The hot water in my shower was intermittent. I was worried that my 14-year-old tankless water heater had died an early death. I had another company come out, do very little checking, and quote me $3200 for a new one. I contacted Jared and he started with questions. Lots of questions. He was more curious about identifying and solving the problem than selling me something. His curiosity paid off - my dear old water heater was fine, it was the shower cartridge that was to blame. He replaced it (for far, far less than the cost of a new water heater).  Jared was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough. I will 100% call him with any plumbing needs in the future.

These guys are awesome. They only do clogged drains. They were responsive, on time and quick. Fixed my kitchen sink in no time and at a low cost. Highly recommend.

We had just moved here and had mixet showers in all of our bathrooms. We needed to get 2 of them replaced because they weren't working at all. They came out and gave us a fair quote and were SUPER helpful. They also replaced our water heater and water control valve for the property. Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Have not gotten a complete resolution,  still waiting for bills and a huge process do to emergency room cost week missed and teste ran not knowing what was initially wrong.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I had a leak in an outdoor pipe on Friday night and plugged it up with some epoxy putty to slow the leak.  

I called Proactive Plumbing on Saturday morning expecting to be told to wait until Monday just like most plumbers would.  Mike picked up the phone and said he would be over to the house immediately.  

In the end my pipe was fixed promptly, politely and at a good value.  He even helped diagnose an annoying problem I've had with my toilet for the past year.

Came home to a leak in our ceiling coming from the bathroom upstairs. Called Cross Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Diagnosed and solved our problem quickly and professionally. Thank you Cross Plumbing!

Nice people but way, way way over charged. To convert a stove to propane ( something the propane companies use to do for free) I was charged $260. What was normally a 30 to 45 minute job ended up to be a 2+ hour job. Part of the charge was while Kyle was reading the instructions as to how to do it. So I paid for professional service and the training time for him to learn the job yet the Hourly is for an expert. Save your money, hire a handyman. After reading other yelps it appears that tactic is not usual for them.

One shower backed up and after my own attempt to clear it, the other shower backed up as well. Got Victor's number from a friend. Called at noon on a Friday and he was able to come over at 2:30. Half an hour later the drains are clear and I feel like I have myself a new plumber. He's fast, he's clean, and most of all very effective.

We had several plumbing issues that we needed addressed for our home and Bob of Neighborhood Plumbing did a great job for us! Bob and his crew worked with us and formulated a plan and problem solved so that they took care of the issues and provided solutions for the upgrades and maintenance of our plumbing; They efficiently and effectively installed some toilets, bathroom faucets and sinks, tankless water heater, shut-off valve, and located our water pipes. We did have some initial issues with hot water flowing from the tankless after the first day; Bob immediately responded the next day and problem-solved the issue step-by-step; very impressive indeed! I will be using Neighborhood Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbing.

I went to about three other plumbers before I was I referred to Andy from a Dry Wall Contractor. I figured why not, I already tried three other big plumbing companies near me, one more couldn't hurt. Andy came over and started his walk through of the job. He is very patient and cognitive. He give me a quote for a high level outline for the job. The quote was about 1/2 of some of the big companies. I was worried at first because of the big price difference, but figured from his reviews and license he would be a good quality contractor. He started the job and did the work. The work was moving a water heater tank, installing a utility sink, cutting some gas lines. With each task in the job there were details that required extra effort. For the water tank he had to manage the air vent, for the water lines on the sink he had to break through the dry wall find the drain to connect to and manage what the original piping mistakes that the home builders did. For the gas lines he recessed them into the wall to give a professional look. I can go on and on about the top quality work he does and how he gives the look you want for your home. The look being he hide the plumbing lines in the ceiling for me, and behind the wall. He is the person you want to work with, he is the person you want to recommend. He is professional, and by this I mean he will take a job and tell you everything he needs to do to complete the job, he will communicate the progress of the job as well as any impact his work will have on the home/building, he will give you options to choose from and give you supportive advice for the decision you make regardless of the cost associated with the work. Hire him for your plumbing jobs, you will be grateful you did and also motivated to write a positive review for him.

Aher was very professional and efficient. He came just a few minutes after 10:00 AM and finished within 30 minutes. He also was very courteous and made sure he cleaned up after himself before he left.
