I am a real estate professional and property manager and have dealt with many contractors over the years.  Dr. Sparks, aka Warren, and his team are by far one of the best I have ever worked with.  They definitely live up to their tag line, punctual, professional, perfection, that describes them and their work perfectly.  My job was at an apartment complex to trouble shoot failing electrical systems.  Warren isolated the problem and repaired and replaced the system, even upgrading it and making it better than it was to begin with.  I will definitely be calling Dr. Sparks again.

I would like to thank Wright for helping me out today. My wife was ill and to help her stay warm, I plugged a register type heater into a circuit that already had a heavy load and the 20 amp breaker tripped. I disconnected everything that was plugged into that circuit, but was unable to reset the breaker. Because of their excellent ratings on Yelp, I called Adaza Electric and Wright was very understanding and walked me through several things that he thought might help reset the breaker.  I tried each of them and the final one did the trick. I called to thank him for his help and will definitely use Adaza Electric when my next electrical problem arises.

Hired for 240v install, was able to get them to come out next day, which was terrific as I'm unable to think straight at the moment due to chronic pain

The day after the install, I emailed and called about my receipt that I never received - they did reach out after my missed call and provided the receipt over email, but avoided replying directly to the email chain and provided a link to their portal so I go and download instead. It would have been more efficient to just attach the pdf to a reply email in my opinion, but I didn't count that against their rating as they may not know about corporate SOP.

Upon opening the receipt pdf, I was unfortunately presented with another case of their plan B - avoid leaving document trails in case of needing to not assume liability if work goes wrong in the future and starts a fire - incorrect install date and missing items: 240v outlet and junction box parts that were provided by Electric for You and charged to the total settled bill of $400 cash as I initially provided the wrong outlet for my welder. Overall, they were unprofessional when it came to being indisputably transparent with their clients about expected time of arrival (it took another day than the expected next day), quote, communication, billing/receipt, and accurate information.

Besides the huge gaps from cutting the drywall for the junction box that I am unpleased with, I am unable to review the actual work as I had to clean up the work areas (inside my garage and the neighbor's walkway) and also had to repeatedly request him to leave the breaker box exposed so he can run me through the install method as he was nearing completion (which grommet hole was punctured, if the junction box was placed on a stub or drywall hangers, and etc).I was expecting a presentation of the work, but ended up spoonfeeding questions repeatedly - call me needy. Therefore, I haven't used my welder extensively yet - I will report and edit my review after I test the safety.

I will disclose that due to my chronic pain that led me to hiring externally [in which I never do], I did doubt the electrician's honesty about my belongings twice. The business decided to file a police report against me as I decided to return their belonging & gifts for my apology to the business address indicated on the receipt - I have no comment for that as I am partially responsible for not giving them the benefit of the doubt amidst the plethora of doubtful concerns, lack of organization, and lack of professional business methods stated above and expressed during service.

I called Arman at 1pm on Labor Day after a previously lined up electrician canceled last minute. I needed to get some things handled after a tenant moved out and another was scheduled to move in tonight. They reprogrammed a new remote for one bedroom ceiling light/fan, replaced one puck light, tried to fix another remote and fan and ended up replacing the whole unit. They were both super professional, honest, cleaned up after themselves, and even smelled good! I was thrilled they could do the work, even as my tenant began moving in, especially on a holiday. I gave them some extra money on top of the total and they even pulled over as they left to tell me I paid them too much (I made them take it hough!). Will definitely use them again!

Alberto was the man! Did everything I asked and more. If you need a handyman on anything in your house this is the best place to go!

Jose came out right away when we were in the middle of a home remodel needed a complete rewire. We hadn't planned for a total rewire originally, but with Jose's very fair price and the comfort of knowing the wiring would be completely safe (house built in 1919), we went for it. Jose and the crew were quick and professional, easy to communicate with. This was a stressful time for us, but seeing the quality of the work was worth it. 6 months later, no issues at all. Everything works perfectly.

We reached out to several companies via Yelp to get cost estimates for 6 LED Recessed Lightings in our living room and Next Level Lighting & Electric was the most competitive and could arrange for installation the next day. We were thoroughly impressed with the technician, his care for the room, cleanup, and overall instructions on how to operate the two dimmer switches! We will definitely use Next Level Lighting & Electric for additional lighting projects in our home! Great job and thank you!

Getting ready to put my house up for sale. Had several issues to take care of.
I had a great experience with Shai and his team last time about 1- 1/2 years ago . Didn't think it could be any better. It was! Had Carlos work on my home for 1-1/2 day. Had him trouble shoot and repair problem in garage, under counter light issues, exterior lighting and just a general walk through and test of whole electrical systems. Carlos was great. Thanks again Shai.

We had George out to our house to install some new exterior lights. He did a fantastic job and was really reasonable. We had to have him come back out after a contractor who was doing other work, remove the lights and not reinstall them. George came back out and put it all back together for an incredibly reasonable fee. I will definitely have George back when we have the need...He's Awesome!!

I needed to rewire my garage and add 220 to my main power with a dedicated box for my garage for power tools. Culver City Electric Squad did a great job customizing the wiring and lighting for my garage-shop. I am very happy with the finished product.Culver City  homes are under powered for modern add-on-s. This is the second time I have had him respond to a call from this company and I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Chris arrived literally 5 minutes after I called him!  I randomly lost power in the middle of the night and he saved the day!  He didn't mind me watching what he was doing and was very friendly and was willing to explain things to me.  I highly recommend him!  What he charged me was very reasonable.

Evengii, is prompt, professional, honest and does an amazing job. If I could give him more STARS on this yelp review, I would. I was already pretty impressed when he responded to my inquiry so quickly. Most people don't even respond at all. I have had him out twice to my home for several projects and he was on point with each item that I needed him to address. He is very thorough in explaining what he needs to do to complete the job. He was also very thoughtful the second time he returned to my house and noticed that we do not wear shoes in the house. Before coming in he took off his work boots and placed them aside. That to me showed respect . If you need anything fix, I would recommend 100 % for you to call Evengii. You won't regret it and you will be asking him back again to do more work.

Half my power went out at 6am. I called him at 7am. He was there by 8:30am.   after working on the power box for 15 min he determined that it was not my power box but my meter or main power lines.  Granted he could not fix it.  I had to call DWP.  however he did not charge me much.   DWP fixed it a few hours later.   Several days later the person from Dunamis texted me just to make sure the problem was solve.  The follow up was nice.  I will be happy to use them again.

We did not know what lights were needed to give us enough Lumens for painting and he shared a lot of his knowledge to help us choose correctly. As far as price for service, I have yet to find other electricians that give you the best bang for your buck.  Very satisfied.

It was a pleasure dealing with Evrim.  He was clear in his communication and was upfront with whether or not his electrician could resolve our lighting issue.    We needed a porch lighting socket either repaired or replaced.  Sun-e-Solar's rate was fair.  I would recommend their services.  I also plan to use them again for future projects.
