I have used Chris for several electrical jobs in my house. He installed a large chandelier in my dining area as well as, installing dimmers & other outlets. He is on time, very nice, professional, honest, knowledgeable & cleans up afterwards. Will definitely be using him again.

So 11 months later he sends me a message asking how he can make this up to me (i.e., get me to change my review). What on earth does he expect to do 11 months after the fact? I've already hired someone to take care of the issue (and quite well) almost a year ago.  There is nothing you can do for me to get me to LIE for you and change my review. This man has no integrity, no scruples, and bad character.

Craig has done 3 projects at my house.  Last night, power went out in 1/2 of my house, and I was worried this would be a big problem.  He came in, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

He really knows what he is doing, which is what you want in an electrician!  He is also very reasonable with his charges, and is really nice to deal with.  I will not hesitate to call Craig's again the next time I need an electrician.

the office was great. steve came out and put in new led spots outside and into a raised indoor ceiling. he also put in new outlets with ports for apple products. a week later, one of the old outdoor wires wasn't working and he came right out and fixed it. i will always call them with my electrical problems. very dog friendly.

I found my electrician!!! I was having an electrical issue in my home... the breaker for all my lighting kept tripping and wouldn't stay on for more than 20 seconds before it would trip again. Chris got to my house and quickly found the issue (shortage). I was honestly impressed with how quickly he found and fixed the issue... I can't say enough good things about CJ electric, Thanks again Chris.

I had setup an appt and was given his estimate.  I wanted to confirm what he was going to do. He told me what he was going to do, which was NOT what the packaging said to do.  Repeated my question and he then repeated his answer and said the cost was most likely $150more since the bigger breaker was needed and would be the majority of the cost. Packaging said 30 amp breaker he said needed a 40 amp breaker.  I called the manufacturer on this, they said 30 amp breaker double pole 240 volt. Called and told him this,. His answer I am the professional and I make the decision. Told him I didn't need him, cancelled the appt and hire another electrician.

I have been using them for years. they always do a great job. I needed a rush job at my deli in Santa Monica, The owner Brian came over and Started the job himself. They even help us remove and install the new Deli case.  that was not part of the job, but they help out. I highly recommend using them. It is nice to see people still take pride in there work.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Bill and his two assistants replaced track lighting in two room with new ceiling fixtures, installed a ceiling light/fan in a room with 12' ceiling, changed out broken outlet, replaced old light bulbs with LED's in 8 very high-up ceiling fixtures. All in 4 hours and for a great price. He even suggested a better, less expensive way to install the ceiling fan than what we thought would have to be done. Plus he always returned phone calls promptly.

Orlando rewired the electrical outlet for the new dishwasher I bought. I was quoted by another electrician for $750 to do the work that Orlando did for half the price. Tremendous savings. Moreover Orlando patched the existing hole
on the wall for no extra charge. From here on he is THE electrician for my household.

Wil and his team at Modern Electric are helpful, thorough, accurate and careful with their work. We got 6 recess ceiling lights added to our living room ceiling and they look FANTASTIC. He also added a light above our staircase and fixed the other lighting to match and it is so much brighter and makes a huge difference in our new townhouse. They also went through and updated all of our old power outlets, hung a new light in the dining room, and also a new power outlet for our dishwasher. They were speedy, easy to schedule with and communicate - very happy with their work and will be using them again for any of our future electrical and lighting needs.
