Great professional and personalized service for a good price.
Needed a plumber when shower wouldn't drain and toilets wouldn't flush. We found Paul at P&R Plumbing Services by search for plumbers in our locale, since we alway prefer local service providers whenever possible. Paul got back to us within minutes, and arranged to come out as soon as he got off the job he was finishing. About an hour later he came and rodded our sewer line from the house to the septic, and when that didn't help he gave us info about a septic tank service company that might be able to help (tank company used at the house before purchase said they couldn't help for a few days!) We called them, and they came out the same day (at night, actually) and got us flushing & draining again, plus came the next day and pumped the tank clean, and it really needed it. Paul from P&R Plumbing Services had told us he guarantees his work so he'd come back if needed - well the next day we called because of an obvious partial clog in the line. He rodded it again for free, ran a camera down the pipes to see what the problem was, and then power-cleaned the line for a reasonable additional fee - now we are as clean as a whistle! We can't thank Paul and P&R Plumbing Services enough for getting us out of a jam without charging a fortune. I recommend him without reservation.

Did you know Yelp! can help you find repair services? Neither did I. But I am glad I discovered this option recently. My mother had a leak in her water heater closet and because I live in Phoenix, I started looking for a reputable plumber to fix it. Plumber of Tucson was one of the five companies that were suggested to handle the repair.

Yelp! is slick. The app allowed me to describe the problem, upload a photo and put me in contact with companies who reviewed the information provided. Some bowed out because they were busy. When I spoke with Chris with Plumber of Tucson, it became obvious that this was a good company. He offered to visit my mom's house and provide an estimate.

I was almost certain that the leak was inside a wall, but it turned out the leak was in a valve above the water heater. The visit that was supposed to be an estimate to prepare us for a very expensive fix, turned out to be a simple job that cost a lot less than expected. Chris fixed it on the spot and the problem was solved. Who does that? Normally, repairmen or estimators will assess it, fill out some paper work and schedule another visit to make the repairs.

I highly recommend Plumber of Tucson because they were fair, honest and quick. And even though this is one of the first reviews for this company on Yelp!, they already have a great reputation on BBB and Angie's List. I checked. If you have a plumbing problem, give these a guys a ring and then pass it on.

Jay Clayton is an amazing master plumber with 30 years of experience.  He does all of the work himself, and he is organized, meticulous, has a convenient contactless system for the estimate and invoice and does great work.  He emphasizes educating his customers about their options.  He came right over when our hot water heater broker and leaked all over the inside of our house.  He replaced the water heater and recommended some safeguards for the future.  He's amazing and I would highly recommend him!

Really, don't waste your time with any of the others.  I chose this company because it had a lot of reviews and they were nearly all perfect.  Turns out that there's a reason for that.  What I thought would be about a $1,000 in repair work, was only $300 with this company.  Full blown leak from an upstairs shower was coming into the kitchen on the 1st floor.  These guys came in and had the ceiling opened up and leak fixed in a few hours and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be.  Really good and they know their stuff.  Ask for Jacob, because he said that you can request certain plumbers.  He was the one that did the work.  Really nice guy - good with my kids.

Master toilet clogged, backed up to Master shower mid-Nov 2022. Caleb was tech. Friendly, very talkative, and did a pretty intense upscale pitch of VERY expensive services! Seemed to do an ok job. He did some sort of outside inspection before addressing the toilet which then took about 30 min. Today is 2/20 and the toilet is clogged again just 3 mos later. Requested return assessment/repair tomorrow w/different tech. When I Requested diff tech d/t Caleb's high pressure upscale technique her response was, Yes, I know. All make all our technicians do that. Huh......

Fast communication.  Arrived on time.  Charged within the initial range given.  I'll them again.

Second time we have used Chris and so grateful to have a plumber like him! Our tenants toilet was backed up/overfilled with raw sewage on a Friday afternoon.. lovely... needless to say an immediate response was important to us, and that's exactly what we got with Chris. He was able to get one of his guys out that very same day. The problem went further down into the ground than we thought, and he explained everything to us before proceeding. He gave us a VERY fair price and was even able to provide the new toilet we needed to replace vs going out and shopping around for it and extending the repair time.

In 2013 we wanted to replace our swamp cooler with A/C. We called Code Blue and Mark came to our house to discuss options. The install of the A/C and our new furnace went a bit slowly-- they had to stop for a week and then come back for some reason-- but we had no issues with the product. The $6000 price tag for bottom-of-the-line A/C hurt, but it was better than no A/C!

A year later I needed another copy of our paid-in-full invoice as we were considering selling our home. I called and spoke to a sweet lady, who immediately sent it over (from Dutch Connor).

Now we actually are selling our home, and the buyer's inspection revealed issues with the A/C (they didn't seal the evap coil when they removed the cooler, they didn't secure the refrigeration lines on the roof, and unit itself needs servicing), so I called Code Blue to come and check it out. I left two messages  and didn't hear back.

My realtor then called and got through to someone who told her A) they no longer serviced A/C, and B) that we had an outstanding balance o $1800.

How can you call yourselves a Cooling company if you no longer service A/C? Furthermore, even if you don't, you should service a system you put in only 2 years ago on good faith and business principles! And what kind of terrible record-keeping do you have that you erroneously tell my realtor that we still owe them nearly $2000?

Mark is very nice, but is all talk about being there for his customers when their homes need servicing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Master Rooter ! I had shopped around with 4 different plumbing companies for some plumbing work I needed done. After careful consideration I chose to go with Master Rooter. I paid them $1050.00 to hydro jet all my lines to help determine what I needed to have done. The tech left and was supposed to send a quote for the repairs. For the next 3 weeks I texted the technician a number of times, emailed the office and called the office requesting that the quote be sent over so I could get scheduled for the repairs. 3 and a half weeks later my plumbing issue became urgent and I was forced to call out another company. After their free camera inspection they were able to verify the repairs that needed to be done and said they saw no evidence that Jetting was even done in the bathroom at all and that the laundry line looked like something had went through but didn't appear to have been jetted. I was able to get a quote from them within 15 minutes of him leaving my house and was able to get the repairs done the very next day.  Master Rooter eventually sent their quote which was $1300 more than what I paid with the new company to fix my bathroom line and $3,900 more to fix my laundry line. Not happy with Master Rooter at all. The company I ended up using and highly recommend is Gorge Brazil! I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and professionalism. I wish I would have gone with them as my first choice and saved myself $1050!

Great service! I called at 7:30am and he was here within two hours. While the job wasn't super difficult or an emergency- it was something I needed completed with my husband out of town and a leaking/broken toilet valve.

He quoted a price over the phone and stuck to it. He was friendly, professional, and we would definitely use him for the future.

Came a week ago to look at our backyard fountain (piping) repair. Scheduled a time for the work to be done. He showed up on time and had all the parts to complete it. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Will definitely use him again even for indoor work!

Our toilet flooded our restroom in the middle of the night. I didn't want to risk anymore water damage. So I called my cousin who recommended Maintenance & Rehab Solutions and they sent out Joe within the hour (THAT SAME NIGHT; it must it been 12:30am). Joe was the technician sent to our home and he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of inspecting our toilet. He went back out to his truck and had all of the items that he needed to repair our toilet. The repair didn't take longer than an hour, Joe was very clean and he has such a good attitude.  I highly recommend this company now to anyone who asks me. They are very professional and cost efficient!

Do not AriCo plumbing Inc. They give you a quote over the phone and then after they are done with the job they give you an invoice that's twice as much as much!  I was quoted $400 to install a hot water heater. They said it would be $35 to take away the old hot water heater. That was fine. After completing the installation they gave me a bill for $800. I said I would not pay that. They called the office and then offered me $600 w/in 2 minutes for the job. When I walked into the house to get my credit card, I walked back out into the garage, and they said $400 was fine.  Since then I've been getting invoices for $395. I've called three times.  Steve, the Service Manager told me that I would receive them until 120 days was up. After that  they would send it to collection. Then it would go to small claims. Which is fine because I'm not going to fall for the bait and switch!

My entire plumbing system was backed up and water was coming up through the shower and onto the floor from the washer. I immediately searched emergency plumber. Roto-rooter came up and I saw they were available 24/7 (this was on a Saturday). They had a technician here within an hour. Andrea was fantastic and fixed the issue; and also stayed with me until the camera technician got here to fully diagnose the issue. Andrea stayed until the end and when they left, our issue was completely fixed. Fast, reliable, and knowledgeable.
