As a property manager, I found Pure Cleaning through one of my Board members. They recommended them for a unique building on the ocean with glass railings. Cade and his staff were always super responsive and did an excellent job. They paid attention to detail and communicated well with onsite residents.

Over time, we had them do more work like specialty metal cleaning and power washing and then I got them involved with other properties I managed. They are super easy to work with, reasonably priced and produce a good result making my company look good as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new thermostat and Same Day heating and air-conditioning came and installed a new thermostat.  Their prices were very reasonable.  The installer was professional and courteous as well.

Tim was very professional, honest, communicative and fast! He handled the submission of the paperwork to the city and the overall experience was a breeze for me. I would not hesitate to recommend TS Backflow to my friends and family and am happy to have found my go-to resource for annual inspections!

Have used Pip a few times in the past several years, but I was really disappointed that he cancelled last second after setting an appointment day on an emergency repair. I lost several days waiting on a repair that could have gone to another plumber. The best he could offer was Its not something I have time to mess with. Sorry. I guess his repeat customers aren't important.

We used The Works Plumbing on some extensive work we needed done at a new condo purchased in Oceanside.  They are by far the best plumbers I've ever hired.
Fast, courteous, professional, timely.  They took my calls when I asked for advice with fridge hookup, and even stopped by at no charge to let us know what parts we needed to buy for the hook-up.  They spent more time on the project than they charged us for, and you don't find that too often these days.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumbing company.

Your tireless efforts on our home remodel will allow many years of worry-free plumbing.  From brand new copper piping and drains, to optimal rerouting of lines throughout new beams and other structural changes, it was great fun to walk on the site each day, see your trucks, and know changes were actually taking place!

I really appreciated the time you took to explain in layman's terms, what was happening every step of the way.  Doing so made me feel included!

Roby came by to fix a leak from a drain pipe inside my wall.  He was on time and professional.  He knew right away what was causing the leak.  He guessed that the builder punctured the drain pipe when the drywall was installed.  So when he found the site of the leak, sure enough the drywall nail was too long and went into the pipe.  My only disappointment was that he couldn't pinpoint the exact location of the leak so he had to cut the drywall at three different locations.  I'm just kidding the fact that it only took 3 cutouts to find the leak is really good.  The price was very reasonable too.  I called another plumbing company and they wanted to charge a $125/hr inspection fee plus a vehicle charge.  These charges will be on top of the cost of the repair.  No thank you.  George Davis is my plumber from now on.

Bob at RJB plumbing was fantastic! He made a stressful situation way less stressful for us. He was available to help us right away and his quote was cheaper than others. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and hardworking. We had a great experience and will definitely go back if we have plumbing issues in the future. This is the kind of small business owner that you feel good about using!

Super good plumber and very professional.  Adhered to covid protocols!  Was able to come at last minute to fix sink on a Sunday morning at 8 AM!  Would highly recommend to anyone in the San Diego area.   Bilingual and affordable.  I like his flat per job fees.  Not this nickel and dime game from other plumbers.

Was having issues with our plumbing backing up in the kitchen and bathroom. Contacted Efficient plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. Chris and Alex worked quickly and were super friendly. Will definitely be using Efficient Plumbing again.

Claims flat rate charges me double, snakes a drain I don't ask for, charges me for the 1 that was clogged but was not successful; said he ran it 10', so I had to hire someone else the next day who got it unclogged at 4'. Not the level of integrity I prefer in a professional service. He did fix a p-trap although I was not allowed to buy it when I asked so presumably he up-charged me for that as well. Don't believe his BS.

After submitting inquiries to multiple companies for gas line work, THA quoted substantially less than other companies.  Even better, the work was scheduled and completed within a week of them coming on-site to provide the quote.  They provided a price breakdown, and presented multiple options for how to go about the job.

I'd highly recommend these guys for any jobs and they'll be the first company I call in the future for more work.

We purchased a new washing machine but the installers could not remove the old water hoses as the connectors had completed rusted to the water supply outlets.

Despite it being after hours, Tino responded to my Yelp service request instantly, he quickly gave a fair and accurate estimate, and we scheduled a service time for the next day. Tino arrived promptly, he was able to remove the old rusted hoses, and he replaced them with stainless steel hoses that he provided. He also flushed our hot water tank which we had neglected to service since buying the house a few years ago.

I was at work and my wife was at home watching the kids, but Tino kept me informed the entire time with regular text updates including photos and videos.  

We will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Tino!
