Gal and his team are consummate professionals. I needed a completely new electric panel to replace the original one from 1946 in order to accommodate a new HVAC system. Gal is an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop regarding the work and the permitting process. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat for any electrical needs I have. Thank you, Gal!

After two hours of shopping (for each hour we were charged) he came back without the main material we needed for the job. Still insisted that he had to stay here to do minimum two hours job on top. Since I was paying for shopping hours they should have been included.
Anyway we found other service who did on-target shopping before visiting us and charge only for the material.

Erick and Moy were fast, friendly and efficient. They just mounted my 75 Sony and Sonos Playbar and I couldn't be happier with how the installation went. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

I called around to several Electricians trying to get a quote on having a 240v outlet installed in my garage for an EV Charger. Jason was the most knowledgeable about the process and the permit and was able to give me a very accurate and competitive quote right over the phone from my description of what I needed. Most of the other electricians wanted to schedule something before giving me any numbers at all.

Jason is very friendly and professional. He worked around my very limited availability and did an amazing job and the total cost actually came in below his original estimate. He is my go to electrician from here on out.

I had an issue in my bathrooms with how my lights and exhaust fans were connected. After getting a quote, Kyle and Johnny came to my house and figured out what the issue was. They were fast, professional, and got everything fixed. I'd definitely recommend these guys for your electrical needs!

I reached out to William on a week when I was out of power on several outlets across the house connected to a GFCI outlet that tripped. On my own attempt, I decided to switch another GFCI outlet to replace this defective one, and instead of fixing a problem, I found myself now with 2 GFCI outlets that no longer worked. And worse yet, both had downstream outlets connected to my living and master bedroom, so there was no more internet, TV, phone chargers, or anything else connected to those outlets.

William took a call from me on a Saturday and had such a thorough and organized manner with which he tackled this problem by troubleshooting with me on the phone. He gave me possible causes but also walked me through step by step where I should start and I sent him photos along the way. We found out at the end that I needed to reset my breaker, and I reinstalled the original GFCI outlets with all the proper wires in the Lines section then pushed the Reset button. It was incredible the patience and proficiency he showed as an electrician. You can tell he is truly passionate about his work, but also just a kind man who's looking to help out. He did not ask for money in return, when I fixed all the outlets with his help over the phone. Just an incredible guy and an asset to our community, really makes me feel that there are still good people out there.

Ron adi came out to my home to investigate an electrical surge or panel issue which left the kitchen lights and surround area outlets malfunctioning for over a year. He spotted the problem within a few minutes, offered a quick fix and after months of darkness provided our household with complimentary relief! What more can a girl ask for?
He further more gave suggestions and recommendations to alleviate future problems and was very knowledgable and understanding. Kudos to ADI for a business model, which seems to, rather than push uncomfortable sales tactics on their customers, actually take pride in providing great service through courteous, helpful, and friendly technicians such as Ron.

I had no power to Outlets in bedroom.I called and spoke to Oscar. We set up an appointment. Oscar and his father showed up 25min early. Within 15min Oscar diagnosed the problem. I will use him again, and refer him to anyone who wants a good, professional electrician. Thank you again Oscar.

Mike from South Bay Electric is efficient, friendly, and reliable.  I'm in the residential real estate business and have come across all kinds of tradespeople.  Mike and his guys are GREAT!  I have referred him to our clients and use his services at our own home!

I hired Mike and Robert when I was remodeling my kitchen. They showed up the next day, and did a great job. They were so kind and professional. The space was cleaned up when they finished and everything looked great. I highly recommend these guys.

The receptionist, Paula, seems to think that if you have a credit card which expires because of membership fees, it's up to US to know this and  contact them with an updated credit card. Two months went by without my knowledge of the card expiration. Miss Paula had the audacity to ask me to pay $9 for each of the two months. I didn't even know my membership was in arrears. All-in-all, a non-professional receptionist/company without the courtesy to keep us in the loop.
We are the consumers and you're there to serve us, not vice-versa...

i mean where do i start, these guys are amazing. i just purchased a tesla and one of the big factors was having the convenience of a charger at home. i was refered to this contractor through a family friend, gave one call and did a job walk the next day. price was very good for the labor considering the work that needed to be done! they finished in the agreed upon time and im more than satisfied with the quality of work that was done! Jay (main guy) was very communicative and always kept me in the loop of things! definitely recommend for any electrical needs!
