On June 1 2022 12:57pm we contacted Mike's Electric for a kitchen fixture repair. We heard from him on Thursday, June 2nd at 3.31pm asking if he should come later that afternoon or tomorrow. We said tomorrow would be okay. Never heard from him on Friday.  We let it slide due to the weekend.
We never heard from him again.  He did not attempt to arrive or to call us at all.  Terrible customer service.

The Electric Connection were absolutely excellent from start to finish. They installed an EV charging point in my garage, and from the first visit when they came out to review the work and provide a quote, they were knowledgeable, clear and straight forward.

City permits, inspections, installation, quotes, billing, communication, etc., all went just perfectly.

This review is for customer service and sheer professionalism!  I have three internal projects, one involving a 1960's chandelier, and was looking for a ballpark estimate and someone who could do the gig fairly quickly.  Ron was up front in that he was busy for the next couple of weeks but was happy to listen to my projects and give me some great insight into what the job would entail, how long it could and should take, where to take my chandelier to get it fixed for installation and finally a referral to someone he trusts.

In contrast, I'd just gotten off the phone to the number 2 recommended electrician from Angie's List who couldn't have been more of an arrogant tool if he tried!

I reached out through Yelp for solar panel cleaning. I got a response and very fair pricing within 5 min. Communication was very professional and set up an appointment right away. The gentleman showed up at the given time and even sent me a prior eta message about 20 minutes before arriving. He did a thorough job cleaning the panels and even waited for them to dry so he could double check his work. I would definitely use their service again.

I was very impressed by Bryden Electrical. The customer service is outstanding and the work is done efficiently and effectively.  I called them because I wanted and needed to have all of the smoke alarms in our home replaced. Anthony was incredible!  He asked me a ton of questions over the phone to ensure that the work would be done in a way that saved me the most time and money. He knows his stuff and was informative and helpful.  Andre did the work and was equally proficient. He showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgable and excellent at his job. Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Bill is a great electrician!  I am so glad my family used him. He is quick to respond, does superior work, and is priced fairly.  We appreciated his honesty and expertise during the design process prior to starting our construction - if we could do it over again, we wouldn't have bid the job, as Bill was the clear favorite and we could have started work earlier.  He is also a Westchester resident and takes great pride in our community.  I highly recommend Bill for your next electrical needs!

I'm so thankful Orlando and the family were able to work on our 1930s home. Their attention to detail, the genuine care, dedication to the craft, and professionalism made updating the house so much less stressful. They rewired the whole property, removed all the old knob and tube wiring and junction box, installed a new electrical panel, new light fixtures, sockets, attic fan, bathroom fan, outdoor lights, 240v outlets for the kitchen and laundry room, and prepared us for whatever we might need in the future. After all that work, they handled the city permits and inspections, patched up all the holes that were made in the plaster, and left the place in great shape. During the project Orlando was very accommodating to the needs of how my partner and I envisioned living in the house and made so many great suggestions for how we could make things more comfortable or logical when laying out the plans. Yireh Electric is the absolute best and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Jason installed a sub panel in my garage to run my new air compressor and future circuts for a well pump. Along with a heavy duty plug for my welding machine.  I was in the dog house with my wife untill he added a really great light over the laundy.  This kind of attention to detail is what makes a professional.  ( and saved my butt ) Thanks again Jason........
