Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Same day did a great job installing our AC unit. From start to finish they communicated well, did what they said they would do, cleaned up after and worked super hard. The day they installed was very hot and the attic was even hotter - no complaints by the team - they pressed on and got it done.

We received multiple quotes from other well known providers and Same Day came out ahead in terms of service and price. The inspector just left and it seems they delivered on quality as well.

Certainly has my recommendation.

Excellent experience with TS Backflow!  Tim was quick to respond to my request and made it extremely easy to get on his schedule.  He arrived as promised, performed the back flow test, and took care of the paperwork with the city within hours.  I very much appreciate him taking the time to explain how the valve works when I asked as well.  Highly recommend TS Backflow, I'll certainly have them out for next year's check!

We had slow-draining bathroom and kitchen, a smelly drain, and a few other plumbing concerns.  After 2 plumbers with whom we hadn't been satisfied, I looked to Yelp for another plumbing company, and Daniel's Plumbing & Son had 6 five-star reviews, so clearly liked, but not well experienced? (They solved all of our plumbing issues -- details below.)

I phoned, and Steve and I had a long, informative and listening conversation.  We scheduled service, and he, Art, and Manny arrived, only to find a misaligned sewer-pipe junction with a camera...in the middle of our house...ugh.  We scheduled for the jackhammering and other items we wanted fixed (e.g. water-hammer arresters), and after a short medical-emergency delay for which Steve was clearly sorry and nervous I'd be upset (I wasn't.), they performed all of the work in 2 days.

Steve and Art pulled in their father, the eponymous Daniel, and he helped solve the misaligned sewer problem.  Art found two small leaks from the previous plumber's work, and he fixed them without charging.  They solved the hot/cold water mixing problem we had throughout the house (found crossed water lines at the hot water heater) and solved that.  They installed 4 water-hammer arresters in our lines and we no longer experience the daily explosions in our house multiple times a day (yay!).  And, finally, our sinks/tubs are draining much better.

The best part is that, even though Daniel's Plumbing & Son did not re-tile the tiles they'd jackhammered, after we finally replaced the tile ourselves (3 weeks, due to concrete dry time, 1 weekend trip, and 1 week trip), they came out the day after I said the tile was done to reinstall the toilet.  Can't ask for better service than that!

I highly recommend this company.  Communication is prompt and thoughtful.  Questions answered.  Payment easy (invoice emailed and all payments available; I paid by check, but could have with CC).  Work, so far (3 weeks later), remains as expected.

They were on time and were able to complete the work they tried there best to work within my budget.  I would recommend then.

Installed Navien tankless hot water system and relocated whole home water filtration system.  No coincidence that Vanguard's reviews are so strong.  Robert is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused.  Our project was fairly complex and it was important to me that it was done right. Everything from the estimate process to the work done by Robert and Dave was outstanding!

Great service!  Roby helped trouble-shoot a very complicated water dispenser replacement.  We hit every snag on the way, but he was patient and kept going until the job was done.  I really appreciate his time and positive attitude!  Plus, scheduling was easy and Roby was right on time at each visit.

Great great service! We had Bob out to install a sink and faucet, as well as check our toilets. He was super courteous, knowledgeable, and provided details on the issues and solutions. I would not hesitate to call him back for our home plumbing needs.

These guys were easy to schedule with. They even came back out the same day to install a new pressure regulator after their morning visit to install a faucet revealed that our water pressure was too high. They were thorough and professional.  Office staff is great.

BEWARE!!! The owner of this business does NOT take Covid precautions, does not wear a mask and when asked to do so is not a happy camper. We had a multitude of jobs throughout our house and had a professional sanitize afterwards, owner didn't use any sort of antibacterial spray, etc. after touching many counters/surfaces with his bare hands, etc.

Mark was very responsive. Texted him photos of my sink leak and he was able to give me a competitive price quote. Was able to schedule a visit next day.

He is very courteous and professional. He even wore shoe covers when coming into the home. there is a reason he has so many 5 star ratings.

Not only did this company do a great job , the customer service level was above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend all of my family & friends to SD Rooter. The owner was always prompt and explained every detail without me asking. Cleaned up all of the work area and made sure my family was completely satisfied before he left . I'm not easy to please and have had multiple problems with other plumbing companies but hands down this is the best company to go through .

What a fabulous company!!  They did exactly what they said they would do and more.  All workers were pleasant. professional, and answered all of my questions.  They cleaned up every night before they left and came to work on time every morning.
We now have our heating and air conditioning in 4 zones so we can heat or cool only the parts of the house that need it.  We set the heater to turn on a few minutes before we wake up and it warms up so fast.  Works great!!

We purchased a new washing machine but the installers could not remove the old water hoses as the connectors had completed rusted to the water supply outlets.

Despite it being after hours, Tino responded to my Yelp service request instantly, he quickly gave a fair and accurate estimate, and we scheduled a service time for the next day. Tino arrived promptly, he was able to remove the old rusted hoses, and he replaced them with stainless steel hoses that he provided. He also flushed our hot water tank which we had neglected to service since buying the house a few years ago.

I was at work and my wife was at home watching the kids, but Tino kept me informed the entire time with regular text updates including photos and videos.  

We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Tino!
