Awesome experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a gas leak problem and SDGE turned off our gas due to the leak. He was very quick with completing the project and was a great price compared to others.   Looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

I highly recommend Xtreme Drainworks! I have used them several times for our rental house and our home. They respond very quickly! On the most recent contact with them I called before they opened and Marcos called me right back and said even though were not quite open yet how could he help me. I told him what was going on and he diagnosed it and had me call back to give all the details to the main office. He was out within the hour and had our problem resolved. This is just he most recent. Each time I've called them they have responded in like fashion. He was done with in an hour and all was well. No waiting around for hours!! JUST PLUMBING--Good Plumbing at a Fair Price

I just had the pressure regulator value go out. I called Bill Howe Plumbing because I had used them twice before with excellent service. They gave me an estimate of between $300 and $400, and normally I would have gone with that, but because of some other expenses money is a little tight. So I got on the computer and looked at other plumbers in the area.

Just Plumbing caught my eye because it has a couple favorable recommendations, is local, and is operated by self-employed plumber. So about 2 p.m. I gave them a call. I told the receptionist that I needed to have my pressure regulator value replaced, and she said she would call Ernie, the owner, and he'd get back to me. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from Ernie and explained my problem. He said he could replace the value for $250 and that he could replace it today if I liked. I thought the price was reasonable and said that would be great.

He arrived an hour later, examined the valve and said that if I liked he could probably replace a part in the valve which would cost less. I appreciated that he made that offer but since the valve was old (the part that started leaking had begun to crack from age). I told him I would feel better if a new valve was installed.

He and his assistant then installed the new valve, one that he said had fittings so that if it needed to be replaced in ten years I could do the job myself because no cutting of pipe or soldering would be required. He also installed a new faucet at no extra charge. The work was completed in less than an hour and is guaranteed for a year.

Ernie and his assistant were friendly, the work was completed in an impressive, economical and timely fashion, and no mess was left behind. Good, courteous work at a fair price--I don't know what more you could ask for.

Most home owners can relate to the anxiety of trying to find quotes for when something goes wrong. Research, comparative shopping, assessing trustworthiness, etc. it's all a big hassle.

I was about to start this circus for my water heater and Original Plumbing was the first to come through. Immediate impression was they were very professional, respectful of the home, offered to wear a mask, put on booties b4 entering the home. Solid at every turn.

With respect to the actual service. The final price was in line with the quote, the situation was explained succinctly and plainly. (I knew what was wrong but I don't have the skills to b messing with plumbing). So it was reassuring that they were not trying to take advantage of any possible ignorance I might have had. I had no need to see anyone else and I pretty much found my plumber - hopefully nothing else breaks for a while.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Mike came to my rescue late afternoon when the shower wouldn't shut off and tub wouldn't drain at my rental. He literally arrived within 15 minutes to save the day! He was easy to communicate with, responsive, and efficient. Highly recommend him and Proactive Plumbing. I know he will be my go to for any future needs.

I have use cross plumbing twice. First time to replace the garbage disposal and recently, they repaired a leak from the drain pipes due to a faulty flange tail piece and slip washers. These guys are honest and always afford an affordable price. The best thing is whenever they're very busy and booked they tried their best to squeeze you in their schedule and that happened to me today. Plus, I can't describe my issue but when I showed them the picture of the leak, they were very knowledgeable and know the issue right away. I normally hire them for my plumber needs and they always come and fix in the same day. Thanks again Mike and the whole Cross Plumbing teams. I'm glad to find a local plumber around the woodcrest/orangecrest area.

I called Mitch because of the good reviews here and he agreed to come out same day.  When another job went a little long, Mitch called to say he'd still be by, but a bit later than agreed.  MItch and Kyle showed up with the right equipment to clear my main line sewer clog and had it narrowed down within and fixed within a few minutes.  Because I'd had another clog a year or so earlier due to tree roots that grew through a cracked ceramic pipe they cleared all the way to the street main sewer line to ensure the roots hadn't come back.  All this for a price that was lower than the lowest listing for several other plumbers doing the same job that popped up at HomeAdvisor.com.

Will definitely call again and recommend to others!

Victor was amazing. We had a leak in our bathroom and he was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. His prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. He was realistic about the issue as well and didnt  try to upsell me!

Bob is the absolute best Person & Plumber! He spent so much time on my issue and man was it a doozy! I had SDG&E out three times, ultimately diagnosing everything wrong. Their conclusion was that I needed to repipe the entire house as my pipes were too small for my tiny home even though I have been living here with no problem for 16 years. I had a heating and air guy out as well that could not figure out the problem since my issue was involving my tankless heater, lack of hot water and involved my central heating system.... Bob spent so many hours on the phone, contacting the tankless heater company, contacting all of his friends in the industry, contacting our Hi-Velocity heater company & more. He must have made at least 20 phone calls (spending hours on the phone trouble shooting) on my behalf trying to diagnose our problem. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYONE MY EXPECTATIONS and I am so grateful to him and his son for that. He is the absolute best!!!

I hired Andy to do a pretty big and pretty complex plumbing job in December 2020 and I highly, highly recommend him. He replumbed/retrofitted/repaired the entire plumbing system on a 100 year old house in North Park that I'd just purchased. Over the years, various fixes of dubious quality had been done, and a lot of the plumbing was still original but leaking and at the end of its life. This isn't the kind of job that I think just any plumber could tackle, and I interviewed 4 different plumbing outfits before hiring Andy (and his price was right in the middle of the range). What impressed me about him was his knowledge and practical attitude: he was able to work with the situation at hand, repurpose what didn't need fixing, and didn't break the bank, but brought what needed addressing up to a highly reliable level. He spend a lot of time explaining his assessment and his solutions, and offering the pros and con's of various options (when we had them!). He never at any point tried to upsell me. I can't say enough about how happy I was to have worked him -- I'm confident it was a job well done, and for a fair price. On top of that, he is a very straightforward, courteous and professional tradesperson (he and his crew). If you get him for a small repair, you are lucky, and if you need him for a big job, you'll be in great hands.

(read to the end) I've used ASAP for my rental since 2008. My indoor plumber can only do so much. I used to think they were... hmmm... don't know how to say it... like ambulance chasing attorneys - except with drains, but I had no choice to use them. However, over 7 years I can say that I am really happy and understand now why things aren't always perfect. Technology can only go so far sometimes. Sometimes things appear after work begins. Sometimes solutions aren't always perfect the first time out the gate. But, when I wasn't happy - or when someone had to be called out again, they have always made it right. I am in things for the long haul and want to RELY and TRUST the services I use. We just made a major $2000 under the concrete repair. After calling them out over the years, it was the right thing to do. But it wasn't apparent at the beginning. Sometimes it just takes patience and some money to get to the right answer. Everyone at their office was conscientious and helpful. Things got done when they were scheduled, estimates, billing and payment was clear. The guys were out there even though the weather was inclement. They did beautiful work on filling back the concrete after the repair. Ironically, I had a similar large plumbing job going on at my family home in Los Angeles and had something to compare ASAP's work to.  I definitely saved money, got GREAT service, had intelligent plumbers working on my project and had good office follow through, here in San Diego. I would highly recommend them. Get to know your plumbers and the office people. I got what I wanted a plumbing drain service for lifeI Thanks ASAP!
