As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a Air conditioning unit installed in April, 2021. On September 14, 2021 I had leak in my bathroom ceiling which was below the air conditioning unit in the attic. When I checked the unit a PVC pipe was dislodged and caused the leak. When I called Same Day Heating, they contacted me and quickly fixed the unit. I highly recommend, they are professional and eager to assist.

We used TS Backflow for our yearly Backflow testing. They were very quick to respond and get us scheduled. Very happy with their service! Thank you! We will definitely be calling you again next year!

There is no doubt this is the only plumber I would call again. Based on the positive yelp reviews I did not even ask for a price when I called them out. The price offered was much lower than I expected it to be. So this was a great experience. By the way we probably should not keep telling them that their prices are good. Better they stay that way.

Troy was sent to our home when one of our showers stopped working. He was scheduled to come between 2-4 and came at 3pm. He was very friendly, explained what he was doing, what the issue was and how to prevent the issue from happening again. He got the job done in about 30 mins... Yay Troy! I would recommend this company to anyone and know we can rely on them.

These guys were super communicative and easy to reach.  They sent out a plumber to my restaurant within the hour and he had my issue diagnosed and the parts ordered right away.  Waiting for him to come back with the parts and do the install but he was quick and easy to work with.  Would recommend.

Vanguard plumbing was very reasonably priced and very flexible with my ever changing schedule. They installed 3 toilets in roughly 3 hours. Their technician made sure the toilets were level due to uneven tile floors. He also answered a question regarding a noise I heard in my drain. I assumed since it wasn't in the scope of the job, he might not want to help. He informed me it was just condensation from my a/c by listening to the sound. The technician also hauled away our old toilets and trash from the new ones. Overall a great experience at a great price.

I also found Robey(sp?) of George Davis Plumbing via recommendations on Nextdoor app. We had a leaky toilet even though I replaced the seal ring myself. Robey was friendly, professional, and above all, honest. I wished I found him much sooner because other plumbers in the area over-charged and were very dishonest in their assessments and prices.

Bob saved the day. To start, he talked
me through the mistake I made when striking my main water line. Since it was late in the day on the weekend, Bob was able to schedule me the next work day and he fixed the issue. And, he really is a nice guy and knows his stuff! 100% recommended!

We had no hot water in one bathtub. We were told by a family friend who is out of town and is a plumber we needed a cartridge. It wasn't a hot water heater issue. Plumber comes from Thompson and wants to charge us $280 for less than an hours work. We turned him away. It ended up costing us $195 and it was a cartridge.

Asked Raul for an estimate for a water heater replacement and he was very communicative and prompt in scheduling and replacing my heater. Reasonably priced and friendly, would highly recommend

Gary is a great plumber. He's done all our work for years and is great. I can't say enough about him - just a great guy and a fine plumber.

These guys are awesome! I've had Mark come out twice to fix some plumbing issues and he was so great. Came on time, both times, very honest and had great prices. I highly recommend this company!

I saw SD Rooter perform two major water line repairs at the Harbor Inn Suites in Oceanside this week while a guest.
They were very friendly and explained what they were doing and how. They finished late each day and made sure the job was done right!
If I lived around here; I'd definitely call SD Rooter to do the job!

The THA crew was super courteous and professional installing my whole house re-pipe after our second slab leak. The price was better than others I called.  Jose Rivera and Oliver Garces were the nicest service guys you could have in your house!  Dave Ontiveros proved to be very knowledgeable from the first phone call to the estimating, to the final walkthrough.

Tino is the best and we have had MANY horrible plumbers (5).  He is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced in his craft.  He explains things very well and makes smart recommendations to save time or money.  We have had him work on two complicated jobs and he has an arsenal of fixes for the not so normal plumbing issue.  Very pleased and hoping to have a long relationship with him in the future.  He will not disappoint you.

My water heater went out after about 8 years so I decided to give Powers Plumbing a call, they provided me with same day service and an hour later a technician arrived to asses the problem on day 1, most plumbing companies charge by the hour in labor to asses the problem wether or not they get to the root cause, in this instance it was unknown what the problem was after the plumber was over for an hour before they left. They did research and gave me all my options when I called on day 2 (I got a second opinion from an experienced friend and it all aligned correctly with what they told me) long story short, turned out I needed a new water heater. As I called on day 2 the lady the lady recognized my voice and greeted me by name, over the phone I let them know I was on a very tight budget as I knew this would be a significant unexpected charge because I knew I needed a new water heater, they did their very best to work with the figure I gave to them and were in and out within 3 hours with hot water restored again, no more cold showers! They even waived the cost of the 1st day assessment since they could not find the problem the first day. These guys will be my go to guys for my plumbing needs as they were up front and honest with me, the technicians were also very nice and worked very hard and fast to get the job done.
