I needed to have two new shut off valves installed. Tech showed up same day and was very professional!

GREAT experience!  I had been shopping for months and super nervous about having to replace my ac/heating system.  Working from home now due to COVID pushed me to pull the trigger and decide to call three highly rated local companies.  I wanted a veteran owned company and the found Jeff-N-Carl's.  I got quotes from all three and let me tell you, boy do you need to shop around.  The first two were fancy big local plumbing companies with white glove service and they charge a lot you for that service!  When Carl came to house he was very friendly and a brass tacks kind of guy.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I thought I would need new duct work done, but he said no.  Ducts look just fine.  He gave me a quote on the spot and explained the products he would install.  I looked up J&C's plumbing license since they are so small and zero issues.  Read all their reviews and the reviews of the products they would install.  All clean as a whistle.  

Carl had initially projected a day and a half install of ac/heating units.  He and Brian got the job done in one day which for all of us working from home know how important that is!  Carl and Brian were efficient and professional.  No wasting time.  

If you are looking for great service at a fantastic price, Jeff-n-Carl's is where you want to go!  As a veteran family we really appreciated the $250 military discount too.  Highly recommend!

We called Tarpy early on for a duct cleaning when we purchased a new home. We had to push the appointment back several times, and each time they were gracious and helpful on the call.

They haven't finished the work yet; we ran into a holdup based on an original communication snafu. But they handled it all with understanding and patience. The techs working on the project at the time were extremely considerate and patient, and we even met the owner who took the time to come and resolve the issue.

They're working double to get the project done in time still at no extra charge to us.

They'll be completing work this week and I can update. So far I'm very happy we went with them, and appreciate their ability to pivot and adjust when it comes to doing the job well! That's important when you need it.

This company is true to its name. They saved me a ton of time and headache! If I ever have future issues, I won't hesitate to call them.

Marco was great and able to fix my dryer that others couldn't fix after trying a few times! He was very responsive and honest!

Robert was recommended to me by my realtor so I originally hired him to clear some drains and install new angle stops. He was so professional, personable, and accommodating that I reached out to him again for a major bathroom renovation. He and his team did an amazing job installing a new shower, double sinks, and toilet. I recently needed his help fixing a small leak in the ceiling and Robert came within a couple days to fix it. Not only does he do a great job, he's super down to earth and we'll chat it up for awhile. My wife and I refer him to all of our friends. Such a great guy and good at what he does.

Plein Plumbing is awesome.   I've been using them for about 8 years.  They are quick to respond and get the job done and what I really like is Plein is a small company so they treat you right.   I think it is a husband/wife business and they are both so nice and really believe in good customer service.   Plus they always are there on time within a two hour window.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. They installed an attic fan and whole house fan at my house. I love the whole house fan (stopping our AC usage saved us $100 on our electric bill in the first month!), but the attic fan was running constantly, creating a low buzzing noise all night. They worked diligently with me figure out a solution, and I was always treated politely by both the office staff and the technicians. I greatly appreciate their hard work to make sure that I was satisfied!

Bill and Carlos are amazing!! My bathtub was not draining. Bill spent time trying to diagnose my problem over the phone and gave me advice and suggestions on how to fix the problem. I consider myself pretty handy, but this one was beyond me. When I couldn't fix it myself, Bill and Carlos came over and fixed it right away. They also gave me advice on two other plumbing questions I had. As others have said, Bill and Carlos are friendly, honest, and good at what they do. I've found my go-to plumbers!

Great experience with Nick and Mike today. Nick was recommended by a friend of ours after a couple of good jobs with him. He was available the very next morning after we noticed water under our wood floor. He quickly was able to identify a slab leak behind our refrigerator. He helped me get in touch with a restoration company to contain the damage and was able to add the new water line in a way that saved me money from the original estimate.

Nick and Mike we're both very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing along the way. Our house stayed clean and they had it all fixed and the water back on in a few hours.

These guys are the real deal.  

I tirelessly researched a ton of junk haulers and narrowed it down to 5 based on the services they provide (whether or not they recycle was a plus), how soon they could do it, and the quote I was given.  I needed junk, donatable/recyclable items, and post construction debris to be hauled within a few days.  Mind you, this was at the tail end of the sanitation workers' strike, so a lot of these companies were BUSY.  Nevertheless, Green Earth SD was very prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns regarding their disposal methods.  A lot of what we consider junk can actually be salvaged and recycled - these guys take their time to cut up old furniture and separate wood from metal to recycle the scraps or donate what can be used as firewood.  It was important to me to work with people of integrity who wouldn't just illegally dump or throw everything in the landfill.  

Here's an idea of the stuff we got hauled:  an old couch, a single bed, rusty exercise equipment, an old bench swing, several dilapidated desks & shelves, old coffee table, bed frame, a load of years-old construction material stacked on a pallet, lawn chairs, a couple of satellite dishes, construction debris, and a lot of other things I can't remember but am glad to see gone!  Shawn/Sean showed up and cleared it ALL for us in a very timely and professional manner.  He had a little more room in his trailer and offered to haul any other items we might've forgotten and even swept when he was done.  Incredibly diligent and extremely impressive.  

The icing on the cake is how transparent they are with their pricing.  No BS, no hidden fees, and they beat my 2nd choice by a couple of hundred bucks!  Hats off to Green Earth.  I truly appreciate the work that they do.

Check prices before taking a day off to be at home for the plumber.  $307 for 20 minutes.   Service on the phone was nice and the plumber was okay, but I will never call them again.

Recently had a kitchen sink and line cleared. The clog was significant and handled by the Plumber Mike H. What was even more notable is Mike's knowledge and customer service skills. I had never worked with Anderson before but with the quality and professionalism Mike H brought I will absolutely use them for future plumbing needs. Definitely recommend.
