I can say enough about the wonderful customer service and skilled professionals that came to our home to install a new Tesla charger. Kenny and Aaron are just the A-team. We have a challenging home as it is over 60 years old, but they navigated it and did a WONDERFUL job. My garage looked better when they left than when they started. We had other estimates but we decided to hire Trout because of the confidence we had in Kenny and Aaron. They really know what they are doing and we did not feel that confidence with competing companies. They answered all my questions and helped me with my electrical learning curve. This will be my first electric car so they were super helpful. I highly recommend them. I can see why they are on the Tesla website as the go to electricians. I am so glad we hired them. Thanks Kenny and Aaron, you guys are AWESOME!!!

Gal is the electrician I called yesterday to set up an appointment for today. He showed up on time. Found out the problem was just the GFCI switch popped, he also gave me some advices to avoid it pop again. As there is nothing to be fixed, so Gal gave me discount on service fee. The most important thing is that he is a honest guy,  he didn't make up stories to charge me more money. He even tried to figure out the problem over the phone so I didn't have to waste my money. Highly recommended.

Chingis was very responsive, fast, and did a wonderful job. Had some medium size mirrors which are a little difficult to hang and a tv to mount. He did a great job getting everything completed.

So Happy I found The TV Mounting Company.  I needed a new 55 inch Samsung and a wireless soundbar installed without the cables showing.  Called them on a Monday and spoke to Rick.  He quoted me a very fair price that included the installation and new high quality HDMI cables.  We set up the install for Friday morning.

They were running behind some on the install date but called me to let me know.  Rick and his co-worker moved the old TV and moved in place the new TV console for me.  They installed everything very professionally and in a timely manner.  They programmed the remote for me as well and cleaned up any mess that had.

Do yourself a favor and hire them men.  It was worth the money to have them do a fantastic job.

After calling several electricians here in the valley and not one return phone call, Jason was the only one who called back.  He put a new meter panel in at our house, could not have asked for a better job.  Very professional and arrived when he said he would...Nice guy too!!  Thanks Jason!!

After an initial scheduling snafu, B&M made it right by coming back the next day and doing the job completely for free.  I am really impressed by their commitment to customer service and would absolutely call them back again.

From the first promptly returned call, to an honest evaluation and estimate, and on through the efficient COVID safe repairs, the service was excellent. High quality workmanship and an extremely reasonable price. Well Grounded Electric earned a well deserved 5 star review.

Nick was very professional and his services were fairly priced!  He did a wonderful job installing our chandelier which was located on a very tall ceiling. I would recommend his services to anyone located nearby!

Fast response time and scheduling. Mario did an excellent job on my property for an exterior outlet and exterior sconce lighting. He explained the process and gave me options to save money on the type of materials I could chose to use. The final finishing touches are what I was most impressed with. I left Mario before the job was complete, returned home and 100% satisfied.

After electing to stay in our current home we started the process of upgrading our home with a backyard redo and upgrade of the electrical panel from 100 to 200 amp to future proof it. I checked several electrical contractors and back in 2015 the bids were around $2200 + the stucco redo after the work was done bringing the total to $2700. That was for a standard 125 upgrade since the city @ the time stated anything over that would need an upgrade for the line running to the home. That would add another $3,000 and made the upgrade untenable at the time since we didn't know if we would stay in the home. Fast forward to this year and deciding to stay here for and inquiring about bids after one of our neighbors mentioned that the city has now waived upgrading of the line from the street to the home and seeing what the panel would cost. I was recommended by my brother in law ADI based on good reviews and pricing and had Ariel come out to big the job and instead of staying with 125 went with the 200 amp AND a dedicated line for our RV. The upgrade including the  RV 30 amp circuit and outlet was $3200 with the stucco repair included. Knowing that copper prices also have gone up AND that the city required an additional ground Ariel had to pull the ground from the other side of the garage to the panel. They sunk two in there and another at the panel. The work for the upgrade didn't require them turning off the power and they were able to complete all of the work except for the stucco patch and drywall (inside of the garage) that day. Everything about the work, timeliness and price for that kind of quality I believe is unmatched. One of my neighbors who works as a building engineer and has work done by this other company bid $5K minimum for the same work. I can't recommend Ariel and ADI enough. The finish work of the stucco was immaculate and you would be hard pressed to tell anything was done cosmetically. In addition his employees are very professional and even when we discovered the RV circuit was 220 instead of 110 Ariel made it right. I point this out because while everyone does well with the work you really don't know what a contractors ethic is unless there's an issue and his motto is the customer is always right. As an Aside, even Kari from Southern California  Edison let me know that I could trust this contractor when I spoke to her about the panel upgrade. I would endorse him for this and more. Thanks Ariel for doing a great job.

Thanks to the team at Omega Electric Services my chandelier plus 3 other lights were placed in my home. Wonderful crew would definitely recommend.

Update:

After discovering that Nelson's technician made the mistake on using an used 70 amp breaker vs. a 20 on my home, another technician came out and fixed it very promptly.

However, after the fix Nelson sent me an updated invoice in which the part cost tripled from $50 to $147. I called to ask how the cost gone up so much he said it's because it was a refurbish part to a new part. I requested an itemized list of parts since I felt like cost tripling was insane between a new and old and he revised the invoice down to $90.  I understand that businesses should have a markup, it's cost of doing business but that's still a 20x markup. Keep in mind this is on top of the $150 of labor cost he's charging me for the 1.5 hours of work.

All in all I gave a 5 star review because despite the mistake they made the first round because I understand errors happen, Nelson took care of it promptly, but this whole billing scheme and going and back and forth just seems dishonest. Would not recommend.  Always itemize, or better yet get the parts yourself.

Good family run company. They are conscientious and down to earth.

They fixed a bad circuit and a couple outdoor outlets that another electrician failed to fix.

They are coming back to put up light fixtures.

Highly recommend their service.

We called around about getting an estimate to get our electrical sub panel in our garage fixed. He was able to come out the same day and even fix it when he was there. He was quick and fixed our water heater plug by replacing it with a longer cord, now it reaches the outlet without an extension plug. Great job!

Mike and Robert are THE BEST! They know what they're doing, they're reliable, trustworthy and considerate. Challenging to say that about vendors these days, but Mike and Robert remind me of how things used to be. They have done two jobs for us here in Pasadena. We 150% recommend them. Wish we had more electrical work to be done!

Very bad experience. I book an appointment to have them come. and they said they will come between 8-12 AM. (Such a big window of wait time) So we were waiting and then at 11:10AM  I called and they said that technician is running late. So we were still waiting.
Then I missed a call at 1PM. I called back at 1:15 PM and they said the technician already went to next job without even going to my house because i did not pick up the phone. I would need to reschedule.
(I lose my appointment because of a missed call and even if i return the call 15 mins later)
They also said I didnt pick up a call at 10:50 AM but I never got that call but i DID call at 11:10AM, and they said they dont have record of my 11AM call even though i talked to someone.
I just wasted my time waiting, and the guy might not even come anymore since we need to reschedule. So, wasted a whole day. (Really... How would one feel..??)

Theyre saying their doing this policy of breaking scheduled agreement becuase some people are inconsiderate. But they are the one who are being INCONSIDERATE of others time.
There might be some people who are inconsiderate, but majority are not. An appointment is like an agreement. If you said you will come, then we will wait no matter what. You cannot just break an agreement just because we didnt answer a phone call. What if someone was in the bathroom or doing something for long time. You should at least still make effort to come. We did the effort of waiting that long and you cannot do your part.

This company is really very inconsiderate. Not valuing people's time.

Our electrical panel needed to be moved, and upgraded to 200 Amps. We texted Jay and he immediately replied, and came by to give us an estimate the very next day. Out of all the quotes we got, he had the most effective plan at a price we could work with.

He was very communicative and let us know everything before he made a change, and as with electrical work on an older home there were a few surprises we had to figure out but Jay was solutions-oriented, practical and got the job done correctly.

We also mentioned we needed a new outlet in passing, and the next time he came he swapped it out for us.

Jay and his team are thorough, knowledgeable and licensed. We will definitely be contacting him for future projects.
