real plumber to come out and finish/fix the problem, often at added cost.
There was the water heater. The guy who came was really clueless and kinda chaotic. He was here for like 5 hours before he finally admitted defeat and got a real plumber to come finish the job. It took the real plumber under 2 hours (half of which was fixing the first guy's mess). We were charged for all of it.
Then there was the non-emergency sewer rooting. The eager and friendly apprentice assigned to the job just shoved the (skinny) rooter in the hole 'til enough feet had gone in to reach the main. He reported no real blockage and only a few roots. The next day, sewage backed up into our shower. Turns out he had only punched a little hole through a soft blockage. Things he had NOT done included actually pouring water into the sewer access to see if it ran out, and checking the second access (which we had pointed out to him). So, now its a plumbing emergency! But, now it's the weekend! So the rates are higher! Eric to the rescue- it took him hours to figure out what the knucklehead had done, get it rooted right, test it, and reinstall our toilet (which he pulled for better access 'cause at first he couldn't believe the line was really blocked after apprentice rooted it...).
And the wall heater we bought from them that died 6 years later.
