I've been without power on a circuit since the Tick Fire in my backyard and couldn't figure out what was the cause of my outage. I called Chris late this afternoon expecting a callback tomorrow but he called me tonight. He listened patiently to my explanation of my problem and walked me through several scenarios that could be causing it. I took his advise and did a little more troubleshooting. I found the issue and fixed it! Even though it may have been a simple solution, he helped me without charging me. To me that demonstrates his integrity! I would recommend Chris to anyone needing an electrician! Thanks Chris!

Mikes Electric was a life saver! My unit didn't pass inspection because a few of the outlets didn't have grounding which was odd because all the other outlets in that room were grounded. You would think this would have been an easy fix; however, it was not. Mikes checked each outlet to find the root of the problem.. to my surprise, the problem was a faulty grounding wire in another room of my home. Mikes work was very affordable and done with pride. I would definitely have him on speed dial if I ever need electrical work done.

Patrick is a fantastic electrician who walked me through every step of the process of installing
electrical outlets in our garage as well as a 240V outlet for an electric car charger outside the
garage. He was on time and provided excellent service and communication. He followed up on
my original query, obtaining city permits, and having his work inspected by the city. Patrick took
care of all of my concerns along the road. Everything is running fine, and I would definitely use him again in the future.

I had overhead lighting installed and I couldn't be happier. John was very prompt, professional and very friendly. His pricing was fair and his work was quality. I highly recommend calling John for any of your electrical needs!

Craig has done 3 projects at my house.  Last night, power went out in 1/2 of my house, and I was worried this would be a big problem.  He came in, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

He really knows what he is doing, which is what you want in an electrician!  He is also very reasonable with his charges, and is really nice to deal with.  I will not hesitate to call Craig's again the next time I need an electrician.

We had a power outage and remembered the catchy Powell Electric jingle from TV.  They asked if Saturday (4 days away) would be OK to come by.  Ah, no.  I need power today not 4 days from now.  I started looking in Yelp and came upon USA Repairs Electrical.  I called them up and the very nice operator said that they would be out today.  I was lucky to get Steve as my repairman.  Bobby gets some good reviews but this shout out goes to Steve.  He quoted me a time of approximately 2 hours from the time that I first called.  When he was delayed by his prior call, he called me and told me about the delay.  This was fine.  I was glad to get his call.  He immediately diagnosed the problem and completed the job within an hour.    He carried the parts with him so he did not need to leave and come back.  Steve was very friendly and talked me through his repair.   I highly recommend USA Repairs to fix your electrical problem.

Another good experience with a very good electrician.  He installed my new Ring Floodlights and they are working great.  He shows up when promised, does professional work and charges a very reasonable price.  He has my recommendation for future electrical work.

They installed my Logitech Circle View Doorbell (HomeKit compatible) and were willing to spend some extra effort to help troubleshoot some issues with the chime when it wasn't working properly the first time. Highly recommended.

Kim, the owner of The Electric Connection, is a lifesaver and an extremely nice person. Yesterday I was firing my electric kiln, a 12 hour process, and right around the 11th hour the power to my studio went out. Apparently the kiln has tripped a breaker. Me trying to flip that breaker back on did not work. The next day I tried to get other electricians out to inspect and possibly replace the breaker but no one would return my calls. When I called Kim, he took the time to talk me through the breakers on the subpanel and the main panel with its old style push-in breakers. He was very kind and patient and got my power back to working without even leaving his office. He really saved the day. Thank you Kim!

Hire Ron! He came out next day, was able to diagnose and address our issue with our circuit breaker, replace a cheap builder's outlet, and replace a chandelier in just a couple of hours. And to top it off, he's as friendly as can be. Total professional and highly recommend!

Just called Will when our electrician had to cancel last minute on our renovation. He wasn't available, but went out of his way to find a good electrician who was available to help us. He has been in the business for 30 years and I felt he was trustworthy and genuinely interested in the success of our project- and he wasn't even getting paid! Yep, another 5-star review for Jason! We hired a general contractor (Construction Dynamics....learn from our mistake and stay clear of him!!) to bring the plugs in our kitchen up to current code. About half way through the job, we found out this guy didn't even *know* the current code (how do licensed contractors get away with this?). So, Jason to the rescue! He came in and quickly fixed our problems AND did some additional work for us. Jason did whatever was needed to pass City of Santa Clara inspections and always with a smile...YAY!!! He is just a great, trustworthy guy with great work ethics and a lot of fun, too! Goes without saying that we will be hiring Jason again if we need electrical work done. Thanks, Jason!
