We were so grateful to Jared at Pipe and Plumb for replacing our water heater.  They came immediately and assessed the water heater situation and offered us the absolute BEST price and installation for our new water heater. It was a little complicated because we live in a condo and required a double power vent water heater. We compared the cost to 4 other companies, and they beat the price by hundreds of dollars.

Jared was prompt and responded immediately.  He showed up exactly on time, and completed the service in the time he said he would.

The staff at Xtreme Drainworks were very responsive and helpful.  They were able to come out in a few hours and fix our problem.  Their prices are  reasonable and I would definitely call them again.

Bottom line, Tim and Oscar are great, and they will be our go to service whenever problems come up. They are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.

We had problems with our 1956 shower faucets where the seats were stuck and we had to cap off our shower head as water was just pouring out. They were able to come by the same day I called. Tim told me over the phone that he knew exactly what the problem was and explained the options. He told me exactly how much it would cost. The other places I called quoted me over the phone as well but were $300+ higher (2 other plumbing services)
Tim & Oscar came out (on time) drilled through the front of the shower installed new faucet hardware (from double to single), put in the new shower arm/head and were done with the whole project in under an hour. No mess, they cleaned everything up and it was good as new and after almost 3 weeks everything is still working great. They were so fast, we asked them to fix our pipes under our kitchen sink too. They fixed it in less than a half hour and for a very reasonable price.
Then, we had to call them again last week as the pressure in our kitchen sink was very low. It had nothing to do with what they did last time they were here. It turned out to be some broken pieces of plastic from when my husband installed the new sink. They were able to come out within an hour of us calling and they fixed it in less than a half hour and didn't charge us anything!!

When we had a plumbing nightmare last week I called these guys and they were out in 20 minutes. Gave me a complete estimate on fixing the problems and several options to meet my budget. They were responsible, knowledgeable and completely dependable. The problem was fixed quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again and will call them the next time I have a plumbing problem! I contacted the business for a quote.  I was informed that it was free for the tech to come out assess the situation (leaking toilet) and turn off the water valve (it seemed to not fully turn off) then a quote would be provided for what needed to be fixed. The tech came out turned the valve off then provided a quote on what was needed to fix a leaking toilet. He went on to try and charge $100 for turning off the valve. I informed him of what I was told before he came out. He called back to the main office to confirm and ended up saying we didn't need to pay anything. I did end up still tipping him $50 for his services. Later that day I received a text message asking for a review.  Then another that I am sure was sent to me on accident saying I was a bad customer with bad habits. That was completely untrue.  We were more than friendly and accommodating. He also was servicing a guest bathroom that is never really used and cleaned frequently.

Our water valve broke and we needed someone out asap. I reached to done right and they made it happen quick! Not like other places that take weeks. The work was done correctly, neatly and fast! They explained the problem and also told me how they would fix it. Best service ever! I will continue to use them and you cannot beat the prices! Thanks soo much for getting the job done!

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Late afternoon, last Sunday, an outside pipe broke, and water started leaking.  Of all times for this to happen, especially on a weekend!  We had to turn off the water to our house.  Immediately, we looked on-line to find someone to help us with this problem.  We were very, very lucky, and found Guardian Plumbers!  After calling them, the dispatcher contacted their plumber, George Rios, who called us immediately!  George arrived at our house within an hour, and took care of our problem!  He was very careful, professional, and took pride in his work.  He fixed our pipe, and we were able to turn on the water to our house again.  We really appreciate George Rios!!!

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

We had a leaky water heater so I contacted Mark yesterday to get it replaced. He was able to source the water heater that we wanted at a reasonable price! He came out today and did a clean install using high quality parts. He was prompt and very professional and happily answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with Mark, we'll definitely contact this company for all our future plumbing needs.

We had singing pipes and pressure regulator needed to be replaced. We contacted a couple of places that have good reviews. We wanted to get it done ASAP and this company was the one available the next day between 9 and 11am so we went with them. At around 8:30 the next day, I received a text from Plamen letting me know that the he is on his way so he'll be arriving at around 9am. He did a fantastic job! And the price is very reasonable. No more singing pipes! Thank you Plamen! We will surely use you guys again if we ever need plumbing help in the future.

Nice people but way, way way over charged. To convert a stove to propane ( something the propane companies use to do for free) I was charged $260. What was normally a 30 to 45 minute job ended up to be a 2+ hour job. Part of the charge was while Kyle was reading the instructions as to how to do it. So I paid for professional service and the training time for him to learn the job yet the Hourly is for an expert. Save your money, hire a handyman. After reading other yelps it appears that tactic is not usual for them.

5 stars are not enough for Victor Lee and I gladly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.  I called him for a plumbing job at my rental house just based on his good Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed.  He responded quickly, showed up on time for the work, and did it right the first time - best of all he is reasonably priced.  It was clear to me that Victor knows plumbing; also he is easy to work with and a consummate professional.  So a couple of weeks later when my hot water heater broke, I called Victor and again he did an awesome job.  I have found my go to guy.

Our tub started backing up and water started leaking like crazy out of the toilet last night. My husband called around last night to find a plumber and the only person to answer their phone was Bob Beyerle.  He said he could be here this AM.  He called me this AM to make sure he was still needed and then headed over when I said yes.

Our house is old, 1950's, and no clean out was put in our yard.  He had to climb up on our hot roof to clean out the clogged pipe.  He did mention that we may want to put a clean out in our yard at some point and explained why.  He never pushed the issue, just mentioned it. I think we will end up doing that soon and Bob will be the guy we call!

Very nice guy, very reasonable rates, and got the job done quickly.  We will definitely be using him again when needed.  Just an FYI, he doesn't accept credit cards at this time.  Cash, checks, money order (?), and Pay Pay (with a $3 additional charge), are accepted.  Luckily my daughter had enough cash for me to borrow since I don't have checks from my new account yet and I never carry cash.  It was no big deal at all.  He was willing to work with me.

I asked him before he left if he knew any electricians, and he said he did.  He called his electrician friend to make sure it was okay to give me his number, and now I have an electrician to call with some electrical needs that I have.

Wow. I found Andy at Lowes; his vehicle was parked outside with the business name on it and something just clicked. Maybe it was the name Andy -- have you ever met an Andy you didn't like? But mostly I have been worked over by some plumbing contractors (you know who you are!) with recommendations for things I don't need, and with high prices for basic installs like a bath faucet. So now that I have had Andy do work for me twice, I can safely say he is extremely cost effective and he is now my plumber of choice. I have a 1929 house so I'm going to need him a bit, that's part of life in an old house. Some things beyond the excellent price are his service -- he takes the time to explain what he is doing (or not doing because it's beyond his scope). Finally, the neatness of this guy is incredible. He rolls out thick painters cloth from the doorway to where he is working (for me it's been the kitchen) That way he doesn't scuff my hardwood floors or get dirt in the house. Need I say more?

I had some slow draining sinks and a sink with a stuck/broken stopper that I could not fix on my own.

Called ASAP Drain Guys and Plumbing as a friend had recommended them to me.

Called on a Thursday to request a Saturday appointment.  Was given the window of 10-12 for them to get here and they stayed true to that estimate and got here before 11.

Joshua was the plumber that came to do the repairs.  He identified the problems quickly. He was fast, polite, and professional.  Also he was good about cleaning up after the work was done.  

Everything is working great after the work he did.  Very pleased with the service and I intend to use them for any plumbing problems in the future.  I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work.
