As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Same Day Heating & Air did a wonderful job replacing heating furnace and installing a new A/C unit for me. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Special thanks to Jeff, Jamie, and Sean! Highly recommended!

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

So I woke up to no hot water and went to work to make a few phone calls to plumbers. I ended up speaking directly to the owner Pip. He had a few calls ahead of me he said but he explained how to tell my wife to shut off the water and gas to the tank .He was able to arrive between his 2-4 pm window which I really appreciated.  He quoted me a fair price and finished the job without trying to up sell me like my last plumber . (The guys with all the billboards) 20+ years of experience after I got done talking with him. He's my new plumber , and he has since serviced the leaking faucets and running toilets in the business I work for.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink that I worked on for 3 days without results causing me so much stress! From the time I called until Shawn came over and had it running free was about an hour. Great response time as well as the equipment and knowledge to do the job right! He is totally my hero today! Very professional and nice guy and I would definitely call The Works Plumbing again if I need help with plumbing.

Shawn was great.  Worked quickly and efficiently.  Fixed our pinhole leak in about 30 minutes and was out the door in about 45 minutes.  Friendly and professional.  Highly recommend.  =)

I had a washing machine drainage issue that caused water to spray out of one of the ports. Steve was excellent at communicating with me and insured that he would have someone come out ASAP. His team arrived within the hour and fixed the issue. I will without a doubt be using Daniel's Plumbing any other time I may have an issue. Cameron White and his team (Johnathon Kreutinger and Zachary Brodie) did a fantastic job installing a soft water system at our home.  They were professional, friendly, neat, and very knowledgeable concerning the job they were tasked with.  Cameron ensured that we were aware of the what the job entailed and kept us apprised of the progress until the job was completed.  They were thorough and made sure the area was clean prior to leaving.  We couldn't be happier!

Vanguard was fast to respond and professional. Robert was very clear and concise with his quote over the phone, given my vague non plumber description of the issue. He showed up promptly and was very respectful. Work was done in less than an hour and he did a cursory quality control check to ensure everything was in better order than he had arrived. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Did not charge at all what I was quoted by competitors, even less so since I paid an after hours charge. Great company and very professional employee.

Let's start at the end. Best plumbing outfit going. Honest -- word play intended. This is your new plumber. Examples? Best price for new water heater and install; checks toilet, nothing wrong so doesn't try and sell me something. Seriously, it's like 1950 and the plumber is your second cousin. Thank you George.

Bob saved our lives tonight! Its tough to not have water during quarantine, so I was starting freak out when I saw a constant drip coming from our attic crawl space above our garage. Our pipes had a leak so we quickly shut off the water. I called Bob at 5:45 pm tonight based on a recommendation on Next Door. He was at our house within about 30 minutes and he got us all fixed up!! He was great at explaining everything and it was very reasonably priced especially for coming over after hours and so last minute! Thanks Bob - we'll be calling again I'm sure!

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.

I used R&J Plumbing for replacement of a kitchen faucet. They had to make a change in our original appointment time but let me know well in advance, and kept my up to date on arrival time.  Installation went well and it was obvious they had experience with this service. Price was a bit higher than some of the other bids I received, but it included valve replacement if needed (which we did not need).

First time experience and I am so pleased.  Great guy, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.  Will be my go-to guy for plumbing!

My problem was a only a clogged bathroom sink, but the response was the same day.  Hector arrived within 5 hours of my telephone call and took care of the sink problem as well as improved the shower drainage--a plus!  He was efficient, capable and extremely tidy--completely cleaning the under sink area when finished.  The price was reasonable--I definitely recommend this company!

I was a new homeowner when all drains clogged up in my house. Old Republic Insurance sent someone out to look at the problem. It was a joke! He wanted to refer me to others (for a kickback is what others speculated on YELP) and said he couldn't help me although I still had to pay the service fee. I called Jessie with SD Rooter immediately because he did work on the house for the previous owner. Jessie came to my home the very same day. Not only was he able to snake a drain to open a toilet to use, he didn't even charge me! It was obvious this guy knew his stuff. He started on my repairs right away. It was clear to him that there was a problem with the main line from the house to the street. Initially, he estimated it would take about two days to do the repairs by installing a double cleanout, hydro jet the lines, and resleeve the main pipe. He quoted me a price and proceeded with the work. But after he and his crew dug a trench down to the main pipe and evaluated the situation, they realized the situation was much more serious and involved. The job started on a Thursday and Jessie said they would work through the weekend if they needed to complete the job. He was true to his word and worked through the weekend; however, it took about 9 days for the job to be complete! They tried to shoot material into the line to resleeve it but the old cast Iron pipe was in such bad shape, they needed to replace it, so more excavating needed to be done. Jessie worked with me. Even though he gave me a price assuming the pipe would be resleeved, he stuck by his word and did not charge me more money even though it cost him a lot more money to replace the entire pipe. He also provided several free services for me: snaking my drains twice, running a cable and camera through lines, and he also looked at a different problem inside the house free. I had to work part of the time during the repair so Jessie was great about updating me. His crew were hard workers and professional. Because it was so hot, I provided water, drinks, and some food because they were so nice and were working so hard in the heat!! They were VERY appreciative. When they completed the job, their concrete work over the area of my driveway that was removed looked really good! They were also meticulous in cleaning up trash and debris and hauling it away. Jessie took care of me, and although he could have made more money doing this job, he stuck by his word and charged me less than what he would have normally charged. Jessie is honest. He'll tell you directly that he's not the cheapest and he's not the most expensive. He is very good and experienced and he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend this company.

Kuddos to technician Gilbert on a fine job installing my neighbor's water heater on Jan. 4, 017. She was out of town so i volunteered to provide access & assist if needed. { yes i was nosey & curious to observe the process, cause my H2o heater is getting old. }  Though this replacement was courtesy of an SDG&E assistance program, the tech { Gilbert } didn't rush his work, and in this older {1959} home was thorough each step of the way & concerned with my satisfaction.     { i'm older too, and quality & competence mean a lot, hope i wasn't a pain in the neck. }  I was pleased & impressed with Gilbert's good attitude throughout the project, + he even caulked the pressure relief line where it passed through the wall to the outside.  SORRY this atta-boy was so long in appearing.  He did a complete replacement from the support platform to the exhaust stack and cap.  VERY NICE WORK !!   mike c. { Betty's neighbor }

We have hired Tino on several occasions over the last couple years, and every time he is thorough, honest, fairly priced, and personable. We initially found him on Yelp when we needed to replace a stuck angle stop in a bathroom before being able to shut off the water and remove the toilet to replace flooring. Since then, he has also replaced a worn out pressure regulator, extracted a cleaning brush that slipped into our toilet and got stuck, installed a hot water pump under our kitchen sink, replaced an outside hose bib, flushed our hot water tank, replaced worn out isolation valves for the hot water tank, and replaced hoses for our washing machine. We are thankful to have a reliable, licensed plumber to call who is always responsive and easy to communicate and schedule with. He's super professional, takes great care and pride in his work, and we have happily recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Powers saved the day with a total re pipe of our historic home.  Bid #1 was 3 times Powers' bid.  Bid #2  (one of San Diego's largest companies) the guy leveled with us and said, job too big for us now.   There's a lot of work out there now for plumbers.   Janet, Shane, Eric and everyone beneath them did a great job.   Eric volunteered to work on Presidents' Day to keep the job on schedule.  As landlords, we know our stuff and Powers' work and price were right on!
