As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

An outstanding organization.  From the first day when we met Anthony (Technician and for lack of a better description, a Sales Representative for the company) the dealings with Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning was professional and enjoyable.  They worked with us to come up with a proposal that we liked and we were able to move forward with.  We especially liked Anthony's proposals.  I say proposals because they were broken down into three different options and specifically spelled out clearly what each respective proposal provided (to add, much better that the four other estimates that I received from different companies).  Plus, Anthony worked with us regarding getting the price to an amount that we liked.  The other part of this experience we especially liked was the installation teams professional installation performance and friendly / courteous attitude.  Dave and Josh (Sorry I don't know their last names) worked with us through out the installation process and made the installation period an experience that we actually enjoyed.  Having to deal with contractors in your house is not always a pleasant experience, especially during this COVID pandemic period.  Dave and Josh were always courteous, conscious of the requirements dealing with COVID and kept their working areas clean and protected while they worked in our home.  Plus at the end of each day, they make a conscious effort to ensure all messes were cleaned up.  Overall a pleasant experience and bottom line, ending with a quality heating and air conditioning (HVAC) product.  

To add.  I want to especially say that Same Day was especially professional and accommodating regarding a couple discrepancies that were identified later on.  For one, my wife didn't like the unit's thermostat that was originally installed and she found one on Amazon that she preferred.  Same Day obtained that thermostat and installed it at no additional cost. Plus there were a couple minor installation discrepancies that was identified by the City Permit Inspector.  Again, Same Day resolved these items quickly and at no cost.  The Technicians (Sean and Joseph) that took care of these items were excellent, friendly and very professional.  You may be thinking that this is a negative thing that they missed these items.  I say not, it was resolved quickly, professionally and at not cost.  I really appreciate this fact and it was accomplished (identified) via a 2nd subcontracted company that double checked the final product.  

One last commit.  I want to add, that when Sean came out to correct some of the minor discrepancies, he thought he smelled gas.  I did not.  However, Sean was persistent, checking throughout the unit with his sensor test equipment.  He finally did find a small leak.  It was difficult to find and very difficult to correct, but he did it.  This was extremely import to us and I really appreciate the effort of Sean to find and correct this issue.  Thank you Sean!!!!

I had a sewage/drain problem in my first floor bathroom that caused minor flooding. I called roto rooter at 730 am they said someone will come between 11 am -1 pm. At 12 noon they cancelled and move the appt. the following day. So i looked at yelp and decided to go with The Works Plumbing. Someone answered and very upfront with how much it will cost me at the minimum with the weekend rate which I appreciate. I was told someone will be coming within 30 min. Wow! I'm already impressed. Shawn came in less than 30 min. and fixed the problem. He is nice and easy going. Thanks for the discount too. I recommend  their service.

I had a pipe leaking in the slab and instead of breaking into the concrete, they suggested to reroute the cold line. Pacific saved me money and the integrity of my foundation, which I appreciate greatly. Their entire team was excellent since my first contact with Doreen. Big thank you's to Tom which was the first person on scene, he was very prompt with communication, Daniel and Eddie which worked so hard, efficient, respectful, and wore masks .  Thank you also to Vu, which oversaw the entire job with his 25 plus years of experience, I never doubted him for a second. Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the  extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. Similar to another review, I called another plumber first and got a message machine.   When I called Pristine, Richard answered (on a Sat afternoon)  and said he'd be at my home within the hour - which he was. He was professional and took great care to be neat and was thorough in his work and clean up. I'd highly recommend him.

We had a warm spot in our floor which can be scary as a homeowner.  Robert with Vanguard came in and swiftly detected a slab leak and put us at ease with his solution.  Within a couple of hours he capped the leak and that week re-routed our pipes with the newest pex piping.  He was knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and a great value!  If you have a plumbing need look no further than Robert with Vanguard Plumbing & Drains!

Robi came out to check on a tweaked main line that I was concerned about. He gave me a list of things to check and/or keep an eye on and said it wasn't necessary to replace it unless those things were going wrong. No charge for the estimate.
He just as easily could have told me it was an emergency and charged me a pile of money. Honesty is hard to fake, so these guys get an A.

Gave me a quote of $250 for a whole hole scope, which I thought was a lot, but still less than some others.

I will definitely be using George Davis for all of my future plumbing issues, and my house is 40 years old so I'm sure there will be one or seven.

Called them out to check out the furnace in our new home, before we fired it up for the holidays. The tech was friendly and knowledgable and went through everything he was checking as he did it, teaching me along the way.

I would give a perfect score, except that a few weeks later I installed a Nest thermostat, and found that the wiring from the furnace to the thermostat had some wires wrong. I would think that's something they would check but maybe not since it was apparently working.

I was very happy with orangey construction Raul showed up within two hours of my call went right to work dug into the wall and in three places as a matter fact and found the leak and repaired it cleaned up the mess the whole job was done probably in less than an hour so I am very pleased to recommend orange construction

Use Ray's Plumbing on 9/26/2017 just to install a Kitchen Faucet that I had already bought, so I just needed it installed. Cost was 363.87 it took an hour if that, what a rip off. I would not recommend at all and then they try to sell you maintenance another rip off, but the service person did a great job.

Spoke to Mark in the afternoon at about 2pm and he made the time in his day to come by at 6pm to replace my water heater. He was no more expensive than any other plumber I called. What was impressive was his flexibility to help out in a bind and work after 6pm. The work was done well and up to code. Lots of 5 star reviews so give him a call. Thanks! -S

Jesse is the guy you want to call when you need the job done right the first time.  What started with a backed up sewer line was revealed to be a much more serious problem.  Jesse diagnosed the issue, showed us proof of the issue with his camera, and provided us with three options for resolution. We opted for the most long-term solution, knowing out 65 year old cast iron sewer line was a disaster waiting to happen.  Jesse and his team completed a 10 day job in 4 days, cheaper than anyone else could have.  I hihgly recommend SD Rooter.

These folks were top notch.  I got a referral from a friend of my son who used to work for them.  He said that they were good people and we could trust them.  Our experience proved this to be true.  We were selling our condo and needed the AC and furnace replaced quickly.  I had Mathew out on Friday to look at it to give me an estimate.  He told me I should get a couple other estimates to confirm I was getting a fair deal.  I also told him that I needed the work done by the following Sunday.
I had THA's estimate before the end of the weekend.  It was considerably less than I expected.  I went with them.  They started the work on Wednesday and we're completed on Thursday.
They did exactly what was contracted for less then I expected and finished well ahead of my deadline.  From my first contact to completing the installation of furnace and AC in less than a week.  Additionally, Mathew was exceptionally nice.
I have already recommended them to a friend that needs AC work.  I asked for a ballpark estimate for him and it was way way less than he had gotten from one of the places that advertises a lot.
We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody who asked.

Tino was responsive, kind, fast, and went above and beyond on checking things out. He will be our plumbing call for now on
We've got a 1960's house with all the charm & issues that come that age, so it's great to have Tino in our phone for when things show their years!

TERRIBLE, terrible terrible.  DO not use this company.  They are unclear, do not give quotes, over charge and are all around losers.  3000 dollars later, we still have a problem.  They left a huge mess, scratches on the bathroom floor.  DO NOT USE POWERS PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!
