GREAT experience!  I had been shopping for months and super nervous about having to replace my ac/heating system.  Working from home now due to COVID pushed me to pull the trigger and decide to call three highly rated local companies.  I wanted a veteran owned company and the found Jeff-N-Carl's.  I got quotes from all three and let me tell you, boy do you need to shop around.  The first two were fancy big local plumbing companies with white glove service and they charge a lot you for that service!  When Carl came to house he was very friendly and a brass tacks kind of guy.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I thought I would need new duct work done, but he said no.  Ducts look just fine.  He gave me a quote on the spot and explained the products he would install.  I looked up J&C's plumbing license since they are so small and zero issues.  Read all their reviews and the reviews of the products they would install.  All clean as a whistle.  

Carl had initially projected a day and a half install of ac/heating units.  He and Brian got the job done in one day which for all of us working from home know how important that is!  Carl and Brian were efficient and professional.  No wasting time.  

If you are looking for great service at a fantastic price, Jeff-n-Carl's is where you want to go!  As a veteran family we really appreciated the $250 military discount too.  Highly recommend!

I had a leaking pressure regulator valve in my home, located in the garage. It failed such that pressure was very high throughout the house. The water heater was leaking too through its pressure relief valve due to the high pressure. Bob came by in about 30 minutes on a Saturday even though he was on his way to a family function. He had the exact part I needed and fixed everything in 15 minutes. I was amazed. I'd recommend him to friends and family.

We had Eddy change out 4 of our bathroom faucet sets and all the plumbing under the sinks. He worked with us on timing as well as overall price. I am very happy with Tarpy and will use them again.

Needed to have service done on all fireplaces in our home to prepare for the cold season and Marco was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Highly professional right on time diagnosed the problems at all locations in the house and went way above the call of duty to contact the vendor to replace a remote control that had gone bad. Followed up very soon after and finished the job.

Paid 79 dollars to get quoted 3k more for one job. I had 3 other quotes and wanted to go with this company because of their quick turn around time. I knew it would be more expensive but not that expensive. Staff was friendly and estimate and time to do estimate was speedy and organized. I spoke with them about possible alternatives to lower the price but still came out about 3k more. Regretting paying for the estimate but we live and learn.

These guys are reliable, show up on time, do everything the right way and explain their process if you ask. They also give you a range of solutions if they're available and the pros and cons of each.

Dylan is the absolute man, the best of the best! We've had non-stop issues in our house for months and it seems like everyone we brought in to work on our various issues did shoddy work and charged a ton to do it. Dylan on the other hand went above and beyond to ensure our job was done correctly and quickly. We called him in specifically to fix our messed up shower and in the process we found our go-to-guy for our house issues going forward. Great plumbers and office staff.  They are very efficient!   I enjoy being notified 30 minutes before which gives me a chance to get home in time.

Called because I had a condensation leak told there were some chips in the drain hose. Needed to be cleaned out. 20 minutes later had bill for 420.00 dollars. told them that was outraggest. told that what the book said to charge. Would never used them again. Be carefull when using them. would not recommand to anyone!!!
