Recently moving to Pinetop and we reached out to this company to replace a water heater. They were friendly professional and experienced. I feel they went above and beyond and would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

We have used this plumbing company for repairs in the past- a hot water heater replacement and also a broken pipe. They were very timely with their service, and did a nice clean repair. I hired this company over the phone at the urging of a local builder, Gary Anderson, and was quoted $550 to replace a leaking water main valve. I called Gary because the bid seemed really high, but he assured me it was fair. The work was performed for the most part, but then I checked out the pricing with another plumber and was quoted $215 for the same job. I asked Wayne for an itemized receipt detailing the cost of the parts and labor, and he replied that he doesn't do bookkeeping that way. Huh...I bet not - anyway - do your homework better than I did. I will be calling the ROC to see if there is anything that can be done.
