They were great.  The configuration of my wall was atypical so it took them some extra effort to get the wires situated/hidden and get my TV and soundbar above the fireplace.  It looks great and even though it probably took them longer than anticipated they kept to their quote which I greatly appreciated. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Angel came out with his assistant Sergio the same day I called him. Angel had my problem solved within minutes. He was on time, professional, personable (Sergio, as well) and very reasonable. Give Angel a call...you will be happy you did... seriously!!

I didn't end up using The Electrician but in providing an estimate virtually he was very thorough and asked good questions. He was also responsive with my questions and provided some good tips as well.

I was having issues with my electrical panel so i reached out to Steve based on the great recommendations he's received. We apparently had a short in one of our outlets which he was able to locate and fix.  Steve was responsive and got the job done. I will definitely use him again.

Alejandro was very prompt and quick. Got a free consultation with him and he arrived on time (even earlier) to see what I wanted done. Couple days later he came back (on time again) and got the job done within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend!

Scheduled a appt. with Joe for 8-9 a.m. He was a no show. I called at 10:20 a.m. and was given the excuse that the appt. was between 9-11 a.m. and did I want him to come or not, because he was on his way. I immediately said NO. Can't do attitides and bad customer service. The next man will get the job.

I just had some electrical work done a couple days ago and thought my electrician may have messed up my pool pump while wiring an outdoor bathroom for me. I needed an opinion on this before I confronted my electrician. So I called Star Energy Electric. They came out very fast and checked the work of the other electrician for me. It turns out by pure coincidence my pool pump went out the exact time my electrician did some work in that pool area. I was relieved and grateful that Star Energy responded very quickly and charged a very reasonable consultation fee to evaluate the situation. I have other work to do in the future and will be calling for a free estimate.

TLDR: Straightforward, professional, and delivered exactly as promised on my new NEMA 14-50 plug for my charger. They mounted the EV box and everything cleaned up.

My only complaint is the slow response after the installation. I asked for some electrician information to fill out some rebate paperwork. It took 3 weeks of slow back and forth to get the information. This soured the experience a bit and makes me wonder what support would look like if there was an issue with the installation. I've had my charger installed 6+ months with no issues so far so still 5 stars.

I contacted Aldo on Yelp messaging.  He replied within 30 minutes and was at my house within an hour.  He gave me a very fair estimate on the work and had it completed immediately.  I had another issue with the landscape lighting in the front of my house and he said he had time to look at that as well.  He fixed five lights and had everything working again.   His professionalism, immediate response and outstanding work have gained him a new and very satisfied customer.  

He gave me an estimate for installation of an electric vehicle charging outlet in the garage, also at a very fair price, and I will absolutely be contacting him again when I'm ready to do that work.  Five stars all the way!

Hart's Electric was the electrical contractor on my remodel in Malibu.  It was a complicated total rebuild of a house from the 70's.  Brain Hart and his foreman David were professional, detail oriented and thorough in execution.  Their bid was not the least expensive, but it was the best value.  They had had experience with the well known architect, and knew that I would probably want different lighting layouts and fixtures.  They were correct.  I had fired the GC after the first month for fraud, and Brian and his crew worked with me as a first-time owner/builder all the way.
I cannot recommend Hart's enough.

We needed a 240v installed so I requested a quote and within minutes I received a reply! Marvin was able to come out the same day and give us a quote. By the end of the week we had our outlet installed for a great price.

Outstanding!  Tesla has this vendor and several others listed as recommended EV connector contractors.  From initial contact throughout the entire process they were responsive, timely, professional and preform high quality workmanship.  Fair and reasonable pricing as well.
