As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update Dan must be a manager reached out to me but we played phone tag.  Reached out to him tonight again but my new problem is with this heat the whole master suite is now blowing warm air. This con man salesman must've knocked another vent loose as he said before he wouldn't work on the ductwork because as he previously said the vermin would get it. No physical evidence of that and this house is 42 years old. I have another company coming and I'll keep you updated.

Highly recommend this company. Pip was quick to respond, had great communication, was punctual, was very knowledgeable regarding the issues with my garbage disposal (he even noticed an issue with my sink that I hadn't even noticed), and he also saved me $450.00 when another company wanted to waaaayyy over charge me to replace a broken garbage disposal. You can really tell that he is passionate and prideful about his work and not in it to rip people off. I will 100% be using this company again!

My family got home from vacation to a plumbing disaster.. found the works plumbing on yelp and decided to give him a call.. I called Shawn at noon on a Sunday and he arrived by 1:30! Not only was he fast and good at his job, he was also friendly and very reasonably priced.. Will be saving his number to use in the future!

Cameron was the kindest, most patient, most polite, most professional technician we've ever had at our home. We had unexpected plumbing emergency and made an appt with Pristine Plumbing. Cameron texted us when he was on his way, politely introducing himself and arrived at our house exactly on time. He was really knowledgeable, explaining our plumbing issues thoroughly, taking the time to explain our options and patiently answering all our questions. As a germaphobic mom, I've honestly been hesitant about having anyone in the house during the pandemic. But Cameron fixed everything beautifully and safely, and left each area in immaculate condition. The work we needed was extensive, yet Cameron remained incredibly pleasant & professional throughout the long hours. We know there are lots of plumbers we could call, but Cameron makes us only want to call Pristine Plumbing. I rarely leave Yelp reviews, but I had to leave this one. Thank you Cameron!

I called Vanguard Plumbing and Drains when I found water under my kitchen sink. They scheduled me quickly. Their repair person arrived at the scheduled time and determined the problem. He was very professional and quickly repaired the faucet that was causing the problem. I will definitely use Vanguard Plumbing and Drains again if I have any plumbing needs.

Great service!  Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement.  We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done.  I really appreciate his time and positive attitude!  Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

Just want to tell people to make sure you get 3 or 4 quotes. All plumbers are not the same! I had a situation were the tank was under the 12  year warranty and had to be taken to Home Depot for exchange. Most plumbers did not to bother and doubled the labor cost as did RJB Plumbing. The company I used took out the old tank, returned to Home Depot (for full value), had new tank and materials and out in 15 minutes! They then install it professionally and up to code for over just a little over $600. Be sure to get QUOTES!

As a first time home owner, I needed to install a water line to my new fridge. I also wanted to replace my bathroom faucet and drain with a set I had purchased online. I tried to do it myself but I ultimately broke the shutoff valve under my sink and needed to call a plumber to replace those and do everything else.

I contacted a few companies through yelp and Raul was very quick to respond. Raul came out the same day and looked over my needs and told me that my apartment's old fridge copper line wouldn't work (he was the second plumber to tell me that). He gave me a quote and told me to text him if I wanted to schedule him to come out. He also gave me the info I needed regarding letting my HOA know about shutting off the water to the complex.

I had him come out today and he shut off the water for my apartment complex for all of 30 mins to replace 3 valves and then proceded to run my fridge water line and use a cordless saw to cut out my 1983 original sink drain.

I appreciate how responsive he was to me over text and phone answering my newbie homeowner questions throughout the process. I'm very happy with his work and I won't hesitate to call him for my next plumbing needs.

From Los Angeles I looked on Yelp to find a plumber to help out my parents. Based on some solid reviews we decided to go with Ray's Plumbing.  Gary Stout, the owner showed up and my dad was thoroughly impressed with Gary's promptness, quick work, and ability to diagnose and solve all their plumbing problems.
Gary's a real decent guy is what my dad had to say about him, which for my dad is very high praise indeed!

Kuddos to technician Gilbert on a fine job installing my neighbor's water heater on Jan. 4, 017. She was out of town so i volunteered to provide access & assist if needed. { yes i was nosey & curious to observe the process, cause my H2o heater is getting old. }  Though this replacement was courtesy of an SDG&E assistance program, the tech { Gilbert } didn't rush his work, and in this older {1959} home was thorough each step of the way & concerned with my satisfaction.     { i'm older too, and quality & competence mean a lot, hope i wasn't a pain in the neck. }  I was pleased & impressed with Gilbert's good attitude throughout the project, + he even caulked the pressure relief line where it passed through the wall to the outside.  SORRY this atta-boy was so long in appearing.  He did a complete replacement from the support platform to the exhaust stack and cap.  VERY NICE WORK !!   mike c. { Betty's neighbor }

Our older home started to fall apart and needed repairs on different issues with our plumbing almost weekly. We contacted Tino at California Pacific Plumbing and with each incident he responded immediately. Not only was Tino responsive he also took the time to explain what needed to be done in a clear and understandable manner,  All of the work was completed in a timely manner AND the end product was excellent; even my critical construction husband was pleased.

Larry rocks!   Two  reputable plumbing companies  came out to look at our very old kitchen faucet in our North Park home and said it cannot be repaired and needed to be replaced. The problem is, the tiled counter top and sink would have to be removed in order to get  the new faucet installed!!!   I drove over to Powers Plumbing and Janet was  very helpful.  Janet had Larry who is very knowledgeable about those old faucets in these older homes.   Larry came brought his best game and won!! It took Larry a few hours to get it going and was determined to make it work even though we had that horrible heat wave he stayed and persevered!!  Larry was on time, very professional and determined to help because of the expense of the replacement !  Thanks Larry and Janet:)
