After purchasing a Rinnai tankless system from Lowe's, I researched plumbers in our region who were expertly trained in Rinnai products. Through the corporate website, I found Jared.

He was timely, fair and efficient. I will be using him for future projects.

I found this company on Yelp & read all of the reviews to be sure I was taking a chance on a great company. I wasn't disappointed! Brian & Marco came out to Jamul (hard to find a service that won't charge extra for travel). They were ON TIME, which is key for me. They worked on my clogged shower drain for over an hour, and used several different tools, even checking the vent pipe on the roof. Very polite, thorough, and courteous... even brought their own mats so as not to get mine dirty! My pipes were too corroded for draining and Brian talked my husband through how to rework the configuration. Brian wouldn't charge me a thing until he could clear the drain. I already recommended him to my neighbor! Thanks, guys, for your hard work.

I called Just Plumbing last Tuesday and asked if they could come to my condo to provide an estimate to fix my leaking shower. The receptionist was nice and said that Tim (I think that was the name) could come out and provide an estimate and scheduled a window of 9am-11am last Thursday. I stayed home from work that morning to meet with the plumber and discuss the issue and estimate.

At 10:30 I had not heard from them, so I called and left a message because I wanted to make sure the plumber was not having any issues getting into my building. I received a call back immediately. The gentleman sounded confused and said he was just returning my call. I told him I called because I wanted to make sure that he knew how to get into my building for my appt this morning. He asked (again sounding very confused) what the issue I was having entailed. I told him my shower is leaking and I need an estimate to fix it. He tells me he cannot come out to my condo just to provide an estimate - that is a waste of his time. I tell him that's very interesting because I called and made this appointment window, which has now lapsed, for that very reason and have now been home from work for 2 hours awaiting his arrival. Apparently it's okay to waste my time? I told him I specifically asked the receptionist for an estimate appointment. He told me she's not a plumber and can't really give me that info. Your receptionist can't schedule appointments? Then why did she? She surely didn't give me any other info outside of a time slot which apparently vanished into thin air after we got off of the phone.

Anyways, I understand miscommunications happen, but any point during this call some sort of apology for the confusion would have been nice.

So, we chat on and he says that he charges $85 an hour and it will probably only take an hour to fix it so he can just come and fix it. I tell him that's fine, but I still need to identify what parts are needed so that we can estimate those for my landlord and that we may be able to order them under the manufacturer's warranty. He says I probably just need a new shower valve so if I send me photos of the shower he can try to see what parts I need and how much they will cost. I immediately text him images, per his request, but do not get any confirmation back that he's received. I follow up with another text to confirm receipt and he says that he is trying to get a price on parts right now. I tell him I have some additional bath specs from my building manager that might be helpful and that I can email those to him. He sends me his email address and asks is it kohler. I tell him, no, but that I have emailed him the specs, including the manufacturer.  

I have not heard anything back since. So, thanks Just Plumbing, for wasting my time and scarring my faith in customer service.

I had my jammed garbage disposal fixed..the technician, Robert, arrived on time, he was very courteous and professional. Overall it was a great service and I would definitely call them again.

Prior to choosing which plumbing company I pick to do the job, I thoroughly read the reviews of 3 plumbing companies  on yelp & Google and compare them with each other. I decided to call DONE RIGHT due to excellent customers reviews. But they were fully booked until next week, Tuesday. A friend referred his plumber to me but did not showed up. Luckily. JUAN from DONE RIGHT called and that he will do the job, sink clogged up. He arrived on time & immediately work on the issue. The sink clogged up was done, but advised him that I need to replaced the broken garbage disposal with the new one I  bought. He accommodated me by installing my new garbage disposal. I was fortunate that I have Juan working on the plumbing issues. I really appreciated his courtesy & professionalism. The price is pretty affordable. I will be contacting Juan for future plumbing job. Additionally, I will refer DONE RIGHT to friends & family.. There is a trustworthiness in Juan's character.

Joe was able to get this done.  There was a little issue but he was able to solve it.  He explained at each step.

Guardian came out for repair on my Rinnai Tankless water heater.  The Repair Code on the unit was 11 on the unit and Guardian plumber told me he had to call Rinnai to determine what the code represented.  I was told by Guardian Plumbing just to make the call the charge would be $250.00.  When I said this was a SCAM! the Guardian tech said, he would call them just to see what the problem was at no cost for the call.  Guardian ordered the parts at no cost because it was under warranty, and went on to tell me the charge would be $450 to install them.  I called and spoke with Dave the manager and explained what happened, I told him I wanted to be fair and pay them for their service, just not the crazy $450.00.  He called me back and said I can pay the $59.00 service call fee and pick up my parts.  This job was literally a 30 minute job for me and a Phillips screwdriver.  BTW, when  I called Rinnai and told them it was showing an error code of number 11 they told me what the problem was.  No mention of  a $250.00 fee.  Same experience as review Medí S. On 5/16/2022.  They toss out a fee and see if you go for it.  Be very cautious if you choose to call this company.  Everybody was very nice, but I do not feel they had any concern for my problem and they will Charge you more than they should if you let them.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Mike and Carl at proactive plumbing really took care of us as customers. They came by same day to assess the situation with our high water pressure, and made an initial repair based on an initial diagnosis. Mike explained his thoughts clearly to us as to why he felt the solution should work and even though it didn't at first, Carl came back multiple times and diligently fixed the problem. And they didn't charge us for the follow up visits in order to make it right for us.
Very responsive and just like their name says, were proactive with following up with us.
And during this coronavirus situation, both Mike and Carl proactively noted social distancing and respected it with our space and even our neighbors walking past on the sidewalk. These little things made me feel good about their consideration for us as customers.

Plamen is simply the BEST Plumber in Southern California. Period.

I have use cross plumbing twice. First time to replace the garbage disposal and recently, they repaired a leak from the drain pipes due to a faulty flange tail piece and slip washers. These guys are honest and always afford an affordable price. The best thing is whenever they're very busy and booked they tried their best to squeeze you in their schedule and that happened to me today. Plus, I can't describe my issue but when I showed them the picture of the leak, they were very knowledgeable and know the issue right away. I normally hire them for my plumber needs and they always come and fix in the same day. Thanks again Mike and the whole Cross Plumbing teams. I'm glad to find a local plumber around the woodcrest/orangecrest area.

We had an estimate from another company indicating there was a slab leak. After reviewing the leak myself, I noticed the leak was coming from the wall, not the floor.  I called Fallbrook Plumbing, spoke with Mitch and he offered to stop by that day. Mitch arrived, quickly assessed the leak to be a leak from a pipe in the wall. He also informed us that some plumbers exaggerate the extent of leaks to charge more. Mitch had it repaired in under an hour. Mitch was very professional and humble and a pleasure to work with.

Victor was amazing. We had a leak in our bathroom and he was able to come out the same day and fix the problem. His prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. He was realistic about the issue as well and didnt  try to upsell me!

Bob is an absolute wonder of a man. Not only does he do honest work with great care  but he does so with a great attitude. I would recommend Bob to anybody for their plumbing needs. He is very flexible with timing and upfront on what needs to be done.

Bob's experience is only out measured by how reliability & sincere attitude.

You can tell a good contractor by how they respond when you need to have them come back and fix something.  We called Andy and he was very diligent to respond to our request.   He was conscientious to test every possibility and find the actual source of our problem.  As it turned out it wasn't anything that he had done but completely another issue that was causing the problem. Not only is Andy a good contractor, clean , respectful but he is a admirable and kind person.

Josh V. was an awesome plumber. He was on site quickly and worked very hard and efficiently to resolve our issue. The job took several hours, but he kept us up to speed on status and findings. Would highly recommend and only use this service moving forward. Thank you, ASAP!
