As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Troy and Big Adrian were the two installers and technicians that installed my attic fan, replaced my old furnace motor with a new ECN motor and they also placed insulation in my attic as well.  Their service and demeanor was second to none.  They wore face masks and cleaned up very well after the completion of their work.   My wife and I are very satisfied with work they provided and we highly recommend these two young men as well Same Day to anyone that needs any assistance with their heating or AC.

We used TS Backflow for our yearly Backflow testing. They were very quick to respond and get us scheduled. Very happy with their service! Thank you! We will definitely be calling you again next year!

Have used Pip a few times in the past several years, but I was really disappointed that he cancelled last second after setting an appointment day on an emergency repair. I lost several days waiting on a repair that could have gone to another plumber. The best he could offer was Its not something I have time to mess with. Sorry. I guess his repeat customers aren't important.

Had a leaky shower valve. The part where you turn them on and off. No idea what it's actually called. I saw these guys had great reviews on Yelp. I emailed them and they got back to me the very next day to setup a time to come out. They called at 7:30 am today and were here by 8am. They went right to work and fixed the issue. Yes, as someone else said, they had to go get a part at their warehouse, but seriously, I'm sorry how is this an issue? They were back within like 20 minutes. My babysitter was kind enough to deal with it while I was out. They quickly fixed the issue, put brand new awesome parts on it, my babysitter gave them my cc and off they went. No more leak, valves fixed, problem solved. Now ok, yes, I'm sure my husband might have been able to handyman his way around the issue, watch a couple of youtubes in order to save a few bucks, MAYBE. But these guys are obviously experts at their craft and know their way around.
They are licensed contractors who know what is what. They also make their money off new and return customers who give them the great Yelp reviews they deserve. If you don't like them, go somewhere else. There are a million other time wasters who will rip you off, but these are not those guys. I plan to use them to do the same exact thing to our other bathroom very soon. No nonsense the way I like to do life. Thanks guys!!

We've used Pacific Drain for over 20 years and always had good service.  We've had many issues (being and older home), Nick has been here many times and always done an outstanding job.  All the staff are helpful and friendly.  It's the only plumbing company I recommend.  When repairs were needed, we've used their sister company Arrow Pipeline with good results.

Had 2 problems in my new home & they arrived fast & fixed both perfectly, like old-fashion Docs.  2 plumbers each time, one Senior & one training Junior Apprentice.  Lovely people as well.  Would recommend without reservation.

I had a dishwasher issue and called Pristine. They sent Eddie Nova to assess the problem. He was polite and professional, and good natured.. I had already figured out the problem from YouTube. Eddie took a look and still did his job with giving me his time and making sure the problem was taken care of. I really appreciated his view of my problem and also giving me advice to not make the same mistake twice. Pristine is my go too whenever I have a problem issue.

I received a prompt call back and Dave was onsite within the agreed timeline. He was professional and knowledgeable,  and got our garbage disposal fixed quickly.   I will definitely be calling these guys for any future plumbing issues.

George came out and assessed the situation with rerouting. He was nice and all but never received a quote. :(

Reached out on Yelp for a plumber and Bob was very responsive. He was clear with price and was able to come quickly. Everything was scheduled through text which I love. He was on time, friendly, and very efficient. So happy I have a reliable plumber now if/when needed in the future. Highly recommend!

I write reviews when they are deserved and this one is! Thomas B. Is a Professional, Courteous, Experienced Plumber who is a great Representative for Thompson Plumbing. He arrived on time well within the time frame. He explained his companies policies and took the time to listen to my concerns. He assessed my plumbing problem, quoted me a fair quote and he began. Regrettably the job turned out to be more challenging than expected, but he was not deterred. He kept me informed and he expertly remedied the problem. I was impressed with: His Service, Knowledge, Expertise, Demeanor and Professionalism. I have found My Plumber! It is a relief to find a Reliable and Trustworthy Company. Bravo Zulu, Thomas! Raul helped me fixing 2 small gas leak at the water heater on 5/6/23. He is very honest, knowledgeable and care about my problems. He was busy and couldn't come to check the job until the next day. In the meantime, I got responses from 3 other companies . All other companies only wanted money, they don't want to find the leak , just offered me to  open a new gas line which cost a lot of money and work. Only Raul who with a golden heart even showed up earlier than appointment, found the leaks and gave me a flat rate. He did a jobs in one hour while 3 other companies technician and owners left me a nightmare and couldn't sleep with a very expensive estimate.
I feel so lucky to have a chance knowing Raul work. Thanks and I definitely will call Raul in the future

We had some miscellaneous plumbing issues that needed attention and called Ray's Plumbing.  Gary stopped by the very next day and even came early when we had scheduling issues.  I was very very impressed with Gary--he gave me all the information I needed to prevent future problems and said to call him any time with questions.  Another plumber could have just charged me to replace the garbage disposal instead of just stopping by the house and charging for his time.  I thought the price was very reasonable for the services offered.

My problem was a only a clogged bathroom sink, but the response was the same day.  Hector arrived within 5 hours of my telephone call and took care of the sink problem as well as improved the shower drainage--a plus!  He was efficient, capable and extremely tidy--completely cleaning the under sink area when finished.  The price was reasonable--I definitely recommend this company!

We had a backed up kitchen sink. After having a couple of other estimates which offered pipe relining instead of new pipes, as well as wanting to rip open one of our kitchen walls & our inside flooring,  we decided to get one more estimate.

Jesse was able to give us a reasonable estimate for new pipes. He started right away and was finished when he said he would be. He also had good recommendations for how to avoid damage to our newly remodeled home.

This was our second time using Jesse's services.  A few years ago our toilet was backed up on New Years Eve. He was able to come out quickly then as well. He replaced our pipes from the house to the main sewer line.

Jesse is reliable and does quality work, I appreciate how well he communicated with us as well.

Just want to send out a big Thank You! to Matthew of THA Heating Air and Plumbing. We purchased our HVAC system from them in 2010 and they've never let us down. Today was one of those hot days and we were enjoying our AC when we noticed it wasn't blowing nice cool air anymore.  After a bit, we decided to call, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We were thrilled when Matthew said he could be at our home in less than an hour. He fixed the problem swiftly and professionally in no time flat. We so appreciate how you took such good care of us! Very honest.  Had a water heater fail two months ago.  They re-plumbed it and put in a top notch water heater for me.  These guys all work as a team and back up their business professionally.  Not a fly-by-night single person operation.  You want them on your team, period.
