I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. His quote for the work also came in quite a bit lower than some of the other companies I looked into. Thanks Jared!!!

After I had two other companies come out to clear a drain I called xtreme drainworks. Felipe was excellent is worked very hard to clear the drain and explained the issue and the process for how he fixed it. They are reasonably priced and their services is excellent! I would recommend to anyone!

I used Just Plumbing when I had my bathroom remodel done. Tim did excellent work  and explained the process to me. I have recommended him to several friends who also were very happy with his service.

We had a leak in a water softener .and also our regulator wasn't working.. Ryan came out on a Saturday evening in a last minute notice... when I called at 6:30 p.m. when another company blew me off .....and he suggested we get a new water softer other was 10 yrs old  which I agreed and a new water heater they came out on mon morning ..to  move some stuff out of the way. we're in-and-out and everything works  great  thank you so much 5 stars a plus  nice nice guys ..

Fernando from ARS was great. He came fixed the problem, was upfront about the cost before he began work and there were no hidden fees. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

We were having problems with our water heater. We called guardian plumbers, because they had a good review in Yelp. The tech came out to give us an estimate for a new water heater. It was replaced that afternoon. We have a pump that pumps the hot water through the house, so we have hot water around 30 to 40 seconds. We took a shower that evening and it took about three minutes to get hot water. I call them up to tell them what was a going on. They sent out a tech to check out the problem, he said your pump could of been run dry when the water heater was installed. They had someone from the company come out in the evening to replace a part to the pump, now we're get hot water in about 30 to 40 seconds. I happy to find a company that stands by there work. I would give them six to seven stars, but you can only give them five. I would differently recommend guardian plumbing to anyone that needs a honest plumber.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Thank you Proactive Plumbing for your quick responsiveness to my project need. I saw a special on Yelp, $75 for $100 deal and called the number provided. A representative answered and recorded my project details, checked on availability, honored the special deal, and assured me that the plumbing rep. would wear proper protective equipment (PPE). Within 10 minutes, I received a message from Mike who said he had availability the following morning. Because our back flow plumbing toilet issue occurred in the evening we were fine with waiting for repair the following day. As promised, Mike messaged me his ETA and arrived with gloves and a mask. I would recommend for future projects that a rep. wear booties. Our home is a no shoes type of home since we have a toddler. Regardless, he was very communicative and cleared the problem by removing baby wipes that should not have been flushed. Overall, Mike resolved the problem within 30 min., cleaned the space and sent me an invoice through my email. Quick, professional and responsive. Thank you for your due diligence! You have a customer for life, and I will refer Proactive Plumbing.

I've noticed my water heater started to leak from the bottom on Sunday night which started my search on Yelp for a reputable plumber to install a new one.  Pouring over multiple quotes and responses, I've selected North County Water Heater Services.  They weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive however reasonable.  He was available the following day which was perfect because cold showers kinda suck.

Plamen was on time, provided good communication, and was diligent in getting the unit professionally installed.  I appreciate the attention to detail and pride in his work.  I can recommend Plamen if you want a water heater installed properly.

In the end, we have hot water.  Happy wife happy life right?

We have an old 1951 house, so of course, we have a lot of plumbing issues that arise. We've been using Cross plumbing for a couple years now, and frankly, wouldn't consider using anyone else. They are always prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. 5 Stars for Cross Plumbing, without question!

All I have to say is wow Mitch you rock I had a 16 year old  water heater take a crap on me went and got a new one well when I went to put it in I ran into a whole bunch of issue  that where not in my comfort zone but thanks to Mitch and his crew they got it up and running and brought it up to code and cleaned  up the huge maze of pipes  of water lines now it look professional and cleans if you want the best work in Fallbrook you need to call these guys they are true craftsman very clean work done in a reasonable time and price and there welds on the copper piping are amazing and clean some of the best work I have ever seen thanks again Mitch for getting my home up and running and looking great

The BEST plumber in San Diego!! I've had Victor do projects for me for over 20 years.....expert quality craftsmanship! Give him an idea for a project and he always comes up with a way to make it work! .....great analytical skills. You will NOT be dissatisfied with VLP!!....and that's if you want the BEST!

the pipe under my kitchen sink decided to let loose at 3pm on a friday. our main water shut off was frozen so i called one of the larger plumbing companies (one of the ones with all the vans around town) for help thinking they have a large team and could come in a hurry. they said they'd come within a couple hours and quoted me over time rates ($235 /hr, min 1 hr). I then called a local plumber who we've used in the past  (tomo-- he's a gem also). he was out of range but called on bob of neighborhood plumbing to come and help me.  

bob got here within 15 min, had the problem fixed in 10 min and charge me $90. super nice guy, professional- explained what went wrong and gave some useful advice. highly recommended.

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

I live in a condo complex.   ASAP Drain Guys came out and shut down the water to the entire complex when they needed to shut water off to one building.

A neighbor asked what's going on, he said, in between cigarette puffs, that he needed to shut down the water to work on one unit.   Despite other plumbers successfully having done work in the past and needing to shut the water down in only that building.  

We're in our sixth hour of no water with no notice, thanks to ASAP Drain Guys.
