After purchasing a Rinnai tankless system from Lowe's, I researched plumbers in our region who were expertly trained in Rinnai products. Through the corporate website, I found Jared.

Took me a bit to get around to writing this.  
This company is awesome.  Came out exactly when requested, did the job needed.  Professional clean service provided to me.
I will definitely use this company again.

I used Just Plumbing when I had my bathroom remodel done. Tim did excellent work  and explained the process to me. I have recommended him to several friends who also were very happy with his service.

I had Pipeline do a warranty service on an A O Smith (Lowes) water heater. They ordered the part and quickly set up a service call even tho

You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service!  Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle.  The faucet had been leaking.  They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he  called his boss to find out the price.  I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you.  But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done.  I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! They know their stuff and it shows in their work, TRUST ME you will not be disappointed that you went with them. Thanks Juan and James for the awesome experience!

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!! This is our third time using Guardian and I can honestly say they have never disappointed us!  I called at 630 am yesterday to see about someone coming out to look at a growing puddle of water next to our main line that bumped up against the house. SheEr terror as to what it could be!  The dispatcher was so pleasant and asked immediately if it was an emergency. I said not right now but I needed someone today. She was so professional, kind and helpful. Scheduled me for 1-3 pm that day. They texted me a confirmation and even let me know when they were about 20 minutes out. Joshua Clarke came and started digging. I started praying!!!!!  After he got about a foot deep he informed me that they need to let me know that now was the time that I would start getting charged (they give you a free quote each time before service is started) due to the complex nature and additional digging involved to diagnose the problem. I said go ahead. Well let me tell you, it was 3 pm in blazing heat but he didn't stop. After digging OVER 3 ft deep he found it. I was never so happy to hear the words it's not a slab leak!  Our main line had cracked and a slow leak had built up over time.  Joshua was diligent, thorough and even mindful of my plants that were in the planter area where he was working!  After fixing it he filled everything back up and even hosed my wall and sidewalk off. BETTER THAN NEW!  The price was so reasonable I almost cried. He left hot, exhausted and covered in mud from head to toe but  so glad he could help us!  I truly mean that. HE was glad he could help US. Thank you Guardian Plumbers and Joshua. When other people dread calling a Plumber like calling a dentist; I can honestly say it's nice to know we have an honest, reputable and professional service to rely on!

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Our home inspector said that our water heater wasn't to code. It needed an expansion tank installed and a drip tray. Kris and his son from North County Water Heater came out the day after I texted, repaired it to code in about an hour, the price was fair and they even showed me some things about how to get the most out of my water heater in the future. Appreciated their work.

Came home to a leak in our ceiling coming from the bathroom upstairs. Called Cross Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Diagnosed and solved our problem quickly and professionally. Thank you Cross Plumbing!

Mitch is awesome!! He was booked out for over a week but called me a couple days later and came by on his dime and helped me identify the problem. It wasn't even work he typically performs but he gave me solid advice and directed me to another company to complete the repairs.

I don't look forward to needing a plumber in the future, but these guys will get my business and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

Victor was amazing. We had a leak in our bathroom and he was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. His prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. He was realistic about the issue as well and didnt  try to upsell me!

I have use Bob w/ Neighborhood Plumbing for about 25 yrs now.  He has done everything from cleaned drains to install a tankless water heater.  He normally can come over same day.  He's very reliable, and extremely honest.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I had really high water bill. My water bill is always around $75.00 and this month was about $289.00 . So I knew I had a leak someplace and I needed to find it.

Andy came out and found the problem in about 20 minutes. My toilet was running water . After that he made sure that was the problem by checking all other possible problems in the house. We wacht the water meter to make sure that was the problem . He even called the santee water district to make sure the meter was reading correctly.

Andy is very honest, trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who us looking for a plumber.

I called and scheduled an appointment just before noon, and by 130, Josh came and took care of my kitchen back up. He was very friendly, personable, thorough, and efficient. Talked me through his process, findings, and possible causes to help prevent future issues. No hidden charges. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family.
