Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

An outstanding organization.  From the first day when we met Anthony (Technician and for lack of a better description, a Sales Representative for the company) the dealings with Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning was professional and enjoyable.  They worked with us to come up with a proposal that we liked and we were able to move forward with.  We especially liked Anthony's proposals.  I say proposals because they were broken down into three different options and specifically spelled out clearly what each respective proposal provided (to add, much better that the four other estimates that I received from different companies).  Plus, Anthony worked with us regarding getting the price to an amount that we liked.  The other part of this experience we especially liked was the installation teams professional installation performance and friendly / courteous attitude.  Dave and Josh (Sorry I don't know their last names) worked with us through out the installation process and made the installation period an experience that we actually enjoyed.  Having to deal with contractors in your house is not always a pleasant experience, especially during this COVID pandemic period.  Dave and Josh were always courteous, conscious of the requirements dealing with COVID and kept their working areas clean and protected while they worked in our home.  Plus at the end of each day, they make a conscious effort to ensure all messes were cleaned up.  Overall a pleasant experience and bottom line, ending with a quality heating and air conditioning (HVAC) product.  

To add.  I want to especially say that Same Day was especially professional and accommodating regarding a couple discrepancies that were identified later on.  For one, my wife didn't like the unit's thermostat that was originally installed and she found one on Amazon that she preferred.  Same Day obtained that thermostat and installed it at no additional cost. Plus there were a couple minor installation discrepancies that was identified by the City Permit Inspector.  Again, Same Day resolved these items quickly and at no cost.  The Technicians (Sean and Joseph) that took care of these items were excellent, friendly and very professional.  You may be thinking that this is a negative thing that they missed these items.  I say not, it was resolved quickly, professionally and at not cost.  I really appreciate this fact and it was accomplished (identified) via a 2nd subcontracted company that double checked the final product.  

One last commit.  I want to add, that when Sean came out to correct some of the minor discrepancies, he thought he smelled gas.  I did not.  However, Sean was persistent, checking throughout the unit with his sensor test equipment.  He finally did find a small leak.  It was difficult to find and very difficult to correct, but he did it.  This was extremely import to us and I really appreciate the effort of Sean to find and correct this issue.  Thank you Sean!!!!

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Highly recommend this company. Pip was quick to respond, had great communication, was punctual, was very knowledgeable regarding the issues with my garbage disposal (he even noticed an issue with my sink that I hadn't even noticed), and he also saved me $450.00 when another company wanted to waaaayyy over charge me to replace a broken garbage disposal. You can really tell that he is passionate and prideful about his work and not in it to rip people off. I will 100% be using this company again!

Shawn, is the absolute best!  He has been my go-to-guy for plumbing for several years and now I know why.  I had a tenant whose toilet was overflowing and I was unavailable to check out the situation.  My sister called Shawn for me.  Shawn came right out.  Apparently, there was a minor issue with the hose in the tank.  Shawn had it fixed by the time I was able to make it there and didn't charge me a dime!  He is the most trustworthy, honest, and reliable plumber out there.  He has worked on both plumbing and heating issues for me and has always done a top-notch job!  I highly recommend Shawn, and the guys who work with and for him.  The Works plumbing is five stars all the way!!!

These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Fernando did an awesome job when he worked on our kitchen plumbling.  I would recommend him to my family!  

From the beginning, he showed up within 10 minutes of his appointment time (and if you've never hired a plumber before, they usually give you a range of 2-4 hours you need to sit around and wait for them).

While he was examining the damage, he was just so honest telling me what exactly caused the damage in the dry wall, and what I did and did not need to fix/replace.  

Before starting the work, he took notes, measured parts, examined cause and effect before he started cutting anything.  

The final product was a flawless install.  I highly recommend him and Pristine Plumbing!

My upstairs bathtub was making gurgling noises when I flushed the toilet. I called my usual plumber in Vista and told her my concern. I was told that it sounds like my main water line needs to be cleaned out but doesn't have anyone until Monday next week unless I activate EMERGENCY SERVICES. I called Robert at Vanguard. (per recommendation from my neighborhood email posts-NEXTDOOR) I told him my dilemma. He asked how often I used my bathtub. I replied NEVER. He stayed on the line and told me to run water into my tub for 5 seconds, let it drain and then flush the toilet. NO MORE NOISES from my tub. He explained that there is a water trap for my tub, but since I don't use it, it had dried out and echoes water draining from my tub. Had nothing to do with the 'main water line'. Robert charged me nothing for the phone call. I cannot express how grateful I am. Vanguard Plumbing is my main plumber from here on out!!! WOW!! Thanks Robert!

Our very old in wall, behind tile, shower valve stems were impossible to turn. We called George Davis Plumbing and Roby came out to look at them. The stems were so corroded but he was able to carefully remove them and to immediately find the exact same ones and installed them upon his return. He was awesome. So knowledgeable and nice. I will always call him now for my plumbing needs.

Bob was literally excellent! I had to wait for his service but boy oh boy he was worth it! Super knowledgeable, super friendly and very good at his job! He diagnosed an issue and fixed it in less time than it took me to make a coffee. I would absolutely recommend him and will use his plumbing services exclusively from now on! Thanks Bob, sooo happy we've met you.

Last Monday I awoke to a strange noise in my garage. It was my water heater making a noise like Niagara Falls and spewing out water along the back of my cabinets. I was unable to turn it off. I called Thompson Plumbing, where I had never been a client before, and in less than two hours hero Ramon showed up. He immediately was able to shut it off, removed the water heater, got a new one and installed it, and cleaned up all the mess that had been created. The whole thing from when I found it to when it was finished was less than six hours. I was very impressed and would call them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing or HVAC issues. Stellar!!

Fantastic service, very thorough. Replaced my faucet and gave me great advice. Will keep them on speed dial!!!

Just very excellent service by Mark. He responded quickly to our needs of removing a stripped bolt from a kitchen faucet replacement project, and for a reasonable rate, went ahead and installed the new faucet. Quick, friendly, trustworthy and reasonable rates. What more could you want!!

Claims flat rate charges me double, snakes a drain I don't ask for, charges me for the 1 that was clogged but was not successful; said he ran it 10', so I had to hire someone else the next day who got it unclogged at 4'. Not the level of integrity I prefer in a professional service. He did fix a p-trap although I was not allowed to buy it when I asked so presumably he up-charged me for that as well. Don't believe his BS.

Oliver was such an amazing employee he came in with a  mask and was very respectful and fast! He went into the restroom looked at the toilet and in literally 5 minutes done my toilet worked again! I would definitely be calling them again if any problems arise and asking for Oliver!

Tino is amazing to work with. He has now done two jobs on our home. He is extremely professional, kind and does an excellent job.

He makes sure to keep you informed of his progress and why he recommends certain things. His pricing is very reasonable. He is now our guy for any plumbing issues we have in the future. Highly recommend him!

They sent a plumber who didn't know what he was doing. Because of this,  he went over one hour and we had to pay for two hours. We were also charged for a part that was never used.
