I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

Mike came out & diagnosed my HVAC problem immediately.  That day-long rain we had just exacerbated the problem & he found there was a leak from the rooftop flue.  He repaired the leak & now I'm ready for the next rain this week.  Diagnostic fee was applied to the repair cost.

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

We needed a new bathroom sink and drain replacement. Reasonable Drain and Plumbing Repair came out and fixed everything we needed and was happy to look into other issues we were having with our plumbing throughout our house. They were on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they did an amazing job with all the cleanup afterwards. I would definitely use these guys again. Very happy!!

Carlos Cervantes did a terrific job installing a faucet and toilet in our home. He did everything in a professional manner and was also very courteous.  We highly recommend Pacific Drain.  We will continue to use Pacific Drain and Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They are reliable, friendly, and most importantly professional. I also think that they have reasonable rates when compared to other plumbing companies. That's  about it in  nutshell.

I had a broken water pipe in my front yard at 9:45 PM when trying to remove the roots from a removed rogue palm tree.  Daniel's Plumbing gave me the emergency phone number for the City Water Dept. dispatcher as he was brushing his teeth to go to bed.  The water dept. sent out a city worker to turn the water off at the meter at 10:20 PM.  At 9 AM the next morning, his team responded, replaced the broken section of pipe, and had the water turned back on by 11 AM.  Now that's what I call amazing service!  And everyone was polite and professional.  The charges were fair.

DO NOT CALL FOR WATER HEATER HEATER PROBLEMS!!!  As you can see from other reviews, they will tell you I can't necessarily fix it and it'll cost $250 just to find out I can't.  Just get a new water heater for $2400.

Save yourself $1800 and just get a new water heater from Home Depot.  They're only like $500.  $700 if you want a top of the line one!

Vanguard to the rescue!  We could not find anyone to repair/replace our below-grade pump (sump pump).  As soon as we contacted Vanguard, they helped detect the issue and find a replacement pump. They are very communicative and professional.  Highly recommended!

Great service!  Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement.  We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done.  I really appreciate his time and positive attitude!  Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

I did my homework and researched several HVAC companies. I ended up with over 10 quotes. I chose to go with Thompson because Garrett was so pleasant to work with. Their price was the most reasonable, and the cheapest one was not necessarily the best (for example they wanted 1/2 payment up front, which Garrett noted was not allowable by CA law). Garrett didn't even ask for a deposit! I gave him the OK, signed an agreement, and in a week, Garrett and his team got the work done on time, there were no issues, and  they cleaned up everything. It was just in time to enjoy the AC before the summer heat blast this last September.

Beware, many of the companies out there will try to convince you that a particular size unit is what you need. Garrett was the only one who said I didn't need such a large unit (we needed 2, 1 up/1 down, 3500 SF house). He was right. What he installed for us works perfectly to cool each of the floors.  He saved us over $1000! And that is with a good quality brand unit.

I'm extremely pleased, and I have the highest praise for Garrett and the Thompson team!

I am delighted to share my experience with Raul at R & J Plumbing & Drainage.  He did an outstanding job of replacing the quarter turn valves that were leaking and replacing some of the copper pipe in my home.

I had placed the project through Yelp and talked to a few plumbing companies to get some quotes and Raul was the one I thought was best for the job. He was quick to answer his phone. Raul was very detailed over the phone when he gave me the quote, which was very reasonable and competitive compared to other plumbers I had contacted. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the scope of the work that needed to be done.

He was able to squeeze me in the following day, which I am grateful for.

From the moment Raul arrived at my doorstep, I was impressed with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor. He was very efficient and worked diligently to replace the quarter turn valves and the copper pipe. He paid close attention to every detail and ensured that everything was properly installed and sealed. I was also impressed by how neat and tidy he kept his work area.

I bought a house in UC built in 68, and it needed a lot of work, I hired Gary to come in and help with the many plumbing problems I was having. Gary came in fixed the toilets,water heater. and even ran a gas line to my fireplace way cool then when we found that it took forever to get hot water to the upstairs bath rooms he put in a watts  unit on the water heater to send hot water all the time, works great. he is knowledgeable, the nicest guy and honest. you couldn't go wrong using him for any repairs. Our shower faucet developed a steady drip that needed immediate attention.  I am a religious do-it-yourselfer and had every intention of completing this project myself.  After finding no obvious way to remove the valve and discovering in my trip to Home Depot that there are dozens of potential replacement-part options, many that are not even stocked in the store, I decided to make an exception and call in L.B. Powers.   They had an appointment available on very short notice and arrived promptly on schedule.  Robert was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  I quickly discovered that I made a wise decision in calling in a professional.  After 25-years, the valve insert had calcified inside the housing and required a special extraction tool to remove.  While on site, I had them replace an identical valve in our guest shower.  The entire job took 30-minutes + parts.  I am certain I would have created a huge problem doing this work myself and saved tons of time and $$ by recognizing my limits.  My entire experience with LB. Powers was exceptional.
