As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Since first reaching out thorough Yelp, Larisa had great customer service skills.  When I asked for an appointment, she responded within 10 minutes answering in an efficient, friendly manner.  

Then Jeffrey Carlon came to our home for a service call because our A.C. was not working.  He arrived on time.  He used a mask and gloves.  Jeff was also professional and friendly at the same time.  He got our air working!!

We ended up upgrading everything because both our A.C. and furnace were using too much energy and would break down soon.  Our system was more than 40 years old!

We set up dates and times for other service technicians to replace and install everything from the A.C. unit, furnace, air ducts, and grills!  As I said, the whole system needed upgrading!  Jeff and Jamie arrived on time, again using masks and gloves.

Both were, once again, friendly and professional.  They did an amazing job!  We are extremely satisfied with their service and  our purchase.

We needed a new hose bib in the backyard. It was leaking when turned on. I called The Works Plumbing and they were at my house the next morning. Shawn, the technician, called 15 minutes before he arrived and fixed the problem quickly. He was super professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Robert & Dave did an excellent job of replacing pipes that had tree roots inside toilet drain pipe. Bigger job than expected and required drilling through slab to remove roots & replace pipe.
They did a great job removing old pipe & concrete pieces. Set up was perfect to keep dust & dirt confined & vacuumed away.
We highly recommend them.

I don't post reviews often, but I feel like Roby from George Davis plumbing deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Roby has worked on several plumbing issues in our house over the past year or so. Each time, he is punctual, efficient, and super nice. I highly recommend!

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

Our home was experiencing rattling of our water line which was shaking the whole home and woke us up at 5:00 am. I called R&J plumbing and spoke with Raul. He came immediately and found our problem (sprinkler issue) within minutes. The service was amazing and he is very knowledgeable. We paid a small service fee for the entire call and the experience couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Gary is a great plumber. He's done all our work for years and is great. I can't say enough about him - just a great guy and a fine plumber.

I also saw Mark on Yelp.  I found him to be polite, efficient, and professional.  He's as good as it gets!  I plan to call him for all my plumbing needs.

This team came in and took care of a slow draining toilet problem I had. Other plumbers were quoting me $1000 just to replace a toilet, Sd Rooter Co did it for less. On top of that a root problem was discovered this was going to be a more expensive fix I didn't have the extra money they let me know they would do what they can do and by the end result I was majorly impressed. 5 stars would recommend

I am sweating my rear off and have been getting quotes for a replacement HVAC system. All 4 companies that came including Home Depot company gave my wife a quote same day and pretty much upon completion of the inspection. The gentleman that came to do the estimate told my wife they would email us quote by EOD. Nothing. My wife calls the next day and sends an email (in case they had a typo when sending us a quote) and nothing at the end of the second day. I honestly don't know what could take so long (I'm not in the industry) but if this is how long it's going to take for a quote to get my business...how long is it going to take to get the job done. It's way too hot in Rancho to be waiting on these guys. It's going to be a no for me.

Tino supplied a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and replaced my old one which started leaking a week ago. He and David worked quickly, very thorough, were very professional and made sure that my system complied with the latest regulations. The work done was of a very high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and taking all the trash with them.

Tino explained everything clearly, and completed the job exactly per the agreed estimate and price. He tested everything and made sure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. I will certainly use Tino for my next plumbing requirements and will recommend him to everyone that I know.

We did a full remodel and had a decent amount of plumbing work to be done. The plumbers did a nice job and seemed very capable- no complaints there. My concern was around their business model and customer experience. With probably 10 visits in total, many times they would book us at the end of the day and only have a 2 hour block so I was charged the service fee each time they came... even if they had to do the job over 2 days because they only had an hour or two even though the scope of the job was more... I'm not sure why you continually charge to come for the same unfinished job. I finally switched plumbers at the end because they came- said they didn't have time to do anything and would just come back the following monday (they didn't... then called to schedule at the end of the week) and still had the nerve to charge me for that visit. Good plumbers, challenging business management.
