I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

This company is fantastic!! Larisa was so kind and helpful on the phone when I first called to get information. She answered all my questions and was very thoughtful and friendly. Sean came out the first time and was very knowledgeable and very kind to my family. He was honest and helpful and friendly. He was even so kind to my dog and kids. I was grateful for his knowledge about our unit and took the time to really assess the problem and communicated everything to us! I would definitely recommend this company. They are honest and truly care about the families they serve.

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

We needed a new bathroom sink and drain replacement. Reasonable Drain and Plumbing Repair came out and fixed everything we needed and was happy to look into other issues we were having with our plumbing throughout our house. They were on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they did an amazing job with all the cleanup afterwards. I would definitely use these guys again. Very happy!!

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. Our property manager recommended I get multiple quotes, including one from Daniel's Plumbing & Son, who they recommended. Their estimate was very competitive. I've had repairs done by larger San Diego plumbing companies in the past but opted to go with Daniel's and I'm INCREDIBLY GLAD I did.

Steve, Daniel's son services the San Diego area and was present and hands-on onsite at my project site. It was evident that he has years of experience as he walked me through the multiple repairs. His communication is stellar as well...he's highly responsive and professional.

Steve and his team were such an amazing asset during a stressful time. Once Steve and his team were onsite and in motion I had complete faith that the repairs were being done correctly and in a timely manner I was able to exhale.

Hunter was very knowledgeable and provided us with several options to solve the issues that we had.  There were some items where he noted we could fix ourselves and this was very much appreciated as it allowed us to save some money!  Would encourage others to use Pristine Plumbing and Hunter in particular.

I'm a realtor with clients all over the county so it's important to find different plumbers for various areas. I found Robert via Yelp and in speaking to him immediately liked his direct style and willingness to go to my clients house and then conference me in as I had an elderly client. He removed a leaking water filtrating system and replaced a pressure valve for a reasonable price. He sent me paperwork as I asked without having to chase him down. Then months later my clients main water line cracked and when shopped against another plumber he was far less expensive and could do the work in a fraction of the time! His willingness to explain the work and cost and speak patiently to someone elderly is much much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends and clients!

Roby was very prompt and he made sure to let me know what he was doing from start to finish. The work done to fix the water pressure issue in our house was done so perfect and neat.

I ran into a little problem when I attempted to shut off the water to my home using the gate valve. While it did  shut off, the valve seized and would not open. As I like to support owner/operator businesses, I found RJB Plumbing and did a quick review of things here on Yelp.

Bob was very responsive to my call and was able to come the very next morning to replace the valve with a much more reliable ball valve. Additionally, the pressure regulator was making a loud squeaking sound after pressure built up and I've heard that noise for many months but paid no attention to it. Bob conducted a pressure test to ensure things were in order and to my surprise, the regulator valve was bad. Bob explain the valve's purpose, what the pressure should be for my home, and that my water pressure was exceedingly high and could lead to future, more costly repairs such as a burst pipe in the home.

Fortunately, Bob had the regulator available and knocked it out in a flash!

Overall, I can't recommend a more honest, fair, and local plumber than Bob. He also gave some DIY tips on checking the pressure regulator annually and how to properly maintain a safe and reliable home water delivery system.

My tenants broke the shower valve and fortunately I found Raul. He responded to my yelp request immediately and came out to check the issue. Told me what needs to be done and gave me what I felt like an honest estimate. On the day of the work, he showed up on time. I thought it would take several hours to complete the work but he finished replacing the valve within 2 hours, which was impressive. We had to shut off the water to the entire building so his ability to work fast was a plus since everyone is working from home during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend him and will save his numbers for the future.

As Realtors, we need to totally trust in the honesty, knowledge and professionalism of the vendors we refer to our clients. We met Gary through neighbors of ours (who happen to be his parents).  I liked him right away and began using him on our listings and also referring him to friends and clients when they asked for a good plumber.  The feedback we have gotten from our clients has always been a two thumbs up.  We completely trust Gary to take excellent care of clients and friends, charging a fair price for great work.  Gary really runs a great plumbing business, and we recommend him without reservation!

After reading many reviews of this company, I called Efficient Plumbing to have a few things fixed around my house (a couple of leaky faucets and slow drain in tub). Mark was very professional and courteous. Pricing was good. I would definitely recommend Mark's services.

Jesse the plumber came out to my house and unclogged my bathtub drain. He pulled out a huge clump of hair from my daughter who has hair so long, passed her waist. He was very professional and was concerned for the future and found a strainer in his truck to help with catching hair before it goes down the drain. He also had to go buy some chemical to put down the drain and snake the drain and pulled out a little more. At the end of the day the drain is working once again......YAY! I would recommend him for clogged drains! THANKS Jesse!!!

I called THA because my parent's air conditioning wasn't working and they are getting older. I called on a Saturday, on a hot day, and THA was very helpful. They sent someone out within two hours of my call, and took care of the problem! Brilliant!

Three months ago, Tino did a once-over of the plumbing for me. Got an old house, that's just something one should do every few years.

Replaced a few toilet 'guts', repaired a leaky hose bib, found/replaced washing machine lines, installed a pressure regulator and presto!  My water usage dropped by a third. Yep!

Went from 6K gal/ month before to 3-4 K gal/ month now.  That's been the case for three water bills now.  AND I read the water meter to be sure they were actually reading it. AND no, I haven't adjusted my water usage one bit.  

So pleased about this!

Prices very, very fair.  And Tino is so very friendly, professional and caring about the customer.  Wonderful feeling!

$186 for 20 minutes of service and could not resolve problem. Worth it? I think not.

Although it was an after hours call, I was not informed that it would cost even more after 8pm!
Janet was helpful on the phone, but Matt did not seem able to figure anything out about the leak, apart from saying you need to take up the floor!

Make sure you know that billing time starts from the time they leave their office until the time they get back to their office. Wish my job worked like that.

The next day I called Welby Construction and Ed came out immediately and was able to locate the problem within 20 minutes. Had nothing to do with the floor as the leak was in a pipe in the ceiling. How wrong was Powers Plumbing.

Would not use this company again.
