Disappointed. We used Joyce for several
years in our la mesa home and were always pleased. Recently we even recommended Joyce to the new owners of that home. We moved to mission hills and had him out to look at a couple of concerns. There was a repair that needed to be done in near future. The quote was never received but we kept getting emails for Sheldon's cafe (receipts and quotes). We never got our  estimate-when I messaged to tell him, he asked to call him. I didn't have time that day and I let it go figuring we would eventually get to it when we were ready to do the work (non urgent). I messaged him today for an urgent matter with a bit of background on the problem and to see if he was available. Response was simply I am not.

We have other bathrooms, had he responded I'm not available today but...... we may have waited for him or at least planned to keep as our main plumber.  

5 star work, poor communication.

Charlie Gamez got here on time and finished the job quickly. Was able to help me get an estimate on other jobs i will be getting done through his company.

Jeff and Carl are a great plumbing company. We moved into a new home and they've come out twice for minor repairs ... all within a day ... and fixed the problem very quickly. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with work performed by Sergio at Pelayo Handyman Services. Sergio was prompt on his arrival time. He performed high quality plumbing and electrical repairs for me. He cleaned up everything when finished. I would highly recommend Sergio for repairs, and I will use his services in the future.

Our dryer stopped working without warning yesterday, so I came to Yelp to review businesses and I saw the option to request a quote. Little did I know I would receive a bunch of responses. Marco contacted me right away and really seemed to know his stuff. His communication, knowledge, responsiveness, and friendliness were unmatched! He set the expectation and delivered, as well as exceeded that expectation. He provided me with the best and worst case scenarios as to what the issue could be, before coming over, and his honesty was extremely appreciated. He was able to come to our home earlier than expected, cleaned our dryer as a safety precaution, and resolved our repair immediately. They did a great job at my house. Same day request which was great didn't take long for him to find the problem. For sure we will use his services for anything plumbing related.

Steve is the absolute best plumber we have ever worked with.  They answer their phones, same day service (for quick emergency stuff), they provide reasonable response windows.  I've used Plein for everything from clogged sinks to complete shower/bathroom remodel and his work is absolutely outstanding.  Completely honest, above the board guy.  Completely fair estimates.  This is the guy to call.

We needed to replace some of the original water lines. We had quotes from two different companies, and the one from Point Loma Electric and Plumbing was more thoroughly prepared than the other quote. Michael, who prepared the estimate, took the time to go into the crawl space to take photos and document all of the areas in need of repair. Manuel and Phillip finished the work in one day, on a Friday! We were grateful that we didn't need to have our water turned off for an extended period of time. The next week we had low water flow in one of the bathroom sinks. Manuel returned and fixed the problem. Communication was great with Jessica at the office. Jessica sends text messages and calls to update with technician arrival times so you don't have to wait all day.

Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet.  I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it.  Good advice, fast service!

Dan is the man! Dan has been to my house on two separate occasions and both times he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did great work.

From the time I requested an estimate to the ETA of the pick up of that day, Dylon did awesome with communicating. Dylon and his buddy did such a great job getting rid of a lot of my things. From the furniture upstairs to clearing out my backyard. They were very quick but at the same time took a lot of caution taking my things out of my home. I love the fact that they recycle/donate the items. Best part is that they take a percentage and donate it to a charity of your choice. Thanks, Green Earth San Diego. I will be calling you guys again soon!!

I got home late Saturday afternoon to see someone elses drain backing up my kitchen sink. ( the downside of being in a highrise),

I've been seeing & hearing Anderson's ads for $99 drain cleaning, so I gave them a call.
The answering service was very professional, and the plumber called fairly quickly. HOWEVER

I was told it was $99 for him to show up and another $99 for my drain to be cleaned. I call them out on the bait and switch advertising and he said it was after hours, which it wasn't it was between 7am & 7pm.
That is just so messed up -  if you advertise $99 be very clear. Say not for same day appointments. Say +hourly rate, say + trip charge. Put an *  after the price - Don't waste my time with this BS.

- I got another plumber out within the hour for  $120.

Called around 4pm and Anderson was able to send a plumber out the same day. Very impressed , with their professional service.  Plus , the work was covered under warranty. They are worth every penny because they stand behind their work. Another bonus they employ women plumbers!
