Woke up to a broken hot water heater -  Called Sean, and he and his team were able to get my old hot water heater completely replaced the same day. Nice guy, showed up on time, got me back up and running faster than I thought imaginable.  Another happy customer!

This guy has been out to the house twice.  The first time we had a major issue that was just horrific, and he fixed me up after 5:00 on a Friday night before a holiday weekend.  The second time was a serious, multi faceted problem, and he took care of the drain part.  Even Hannah Plumbing (who took care of the water part) said that Randy was the best in the business.  Always returned my calls expeditiously and he charges a fair and honest price.  I would hire again (but I really, really, really hope I don't have another problem ever again).

Both Jim and Richard were very thorough and professional.  They kept kept the house clean and organized as they worked.  Both of them were very personable, too.  Couldn't ask for a better experience from a horrible situation.

Unfortunately our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Thompson's and was scheduled for the following morning.  Garrett arrived on time and had our furnace back up and working in 30 minutes.   The whole process was very simple, professional and easy. I definitely recommend this company.

I called about my newly installed dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Called them up. The guy came over in 30 min and was very efficient  and quick. Did the job in less than 15 min. Charged me less than what the others wanted. Even accepts Venmo if you don't have cash. Couldn't be happier and grateful for their service. Will definitely save their number.

After we tried two other advertising plumbing services (using compact snake wiring) to unclog our kitchen sink with no result. I need to call the expert in this business. Jesse (owner) went above and beyond to communicate with me ahead of time and on the day of the appointment as well. He and his staff came on time and brought in the professional grade 75 feet snake wiring machine to complete the unclogged task. Within an hour or so of work, we saw result and the sink is now usable. Jesse triple checked everything by himself to ensure no leaks on pipes. I am grateful that we are referred by my good friend Jorge to see him today. The cost of the job might be the high end but you pay what you get for professional work. I highly recommend this self employed family business. Thank you once again to you and your staff.

I have used THA at least 5 times in the past and have referred them several times to other people in the building. This week I set up an appointment  to service 4 A/C units in my condo complex after I had referred another person to have an A/C serviced in the building. When I made the appointment, she said her tech may not be able to do all 4 of the units in addition to the other unit being serviced but would come back next week to finish what he could not service. It turns out he didn't service any of the 4 units  but did service one other unit in the building that was not planned to be serviced when I made my appointment. The service tech said he was not aware that there were other units in the building to be serviced today. The office called me back saying he could not get to any of the other units today.

I have referred THA to a number of owners in the complex in the past - I will be looking for another company to perform service from now on.

Tino supplied a new Rheem 40 gallon natural gas hot water heater and replaced my old one which started leaking a week ago. He and David worked quickly, very thorough, were very professional and made sure that my system complied with the latest regulations. The work done was of a very high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and taking all the trash with them.

Tino explained everything clearly, and completed the job exactly per the agreed estimate and price. He tested everything and made sure that we were completely satisfied at the end of the job. I will certainly use Tino for my next plumbing requirements and will recommend him to everyone that I know.

Had a plumbing problem and needed help ASAP.... Even though it was after hours, Power's had someone at our house fast! Eric was professional, personable and resolved the problem quickly. Will definitely call Powers again next time we need a plumber.
