Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

These guys worked with us for months while our insane HOA kept pushing back on the installation of the AC unit. They were total professionals and we are now finally VERY cool in our condo, finally!!
Carlos and Adrian did the installation beautifully and were very cautious about keeping our condo clean and wearing masks while working. They were also great sports about our 22lb terrier barking at them throughout the process- sorry about that!
Highly recommend!

Pip is AWESOME! He was able to see me quickly and fix a repair that another contractor did incorrectly. His pricing was reasonable. I work M-F so I left my key for him and trusted him 100%. He completed the work; cut into the drywall to re-route a pipe under my new bathroom sink. He even replaced the drywall piece so all I had to do was complete the drywall repair. He left the invoice, locked the house up and I mailed him my payment.
Pip will be my go to plumber in the future

Had a bad stem behind the faucet handle in the shower. Couldn't get it out so Shawn had to cut through dry wall in order to replace the valve and re solder a new one. After that the he noticed a leak in the fitting behind the shower head. He then cut new dry wall location to replaced the shower head valve and fitting.
Shawn performed a great job and the new valves and fittings look great. Bye Bye leaks. Very clean job.

Here it is December 22nd and our tub won't drain. I tried boiling water, vinegar and baking soda, a lowes snake, an air compressor and a shopvac. I even spend 25 bucks for an endoscope to see what the problem was. But, I just couldn't make that turn into the P trap for the tub. Called another plumbing company RR that's the name and away go troubles down the drain. Hah! Nothing more than a jingle with no backing to support it. They came in, I told them everything I tried so they called the district manager to use the pipe cam. He arrives, and say's the problem is the Ptrap, it CAN'T be anything else. Didn't even pull out the pipe cam to attempt examination. But he was kind enough to write up a quote for $3300+ dollars to have 2 guys make a whole in my tile floored bathroom so they could fix the Ptrap.
I am SO GLAD, I decided to get a second opinion! I called Pacific Drain and Plumbing and spoke with Selly or shelly, I forget what her name was but, she was professional and sweet. Putting all my concerns to rest and reassuring me that her crew will do EVERYTHING to help me out. Next thing ya know... Willy Ramirez is calling me with a heads up that he's on his way. He pulls up in his truck that looks like it loves to work...not one of those RR clean and shiny fancy pants trucks. He comes in looks at the tub asked a few questions to analyze the situation. Then went to his truck and returned with a pipe snake that looked like something a tradesman would hand down generation after generation. One of those trusty 'works everytime' kinda things. You could tell it wasn't brand new, it had obviously done some serious time, but boy did that thing run quiet. Anyway, he sits on the side of the tub...starts feeding that snake down and you can tell that he's becoming one-with the snake. Feeling or imagining the path the snake is taking... feeding more and more in. Like a medicine doctor feeling the bad spirits in a patient. I'm watching him for 5 or more minutes and he spouts I got it!.... I'm like, got what? The clog, he says. How do you know? I asked. I felt it. Sure enough, the water run down that tub drain better than we've ever seen it in the 20 years we've lived in this home. The relief of not having to have our bathroom floor hammered out and pay $3300+ dollars was better than Christmas itself. I told him, he should say Ho Ho Ho on his next call, cause he delivered a hell of a present to us this year. And, just like Santa he was back in his truck and on his way to his next lucky customer, save'n Christmas all over North County. Well done Willy, well done. A true master in his trade.
That's my experience. It just goes to show.... just cause you got a sparkling truck and sharp uniformed team like RR may have. It's the delivery of service that matters. I will call PacificDrain and Plumbing in Vista California next time I have any plumbing problems.

We highly recommend RJB Plumbing!
If you're looking for a good local plumber with expert service go with RJB Plumbing. We just had a water heater put in and Bob did an excellent job. He's very experienced and answered all of our questions in a way that made sense.
RJB Plumbing had the best prices and really took the time to do the job right. It made us happy to support a local business and we would definitely use them again.

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over. I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).
Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment. Garrett showed up. I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.
Sure enough the pressure was low. Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak. He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option. I chose to charge the system.
If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.
Bottom line: friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.
Highly recommended.

Raul is friendly over the entire back-and-forth project discussions as well as providing constructive suggestions. He got the job done nicely and in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied with the service with reasonable cost.

Great service, reliable call-backs and communication (which you don't always find anymore) and totally affordable! You can't beat it. I even got a Thank You card in the mail after my service. I called other companies just because the short notice meant Ray's couldn't come out right away and I couldn't even get a call back. Ray's called me back shortly after each of my calls and kept me in the loop of their availability. Gary came out and provided speedy, friendly and cordial service - you just can't beat that. Great customer service is sadly so hard to find these days. I definitely recommend Ray's Plumbing!

Spoke to a guy named Jesse, explained my situation, agreed to have him over with a camera to look inside of my pipes. Agreed to pay a flat fee for the service. Gave all information including pipe size, location of p-trap, etc. He showed up with no tools, no camera. All he did was looked at my drain telling me that his camera was too big to fit in. I would be ok with him just wasting my time and hiring someone else with the right equipment, but he charged me a full fee for the services, calling it an inspection! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this scam.

Just want to send out a big Thank You! to Matthew of THA Heating Air and Plumbing. We purchased our HVAC system from them in 2010 and they've never let us down. Today was one of those hot days and we were enjoying our AC when we noticed it wasn't blowing nice cool air anymore. After a bit, we decided to call, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We were thrilled when Matthew said he could be at our home in less than an hour. He fixed the problem swiftly and professionally in no time flat. We so appreciate how you took such good care of us! Please give THA a call, they're the real deal.

Tino did an amazing job installing a pressure regulator and bringing our very old shutoff valve up to code.
We sent him photos as part of our quote, and he actually looked at them and thought about the problem before giving us an estimate. Unlike all the other companies we got quotes from, he was able to give us an accurate estimate the first time and clearly explained the problems he saw that were going to require non-standard parts or extra time.
His attention to detail was outstanding, and he even came back after a few days to make sure nothing was leaking.
We will be calling Tino again!

Our shower faucet developed a steady drip that needed immediate attention. I am a religious do-it-yourselfer and had every intention of completing this project myself. After finding no obvious way to remove the valve and discovering in my trip to Home Depot that there are dozens of potential replacement-part options, many that are not even stocked in the store, I decided to make an exception and call in L.B. Powers. They had an appointment available on very short notice and arrived promptly on schedule. Robert was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I quickly discovered that I made a wise decision in calling in a professional. After 25-years, the valve insert had calcified inside the housing and required a special extraction tool to remove. While on site, I had them replace an identical valve in our guest shower. The entire job took 30-minutes + parts. I am certain I would have created a huge problem doing this work myself and saved tons of time and $$ by recognizing my limits. My entire experience with LB. Powers was exceptional.
