What can I say? Chris is the man. First of all, his prices are very reasonable. His work is exceptional. He did a Circuit panel upgrade for me. 100 amps to 200 amps with Solar ready. He came at 8:00 am and was done by 10:00 am. That's right, 10:00 am. He had a partner also that was very knowledgeable. The two of them are the best. I Highly recommend him.

What a joke, they ask for $25 just to come out and give you an estimate :-) . I requested a quote for the same job from dozens of other electrical companies, and not a single one asked for payment just to come out and give an estimate. I said, how about I will provide you with pictures of the current panel and wires location, and the scheduling person said that no, it has to be in person and has to be $25 for the visit. I said thank you, but no. I wonder how many people actually fall for that.

What is confusing is all of the rave reviews stating how he was a pro, and prompt, and generally awesome.  Contacted Mike for some electrical work.  He booked a 3 p.m. appointment and then never called or showed.  Messaged him at 3:30 to see if he was delayed somehow, but no response from him.  Nothing.  Now 2 hours later I have called someone else for a different day. Too bad, if he was good I would have referred him to my clientele and friends.  I am really not sure how these people stay in business by being so flaky.  I wonder how they decide to either show up or flake out.  Is it a magic 8 ball decision or something?  No call/no show is a strange manner to conduct yourself with people who want to pay you for services.  I'm only disappointed that I couldn't give zero stars.  Call at your own risk...he may be awesome if the tarot cards say it to be so.  For me, this review closes the chapter on his company forever.  No excuses for wasting several hours of my time.
Update 2.5 hours later apologizing for being busy and asking if I was still free.  I don't understand this.  All it would have taken was a call or text at the scheduled appointment time.

I've used Craig's Electric for the past couple of years for all my electrical needs for my house and my businesses and have been very satisfied with the work, pricing and his knowledge. I've had a hard time finding a great electrician the last few years but don't have to worry about that anymore!

I yelped very fast before I started loosing battery. Called about 3 location everyone wouldn't come out for free. Or within 3 hours.  Finally found USA repair and the secretary answered and scheduled my appt within 60 min

Bobby came in my house and declared who he was with a badge and I felt safe legging him In.

He reviewed all my options and we came to an agreement.

He fixed half because that's all I can afford till next week.

I'm happy with my service and price I will call next week to fix the rest.

I called Ron when all of the outlets stopped working in the front of the house.  I had already flipped the breakers, etc. and could not figure out what to do next.  When I called Ron to make an appointment, he walked me through a few things that I could try before he came out and charged me a service fee, etc.  After discussing with him for about 10 minutes, he was able to guide me how to fix the problem without a service call.  I saved time and money - and Ron did it all for free.  Whenever I have any issues in the future, I will call Ron without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and competent electrician.

I was in need of Backyard trail lighting repair for about 24 lights. Walter was wonderful very professional, quick helpful and did a great job. The company worked with me so well and I would highly recommend this company for electrician services and I will be using them for any of our future home needs.

Pretty. Amazed. I requested a quote and got my problem fixed all within the same afternoon, on a Sunday no less. Super fast, responsive, and courteous -- all for a more than fair price. I'm delighted bc it wasn't a huge issue - broken dimmer switch - but it's always so much more of a hassle to deal with things during the week when you also have work.

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Middle of the night electrical issue and he was great! Gave me great advice on how to prevent future issues.

I needed an electrician for a simple task of reversing the polarity on an outlet, but it needed to be coordinated with the arrival of a new appliance, and this was over the Memorial Day weekend. Much to my delight, I was able to talk Wil into sacrificing an hour of his Memorial Day and provide his expertise to help me.

Wil was quite punctual, and everything went off without a hitch. He was efficient, positive, paid a lot of attention to details -- and it was obvious to me that he cared deeply for a job well done. Although I only needed him for a small job, Wil demonstrated that he would be an excellence choice for a task of any size and scale. We're happy with his great service and would like to recommend Wil to everyone!

Called Jason out on a troubleshooting exercise.  A recent space heater purchase was causing havoc to my electrical system.  He was able to find the problem quickly, a small amount of fire damage, and suggest a quick course of action.  Very thorough, he took the time to audit the breaker box and found an incorrectly sized circuit (20A fuse instead of 15A).

Jason was clear and informative, explaining the root cause, metal crimping in all the junction boxes and why they fail over time creating arcing and eventually fires.  He is very safety oriented and pointed out code violations and how to fix them.

Because he had to remove some dry wall, he put in a nice temporary patch and was good enough to point out some termite damage to the studs.

Not all the issues where resolved after his initial visit, he came out a second time, late in the evening, and diagnosed and fixed a couple more problems quickly and efficiently.

Jason is responsive to email and phone calls, and makes an effort to keep his customers updated.  I'm very happy with the work and plan on using his company again.

Great experience today.  They found out I had a very simple problem and they solved it, simply.  Will absolutely use them again.
