Stainless Steel Sink Replacement

Chingis replaced an old sink with a new Kraus stainless steel sink as a drop in installation. He was able to inform me that an undermount would not be possible via text messaging. He even went out of his way to Home Depot to retrieve parts necessary for the installation process.

Communicated with before and after photos of the sink replacement. Professional and timely. Prompt quote reply. Extremely reasonable pricing.

A first time home owner needing electrical work done on my condo and I didn't know where to start. So glad I found Well Grounded Electric - Jessica and Bobby were super helpful from the start. Bobby was fantastic to work with and very communicative about the scope and next steps. I had recessed lighting and ceiling fans installed, changed the placement of some light fixtures, and replaced other fixtures. I was very impressed with the work - and Bobby even had to deal with my new dog who barked at him every time. Would highly recommend!

Prior to purchasing an Angie's List deal I spoke to Ariel to insure they serviced my area and to make sure the size of the attic fan was sufficient  for our size home. From the very beginning I felt he was curt and that I was bothering him by asking questions. As it turned out we purchased the deal only to have home DENY servicing my area! He told me I was 13 miles outside of his area!!!! We argued over me calling to verify his service area. The bottom line was he WAS NOT willing to HONOR his agreement. Poor customer service to say the least! Here's the funny part, I have seen 2 other deals that I would purchase but after  finding out ADI is the provider, I won't buy them! They lost my business for sure!

I spoke with Oscar multiple times through yelp messages and he helped me solve a electric problem I have. Throughout the process he was professional and patient. He pinpointed the problem and identified a easy fix which saved me money. I will contact him again if I have an issue.

I had some issues with outlets in my kitchen. Found omega electric on yelp with awesome reviews and decided to give them a try. So glad I called them. Not only are they much cheaper, The technician came the same day and fixed the problem within minutes. I'll definitely call them for my future electrical needs!

Found them through positive yelp reviews but didn't have a positive experience. Cecilia confirmed that the electrician would come between 9-10am to provide a quote on some extensive electrical work we needed done. No one showed by 10 so I called and Cecilia confirmed he was on the way and a bit delayed due to an emergency. By 11am still no one had showed or contacted us. Call back again and Cecilia apologized on his behalf and said she'd text me with a confirmed time for someone to come by. No text follow up.

Unfortunately very unreliable and seemingly uninterested us as customers. Having a much better experience with East West Electric.

I called to ask advice regarding 110 vs. 220.  I forgot to ask the man's name that I spoke with but he was awesome!  He gave me the advice I needed and when I asked him if he thought he should come look at it (great opportunity to make money here), he said he didn't need to!   He was honest.  I told him I will definitely use him in the future if we ever need anything electrical done!  Well done!

My company starting using Mike 2 weeks ago when our usual electrician wasn't available and we were in a bind. He went out RIGHT AWAY and solved the problem at a VERY fair price and we have used him 10 times since and have made him one of our regular electricians. Accurate is the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, DILIGENT and COMPETENT contracting service for air conditioning and electrical that I have ever used in the 40 years that I have owned a house.
They recently (Aug. '18) installed a new 200 amp service panel and two new air conditioners and furnace units.  Additionally all new supply and return air ducting was installed.  One of these units was a new installation in the attic so it meant power and gas had to be run.  All in all a major job.
The whole experience was reassuring and I am extremely satisfied.
Before I agreed to this job, at least 6 hours was pent by 2 different Accurate personnel assessing the situation and what had to be accomplished.  Pictures were taken of return air ducting in the crawlspace as well as  the attic.  When I asked what the charge was for this thorough review, they said that there is no additional charge.
Also, when I requested them to change out a electrical plug or something minor, they did not nickel and dime me with every little thing--they just did it.
Now for their cleanliness: 1) they put down runners everywhere they walked and took them away daily, 2) at day's end all trash was removed from the premises, 3) any dust and dirt was vacuumed up almost immediately-not just at the day's end.
Level of detail: I am a retired engineer who wants and expects things done right.  I was impressed with the work in all respects-- electrical and refrigerant lines were run straight, panels were mounted level and sealants were applied neatly.
Personnel involved: Eric was great and kept me informed regularly.  His crew of Rick, Paul, Raymond, Mike, Joe and Dan were courteous and always asked before cutting power, etc. so as to not inconvenience us anymore than necessary.  Perhaps most importantly I gained a healthy respect for them professionally and personally.  No swear words or f bombs when obstacles were presented--they just worked through them.
Sheri in the office always let me know their schedules and when we should expect them.  Never any surprises.
As you can tell from the length of this review I am exceedingly happy with Accurate as a company and with their personnel.  Top notch.  You should feel reassured if you select them for your AC, electrical or plumbing needs.

Amazing work by the team over at JMJP Electric! After looking into several different companies I was so glad to have been referred to them. I needed an electrical panel upgraded and an outlet installed on the side of my house to support these new stringing lights I wanted to put in my backyard, and they were able to do so in such a professional and timely manner.
