Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Javier the tech did a through inspection and alerted me to some areas of my HVAC system that needed attention.  Javier was able to do the needed maintenance and repairs that day.  Just the air sealing of the HVAC external leaks made a giant difference in the volume of air coming out of the vents.

Just called customer service.  There was no hold or meat grinder electronic voice waterboarding me. Khristina quickly answered the line and my questions and handled a matter quickly.

Pip is the best.  On move in day to my new house, I found out the water main was shut-off.  The reason was the deluge of water that shot out of a broken hose pipe when it was enabled.  Pip showed up on a Saturday, repaired the broken pipe, which took a bit of excavation, a good deal of jack-hammering, and some creative pipe cutting to solve.  As if this wasn't enough, he did this all on a Sunday.  Very reasonable considered what it usually costs to get an emergency plumber on a Sunday.  I also had him back to install a Watts reverse osmosis water purification system and feed that supply to my ice-maker.  Great person and a great person to know...

Another great job by the works.  This time my shower wasn't draining... John came out and had it fixed within 10 minutes!

Randy Schlaper came the same day we called. Our daughter flushed a Capri sun!!! Our plunger and snake couldn't do the job. Randy showed up on time, was fast and friendly. He explained the steps he was going to take to free the clog. He was able to fix it in under 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

First time using this company and it was OUTSTANDING! Steve's communication from start to finish was exceptional. Between text messages and phone calls I NEVER ONCE had to follow-up a second time or wonder if and when I might hear from him. Absolutely the best communication I have ever had with any plumbing company in the last 20-years. He was so prompt in responding to my initial inquiry I didn't even consider a getting second bid.

Art and Manny who made the repair(leaking drain pipe on my washing machine) were on time, courteous, very professional and left the repair area spotless! As well with each phase of the repair they communicated with Steve as to the progress / status. Again, great communication.

Finally I didn't even have to pay at the time the repair was complete. Steve emailed me an invoice with an online payment option which was fast and simple.

Steve told me his father started the business and he along with his 3 brothers all followed in their dad's footsteps and became plumbers too...so this is truly a family business with old school values of honesty, prompt communication, great customer service and a high level of professionalism.

Stay away from this company. My water heater started leaking, they came out and quoted me $2,400 to replace a 40-gallon tank. Luckily I shopped around and was able to replace with the same brand, Pristine Plumbing offered, and with even a bigger tank, 50-gallons, for $1,399 out the door. It's sad that in this day and age where consumers have a lot of power that companies like this can take advantage of consumers.

P.S. Just to respond to the business message below, I went through a licensed, insured and bonded company. As a matter of fact, even Swift Water Heater quoted me $1,450 but referred me to Pristine Plumbing as they couldn't come out in time!!!

The guys over at Vanguard were great. I reached out for a quote about a sewer pipe leak in my home. Out of 6 companies they were the most competitive bid and were available to work with my schedule. Dave came out and was great. Very professional, explained everything I wanted to know, and got the job done right. Would highly recommend Vanguard.

RJB is a fantastic company. The owner comes out to almost every job and explains everything in a way you can understand. We needed a new tankless hot water tank among a few other things. They gave us a quote right away, emailed it shortly after, and we were on the books a few days later. They were able to accommodate our schedule easily (we needed to book out a few weeks due to visitors coming). The work looks flawless and Bob even set up reminders on the tank and his calendar to remind us for our annual maintenance. They noticed a few things that needed to get changed out that other companies we had gotten a quote from didn't notice which just shows their attention to detail. The pricing was more than fair and we are extremely happy with their work.

I called them in a panic when the heater broke at my place of work. They were very professional, understanding and did an awesome job fixing it in a timely manner.
I love that they are a family owned business and care more about people than money.  I felt comfortable having them at my place of work without being able to be there myself AND it was left extremely clean after the work was done. Would definitely recommend them.

THE BEST!! I will never use anyone else.  To start with, Gary is the nicest man in the world.  Secondly, he showed up on time (early, in fact).
My toilet has been running nonstop for over a week and when he came to check it, it stopped after he flushed it (so frustrating, it felt just like when you take the car to the mechanic and it doesn't make the noise you're complaining about)... Anyway, he said he didn't want me to pay for a part that I don't seem to need, but that if it starts running again to call him and he'll come back and install the part.  No charge today, good luck and I hope the noise doesn't come back!

Mark is one efficient plumber! From him answering my phone call to providing a quote to coming to my house to analyze the problem - it all took less than 2 hours! And when he found out the problem was not our plumbing, he did not charge me a dime! He really lived up to the name Efficient Plumbing.

A-Ok..

I picked CPP based on Bonnie G's review. She's one of the few elites in North County that will actually give a sub-three star review if she's not satisfied. She gave these guys 5 stars. So, I went ahead and booked a repair..

So my issue was more of an emergency but it wasn't on the weekend or night. I could tell that the plumber wasn't really interested at first, but after some explaining of the job he said his price would have to be between 200 and 300 to make it worth his time.. I had already researched this job and it would take about 2 hours for a plumber to do it right. So it was a high quote, but I needed it done right away and wanted to give work to an independent plumber.

The work - Safety First is CPP's motto and it's reiterated several times during their job. One example is that he used a more expensive fire retardant gel, over a water spray bottle. He also used a fire mat when using the torch. On an unrelated plumbing job with another company they didn't use either of those. So rest easy knowing that CCP uses safe practices.

Price - I was surprised that CPP actually tried to request more money than the high mark of their quote. it was a two hour job, on the button. Of course I didn't pay it, and it just bummed me out. He also noticed a leak from the area he was working on, that wasn't there before he worked on it, and he quoted almost $500 to fix it. Again I said no.. The next day the leak disappeared and has not leaked since.

On an unrelated plumbing issue, I had another plumber just look over the workmanship of CPP's work and they said it was done properly. So their work is solid. They also explained why my pipe leaked and fixed itself and said it didn't require a replacement at this point in time. Glad I didn't pay $500 to replace it.

So should you go with CPP? Depends if you want to go with a one-plumber shop or a large corporate plumber. It also depends on the job too. There were positives and areas needing improvement (price). If you need a handyman plumber, CPP is a good option.

Powers Plumbing saved the day! We called two other drain cleaning companies before them. The first one told us we would have to have a clean out installed and plumbed to the outside of the house, as they couldn't get their machine under our house. The cost for this was only $500.00, then an additional $200.00 to $500.00 for rooting out the pipe.
The second company said it would have to be hydro-jetted at a cost of $400.00 to $750.00.
When Matt arrived from Powers Plumbing, he looked at the situation and said, We will have to move some things, and pitched right in to help. About 45 minutes and $69.00 later, we had a free flowing drain!
