As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had our mini split system installed in January by this company. On 8.17.22 one of our unit started leaking. I contacted the company and they sent Billy P. the next day. Billy was very professional and punctual. He found the problem within minutes and was able to fix it right away since he had an extra part with him. Billy was fine with me leaving the dogs outside while he was swapping out the part. A quick fix by a very knowledgeable professional.

Tim at TS Backflow is very reliable and responsive to any questions I had.
Tim found a little leak and took care of the issue. Tim had all the equipment needed to fix the leak and perform all the pressure checks. Tim cleaned the number one valve also. Tim went way above his standard service. Tim showed up on Sunday and did not charge any additional amount for weekend service. Tim emailed the passed report to the city as well. His service is seamless and I'd highly recommend TS Backflow and especially Tim.

I have been using Pip as my plumber for several years now and every time I have to call for his services I am more pleased with his services. Plumbing trouble would cause anyone stress and anxiety but his quick response and calming nature always helps ease the mind. His work is great as well as his cost. Ok, let me just tell you one thing - they are the best! Now I can say with ease that I have a trusted plumber who is professional, reasonable, courteous. I needed work done for the clogged bathroom downstairs. I called, left a message. In a little bit I received a call from Shawn and scheduled an appointment the same day (it was Saturday, btw). After 2 hours they arrived and fixed the issue! Very nice, polite and pleasure to work with. I am completely satisfied. And, yes, I would definitely recommend them to my friends. I had a evening emergency. Called Pacific Drain and a technician was sent out within a couple of hours. Jerald arrived and could not have been more polite and professional. He explained everything we needed and gave an estimate. He capped off the leak, returned the following day and did the work. I was completely happy with every aspect of their service. Jerald was very efficient in his work. I will definitely call them for any further plumbing needs.

I've had very positive experiences working with Pristine Plumbing.  Most recently I had the distinct pleasure to work with Jim Foley on a major repair to my sewer line.  I knew he was doing quality work with integrity, honesty, and courtesy.  He followed up with kind and professional messages to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work.

Vanguard is very responsive and always does great work whenever we have a plumbing issue.  Dave from Vanguard refurbished our bathroom faucets so that they now look and function like new! He also repaired a leak in one of our toilets, taking it apart and methodically replacing all the worn out seals and parts.
In the past Dave also traced and repaired a pipe leak in our garage wall.

I posted a while ago about issues installing my bidet and needed help. I never got it right so I called George Davis Plumbing. Roby was over within an hour, found my mistake, was super kind, and didn't make me feel stupid. The repair was quick. I am so thankful to have a fully functioning toilet again. I highly recommend them.
Also he showed up in a mask and wore it the whole time. It really made me feel safe too.

We are very happy we called RJB Plumbing to help us with our broken shut off valve for our washing machine. Bob, the owner, answered the first time I called and was able to come out the next morning. Bobs knowledge of plumbing shows as soon as he starts talking to you. He was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. He not only fixed our broken valve, but he took the time to give us some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future and tips on how to avoid some other issues in our laundry room. To top off the great experience, he left our laundry room looking better than it did before he got in there. I will use RJB plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or neighbors.

I called them in a panic when the heater broke at my place of work. They were very professional, understanding and did an awesome job fixing it in a timely manner.
I love that they are a family owned business and care more about people than money.  I felt comfortable having them at my place of work without being able to be there myself AND it was left extremely clean after the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

Raul was honest, quick & so easy to speak to and understand. He was patient and his job was amazing... so nice to have hot water again!!!

Oh we had a great experience with Gary, who was recommended to us by the super nice friendly folks at The Warm Hearth. He went to put us a gas line on our big 1950's masonry fireplace and did a great job with no hesitation. You know drilling on masonry or hardwoods floors gets you only one chance. So I was a bit worried, but he knew what he was doing. Will use him again of needed. He is a very nice person too.

Needed to clean out a clogged pipe. Jesse was super responsive and readily available. He came out and walked me through his whole process step by step. I watched the work being done. He was super professional and just downright smart within his profession. I'd highly recommend him and his crew.

Powers Plumbing saved the day! We called two other drain cleaning companies before them. The first one told us we would have to have a clean out installed and plumbed to the outside of the house, as they couldn't get their machine under our house. The cost for this was only $500.00, then an additional $200.00 to $500.00 for rooting out the pipe.
The second company said it would have to be hydro-jetted at a cost of $400.00 to $750.00.
When Matt arrived from Powers Plumbing, he looked at the situation and said, We will have to move some things, and pitched right in to help. About 45 minutes and $69.00 later, we had a free flowing drain!
