Jared is a cut above the rest. I needed a quote for a new water heater and other places just wanted to do rough quotes over the phone. Jared took the time to come out and inspect our old equipment and provide an actual written quote. Not only that, but he came in the lowest. His work was excellent! He is professional and courteous and got the job done right. Highly recommend Pipe & Plumb!

I highly recommend Xtreme Drainworks. I just moved into a new house, and after a big rain found out my area drains were clogged. Brian is a great guy & pleasure to chat with. He found the out fall pipe in my canyon, and cleared all drains.

I called Just Plumbing last Tuesday and asked if they could come to my condo to provide an estimate to fix my leaking shower. The receptionist was nice and said that Tim (I think that was the name) could come out and provide an estimate and scheduled a window of 9am-11am last Thursday. I stayed home from work that morning to meet with the plumber and discuss the issue and estimate.

At 10:30 I had not heard from them, so I called and left a message because I wanted to make sure the plumber was not having any issues getting into my building. I received a call back immediately. The gentleman sounded confused and said he was just returning my call. I told him I called because I wanted to make sure that he knew how to get into my building for my appt this morning. He asked (again sounding very confused) what the issue I was having entailed. I told him my shower is leaking and I need an estimate to fix it. He tells me he cannot come out to my condo just to provide an estimate - that is a waste of his time. I tell him that's very interesting because I called and made this appointment window, which has now lapsed, for that very reason and have now been home from work for 2 hours awaiting his arrival. Apparently it's okay to waste my time? I told him I specifically asked the receptionist for an estimate appointment. He told me she's not a plumber and can't really give me that info. Your receptionist can't schedule appointments? Then why did she? She surely didn't give me any other info outside of a time slot which apparently vanished into thin air after we got off of the phone.

Anyways, I understand miscommunications happen, but any point during this call some sort of apology for the confusion would have been nice.

So, we chat on and he says that he charges $85 an hour and it will probably only take an hour to fix it so he can just come and fix it. I tell him that's fine, but I still need to identify what parts are needed so that we can estimate those for my landlord and that we may be able to order them under the manufacturer's warranty. He says I probably just need a new shower valve so if I send me photos of the shower he can try to see what parts I need and how much they will cost. I immediately text him images, per his request, but do not get any confirmation back that he's received. I follow up with another text to confirm receipt and he says that he is trying to get a price on parts right now. I tell him I have some additional bath specs from my building manager that might be helpful and that I can email those to him. He sends me his email address and asks is it kohler. I tell him, no, but that I have emailed him the specs, including the manufacturer.  

I have not heard anything back since. So, thanks Just Plumbing, for wasting my time and scarring my faith in customer service.

This is my second time having Pipeline come to my house. Jay was our technician. We've had a leaking spigot in our backyard for the longest and finally decided to get it fixed. Jay called and asked if I was available for an earlier appointment time, which I was. He was in and out in less than an hour. It was such an easy fix for him. You can't beat Pipeline's prices. Everyone you speak to and encounter is very polite and professional. As I said in my other review, they're my go to company. Thanks Jay!

Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

ARS is a scam and takes advantage!

Done right was absolutely incredible!! Juan was extremely friendly and very helpful! If you want someone to truly take care of you please use this plumbing company! They were on time, fair pricing and got the job done quicker than we could of imagined. It is also really great to support a small business. Juan also will always be honest with you and not push you do anything you don't want to. So again I give this company a 5 out of 5 and I wish I could post pictures but my bathrooms are currently being remodeled

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

My house received a number of problems one after the other. I was beyond stressed but this company took care of it quickly and answered all my questions. There wasn't a day that went by and I didn't know what was going on. Very nice people too. I would use them many times over and recommend them to anyone.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Could not be more impressed with Mike Baker and his team. Customer service, effort and seeing the job through are as on point as their skills set and abilities.

Realized we had a gas leak a week ago, called SDG&E first and they shut us down. A friend referred us to Proactive and they saved the day. Carl capped everything off and Mike (the owner) was out the next day--after hours on a Friday, no less--to begin the process of cutting into our ceiling and replacing the leaking pipe, only to find out there was another leak.

The situation was explained thoroughly, their team was in touch over the weekend and first thing Monday morning, were back on the job to help us get to the bottom of things--fixing the second leak. Carl was back Tuesday to reconnect everything he'd capped off, SDG&E returned to turn the gas back on and all seemed to be back in business ... until it wasn't.

Range top wouldn't light and I sent Mike a text to ask if he had any pro tips. Called me immediately and walked me through the process--realizing there was air in the line, which pushed through after running the outside firepit for 15 minutes (re: Mike's suggestion). From there, both the range and indoor fireplace were back up and running within minutes. (Defeated, I was ready to call SDG&E in the morning and get them back out here. Instead, problem solved and ready to take the first hot shower in my home in a week.)

The expertise and skills set is five stars, all day, every day--but the human element, the bedside manner and helping us through a very frustrated, foreign process--a game changer. Proactive has earned our business moving forward and will tell anyone and everyone about how great these guys are. Thank you again, boys. Lifesavers.

Plamen is great!  He is on time, he listens to your problem, then let's you know what he will be doing, and does excellent work.   We trust him to give us honest and professional advice.  We have used him several times over the years and would call no other plumber when we need one.  He is the best!

Jerry was a great help.  I was very stressed that the gas leak I had would have require me to tear up flat work in order to fix.   He provided a strategy to locate where the leak was coming from. We talked it through and he explained clearly how best to test.  He has quick, left no mess, provided detailed information.  He was able to fix my gas leak and we did not have to tear up concrete!  It was a huge relief.  He also sent me videos of his testing and results for my files.  He was very professional and I highly recommend using them to all my friends and family.  Superior Service.

I ran into Victor Lee when he was doing work on my neighbors home. As he finished their work, he took time enough to talk to me out front about things that I needed done to my home. I asked for his business card and told him that I would call for an appointment to get estimates on replacing water supply lines under the house by way of a crawl space. Also behind kitchen and bathroom walls. He showed up in a timely manner and was very professional the whole time. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable in his 30 years plus trade. I have a little experience in my many years of being a home owner on whether or not someone is trying to take me for a ride. He is a stand up guy! After he gave me my estimate I was very pleased on the amount he said it would cost me. Before he left, I asked him if he could clean a drain out for me and he did it with no problem.
 I told Victor Lee that this big job that is going to take place in my home that I would need a little time to get new cabinets and countertops before I have him start. I will send out another review after the job is complete. I am confident that I am going to be very satisfied already.

Bob from Neighborhood Plumbing just left my house.  I had a washer that was overflowing water with every use.  Bob is friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, quick, and has reasonable rates. This is the second time I have called him and I highly recommend him!

You can tell a good contractor by how they respond when you need to have them come back and fix something.  We called Andy and he was very diligent to respond to our request.   He was conscientious to test every possibility and find the actual source of our problem.  As it turned out it wasn't anything that he had done but completely another issue that was causing the problem. Not only is Andy a good contractor, clean , respectful but he is a admirable and kind person.

ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing were referred to us by a master plumber and I'm glad he did.  They called before they showed up, and Tanner was really professional, courteous, very personable, and got the job done very quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable and they used the 10% off coupon that was on their website, making it an even better deal. I would totally call them again.  Thanx ASAP!
