Trevor and Dylan are amazing !  They installed our new water heater and softener system.  They also did a bunch of new emergency response plumbing we needed on our old home. They got each phase of the project done fast and clean!  It always helps when you hire owner operators like these guys!

It's scary calling a plumber you don't know, so I asked a trusted advisor and friend for a recommendation and he suggested Around the corner and when I needed a service call, they showed up quickly and made the bad stuff go away quickly. Now, the bad stuff is gone and the wife is happy. YAY!

Scheduled me for the very next day. Showed up on time and completed the job correctly. I would definitly recommend!

My water heater died and I requested a quote through Yelp from a different company and (reluctantly) checked the box that allows Yelp to broadcast the request to every plumbing contractor in the system.  I'm glad I did.  Tom from Wildcat Waterworks contacted me.  He was able get me a very good price, the brand water heater I wanted AND install it on the same day!  If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what does?

Friday night when I was putting things away I saw water flow from my garage. Investigation revealed our water heater had kicked the bucket. Saturday I was searching for someone to fix the problem so I reached out on Yelp and received several quotes with timelines later in the week. Nafiz who owns Cleverland Plumbing reached out with an excellent quote and from my research a better water heater than I had at my house. Nafiz came out on Saturday afternoon and we had hot water that evening. No extra cost for a Saturday and in my mind an emergency. Thanks again Nafiz, I will definitely use you service again and letting my friends and neighbors know what a great job you did for us.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. I highly recommend Blue Eye.

Paul has helped us out on a couple of issues after moving into a renovated space.  He's on time, provides great customer service, has a good sense of humor and does a great job.  We appreciate and recommend him!  Gotta love the business card, too!!!

Have been wanting to install a soft water system for a couple of years and based on Yelp reviews and some neighbor's recommendations had Just plumbing give us an estimate.  Went with them and could not be more pleased.  Showed up right on time, installation was fast and efficient.  Instructions on use and care were clear and concise.  And best of all..... Right on budget.....  I even signed up for the annual service/inspection program they offer.

This company has got the best  people in the biz , my first phone call told me all I needed to know , they were caring, honest and genuine as I have ever dealt with  . Promptly gave me a next day appointment , technician Brandon was right on time , friendly , professional and knowledgeable . He got to the root of my broke pipe problem , not only that he knew I needed it fixed due to my pool pumps being  down due to breakage . He gave me several  options , not once trying to  upsell or pad the bill , he knew the problem and how to fix within  2 minutes , not an exaggeration . He fixed  the whole issue extremely fast less than 15 minutes , the value and quality of tHe job was truly  amazing . I know from having situations like this , it is hard , if not impossible to  find an honest company to help you  . Last month i had them install a tankless water heater.    Installer was nice and informative and seemed to do good  job on installation.   However, they did not clean up though i had left 2 vacuum cleaners near their reach.   So 15 min of my cleanup afterwards,   But then I put my pickup i n the garage when they left.   They had parked next to garage with their van open to do the work in garage.   Next day my tire had a screw in it which probably was left by them....cleanup again?    I called them and they did not seem to interested in my  problems.   So i spent another two hours to get tire to Discount and then put on again by myself.     Be aware.

Our house was 100 degrees inside because our air conditioning broke in the Phoenix summer. We have a home warranty company but because they couldn't get anyone to us right away they allowed us to call an out of network contractor. We chose Canyon State after the positive reviews. When I call I explained that we could pay up front costs and seek reimbursement from the warranty company later BUT the technician would need to speak with our warranty company to have the repairs authorized. They said ok
The technician arrived and it was suddenly a different story. The technician was there to collect his service fee but refused to talk to the warranty company. The technician left us with a non working air conditioning and a 100 degree house because they refused to get authorization from our warranty company.
So disappointed with Canyon State and clearly they don't care about ac repair at all...just collecting a service fee
I would not recommend Canyon State to my worst enemy. They come for their service fee but don't want to get authorization from the warranty company to do the actual repair.

Let me start out by saying that they are not the least expensive outfit in the business.  Let me also state that their service is worth every penny.  I have used their plumbing and drain services on three different properties with three different sets of problems.  They arrived quickly, kept me informed of when they were going to arrive, let me know about any issues that they encountered while doing the work, did the work perfectly, and cleaned up nicely before they left.  

Not only would I not hesitate to recommend them to everyone, I wouldn't use anyone else.

I did not find them on Yelp; they were recommended to me by a friend who utilized their services for many years for her business and for her home.  She gave them a glowing review and told me I wouldn't be disappointed.  She was 100% correct.  These guys are the best.  You will not go wrong with Phoenix Plumbing and Drain.

Called to see if they had 1/4 tank to bowl bolts.  The guy that answered the phone refused to check and see if they had the correct size.  His suggestion was that I just drive over and check for myself.  Not much help...Lowe's here I come!!!
