Great customer service and quality work. They installed a new electrical panel for us and took care of everything (permitting, inspection). We're very happy with their work and will be calling them for all of our electrical needs.

Warren and his guys are awesome!  I needed to get my Tesla wall connector charge unit installed in the garage up near the door so that I wouldn't have to pull my car into the garage every time I had to charge it.  I found Dr. Sparks listed as a certified electrician on Tesla's website.  We spoke over the phone a few days beforehand, I described everything to him, and he told me what it would cost to get the job done.  He showed up with his guys ON TIME and they did the job.  Very clean.  Very honest.  Very professional.  I highly recommend hiring Warren if you need any electrical work done.

Horrific. A simple job turned into a nightmare. This company sent a man who could not fix outdoor lights even though it was a simple conversion to newer boxes. The wiring was already constructed. One of their employees wired the lights so that I could not turn lights on or off inside the house as was the original setting and he couldn't understand why that bothered me.
Duh.  I need to turn them on or off inside the house in case of power outage etc. I explained.

Then upon returning for the 3rd time they sent yet another person who fixed it but wired the outdoor light to a different switch inside the house.
They are simply incompetent and one should never use them.

Our appliance movers knocked our light, breaking it off entirely luckily wires still attached. We needed an electrician quick.

I was able to find MAG electric who was quick and responsive via Yelp multiple project search. A lot of other electricians gave boiler plate processes and/or high quotes even with the picture I sent them. I already knew what kind of job it is and problem it was, even had a material part ready - I was just needing someone to do the actual work.

Mark not only responded quickly but was very flexible, straightforward, and transparent with the communication and work needed to be done. The price is very reasonable, and these two guys came as soon as they can and fixed it perfectly under a 20 minutes.

They were nice humble courteous folks. I could not be happier with their work. I would hire them again for any electrical need. Great guys would recommend!

He answered my inquiry via phone, when I was looking for a local electrician in the South Bay Beach Cities.

As a testament to the quality of his work, business flow and clientele, he was busy the day I called to do an at home service call, but was able to discuss my problems with me and provide both an estimate and an appointment.

I did some price comparing before committing.  Wright offered me a great proposition of coming over the fix the problem and had a guarantee that if he could not resolve my issue, he'd not charge me anything for the visit.  Talk about a pretty much risk free offer.

That instilled confidence in me that he was a professional who backed up both his own abilities as well as his business ethics.  We discussed the issues I had with my electrical problems, and he provided me a price.  Better than that for me at least, we discussed the project and how long it could or would take and he provided me with what I call task oriented pricing so not by the hour where sometimes it's easy for a seemingly small problem escalate to a bigger one incurring a bigger budget as the clock ticks away while the hourly rate meter keeps going.  It may not be the problem with the electrician, and there's always roadblocks, detours and troubleshooting that causes delays and lengthens billable hours, but I find comfort in dealing with a straight shooter like Wight where he is so knowledgeable, he knows what it takes to get the job done, and can comfortably provide an accurate estimate of time and base a pricing quote from that.

When Wright visited us, he was early (I always respect professionals who are not only prompt, but come early) for our appointment, and was very polite, gracious and friendly.  He even asked if he needed to take his shoes off before coming into the home (we're Asian, so you know how most homes are shoe-free zones inside).

Wright saw the problems, identified the remedy and fixed a series of issues we had.  Then, we came across the roadblock, and he was initially puzzled for maybe a split second, then thought the various options through, told us what could be done or what might be needed to be done, then delved into figuring out the best possible solution that costs the last amount of time or added resources (i.e. $$$), and was able to figure out how to fix our problem.

With that, he came ,he saw, he fixed, and he left... just like an unsung hero would.

I'd recommend anyone at least give Wright a call and throw his name into the hat if you're price shopping and also figuring out who to use.

He's one of the good guys and feel he does earn your business and probably repeat business too, as I think he gets great referrals from satisfied customers (like us!).  

Remember, price isn't everything, in this you get what you pay for world, and Wright is a licensed professional, not a handyman, day laborer, or contractor who may not be qualified to do your job right.  However, Wright does it Right !!!

He didn't try to upsell us on on anything, no hidden fees, and in fact I inquired about another potential job that deals with electricity, but he said he's offer me a referral to a different specialist rather than just grab that assignment and do the job himself because he knew of someone who worked on exactly what I wanted to be done.  That's integrity and honesty with professionalism you can trust.

He did the project for me pretty much exactly within the time he estimated, so all went well overall for us.

Very responsive and easy to set up an appointment. The electrician wore a mask and was very respectful and safe while in our home. The work was done quickly and correctly. No hidden charges and we were happy with the work done. Highly recommend.

I've lived in my home for 16 years and have had consistently bad experiences with electricians until I hired USA Pro Electric.  I can't recommend them enough. For this job, I originally hired a different electrician (not USA Pro Electric), for whom I had to put my project on hold for a week while I waited for them... and then they never showed.  After getting some weak excuses from the other electrician, I called USA Pro Electric & was helped by Arman.  Arman asked for some pictures of the job and gave me multiple estimates for different options with explanations for each option within minutes.  He came to do the work on time, on a Sunday, and finished within a few hours.  His work was top-notch and the price was more than reasonable. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I can't imagine hiring another company after working with USA Pro Electric.

Yesterday, along with thousands of other Angelenos, I woke to learn that I had a bad leak in the ceiling of my living room.  Problem was, I was renting that living room out to tenants - - in other words, I wasn't suffering the leak, the folks renting my place were, and they were really upset.  Without going into too much detail, suffice to say, Alberto was like a Guardian Angel for me yesterday.  I simply went online and started searching for people to help, and he was the first one to pick up.  Yes, I was impressed by the YELP reviews and what appeared to be real expertise, but one never really knows.  Alberto was creative, budget-conscious and swift.  I'd recommend him to anyone - - not only a highly skilled construction wizard, but a truly innovative problem-solver.  We had a short window to succeed within and he completely came through.  Thank you Alberto!!

Jose is a great guy! We've used him quite a few times and love his service! He's installed can lights for us, changed out panel, installed new wiring, etc. Him and his team are always professional and reasonable with their pricing. Highly recommend!

We built an addition to our home about 7 years ago and over time, the recessed lights that were installed by our contractor have slowly died and needed to be replaced.  We've used Next Level Lighting & Electric three times in order to swap out LED recessed lights and also install new recessed lighting in our bedrooms.  Every time I've reached out to the company, they're able to fit us in quickly (usually the next day!).  Pricing is reasonable and they offer a 10-year warranty.  I should have written this review a couple of years ago.  My service this last week with Virgil prompted me to write this review and recognize not only this company, but Virgil.  I found Virgil to be so polite.  He took the time to answer my questions and was communicative throughout the entire process.  So glad to have operating lights again and we won't hesitate to call Next Level Lighting & Electric again when we have a need.

Had a minor electrical issue in my house and I decided to call Shai up for help. He answered my call/text really quick. I explained to him what happen and what I tried so far before calling him. Shai is an honest man, before just packing his stuff up and head over to my house, he walked me through the whole circuit breaker again. Within just a few second, power to my fridge is back on. He didn't even had to come over and I didn't have to spend a penny. This is my way of thanking him and will definitely call/hire him again if I have any major electrical issue.

George recently helped us run the last leg of our electrical upgrades in our game room for a wall mounted tv.  We ran into a snag and didn't feel comfortable without speaking with a professional.  He called us back right away, set an appointment and confirmed the day prior.  He was extremely polite and friendly.  He answered our questions and finished our job in no time.   He is reasonable and professional.  We will definitely be using him again.  You really will not be disappointed if you choose George.

I called them up during the week and she said one of their electricians would call me back for an estimate.   He called me back, but he was with a different electric company.  He had a very heavy accent and was hard to understand.  He said Culver City electrical gives him jobs... so I guess he's a sub contractor for them.  Anyway, he gave me a price on the phone and said he's open this coming Saturday.   I waited a day or two to decide on which company to go with.  He was the least expensive, so I called c.c. electrical back.  She had to call him to verify.  She said he must understood what I was asking for.  They raised the base price and said the wall heater extraction would be extra.  She said this coming Saturday is full, so I would have to wait another Saturday.  I said okay.   Someone called on Friday at dinner time, three times, but he didn't answer because I was at a restaurant, and I didn't recognize the number.  He didn't leave a voice mail either.  I showed up on Saturday and when he was 45 minutes late, I called the office again and got the same young lady.  She called him and called me back.  She said he couldn't get a hold of me to verify Saturday, so he took me off his list.  She offered to book me for the next Saturday.  I said no thanks.  What's the old saying.... fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, shame on me.   I didn't want to get burned again.   Adios!!!

Very professional and experienced. I found myself in an emergency situation and had some bad experiences as I called around seeking help. They were prompt, friendly, and offered different options to remedy my problem. Great customer service!! I will be using them on future projects and recommend them highly.

I had outlets in my living room that stopped working. I contacted Chris, and he was able to come out the same day.  He was great at explaining the tests that he ran and what the results might mean.  He found the problem and fixed it quickly.   He did such a great job that I have two other projects I've asked him to work on!  He's very professional, helpful, and reasonable.

We've used Evgeniy various times for a bunch of different house projects. He's helped install lights, mount our TV, put together furniture, hang artwork/shelves/decor, etc. There's nothing he can't do!! He's also super reliable, professional and just an all around great guy! We 100% recommend him and will be using him again very soon!

Half my power went out at 6am. I called him at 7am. He was there by 8:30am.   after working on the power box for 15 min he determined that it was not my power box but my meter or main power lines.  Granted he could not fix it.  I had to call DWP.  however he did not charge me much.   DWP fixed it a few hours later.   Several days later the person from Dunamis texted me just to make sure the problem was solve.  The follow up was nice.  I will be happy to use them again.

We did not know what lights were needed to give us enough Lumens for painting and he shared a lot of his knowledge to help us choose correctly. As far as price for service, I have yet to find other electricians that give you the best bang for your buck.  Very satisfied.

Excellent communication, great prices and excellent work. They made room for me and came in the afternoon.
