This is the place to go for your plumbing needs. I had a wet spot in the front yard. Called them after trying several other places and they answered right away. They worked with my schedule to get one of their plumbers to my house. Within 30 minutes he had found the leak. He had everything to fix the problem on hand and completed the repair in just a couple hours. Outstanding service and great people at this family owned and operated business. They get my highest recommendation.

We were pressed for time to scope a drain pipe and were lucky enough to find PPDS.  

PPDS personelle were friendly and knowledgeable.  PPDS talked us through the process as they scoped our pipe and were sure to explain everything so that we understood it.  

PPDS pointed out a few things which could be improved (no pressure) and even provided a quote if we wanted to use them in the future.

Fernando and his assistant were very professional.  They delivered a superb work and followed exactly the work plan that we agreed upon for a very reasonable fee.

We are in the process of selling a house and had to correct a couple of plumbing discrepancies identified by the buyer's inspector.  We had to fix the issues before the appraiser comes the following Wednesday. We received the report on a Friday.  Started yelping that evening and received a couple of automatic responses ARS was the first to send a real message followed by a phone call.  

Fermando was very professional in terms of his presentation, cost estimate and his work proposal.  He understood the urgency of the need; he started and finished the job as planned and promised.

WOW!!! I AM INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with the level of knowledge our technician James had!! Not only did he teach me the ins-and-outs of my kitchen sink and clear out drain (which I never knew existed), but he was also able to give recommendations on how to maintain the sink to avoid future clogs. Something I felt was genuinely respectable was that James also educated me on the rights of a renter (me) versus a homeowner/landlord as to who would be responsible for the financial costs of the kitchen sink maintenance, so I sincerely appreciate his honesty and shared knowledge. The whole experience working with Done Right Drain & Plumbing from the quick response on Yelp, the friendly staff over the phone, to James' expertise was AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend choosing them for all your drain and plumbing needs!

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

I managed to cross-thread the piece that comes down out of the toilet tank while I was installing a DIY bidet. I called this company and whoever it was who took the call was very condescending. He seemed miffed that I had tried to do this install myself. He said it would cost a minimum of $250 to fix. I was surprised and asked if that was because he was mad at me for trying to do my own install. He said, No, that's just how much it costs to drive a truck around to do business. In general, he was just unpleasant. I called someone else and got responsive, polite service and they didn't charge near what this guy wanted to charge me. Maybe they have a more fuel-efficient van?

I noticed water leaking about 2 pm in the afternoon and Plamen was out at my house by about 4:15pm to hook up my new water heater. We knew we were going to call him because a few years ago we had him out and appreciated his honesty with us! Today was no different. He does fast quality work and when my husband had a few questions he even took the time to FaceTime my husband at work to show him all the new connections and stuff. My husband really appreciated that since he couldn't be here himself. I've recommended this company to a few others in my neighborhood and all have given him great reviews as well!

I had Cross Plumbing come and switch out a valve that was dysfunctional.  Showed up when they said they would.  Did great work.  Will use again.

Recommended by another local business. Quick response to voicemail, came out next day. Arrived on time, repaired pipes quickly, very reasonable pricing, friendly. Highly recommend. Would use their service again.

Victor was recommended by family, came through on short notice and was amazingly quick and efficient.

Overall 5/5 Real funny and down to earth guy that will get the job done right, and is honest and reasonably priced. If you're in need of any plumbing services, I highly recommend him!

These people ain't kidding!  Bob is really really amazing!  I got his number from my friend Marco and he's been doing my house in SD for like 7 years.  I always recommend him highly to other people.  The reason being Bob is reliable, fast, honest, super easy to work with, totally experienced (I know he even sets up the plumbing in new apartment buildings and such) and his rates are awesome!  

Also, Bob can hook you up with some other contractors for other projects around your house cause he knows all these really reliable people who are honest and really good at what they do.  We're talking small businesses with small overhead and reasonable rates - the guys the pro's call.  You think apartment building installations hire Rotorouter for over a hundred bucks an hour?  I don't think so!  Bob's basically awesome and does actually a better job than the guy from some big company my mom made me hire for like $350 just to come out for a little over an hour.  

Neighborhood Plumbing, owned by Bob Byerly (sp?) is not the same as Bob The Pumber, by the way so make sure you got the right dude.

Plumbing is a kinda intimate thing, if you really think about it.  In really really bad plumbing emergencies, I wouldn't feel comfortable with anybody else.

Andy did a great job fixing our outdoor spigot, and replacing multiple faucets in our bathrooms.   He was on time, and kept our home clean/protected (including COVID safety).  The pricing was up-front and there were no surprise costs.  On top of it, Andy's just a really nice, professional guy. We  highly recommend Andy!!!

Best all around! Stop looking right now and call them for all your plumbing needs. After attempting to clear my kitchen sink from a clogged drain all day, I finally gave in and called ASAP. Within 30 min, Technician, Andrew S., came out and cleared my kitchen sink drain. He had extensive knowledge and provided amazing service. I highly recommend them!
