I'm a repeat customer, this was the 2nd time within a year I have contacted Jared for a misc plumbing job. Always very professional, on-time, clear communicator, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for all types of work needed!

First of all people should know that not all drains can be hydro jetted and that the camera won't always find the blockage. The guys that came were nice and informed me that the hydro jetting most likely wouldn't be able to unclog my outdoor drains, but they still charged me almost $200 for running the camera through the pipes. They weren't able to find anything and told me I should start digging around the drains to find blockages. Overall, frustrating and a waste of $200.

Tim is my plumber.  No questions asked.  I had a renovation done on my bathroom.  Tim came to the rescue and lead my contractors to the right part so that I could have hot water while the construction was going on.  He also installed a hot water regulator (I think that's what it is called) so that I can have instant hot water instead of waiting for the water to get through the pipes in my upstairs shower.  He is always on time - he texts me if he is going to be late and he's an all around great person.  He does the job and his prices are totally fair.  His son traveled with him one summer and he told me...my dad can fix anything!   It's true!  He's just a good plumber who comes in, fixes what needs to be done, and charges you a fair price.

Had a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning and was afraid it would get worse and spill over. Fernando to the rescue! He came out with minimal notice did A quick inspection and tested a few things. Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Ricky comfirmed there was a water slab leak in the kitchen area.  Ricky was courteous and clearly explained options to remedy the leak problem.  I, the customer, chose the option to fix the leak under the slab.  Ricky was able to pinpoint the slab leak within 2 twelve inch tiles. Ricky repaired the broken copper pipe, covered the exposed area with sand and then finishing it with concrete.  The work was completed  in a very timely manner.  Ricky ensured that work area was cleaned prior to leaving the job site.  I will definitely do business with Ricky from Guardian Plumbers (951-678-3275), guardianplumbers.com

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

This review is loooong over due. I came home to a serious leak between floors. I called a couple groups, but the Proactive guys (Mark, David & Steve) were on it. Mark & David handled the leak that night. Unfortunately our house was originally plumbed with plastic polybutylene (Terrible). I made the decision to have the entire house re-piped with copper. I also had them install a new water heater as well as a water circulation system. I highly recommend the circulation system if you have a home that takes several minutes to get hot water to an upstairs shower or bath, etc. I had Proactive quote the job as well as a couple of other companies. Once again I chose Proactive because their quote was competitive, detailed and quite frankly they earned the business. Mark and David spent a week re-plumbing our home with the entire team coming in to help finish it off (larger home). They did an awesome job.

When you need a group that will come in and do what you need fast, professionally and on budget I highly recommend you consider Proactive Plumbing.

If you need to replace your water heater, Plamen is your man.  Professional, reliable, easy to communicate with.  Came at 9AM next morning, left at 10AM with brand new water heater installed.  Don't go elsewhere, can't do better than Plamen and his company.

Called them for leak seeping up in front yard in late afternoon. They showed up 8:00am next morning which was perfect. They dug in and showed me the leak which was several leaks on the main water pipe to the house. They offered several options and quotes. I chose to replace entire pipe. They called additional guys to help and was able to replace the entire pipe line that day and did not change quote as well as add a few things to bring us to code and did not charge additional. The pricing was comparable to other companies, but they did the job in 1 day and was careful to replace the soil with turf on top so the lawn still looked green. I was super impressed with friendliness and professionalism of all the guys. I really appreciated that they showed me the leaks instead of just telling me. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs and I will keep them as my plumbing service in the future.

Kyle from Fallbrook Plumbing came today, on time, and fixed my broke shower handle quick and efficiently. He also stayed extra time and replaced my broken garbage disposal.

My regular plumber was not available, and I had a semi-emergency, fearing a slab leak. A good friend recommended Victor Lee, as he had been her plumber for her residence, and her rental properties for years. He came as soon as he could, did a walk through, got a leak detector involved, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my mess in a very timely manner and for a good price. Victor has a great, friendly attitude, is professional, and more than capable. He respects your home, and what is in it, is tidy and cleans up, and when his job is done, he goes to every source of water in the house and makes sure every thing is back in running order, after the water has been turned off. I recommend Victor, and his work, with no reservation whatsoever. Thanks, Victor!

Needed to replace a tricky kitchen faucet and based on the good reviews I decided to give Neighborhood Plumbing (Bob) a try.  Right from the first call I knew I had made the right decision.  Bob was very helpful over the phone and he was able to come out right away.  During the installation Bob explained exactly what he was doing and before I knew it he was finished.  He even took a few minutes to look at a running toilet and fixed that as well.  Service was great and the price was very reasonable.  I would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

I contacted Andy's Plumbing to clean out storm drains and sewer lines at a rental house I'd just moved back into.  Andy is a consummate professional in that he confirmed the appointment and showed up when he said he would.  He completed the job efficiently and charged a reasonable amount for his work.  If you want a great job done by a great honest guy, I would highly recommend Andy and would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing issue.

Christopher came out to fix our sink and he was beyond helpful.  Professional.   Clean.  Honest.  Thorough.   We were worried after previous bad experiences with other plumbing companies.  We would call this company out again.  And would be happy to see Christopher too!
