Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

We used TS Backflow recently for our annual backflow test/certification.  Timothy was super quick to respond to our request via Yelp, and was able to come out the next day to our place in Escondido.  The testing process was quick, and Timothy even cc'ed us when emailing the report to our water district.  Highly recommended!

Had a clogged drain that I couldn't snake.  Got a quote that was very reasonable and they took care of my drain problem the next day.  They showed me what was in the drain and gave me tips on preventing clogs later on.  They could have tried to upsale me on getting new pipes or  some other stuff done but they didn't.  Definitely recommend.

We had an emergency situation with blocked lines in our house.  Shawn got there in about 1 hour and was fantastic.  Had the issue resolved in about 20 minutes.  He was very professional.  Highly recommend.

This company cannot be trusted. Here is what happened. It's quite unbelievable. I called them on a Monday for a clogged kitchen sink. They came out the same day.  The quoted price was about 350$. Seemed a bit high but I said ok, as I didn't want to be without a kitchen sink another day. The technician worked for three hours, unable to resolve the issue. He said they would send out a more experienced technician with better equipment the next day. The technician showed up the following day and used a camera to try to find the clog. He showed me what he saw, and concluded our pipes had extreme grease buildup for an extensive length of the pipe and they would need to hydro flush it. My trustworthy alarms were going off by now, as our house is only four years old, and we know not to dump grease down the drain. He then quoted me at 1900$!! Alarms blaring at this point. I made the appointment for the next day and did some research immediately after he left. Average price for a hydroflush is between 350$ and 600$. I called a few other companies and was quoted at 450$ with two separate companies. I promptly called and canceled my appointment for the next day. Here is where it got even crazier. I received a phone call about 15 minutes later. The company proceeded to offer me a deal because it's the end of the month and they were trying to hit a sales goal!! 1600$ to hydro flush the whole house or 995$ to hydro flush the one line. I told them it's clear they're trying to take advantage of their customers, that's no way to do business, and to go pound sand.  I had a competitive company come out, they had the drain clog resolved in 15 minutes with using a simple snake. Paid 150$.  Pacific drain does not have their customers best interest at heart. They are greedy scam artists trying to take advantage of people. I would not recommend engaging with this company.

Steve was able to get to us same day with no hassles at all. I was given a heads up when they would arrive. Steve was friendly and willing to go the  extra mile and try some tricks first to get our water flowing in our bathtub drain. Luckily the tricks worked and it likely saved us hundreds in repairs. Thank you sir!

Professional and thorough. Duane was our plumber. He was thorough and took time to explain all the details. I was impressed with the extra attention he put in doing his job. He wore shoe covers when he entered our house and he made sure to wipe off any excess drips. The drain opened right up and he even used his drain camera to provide reassurance. Highly recommended without reservations!

Our new go-to for ANY plumbing/repair work! We've had them out twice (for different issues) recently, and they were friendly on the phone, quick in coming to the house, and VERY reasonable in their rate. Quickly ID'd the problems, gave us our options, and got the work done quickly. Highly, HIGHLY recommended!

Roby did a great job of replacing a tub spout and installing a new toilet. The charges were reasonable and the work was done efficiently. We will definitely use George Davis Plumbing for our future plumbing projects.

I called RJB Plumbing after seeing a recommendation on Nextdoor.com.  Robert did an excellent job at a reasonable price.  He replaced bathroom faucets, under sink angle valves, and installed water hammer arrestors, the last at no additional charge.  Everything professional.

Contacted Thompson Heating for a servicing of my furnace and turned out that it needed to be replaced.  Darrell worked with me on the price and came up with an excellent system that was a huge improvement over the old unit.  Everyone was a pleasure to deal with including all three of the service reps who worked on the instillation (Ryan, Nate & Brian).  They never complained and worked diligently until everything was set up and running.  Would DEFINATELY call these guys back.

We contacted Raul through Yelp and he provided an approximate quote. We had asked him to come out to check out our pipe crack/leak and to see if he can really repair it. He came out checked it out removed some extra concrete around the pipe as we had already had the dry wall removed and pipe exposed. We hadn't used the pipe or had water flow through it for quite some time.  So he did come across an issues-had to clear the drain. Anywhoo he cut the cracked pipe and installed a new one,  checked to make sure it wasn't leaking. We noticed a small line/crack on the side of the pipe lower from where he had replaced the pipe. We had asked if it is a concern or should be changed out- he said it was not a problem right now... after he had left and we paid him $50 more than his quote- we went on with our day working around the house. When we were ready to shower and clean up we noticed the shower start to back up and the pipe he had just fixed have a leak from where we had concerns about the crack area. We had texted Raul as he had asked if anything came up and he has yet to respond or even acknowledge the message sent. Very rude to leave paying customers with a leak still even after paying him.

I would definitely recommend Gary with Ray's plumbing for any plumbing needs or repairs he's a great, honest and very friendly guy.
He Tries to save you money by suggesting cheaper alternatives for repairs and definitely knows what he's doing!

We came home from work to find our water heater leaking. I called Mark and he was able to come out the next morning and replace the tank!! The tank works great and he did an awesome job!! I highly recommend Efficient Plumbing!

Jesse was great!! He was very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We needed to replace our water regulator. When the price was a little higher than we hoped, he offered to replace our busted hose nozzle for free! We hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do, we will call Jesse for sure.

After submitting inquiries to multiple companies for gas line work, THA quoted substantially less than other companies.  Even better, the work was scheduled and completed within a week of them coming on-site to provide the quote.  They provided a price breakdown, and presented multiple options for how to go about the job.

I'd highly recommend these guys for any jobs and they'll be the first company I call in the future for more work.

Our shower stem valve broke off and Tino came out on his day off (the day before the Super Bowl) and fixed it. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, detailed and gave us a very reasonable price to complete the job. No question, we will hire him again! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

Larry rocks!   Two  reputable plumbing companies  came out to look at our very old kitchen faucet in our North Park home and said it cannot be repaired and needed to be replaced. The problem is, the tiled counter top and sink would have to be removed in order to get  the new faucet installed!!!   I drove over to Powers Plumbing and Janet was  very helpful.  Janet had Larry who is very knowledgeable about those old faucets in these older homes.   Larry came brought his best game and won!! It took Larry a few hours to get it going and was determined to make it work even though we had that horrible heat wave he stayed and persevered!!  Larry was on time, very professional and determined to help because of the expense of the replacement !  Thanks Larry and Janet:)
