Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Just recently installed centralized AC system in my home. Anthony Albanese made the transaction so hassle free. He submitted a revised proposal to me & after reviewing it, my system is already up & running the following week. Great communication & hassle free negotiation. Will definitely recommend Anthony Albanese. Thank you

Excellent customer service from Tim!
I'm thankful I found a new backflow inspector for my yearly test.
Tim was professional, honest, and reliable from the very start. He explained the process when I made an appointment.
Everything was effortless and he made the process stress-free!
I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.
It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.
Highly recommend Tim for your annual backflow testing! I will gladly recommend him to my neighborhood community.

So I woke up to no hot water and went to work to make a few phone calls to plumbers. I ended up speaking directly to the owner Pip. He had a few calls ahead of me he said but he explained how to tell my wife to shut off the water and gas to the tank .He was able to arrive between his 2-4 pm window which I really appreciated. He quoted me a fair price and finished the job without trying to up sell me like my last plumber . (The guys with all the billboards) 20+ years of experience after I got done talking with him. He's my new plumber , and he has since serviced the leaking faucets and running toilets in the business I work for.

A newcomer to the north county area- I did not know who to turn to when I woke up to a plugged up toilet. A friend at work suggested Pacific Drain and Plumbing and I called them first thing yesterday morning. The first questions that I was asked was did I have more that one toilet; I realized that they were seeing if I needed immediate help and that made me feel very confident that they were the right company since my needs were the most important to them. We arranged for a time that was most convenient for me since I was at work and Randy was waiting for me at my place when I arrived for the appointment. He had been proactive by checking out my outside drain while waiting for me to get home. I was early but he was even earlier. 20 minutes later all was fixed. Randy took the time to discuss what went wrong with the toilet and how I could troubleshoot it in the future if it ever happened again. He then went around and made sure that everything else was good before he left.
Wonderful and caring service, excellent plumbers and great price. Highly recommend to everyone, they are certainly my go-to guys from now on.

I had a terrific first-time experience with Pristine Plumbing from the very first contact I had with them last week. April the scheduler was able to arrange a same day appointment with Anthony. She was so pleasant and helpful. Anthony came on time and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to try to trouble shoot my problem with my dishwasher machine.
What I appreciated about Anthony was his tenacity in trying to figure out the source of my problem. He took the time to be very thorough and even called my dishwasher's company to get some information. In the end, he determined that it was an issue with my dishwasher and that I needed to have their company come and repair my dishwasher.
In addition to his terrific customer service, he demonstrated great honesty and integrity. He didn't charge me for his thorough visit since he himself wasn't able to solve my problem. Anthony also went above and beyond when he contacted me the next day to follow up on the status of my dishwasher repair with the dishwasher's company.
I had a fantastic experience with Pristine Plumbing. I would definitely contact them the next time I have a plumbing issue and would recommend them to anyone!!

Roby came out on time and with a great friendly attitude. Very knowledgeable too! Found the problem right away and was here and gone in a flash. Extremely reasonable charges. Would we use them again? You bet!! Call them with confidence:) Have already told neighbors about them.

Bob answered the phone right away and was very responsive. He gave me a three hour window just 45 minutes from when I called on a Saturday morning far exceeding my expected wait time. This was after calling two well reviewed plumbers from Yelp and Next door trying to get someone in today. They did not get my business because one never called me back the other had no appointments until next week.
I liked the fact Bob is licensed/bonded and comes as a 4th generation plumber and I decided to trust my intuition and let Bob try to diagnose my low pressure issue. What I find great, is he tells you ahead of time what he will do to find the issue. Then he shows you the results. He explains clearly the plumbing coming into your home and where the low pressure could be coming from. The main issue ended up being my pressure regulator which he replaced along with a new ball valve for easy water shut off. Before he started he said If you don't choose him its fine, this is my free diagnoses and estimate, no hard feelings if you choose not to use me . I decided to let him do the repair based on the vibe I felt, he added the new connections too instead of just using the old ones. He's enjoyable to converse with and I learned a lot about Plumbing as he freely talks with you about it as he works.
The price was fair IMO for such plumbing expertise, the fittings he put on make it easy in the future for me to replace the pressure regulator myself, with confidence as well as testing it and adjusting it. He used a full metal version that is higher quality than the plastic one I had. Also, the nice new ball valve has a bright Yellow handle to turn off the house water again with confidence for my entire family. If you are looking for a plumber with lots of personal experience, building his own new business and backed by learning from the best. Bob is well worth your consideration. I will call him back if ever I have plumbing needs he stands behind his work with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.
Thank you!!! I appreciated the reminder text, email notification that our technician was on the way with a pic of who was assigned to do the job. Very pleased.

I called Rays plumbing 4 years ago after having a back up in my shower drain. Gary was the man that showed up
At my house, he was nice, helpful and fixed my problem. He has been my go to plumber for things around the house since then. However, since he was here this past February, for the first time in about a year, I had him fix a few things such as the leaking faucet he installed In my kitchen, due to it completely becoming unattached from the counter, an issue with a rubber pipe from my hot water heater, and a toilet handle not working properly. ( I was a little surprised he charged me for fixing the faucet he installed but paid it and said nothing ) I called him 2 weeks later about a drip in my bathtub and he told me I should wait a month to see if it stops. When I called him back a month later ( since it hasn't stopped and water was literally going down the drain) he told me he was out of town the next 2 weeks. After several attempts to call him without a return call, 5 more weeks passed by with my tub slowly dripping water... But he's still unavailable. We go back and forth some more and now it's June and finally able to come by. Not only does he charge me 150$ to fix a toilet handle, put in new sink handles (25 minuets total) he tells me he will not turn off my main water shut off because of the fear of what's in there. I then take off my heals after working all day, grab a shovel and try and clear the area myself.. He says no still! He tells me he has another appointment and can't install a shower head and leaves. Takes my check, leaves 2 problems behind and goes to his next job. He gives me no revisit and to this day I
Have tried to reschedule and have to be the one to call him. He was going to come this Tuesday between 2-4, calls me at 1:45 saying he is on his way, but I am at an appointment and can't be home for 30 minutes. I give him my gate code and access to my home when I'm not there because I just want him to fix what he started. He goes to another job, says he will come after that at 5:00. No show, no returned call, and attitude when I ask him when he will call me back or return! His response.. I'm unable to sorry Do not do business with these people! I'm just simply baffled. They Take your money and treat you so poorly.

BIG NO to me, first they charge triple, second , no professionalism, they are middle man, they communicate just by text, they are not honest, third, they don't take responsibility for Their mistake and make another job out of that mistake.
To me, no star at all, I don't recommend them.

We called for a repair on Thursday June 21, 2018. There was a leak in our washer, so we called San Diego Rooter Company to come and repair the leak. The leak was temporarily fixed as our washer is leaking again and the bathroom that is adjacent to the washer and dryer is now not working.
We gave it a few days to see if the leak would persist... It is Tuesday, June 26 a few minutes shy of the conversation that entailed the comment below and it is still leaking.
In turn, we placed another phone call to inform the repairman (who only provided a business card without his name on it) that the washer is still leaking and that our bathroom is not working only to be replied with You don't know what you're doing!! And then the same repairman hung up the phone.
With this being said, please read the reviews before you hire San Diego Rooter Company. At the very least this company and/or the repairman could have come back to check the leak and try to assess the problem to fix again. That's the very least he can do with a repair job that cost $325.00.
Also, check the other reviews posted on here. They serve no credit on their behalf as majority of the Yelpers on here have but a single review- most likely fabricated from this business itself.

I am always impressed with THA - from the initial installation of my new furnace and a/c unit many years ago up to today. The technicians are always very professional and knowledgable and I can count on smooth running of the units. I know that if an emergent situation came up, they would be there.

I am so thankful for having Tino come. It ended up that the bidet I wanted to install on my toilet was not compatible; but it was invaluable the knowledge I received when I asked Tino for a whole house inspection. Several neighbors on my street had serious water leak damages which cost considerable amounts of money and time dealing with what could have been prevented. I believe in being proactive instead of reactive.
Tino tested my water pressure which was 87 psi. Code or maximum pressure should be no more than 80 psi. This is a trigger for damaged pipes caused from too high pressure. My pressure regulator was failing so he installed new one.
The other areas that needed correction:
1. Under my kitchen sink, there are improper fittings which can can cause premature failure. My plumbing in kitchen had been recently installed in a complete remodel about 4 years ago, so it was relatively new.
2. My bathtub didn't have a p trap which is not proper which was found by inspection under my house. We saw that the water just poured out of the bathtub pipe connection onto the ground.
3. There was a metal strap holding up one of my copper pipes which causes galvanic corrosion. It is so good Tino caught this as it destroys the pipe. Tino wrapped rubber tape around pipe where other metal strap couldn't touch.
4. Two of my neighbors had water leaks they didn't know coming from their washer hoses which seeped into their floors and not only damaged their laundry but was far reaching into drywall and surrounding rooms. Insurance does not cover seepage because it is a maintenance issue and not a sudden event like an overflowing tub or washer. To prevent this from happening to me, Tino replaced my washer hoses with stainless hoses and also added antiknock valves which are when a surge of water jerks the hose and causes movement loosening the fittings.
5 . My tankless hot water heater needs flushed. This prevents clogging but I didn't know it should be done routinely,
All of the items above were found in maintenance inspection that I asked for. It was not Tino trying to up sell. He took pictures and videos of everything he saw underneath my house so I had documentation. It always scared me what one might find under the house, lurking, and never knowing until it was too late. Now I can address each item in order of importance and keep my home safe from catastrophic surprises.
It is so comforting to have met Tino, not only for having problems taken care of, but his kindness, helping educate me in maintaining my home.
He showed up right at appointed time. I researched everything online for going rate of plumbers and he is right on target.
Please know that I found Tino on Yelp through the reviews of others with no prior knowledge of him or who he was. I always check Yelp before I hire anyone. I support the other positive reviews people had taken the time to post for others who do their research before hiring anyone.

I felt comfortable with Powers Plumbing shortly after Jason answered my call first thing in the morning.... and it only got better when Corey arrived to replace my tankless water heater later that same afternoon. Jason understood the urgency to get my job completed before Saturday and arranged to have Corey, who happened to be very familiar (I'd say an expert) with the Noritz water heater, come to my home to get the job done, which he did in a short couple of hours. I can't say enough about Corey. He is very knowledgable, works very fast, and cleaned up everything before he left. It's guys like him that make you realize that you picked the right company to do your job.
I'd give these guys 10 stars if it were an option! Thanks to Powers Plumbing and to Corey for a job well done.
