I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

These guys did an absolute great job on our new AC system.

Starting with Mike, who came and found exactly what we needed and offered it at a very reasonable price, to Sean who did the fine tuning to get our system up and running smoothly. Same Day was professional and really made it feel like they had as much invested in the project being a success as we did. I now have a quality system and don't have to worry during the hottest time of the year. Two thumbs up, and Would definitely recommended for any A/C swap outs.

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification.  Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido.  The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district.  Highly recommended!

Pip is AWESOME! He was able to see me quickly and fix a repair that another contractor did incorrectly. His pricing was reasonable. I work M-F so I left my key for him and trusted him 100%. He completed the work; cut into the drywall to re-route a pipe under my new bathroom sink. He even replaced the drywall piece so all I had to do was complete the drywall repair. He left the invoice, locked the house up and I mailed him my payment.

Daylon and his team member did a great job.  They let me view the camera and showed me exactly where the hole was in the pipe.    They are very professional and the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time.  I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors, family and friends.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

If you are looking for a plumbing company that works with you step by step, show you what work is going to be done but also let's you watch them to learn a thing or two this company is the one to go with.  Not only this company but ask for Gilbert Rios.  He took the time to look at all possibilities when we had a leak, didn't rush to conclusion but also wanted an extra day out of his time to make sure he properly diagnosed my leak issue.  Making sure our family was protected, he came well prepared with a face mask, a bag that has all covid necessities (wipes/sanitizers) and one that matters most shoe covers when walking around the house.  Thanks again Gilbert, I'll be referring all plumbing issues to friends and family in the future.

Robert was fantastic. Returned my call immediately, even though it was after hours. Came promptly and repaired the bathtub faucet that wouldn't turn off. Checked other plumbing issues in my house that I just hadn't gotten around to calling a plumber for yet, and came back two days later to take care of them.  Accommodated my schedule and was completely professional.  I now have my go-to-plumber!

Honest, punctual and professional.  Found a recommendation on the Next-door app and decided to give them a call for a dripping tub faucet.  Rob confirmed we took all the right steps to try and fix it but unfortunately we needed to replace the valve.  He estimated it would take 3 - 4 hours and could come back on Friday.  He confirmed our appointment and texted when he was on his way over.  He fixed the problem (within the timeframe he gave) and left the area as clean or cleaner than when he came.  I will definitely be keeping this plumber in my contacts.

Bob was literally excellent! I had to wait for his service but boy oh boy he was worth it! Super knowledgeable, super friendly and very good at his job! He diagnosed an issue and fixed it in less time than it took me to make a coffee. I would absolutely recommend him and will use his plumbing services exclusively from now on! My furnace was not working and i called 5 days before christmas figuring I would have to wait.  He came out the next day to diagnose the problem and said he would order what I needed and be back the next day after his scheduled work beause he didn't
want be to go any longer without heat.  He came the next day and worked until 9:30 pm installing my new furnace then came back the next day after work and finished the
details and the cleanup.  I cannot say enough about the work ethic and the great job.
I would recommend them to anyone needing their survices.

Raul at R & J Plumbing has helped me out several times this year with plumbing issues! He installed a new toilet and fixed another issue at my work and today had his colleague Jerry come to my house to fix a drain/sewer problem. They are super responsive, get the job done the first time, charge a reasonable price, and have come out same day or next day each time I've called. We called Gary after a bad experience with the plumber sent out by our home protection plan.  Gary immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended we call our homeowner's insurance company in case there was moisture damage in the walls or flooring.  He completed the repair and steered us in the right direction to tackle a big mess. We had found Gary on Nextdoor and saw the good reviews here.  All accurate! So glad we called him.

Efficient plumbing did a great job! We called them on memorial day to fix a backed up sink and they got back to us within minutes and had a guy out here in 30 mins. Chris is the guy that came and he went above and beyond. We will defiantly be using them again.

After we tried two other advertising plumbing services (using compact snake wiring) to unclog our kitchen sink with no result. I need to call the expert in this business. Jesse (owner) went above and beyond to communicate with me ahead of time and on the day of the appointment as well. He and his staff came on time and brought in the professional grade 75 feet snake wiring machine to complete the unclogged task. Within an hour or so of work, we saw result and the sink is now usable. Jesse triple checked everything by himself to ensure no leaks on pipes. I am grateful that we are referred by my good friend Jorge to see him today. The cost of the job might be the high end but you pay what you get for professional work. I highly recommend this self employed family business. Thank you once again to you and your staff.

I was very pleased with the new heater and AC recently installed at my client's mobile home. It was done professionally and my client is totally satisfied. Robert of Powers Plumbing came to my place twice in the past week - the first time to do a temporary fix on a leaky pipe (after hours rates were in effect so we just wanted to stop further leakage quickly and let us turn the water back on), and again to do the real repair. On both visits he arrived when promised, did the work quickly and competently, had all necessary tools and materials at hand, and even followed instructions to keep the door closed so as to not let the cats out. ;) I would not hesitate to call this company again.
