Brandon and his dad, Jim, are great.  Had them install a light fixture and ceiling fan and they were able to do it quickly and safely, even going out of their way to buy the correct part to ensure it's safety.  The value you get from their service is high and I will definitely use them for future projects.

Bonus points for wearing a mask while working!

I found Dr. Sparks today by searching on Yelp and reading their reviews.  I'm happy to now add another great recommendation to their many, many stars.  Warren and team responded immediately, arrived exactly when they said they'd arrive, and did the job quickly with 100% no hidden fees or costs.  I even got a text message when he was close by so I could prepare, and gave payment over the phone.  Really an exceptional customer experience.

The referral was through my home warranty company, Old Republic. Initial contact with Ray was pleasant. My appointment was 12/6/16 at 4pm. Ray left a message stating he was running late. When we talked, he was roughly 1-1 1/2 hours behind and asked to come after. No problem.

Ray showed up ~7pm. I gave him a brief explanation, showed him the breaker box, and he checked to see if sockets had power. Since it was late and dark, Ray asked to come another day because he said it could take hours for him to find the issue, he may have to go inside the walls, and mentioned something about the GFIs. I was kind of startled when he asked if it would be okay for him to come in, assess, and do work while I wasn't home. Uhhh...hell NO! Who does that before confirming the issue with a homeowner, first of all?!

Ray said his boss, Mark, would call me to reschedule. A week later, still no call. I called Ray's cell. He assumed I had already spoke with Mark then said someone must have forgot to call me. He gave me Mark's cell number so I called and left him a mesaage. A week later, still no call! At this point, there was too much back and forth and I needed work done so I could host Christmas dinner.

I found a handyman who came the day after I called him. One socket was incorrectly wired and tripped the others. There was no going in the wall and no hours worth of work as Ray suggested I may need. Smh!! One socket cover was unscrewed, a wire was capped, and everything was working and tested within an hour.

Finally, a few days after my work was completed by the handyman, another technician called to reschedule. Too late!! Mark also called, same day, hours later. Again, too late!

Zimmerman completed no assessment, no work, and couldn't call back in a sufficient time frame. Yet, they submitted a false bill to my warranty company for payment. Frauds!! Even the date on the work order was false! The dishonesty is shameful.

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to MAG Electric for coming out and servicing my electrical problem! Mark and Moises was very professional and good welcoming attitudes. It felt like I've know them forever! They came out the same day and resolved my problem. They didn't try an price gouge me, which was very appreciated! They even reviewed some work by my previous contractor completed and brought it to my attention. Once they were finished they cleaned up well! Thank you again to MAG Electric! I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future for my electrical needs!

Sofia was a big help when my circuit breaker was overloaded. I requested a quote and instead of sending someone to diagnose the problem, she was able to diagnose it over the phone and gave me a step by step process on how to fix it. I was able to bring back power to my home, all thanks to Sofia!

Arman responded to my Yelp help within an hour. Instead of trying to just make a quick buck and going round about way of helping, he knew exactly what the issue was. He didn't charge for his service..I had a part of the house didn't get any electricity because I turned off and on the main switch. He basically said it was either the breaker or the gfci. I reset all the gfci and it did the trick..saved time for him to come over and diagnosed it simply. Thank you arman! Appreciate your help!

I called A&A Home Improvements to replace a timer switch that was no longer working as well as a dimmer switch that wasn't getting along with my LED lights. Jose responded right away and gave a very reasonable estimate to complete the job the same day. Excellent service, and my lights are happy again.

We are so happy that our neighbor referred us to Jose at New Light Electric.  He is very responsive to our phone calls and our in-person questions.  After having two electric projects done at our home we are so impressed with this company.  They show up on time and leave the area looking better than when they arrived.  Every worker who comes to our home is polite and professional.  We look forward to having New Light Electric do the electrical work on our next project.

My interior lighting was old and outdated.  I had a bunch of new lights installed, two new ceiling fans I bought installed help with a switch
replacement and a few switch covers.  All done in less than a day!  My place is so much brighter.  The installers were also very friendly, and explained everything they were doing as we went along!  I would highly recommend them!!!

George and his dear, lovely wife are all about business.... and pleasing those they serve.  Those I have referred THE ELECTRICIAN to, are impressed with everything done.  They are friendly, but get the work done perfectly.  He is the BEST electrician I have ever had work for me.  I have had his help at different times and places for about 10 plus years.  Easily I recommend him!

Erick arrived 15 minutes early wearing a mask, identified the problem as both a bad breaker and a short in the junction box which I never would have found. He was friendly, fast, communicated the problems and solutions well, and took obvious pride in his work. The repairs were within the range of the quote and were resolved in 1 hour. Culver City Electric Squad is fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and affordable, and we look forward to using them again for future repairs.

Mike was somewhere in the middle of the Yelp reviews, he should be first.  I called 7 electricians and he was hands down the most courteous, professional and deft in communication. I researched the other 6 Yelp-rated electricians, and it was no contest on who to choose. It turned out my project was not beyond the scope of what I had anticipated, and was able to complete it myself. But at least my research is done and I know who to call next time. His customer service via text and phone calls were unparalleled.  The first time I was disappointed not to scratch a contractor a check.

Manny came out and did a great job, went above and beyond in everything he worked on, and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciate his attention to detail and quality of work. Can't recommend them enough!

I am not a frequent Yelp reviewer but when you are so lucky to have found someone as great as Chris, it's worth sharing. I was so lucky to have connected with him. He is kind and honest and incredibly professional.

What I thought was going to be a pretty straight forward job turned out to be much more complicated - and maybe not even possible - but he figured out how to do it and his fee was reasonable considering the amount of work it required. (He installed a Tesla brand car charged on the side of my house.)

Other people I had called were either too busy or extremely expensive or both - mostly both. Chris came when promised and did the job beautifully without rushing off and being completely transparent with me as to what it was going to cost and how long it would take to complete. I wish him continued success because he deserves it.

I've used Klim Service Crew a few times. One in particular was mounting my 50' television to my wall. I didn't have the appropriate screws and Evgeniy was able to help resolve that issue without a problem. He was on time, kind, had great communication, used a mask while working, is reasonably priced, and did a wonderful job. My family is grateful for his reliable services and will continue to use them whenever necessary.

Half my power went out at 6am. I called him at 7am. He was there by 8:30am.   after working on the power box for 15 min he determined that it was not my power box but my meter or main power lines.  Granted he could not fix it.  I had to call DWP.  however he did not charge me much.   DWP fixed it a few hours later.   Several days later the person from Dunamis texted me just to make sure the problem was solve.  The follow up was nice.  I will be happy to use them again.

We did not know what lights were needed to give us enough Lumens for painting and he shared a lot of his knowledge to help us choose correctly. As far as price for service, I have yet to find other electricians that give you the best bang for your buck.  Very satisfied.
