I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

I initially called to take advantage of the $39 tuneup /inspection because we were considering having our 40 year  old system replaced. It was costing us a fortune to use it. Donald McC.. drove clear across the county to keep our appointment and did a thorough job without trying to upsell me. He took time to educate me about how our system worked and explained that it was working as well as could be expected. I asked him for a quote for a replacement system, which he emailed me within an hour. He also told me it would be good for 90 days since I wasn't going to want it done during the holidays. After making an appointment later, Lonnie and Bruce arrived on time and completed the job in one day even though there were some minor complications fitting the new heating unit to the old setup. They were friendly and professional, placing light tarps down to protect the floors as they worked. ÀI was impressed with their attention to detail and conscientiousness, taking extra time to run some new wiring, replace an old breaker and even answer all my dumb questions. And, the final price was exactly what I had been quoted.

I received a backflow testing notice from the City of Escondido while on vacation and had 7 days to comply once I returned. I called Tim at TS Backflow and was immediately impressed at his availability. He gave me a next day appointment, arrived on time and walked me through the process as he completed the test. Overall his customer service is excellent and his price to value is hard to beat. I'm confident that he'll be very successful in future endeavors given his calm demeanor and professionalism. I wish him well in his business and highly recommend his services.

Pip is the man, just as all the other reviews say. Plus, he English accent makes the crappy plumbing situation much more tolerable.

I called him on Monday @ 8am. He call me back @ 10am and was at my house by 10:20am. The job was much more extensive than I had hoped it to be but Pip took his time and got the job done in a few hours. He was VERY clean and made sure that my house stayed very clean even though he was clearing a HUGE mess out of our kitchen plumbing. I would highly recommend using Pip and his plumbing services...The price was very fair as well.

The Works was the 4th plumbing company we had come to our home for a kitchen sink back up.  Sean, our technician, was awesome.  He was very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly and successfully.  We won't hesitate to call The Works next time, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I had a leak which created a small flood and called Daniels's Plumbing. They were out very quickly (the same morning) and fixed the problem immediately. I have used them for multiple other services in the past and have found that this is the ONLY reliable/quick plumber I have ever come across. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Our very old in wall, behind tile, shower valve stems were impossible to turn. We called George Davis Plumbing and Roby came out to look at them. The stems were so corroded but he was able to carefully remove them and to immediately find the exact same ones and installed them upon his return. He was awesome. So knowledgeable and nice. I will always call him now for my plumbing needs.

Great service! Came out for an emergency leak promptly and fixed it, afterwards the plumber gave a free inspection of the rest of the house plumbing.

Thought I could replace my wall mount kitchen faucet. Found out pretty quickly I need a professional. Requested bids on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and had responses that evening. Raul included his phone number and I texted right away. He was willing to work around my work schedule and come later in the afternoon and had availability within a few days. He quoted me a very fair price. He arrived today, right on time, and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, tidy, and precise. He tested everything on the faucet before he left and even checked the water pressure at both of the pressure regulators. I've added his information into my contacts and will definitely use him again when needed. Highly recommend!

I had a few jobs around the house and Ray's had some good reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot.  I left a message requesting an estimate since I've had bad experiences with plumbers in the past.  Gary called me back that same afternoon and was quite pleasant.  He went through a few pricing options over the phone, and even gave me the option to buy the pieces a head of time so he wouldnt have to charge me for parts.  When he came over, he started in the kichen installing a new faucet.  Then moved on to fixing 2 toilets.  By the time he finished, everything was working great and all he charged was for an hour work which was less than anyone else had quoted.  Great job!! If I ever need a plumber again, Im calling Ray's plumbing

I was going to replace a shower diverter faucet myself.  The good news was that I was able to get the old unit off without even using a wrench.  The bad news is that it was so corroded, a part of it was left attached to the copper piping.  The lime deposits were stronger than the corroded metal of the diverter. Since this is more than I wanted to deal with, I decided it was plumber time.  Based upon the Yelp reviews, I gave Mark at try.  He came out the next day and fixed the thing in no time.  The cost for parts and labor was less than what most of the other guys wanted for just the service call.  So, compared to some of the other plumbers that we've dealt with in the past, this guy is top notch.

I would like to recommend SDROOTER247.com for any plumbing needs. I don't really ever do these review statements very often but my experience with the manager, Jesse was great! We had a water heater go out and needed a hot shower, a co-worker had used him and recommended him highly, he agreed to stop by on his way home and give us a quote. He really sold us on his knowledge and he ended up staying and doing the repairs and I got that hot shower! Great guy, easy going family man! He is our go-too guy, call him!

These folks were top notch.  I got a referral from a friend of my son who used to work for them.  He said that they were good people and we could trust them.  Our experience proved this to be true.  We were selling our condo and needed the AC and furnace replaced quickly.  I had Mathew out on Friday to look at it to give me an estimate.  He told me I should get a couple other estimates to confirm I was getting a fair deal.  I also told him that I needed the work done by the following Sunday.
I had THA's estimate before the end of the weekend.  It was considerably less than I expected.  I went with them.  They started the work on Wednesday and we're completed on Thursday.
They did exactly what was contracted for less then I expected and finished well ahead of my deadline.  From my first contact to completing the installation of furnace and AC in less than a week.  Additionally, Mathew was exceptionally nice.
I have already recommended them to a friend that needs AC work.  I asked for a ballpark estimate for him and it was way way less than he had gotten from one of the places that advertises a lot.
We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody who asked.

We have hired Tino on several occasions over the last couple years, and every time he is thorough, honest, fairly priced, and personable. We initially found him on Yelp when we needed to replace a stuck angle stop in a bathroom before being able to shut off the water and remove the toilet to replace flooring. Since then, he has also replaced a worn out pressure regulator, extracted a cleaning brush that slipped into our toilet and got stuck, installed a hot water pump under our kitchen sink, replaced an outside hose bib, flushed our hot water tank, replaced worn out isolation valves for the hot water tank, and replaced hoses for our washing machine. We are thankful to have a reliable, licensed plumber to call who is always responsive and easy to communicate and schedule with. He's super professional, takes great care and pride in his work, and we have happily recommended him to friends and neighbors.

I used Powers because of their previous standing in the community.  I don't know if it has been sold or operated by another, but something has changed.  There were problems and errors and those things can happen.  It was the aftermath and the overcharging that could not be remedied in fairness that leaves me concerned.  I was accepting that it was just my experience until a friend told me yesterday that she had the same issues.  

My kitchen was left with holes in walls that were because of worker errors.  I paid to fix them with my contractor without complaint and Powers felt like I should pay for the time, the overtime and the holes myself.  I'm completely miffed that they refused to see their error.  The office claims, without seeing the job, that they were looking for a vent.  The truth is the existing vent was used in the beginning of the job and the holes were a random investigation for something the workers offered to add in and made a big mistake in trying.  The manager refused to speak with her employees because she said they would say black and I would say white.  I offered to go to small claims to remedy the $1600 overcharge from the bid and they agreed.  Instead of keeping their word, they sent the overage to a bill collector after I paid the $3000 of the original invoice.  The perfect move if one is going to lose in court anyway.  Interesting group.  I want no further involvement.  Ignorance, stupidity or evil...it's not my thing.
