As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service from Adrian, Chapo and Carlos. Very friendly and professional. With two kiddos having online learning at home, they were very courteous and waited until my boys were done with with schooling before shutting off the electricity. When they were done with the job, they walked us through what they did and answered all our questions!

I received a backflow testing notice from the City of Escondido while on vacation and had 7 days to comply once I returned. I called Tim at TS Backflow and was immediately impressed at his availability. He gave me a next day appointment, arrived on time and walked me through the process as he completed the test. Overall his customer service is excellent and his price to value is hard to beat. I'm confident that he'll be very successful in future endeavors given his calm demeanor and professionalism. I wish him well in his business and highly recommend his services.

I had 2 handymen and one professional plumber work on my house (Old Escondido circa 1970's). After not having work done properly, I had PDP come out and they did an amazing job!! New York Bob was fabulous. Now my gas fireplace is working as well as my instant hot water tap. Rey was back tonight, and professional and wonderful once again! He unclogged my bathtub drain and replaced a bunch of items on my bathroom sink, and did the same for the other unit in my duplex. This home is really challenging as it is an early 1900's beach house in Balboa, and the bathrooms mirror one another, so it is difficult work. Rey handled it with grace and - again - SO CLEAN! Love this service and Rey is especially talented and helpful. What a gem!

Severely over priced & will gauge you & difficult to reach & communicate with & doesn't stand behind their work, other than that great. BTW I love it when you ask if something is under warranty & they say lets set up a service call, a service call probably 200 bucks just to find out, lol. The guy who usually comes out is actually a nice guy but wow man I've had ex wives that went lighter on the wallet than these guys. I've used these guys quite a bit in a pinch & didn't mind overpaying at the time cause I just wanted the headache gone..I guess if I have spent thousands upon thousands dollars I expect some kind of service, turns out I am wrong. I chose the wrong profession, plumbers basically have a license to print money it seems, geeeeez. I'd look elsewhere

Roby came out and fixed a leak with one of my toilets today. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He was able to VERY quickly identify the problem and make the repairs. I believe that I was charged a fair price for great service. I Will definitely call George Davis Plumbing for my future needs.

Bob Burger is a knowledgeable plumber and is a creative problem-solver. I have an old house that had some very funky bathroom sink plumbing that worked for about 30 years then stopped draining. Bob was able to solve my problem and return my sink to functionality, without having to jack-hammer the floor. He was able to go through a couple of walls and tie the drain into the existing drain for my washing machine. His fee was very reasonable, and I already have another project for him to solve.

I had a problem with my air conditioner freezing over.  I read on-line that it could be due to a lack of coolant (go figure).  

Based on Yelp reviews, I called up Thompson Heating and AC and made an appointment.  Garrett showed up.  I explained the problem to him and he said he'd check it out rather than just proceeding on what I'd told him - this is a really good practice if you actually want to fix the problem.

Sure enough the pressure was low.  Before he charged it, he told me that it was an old system (25 years old) and may still have a leak, albeit a slow leak.  He laid out the options in simple language and the risks/costs associated with each option.  I chose to charge the system.

If there is a leak, they'll be at the top of the list for replacing the unit.  

Bottom line:  friendly, professional, and knowledgeable for a decent price.

Oh we had a great experience with Gary, who was recommended to us by the super nice friendly folks at The Warm Hearth. He went to put us a gas line on our big 1950's masonry fireplace and did a great job with no hesitation. You know drilling on masonry or hardwoods floors gets you only one chance. So I was a bit worried, but he knew what he was doing. Will use him again of needed. He is a very nice person too.

We just had Mark replace two of our toilets and he did an excellent job.  He was really thorough, didn't cut any corners, and made sure we had the highest quality work completed.  He replaced our 25 year old toilets with high efficiency water saving Toto toilets and cleaned the floor and made sure everything was spotless before he installed the new toilets.  He spent a lot of time educating us while he changed the toilets.  My husband who is extremely picky really trusted the quality of his work.  We plan to use Efficient Plumbing and Mark again to change out our sinks next.  Very honest and really nice guy.  I highly recommend him.

Needed to clean out a clogged pipe. Jesse was super responsive and readily available. He came out and walked me through his whole process step by step. I watched the work being done. He was super professional and just downright smart within his profession. I'd highly recommend him and his crew.

Good value. They showed up early for their install, and right on time for the estimate. They honored their contract price, and performed all jobs as indicated on the contract.  There was some trouble during the install, and when everything was installed, it would not turn on, so they called one of their seasoned experts to come over to finish up the install, after a 2 hour wait, he showed up and got it running, but they completed the job as promised before the end of the day, and now its all installed and running.

Our older home started to fall apart and needed repairs on different issues with our plumbing almost weekly. We contacted Tino at California Pacific Plumbing and with each incident he responded immediately. Not only was Tino responsive he also took the time to explain what needed to be done in a clear and understandable manner,  All of the work was completed in a timely manner AND the end product was excellent; even my critical construction husband was pleased.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIFORNIA PACIFIC PLUMBING, not only here, but to all of my friends. This is a five star business!

These guys quoted an hourly rate. After completing the work in less than an hour, using NO new parts, added a previously undisclosed charge for shop supplies/consumables. I consider this misleading fraud.
