Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Our air conditioning went on the fritz and starting looking on line for help to buy new system. We did go with Lowes first, but then also called Home Depo near our home in Scripps Ranch and Jeffrey from Same Day Air came out and talked and walked us thru everything they had to offer in equipment, labor, 12 year warranty and talked to us without pressure. Due to medical reasons, we have to have air even in the cold months. Same Day Heating & Air is Home Depo's contact and Willy, Martin, Chris & Poncho came to our rescue. Due to some issues, our day to install was not delayed, but actually bumped up a day, luckily. I have see contractors work in every field of plumbing, carpetry, cabinets, carpet, painters in several homes throughout my years, but I'm telling you straight up all of these gentlemen, truly cared and worked so damn hard up and down 18 stairs, and gave us updates throughout our project and are so happy Jeffrey was so kind and knowledgable he gave us the perfect bid with many hurdles to conquer because of our specific needs and timeframe, due to our situation. I want to thank Betsy for her hours of dedication, time and love beyond normal work hours to cook and prepare each day for the workers and staff a meal or snack to get their work day started. The guys told me. A little wordy, but truly am happy and greatful for Same Day Air & Heating. Cleaned up so well, wouldn't know they were here! They worked so well with each other too! I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

This is a company that puts customer service first and quality runs as close to first as it can...maybe they're tied.  We had a specialized need with tankless water heating systems and their certified employee was professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to teach me about my system in a way that I could understand.  He had great communication, there was never any doubt what was happening or when.  After the first visit I immediately called their office to report the good news of a highly qualified and very professional employee.  I cannot recommend them enough!

I had just a small simple job. The flow diverter on my tub spout was broken. I had the screw-on type and when I tried removing it myself, encountered a lot of resistance. I decided to play it safe and find a plumber. They sent Roby out, who arrived on time first thing in the morning. As he removed the tub spout using a pipe wrench...sure enough the old pipe busted. He let me know that it looked like he needed to do some extra solder work to add more pipe back on, but after working the pipe for a few minutes, he was able to convert it to a use a slip-on tub spout without adding more pipe back...this meant the job ended up costing less than initially expected. All in all, I really appreciate the honesty with the pricing and was satisfied with the work.

If you're looking for a great plumber I highly recommend Bob! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some issues with a leak and he was extremely punctual, and did a great job in helping get answers. It's hard to find someone reliable by just looking online. I'm very happy we found this company and would definitely recommend him to others. Will be using Bob for all our other plumbing issues in the future!

I called them in a panic when the heater broke at my place of work. They were very professional, understanding and did an awesome job fixing it in a timely manner.
I love that they are a family owned business and care more about people than money.  I felt comfortable having them at my place of work without being able to be there myself AND it was left extremely clean after the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

This guy has no idea what he is doing. do not hire him. He messed up my bathroom which was an easy fix. I paid him $500 and then had to pay a real plumber to fix his mess.

Just want to send out a big Thank You! to Matthew of THA Heating Air and Plumbing. We purchased our HVAC system from them in 2010 and they've never let us down. Today was one of those hot days and we were enjoying our AC when we noticed it wasn't blowing nice cool air anymore.  After a bit, we decided to call, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We were thrilled when Matthew said he could be at our home in less than an hour. He fixed the problem swiftly and professionally in no time flat. We so appreciate how you took such good care of us! This is by far my most enjoyable plumbing experience in 30 years of living in a variety of older houses and hence utilizing lots of plumbers ( in San Diego for last four years).

First, when i phoned for service, Janet was so pleasant and helpful (including checking on the merits of a kitchen faucet i had already purchased).  Her description of the service and charges was upfront and clear and fair.

Second, the service person (Fernando) was here as scheduled at 8:15. Fernando was so pleasant -- as evidenced by my German shep immediately relaxing and stopping her barking  -- and neat and efficient. Fernando also explained how water pressure may result in tiny leaks thru faucets and toilets.  
Very simple: professional, competent,  congenial.  

And very fair pricing.

What a sense of relief and comfort to know that we now have a plumbing service we can comfortably call on any time.
