I needed an opinion on rewiring my back and front yard for landscape lighting and I contacted two electricians for estimates. The first junior electrician (not a C-10) suggested adding another breaker in the panel because as he stated, there was space for more. However, I knew that I was already maxed out on amperage regardless of the empty spaces for additional circuit breakers. The guy took photos and measurements for conduits, but never got back to me. Chris the electrician confirmed that I was maxed (tapped) out in the panel and explained to me and showed me what could be done to achieve what I was looking to do without any additional electric work. I appreciate Chris' honesty, professionality, and promptness.  I will definitely consider him for future projects.

We needed to replace our old outlets in our living room for some time now. After one blew we called American Electric Service and Yarin showed up promptly at 2:00pm for our 2-4pm window. He was quick to assess, friendly and had everything available on the spot to fix everything. We will definitely be calling him for future electric needs.

We called Mike services to fix certain electrical component systems after buying our new home. He was running late during our first appointment, this was understandable. So the day the work has to be done, things were going smoothly. We went to go pick up some lunch and our kid from school (~45 mins) and when we came back, there were 2 guys working and a child.

THE ISSUE: The garage had water puddles and we asked what happened. They said that the child just wanted to dip his feet into the pool, but he got hot so he splashed his head with water. We would've believed them and be okay with it but the kid was soaking wet! From head to toe. My husband said that it is not professional and it is a liability issue if something were to happen to the kid in OUR PROPERTY.  Also they should've had the respect to ask if the pool could be used. They acted pissed talking about it's not a big deal like its a public pool. After 10 mins they went to pack up and leave and said they wouldn't finish the job that we hired them to do.

I honestly had no problem with the kid soaking his feet and playing by the pool if they would've asked us first. But the fact that they lack the respect to ask to use someone else's property is really troubling. And they proceeded to act like we were in the wrong for expecting some professionalism on their part.

Great work and extremely responsive and fast!  Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others.

John just finished some outdoor electrical work, new wiring to the detached garage (and adding outlets, light socket and switch), and adding an outlet/switch for our outdoor patio lighting.  He did an extremely professional job, was communicative through the process, was great with our dog and didn't get annoyed at a teething toddler screaming half of the time.  He offered options for various components and even offered to help install a USB outlet in the kitchen that I'd managed to mess up. While his final quote came in higher than our initial scoping visit, it was still a reasonable price for the amount of work. I'll gladly use John again.

I had a live wire somewhere in my kitchen wall that was actually causing a shock through the sink water. I was totally freaked out but Craig got back to me within 5 minutes and told me he would be out to my house within the hour, immediately taking my case as a priority. Within the hour i was safe to finish my dishes and the next daY all  the wires in questionn were sorted and refed. Great price great service and speedy response. 5 stars. Will call again!

Great experience. Steve came right on time (same day I called). They have a standard price list, but he gave me a big break on the price because my project was going to be a bit easier. He was super professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys, and Steve in particular.

I'm so happy to have found M&I Electric. I needed an electrician immediately but didn't think it was an emergency. I left a voicemail with Chris and he got back to me within minutes. He was friendly on the phone and honest with pricing which turned out to be reasonable in comparison to other electricians I'd called.
He came over within 2 hours and found the problem which was the outlet to the water heater was connected to another light switch. The whole thing was done improperly by another electrical (I won't mention who)
Chris is super friendly and even my dogs liked him. I would definitely recommend him.

Great customer service and backend team support from calling to make the appointment to receiving an emailed invoice after the job is complete. Electricians arrived within the appointment window and were able to quickly identify my doorbell problem and fix it. Photos of the job were sent to me as well.

He is fantastic!  Our problem was in our kitchen; the stove and microwave would shut off for no apparent reason. I feared the worst; Ron came in and made the problem go away with seeming ease.  He explained the problem clearly and answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend him enough!  Thanks Ron!
