We had a couple of jobs - replacing some outside faucets that were leaking, installing our new gas cooktop, and a leaking gasket around the above-counter bowl-style style in our downstairs bathroom (by the way, don't ever buy one of those). I put out one of those quote requests to multiple plumbers in our area, and Jared was one of the first to reply and the only one who provided an actual numerical estimate, which is what I requested. All of the other responders required an in-home consultation before they would give a price - who has time for that for a small list of jobs. I also thought the price sounded about right.

He responded on a Sunday and was able to come the next day. He gave us notice via text before arriving, showed up on time, and got to work. There was a problem with the gas cooktop fit in our counter top, which obviously wasn't his fault - he was still able to install it, but we'll have to retrofit the drawer underneath to accommodate the position of the gas regulator hardware. He had some suggestions on how to do so. All of the other work looks good so far - the faucets and sink no longer leak and the cooktop works.

Overall, Jared was responsive, efficient, professional, and priced reasonably. I'll definitely give him a call for our next plumbing issue.

Xtreme was referred to us because our first choice was completely busy to get to us in a timely manner and we're glad he did. Xtreme came in within half hour of our call for help and did his thing and was out in about 25 mins tops. Very nice rates and the guy that came to save the day was quick,  friendly and knowledgeable.  We had originally used some company our property management sent out to us and based off what he told us, we thought we'd have to pay with our first born. Luckily the price was extremely lower than what we'd previously been quoted by the first company. We were all pleased with how fast he got it unclogged and glad to be able to use our restrooms again. I'm going to use them and would like to recommend them to you guys if you if you don't want to deal with being ripped off and want your drains unclogged. Great customer service deserves 10 ********** STARS!  Thanks =)

Don't schedule an appointment with me for an early morning time slot then 1) Blow it off. 2) Never even apologize for wasting my time. 3) Never get back to me with parts quote.

I'd rather slam my hand in a car door than get my shower fixed by these plumbers.

First time using PPDS. Great service.
Called their number, a person answered, not a machine, not a call center.
I wanted a toilet replaced. They were able to send a guy out the next day to inspect the area and see what they had to work with.
I was given an estimate that day.
Toilet had to be ordered so it was two days before install, and I received follow up phone-calls as reminders.
Toilet was delivered and installed on time, install was clean and quick, no mess left behind and old parts hauled away.

Had to have Pipeline out for emergency service. Whole house backup. They were here in 2 1/2 hours, pretty quick response for last minute emergency.
They knew what was wrong quickly, fixed the problem, and gave me some tips should it happen again. Definitely 5 star.
They came inside and made sure all was well, very courteous.

Had a gas line leak and these guys were the only ones, of the three places I called, to be able to actually show up the same day, give me a reasonable price and start the repairs the same day. Even though it was a two day repair process, I was able to use my gas stove that same evening that I called. So I really appreciated that. The workers were all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.

Prior to choosing which plumbing company I pick to do the job, I thoroughly read the reviews of 3 plumbing companies  on yelp & Google and compare them with each other. I decided to call DONE RIGHT due to excellent customers reviews. But they were fully booked until next week, Tuesday. A friend referred his plumber to me but did not showed up. Luckily. JUAN from DONE RIGHT called and that he will do the job, sink clogged up. He arrived on time & immediately work on the issue. The sink clogged up was done, but advised him that I need to replaced the broken garbage disposal with the new one I  bought. He accommodated me by installing my new garbage disposal. I was fortunate that I have Juan working on the plumbing issues. I really appreciated his courtesy & professionalism. The price is pretty affordable. I will be contacting Juan for future plumbing job. Additionally, I will refer DONE RIGHT to friends & family.. There is a trustworthiness in Juan's character.

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Matt from guardian was so great. We called today (On a Sunday) he arrived super fast fixed everything in a couple minutes, meanwhile teaching my husband the whole time so that he said he could repair it on his own if it happened again. Was extremely fair on pricing. He has a kind spirit and really just wants to help people. We are more than happy and thankful. He clearly has an attitude of Christian service and it shows. Thank you so much.  Would certainly use them again without hesitation.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Excellent. Professional. Great communication. I called Proactive Plumbing and Mike answered, he was courteous, patient, and a straight shooter. Within an hour he was on the property and thoroughly explaining my options. I work in an industry which allows me to meet with many different types of skilled workers and it is refreshing to have business go as smoothly as this did. Job well done. Thanks Mike and crew.

Had minor emergency repair of leaky supply line to the water heater. Call was taken right away on a Saturday afternoon. After a quick phone call I forwarded over a pic of the problem and was given quote. Within 15 min. the serviceman was at my door and ready to tackle the problem.  Quick swap out of the supply line and I was back in business.  I would say 30 min. turnaround from call to repair is worth 5 stars. Came to look at the water heater the same day and were able to replace next day.  They did such a great job at a fair price I'm working with them to get some other work I need done as well.

Fallbrook plumbing once repaired minor leak in the copper piping  in my property, his price was reasonable, and I had no problems with his repair. But when I contacted him later for different plumbing jobs,  I started noticing strange pattern: after making appointment ,the owner would call  back and change things, he would say that he could stop by to take a look, but wouldn't be able to actually do the job right away, I would have to  wait  a week or two.
It didn't happen just ones, it happened on 3 different projects. Even when I agreed to his  next week  appointment, he didn't even  call and I end up wasting my time.

STOP searching call Victor Lee Plumbing now. VLP has been handling plumbing complaints at my investment property for years. He is very good with customer service I never had a tenant complain about his work, or attitude. I didn't hesitate to call him to fix a leak in my garage. He showed up on time and with a face mask ready to take on the leak. (July, 2020 Covid just shut CA down for the 2nd time) He has been in business for well over 30 years without a single TV commercial. If you're good like VLP is you don't need to spend thousands of dollars marketing. Word of mouth on sites like YELP are what matters. Warning do not use Craigslist, they do not have a rating system.

My house is old and recently succumbed to major emergency plumbing problems, so I searched Yelp for a local plumber. Neighborhood Plumbing had some great review ratings so I decided to try them since I don't know any plumbers. Bob was at my house within 15 minutes after calling. He fixed my problem immediately and ended up saving me a couple thousand in the process, before major damage was inflicted. I gave Bob's contact info to some friends and they've all been happy with his work too. Nice to know I now have a local plumber I can trust and does fine work.

We just had Andy come out to change our hot water heater and we have nothing but praise for his outstanding professionalism.  He came out and gave us an estimate which was much more competitive than anyone else and when he completed the work he stood by the estimate he gave us!  He came on time, completed the work in a professional and friendly manner, and cleaned up the area he was working in.  We would highly recommend Andy and we would definitely use him again for any of our plumbing needs.

Our service technician, Jonas, was excellent and really went above and beyond the call! His attention to detail and clear communication are very much appreciated. He was able to diagnose everything and get it dialed in within a few hours. I highly recommend and Jonas and everybody at ASAP. An easy 5 stars!
