After purchasing a Rinnai tankless system from Lowe's, I researched plumbers in our region who were expertly trained in Rinnai products. Through the corporate website, I found Jared.

JUST PLUMBING--Good Plumbing at a Fair Price

I just had the pressure regulator value go out. I called Bill Howe Plumbing because I had used them twice before with excellent service. They gave me an estimate of between $300 and $400, and normally I would have gone with that, but because of some other expenses money is a little tight. So I got on the computer and looked at other plumbers in the area.

Just Plumbing caught my eye because it has a couple favorable recommendations, is local, and is operated by self-employed plumber. So about 2 p.m. I gave them a call. I told the receptionist that I needed to have my pressure regulator value replaced, and she said she would call Ernie, the owner, and he'd get back to me. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from Ernie and explained my problem. He said he could replace the value for $250 and that he could replace it today if I liked. I thought the price was reasonable and said that would be great.

He arrived an hour later, examined the valve and said that if I liked he could probably replace a part in the valve which would cost less. I appreciated that he made that offer but since the valve was old (the part that started leaking had begun to crack from age). I told him I would feel better if a new valve was installed.

He and his assistant then installed the new valve, one that he said had fittings so that if it needed to be replaced in ten years I could do the job myself because no cutting of pipe or soldering would be required. He also installed a new faucet at no extra charge. The work was completed in less than an hour and is guaranteed for a year.

Ernie and his assistant were friendly, the work was completed in an impressive, economical and timely fashion, and no mess was left behind. Good, courteous work at a fair price--I don't know what more you could ask for.

Had an issue with a badly leaking tub that I had previously fixed. Another plumber quoted me $900 to replace the valve. After I discussed the issue with John he suggested replacing the cartridges I had previously replaced with knock offs with oem Delta parts and provided a reputable supply house (Winnelson) who stocks them. Installed them and lo and behold, no more leak and a savings of $850! These guys will get all of my business going forward and it's really a great (and sadly rare these days) feeling when you know some companies really want to provide excellent and honest service, not just make a quick buck. Highly Recommended!

I had a disastrous event when my water heater blew up. Luckily Acacia's staff came and provided with a timely repair and I was able to take hot showers again!

Without these professionals at their craft, I would still be freezing in the tub.

I requested a quote to get my slower draining shower looked at and was given a $40 special. This was a very affordable price compared to all other quotes I got. Juan and his team responded very quickly and came to my house the same day and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and used shoe booties entering my house. I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Very happy with the service that Proactive provided me today.
My wife dropped a fairly large cap in the toilet which got stuck.
They came out and Removed the clog at a price I expected. I googled the average cost to unclog a toilet and they came in at that price! If we have any further issues we will be using them again!

I was referred to Plamen by my neighbor.  He was very quick to respond with a quote, arrived on time, left everything as he found it...and pricing was better than we got elsewhere.  He added a drip pan under the heater, which hopefully will not be needed again, but comforting to know it's there.  We could not be happier and so glad to have hot water again.  I would recommend him to anyone for an install!!

Our main drain line started backing up around 8pm last night.  I called Mike at Cross Plumbing to see if they were available to stop by that night to diagnose and remedy the issue.  Mike apologized that he was currently fielding 7 other emergency calls, but promised to stop by in the morning.  Mike came on time in the window of time provided and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue down to a failed backwater flapper valve.  Mike is responsive, professional, courteous and spent the time to explain what failed and options to resolve the issue.  We will be using Mike and his team for any future plumbing needs.  Thank you Cross Plumbing!

Fallbrook Plumbing came highly recommended by several people. We had a pressure regulator blow late on a Saturday night. I spoke to Mitch on Sunday morning and he came to give me an estimate within an hour. Spent about an hour and installed new regulator and ball valve. He checked and verified water pressure boTh inside and out. Did good work for a fair price, considering it was a Sunday morning.

The BEST plumber in San Diego!! I've had Victor do projects for me for over 20 years.....expert quality craftsmanship! Give him an idea for a project and he always comes up with a way to make it work! .....great analytical skills. You will NOT be dissatisfied with VLP!!....and that's if you want the BEST!

We hired Andy to remove our old, outdated tub and showers from our condo and had him install a new tub and shower pan. Andy was beyond professional and didn't hide anything from us.  His quote for the work was very reasonable. He not only brought the plumbing up to code, he also explained to what was going on and if any adjustments had to be made.   Just a really honest, professional job all around and  someone I am happy to refer to others with plumbing needs.

Adding these guys to my list of 'people to call for house issues'. The whole operation is a finely oiled machine.

Won't go into too much detail as many others have mentioned it:
1.) get an email of who will be coming out to service. Same day service on the weekend, perfect! (Do note it will be more expensive on the weekends)
2.) Shoutout to Eddie, lets me know 20 minutes in advance he will be arriving.
3.) Snakes my kitchen sink drain, clears up the clog, everything drains flawlessly now. Even gave me a free brand new garbage disposal stopper. Thanks, man!!
4.) Whole thing is finished by an hour I'm content with how fast the water drains now. That velocity!!

No complaints.
