Big Ben Mounts was the easiest service we had while moving! Why?

1. Literally within two hours of requesting my quote on yelp, the job was DONE!
2. They had a spare mount when the one I had wasn't compatible and it was very fairly priced.
3. Even after mounting they took the extra step and help me set up my TV and streaming device.

Shalom (and his colleague) clearly knew exactly what they were doing and gave great advice during the placement/hanging process. I could not recommend them more - I honestly wish I had more TVs to mount to give them my business again. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

Just had them fix a bunch of minor problems found during purchase inspection they did.

They made a minor mistake during work that showed up later. Amir and Lou immediately came back and fixed and ran a complete test on everything again.

Human error but immediately fixed. That's great service.

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

Next time I have a project for an electrician I know where to start no need for all the flurry of quotes that come when you start a project on Yelp.

Responsive, professional, polite, reasonable priced, and organized. These guys are pros. I would not hesitate to use this guys for all my future electrical needs.

Update: I did not use his services, nor do I plan on it, not sure why he is offering my number to strangers for an honest review on how uncomfortable I was regarding this discussion when I called about checking to see if he was licensed, insured and vaccinated. Not only has he called me after posting this review but has offered my information because i posted a review on how I did not feel that the conversation was professional but the lack of concern for a global pandemic, my issues were not about his vaccination status or following his doctors orders but the comments that followed after that seemed to not have the seriousness of COVID. Interesting that he wants me fired for following my works request to check vaccination status.  

Called for information and asked if he was licensed, insured and vaccinated. he spent the entire time talking about how I shouldn't worry about Covid spewing up every conspiracy theory when I was just trying to see if they are vaccinated. Because seems really misinformed and would not stop saying conspiracy theories, even eventually brought up immigration, not sure why but would not stop. No thanks.

To reply to his response, I let him know that I have members in my family who are drs who have data to support their information so I will continue to listen to them, as well as family who work in Texas and on the border and how helpful some research would be. Did not bring up any of this and was just trying to get an estimate from someone licensed insured and vaccinated. Not have a discussion on politics. Though his lack of understanding on an airborne virus is concerning enough to share for those wanting to keep their family safe.

If you want some idiot to come out, do nothing, and try to charge you $200 Jim's is the service for you. I payed him $100 for coming out and even that was no deserved  0/5 star review

I would highly recommend Eric for any time of electrical job. He's going to be my go to guy for my next few jobs. I got referred to Eric by a friend and he sure didn't let me down. Very efficient and professional. I needed a job done asap and he didn't hesitate. Got it done fast and clean. One of the cleanest electrical panel installs I've seen!

I just needed a few small things fixed around my apartment. I had 3 lights that I needed an electrician to look at. 1 in my closet with a door switch that turns the light on and off, 1 was just to change out the current fixture for a new one and last, I wanted to turn my washer dryer closet light to a manual switch instead of the door switch that was currently installed. I was having a difficult time getting an electrician to call me back. When I finally got a hold of somebody and made an appointment, the guy canceled on me the same day messing up my schedule. After reading some reviews for electricians in my area on Yelp, I stumbled upon Larchmont Electricians. I figured I would give them a shot.

I'm not tech savvy so when I called them, the technician was very pleasant and easy to talk to. They made it easy to schedule an appointment especially around my busy work schedule. The technician had even called a few days prior to confirm our appointment.

After fixing all of my issues (way sooner than I expected might I add), the technician noticed a fire hazard in my bedroom closet door switch. I was unable to get that fixed right then and there yet he still took the time to educate me on other options. He was then so kind as to install a different type of circuit breaker for my closet lights as a temporary fix so if it short circuits and sparks it would cut off the power.

I'm no technician, but I know great service when I get it. I highly recommend them.

Alejandro provided us with really good service. He texted me over the holiday to schedule the appointment.  He provided a time window for his arrival and though he missed it due to heavy traffic he did provide me an update to let me know. I was pleased with the work he did replacing a dryer outlet and the dryer power cord. He provided a detailed review of the work and what he did.  I felt good that he identified a ground wire that was not sufficient for the outlet and addressed it. I definitely would use Alejandro again. I am pleased with the job and his pricing was fair.

The crew took advance that we do not have background knowledge about wiring and up charged us $500 more than their original quote. They also left foot prints all over the house that I need to mop afterwards. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

Great service, fair prices, and excellent professional work.  I use Joe and his staff for my home and business, electrical needs.  Referred him out to many, and we use him for our church needs. All of us have been happy.  I would use any one else.

Since my first review more than a year ago I've had Roland do several more jobs from hanging a TV with in-wall wiring to a full refresh on our new Palm Springs condo: under cabinet lighting in kitchen, ceiling fan, bathroom fan, closet lighting, and replace all outlets & switches. He's knowledgeable, good suggestions, works fast and a great guy. I can't recommend him enough!

Called up Nick for a subpanel upgrade and a disconnect switch for the AC unit. Got the work done all up to code and of course passed city inspection. Good and neat install. Will use New Quest Electric again if I need them.

I reached out to Aldo yesterday because I saw he had all five star reviews and her is local.

He answered his phone immediately and gave me pricing over the phone for a very basic bathroom fan replacement.
I was able to make an appointment for the very next morning
Aldo himself showed up with one of his men, Jesus.  together they got together a game plan, then Jesus was the pointman for the rest of the day.
Jesus was polite and extremely competent and did great work. They also help me make two ceiling fans I installed myself more safe for the home.

Everyone from the company wore masks the entire time they were here, which was a great professional courtesy.

We're a new commercial customer. They did a great job on a very sensitive project where we needed to do nightime service on a 480 volt main service panel. . They sent the first team, worked carefully but efficiently and finished the project under budget.

Good followup.

They also did some minor electrical work at the project on another occasion. Far less than other proposal.

Needed an outdoor outlet installed. They responded quickly and gave a great price. The day of installed the electricians arrived on time (actually was 5 minutes early). They were able to do the work in about 30 minutes. Talked me through the process and we're very professional. I know who to call for all my electrical needs
