I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

I was very pleased with the service. All the workers were polite and professional finishing the job in timely fashion. I would highly recommend Anthony Albanese since he was helpful, pleasant, and very cordial.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Pip is fantastic. I found him randomly from seeing his truck outside at another job and after having a nice chat with him, I looked him up on Yelp and then gave him a call. I am so grateful I found him. I have had terrible luck and experiences with plumbers in the past, and Pip almost seems too good to be true... but he's not! He's the real deal!

Pip shows up on time. He's friendly, professional, courteous, detail-oriented, tidy, and has a fantastic English accent and a dry wit to boot that will keep you in stitches. Just as the name of his company suggests, the prices are indeed reasonable.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Pip.  Oh, and he is definitely British when it comes to his love and passion for tea so make sure you have some English Breakfast on hand with cream and a bit of sugar!  Trust me, he's worth it! ;)

Shawn was punctual, courteous, and is our go-to plumbing guy. He was in and out in less than 5 mins. He even remembered that we had a baby crawling around and he wore shoe covers. Thanks Shawn!

We were very pleased with our service by this company. We had a blocked drain that caused a backup in both our kitchen sink and washing machine. We called and were able to get a plumber out the same day. Willy was able to fix the problem for an excellent price.

We had slow-draining bathroom and kitchen, a smelly drain, and a few other plumbing concerns.  After 2 plumbers with whom we hadn't been satisfied, I looked to Yelp for another plumbing company, and Daniel's Plumbing & Son had 6 five-star reviews, so clearly liked, but not well experienced? (They solved all of our plumbing issues -- details below.)

I phoned, and Steve and I had a long, informative and listening conversation.  We scheduled service, and he, Art, and Manny arrived, only to find a misaligned sewer-pipe junction with a camera...in the middle of our house...ugh.  We scheduled for the jackhammering and other items we wanted fixed (e.g. water-hammer arresters), and after a short medical-emergency delay for which Steve was clearly sorry and nervous I'd be upset (I wasn't.), they performed all of the work in 2 days.

Steve and Art pulled in their father, the eponymous Daniel, and he helped solve the misaligned sewer problem.  Art found two small leaks from the previous plumber's work, and he fixed them without charging.  They solved the hot/cold water mixing problem we had throughout the house (found crossed water lines at the hot water heater) and solved that.  They installed 4 water-hammer arresters in our lines and we no longer experience the daily explosions in our house multiple times a day (yay!).  And, finally, our sinks/tubs are draining much better.

The best part is that, even though Daniel's Plumbing & Son did not re-tile the tiles they'd jackhammered, after we finally replaced the tile ourselves (3 weeks, due to concrete dry time, 1 weekend trip, and 1 week trip), they came out the day after I said the tile was done to reinstall the toilet.  Can't ask for better service than that!

I highly recommend this company.  Communication is prompt and thoughtful.  Questions answered.  Payment easy (invoice emailed and all payments available; I paid by check, but could have with CC).  Work, so far (3 weeks later), remains as expected.

My garbage disposal wasn't working so I called Pristine Plumbing to see if they could come out to assess the problem. I spoke with Richard and he asked me a few questions about the problem--was there a hum or no noise? etc. After assessing the problem, he told me that I could easily fix the problem. He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me talking me through the process and voila, I fixed the garbage disposal on my own! He saved me a lot of money and time this weekend and for many years to some. Thanks Richard!! I will certainly be giving him my business anytime.

Called Vanguard Plumbing after reading several excellent reviews of their work. Within a very short time a plumber, Dave Fults, arrived and was able to unclog my kitchen sink that someone else was unable to repair earlier in the day. Absolutely satisfied with Dave's work and would highly recommend Vanguard for any plumbing needs. I am so pleased I found a plumbing service with a quick response in emergencies, excellent and fast service, and reasonably priced, and I will call them if and when I have future needs.

I have used George Davis for several years now and have been more than satisfied by each experience. We have a total of five properties in the San Diego area and it's nice to have a plumber you can count on to be on time, professional, and always give a you a great price. Roby Rocks!

Quick response and thorough explanation for all my questions. I decided to hire Bob after the great care and phone support he provided about inspecting and servicing my tankless water heater. Great communication and knowledge about his work.

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.

AMAZING customer service. I needed a sewer line scoped for a home inspection. Raul got back to me immediately and set me up with his man Albert. Both Raul and Albert were so communicative, so helpful, and just all around super easy to work with. Albert gave me updates all throughout the process, and uploaded photos and vids for me right after the site visit. I can't express how much I appreciate the service I got from him, and Raul. I'll be a customer for life.

Oh we had a great experience with Gary, who was recommended to us by the super nice friendly folks at The Warm Hearth. He went to put us a gas line on our big 1950's masonry fireplace and did a great job with no hesitation. You know drilling on masonry or hardwoods floors gets you only one chance. So I was a bit worried, but he knew what he was doing. Will use him again of needed. He is a very nice person too.

Mark was great! Arrived on time, great attitude. Came to fix a leaky shower & fixed the problem in 15 minutes and great pricing!  No more nights staying up because of the shower drip! Will call again for service without hesitation

Kitchen and garage utility tub drains were blocked up good and tight. Went through Home Advisors and first call I got was from Jesse at SD Rooter.He came out this morning, on time, and did a great job of clearing the drains at the price he originally quoted. Didn't try to up sell me on something not necessary, was quick, thorough, and cleaned up when he was finished. Very satisfied with the job he did. Will most certainly call them again if problems crop up in the future.

I went through an exhaustive bid process for my central heating & A/C project which I recognized was a complex and difficult install. a system that in fact was two separate systems, a standard A/C system plus a mini-split system. In fact, 3 contractors would not even bid on the project. Then THA owner Matthew arrived, listened to what I was looking for and then did a thorough inspection. Once done Matthew advised that yes my project would be challenging but, we can do it. Then I was provided with a super quote both on price and the size of the equipment that would be used. I accepted.

My project lead was Victor who along with his team was diligent, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard throughout. Depending on the type of project, using THA can take time to get to completion. But once done, I was very happy with the results. THA even went farther than any other contractor quote with the level of follow up detail they would do as part and after the install like removing wall furnaces, drywall repair, and painting. Most others wanted to leave that to me which was in fact, a large volume of work. I am very happy with the results THA was able to achieve all around.

As my A/C project was wrapping up I had THA plumbing start a project for me. Jeff the THA lead plumber came out and did equally phenomenal work over the course of several days at my home. He is polite, quick, efficient, and obviously knows what he's doing. A real professional who does great work! And the price for the plumbing work THA performed was quite competitive as well.

Great job Matthew and team! I will be calling again. I highly recommend THA for anyone needing a plumbing or HVAC job done well at a competitive price!

Tino was very knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous.  I am a curious person and like to gain knowledge whenever possible.  He was very professional and explained to me every step as I looked on.   He was also very reasonably priced.  I had an Awesome experience and recommend him highly.

Great personal service.  They are awesome. This is the second(old home issues)time we've had them. I want to consider them an old home experts. I love the fact they are 5 mins from us...but the Plumbers are awesome!!!!
