Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Same Day (Jeff, Jamie, and JP) were terrific. Most expertise out of five companies we considered, and the best priced for what we purchase (one company was cheaper but probably didn't realize the difficulty of our project.

They installed a dual zone system (one slime line AC and one furnace with two zones) in a 3700 sq ft home. Best controllers. Works great.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

I found Pip based on a neighbor's recommendation. If you follow my Yelp reviews, I am a fan of small businesses with lower costs and less middlemen. I have had numerous leaks, floods and plumbing issues with several properties, so I know plumbers. Best one to date. He is affordable, on-time, charming, clean, knowledgeable, hard-working and likable. He does the work, not subcontractors. Doesn't get much better.

I had a great experience with the service. They sent a technician out on time and at a time I was available. Made the whole process super easy and painless. Sadly, this review has been sitting in my queue waiting for me to finish since January....but better late than never.

We had to call Pacific drain for the 2nd time this year. We had an emergency situation when San Diego got the first big El Niño storm of 2016 in January. A few weeks before, we noticed some pooling in our drains but nothing that caused huge concern as it eventually went down, albeit slowly.  We got new gardeners last year and it turns out that they were raking the dirt over the drains so over time, they became packed with debris.

A few weeks later when the heavy rains came, I looked out the window and noticed our entire backyard was flooded and on one side of the house, the water was up against the house. We kept watching it and the water kept rising and threatened to come into the house so my husband and I put on our rain gear and literally started sweeping the water out to the front of the house. It was working but after hours of doing this, we knew we couldn't keep it up. We needed professionals. After calling a few places, we came to the conclusion that we needed to have a jetter system come and push all the mud that was deep in the drains. Several companies didn't even have them available but Pacific Drain was the only one who not only had one but could come out that day.

The poor guy who came was working so hard in the pouring rain. We felt so bad, we kept bringing him warm cups of coffee. Thankfully after much hard work and efforts, the drains became unplugged and the yard began to drain. (whew)

Fast forward a few months later. As luck would have it, when we had a house full of guests, our kitchen drain and one our guest bathroom drains started to clog so we called Pacific Drains once again.  They came and took care of business within 30 minutes. It was a simple clog but they were awesome to work with and we really appreciated all their hard work both times.

Pacific Drains is at the top of our list when we run into plumbing issues. Thank you so much for your great services!

What a treat! I called George at 5:30 pm last night. He scheduled us for noon today- and- voila- Roby shows up.
Friendliest guy ever- knows plumbing! We walked him through our 3 troublesome spots and he nails them quicker than quick! He fixed a few things on the spot and we are now soaking toilets in baking soda and bleach and vinegar.
So happy to have called this service!

Bob is an excellent plumber -- very professional and honest. He charges very reasonably, was on time, and did a wonderful job fixing a leak on our property. Bob is a professional that I will certainly call for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Contacted Thompson Heating for a servicing of my furnace and turned out that it needed to be replaced.  Darrell worked with me on the price and came up with an excellent system that was a huge improvement over the old unit.  Everyone was a pleasure to deal with including all three of the service reps who worked on the instillation (Ryan, Nate & Brian).  They never complained and worked diligently until everything was set up and running.  Would DEFINATELY call these guys back.

Raul was excellent in his communication! Although he wasn't able to help me, he pointed me in the right direction with his colleague Marco. None the less, excellent service! You won't regret it!

We had some miscellaneous plumbing issues that needed attention and called Ray's Plumbing.  Gary stopped by the very next day and even came early when we had scheduling issues.  I was very very impressed with Gary--he gave me all the information I needed to prevent future problems and said to call him any time with questions.  Another plumber could have just charged me to replace the garbage disposal instead of just stopping by the house and charging for his time.  I thought the price was very reasonable for the services offered.

I had a leaking kitchen sink faucet. Called Mark and scheduled an appointment. He installed a new faucet in no time. I am very impressed with his service - on time, efficient and professional. Thank you, Mark! I am your customer for all future plumbing needs.

So, got a quote after sending pictures. He made it seem like it was no big deal, and would only charge $99. So, I had to take the day off to wait....and wait...then I texted to see when he was coming...no response. I lost a full day's pay just sitting home waiting for him to show or at least tell me he wasn't coming. What a waste!!!! Small claims court, here I come!

I have dealt with the company twice and had a great experience both times.  In 2011 we had them come out to service our AC, and they fixed it right up and they were inexpensive.  Now we are selling the place and the home inspector said there was an AC issue.  Matthew came out and ran through all the options for diagnosis and replacement with us, including the costs.  It seemed like he was trying to do a good job and not just make money.  Very nice man.  I would highly recommend them.

I spoke to Tino regarding my plumbing issue, sent him a picture. He recommended to replace shut off valve & water pressure regulator for the best long term outcome.
Tino is very meticulous. He's the kind of repair person in general you would want to get. He's friendly and very thorough. He takes pride in the quality of service he provides.  He texted me 3 days later to make sure there's no leak & the valve is dry. Unfortunately, there was a leak but it was the size of a teardrop. The shut off valve was defective. Tino came back at a convenient day for both of us to replaced the shut off valve. I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing.

I would not recommend Powers Plumbing.  After 2 plumbers came out and a week later Powers replaced a leaky kitchen faucet.  I found Janet lacked customer service and was difficult to communicate with.  
They also start charging when they leave their office.  Thankfully we live close but that strikes me as wrong.
