It's My 3rd time using American Electric.
This time it's was wow
Last Thursday at 9pm the old fluorescent light in my bathroom stop working, so I text Yarin the crew manager from American Elecric ,
He called me back at 8am and said that he'll come at the end of the day around 4-6pm.
When he showed up at 4:15pm with 2 of his workers he understood that he can get it all fix by himself in 1 hour and send his helpers to go home.
He replaced 4 can lights for LED by himself (including attic work)
Wow!

2. Last year Yarin and his crew replace my main electrical panel box for 200 Amp and deal perfectly with the city and power company.
American Electric also got me a grate worker to patch the stucco around the new panel.(10/2019)

Mike was great. I emailed him at 1:00 am and he responded in 20 minutes, came next day. He came and replaced a circuit breaker in my home on Labor Day 2020. He replaced an aftermarket part with an original part for my 1965 panel. He readjusted the position of the breaker and it worked great and was solid no sparking. He found the issue right away. He also tested the load of my AC pump which he showed me everything he did. Thinking about upgrading breaker box in the near future to eliminate future problems with an old system. He was running a little late but he is working 15 hours a day right now. I was pleased and would call again. Nice to use a locally owned business in these times. Our house has very ancient wiring and we've experienced problems with particular outlets being out on a regular basis. We've had sceral electricans come to fix it, but today Patrick came to fix it and he patiently described the problem to us in a waythat we could finally grasp. We valued his knowledge, ideas and recommendations for the future and we just had a nicest time with him.

So nice to know that companies take the time to respond to feedback. John contacted me as soon as he'd read my review and asked to make things right. He came over within days and fixed the problem at no additional charge. Thank you, John. He took the time to explain how the fixture works and gave us suggestions on possible upgrades. Will certainly work with him again.

Two outlets in my kitchen blew out while my landlord was out of town... if I wasn't a terrible chef, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but ya girl needs microwave access at all times. Lol. My work schedule is really inflexible, and with my landlord out of town, there was nobody who could let an electrician in during reasonable business hours. Luckily, Steve at USA was willing to work with me, and his coworker, Bobby, was able to swing by at the end of his day, within minutes of texting. Bobby had the parts needed on him (thank god) and fixed the issue in ten minutes. Me and my frozen Trader Joe's Chicken Tikka Masala were extremely grateful.

Highly recommended! I had a blown fuse in my kitchen and Chris was so great walking me through troubleshooting over the phone, that we hired him to do a full panel replacement. His attention to detail, perfect amount of communication and coordination of the installation/inspections were very much appreciated. He handled the coordination between tenant, owner and property management company flawlessly by keeping everyone abreast of progress until completion.

Fantastic!   Moving forward this will always be my go-to for any electric needs.  James took the rime to walk me through my purchases before install date to make sure I was purchasing the correct items and understood the difference in products.  Manny did the install day of and the was AMAZING.  Listened to my design ideas on placement and offered up his ideas on functionality so we came up with the most efficient plan.  I couldn't ask for a smoother more communicative lighting install.  The house looks beautiful.  I'm a details person and the lights are so symmetrical and evenly spaced down to the the millimeter.  So so happy with my new outlets, outdoor Ring floodlights and recessed lights.

Where do I start? I pride myself on my research skills and I was lucky enough to find myself reaching out to Victor from EnerBg! He was able to give me a quote and schedule me in right away! He was prompt, efficient, and explained everything. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave advice on other electrical needs that I had. If you want someone reliable, trustworthy, and responsible then you have to call Victor right away. EnerBg is now my go to electrician for me and my friends/family.

Orlando and his team were very great to work with.  We hired him to install recessed lights in our kitchen.  He helped me understand the proper placement and size of the lights and even helped fix some of the existing switches that were outdated.  The work was done well and quick.  We are very pleased and will be sure to contact Yireh Electric again with future electrical needs.

Wil is a great resource in the Burbank / North Hollywood area for anyone having electrical problems or wanting to upgrade their older home's electrical systems.

Working with Wil was the best experience I've had with a contractor ever. He's a great communicator - I always felt like I was on top of what was happening next and any decisions that needed to be made. He and his assistant are respectful and efficient and so pleasant - which is important when someone's in every space in your house and garage.

I was having trouble with my garbage disposal, and it turned out to be something mechanical, which Jason figured out within a couple minutes.  I had him look at a few other things, and he fixed them all, even making some of the electric fixtures more safe along the way.  He was patient and thorough, but efficient.  He's also a pretty cool guy!  He really seems to love helping people.
