Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Awesome experience! From the one who scheduled my appointment to the friendly, beautifully smiling techs, Javier and Reyes...you guys are efficient, knowledgeable, kind and deserve to be noted here!  All went smoothly and they figured out the problem (just a blown fuse) right away. Fixed it, reinstalled the new thermostat and had our AC back up and running within 45 minutes. Great people, great service!!!

I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Pip is the man, just as all the other reviews say. Plus, he English accent makes the crappy plumbing situation much more tolerable.

I called him on Monday @ 8am. He call me back @ 10am and was at my house by 10:20am. The job was much more extensive than I had hoped it to be but Pip took his time and got the job done in a few hours. He was VERY clean and made sure that my house stayed very clean even though he was clearing a HUGE mess out of our kitchen plumbing. I would highly recommend using Pip and his plumbing services...The price was very fair as well.

I contracted The Works Plumbing on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 due to a water leak. The ceiling of my living room had two very distinct 7 foot by 3 inch of water damage.

I called this company because I rely on Yelp for all my service needs. In the past, whether it's for auto repair, electrician, contractor, whatever, I've always used Yelp. Prior to this experience, all 9 companies I contracted were great. Unfortunately, my experience with The Works Plumbing was dismal.

It started out just fine. The agent I spoke to  asked me what's wrong and I told him the 7 foot by 3 inch water damage in the ceiling. The agent told me that it'll be $75 to cut the ceiling to figure out what's wrong, and then depending on what the problem is, I'll be quoted again on the cost of repair. That sounded fair to me so I agreed to their service.

John showed up to fix the issue. I recognized John right away. He and Shawn worked on a gas line contract on my house 2 years ago. I remember Shawn being very pleasant and I was very happy with their service. I even remember giving them a couple beers after they were done with the project 2 years ago as appreciation for their hard work.

Anyway, John showed up and after looking at the damage, went straight to the bathroom. He said that the leak was from the toilet hose. He tightened the hose, and said that the problem should be fixed. He arrived at 2:00 pm, and he was done at 2:05 pm. The issue was fixed in 5 minutes.  

I assumed the cost would be $75. Instead, John said it was $150. I found that to be a ridiculous invoice. The initial $75 included cutting the ceiling, which is for 2 purposes. One to diagnose the problem, and two, to make sure that the problem is actually fixed.  

I had issue with the $150 for numerous reasons. One, John did not cut the ceiling to make sure the problem was fixed. Second, to bill an additional $75 to tighten one plastic hose that took 10 seconds is ridiculous. The RIGHT THING to do was to just bill $75 total.  

My disappointment with The Works Plumbing continued. I told John if he's going to bill me $150, which I told him I was unhappy about, he should at least cut the ceiling with the water damage to make sure the problem is actually fixed because, to me, the damage to the ceiling seemed more than just the leak from one area from the toilet. The damage was two large straight lines. I did not see how one lead could cause two parallel lines. It made no sense. Not to mention, I had already paid for him to cut the ceiling, which he didn't do.

I asked John a second time for him to cut the ceiling. John had the audacity to say, if you want me to cut the ceiling, you have to pay ANOTHER $75!!  

Flash forward 3 days later. I'm standing in the living room as someone is showering upstairs, and I hear a drip drip drip on the ceiling.  

The Works Plumbing did not fix the problem. The Works Plumbing intentionally overbilled me.  The Works Plumbing was sloppy and refused to make sure the problem was fixed.

After the toilet issue, I had them take a look at the garbage disposal. I chose not to include it in my review because it was too much negativity for the Saturday before Christmas.

Anyway, my disposal broke.  I asked them how much it would cost to fix it. They said $25. I said fine. They reset it, and tried to spin it with an allen wrench, but nope.

John says that we have to take it apart. I ask how much. He says 75. I ask how much just to have a new disposal installed because this disposal is old. He says 228. I told him that I should just have the disposal replaced because I don't want to pay $75 for him to try to fix it, and if it doesn't work, have to pay another $228.  

He says, no, let's try to fix it. So, John spends the next 5 minutes trying to fix it, but it's broke, so I tell him that I'd like to just have a new one installed. John installs it, no problem. He hands me an invoice and it's $378, which is $150 for the toilet leak (which I'm not happy about) and $228 for the new disposal.

John tells me it's 10% off if I pay with cash or check. I live in LA, and came down just for this issue, so I tell him that I don't have cash or check on me, and told him that I'll mail a check.  He said no, payment has to be made right now. So I tell him that we can go to Chase and get cash for him. John says, that works because he wanted to grab a bite anyway.  

I go to Chase and withdrew $340.20 ($378 x 10% off) and hands it to him. He said no. He says $378 is what I have to pay in cash.  I said, what about 10%? He tells me that I'm getting a break because I didn't have to pay him $303 for trying to fix it and then installing.  I'm not happy because I feel like he's trying to price gouge me again.

I asked to talk to his supervisor. He says he is the supervisor. I head to the ATM to withdraw another $38, while thinking whether I should contact the Owner. John says $340 is fine, and I paid him.

Brandon came and did a thorough real estate inspection.  He was professional, knowledgable, and did a good job explaining things.  I have used this company a few times, and they are my first call when I have plumbing issues.

had the worst plumbing emergency that i could have anticipated (i'm sure it could've been worse actually) and these guys worked around my schedule and still got the job done fast. very grateful

Jim was awesome he addressed our issues and quoted a fair price for the scope of work. We appreciate the speed of the repair and how happy our homeowner was that the repair was completed by a professional group like Pristine.

Had a leak in my ceiling and they took my call right away and had someone out the next morning.  Price was reasonable and Roby the plumber did a great job diagnosing the problem.  Roby had the part with him and was done in an hour.  Very professional.

Our experience with RJB Plumbing was fantastic! Robert replied quickly when I sent my message for a quote. He happened to be in the area and was at our house within 30 minutes and able to fix the broken water valve on the spot so we could get our new fridge installed. He went above and beyond explaining everything to us and was straightforward and detailed. We will be recommending his company to our friends and family and definitely calling him in the future!

These guys were easy to schedule with. They even came back out the same day to install a new pressure regulator after their morning visit to install a faucet revealed that our water pressure was too high. They were thorough and professional.  Office staff is great.

Raul responded quickly to my response and sent Jerry out to fix my clogged drain. I appreciated the friendly and prompt service. I'm very satisfied.

Full disclosure, I didn't do a full cost comparison based on the final work, but the initial estimate was competitive with the others I received and the service was excellent.

Jesse responded promptly to my request and scheduled a complimentary, in-person, same-day evaluation. When we spoke on the phone he also (correctly) suggested alternate root causes, e.g. pipe blockage, to what I initially thought was a slab leak.  Our conversation gave me confidence in his ability and hope that the problem was potentially less dire than I thought.

Jesse and his associate arrived promptly as planned. He provided a detailed estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. It was after 5 PM, but the estimate was not increased and the work was thorough and not rushed.

Jesse is personable and professional. He answered all of my questions, shared the process as it unfolded and provided me with a video to share with my HOA and insurance.

After searching and inquiring with many other plumbing companies, I was thrilled to know that THA Heading & Plumbing was quick to respond and came to my rescue. Reasonable price and quick to respond. There was a hiccup because the faucet I wanted installed was missing a couple of parts and the rubber seal was kinda worn & leaking, but they were able to pick up the parts needed to get the job done right. Oscar and Omar were amazing and I appreciated making this an easy job. Thank you!

Our water pressure regulator was leaking and our renovation/construction company quoted us a sky-high number to fix it. After reading the reviews on California Pacific Plumbing, I called Tino, sent him a couple photos, and he quoted me half the price of the other guys (not a cheap price, but a FAIR one that he could explain!). He was fast getting back to me, accurate with his price quote, was able to come out the next day (miracles!) and did an amazing job figuring out the wonkyness of our 1961 house. I couldn't be happier, and I'll call Tino immediately the next time we have any trouble. Can't recommend him enough.

Fixed my 1920's Craftsman floor furnace. After making the appointment, I was impressed that (a) they called ahead to tell me they were on their way, (b) he arrived on time, (c) the service guy was very knowledgeable about our make and model of floor furnace, (d) he fixed the problem relatively quickly, (e) he was thorough in testing the fixed furnace for carbon monoxide. I also got a discount for mentioning Yelp. I will be using these guys again and recommend them to everyone.
