As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know that I have ever given a service facility a five star review, but if anyone deserves it , it is Same Day. From the email response, text response, phone response, technicians - everything was first class, courteous and professional. I am a fan. I will never use anyone else. Thank you Same Day, you have exceeded my expectations.

I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I always call Pacific Drain when I need plumbing work. I had a water heater that was leaking and Pacific Drain had plumbers out to my place within an hour of my call. John and Miguel removed and replaced the water heater in the time estimated. They were friendly and professional.

I had a leak which created a small flood and called Daniels's Plumbing. They were out very quickly (the same morning) and fixed the problem immediately. I have used them for multiple other services in the past and have found that this is the ONLY reliable/quick plumber I have ever come across. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Pristine Plumbing was fast and efficient! Rey Torres provided top notch service! He is so professional and friendly! The best service call we have ever experienced! He came prepared with PPE and used them the entire service call. Rey was very knowledgeable and provided us with complimentary water pressure and water quality test. And thank goodness he did because we had no idea our water pressure was almost double the recommended pressure. We needed to replace the pressure regulator. Rey educated us on our plumbing system as well. I highly recommend this company, more specifically, I recommend Rey Torres!

I had vanguard plumbing update my upstairs bathroom drains and vents which were installed incorrectly from the previous remodeling contractor. It was a lot of work.Also had my clothes dryer vent rerouted from the attic to garage. It's working much more efficient now. Robert and Dave did a great job. They were professional and courteous and arrived on time. I will be using vanguard for my future plumbing needs.

Had my faucet replaced by Roby. He was very professional and did an excellent job.  Will keep their number for future plumbing jobs. Highly recommend.

Bob did an excellent job communicating both before and during the service. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it,  and what I could look for on my own in the future. He was very open and honest went the extra mile.

I called them in a panic when the heater broke at my place of work. They were very professional, understanding and did an awesome job fixing it in a timely manner.
I love that they are a family owned business and care more about people than money.  I felt comfortable having them at my place of work without being able to be there myself AND it was left extremely clean after the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

We asked him estimate for the project and he came to the site start looking around without discussing anything and asked for $185 for estimate price. When we said we didn't talk about price of anything yet then He started sending us blackmailing messages.
Watch out for what you are dealing with!

We called Gary after a bad experience with the plumber sent out by our home protection plan.  Gary immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended we call our homeowner's insurance company in case there was moisture damage in the walls or flooring.  He completed the repair and steered us in the right direction to tackle a big mess. We had found Gary on Nextdoor and saw the good reviews here.  All accurate! So glad we called him.

Mark was a referral from a friend in the neighborhood.  We have now used him for a couple of jobs.  He is very good and highly recommended.

Jesse was quick to respond to an emergency service request, came prepared, and exceeded expectations. I cannot recommend enough.

Oliver did a great job unclogging our AC line. They came the day we called. He was great with our pups, polite, and cleaned up the water that had leaked. He also checked and replaced our air filter. Definitely recommend this company and Oliver's expertise!

Tino at Cal Pacific has done a lot of plumbing work at my house over the years. He has replaced all the faucets, outdoor gas line, water heater, etc. Every single thing he's done has been perfect and never fails. He's very considerate, offers suggestions, and always exceeds my expectations(which is very hard to do). He is truly a first class gentleman as well as an excellent plumbing contractor. Highly recommend!!

I am a new homeowner and was looking to find a plumber for possible plumbing emergencies and maintenance/upgrades.  I decided to try powers plumbing for a small job of replacing the plate on my shower and replacing the off/on nob and spout.  The first thing that I was already forewarned about was that they begin charging when they leave their office in mission hills. Just hope there is not traffic or an accident.  I live in north park and I was hoping this wouldn't bother me but it kinda did while I was waiting for them to arrive.  Second I knew that they charged by the minute for services.  Obviously I was hoping that the plumber I had would finish the job quickly but I wondered with variation in skill level how that might affect pricing.  They charge by the minute and the plumber actually has an ipad with a big clock ticking away your dollar bills.  As far as skill and professionalism.. the plumber completed the job in what I hoped was a timely manner but I don't know how long it should take. Who knows if a 30 minute job actually took 60 minutes.  It took me about a month to receive my bill in the mail.  You would think with the fancy ipad you would be able to pay on the spot?  Powers Plumbing can complete a job and have a long standing reputation but I found a different plumber with business practices I prefer.  He quotes a job and that is how much it will cost, updating you if the price will change as he works.. no giant clock sitting next to him ticking away my money.  I much prefer this style of business. No hard feelings I just won't use them again.
