Could not be happier with their service! I was looking around for an electrician to help install my new tesla wall connector. I started looking around for quotes even before my charger arrived. Dan reached out to me right away and asked for pictures so he can provide a quote via email. When I found out my charger was going to arrive earlier than expected, Dan was still able to work with my schedule and penciled me in. The electrician came right on time and did an outstanding job and ended up charging me less than what was quoted. Excellent customer service, would recommend them for all your electrical needs, 100%!

We had Angel's crew replace our old electrical panel and install a car charger as well as some lights in our garage. He arranged all of the permits for the panel and charger with the city and SCE and his crew did a beautiful clean job. I was really impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. There were so many inspections needed by the city and his crew was there at each one. Prices were very fair. Overall, couldn't have asked for better service. Very highly recommended!

Very disappointed in my second attempt to work with LR Electrical.  He missed two appointments, did not give me advanced notification of either, and never even responded to my texts or calls about missing the last one!  I'm not sure if he's very busy now, if he's moved on to a new business, or what the excuse could be, but the repeat failure to communicate or show up to appointments is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone.

An honest electrician! I had an electrical issue in all outlets I my kitchen that was effecting my fridge. Johnny told me to plug the fridge into an outlet in the garage. It worked and saved me paying a hefty premium on a Sunday evening visit. Johnny squeezed me in the next day and quickly fixed the problem....educating me along the way.

Randy, the owner came by to see why my Tesla was charging at only 7 miles an hour instead of 30. Randy quickly discovered that the charger box was unplugged from the cord by about half. He immediately noticed that the T on the Tesla charger box was red instead of green. He was here less than 10 minutes and charged nothing because he fixed it so quickly and easily. I would not hesitate to use this company for any electrical needs.

On Wednesday I noticed a section of lights and plugs in my house were not working. Thinking it was a bad bulb I replaced it but the circuit was still not working.  The rest of the house seemed fine.  I checked yelp and was fortunate to find Jaco Electric, not only were they close but the owner answered the phone, not letting it go to voice mail.  I explained my problem and Eric was at my house diagnosing the problem in about an hour.  After what I consider a very fair estimate for the work all my lights and plugs are working as the were intended to.  Eric (the owner) has extensive background as an electrician and a calm and assuring personality which makes you feel he knows what he is talking about.
Before he left we discussed a few more ideas I had which require an electrician.  I'm confident his price will be fair and the work done timely and professionally.  I would absolutely recommend Jaco Electric to anyone.

This is for the service call out of the Mission Viejo Area.  I realize this is a big company and some people may have a good experienced based on the location and employees.  But watch your money people.  GET A SECOND OPINION!

I had a terrible experience!  My husband called this place via google search.  We had an emergency because our outlet was smoking.

Two men showed up and within 5 minutes said we needed a new panel and circuit breakers and rewire....$4000.  So we asked them if they could just cap off the outlet so it was unusable for now because we did not have $4000 to spend (plus we wanted a second opinion).  They said they could not cut off the outlet and anyway it would not fix the problem.  

Our discussion turned into a heated one because it seemed as though they did not want to leave without us paying that $4000.  One of the men even threatened us by saying If I don't fix this today, your outlet may catch on fire while you are sleeping..... um, we will take our chances!

Needless to say we got a second opinion and ended up paying $145 to fix our outlet and infact did not need a new panel.  We saved our $4000 from these con-artists.

Our house had an entire wall knocked down between the kitchen and living room. Needed multiple outlets and switches to be rewired and new wiring for lighting and island hood mounted through the ceiling. Leo is the model of patience and professionalism. Not only was the work correctly and meticulously done, but he also explained every aspect of what he was doing and why. Even fixed pre-existing wiring that could have posed a threat that was incorrectly done from a previous company. Entered the crawl space and attic multiple times to make sure everything was done right and helped make sure everything was flawless. Only electrician I would ever work with, period.

This is an overdue review as we have hired Movses like 5 times already. He is simply awesome. Very responsive, professional, honest, and always gets the job done.

Arin was 100000% the most honest and humble electrician I've ever serviced with. I had an issue where half my house wasn't getting power, but none of the switches was tripped. Odd.....

Prior to servicing my issue with Arin, I was in contact with 2 other Electric Service Companies that after one quick look at my breaker, told me that I would need to replace the entire panel because I had 3 dead switches. They were also very aggressive with getting me to sign their insanely high quotes. After a few checks on the panel, Arin confirmed that those 3 aforementioned switches were in fact FINE! Without going into too much detail, he was able to locate, diagnose, replace the one blown outlet that blocked power to the half of the house and BOOM...everything restored. (It was an empty fabreeze plug-in that I had plugged into the guest room for years without realizing. Sigh...be careful with those!)

Thank you for saving me from thousands of dollars on potentially replacing something that I didn't need to. Definitely saving your number for future projects and recommending to all of my friends and family in the LA area.

(Also apologies for my derpy German Shepherd that kept sneaking up and scaring you. Definitely not a good combo when handling eletrical work! haha!)

We had an appliance that had tripped and fried our breaker. He replaced the breaker and ran down what the problem was with our dishwasher. He takes cash but that way he keeps his prices down. He was able to come out within 45 minutes of calling him. I highly recommend him. He's straightforward and understanding.

From the very beginning I had a positive experience with Joel. He responded to me very quickly and his prices were straight forward. Other electricians I contacted were way over priced for the job I needed done (4 recessed lights and a dimmer switch). Joel always responded to my texts and arrived to appointments on time. Harout is the Poster Child for Excellent Customer Experience!! He was the first to reply and asked all the pertinent requirements to insure his onsite visit was a One and Done! approach to resolving my issues. I had 3 electrical outlets that needed new switches and he was able to replace all three within minutes. His respect to our household is to be commended as well. He was keen to our cleanly home and removed his shoes with out us asking. His pricing was very competitive against the rest of our bids received. Timeliness was also on point, as he showed up at the exact hour he said he would be here. During the onsite visit, he knew I was selling my home and advised on what an inspector would address. I highly recommend Harout and would do business again if the need for electrical service is required in the future.
