Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

This is my first review, and I want to give a big shout out of appreciation to Anthony, Carlos and Adrian for taking care of my family and replacing my entire 30 year-old AC and furnace system.  Anthony came out for an estimate on a Wednesday and was extremely thorough and thoughtful in covering everything he would include in the installation, mask on and booties on his shoes.  They were able to come out the following Tuesday and get our AC replaced.  Living in El Cajon during 95 degree weather, I am super grateful they could get out so soon.

Even bigger love to Carlos and Adrian for doing the labor and getting everything done quickly and efficiently.  They had their masks on, were clean in taking care of the workspace, and showed me exactly what they were doing and replacing.  Carlos powered through the 2 days installing the furnace and condenser unit while Adrian braved the attic.  All that was old was tossed and replaced with the modern, down to the vents inside the attic and the registers.  They concluded with a walkthrough of all the work that was done, a tutorial on my new thermostat, and asked if I had any questions.  The big things are easy to take care of, but I greatly appreciate the little things that Carlos and Adrian addressed.  Thanks for keeping us cool guys! My lady and kids thank you!!!

Tim was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and organized. Got the job done same day without a shocking invoice. I highly recommend!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Came out to diagnose a leak, but then found some major issues in the venting of our kitchen sink/kitchen that were behind the wall. The venting issues had been causing an odor we were unsure of the cause of for years and chalked it up to other things.

Did I mention these guys are clean and courteous too?

Jon at The Works plumbing is the best!  By far the best plumber I have ever dealt with.  He knows his stuff and is very fair and reasonable price wise.  Will not try to gauge you on price and service is great!  He was able to come out right away when i had a plumbing issue and fixed everything quickly and easily.  I'd highly recommend their services.

Carlos at Pacific Drain and Plumbing came out and gave us a second opinion of what needed to be done, which turned out to be a easy fix and not a replacement. Carlos was wonderful and saved us a lot of money. I heard this company was good, but it is also nice to know how honest they are. I would highly recommend them!!     Pat from Vista

I used Daniel and son to fix an improperly installed tub and overflow gasket. Art not only fixed the problem but tested it before leaving to ensure the issue was fully resolved. He was responsive and thorough. The whole process was easy and quick.

We had a really unfortunate experience here with the actual process of our repipe of our home that was handled by Jim, however the actual business was not aware of the situation AT ALL until the job was complete or I should say not completed as agreed upon with Jim who was representing them. Long story short, the owner came out as soon as he was aware of the situation at hand and did what he could to make the unfortunate situation right and finish the job. This day in age businesses just take your money and disappear. The fact that the owner took the time to even come out was a very honorable gesture. And he did it in the evening after business hours. He did everything he could to make things right and is a very stand up business owner. You should feel comfortable doing business with Pristine Plumbing as we know that the flaws that may have hindered our experience have been rectified immediately and the owner is very knowledgeable and actually stands behind their work and truly cares about his customers. I would not hesitate to call them again to do more work in our home. We would recommend them to our friends and family in the future and they are a local company. They truly care for their customers and that alone is priceless. Even with the issues we had we still feel that Pristine has earned all 5 stars with the level of care and support that the owner has shown to us along with his office staff. Jackie in the office is very helpful as well and helped the owner greatly with resolution quickly. We're very pleased with how they promptly handled everything.

My upstairs bathtub was making gurgling noises when I flushed the toilet. I called my usual plumber in Vista and told her my concern. I was told that it sounds like my main water line needs to be cleaned out but doesn't have anyone until Monday next week unless I activate EMERGENCY SERVICES. I called Robert at Vanguard. (per recommendation from my neighborhood email posts-NEXTDOOR) I told him my dilemma. He asked how often I used my bathtub. I replied NEVER. He stayed on the line and told me to run water into my tub for 5 seconds, let it drain and then flush the toilet. NO MORE NOISES from my tub. He explained that there is a water trap for my tub, but since I don't use it, it had dried out and echoes water draining from my tub. Had nothing to do with the 'main water line'. Robert charged me nothing for the phone call. I cannot express how grateful I am. Vanguard Plumbing is my main plumber from here on out!!! WOW!! Thanks Robert!

Unfortunately our furnace went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Thompson's and was scheduled for the following morning.  Garrett arrived on time and had our furnace back up and working in 30 minutes.   The whole process was very simple, professional and easy. I definitely recommend this company.

My tenants broke the shower valve and fortunately I found Raul. He responded to my yelp request immediately and came out to check the issue. Told me what needs to be done and gave me what I felt like an honest estimate. On the day of the work, he showed up on time. I thought it would take several hours to complete the work but he finished replacing the valve within 2 hours, which was impressive. We had to shut off the water to the entire building so his ability to work fast was a plus since everyone is working from home during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend him and will save his numbers for the future.

You can trust Gary and also know you got a great job done.  He has helped my elderly mother so many times over the years, always prompt, goes out of his way to help and gives good advice on product selections.  He's also a good source for referrals to other trades since it's so hard to know who to call.

Mark did a great job. He communicated clearly, showed up on time and made sure we clearly understood what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost.

They were fast to respond when we needed help with a leak in our bathroom sink. Jesse and his team were very professional and made the whole process easy. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues we have!

Very punctual, responds the calls in timely matter, and do great job.

Very knowledgeable but it still took 3 visits to fix shower faucet. Will continue to use them as they are pleasant, efficient when here and reasonably priced. One suggestion is to stop assuming the worst and placing blame on customer. In my case the final mounting of dial was put on incorrectly and no caulking was done to seal the fixture. After an email and a pretty negative attitude from them, they came out and fixed and finished the job at no additional cost. Hans Grohe is a great brand so please stop complaining about it. Once the parts are correct, it took your plumber 10 minutes to fix it.  It was that easy and it went together perfectly. Lesson learned:,no DIY for me for plumbing. I will call Powers Plumbing. Thanks.
