The hot water in my shower was intermittent. I was worried that my 14-year-old tankless water heater had died an early death. I had another company come out, do very little checking, and quote me $3200 for a new one. I contacted Jared and he started with questions. Lots of questions. He was more curious about identifying and solving the problem than selling me something. His curiosity paid off - my dear old water heater was fine, it was the shower cartridge that was to blame. He replaced it (for far, far less than the cost of a new water heater).  Jared was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough. I will 100% call him with any plumbing needs in the future.

Kitchen sink drain stopped up. Pretty easy clean out if you have the right tools and they did.  Showed up as scheduled and were careful not to make a mess. Jerry was fast, efficient, and easy to talk to. Just what I needed.

I had a major issue with the old cast iron sewage pipes at my house.  My bathtub drain was completely plugged up, and a snake could not clear it.  First I had a couple of the big guys (Mr. Rooter, etc.) come out and they did a camera inspection.  I had leaks and roots inside the sewage pipes.  They suggested replacing the pipes with ABS pipes using pipe-bursting.  The pipes will be replaced, but they will still be located under the house and under the concrete slab. They wanted a lot of money to do that.  The other big company suggested relining the pipes, but then I found out they can only reline 3 inch pipes, not 2 inch pipes which is half of my pipes.  Also with lined pipes, you can not use a snake to clear clogs anymore. The snake will actually damage the liner.  I then called Just Plumbing and they rerouted the sewage pipes underground on the outside of the house using ABS pipes.  They did a great job at a fraction of the price of the big guys.  The best thing about rerouting the plumbing outside is that now I have easy access to the pipes in case there is another issue with my sewage pipes in the future.
I will always use JUST PLUMBING from now on.  Great service at a fair price.
Oh yes,  one of the Big Guys called me back and asked if I have decided to do the job.  I told her I decided to use a smaller company that will do it at 1/3 of your cost.  She said: Oh yes, we run into that a lot. That's because we are a large company and we have a lot of over head.  At lease she was honest.

I had a stubborn yard drain that floods every time it rains.  Called out Pipeline and they worked so hard on trying to clear it for me.  They found all the other drains in my yard and cleared them but the one that flooded had palm tree roots blocking it.   They offered to get me a quote on the price to dig it up and fix it.   The drain is still an issue, but I feel they tried everything they could and they cleared all the other yard drains (I didn't even know I had).  Plus, they told me what the issue was and I now have options.  I feel good about this company and would recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.  Thanks Pipeline for all your hard work! I really appreciate it.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink (quite urgent). I called about 4-5 other companies, they either charged to give me an estimate or I needed to make an appointment for another day. I called Done Right and Juan was at my property in less than an hour. Fixed the issue right away and offered some advice to keep it from happening. Great price too! I always aim to help local businesses. I would give more stars if I could.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Have used this service in the past and was very satisfied. Prompt and fair pricing. However, last month, I had two sinks I had purchased to be installed. I called GP to give me an estimate. The tech came out and I was stunned by the estimate.  The quote was equivalent to paying them $100/hr. for two days of work. They wanted over $237 to replace two valve stops. This was such a simple job that my 20 yr. old daughter and I completed it in 4 hours and we replaced all four valve stops for under $100. Today I discovered I needed a new water heater. Decided to try somewhere else this time.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

A day after my review came out, the owner called me personally and asked if he could have a chance to make things right. I was more than happy to have that happen. He came out the next day, checked everything over, mentioned that the remaining leak was coming from a bad faucet. I bought a new one, which he then installed no charge. He also cleaned out my upstairs faucet for me. Additionally, he asked where they went wrong and what they could have done better. I could not have asked for more. Mistakes happen, but when you're willing to step up and make things right, that's good business!

By far the best company I've ever hired to install a new water heater.

The 6-Star experience started with Christina in the office.  She helped me to correctly shut down my old water heater that started leaking.

Next she have me the model # of the 75-Gallon Bradford White water heater they proposed to install.  She explained why it was a better option than some of the other popular brands.  Some brands have to send out their parts and you can go days without a water heater, but with Bradford White the parts are carried in local stores/supply houses.

She gave me a quote over the phone (several of the other companies I called refused to do this as they wanted to come out to my house and then give me a bid).

The owner and his son (Plamen and Chris) arrived right on time.  They immediately went to work.  Plamen works fast and with precision.  Chris has a great attitude and really helps his dad work at a fast pace.

Plamen found several mistakes that were made by the plumber who installed my last water heater and he fixed those with no extra charge.

Plamen completed replaced all piping of every type and installed new shut off valves.  The entire job took about 2-hours and it was done with precision and very high quality.

At the end of the work, Plamen explained every part of the water heater and gave me suggestions on actions to take when on vacation, each year and each 3-4 yrs.

Anyone I come across that needs a water heater I will be encouraging them to use North County Water Heater.

The first time I used thier service is when I discovered I had a water leak right before leaving to work at @ 5am (main water pipe) my front yard and parts of my backyard were flooded. We had a slab leak under our sink in our kitchen island on a Sunday. I called and spoke with Mitch and discussed our options. He gave suggestions and reaffirmed things we had already done to diagnose. Fortunately because my husband is handy we were able to fix our leak on our own. Mitch took it upon himself to call us just to check in and see how we did. Hopefully we don't need to call a plumber again but would definitely call Mitch with Fallbrook Plumbing.

My regular plumber was not available, and I had a semi-emergency, fearing a slab leak. A good friend recommended Victor Lee, as he had been her plumber for her residence, and her rental properties for years. He came as soon as he could, did a walk through, got a leak detector involved, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my mess in a very timely manner and for a good price. Victor has a great, friendly attitude, is professional, and more than capable. He respects your home, and what is in it, is tidy and cleans up, and when his job is done, he goes to every source of water in the house and makes sure every thing is back in running order, after the water has been turned off. I recommend Victor, and his work, with no reservation whatsoever. Thanks, Victor!

My house is old and recently succumbed to major emergency plumbing problems, so I searched Yelp for a local plumber. Neighborhood Plumbing had some great review ratings so I decided to try them since I don't know any plumbers. Bob was at my house within 15 minutes after calling. He fixed my problem immediately and ended up saving me a couple thousand in the process, before major damage was inflicted. I gave Bob's contact info to some friends and they've all been happy with his work too. Nice to know I now have a local plumber I can trust and does fine work.

I went to about three other plumbers before I was I referred to Andy from a Dry Wall Contractor. I figured why not, I already tried three other big plumbing companies near me, one more couldn't hurt. Andy came over and started his walk through of the job. He is very patient and cognitive. He give me a quote for a high level outline for the job. The quote was about 1/2 of some of the big companies. I was worried at first because of the big price difference, but figured from his reviews and license he would be a good quality contractor. He started the job and did the work. The work was moving a water heater tank, installing a utility sink, cutting some gas lines. With each task in the job there were details that required extra effort. For the water tank he had to manage the air vent, for the water lines on the sink he had to break through the dry wall find the drain to connect to and manage what the original piping mistakes that the home builders did. For the gas lines he recessed them into the wall to give a professional look. I can go on and on about the top quality work he does and how he gives the look you want for your home. The look being he hide the plumbing lines in the ceiling for me, and behind the wall. He is the person you want to work with, he is the person you want to recommend. He is professional, and by this I mean he will take a job and tell you everything he needs to do to complete the job, he will communicate the progress of the job as well as any impact his work will have on the home/building, he will give you options to choose from and give you supportive advice for the decision you make regardless of the cost associated with the work. Hire him for your plumbing jobs, you will be grateful you did and also motivated to write a positive review for him.

Omed has been to my house 3 times in the last year for different things, this last time we needed a  water heater, the existing crapped out after only a year and a half, top of the line water heater with a 6 1/2 year warranty. He came got info off heater,called distributor, got new heater authorization,went and picked it up, took out old heater,switched out heaters and was done inside of 4 hours, no muss no fuss. These guys are mine for life.The manager Hack is absolutely the best too.
