Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

I got the call from our short term rental visitors that our air conditioner was not working. They were hot, annoyed, and not very friendly. I was 500 miles away but needed to get this thing fixed ASAP. I searched around for someone that could get to the home quickly and get this thing fixed. I came upon sameday's promo offer for $39.00 diagnostic. From the moment I first called all the way through the diagnostic and fix the communication was top notch. Professional service, courteous technicians, and super reasonable pricing. Not to mention they came to the house and had the unit  fixed in a matter of a couple of hours. The tenants even called me to thank me  for sending such a professional, courteous technician. 5 star company all day.

I have been using Pip as my plumber for several years now and every time I have to call for his services I am more pleased with his services. Plumbing trouble would cause anyone stress and anxiety but his quick response and calming nature always helps ease the mind. His work is great as well as his cost. Always honest, always informatative and his recommendations and advice are always appreciated. So glad to have Pip as my go to plumber and strongly recommend his services.

We discovered we had a hot water slab leak on Labor Day, a holiday, and our normal plumber was not available. Not wanting to leave it we decided to turn to Yelp. We read the reviews and decided to give these guys a call. They were professional and timely. We've had to have them come out three times in the past 3 days and they've come at the designated time each time which in the industry has been a rarity in my experience.

Shawn and his team were friendly with my family and pets and kept everything extremely tidy. He communicated time frames and costs and stuck to the times and prices quotes. I would recommend their services to anyone in the area.

The other day I was trying to fix my shower. Of course I broke the valve in the process. I turned to Yelp and called a different plumber than Pacific Drain & plumbing.

Here is where it gets good. While I was waiting for the plumber I left to go to the store. As I was driving down the street I saw a Pacific Drain & Plumbing truck and worker. I pulled over and asked for help. Rene happend to be leaving that job and asked where I lived. We went back to my house. Rene looked at my problem and called it in. He had an awesome gentleman named Skylar come over (same day, within an hour) to repair what I broke.  

I could not believe the service. Both Rene and Skylar understood I had no water and sprung into action to help me. I've never used a plumber before, and I have no comparison. However I can say this, I felt the pricing was fair and honest. If I ever need a plumber I will only use these guys.

Thank you very much for your help and speed. I appreciate everything Skylar and Rene did for me.

I had a leak which created a small flood and called Daniels's Plumbing. They were out very quickly (the same morning) and fixed the problem immediately. I have used them for multiple other services in the past and have found that this is the ONLY reliable/quick plumber I have ever come across. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Had a leak that a handy man wasn't able to fix. Called Pristine and luckily they had Saturday appointments since I work during the week. Woman on phone was very helpful. Jim F. came to our house and he was fantastic. He told me what was wrong, showed me the parts, went and got the parts he needed and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and I would definitely call again if needed.

Responded on short notice and fixed my leaking regulator promptly and for a fair price.  I definitely will call them again.

Honest, punctual and professional.  Found a recommendation on the Next-door app and decided to give them a call for a dripping tub faucet.  Rob confirmed we took all the right steps to try and fix it but unfortunately we needed to replace the valve.  He estimated it would take 3 - 4 hours and could come back on Friday.  He confirmed our appointment and texted when he was on his way over.  He fixed the problem (within the timeframe he gave) and left the area as clean or cleaner than when he came.  I will definitely be keeping this plumber in my contacts.

Bob came to my house to look at a leaking gas valve on our fireplace. He fixed it for free and was very nice. I look forwarding to using him for other projects in the future.

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.

Raul was awesome. I reached out to many different plumbers for installation of a faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Not only was he the first to respond, but he was professional and offered a very competitive estimate. Others wouldn't give a bid without an on-site visit, which IMO wasn't necessary for the project.
He adjusted his schedule to fit mine and even came earlier than we originally scheduled, which was a huge plus for me.
He began work immediately and had to make non standard adjustments due to small complications on my end. He was efficient and also had additional material in his truck because I was missing a few pieces that I should have had. I am so thankful for that. I will definitely be calling him for future projects and/or emergencies, and he'll be the first plumber I recommend to anyone. Thank you Raul!!!

We've used Gary on several occasions, and will continue to use him. He is always prompt, courteous and friendly. Does not over charge. During COVID-19, he wore a mask and we social distanced. Highly recommend!

Found Efficient through Yelp based on reviews. They didn't disappoint. Our plumber, Titus, was responsive (arrived within 2-hour window), professional and got the job done. Also, the customer service was excellent. They were friendly, answered the phone on first call, and even called to give update on when to expect Titus.

Will use again and highly recommend!

Jesse with SD Rooter saved the day and did a great job with another plumber failed to show up for our main drain blockage problem. From the initial call for help, to completing the job they were great. Jesse was on-time, friendly and is a dog lover! I like using local folks for services, so if you are in the Bonita area, Jesse & SD rooter gets 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me.

If i could give 0 stars i would.  THA was contacted by my property management to come out and change filters and clean vents after popcorn ceiling removable resulted in pneumonia.   I took the day off and waited for the serviceman to arrive to tell me they don't clean ducts.  I called the proper management who said she specifically asked and they said yes or she would have booked another company that does both.  So the tech changes the filter tests all and says everything is in good working order.  Except once he leaves i try the a/c and its blowing out hot air.  Of course no one can come back for a week snd to hell that it was for medical reasons, so i arrange my elderly parents to be there as i cant take another day off for this.  Today my parents waited and waited, finally they received a call after the window of time they told me and the service person came and left as he didn't have the adder extension to reach the roof.  As he never knocked or spoke to my parents or came inside how does he know he needed the ladder?  The a/c unit is in my house.  Needless to say they will be back tomorrow and i will lose out on incomes as i have to leave work early.  IF I HAD THE CHOICE I WOULD NEVR USE THIS COMPANY.  They lied first off saying they did duct work and then a week to get someone out to fix what should have been a simple filter change due to a medical need.    Unacceptable...Poor customer service and inefficient servicemen.

I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing!! Called Tino for three separate repairs: leaking toilet, new garbage disposal and new water pressure valve. All were time consuming. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was needed. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will call again when I need any plumbing work done.

Powers plumbing has been extremely prompt and does excellent work. But the best attribute that I  have seen is not from the plumbers who come out but also  from everyone including the customer service representives which have
such positive empathic energy.
