I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. His quote for the work also came in quite a bit lower than some of the other companies I looked into. Thanks Jared!!!

We had all of our lines backed up. Plus an event the next day in our home so the stress was through the roof. In comes Xtreme Drainworks to save the day. They showed up in less than 2 hours. Then had the whole problem fixed in less than 2 hours with a very reasonable bill. I will use them every time.

I called Just Plumbing last Tuesday and asked if they could come to my condo to provide an estimate to fix my leaking shower. The receptionist was nice and said that Tim (I think that was the name) could come out and provide an estimate and scheduled a window of 9am-11am last Thursday. I stayed home from work that morning to meet with the plumber and discuss the issue and estimate.

At 10:30 I had not heard from them, so I called and left a message because I wanted to make sure the plumber was not having any issues getting into my building. I received a call back immediately. The gentleman sounded confused and said he was just returning my call. I told him I called because I wanted to make sure that he knew how to get into my building for my appt this morning. He asked (again sounding very confused) what the issue I was having entailed. I told him my shower is leaking and I need an estimate to fix it. He tells me he cannot come out to my condo just to provide an estimate - that is a waste of his time. I tell him that's very interesting because I called and made this appointment window, which has now lapsed, for that very reason and have now been home from work for 2 hours awaiting his arrival. Apparently it's okay to waste my time? I told him I specifically asked the receptionist for an estimate appointment. He told me she's not a plumber and can't really give me that info. Your receptionist can't schedule appointments? Then why did she? She surely didn't give me any other info outside of a time slot which apparently vanished into thin air after we got off of the phone.

Anyways, I understand miscommunications happen, but any point during this call some sort of apology for the confusion would have been nice.

So, we chat on and he says that he charges $85 an hour and it will probably only take an hour to fix it so he can just come and fix it. I tell him that's fine, but I still need to identify what parts are needed so that we can estimate those for my landlord and that we may be able to order them under the manufacturer's warranty. He says I probably just need a new shower valve so if I send me photos of the shower he can try to see what parts I need and how much they will cost. I immediately text him images, per his request, but do not get any confirmation back that he's received. I follow up with another text to confirm receipt and he says that he is trying to get a price on parts right now. I tell him I have some additional bath specs from my building manager that might be helpful and that I can email those to him. He sends me his email address and asks is it kohler. I tell him, no, but that I have emailed him the specs, including the manufacturer.  

I have not heard anything back since. So, thanks Just Plumbing, for wasting my time and scarring my faith in customer service.

Sadly we have had multiple plumbing emergencies in two different homes in the last 8 weeks. We had two toilets that needed the insides replaced, a sink valve thingy that was rusted shut, and two separate shower cartridges that burst (weeks apart) and caused thousands dollars of damage to our home. My parents had a sewer clog today that caused a back-up into all their bathtubs. Pipeline responded quickly each time and got the problem fixed immediately. I will definitely use them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Fernando was awesome! Came out immediately and took the time to find all possible issues and then corrected them - no up charges, just great service.

Prior to choosing which plumbing company I pick to do the job, I thoroughly read the reviews of 3 plumbing companies  on yelp & Google and compare them with each other. I decided to call DONE RIGHT due to excellent customers reviews. But they were fully booked until next week, Tuesday. A friend referred his plumber to me but did not showed up. Luckily. JUAN from DONE RIGHT called and that he will do the job, sink clogged up. He arrived on time & immediately work on the issue. The sink clogged up was done, but advised him that I need to replaced the broken garbage disposal with the new one I  bought. He accommodated me by installing my new garbage disposal. I was fortunate that I have Juan working on the plumbing issues. I really appreciated his courtesy & professionalism. The price is pretty affordable. I will be contacting Juan for future plumbing job. Additionally, I will refer DONE RIGHT to friends & family.. There is a trustworthiness in Juan's character.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

The business is handled professionally. And Id recommend the company in general. But my experience and review is based mainly on the service Derek P. provided. ** The job: breaking up a post tension slab (~ 8 thick), in order to move the drains and rough in 2 sinks and two showers as well as rerouting the vents **

- scheduled within the same week as quotation
- a few personell issues left him alone for ~ %50 of the work
- stayed late, showed up early
- gave helpful insight and communicated well (off the cuff request for recirculating pump, was quoted without hesitation and he completed install the next day).
- worked all day Saturday to finish up
- the copper and pvc looks really good. He clearly takes pride in his work. I don't know that I could pay anyone a better compliment than that.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

We've been using Proactive Plumbing for about a decade!  We recommend them to everyone we know who is looking for a plumber!  They are kind, competent, respectful, clean, thorough, and orderly, oh, and they are ALWAYS on time and explain everything to us that they are doing.

Showed up quickly and completed work in a timely manner.
Added a new pipe & overflow reservoir which I was not expecting.
Also added a on/off water valve to turn off water so I do not
have to turn off the water from the main water valve.
Added an alarm to detect any water leakage and added a water
tray so water will not leak all over the floor.
Excellent work and completed in less than the 2 hour frame I
was expecting. I have already recommended them to 2 other
friends due to the excellent work they do.

Mike Cross and his crew are on it and amazing!!  He has done many things for me over the years.   I am the owner of Sparks Property Management and had an emergency in one of my rentals where water was raining from the garage ceiling from a leak and was being told by the Insurance plumber that they would not be out there for a couple of days.  Meanwhile the whole house water was turned off and my tenants and children could not use water.  Mike had someone out there within the hour and got the leak repaired and water turned back on to the house.  He also submitted everything needed so we could work with the insurance company and get it covered.  Thank  you Mike and Cross Plumbing.

Fallbrook Plumbing is the best!  Mitch, the owner is always pleasant and informative.  Kyle and Hector are super committed to solving problems!!!  They are both professional and amicable!  Hats off to Mitch and his team!

Amazing service for a reasonable price!!!! Called mid-day and Victor was able to come out within an hour. Not only did he repair the shower handle/leaking faucet outside but I got a great lesson in plumbing and repair. Great conversation, professional, and very quick. I'd highly recommend if your in need of plumber.

Bob removed & installed 2 new toilets & 4 new hose bibbs at a respectable price.
Very hard to find someone that does good work & also trustworthy.

I contacted Andy's Plumbing to clean out storm drains and sewer lines at a rental house I'd just moved back into.  Andy is a consummate professional in that he confirmed the appointment and showed up when he said he would.  He completed the job efficiently and charged a reasonable amount for his work.  If you want a great job done by a great honest guy, I would highly recommend Andy and would definitely call him again to fix any plumbing issue.

Used to be a good company.now they are all about the money.hat to pay for a service twice and the work never got done.the installer charged for extra parts that he didnt use.I would not recomend them.
