We love Avila Electric! Elder is by far the best contractor we have worked with. He is skilled, fast, super knowledgeable, and affordable.He's also a great communicator which I really appreciated. We bought a duplex in Los Angeles and were referred by our real estate agent to Avila. I see why she hires him all the time and refers her clients to him! I honestly don't know what to write.  All I know is that Min is great and I wanted others to know about this and not miss out.  We just recently moved from Hawaii, bought a house, and got a long list from home inspection.  So we did our research, got estimates from at least three contractors for roofing, plumbing, and electric each.  Min's price was the most reasonable for our electrical needs.  What I mean by reasonable is that his quality of work is top notch, he was very professional, and easy to talk too while paying at a reasonable price.  I will definitely call him again for my other projects and make him my main electrical guy I go to.

We were having a problem with lights flashing in our bathroom and bedroom and the condo complex where we live suggested Alfano Electric.  I called and spoke to the very nice girl working in the office and set up an appointment for the next day.  John Alfano and his son-in-law arrived when expected and even called when they were on their way.  Both these men were total gentlemen and a pleasure to have in my home.  They were extremely professional, talked to me and listened to my concerns, they were well prepared and had everything they needed for the repair in their truck.  The repair was a bit tricky but they figured it out and all our lights are burning steadily now.  John even offered to do some vacuuming where they had worked!  I believe their estimate and bill were very fair and I would recommend them with no hesitation, they were the description of good work and customer service.

Jeremy and crew upgraded my original 60 amp panel to a 220 amp. Rewired my entire home. All as quoted and it's all full y warranted by him. Great work with no issues. Jeremy is great to talk with and very personable and knowledge in his trade and craft. Definitely recommend again!

I contacted American Chase to install a 240v outlet. Fernando provided a quote quickly and gathered all information needed to complete the job.

In addition, I am in the process of applying for the rebate and wasn't quite sure what needed to be done so they were kind enough to look up what needed to be completed so I qualify for it. They asked for the website so they can verify what needed to be done.

They came on time and told me exactly what will be installed. They did a clean install and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them for any electric work. I will definitely be recommending them to other people who needs electrical work.

Asked for a hanging ceiling fixture to be installed, got a fixed quote, they arrived on time and had everything done within a few hours. Made a bit of a mess, but drywall's gonna drywall.

Would have liked to have them handle the drywall patch work too, but it wasn't offered.

We found Tim on Yelp and he was everything everyone said he would be! We've had several bad experiences when trying to hire a contractor. Tim was on time, he was efficient, reasonable, and friendly. He was conscious of our home and property and has great artistic ideas. We will  hire him again and again!

I've hired Live Conductor on a number of projects. I own a residential remodel company and his electrical work is top notch. He's clean, fairly priced, organized and gets the job done! He is also experienced with city codes and passes inspections with ease. I'll continue to use Live Conductor and would confidently recommend them.

Ballard redid the electrical for the whole downstairs and loft addition for our house, no complaints.  We ran into an electrical issue 6 months out, called Ballard and they showed up within two hours and tested everything and found the problem, which was Southern California Edison's.  Talk about customer service after the sale!  Thanks!!  Will definitely want to use them for the upstairs remodel in July!

Art is great. He kept it real and always had time to answer my questions. He keeps it 100. Him and his crew came in early and finished installing a 200 amp within a few hours. They did for a great price. I hope to do business with him and his company again. Thank you.

We have utilized the services of Ducros on two occasions.  Each time Alex was professional,  pleasant and did exactly what he said  in the walk through. The work was done by a great team and they left the job site clean when finished! We love our lights and would highly recommend Alex...twice!!
