We were so grateful to Jared at Pipe and Plumb for replacing our water heater.  They came immediately and assessed the water heater situation and offered us the absolute BEST price and installation for our new water heater. It was a little complicated because we live in a condo and required a double power vent water heater. We compared the cost to 4 other companies, and they beat the price by hundreds of dollars.

Jared was prompt and responded immediately.  He showed up exactly on time, and completed the service in the time he said he would.

We had a backup and overflow in our outside overflow sewer pipe and I called Xtreme Drainworks late on a Sunday afternoon. My phone call was answered quickly by Marco, and I asked if someone could come out the next morning (because I knew this would NOT backup in the house, so I could wait a bit), and so it was scheduled!

Marco came out and snaked the pipe and restored the flow of water to the main sewer in the street.  He also cleaned up after himself, cleaned the detritus around the overflow opening and bagged it and took it way so we wouldn't have to deal with it! Wow! That was awesome service, but I get the idea this company does things right and they do go the extra mile!  Marco was polite and businesslike, knew his stuff, and got to solving the problem quickly. The price for cleaning the drain was lower than I expected (that was good news to me because this was 4 days before Christmas!!!).  I'm a very happy customer.  Thank you Marco and Xtreme Drainworks!

Once you use Just Plumbing you will never worry about plumbing problems again. They do great work at a reasonable price and are very responsive to emergencies. Over the years they have fixed or replaced my toilets, garbage disposal, water regulator, leaky faucet and pipes, water heater, clogged drains, etc. They get the job done fast and right the first time. Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Guardian Plumbers was quick to answer the phone. They scheduled me in quickly for no extra charge! Haylee was informative and communicative about the service and which technician would be coming to my house. Jose, the tech, was on time, respectful, and descriptive about the work he was doing on my kitchen drain. He triple checked his work to make sure I wouldn't have issues in the future. I will definitely use Guardian Plumbers in the future!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday night. Carl was there Sunday first thing to remove it. After some minor drywall work, he returned and installed a new one. Outstanding service and excellent work. Am a repeat customer. Mike and Carl are the best.

I have called around to get the quotes to replace my 11 years old water heater. I called the NC Water Heater Services as a friend recommend.

I talked to Plamen and he is very professional and delight to talk to. And his price is very decent compared to the others. We arranged the date/time for him to pick up the water heater at Home Depot (HD) - free of charge. Others want to charge me $50.
He arrives on time (actually a bit early) to meet me at HD and we on our way to my property.
Plamen really knows what he doing, seriously! He replaces all of the old traps, pipe, etc. new water tray/pan. Since I previously don't have the water tray. So, he drilled and make new pipe drainage for it. Free of charge.
He finished within 2 hours and thoroughly clean up the place and collect all the wrapping materials and the old water heater.

I am very happy with his service. See attached picture - it's a good looking water heater :)

I ran into Victor Lee when he was doing work on my neighbors home. As he finished their work, he took time enough to talk to me out front about things that I needed done to my home. I asked for his business card and told him that I would call for an appointment to get estimates on replacing water supply lines under the house by way of a crawl space. Also behind kitchen and bathroom walls. He showed up in a timely manner and was very professional the whole time. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable in his 30 years plus trade. I have a little experience in my many years of being a home owner on whether or not someone is trying to take me for a ride. He is a stand up guy! After he gave me my estimate I was very pleased on the amount he said it would cost me. Before he left, I asked him if he could clean a drain out for me and he did it with no problem.
 I told Victor Lee that this big job that is going to take place in my home that I would need a little time to get new cabinets and countertops before I have him start. I will send out another review after the job is complete. I am confident that I am going to be very satisfied already.

Bob the owner of Neighborhood Plumbing has been exceptional in every way. I first contacted Bob based on Yelp reviews after disappointing experiences w plumbers in the South Bay. At that time every plumber I contacted wanted to replace all the sewer lines. Bob evaluated the sewer system via camera and suggested replacing a segment of line where the constriction was with a clean-out that would suffice for some time. It did for years.  We just recently replaced another section of pipe near the main with another clean-out and that has bought me years of being able to use the existing sewer lines from the 1950's. When I have had back-ups from time to time Bob has been there that same or next day at really reasonable prices. And I did all of this while living 2-3K miles away. I have never met Bob in person but look forward to doing so. Bob's brother does excellent concrete work as well as concrete has been involved twice. Neighborhood Plumbing has my strongest recommendation. You will be impressed.  Val Imperial Beach homeowner.

Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

I won't mention the stupid thing I did to clog my kitchen sink, but after waiting 2.5 hours for one plumber to even give a projected time to respond and calling several others with no response, I remembered that my landlord had previously recommended ASAP Drain Guys in the past.  I called and was told they could respond within 45 minutes.  I got a follow up call about 20 minutes later that my plumber was already enroute!  Tanner was AWESOME (& easy on the eyes!).  Super personable and he was quick and efficient in undoing the damage while being gracious enough not to ridicule me as I threw myself under the bus for why he had to be there in the first place.  He even found a small leak under my sink from a corroded line and wrote down what was needed to repair it after I talk to my landlord.  ASAP Drain Guys provided a fast response after hours with no added charge, professional work and an excellent price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone!
