I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

i appreciate the work completed by their techs. The install happened on short notice, even came on a Saturday. The two techs Josh and David did an excellent job, even made the closet look brand new. Their duct work looks great. Very satisfied with their work.

I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Pip is the best.  On move in day to my new house, I found out the water main was shut-off.  The reason was the deluge of water that shot out of a broken hose pipe when it was enabled.  Pip showed up on a Saturday, repaired the broken pipe, which took a bit of excavation, a good deal of jack-hammering, and some creative pipe cutting to solve.  As if this wasn't enough, he did this all on a Sunday.  Very reasonable considered what it usually costs to get an emergency plumber on a Sunday.  I also had him back to install a Watts reverse osmosis water purification system and feed that supply to my ice-maker.  Great person and a great person to know...

I had a washing machine drainage issue that caused water to spray out of one of the ports. Steve was excellent at communicating with me and insured that he would have someone come out ASAP. His team arrived within the hour and fixed the issue. I will without a doubt be using Daniel's Plumbing any other time I may have an issue. I had a small leak in my laundry faucet and when I reached out to Pristine Plumbing, they responded quickly.  It was very easy to set up an appointment.  Cameron and Simon came on time, super nice, explained every step, and figured out my issue quickly.  Turned out my faucet service line had pin holes in it so I had to replace it.  They gave me options on what to do. Never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want to do. They got the faucet the at the store and came back to install it.  Everything went very smoothly.  

Only negative thing was that it is kinda expensive BUT, i don't have anything to compare it to because i rarely have plumbing problems in the 10 years of owning a home

Great service!  Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement.  We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done.  I really appreciate his time and positive attitude!  Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.

Raul gave me a fair quote and was able to pick up the replacement toilet, install it and haul the old one. All of this was done very fast and efficiently with great communication. Would definitely recommend R&J for plumbing needs and will work with Raul again!

From Los Angeles I looked on Yelp to find a plumber to help out my parents. Based on some solid reviews we decided to go with Ray's Plumbing.  Gary Stout, the owner showed up and my dad was thoroughly impressed with Gary's promptness, quick work, and ability to diagnose and solve all their plumbing problems.
Gary's a real decent guy is what my dad had to say about him, which for my dad is very high praise indeed!

I've had a great experience with this company.  They explained the issues and were able to replace my water heater and disposed of the old one within a few days.  I've not had any issues and will continue to use SD Rooter's services in the future.

We had a major clog in our vanity sink at Del Mar Ridge unit and had Oliver Rios from Tha plumbling come and fix it. He was extremely professional and courteous, stayed for long hours and fixed it. After he was done he cleaned up the vanity sink and left it spotless. Great job!!

We've worked with Tino on various projects around the house and he consistently does an amazing and very thorough job. Tino is highly knowledgeable, very honest, and always willing to take the time to clearly explain the situation and answer all of our questions. Avoid this company at all cost!

I have work contracted out with Powers Plumbing for a client in the past. They did a ok job. So I called them again. The dispatcher only told me they charge $169/hour.

Long story short.
1. They did NOT inform me of the driving time they charge.

2.  When I arrived on site 35 min after the plumber arrived, he had  done NOTHING - the scope was laying around on the driveway and ladder was still in his truck and he had keys from the lockbox in his hand. I stayed on site for a full hour.

3. Then I was charged for two hours of work! WORST OF ALL, when I questioned the 2 hours were charged, the OWNER called me - not to apologize for omission on their part or  LISTEN to my observation and account for the hours at all, but to continue to defend for the 2 hour charge. No CUSTOMER RECOVERY. He was focusing on winning an argument. It's really a shame to see that happen in service business, especially with the OWNER of the business - which tells you a lot about the business!

To save myself from more angst and misery, I OFFERED TO
PAY HIM FOR GETTING NOTHING BACK, just to get him off my back and not wasting MORE TIME on his ego over the business matter at hand.

It may have been a long standing company as they claimed, but the current OWNER is not in the right mindset to run it or to OWN it.
