In San Diego. Excellent work. Recommended. 3 visits: first was to assess the problem,, 2nd to remove all plumbing fixtures under the kitchen sink including the disposal, and 3rd to reinstall the plumbing including a new disposal unit after the kitchen sink had been refinished. Plumbing cost was reasonable and was charged for just the 2 visits. Appointments were on time within the window provided.  Tim did an excellent job of plumbing and provided a lot of good information about plumbing and repair work in general.  Also recommended a good sink refinishing company who also did a good job. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Tim and his company to others. I expect  to be in touch with him again if new future problems occur.

We used Pipeline plumbing yesterday and they were awesome!! Came out right away, professional, fair pricing and got the job done quickly! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

George replaced all our toilets the other day and was great! Was very informative and gave us the option of supplying our own equipment for install to help us save some money. He did a fantastic job, very professional and educated us every step of the way. Guardian called us, sent us a picture of him and sent us all the pictures taken during estimate and installation. They were very professional and we will be using them again.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Story:
Water pressure regulator was having issues going from 50 psi to 140 psi. I tried adjusting it myself but it continued to fluctuate.

I called Mike after looking at yelp and he quoted me a fair price to replace the water pressure regulator and made it out within a few hours.

When he got here he diagnosed the potential issues, talk me through the process, and ultimately made the decision to keep the current regulator after confirming there was nothing blocking it when it was removed and inspected.

I appreciate the fact he didn't automatically (up-sell) say to replace it which other plumbers may have done. He said he would apply the service call charge for today to a new water pressure regulator if i needed him to come out a second time.

My daughters hot water heater went out on a Saturday night.  I called one place they gave me a quote and told me the had water heaters on their truck. I arranged for them to come out Sunday morning (at no additional cost). The showed up late started adding material cost to the quote made a call to find out they had no electric water heater in stock and if they found one it would be an additional $100.00. I sent them away. I called NCWH on Sunday and spoke to  Playmen Braykov.  I gave him the details and the materials needed he gave me a price promised to be there at 7:00 Monday morning with the heater and would finish in a few hours He texted me at 6:41 to inform he would be there at 7:00. He was there at 6:55 had the heater on his truck and was in and out in no time and a job well done. Its really hard to beat that and on top of all of that, it he was a nice guy.

Plumbing issues are a nightmare to say the least. Thanks to Cross plumbing Riverside, we're up and running now. After a scare when we couldn't stop the water in the bathtub from running, one quick call to Mike at Cross Plumbing and we were instructed what to do.  Mike and his guys came this morning as promised and fixed our problem.  I highly recommend Cross Plumbing Riverside. Not only are they professional they do great work.

Wow. What a breath of fresh air!  My wife and I started our addition and kitchen remodel earlier this year. We needed an experienced plumber to re-route existing lines, install new gas and water lines, and set up our new sinks, appliances, and fixtures. When Mitch first arrived to give us an estimate, our kitchen was already stripped down to the framing and subfloors so we had to provide him with the plans and specs. Not only was he able to provide an estimate on the spot, his price was very reasonable. During the work, Mitch and his crew were spectacular. The quality of the work was outstanding.  Even when we had last minute changes, he was able to provide us with reasonable change order prices that didn't kill our budget. Now that we are done, looking back I have to say that out of all of the contractors we hired for our project, Fallbrook Plumbing was by far the most professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Fallbrook Plumbing!

STOP searching call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like YELP are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system.

Sunday repair in an hour @ half the price of competitors!!  Husband got half way through laundry room sink repair, then decided he needed help.  After cold calling three plumbers all quoted $350, which seemed like a rip off even for a Sunday, we found Bob(Neighborhood Plumbing) on Yelp.  He understood the repair, quoted $150, and was at our doorstep in 30 minutes. We're back in business and will be calling him back for future work in other areas of our home.  Bob Thank You for being a man of integrity!!! You finished this job quickly and at the quoted price...YOU ROCK!!!!

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name Andy -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

Earlier this year, we started having toilet issues. We had the drain snaked and the toilets replaced. The downstairs toilet backed up again 2 months later. And then again a couple months later. All told, we had 2 different plumbers and 4 different visits---all snaked the toilet drain all the way to the street.

The last plumber mentioned that the drain felt clear, but the snake he used only had one drain clearing head so he couldn't know for sure.

I started having to plunge the most used toilets almost every day and finally yesterday, they weren't draining from being plunged. So, the 1st question I asked when I called ASAP was, What kind of snake do you guys use? After getting a satisfactory, Yes, we can put a camera on and check it out... I scheduled them to come today.

Vince arrived when scheduled. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and found the problem with the camera. We had calcite built up and toilet paper was catching and clogging part of the drain. He recommended the high pressure wash to remove the calcite.

ASAP was less expensive and provided more service than the other 2 plumbing companies.
