I'm a repeat customer, this was the 2nd time within a year I have contacted Jared for a misc plumbing job. Always very professional, on-time, clear communicator, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for all types of work needed!

Thank you to Jonathon...he did a great job at identifying and fixing the clog in our drain lines! We have been having an issue with frequent clogging since we moved into our home almost a year ago. The other plumbers that have come out, got the toilet unclogged but not truly unclog the line. Jonathon worked until he got everything resolved. I hope I won't  need them out for a while, but whenever I need help again I won't hesitate to call Xtreme Drainworks. Their dispatcher/office manager (?), Karen, was as nice as they come too...she not only assured me that they would be out, but followed up to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Lastly, their fee ($310 for camera detection, snake/cable and the work to find a second cleanout, seemed very reasonable for the amount of time and effort spent fixing the problem.

Once you use Just Plumbing you will never worry about plumbing problems again. They do great work at a reasonable price and are very responsive to emergencies. Over the years they have fixed or replaced my toilets, garbage disposal, water regulator, leaky faucet and pipes, water heater, clogged drains, etc. They get the job done fast and right the first time. I can't thank Marni enough for recommending them.

You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service!  Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle.  The faucet had been leaking.  They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he  called his boss to find out the price.  I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you.  But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done.  I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

My water heater was leaking. Juan the GM messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend Juan and his business!

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

After going through Home Advisor and speaking with 2 other plumbers, I decided to go with Guardian.  The reason? Quite simply it was Joshua Clarke.  He was friendly, professional, a veteran and not pushy.  Once I decided to go with them, Jessie came back with Joshua to finalize the proposal.  He too, was extremely professional and as one of the owners of the company, I liked that he took time to meet with me concerning my project.  All of the techs and plumbers that worked on my job were also professional, courteous and conscientious to the fact my home was being torn open for a week.  Howard, Marcos, JD, Taylor and the others who's names I cannot recall, were exceptional.  The work, took much longer than they had estimated but those things happen.  Also, the estimated time to repair the drywall took much longer than they estimated. Luckily, the person who came out to do the drywall was very good. Sending one person to repair the drywall after a whole house repipe was the reason for subtracting one star and for their gross miscalculation of time needed, I'm taking off a second star.

* I waited a few months to post to make sure I felt the same. Since drafting my original comments, I thought it only fair to add the issues with their calculation of time. My job was initiated before Thanksgiving - 3 weeks before.  They had finished the repipe but sadly, not the drywall repair. I had holes everywhere! Abraham (who did the drywall repair) worked his butt off but there was no way he could finish before the holiday. I had him focus on the kitchen, dining room and guest bathroom - basically places my guests could see. Meanwhile the rest of my house looked a mess.

Lastly, initially they didn't insulate my hot water pipes in the attic (like I was told). They did come back to finish the insulation.

The job was a whole house repipe on a single story ranch-style home (2200 sq ft), going from galvanized to Pex/copper.  I added a Halo water system (so glad I did), moved my water heater from inside the house to outside, added gas lines, and changed out faucets/fixtures.  

If you have a plumbing issue or just want to be proactive and upgrade your existing plumbing choosing Guardian Plumbing (knowing that they may not complete the job on time) would be a good choice. After 3 months, I'm glad we had the job done, I just wished that the 'entire' job was completed within 2 weeks as originally estimated or at the least be advised that it would have run into the holiday. With that, I would have waited and begun tearing up my house after Thanksgiving.   To be fair, the water was only off for a day, we had access to one bathroom by the end of the first day. The rest of the house (kitchen, second bath) was about 5 days later.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Mike got to our home quickly, he was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job!
He didn't try to up-sell us, but did exactly what was needed to fix our problem.
We will definitely call Proactive Plumbing if we ever need a plumber again, and highly recommend them!

I noticed water leaking about 2 pm in the afternoon and Plamen was out at my house by about 4:15pm to hook up my new water heater. We knew we were going to call him because a few years ago we had him out and appreciated his honesty with us! Today was no different. He does fast quality work and when my husband had a few questions he even took the time to FaceTime my husband at work to show him all the new connections and stuff. My husband really appreciated that since he couldn't be here himself. I've recommended this company to a few others in my neighborhood and all have given him great reviews as well!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We had an emergency and Mike was out to help within a few hours. He fixed the problem and was extremely fair. A truly honest plumber.

Fallbrook plumbing once repaired minor leak in the copper piping  in my property, his price was reasonable, and I had no problems with his repair. But when I contacted him later for different plumbing jobs,  I started noticing strange pattern: after making appointment ,the owner would call  back and change things, he would say that he could stop by to take a look, but wouldn't be able to actually do the job right away, I would have to  wait  a week or two.
It didn't happen just ones, it happened on 3 different projects. Even when I agreed to his  next week  appointment, he didn't even  call and I end up wasting my time.

One shower backed up and after my own attempt to clear it, the other shower backed up as well. Got Victor's number from a friend. Called at noon on a Friday and he was able to come over at 2:30. Half an hour later the drains are clear and I feel like I have myself a new plumber. He's fast, he's clean, and most of all very effective.

Bob came to my rescue when a faulty kitchen tap caused me to have no water in my sink (not fun washing dishes in my bathtub)! He stopped by later that day after he finished a scheduled job, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended a new faucet to purchase. He even called his wholesalers to see if he could get me a better deal than what I found online. When it arrived I contacted him and he arrived early (always appreciated) to do the work. Of course it wasn't as straightforward as we would have hoped but we had fun talking while he worked. Bob is thoroughly experienced, completely trustworthy and I will have him back to check out my tankless water heater soon! You get what you pay for with tradesmen and while you may find someone cheaper, you won't find anyone better. Reasonably priced in my opinion. Quality work, reliable and dependable. Can't recommend Bob enough!

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

Leak at my business on a very busy day.   Had to be in a meeting at 3:30.  Specifically asked and was told they would be at location before 3:00.  Got a call during meeting from my employee that ASAP had arrived. I could not deal with the details during meeting.  ASAP left the building.  The next morning I had already had another company fix the leak.   ASAP showed up later in the morning to charge me a service charge for the previous day.  I only made the appointment with them because it fit in my extremely busy day.  I did not even meet with them due to their late arrival and got a service charge by a man who did not seem to care how late he was. I paid the service charge just to get him out of my office but I will be disputing it.  I am a business owner.  If you say your going to arrive within a 3 hour window, noon-3:00, you arrive or at least call.
