I discovered yesterday that the hot water in my house wasn't working.  It wasn't a big deal during the day because it was pretty warm outside and the water was still coming out warm enough.  When my husband finally checked on the pilot light later that evening, it wasn't staying lit when he relight it.  Again, no big deal since school is out & the kids weren't in a hurry to take a shower anyway.  He thought he would let water heater dry out overnight & try to do again in the morning.

When he couldn't light it this morning, we knew there was a problem.  He had to go to work and was able to shower there.  So, I took the wheel to find a person to service the water heater.  YELP sent out 4 inquiries.  Jared was the second company to call me.  He was honest and straight forward explaining that my water heater needed to be replace based on the picture I sent to him along with the conversation we had over the phone.  He was able to come today and replace my water heater!  

Now I'm looking forward to working with Jared to upgrade/remodel both my bathrooms!

Called to ask for someone to come help with a clogged drain. Their website says they service East County. Was told they don't usually work in Alpine. Business must be good if they're able to turn down work because 20 miles is too far.

I manage many properties and use Tim Just as my number 1 go to plumber.  He's provided me with friendly service, and reasonable pricing.  He's done tiny jobs all the way up to 20 unit apartment repairs for me at a moment's notice.  I recommend him, and will keep him as my primary source of plumbing contractor.

I had a clogged kitchen sink the Saturday before Christmas. I used my HomeAdvisor app who got me in contact with Diamond House Construction. They sent out a technician to my home. Upon his arrival, he told me it was $200 just for the service charge. I was not told that on the phone and I didn't ask, which was my fault. The technician use a camera and determined the sink was clogged with a lot of grease. The technician never attempted to unclog the sink. He told me he would not be able to unclog the sink by using a snake. My only option was to hydro jet the clogged sink. The cost was going to be $1500, but they would subtract the $200 service charge, so the cost would be $1300. I initially agreed, because I did not know any better. Luckily, he told me he would be back Christmas Eve to fix the problem. Well, I called around and came into contact with Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists. I was told the $1300 price that I was quoted was a ripoff. Even if they needed to hydro jet, it would not be anywhere near $1300. They would send someone out to look at my sink for free. Ryan showed up on Christmas Eve and was able to unclog my sink by snaking it. I believe it took him less than 30 mins. Also, I was only charged $90 for the service. Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists saved me $1200. I normally don't write reviews, but I was so grateful that Ryan was able to come out on Christmas Eve and fix my sink. Also, everyone I spoke to was so nice and professional, I really felt like this company really cared. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the service you provided me. I will never use another plumbing company. I am a customer for life.

Plumber responded quickly to Yelps request.  I responded back for his earliest appt he stated...6am-8am.  Well, 8am rolled around and no show and/or message.  Oh well..

These guys are awesome and very professional. We used them twice and Juan came out right away. They cleared out our drain and also used a camera to take look at what the problem was.
I also called them to have them replace my inlaws 2 toilets and they did an awesome, clean job.
They were so helpful and offer very affordable pricing and very honest.
They are my go to plumbers.

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Had and emergency nightmare happen the other night. Clogged main line with every toilet and shower over flowing. came out in less than 30 mins and had the issue fixed right away.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Called today due to water leak. They came by today found the leak and fixed it in no time! Gave us good advice on what to do with regards to the insurance claims and all that. And they offer military discount too! Would gladly recommend them!

After SDG&E visited our house and determined that the pilot light on our water heater couldn't be restarted without calling someone who could repair our water heater, we felt stuck, not sure who to call. Finding North County Water Heater online turned out to be just right. They were incredibly prompt all the way through --  from answering our first call to scheduling a visit the next morning and then, once Vladimir determined that a new controler had to be ordered, getting the part and fixing the water heater the same day. Given the the job turned out to be complicated, the price charged was probably below going rates and the service top notch all the way. Vladimir was excellent from start to finish and the cost was more than fair.

My 96 year old mother needed a plumber to fix a hose bib in the front of her house.  I quickly checked Yelp and gave here 3 companies to contact.   Her first call was to Cross Plumbing and she certainly made the right choice.   Her problem was resolved and she was very happy both with the work that was done and the person who did the work (Mike I believe).  She says she will recommend Cross to anyone who will listen - I will as well!   Thanks for taking care of Mom.

Mitch at Fallbrook Plumbing is an outstanding plumber. He obviously has extensive experience in his field and is very knowledgeable in what he does. Right away when looking at the problem, his expertise becomes obvious and his solutions are accurate, precise, and cost effective. He is also an honest person with quality character, and an excellent communicator. He is definitely somebody you can trust to do a good job and to always tell the truth about the work and be precise in his description of the problem. STOP searching call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like YELP are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system.

My outdoor spicket started gushing and I couldn't stop it.  I contacted Andy and he was great.  He setup an appointment after hours and came right over.  He's so friendly and knowledgeable.  He fixed the issue promptly and life is back to normal.  He is my plumber for life.  I plan to have him install new toilets next month.

Showing up late all week on the job.... completely unprofessional. Then giving no notice to shutting our water off for over 24 hours on the weekend, just showing up on our doorstep hey we're not going to be able to get you water tonight and don't know when it'll be back on. Sorry

The level of incompetence is astounding! I can't believe my HOA hired this company to do a huge job on our building. All I can say is steer clear and save yourself some misery and disappointment.
