I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Same Day Heating and Air did a great job. They gave me a great quote. Actually best price after about 10 companies. Jeff and Jamie did a great job on the install. Told me what the procedure was, listened to my input on the placement of the system, and got it done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Tim at TS Backflow is very reliable and responsive to any questions I had.
Tim found a little leak and took care of the issue. Tim had all the equipment needed to fix the leak and perform all the pressure checks. Tim cleaned the number one valve also. Tim went way above his standard service. Tim showed up on Sunday and did not charge any additional amount for weekend service. Tim emailed the passed report to the city as well. His service is seamless and I'd highly recommend TS Backflow and especially Tim.

Pip called back quickly after my call for a hot water pipe leak in the garage. Pip was very knowledgeable and immediately had a plan. Two hours later all fixed! His price was reasonable and I highly revommend this company.

We had a great experience with the team at Vanguard today! We called them this afternoon with regards to a clogged toilet. We received a prompt response and had someone on site within the quoted time. Dave Fults was extremely professional and fixed our toilet within a very short period of time. He was also very knowledgeable and shared tips on toilet paper (avoid Charmin Ultra Soft) and also those pesky wipes (they're not actually flushable)! All in all, we had a great, seamless, hassle-free experience today. We will definitely keep their number handy for any future plumbing and drain matters!

Great experience! I called these guys to help me with a water/icemaker line hookup. Roby came out to first assess the situation soon after I called, gave me a quote. This was mid week, and he mentioned that he was quite busy till the week after... when I suggested it was a little urgent he made time early on Friday morning to help me out! He was honest, pleasant, patient and did a great job! (Roby even pointed out a possibly cheaper solution he found as he started his work, and tried to make it work before pursuing the work he originally quoted to us).

Our two year old Navien Tankless hot water heater was recently flashing an error code E445.  We contacted Navien about the water heater problem and they referred me to a few local Navien recommended plumbers to help correct the problem.   I contacted Bob (Owner/Technician) who was extremely knowledgeable with regards to the problem and was able to come to property to work with Navien on correcting the problem.   Not only was Bob (RJB Plumbing) quick to respond, he continued to work through an ongoing issue until was completing resolved.   I am extremely happy with RJB Plumbing in all aspects of their work, communication, pricing and follow-through.   I highly recommend Bob/RJB Plumbing to anyone who want the job done right.

Ignacio was SUPER!!!! After doing an assessment of our noisy pipes he was able to determine the most likely cause. He got the job done and very patient with my 3 year old who is a chatter box.

Titus came to our rescue and fixed a leaky pipe that was in a tricky spot in the garage. We had reached out to Efficient asking for a quote via Yelp, and they got back to us within literally two minutes. We sent them photos and they were able to estimate a cost range for us, which helped with budgeting. Although we got a quote for less money from one of their competitors, we felt more comfortable with the competency of Titus.

We also really appreciated the follow up later that day to make sure the leak hadn't returned. That's good customer service.

I want to give another shout out to Jesse. I have done a review for my own property and now he just helped me in a situation where I am renting. My landlord may be the most confrontational person I have ever met when it comes to services and Jesse, out of a favor, worked with him. Not only was he extremely patient (and I mean extremely) he also got the job done. I don't even bother getting secondary quotes with Jesse as he is not only a true professional but a fantastic plumber. Will give him my business no matter what plumbing incident comes my way. Tino was very knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous.  I am a curious person and like to gain knowledge whenever possible.  He was very professional and explained to me every step as I looked on.   He was also very reasonably priced.  I had an Awesome experience and recommend him highly.

Once again, Powers did a great job. I own a duplex in Mission Hills and both units had minor issues and I had a big issue with an outdoor leaky valve.  Manny was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed all 3 issues with a minimum of fuss and cost.  Powers has always employed good plumbers (been a customer since 1986) but what I really appreciate is that I do not have to worry about gouging or overcharging.  This is such an honest company.  I would recommend them for any job, big or small (they have done both for me thru the years).
There is a reason they can call themselves best San Diego plumber.
