Brandon is prompt, competent, and trustworthy. He did a great job with a past installation and responded quickly to a request for a quote on a new job. He provided professional recommendations even if it did not benefit him financially. Would recommend.

Just had Warren and the Dr. Sparks team install a Tesla Powerwall and couldn't be happier. The team was super prepared, professional, and respectful of our property and family. They got everything done in one day and left the site fully functional and spotlessly clean! Really a great crew/team that was a pleasure to have at our house for the day. Would hire them again for any electrical project we needed help on in a heartbeat.

After extensive dealings with this company they are habitually late.  Today they had a scheduled appointment at time of 10 AM, it's now 11:01 and they still are not here. Unfortunately the last time this happened I gave them a chance and today they proved that they really have no respect for customers.

I requested a couple of outlets to be installed and for them to repair my charging station. The work was performed flawlessly. They were fairly priced, professional, completed the job within 45 minutes, and ensured they cleaned up after themselves.

Arman responded to my Yelp help within an hour. Instead of trying to just make a quick buck and going round about way of helping, he knew exactly what the issue was. He didn't charge for his service..I had a part of the house didn't get any electricity because I turned off and on the main switch. He basically said it was either the breaker or the gfci. I reset all the gfci and it did the trick..saved time for him to come over and diagnosed it simply. Thank you arman! Appreciate your help!

I set an hour consultation for an estimate through New Light Electric's online system.  The online system gave a specific start time (NOT an arrival window) and end time for this appointment and let me know the appointment would be with Jose Castellanos, who I now know is the owner of New Light Electric.

Almost 40 minutes after my appointment start time Jose still had not shown up, nor had he called.  I then called him to cancel the appointment as I had another appointment happening at the scheduled conclusion of our appointment and would not have time to go through everything with Jose.  When I called Jose fought with me on the phone about the cancellation, blaming the online system for having issues, saying he was unaware of the appointment; he even went so far to say he only got notice of the appointment while we were on the phone, asking when I made the appointment (it was 2 or 3 days before the scheduled appointment and I got the automatic notification from the system 24 hours in advance).  He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said, No, thank you.  

Jose apparently did not like this answer and got his team to begin texting me from the office after we got off the phone asking me to reschedule.  I did not answer, because since Jose started to fight with me on the phone, I figured he was someone I was uninterested in working with.  

My next appointment arrived and I was busy into that appointment time when there was a knock at my home door; much to my UNCOMFORTABLE surprise it was a very unprofessional Jose, acting like he should be there and I should let him in the house.  He acted like he had the sudden realization that I was the one who cancelled with him about 25 minutes ago, then attempted to have an argument with me, saying he was only 3 minutes late, when he was an HOUR AND FIVE MINUTES LATE.  He showed up at my house and tried to argue with me.  I do NOT believe that Jose was mistaken and showed up to the wrong place, which was what he tried to play it off as (and would also be HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!) and I do not believe I made the wrong decision of not working with Jose Castellanos or New Light Electric!

We had such an amazing experience today!!! We upgraded all of our 90's recessed lighting downstairs,
added additional lighting, dimmers, and removed an old ugly ceiling fan!!!! The team came on time, polite, skilled, and fast!!! They even patched and drywalled!!!!!!!! I will recommend to everyone !!! We are going to have them back to upgrade all of our upstairs lighting!!! Such a great experience!!! Use them they are awesome!!! So happy such an upgrade to our home!!!Thank you so much!!

Shai provided excellent service from the beginning until the end.  He called me back quickly after I inquired about a quote.  Within two days, he came over so that we could go over what needed to be done.  He we very thorough and provided me with options without trying to upsell me on additional items.  I wanted 4 outdoor lights, 3 switches, and 5 outlets.  Him and his team took about a day and a half to finish all the work and the price was definitely fair and reasonable.  He made sure to explain everything he was doing I felt very confident that things were being done at a high quality.  They are knowledgeable, fast, clean, and friendly.  I really couldn't ask for better service and would highly recommend to anyone.

George was 15 minutes early and was able to fix the problem quickly. He did not waste any time and seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. One of our circuit breakers kept tripping and within 30 minutes he resolved the problem and everything was back in working order.

The tech was early to the appointment which I love to see, so punctual and when I showed him what he was working with he instantly got to work and I can now say I have my dream room perfect and to my liking! We had a couple outlets stop working at our home and booked an appointment to have Volt Tech Electric come out to evaluate the cause.  Booking the appointment was very easy, and their service rep David Lopez was very polite as well. However, The estimate he gave me was very high So I contacted another company for a second bid. I ended up using the other company, but did receive a call from the owner, Ben, Who wanted to make sure that I had a pleasant experience. He took time to listen to my concerns and assured me that for any future projects he would personally take care of providing an accurate estimate. He explained that the technician is newer, And although a very sharp guy, may not have been 100% sure they're estimating process.

This is the first time we used the services of Caldera Power. We could not have been more pleased with the service and workmanship Chris provided. He arrived at our agreed upon time, he provided us with a written estimate, and he left the areas he worked on cleaner than he found them. I will recommend Caldera Power to all of my family and friends. Thank you Chris, see you whenever we have our next electrical issue.

Jason did all our lighting in our body shop.
We did not know what lights were needed to give us enough Lumens for painting and he shared a lot of his knowledge to help us choose correctly. As far as price for service, I have yet to find other electricians that give you the best bang for your buck.  Very satisfied.

It was a pleasure dealing with Evrim.  He was clear in his communication and was upfront with whether or not his electrician could resolve our lighting issue.    We needed a porch lighting socket either repaired or replaced.  Sun-e-Solar's rate was fair.  I would recommend their services.  I also plan to use them again for future projects.
