Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I can't tell you guys how great this place is. Everything - and i mean everything - from first call to scheduling to AC selection to installation to follow up - is A+. They installed the whole system as promised, left no mess, and provided explanations and documents along the way.

Tim responded very quickly to my initial request and questions. His price for test, repair and retest is reasonable and very good (quotes from others were unreasonably high). He is friendly, communicates clearly, answered my questions clearly with patience, handled all paperwork to city right after the job. I strongly recommend Tim for backflow test and repairs. Pip is the man, just as all the other reviews say. Plus, he English accent makes the crappy plumbing situation much more tolerable.

I called him on Monday @ 8am. He call me back @ 10am and was at my house by 10:20am. The job was much more extensive than I had hoped it to be but Pip took his time and got the job done in a few hours. He was VERY clean and made sure that my house stayed very clean even though he was clearing a HUGE mess out of our kitchen plumbing. I would highly recommend using Pip and his plumbing services...The price was very fair as well.

We called at 7:00 on a Sunday (tonight). They were done by 8:20. Sean came out to help us. He was polite, professional, and got the job done at a reasonable price. Thank you!

We needed to have two bathroom faucets replaced.  They were a difficult model to install (Hansgrohe).  Dustin stayed with it until he got it right.  I appreciated that he called each time when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him.  He kept the work area clean.

My call was answered right away and Steve was very professional and courteous. They were able to come out right away, diagnose the issue and fix it in the same day. He left the sink area where he had worked very clean after he fixed the problem and charged a very fair rate. Would definitely recommend working with Daniel's Plumbing & Son in San Diego.

Our new go-to for ANY plumbing/repair work! We've had them out twice (for different issues) recently, and they were friendly on the phone, quick in coming to the house, and VERY reasonable in their rate. Quickly ID'd the problems, gave us our options, and got the work done quickly. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!

He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! Raul was very responsive to my initial request and had great communication so that he was as prepared as possible for our first meeting.  While he was in our home, I felt very comfortable and that he was very knowledgeable.  He explained things in a way that was easy to understand.  Highly recommend.  Great follow up as well.

My review is strictly for (lack of) customer service.  We've left 2 or 3 phone messages during the last week and they won't do us the courtesy of calling back.  Very pleased for them that they are so busy they don't need new clients.

SD ROOTER CO. TO THE RESCUE!!!!!

My father was trying to work on our plumbing clog for days on our main drain. We called SD Rooter he showed up immediately as soon as his schedule cleared today and 15min later it was unclogged. Thank you SD Rooter for your great, quick and very professional service.  recommended for sure!!!

Called at 8 am for AC repair, said schedule was full but they would try to fit us in. An hour later technician showed up, fixed the issue by 10am same day, fantastic!

Tino supplied a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and replaced my old one which started leaking a week ago. He and David worked quickly, very thorough, were very professional and made sure that my system complied with the latest regulations. The work done was of a very high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and taking all the trash with them.

Tino explained everything clearly, and completed the job exactly per the agreed estimate and price. He tested everything and made sure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. I will certainly use Tino for my next plumbing requirements and will recommend him to everyone that I know.

Avoid this company at all cost!

I have work contracted out with Powers Plumbing for a client in the past. They did a ok job. So I called them again. The dispatcher only told me they charge $169/hour.

Long story short.
1. They did NOT inform me of the driving time they charge.

2.  When I arrived on site 35 min after the plumber arrived, he had  done NOTHING - the scope was laying around on the driveway and ladder was still in his truck and he had keys from the lockbox in his hand. I stayed on site for a full hour.

3. Then I was charged for two hours of work! WORST OF ALL, when I questioned the 2 hours were charged, the OWNER called me - not to apologize for omission on their part or  LISTEN to my observation and account for the hours at all, but to continue to defend for the 2 hour charge. No CUSTOMER RECOVERY. He was focusing on winning an argument. It's really a shame to see that happen in service business, especially with the OWNER of the business - which tells you a lot about the business!

To save myself from more angst and misery, I OFFERED TO
PAY HIM FOR GETTING NOTHING BACK, just to get him off my back and not wasting MORE TIME on his ego over the business matter at hand.

It may have been a long standing company as they claimed, but the current OWNER is not in the right mindset to run it or to OWN it.
