I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Great company all around. Bianca came to the house for the estimate and actually listened to what we wanted in our price range rather than a big box company we got a quote from who wanted to sell us on way more than was needed. Ended up finding an HVAC system that was in our price range. Crew was really professional during the install and did good work. Adrian was great about explaining the process and made sure all the work got done in a timely manner. His crew of Chapo, Troy, and Manny were professional too. We've had the system in our house for about a month now and it's worked great. Recommend working with this company.

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

Shawn was right on time, even called 30 minutes prior to his arrival,(which I really appreciated because I work at night.) He installed my new faucet and even checked for leaks from the garbage disposal that my husband installed. He was very courteous and had the faucet installed in no time. He completed this job for me maybe 2-3 months back. When my friend needed a major re-pipping job done to her home, I did not hesitate to refer her to The Works Plumbing and Shawn!

Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the  extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. Dwain, and Richard at Pristine Plumbing are so nice and so professional. I never fully trusted yelp reviews until I looked into writing one myself. This is legitimate all the way. Dwain, from Pristine Plumbing did a excellent job. I highly recommend this company and Dwain. He was so professional and explained step by step of the process of fixing the plumbing disaster that I had happen at my home. The owner of this company ( Richard) is very compassionate to his clients needs. He makes sure your are well taken care of through the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again, if I had any plumbing needs.

Severely over priced & will gauge you & difficult to reach & communicate with & doesn't stand behind their work, other than that great. BTW I love it when you ask if something is under warranty & they say lets set up a service call, a service call probably 200 bucks just to find out, lol. The guy who usually comes out is actually a nice guy but wow man I've had ex wives that went lighter on the wallet than these guys. I've used these guys quite a bit in a pinch & didn't mind overpaying at the time cause I just wanted the headache gone..I guess if I have spent thousands upon thousands dollars I expect some kind of service, turns out I am wrong. I chose the wrong profession, plumbers basically have a license to print money it seems, geeeeez. I'd look elsewhere

Ruby arrived right on time to fix a leak. He recommended a more convenient solution than we had thought of, and we're very happy with the results. He's also very friendly. We'll definitely recommend George Davis Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

I had sent out requests for quotes to several plumbing services regarding a sink/dishwasher problem that our Home Depot dishwasher installers refused to trouble shoot. Not only were we left with an uninstalled dishwasher, but we were told that there needed to be some pipe reconfiguration/repair. R&J Plumbing, specifically Raul, was quick to reply with a personal message rather than some auto-generated reply like the other responses. He asked me specific questions, I shared photos of the piping, and he was able to give me a specific quote unlike the rest of the other options. I get it, sometimes it is better to have an in person evaluation and estimate, but sometimes you just want a ballpark estimate upfront.

Day of, he came on time as scheduled. Very kind and eager to explain everything, allowing me to understand what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. He then installed the dishwasher and the whole project done in a quick and efficient manner. I was pleased with his customer service and professionalism. R&J Plumbing now has a customer for life. We had some miscellaneous plumbing issues that needed attention and called Ray's Plumbing.  Gary stopped by the very next day and even came early when we had scheduling issues.  I was very very impressed with Gary--he gave me all the information I needed to prevent future problems and said to call him any time with questions.  Another plumber could have just charged me to replace the garbage disposal instead of just stopping by the house and charging for his time.  I thought the price was very reasonable for the services offered.

Chris and Matt from Efficient Plumbing were kind, courteous and fixed my plugged up sink perfectly. Highly recommend these guys!

Jesse is the guy you want to call when you need the job done right the first time.  What started with a backed up sewer line was revealed to be a much more serious problem.  Jesse diagnosed the issue, showed us proof of the issue with his camera, and provided us with three options for resolution. We opted for the most long-term solution, knowing out 65 year old cast iron sewer line was a disaster waiting to happen.  Jesse and his team completed a 10 day job in 4 days, cheaper than anyone else could have.  I hihgly recommend SD Rooter.

Call Someone Else.

THA came out to check on my older A/C unit. They determined it was low on refrigerant gas and would be fine once it was filled. First problem was the high price for the R-22 gas ($70/lb) but, I wanted an immediate solution so I agreed. The tech stated it could take more than 2 lbs and sure enough as we got to 2lbs and not quite half full I asked if they would offer a discount on the price. He agreed to $65/lb and continued filling. He then ran the A/C for 30 seconds and proclaimed it cooling. After paying (and the tech driving off) I noticed the price was not the agreed discounted price. I called and spoke with the THA office manager who stated she would look into it and call me back. That's the last I heard.  I am not giving 1 star just for the pricing issue but, because they did a poor job in evaluating my system.  I did not need to run the A/C for 2 weeks after their service. Once I did, a valve on the refrigerant line next to the blower (furnace) in my house leaked and condensation/water caused damage in the furnace closet. I called another firm who quickly corrected the problem and did a thorough job evaluating the system for any other potential problems. That is another review coming in Yelp.

If you're in the Escondido area and in need of plumbing services, I would highly recommend Tino! My back flow preventer pipe was leaking and looked like was getting worse, so I gave Tino a call. He came that same day in the afternoon and fixed the leak! Very professional, polite, and informative! He will teach you little tid bits about plumbing while working. So awesome! He does things by the book and doesn't take shortcuts. Also has a 2 year labor warranty on everything he works on! He's really passionate about plumbing, checks his work, then checks it again. Glad I called him!

I like to support local businesses so I scheduled Powers to install a dishwasher and garbage disposal. They said it would take a couple of hours. The plumber showed up 15 minutes late and looked at the job confused. He was told he was to do something completely different then what I ordered. He said that he was told that it was a stainless steel sink and he didn't have the right drill. He left and another plumber showed up fifteen minutes later. The second plumber spent fifteen minutes explaining to me that they might chip the sink when they drill it and another 30 minutes explaining to the other plumber how to install the dishwasher and disposal. The original plumber left two more times to go back to the store. Granted it was close, but I am still suppossed to pay the guy $89 an hour while they get their crap together. He came back and spend 90 minutes with some kind of saw. I finally decided to come see what he was doing. He said he was having trouble cutting out the second drain. I didn't ask to have the second drain cut out. He said that's alright I won't charge you, she always gives us the wrong directions. He left again to get my free second drain. So 5.5 hours later he leaves with my sink disgustingly dirty. I am pretty sure I could have done the job myself in 5.5 hours. I went back to ask them to clean the sink and it was liked I asked them to give up their first born child. The second plumber came over and was extermely rude but did clean the sink.
