We had a couple of jobs - replacing some outside faucets that were leaking, installing our new gas cooktop, and a leaking gasket around the above-counter bowl-style style in our downstairs bathroom (by the way, don't ever buy one of those). I put out one of those quote requests to multiple plumbers in our area, and Jared was one of the first to reply and the only one who provided an actual numerical estimate, which is what I requested. All of the other responders required an in-home consultation before they would give a price - who has time for that for a small list of jobs. I also thought the price sounded about right.

He responded on a Sunday and was able to come the next day. He gave us notice via text before arriving, showed up on time, and got to work. There was a problem with the gas cooktop fit in our counter top, which obviously wasn't his fault - he was still able to install it, but we'll have to retrofit the drawer underneath to accommodate the position of the gas regulator hardware. He had some suggestions on how to do so. All of the other work looks good so far - the faucets and sink no longer leak and the cooktop works.

Overall, Jared was responsive, efficient, professional, and priced reasonably. I'll definitely give him a call for our next plumbing issue.

I was working with a different plumbing company to fix our plumbing issues, but they were unreliable (I had to tell them it was an emergency before they came to my house) and did not show up at the promised time to fix the remainder of the issue. Desperate, I called Primo Plumbing for assistance, but they were fully booked so they recommended Xtreme Drainworks.

From the time I called Xtreme Drainworks to book an appointment, to following up with the assigned timeline of arrival, to being punctual with their arrival at my house (I was away from home so everything was coordinated via phone) to figure out the real issue, to finishing up the work, I would say that the customer service and level of work were beyond amazing. I will definitely use the service again if the needs arise.

Tim is our plumber of first choice. He is honest and does great work. We have no trouble referring him out to other people and use Just Plumbing for all of our rental properties.

He is honest and when he is caught up in a big job he is forthright and communicates that his time of arrival is an estimate. As our go to plumber we appreciate this. He is our plumber.

One drawback, Just Plumbing is a small company so 24 hours 7 day a week service is not always available. For that we have another plumber from one of the majors as backup. But we ALWAYS call Tim first. We like dealing with him and so do our tenants!

Friendly, professional and helpful service who solved our issue immediately. Jay was prompt, communicative and did a clean and quick job installing our new water heater. Highly recommended!

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Today marks the third time I've called this company and I have zero complaints about them. They're fast, efficient, and most of all affordable! Everyone from the friendly person answering their phones to the plumbers who've shown up have been top-level professional. I had my main water feed onto my property worked on and to call what I was left with an upgrade would be an understatement. Awesome company; they'll always be my first call going forward.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I called on a Tuesday, my water heater was replaced early Wednesday morning. He texted me 30 minutes to arrival and came wearing a mask. His price was very competitive and he cleaned up the area where my old heater had been leaking, put bleach on it and put a large drip pan under the heater if heaven forbid it ever happens again. I found the overall level of service was excellent.

We have been using Cross Plumbing for 10+ years. We will not call anyone else for our plumbing needs. These guys are the best! They are super friendly, honest, knowledgeable, reliable, and always at the best price. We live in an older house so we have used Cross Plumbing many times. Mike is great about getting someone out to us same day and it's usually Eric. He's great and always gets us squared away. Seriously, keep this company on speed dial! :)

We have used Mitch for all types of plumbing issues and always been very happy with his service. Our main line was clogged and he recommended a septic company to dump our septic... great recommendation! Unfortunately, the main still needed to be snaked. Mitch came out the same day and cleared it. Great job and great price!!

I ran into Victor Lee when he was doing work on my neighbors home. As he finished their work, he took time enough to talk to me out front about things that I needed done to my home. I asked for his business card and told him that I would call for an appointment to get estimates on replacing water supply lines under the house by way of a crawl space. Also behind kitchen and bathroom walls. He showed up in a timely manner and was very professional the whole time. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable in his 30 years plus trade. I have a little experience in my many years of being a home owner on whether or not someone is trying to take me for a ride. He is a stand up guy! After he gave me my estimate I was very pleased on the amount he said it would cost me. Before he left, I asked him if he could clean a drain out for me and he did it with no problem.
 I told Victor Lee that this big job that is going to take place in my home that I would need a little time to get new cabinets and countertops before I have him start. I will send out another review after the job is complete. I am confident that I am going to be very satisfied already.

We had several plumbing issues that we needed addressed for our home and Bob of Neighborhood Plumbing did a great job for us! Bob and his crew worked with us and formulated a plan and problem solved so that they took care of the issues and provided solutions for the upgrades and maintenance of our plumbing; They efficiently and effectively installed some toilets, bathroom faucets and sinks, tankless water heater, shut-off valve, and located our water pipes. We did have some initial issues with hot water flowing from the tankless after the first day; Bob immediately responded the next day and problem-solved the issue step-by-step; very impressive indeed! I will be using Neighborhood Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

Reliability, friendliness, responsiveness, and qualified professionals can be hard to come by these days, but Andy's Plumbing checked all the boxes for me.

The work I requested was to replaced the oven/range gas supply valve.  He was very thorough as to ensure proper installation and safety from any type of gas leak.

Blaine was also easy to work with and has fair prices!

Ramon was super helpful. The main inline to our house was cracked and spraying and the water had been turned off by the city. He was quick and helpful and gave me some advice on how to keep things running. Very knowledgeable, quick and hard worker. I'm definitely coming back whenever I need help in the future.
