Hired Chris to install remove a wall mounted light and install 4 ceiling lights in its place, wiring the installed lights for 3 separate switches; also, to expand an electrical outlet box from 2 to 4 plugs.

Chris met with me and we discussed what I wanted and he gave me a quote that same morning. The actual work was scheduled for a week later.

Chris and his apprentice arrived on time (actually a bit early) and went right to work. They were done in half the time I had expected and did very little damage to the garage walls. I am amazed how quickly the work was completed. The lights are fantastic, I can now see in my garage and work in there!

I will definitely call Chris again in the future. I have some more electrical work to be done in the not too distant future.

UPDATED: After all the chaos of the original panel install, Yemin went above and beyond to make things right. A technician was sent out on a weekend to get everything up and running. They've kept in constant contact with me regarding all the panel inspections, and now everything works like a dream. It's also my understanding that the technician running the install is no longer with the company. Will definitely call them if I have any future electrical needs.

On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, a breaker was tripped and could not be reset. We called American Electric and they were responsive and gave us the option of coming out that day, or saving the cost of a weekend/holiday call and coming out Monday. When they came out, as scheduled, they said that the breaker was arcing, was a fire hazard and due to the age of the unit we'd need to replace the whole panel. After several delays, related to inspections and poor weather, including one surprise unscheduled visit, the panel install begins in the new year. I was told it would take 3 hours. It took ten. Beyond when my disabled adult children returned home from school, beyond when my young daughter needed to go to bed. It turns out They (management? purchasing department?Bob, the god of electricity?) provided them with the wrong panel. My entire home is electric, and we were in the dark, with no ability to prepare food, or heat our home. My car was in our garage, which requires power to open. The workers never communicated reasons for the delay. We had opted to not run a generator to the fridge because it would only be 3 hours and I didn't want to leave a door open to let out the heat or my pets. Communication would have allowed us to make better decisions. The job is theoretically done, and not only is the original problem (everything on one breaker no with no power) we additionally now have other rooms with no power.

I called him at 5:30 pm on a Sunday night with an electrical emergency.  He was there in less than 3 hours.  He stayed 2 1/2 hours to fix the problem and was there until 11 at night.  He fixed my emergency problem and discovered problems with several of my plugs.  He charged me a very reasonable price (less than I was expecting to pay).  He is very nice and professional.  I will be using his services again this week to install a ceiling fan.  Thank you so much Mike

Bobby was great. Very friendly and professional. He worked us into his schedule and did a great job installing a ceiling fan, accent lighting and troubleshooting some wiring for us. He did quick, quality work and charged a reasonable rate. We will use him again if we have future electrical needs and we definitely recommend him.

CJ electrician was on time and handled all the issues we found quickly and at a great price. I have him added as a contact for any of my future electrical needs.

I had setup an appt and was given his estimate.  I wanted to confirm what he was going to do. He told me what he was going to do, which was NOT what the packaging said to do.  Repeated my question and he then repeated his answer and said the cost was most likely $150more since the bigger breaker was needed and would be the majority of the cost. Packaging said 30 amp breaker he said needed a 40 amp breaker.  I called the manufacturer on this, they said 30 amp breaker double pole 240 volt. Called and told him this,. His answer I am the professional and I make the decision. Told him I didn't need him, cancelled the appt and hire another electrician.

Danielle & Bob @ The Electrical Connection were great to work with. They explained everything clearly and got me booked with an electrician within 24 hours. The crew that came out were friendly, on-time (early) and efficient. My EV is now charging at a great speed and I couldn't be happier. :-)

Ron was really helpful. He came on the same day I called as it could have been urgent. Assessed the situation and tried his best to resolve it late in the evening. He made sure that everything was safe, said we should wait a few days and see if there is a recurrence. If there it happened again he would come and look for everything through a method of elimination. He is awesome, explained everything to us, showed us a burnt wire and the best part is he takes credit cards online. I would highly recommend Ron. He is a professional and a gentleman.

Victor is great to work with. Reasonable prices and quality work. He has installed 2 - 240 V outlets and a generator interrupt switch and outlet, so I'm all set for the next blackout. We were without electricity for 26 hours only 3 weeks ago, so this will help with peace of mind for any future blackouts. All service was fast, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend enerBg.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Bill is a great electrician!  I am so glad my family used him. He is quick to respond, does superior work, and is priced fairly.  We appreciated his honesty and expertise during the design process prior to starting our construction - if we could do it over again, we wouldn't have bid the job, as Bill was the clear favorite and we could have started work earlier.  He is also a Westchester resident and takes great pride in our community.  I highly recommend Bill for your next electrical needs!

I am writing of my experience so far with Yireh Electric, because as a potential customer, I would have liked to be alerted to 2 things.

I asked Orlando for an itemized firm price to upgrade my 1949 circuit box to 200 amp.  AFTER SEVERAL DAYS, he came, and also suggested re-wiring the entire house, going from room-to-room to inspect and make suggestions.  So then I requested 2 itemized bids, one for the box upgrade and one for the house.

More than a week later, I'm still waiting for the itemized bid I requested, with one communication from him a few days ago I haven't forgotten about you.

I am ready to get my project going, but would advise potential customers that:  (1) It could take several days before you see him to inspect your project, and (2) Over a week to get an itemized bid.

All other professionals I've hired here were able to schedule their inspections within a day and handed me their itemized bids before leaving.  Itemized is important to compare what each pro promises to do for your job.

If these 2 elements of Yireh's business were as professional as his work, I would consider altering this review.

LATER TODAY:  I received his itemized price after sharing this review with potential customers, and it is 10% more than the verbal quote he gave me before leaving.  I consider this Alert #3 to potential customers.  I feel it is important that a pro remember his exact verbal quote (like writing it down) before increasing it by 10% it on paper.

Wil Installed a Level 2 electric car charger for me last November plus added a couple of outlets elsewhere in the house. Installed a separate dedicated 40 amp breaker and ran a line under almost the length of the house. Work was neat and done under a day for a fair price

You could not ask for a more perfect experience. Jason is truly awesome. He's a very honest electrician and does things correctly. I would recommend him to anyone!
