Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Called them out to look at my AC compressor that was struggling. The tech they sent was awesome, very knowledgeable and capable. We discussed options for repair, and unfortunately there weren't a lot of options for repair that stood up to the cost/benefit ratio. So we committed to replace the ENTIRE A/C, compressor and heater AND add a whole house fan that I was REALLY excited to have(18+k!). I was amazed at their immediate availability (now looks suspicious) of the next day to start... that's when everything went south. The install was problematic from day one, the tech they sent to install was grossly under-trained and didn't have any support from his office or team to speak of. He struggled for 4 day to get everything installed, and STILL we didn't have a functional whole house fan. (same day heating and air????)  Their tech, fried the controller that came with the fan due to improper install, luckily it didn't burn my house down! The manager didn't seem too responsive to resolve my problem, and stated that due to supply constraints, this might take a while to get. You would think that as this is their primary function and probably install a lot of whole house fans, it would be a good idea to carry spares on hand for just such an occurrence, right? NOPE! At this point I ordered my own controller, (that was amazon prime!) and received it 2 days later. Another entire week passed before I had to reach out to them to ask if my part had come in to repair their initial screw up. Amazingly... it had JUST arrived and they then asked me if I'd like to schedule the repair... AFTER I called THEM! THEN... I ask them to install the additional controller, figured that maybe they could throw this in in exchange for the delayed install and the poor customer service and completely missed deadlines... NOPE! They actually want MORE money! $225 to land two wires. That's a hard pass.

I should mention that the manager, Dan, did offer to make things right even if that meant coming off some of the cost. That sounded great and a valiant effort! AND I believed him... all the way up until i got the first payment demand from the financing company... BEFORE I even had a functional unit!!

Grossly disappointed with the company as a whole, they talk a big game and make all the right promises, but utterly fail in execution and customer service. Take your money, patience and worth elsewhere.

Update #1. Owner of the company saw this review and got involved. He called me to get the details of what had been going on and was determined to make things right. He immediately cut me a check for $500 as a show of good faith. He then assured me that he would put his best people on the job to get us complete and happy. Long story short, the whole house fan was bad from the start. It had caused all the issues up to this point. Still rather disappointed that it took as long as it did to figure that out... Regardless, they stepped in and made things right and for that I have updated this review. I can appreciate snafus happening in the maintenance realm, stuff happens and timetables get missed. It's how the company reacts to these stumbling blocks that changes whether I will do business with them again or not.

Tim responded very quickly to my initial request and questions. His price for test, repair and retest is reasonable and very good (quotes from others were unreasonably high). He is friendly, communicates clearly, answered my questions clearly with patience, handled all paperwork to city right after the job. I strongly recommend Tim for backflow test and repairs. I have these guys clear my main drain every 2 months. Ed the technician is a legend. Is in and out in no time job always done proper.  Caesar keeping the communications in check makes the whole deal a breeze. You got any plumbing or drain issue call these guys and stop messing around!!

I was having water pressure problems for almost a year. (When you rent and deal with a property management service it can be a waiting game)
They sent out 4 different companies before they called Daniels Plumbing service. He came out to check out the issues. Knew exactly what was wrong and made his recommendations to the property mgmt company. I can not say enough how highly professional the company was. THEY DID NOT MESS AROUND. They showed up ready to work and it showed. This company is fantastic!! They are professional, courteous and know their job. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for whatever your plumbing needs are.

We woke up to find water dripping from our air conditioning vent in the bathroom.  Steve came the same day and was quick to locate and solve the problem - a pinhole leak in a pipe near the vent.  He was very professional and we highly recommend his services.

Very happy.  3rd time I've use Vanguard - Very responsive, quoted price upfront. Honored price. Robert went above and beyond crawling in my attic looking for leak that ended up being roof.  Once again VERY impressed with service.

George came out and assessed the situation with rerouting. He was nice and all but never received a quote. :(

Bob is very professional. He helped me to resolve a dispute that I had with the seller of my new house. He came to check the water pressure and other items that were repaired by a not-so-competent plumber and made sure that the issue is resolved. Thank you Bob!

He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! Raul showed up early morning in response to an emergency service request that involved a leak in the house. He promptly diagnosed the situation, spent time explaining to me the cause, and capably resolved the problem. Highly recommend Raul for any plumbing problem. Punctual, professional and reasonable cost.

I was so lucky to have called Efficient Plumbing. We are new to the area and came to Yelp for recommendations. Based on my experience I can understand why they have received so many glowing reviews. Amazing customer service first of all. Hector did everything we asked of him and more. I cannot say enough about them. You will not be disappointed I can assure you.

They were fast to respond when we needed help with a leak in our bathroom sink. Jesse and his team were very professional and made the whole process easy. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues we have!

Their staff is rude and incompetent. My credit card payment did not go through, they didn't call me to inform me of that. They sent a staff member who came to my house and threatened me with court. It was the first I had heard that they didn't get paid. I wouldn't use their service if I were you.

I've had Tino at my house for 3 repairs.  The first was my toilet.

The second was a small filter leak which turned into a larger project when Tino was educating me about water pressure in my house.  As it turned out, my pressure was dangerously high and it needed to be repaired or risk a pipe bursting in my house.  I trust Tino 100%.  If he says something has to be done to protect my house, I do it ASAP.

My most recent repair was a new hot water heater. Tino brought the entire system up to code and worked tirelessly all day, literally ALL DAY.  He encountered some problems which was from the manufacturer/product and Tino promised me he would resolve it by calling them the next day.  He did...and his resolution (if the issue didn't resolve itself) was to put the customer first and not ruin future business.  Impressive!

Thankfully, everything resolved itself.  Clear hot water for days!

I love having a plumber I can trust with his recommendations and my bank account appreciates not being drained (pun intended!).

Called Powers Plumbing last week to clear, was I presume a root blockage in the sewage pipe. The staff at the office was very professional setting up the appointment and forthcoming regarding the rates (which are very competitive). Eric from Powers came out today and was awesome! Again, very professional and a nice guy to boot. He spent the time to make sure everything was cleared and all systems go. Thanks Eric! I definitely recommend Powers Plumbing!
