Our Founder Started This Company In 2006 To Provide An Honest Plumbing Experience, Unlike Anything Tucsonans Were Used To. He Started With His Own Hard Work Ethics, And Honesty Providing Customers What They Needed. Now His Plumbers Are Making A Difference One Home Owner At A Time. Just The Way It Should Be.

I am a Tucson Native, and I am in the Emergency Services  business. Having worked in the plumbing and air conditioning industry for over 17 years, I have witnessed the decay in customer service. I've seen the short-cuts. I've repaired the mistakes of those who took the path of convenience over what is right. Customer service has changed over the years. Technology offers us many conveniences and the privilege of doing many things our own way, in our own time. Unfortunately, it can also lead us astray. We can find ourselves forgetting how to take time to really connect and reveal a bit of humanness. Over time, we stop making the extra effort to and lose a bit of ourselves along the way. In 2006, I started Code Blue with God's grace and the support of my family.

We were so impressed with the Code Blue team that helped with our kitchen renovation, that when we had a huge water main break at our medical office, we recommended that Code Blue be called.  They arrived at dawn, and had our water back on so that our office could open on time.  We can't say enough great things about John, Jose and the whole Code team. During our renovation, they were at our home a few times during different stages.  The crew knew what they were there to do, arrived promptly when promised, and cleaned up leaving zero debris for us to clean up.  We can't say enough great things about this company.  We will most definitely call them for our future plumbing needs knowing that they are honest, reasonable, quick to respond, and concerned and considerate to our needs.  Finally... a contractor that cares!!!!

This happy, previous Code Blue customer, had them in to do some gas line work as well as replace the supply line angle stops on all sinks and toilets. I did not get a bid and so I cannot say anything about the pricing, but it seemed reasonable. In any case, we're talking quality work by Alex...again.

What a relief to find a plumber you can trust!  I called them on a Friday afternoon hoping to schedule for Monday, and they were out at my home within an hour.  The tech was extremely clean and respectful to our home.  He solved our plumbing issues in the downstairs bathroom, educated us on how to avoid the situation again, and was friendly and polite the entire time.  This issue had not been remedied by other plumbing companies because they were looking for a complex and expensive fix when it did not exist.  I highly recommend Dutch and his team!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!
We called Code Blue after our other plumber could not & would not finish the plumbing job on our bathroom remodel. This had been a 3 month long nightmare that seemed would never end. Our licensed /contracted plumber just couldn't figure out how to complete the remainder of the hook ups.
Code Blue sent Steven out to help us & he literally saved the project! First, he showed up on time & put us at ease right away. There were a few stumpers in the remaining hook ups but Steven kept at it, made 2 runs to plumbing supply & he figured it out. This was well beyond worth the cost which was very reasonable. Not only was Steven kind, courteous & extremely professional... he knew how important it was for us to finally be able to take a bath & shower that was not in the guest bath down the hall, but in OUR BATH. Steven literally completed the final pieces that finished our dream bathroom & for that, we are extremely thankful!!!!!!. Will absolutely use Code Blue in the future. Thanks again Steven!!! :)

We are happy customers. I had a leak in our main water line and Code Blue came to the rescue. The tech had our water back on in a couple of hours AND the price was very reasonable. 2 thumbs up!

Code Blue did the plumbing inspection for my duplex. At the time the tech seemed knowledgable and took lots of pictures. I bought the place. Fast forward about 6 months, and one of my units smelled of sewage. It turned out the kitchen sink was plumbed incorrectly, so discard water was flowing back into the home. I had a repairman in for an unrelated issue and asked him to look at it. He said, Any decent plumber could catch this immediately. I offered Code Blue the chance to fix their mistake. They quoted me higher than 3 other plumbers. They are not interested in quality service or making good on their mistakes. I will NOT be using or recommending them for future services.

Code Blue is by far the best in Tucson. We contacted many different places for quotes and Code Blue was the most responsive, accurate, friendly and reasonable of 5 different places. Steven And his crew were top notch!!!

I had a simple clogged sink due to grease build up in the drain. If you find yourself in a situation like me, DO NOT call Cod Blue Plumbing. Unfortunately, my property manager dispatched them to resolve my issue, only to be charged an absurd premium for a simple cable & jet service (something a 10 year old could accomplish). Additionally, the plumber either did not care, or did not have the skill set  to completely free the drain of grease because I still am experiencing issues. I think this time around I will teach my 8 year old brother how to spray high pressure water down the drain rather than give CODE BLUE PLUMBING hundreds of dollars for not even completing a simple task. Earned less than one star, and two thumbs down.

Searching for a good plumber can be a shot in the dark.  Excellent reviews drew us to Code Blue in the first place, and we weren't disappointed in the slightest.  We were serviced by Dutch, and his performance was outstanding.  He quickly ascertained our problem, and expedited a working solution.  The price was very reasonable, and there were no hidden charges, extra fees, or nonsense.  Very professional, and superb results.  We will be using Code Blue exclusively in the future.

In 2013 we wanted to replace our swamp cooler with A/C. We called Code Blue and Mark came to our house to discuss options. The install of the A/C and our new furnace went a bit slowly-- they had to stop for a week and then come back for some reason-- but we had no issues with the product. The $6000 price tag for bottom-of-the-line A/C hurt, but it was better than no A/C!

A year later I needed another copy of our paid-in-full invoice as we were considering selling our home. I called and spoke to a sweet lady, who immediately sent it over (from Dutch Connor).

Now we actually are selling our home, and the buyer's inspection revealed issues with the A/C (they didn't seal the evap coil when they removed the cooler, they didn't secure the refrigeration lines on the roof, and unit itself needs servicing), so I called Code Blue to come and check it out. I left two messages  and didn't hear back.

My realtor then called and got through to someone who told her A) they no longer serviced A/C, and B) that we had an outstanding balance o $1800.

How can you call yourselves a Cooling company if you no longer service A/C? Furthermore, even if you don't, you should service a system you put in only 2 years ago on good faith and business principles! And what kind of terrible record-keeping do you have that you erroneously tell my realtor that we still owe them nearly $2000?

Mark is very nice, but is all talk about being there for his customers when their homes need servicing.

I've used this company a few times now, got quotes from other plumbers and I'm sure other plumbers are really nice, but this is great! Not sure how they qualify their technicians but they sure pick Great guys! Gals too I'm sure if they have them.  
Anyway, today they came thinking that my master bathroom pipes was over-exaggerated but not a chance, they came into my bathroom and saw a photo.. too bad there are no load a photo to show you but it went from a corroded pipes that should have been an easy fix for 'me' to do, and after they finished - not sure how they fixed it but they did it inside of 40 minutes, that I was anticipating a minimum of a couple of hours for the guys.  
They even cleaned up, and when they came out I was shocked they were done, but in a very good way.  Jose and Jonathan were my tech's today and kudos to them.  Really nice guys, so professional.  
I highly recommend professionals over a handyman, their work is guaranteed, even if they nice guys left the company, the new nice guys will come along and fix your plumbing.
oh! and it was reasonably priced too.  Kind of a flat rate that I really liked.
Did I say - I REALLY liked these guys at CodeBlue and let's not forget the Admin, Jesse in this case who even called me to let me know they were being delayed by an earlier job and will be here as soon as possible.  Sure enough all is well, our bathroom looks almost brand new :) wish there were emoji's for this, I'd put a heart and a very smily happy face to HIGHLY recommend these guys at Code Blue Plumbing.

Our water heater gave up on us and we needed help. I called Code Blue and they responded right away. These guys are first class -- super professional, reasonable, trustworthy, and dependable. I will call them every time I need plumbing, cooling, or heating help. You should too!

So the furnace seems to be having issues and now days like cars you just can not lift up the hood.
Unsure who to call went to yelp to look around and found code blue.
Called the female who took my info was very pleasant  and with in a very short time Mark called my cell and was headed my way.
Two thumbs up for mark and code blue mark replaced the thermostat after checking all other possibilities.
Straight forward, honest knows his stuff.
Ask for mark if you need help.
I hope code blue knows they have a outstanding representative for them.

GREAT COMPANY  -   on time - professional - friendly - kind - did much more than I had
scheduled them for.    they were willing  to stay and complete job.   replaced two water heaters.(did not know one was leaking)  bad parts in all bathrooms.  (3 baths)   fixed pressure valve on Irrigation pipes. and ETC.  I used John G.  for my Tech.   he is the Best.  Honest and trustworthy
you won't go wrong using this company.   you will be glad you did and tell your friends and
family to call them also.

Terry from Service Master told me to call Code Blue from getting a quote from Rite Way Plumbing.  Jose from Code Blue came out and found out I had a clog for $375.00!!  Rite Way Plumbing said I needed a whole new sewer line for $11,500.00!!  Jose was professional, showed me the clog on his video camera and how he flushed out the clog.  I got to watch the whole thing on his video camera!  He saved me $11,125.00!  Jose even told me, I could come here and say I could do it for $9,000 because $9,000 sounds better than $11,000, but I could not sleep at night knowing I was ripping people off like that.  He is honest, reliable and really knows his job!  It was a blessing that Code Blue came out here and I have already put them in my contacts for any and future problems.  CALL AND USE THIS COMPANY!!

We've used Silverado for years. However, for whatever reason, they were not able to fix our clogged main line and we were directed to Code Blue. Jobe came right out and was professional and efficient. Took care of our problem quickly and completely. If you find yourself in a jam and really like using your own bathroom in your own home, don't hesitate to call they folks. They will solve your problem quickly, professionally and you won't have to run to Burger King to take care of your business!

Had an emergency leak at our house that was going to cost a fortune on our water bill. Fortunately, Kim helped set up a quick visit from Jobe. He came to our rescue and through some spot on detective work and a good deal of digging found the problem and corrected it! Thanks, Jobe!!

Our AC went out while we were running errands and by the time we got back our house felt like a sauna. By this time it was almost 9 pm.

I called Code Blue, got pretty crappy customer service from the owner but the technician was fabulous! He had the motor with him that we needed and was super friendly and efficient! 100% recommended!!

I woke to find a leaky water heater on Friday, 11-18-16.  Called John at Code Blue and hooked me up with a 3PM appointment for a replacement of a 30 gallon water heater.

Guys arrived on time, and did a great installation.  Cleaned out the closet that had 11 years of accumulated crud that was inaccessible due to the unit.

Installers treated the installation like they were doing it on their own home.  Can't ask for more.

We called for a quote and Amanda, the individual answering the phones, was very put-offish and nearly rude. They can only come do quotes Monday-Friday, 8-5pm. The technician came and was very nice. He helped us quote out the project and gave us an estimate. We had another plumbing come by that night - after 5pm - whom quoted us nearly $100 cheaper and fixed a project onsite without a deposit. That plumber was Aaron with Quality Plumbing Pros. If you want a typical business out for pure profits, call Code Blue Plumbing. If you want a business you'll call forever and can trust and can make a new connection? Call Quality Plumbing Pros.

Had a flood at my business. Restoration company needed confirmation the leak was resolved before closing up the wall. The day before work was to begin Code Blue was out within 2 hours. They reviewed the system, did a minor repair and we were ready to start restoration. Quick, professional, economical. I will hire Code Blue again.

This company has earned the five stars! I had an emergency near midnight, discovering a leak from my water heater.  I shut off the gas and water to the unit and called them after searching on YELP for a reputable company. I had a technician over on Friday am within 2 hours of my call.  Unfortunately it wasn't a fix, but needed to be replaced. The technician was very professional, polite and knowledgable.
I did not opt for the financing plan they offer through a third party for this large, unexpected expense, but it is available to those who need it.  I could have had it replaced that same day, but waited until Monday for the replacement so I could gather the cost of the unit. The owner and even the woman handling the payment/receipt were helpful and prompt--more importantly they truly seemed to care about their clients. I had the new water heater installed first thing Monday morning without a problem. The technician explained how this new heater worked, took the time to answer all my questions and was friendly. They put safety and customer service first, and the price was lower than other companies I called to compare when I found I needed it replaced.  While the technician was there, he was happy to answer some general questions about my house plumbing--since it is a new home to me and built in the sixties. I couldn't have had a better experience and wouldn't call anyone else in the future for my plumbing, heating or cooling problems. Thank you, Dutch, for creating a company that has exceptional customer service!

The dispatcher Kim at this facility is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, has no customer service skills whatsoever, I have never been treated the way Kim treated me and my husband in our lives! I have never been so disrespected, we had code blue come out to fix a leak which they came over last Thursday and could not fix it on that day and did not come back until the following Monday April 3rd and when they came back they got here at 8 in the morning to not finish till 2:30 at 2:30 they stated everything was good to go and they were done! Mind you, Our water was shut off since last Thursday March 31st and it was supposed to be turned back on on Monday, but after they left about an hour later we went to do a load of laundry and we had no water so I called down to code Blue plumbing Kim answered the phone I was explaining to her how her water was still shut off and she immediately started arguing with us as I was trying to explain we had two lines that went into our house one was the main line and one was the second line that went into the laundry room and that was the one that was not turned on and she told us that that is not her problem , and we do not have two lines we only have one line, and they're not going to come out here to fix it and she hung up on us! Then she called back just to argue with us some more and will not listen to a word we said. They finally came back out today Tuesday April 6th, to basically eat crow, and find out that we did indeed have to separate lines and they did not even know about it they actually broke through the second line and did not even know that they did that! So here we are still waiting for our pipes to get fixed since last Thursday March 31st! And when they left they stated they did not know when they would be back to fix it that they would contact us to let us know! My daughter could not even go to school today because we could not wash her clothes in a timely manner because we did not know that we were not going to have water for over a week! I cannot believe the way we were treated and still after fighting out they were in the wrong and Kim treated us like absolute crap no one has called to apologize! I'm absolutely livid, and Kim is just a dispatcher and that is how she is going to treat us! I will be contacting the manager tomorrow. I just want to let everybody know what a disrespectful, file, angry, rude old bat this so-called lady Kim is.

Update to March 2023 :

At 15 months the roots have returned so we know we can't wait  that long.

We will move the service to 12 months.

It will be camera inspection and expanding foam root killer next March
2024.
This is how we stay ahead of emergency block situations.  This house was built in 1979, and the original main drain is red clay pipe that eventually breaks down to allow tree

roots.
That is what we have. But we have a plan A.

They do honor a military discount for service.

I had a slow leak under my kitchen sink that was due to corrosion from the hot water pipe stop.
Tim was out within 4 hours of my call and fixed it right on spot.
I would use them again.

I came home from running errands on a Saturday afternoon to my house being 85 degrees. I called my realty company, who said no one could make it out that evening and it would have to wait until Monday. There was no way that was happening. I have a 1 year old child who was not about to sleep in a 85 almost 90 degree heat all weekend. My landlord called code blue after she realized I wasnt kidding. Steve, the tech, called me and was at my house within 2 hours. Despite my poor attitude, due to my landlord not working with me. Steve did everything he could to make sure my a/c was back up in running in no time. I am not one to write a review, but I am seriously impressed with Steve. Thank you again so much!

Alex did a phenomenal job on a really challenging replacement of our main water line, that happened to be under our driveway. He was professional, responsive and delivered everything promised. We are so impressed and will use Code Blue for all our plumbing needs going forward. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Code Blue Plumbing came in when I was in the middle of a plumbing crisis. I knew I was going to need some or all of my house completely re-plumbed. John came in and was the calm voice of experience that I needed. He gave me a clear estimate of costs and was an excellent communicator. His son Steven came in to do the work and saved me thousands of dollars by identifying areas that did not need to be re-plumbed at this time, inside and out. Steven and his support person worked for three straight days, coordinating with my home office client schedule as well as my tenant's schedule (I live and work in part of a duplex). They completed the job in less time and less cost than their estimate. Although I am grateful for the saved time and money, it was the calm, professional and reassuring way in which they communicated with me every step of the way that I am most grateful for because this experience was extremely stressful for me until they came on the scene. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have any other plumbing needs.
