Disappointed. We used Joyce for several
years in our la mesa home and were always pleased. Recently we even recommended Joyce to the new owners of that home. We moved to mission hills and had him out to look at a couple of concerns. There was a repair that needed to be done in near future. The quote was never received but we kept getting emails for Sheldon's cafe (receipts and quotes). We never got our  estimate-when I messaged to tell him, he asked to call him. I didn't have time that day and I let it go figuring we would eventually get to it when we were ready to do the work (non urgent). I messaged him today for an urgent matter with a bit of background on the problem and to see if he was available. Response was simply I am not.

We have other bathrooms, had he responded I'm not available today but...... we may have waited for him or at least planned to keep as our main plumber.  

5 star work, poor communication.

Christian was friendly and very informative regarding what needed to be done. He was able to change the parts same day and quick. Great customer service!

Second time using Jeff-n-Carl. I've had Carl both times and he's been a pleasure. Honest, straightforward, gives you options, with no pressure. Highly recommend.

Robert came to see why our 24-year-old furnace was making unpleasant sounds, provided a detailed diagnosis and multiple resolution paths. Professional and easy to work with. Although I was hoping to get 100 years of service out of the furnace, alas: it was time to replace it.

Rafael came out the same day(!) to assess what our home needs and again provided multiple options from Cadillac to K-Mart. This process was guidance and help rather than SALES(!). I'm not a fan of SALES.

20 hours later, Matthew and Oscar arrived. They were courteous, speedy and professional. When  they left, we had a shiny new furnace that works way better than the Ancient One, despite unexpected challenges that they encountered.

From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was great: genuine, professional, trustworthy and courteous. Including the very nice lady I spoke to first thing yesterday morning.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Highly recommend Castillo Works Plumbing! Ely was very knowledgeable when it came to repairing my system. I didn't have any air flow coming from half of the vents in my house. Ely took one quick look at my system and provided a quick diagnosis and he was spot on with the repair. Ely also identified that my evaporator drip pan was not draining and quickly took care of that necessary maintenance for me as well. Ely was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me and it made me feel confident in his expertise. After all my repairs were addressed and completed we chatted for half an hour which to me felt like I was chatting with a friend. His customer service skills and professional tact made me feel at ease during the entire process. I will definitely utilize Ely and Castillo Works Plumbing for all my Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC needs.

Bob Hauer Plumbing came highly recommended on NextDoor, so I called for a quote.  He came out and, most importantly, made friends with my dogs.  :)  He provided a quote, and got me on the schedule as soon as I accepted.  He accommodated my request for early morning, which is a huge help.
I had him installing a whole home water purification system that I had purchased independently.  He told me it would take just about all day, which surprised me.  However, once you see the finished product, it is a beautiful sight to behold.  
He used copped piping as we discussed.  He placed the system where we discussed, and it is oddly nice looking.  
He took additional steps I noticed along the way - like tying back my plants to both hold them out of his way, and to protect them.  It looked like pigtails and ponytails!  

Once he got going, he worked steadily and was chipper, kind of singing along to some 90s jams as he worked, and he sounded like he was in a great mood!  I work from home, so it was a nice touch nice having a cheerful person to hear in the background, just going about his business happily.

Now - my 1968 house ALWAYS brings complications and surprises.  This time was no exception, unfortunately.  Twice it foiled him - temporarily.  

When this happened, he would work until he could not - always leavi g me with working, running water, and cleaned up pristinely.  

Now, I know we all EXPECT co tractors to clean up.  Its part of the gig.  I dont think I have ever ever seen a cleaner site.  Each time he left, it may have been cleaner than when he got there.  No exaggeration, we all have trees and yard debris.  It has been a rainy, windy winter in San Diego - I think he swept up some of my leaves in addition.  

Bob was always pleasant, calm, personable, and sweet.  Even when he ran in to surprises that necessitated extra time or supplies, he informed me with a smile.  When he told me about one of the complications, and I replied Can that be done??  He replied I can do anything  with a smile.  

I would wholeheartedly recommend his plumbing services.

Robert is our go to plumber for our plumbing needs. He is very responsive, friendly and explains everything that goes into the job. We bought an older home that requires a lot of plumbing repair. To date, we have had our main shut off valve replaced, garage drain de clogged and backyard pipe replaced.  Plumbing can certainly be a daunting problem but Robert makes it easy and we have never had any issues after the repair. Would recommend this plumbing company to all our friends.

I called up Pleins when I made a mess of under my guest vanity and needed help with the P trap.  Steve came over knew exactly how to fix me up and get me running.  In an hour he simplified my diy pipeworks mess and even guided me in the right direction to finish the ac line tie in.  Very fast, honest, and trustworthy.  Thanks again!

I called over the past weekend when I had an issue with some lights no working after it rained.  The owner of the company took my call and was very nice.  She said that she would try to get someone out there on Saturday but if not, they would call me first ting on Monday to confirm what time they will be there.  It is Tuesday and I never heard from them.  I got tired of waiting and called some one this morning who was very responsive and flexible enough to get out with in a couple of hours.  

If you decide to go with this company, you will have to follow up to make sure they actually do what they promise.  That does not work for me and I will not be using this company again.

Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet.  I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it.  Good advice, fast service!

Had a pinhole leak in my family room wall that was causing water damage and some minor flooding. I was nervous that it wouldn't get fixed right away since we're in between the Christmas and New Year holiday season, but Nick came to the house within a couple hours of me contacting C&C Plumbing! He was quick, efficient, and even cleaned up his mess when he was done. Thank you for the prompt and excellent service!!

It's been a pleasure working with Dylon and his team.  I contracted Green Earth for a couple of jobs: 1) a demolition and haul away of my wooden patio cover and 2) assembly of a replacement gazebo.  

Dylon responded quickly with fair quotes, and I worked with his foreman Fred and other team members to get the jobs done.

Wow! I'm blown away by the stellar service James B. provided my family today. Hands down the best plumbing technician I've had the pleasure of meeting in a lifetime. I was expecting the typical average experience most if not all plumbing technicians provide a homeowner. I had a plumbing service technician stop by to fix a clogged kitchen sink two days ago and nothing was fixed and I was quoted over $500 to resolve the problem. I proceeded on calling Anderson plumbing and that decision was a game changer. James B came to my home today and provided amazing service, walked me through the entire unclogging process and was able to unclog my kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes. Anderson has a customer for life because of this and we are incredibly greatful for James going above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Service is good but their pricing structure is ridiculous. They provided us with a quote before starting the job and without knowing what would be required to fix the problem - a small pipe leak. The quote was for over $1000 which we had no choice but to accept since we had had to turn off all the water to the house. The job took just over an hour and the repairman then took another 30 minutes to create an invoice followed by an hour sitting in his truck outside our house. He gave us an additional estimate of over $5000 to replace the pressure reduction valves going into the house. We rejected this since other estimates were all less than $1000! I'd use these people in emergencies only.
