The hot water in my shower was intermittent. I was worried that my 14-year-old tankless water heater had died an early death. I had another company come out, do very little checking, and quote me $3200 for a new one. I contacted Jared and he started with questions. Lots of questions. He was more curious about identifying and solving the problem than selling me something. His curiosity paid off - my dear old water heater was fine, it was the shower cartridge that was to blame. He replaced it (for far, far less than the cost of a new water heater).  Jared was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough. I will 100% call him with any plumbing needs in the future.

Great service good prices, will use again. Called around 12:30 on a Saturday, was told to expect a visit between 3-5 that day. Marco showed up 3:15, looked at my situation, quoted me a price that was fair and said the camera alone might clear the stoppage, might not need to snake, which was a relief since our house is old and the pipes are fragile. He was done in 20 minutes - cleared the stoppage just as he said, and gave me plenty of tips to keep me from calling again! No matter, I will call Xtreme next time I need this service.

I had found an review of Just Plumbing and that is why I called for service. They were very competent and did such good job with our toilet leak that i asked them to put in a valve to make the shower not effected by other water uses. Again they were quick, clean and competent . And the charges were very reasonable and just what he estimated.

These guys are awesome! Jon and Jay came out and took care of a leak I had in my kitchen, they showed me where the source of the leak was coming from and took care of it right away I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs I will definately recommend them to family and friends.

We had just bought a new fridge and had it delivered to our house to find out that the water lines behind our fridge were corroded beyond use. We were worried that we were going to be stuck without water but we were fortunate that ARS was able to come out that same day and take care of our problem in no time at all. They were afdordable, responsive, professional and did a fantastic job. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

I called them to replace my tub spigot, and they did just that, but were incredibly sloppy in the job. I was given an initial quote over the phone and after he looked at my shower he told me it was going to be an extra $80 because he had to solder. I agreed. Didn't know the extra charge meant he was going to solder my shower wall as well and completely ruin it. That was cool. On top of that, the caulking work around the spigot was SLOPPY! I was literally wiping away excess and it wasn't smooth at all. Also, he left a giant, long glob of caulk in my tub. Luckily I was able to wipe it away before it dried. The soldering left a long streak from the spigot to the tub as well; it does not wash off. Neither does the soldering under the spigot. Because it is burned. If you like attention to detail and a clean shower, these are not the plumbers for you. Glad I can shower again but now my shower is ruined. Oh, and halfway through the project they said they had to run to Home Depot to grab a part. Home Depot is a 4 minute drive from my house. Tell me why these guys were gone for AN HOUR and didn't bother to say hey were grabbing lunch or that they were running late. I didn't think they were coming back. Just garbage service and sloppy work, look elsewhere.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Fantastic service. They were able to come within hours of me calling and installed the new water heater so fast, around an hour. I was very pleased with their detail and quick work. They were about $200 cheaper than my other quotes as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Victor saved the day with his prompt response time, reasonable pricing and solid work! After having a nightmare of a time with another local plumber who never  showed up after arranging a time and price, Victor and I agreed on a time, gave me his price, shows up and fixed the issues with no questions asked. Highly recommended!

Bob is great.  He's courteous, reliable, honest, and fast.  He's not as cheap as the other plumbers in town, but you get what you pay for.

great fast same day service, My septic was backed up and I was panicked. Tanner showed up 10 minutes early, very friendly guy. Walked me through the problem, got me all set up and charged me a very fair price. These guys are now my go to for all my plumbing repairs!
