I'm a repeat customer, this was the 2nd time within a year I have contacted Jared for a misc plumbing job. Always very professional, on-time, clear communicator, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for all types of work needed!

We called them after discovering a leak in the supply line and Tim and Justin showed up within 30 minutes and fixed the problem in hardly any time at all.  We will definitely call Just Plumbing again when we need a good, honest plumber.  My husband and I were extremely pleased with their service and expertise.

These guys are studs.  I opened the door to my garage and saw water leaking from my water heater.  I called Pipeline Plumbing on a Saturday and within an hour and a half, my old water heater was replaced with a quality new one, and up to code.  Ryan and Eric responded quick and got the job done efficiently for a reasonable amount.  Give them a call before you go into panic mode, they'll take care of the issue and let you go back to doing what you were doing.

Had a great experience with Agape Restoration! They came to the rescue when our house had a major leak below the house for almost 2 months! Fernando was great to work with, professional and got the job done at our home for a wonderful price. We can't thank them enough!

Juan from Done Right is incredible and these guys are lucky to have him on their team. If they ever let him go, I hope he keeps my number because he would be my go-to plumber from here on out. The guy reminds me of my uncle, who is just such an honest, reliable, knowledgeable guy that everyone trusts do do a job right (did I mention HONEST)?
Juan was on time, friendly, and spent at least an hour and a half underneath my dirty, muddy ass crawlspace checking for leaks and piping issues that had led to major flooding and moisture issues under my house for god only knows how many months/ years. I had the plumbing issues fixed already a few months ago, so he was checking to be sure the moisture wasn't from some other plumbing issue. He found no leaks, took tons of pics for me, and walked me through it all. He even referred me and made the call to Floodbusters for me to have the moisture issue remedied, and hopefully covered by insurance. He has great connections and relationships, which is also helpful. Unfortunately for Done Right, I had no business to give them this round, but you better bet your booty that I'm giving them my future business and sending you fine people to them while they have Juan on board.
The receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher (a female) was also great, she was polite, personable, and communicative thoughout the process.

The best to be expected. They were prompt, smart and knew exactly what my project needed with their knowledge. Plus they were very fair with the pricing.

Our sink was clogged and was told it was improperly installed. The home warranty said it's not covered. I am so glad I was able to use Yelp and got in touch with Guardian Plumbers. Very accommodating, helpful, gave options and reasonable prices. Even got quotes for other plumbing concerns. Thank you Rodeena, Angel and Sergio.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Bottom Line for those that do not want to read this boring, lengthy review:  I highly recommended Mike and Proactive Plumbing.  On my soapbox, I do ask, however, as responsible consumers, let's make sure to not take advantage of honest and hardworking small business (and even larger businesses) by using reviews as leverage and asking them to provide services beyond what we are paying them to do.  It is apparent from his immaculate yelp records that he has gone above and beyond to ensure his client's satisfaction.

I say that because he has really gone above and beyond for us today and is providing services that, at the end of the day, really do not fall under Proactive Plumbing's umbrella of responsibility. Rather some of the responsibilities belongs to two other businesses (one of those is do to a timing issue and the other is due to, what I consider, poor service).  Ultimately, we will pay him for the addition service; however, it is unfortunate that he is not requesting payment from us due to a unjust fear that we may give a bad review based off of others business services failures or delays.

CHAIN OF EVENTS:
We ordered a new dishwasher from a big box store and purchased the installation service as well.  The third party service delivered the dishwasher and prepared for install.  Within 10 minutes, they deemed the valve was bad and could not continue with the install until we called a plumber to come out and replace the valve.  Once completed, called the big box to reschedule the installation.

I checked yelp for plumbing services, and received four quotes, including ProActive Plumbing, which had the most reviews with highest ratings.  All responses were quick.  ProActive price was very fair, and, again, the reviews were excellent.  We had him come out when we were completing the replacement of our flooring.  

Mike from ProActive explained that the valve really was not bad, but when turning on the water it could drip.  He was honest and said if we did not want to spend the money now, it was not necessary; however, we would probably need to in the future.  We went forth with the repair.  

He completed the repair; however, acknowledged that he did not have one of the pieces.  He replaced it with a comparable part and gave the disclaimer that, should the Installers give further flack about the piece, ask them to install the dishwasher, yet leave the hose disconnected.  Pro-Active would then come back to replace the piece and connect the dishwasher.

The Installation Service came back out and would not install due to, what they squawked was, the incorrect fitting.  So out comes Pro-Active Plumbing again, which brings us to where we are today.  This is what he has done for us:
We discovered the new flooring juts too far into the dishwasher cubby.  He figured out a way to cut it and fit it.  This was not his responsibility, but he did it anyways.
He replaced the valve with the necessary valve.  
He installed the dishwasher.  This was not his responsibility, but he did it anyways.

He was hired to replace a valve and ended up completing all of these extra tasks in the name of customer service, and is personable, at that.

Plamen was the ultimate professional...came on time...finished install in an hour and a half...new lines, drain pan and even replaced drainage piping...highly recommend.

Had a problem with slow running water in a bath/shower combo.  Mike and team were on-site within a couple of hours and explained the problem giving me a fair price.  The work was completed timely and everything now works fine.

I will use Cross Plumbing in the future.

If your looking for a company that can pretty much deal with almost any plumbing problem I highly recommend Fallbrook plumbing.  I have known Mitch (the owner) for years and he has always been willing and able to remedy all of my plumbing problems.  From routine plumbing problems (water,sewer,gas) to customized home plumbing projects Mitch and Kyle are your plumbers.  Hire them once and you'll understand why this family owned and operated business has been around for years.  Professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and friendly are the reasons why I'm recommending them.

One shower backed up and after my own attempt to clear it, the other shower backed up as well. Got Victor's number from a friend. Called at noon on a Friday and he was able to come over at 2:30. Half an hour later the drains are clear and I feel like I have myself a new plumber. He's fast, he's clean, and most of all very effective.

Fabulous experience using Bob at Neighborhood Plumbing. I called him this morning and he returned the call quickly and said he would stop by and look at the issue. I needed a working above ground water shut-off valve and a working regulator. Bob stopped by on his way home and gave me a very reasonable bid, needless to say I jumped on it and Bob went to work immediately. He and his son work together and they did an outstanding job removing the old valve and regulator and installing the new ones. Life is so much easier when you know great people who take pride in their work and are actually helping others, If you need a great plumber don't hesitate to give Bob a call at Neighborhood Plumbing I know I will be!

Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

this service was a life saver, i woke up at 5p after a long night shift to find a walk in shower in my basement was backing up with lets just say nasty stuff after 3 hours of shop-vacing, bleaching and mopping i had to shut off all the water valves to ensure another mess would not be created, after i cleaned i was filthy and needed a shower bad but didnt know what to do because it was 9pm by now, luckily i found out that ASAP was a 24 hr service so i called them up. litterally 25 min after i called them a guy was at my front door ready to go i was shocked how fast he was i wish i got his name. He worked on the problem and told me i had roots growing in the pipe that was causing the problem which had to be 10 years worth of roots because we had not services our main line in atleast 10 years, he spent 2 hours working hard and got the line cleared everything in my house was draining and running better, he fix it all cleaned up the mess after. i got my much needed shower and a neglected problem fix within 2 hours of calling all backed by a warranty on the work he did. how can you beat it?
