Ron came to our house twice: first was to clean the root in the sewage line; second was to create a map for our main sewage line.
In my first call, I called him early in the morning (after trying a lot of solutions on the day before that), and he showed up in 1 hour. He snaked the sewage line from the roof and it was thoroughly clean again.
One month later, I started to get concerned about the sewage line because there are a lot of trees in our backyard. So I called him again to give me a quote for mapping the sewage line. He said since I was an old customer, he would give me a special discount, and it was much much cheaper than what others quote for me. He showed up the next day and got it done in a half hour.
It is such a pleasure to have services from him. Thanks Ron.

Toilet barely flushed. I pumped the septic tank out (yes it needed it badly). Still toilet barely flushes. Called Ron because of his rave reviews on yelp. He answered and came over himself right away.
Before he started with the rotor rooter he said let's investigate the issue. He was thorough, better than a Doctor in diagnosing the issue. It was not the lines - it was the toilet itself - clogged up from calcium deposits. He tested the bathtub drainage and sink and then proved it was the toilet by pouring down a large volume of water and it flushed perfectly! So, the actual toilet itself needs to be replaced. He said to buy one myself and he'll come back and install it for me.
Where in the world in today's time do you find someone so thorough, honest, prompt and no-nonsense? Ron is the best I am just adding to his other glowing reviews from others who went before me.

We called because we had a new disposal installed and then dishwasher did not drain. We called Ron instead of coming out he said just knock the plug out of the new disposal and you should be fine saving us the expense of him coming out to do this. Very helpful and honest nice change of pace. One small piece of plastic ruined my husbands day and Ron made it better!

Only giving three stars because Ron and Steve installed a new water heater at my house a few months ago and did a good job. But I will not be using their services ever again.

I wanted help with a leaky faucet handle and spout so I texted them right away because I had a new tenant moving in on the weekend.

Steve came out the next day (Monday) and said that it probably just needed a new cartridge and that he could come back the next day to do it. Great. The next day, he didn't show at the scheduled time so I finally texted and he apologized and said he had a family emergency. Totally understandable. I get that. So he said he'd come out the next day.

Come Wednesday, Steve came out, removed the shower handle and cartridge and needed to go get the part (which he said might be hard because it was old). After being gone for 5 hours I finally texted and asked what was going on. He couldn't find the part he needed, he couldn't put the old handle back on because it had broken when he took it off (not his fault it was super old), but told me the only solution would be to cut through my outside wall and do a whole new valve.

He said he'd go online to see if he could find another solution but that if I did just want to replace the whole thing they'd be able to get it done in time for my renter to move in. So I said let's just do it. The next morning he texted me saying they actually didn't want to tackle the faucet and asked for whoever did the project, to keep the part he had tried so he could return it.

So here I am on Thursday with no water and no solution and a renter moving in on Saturday. I had to scramble to find a new plumber who could come out on super short notice (luckily I found someone amazing who actually had a better solution than cutting through the outside of my house).

Ron and Steve do good work and I appreciated that Steve tried to find a solution but I'm extremely disappointed that I wasted 4 days thinking they were going to help, for them to leave me in a bad situation and just go sorry. I do understand not wanting to take on particular projects, but to tell me that they could do it and then back out the next day is very unprofessional.

Ron was awesome!! I reached out to him via Yelp to get a quote and he was prompt and courtesy! Our 3 year old flushed a partially eaten apple down the toilet. He came out on a Saturday and had our clogged toilet unclogged in about 10 minutes. He was friendly, quick and clean-all things you want in a plumber. AND, it only cost me $59! Other local companies quoted me between $200-$300 and said they would have to remove our toilet.

We have definitely found our family plumber!! His number is stored safely in my phone as I'm sure this won't be the last time we have to call Ron.

I found Ron on this site and he has rescued me 2 times in an emergency. Tonight it was pouring rain and I called him at 7:30pm. He rootered 2 pipes from different locations on the roof in the rain! No complaints, just professional and nice. I hated to call but knew this one was not going to drain and the water was reaching my hardwood floor. He left after barely 1.5 hours. Even with the double charge for the night visit, it was less than other companies I've had before during the day.
I noticed there has not been a review in over a year but I felt everyone needed to know he is still great. Even when I told him other companies said I should spend $10,000 or more to replace pipes to sewer he said he would be less but why spend the money now if I'm not calling him back often.
Ron is just one of those good old fashioned guys who are honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable.

Had an emergency on a holiday weekend, Sat morning at 730am. They don't open until 8am so I left a vm and messaged them. Ron responded within 15 mins and said he would be by in an hour! Ron came to the rescue for a clogged toilet AND clogged bathroom shower.

Note before I called him we Googled and looked up everything! Struggled for a night and did everything from dish soap, baking soda/vinegar to pouring lye down the drain. Thanks to our amazing Yelpers, I messaged Ron late that night and he was available the next morning.

He showed up to our home right on time and is very professional and kind! No gimmicks or tricks he unclogged and fixed both bathrooms in less than 30 min. He replaced a hose bib on an outside water line (faucet) that had been leaking and worn with calcium and hard water build up after 15 years. On the plus side, they came out the next day, as requested, called first, were right on time, and ultimately fixed the problem- a backed up kitchen sink. Plus the first, younger plumber who came was decent and friendly and professional. On the negative side, it was hard not to believe they were up selling and wanted me to buy into a lot of expensive work that just wasn't necessary to fix my sink. The first guy tried to clear my line without success and called a supervisor to bring an optical line to see the problem. Since I had had the problem before and was pretty sure it was a clog in the line, this disturbed me and caused me to read the Yelp customer comments more carefully. These did not put me at ease because there were many complaints about bad service, and unnecessary and expensive work. The supervisor suggested that they might have to go into a wall and replace a drain line for multiple thousands of dollars and, unless they did so, they couldn't even access the clogged line. At this point, I made it clear that I was only interested in fixing the kitchen sink, not attending to the plumbing in the remainder of the house which, to my best knowledge, was fine. I also stated that if it were to be a big job, I was going to refer it to another plumbing company I had used previously. This seems to me a reasonable reaction, and I was as polite as I could be. However, it was very clear that this made the supervisor unhappy. You know the phrase, if looks could kill? Well, I don't think his look was murderous, but it wasn't friendly. At this point, and to his credit, and probably not to the satisfaction of his boss, the younger plumber offered to try and snake my line one more time. I insisted that he do it inside at the sink as had been done many times in the past. He did and it cleared up! My problem was fixed. I ended up paying for the camera visual, which I did not see and I'm not sure was necessary or useful. Still, the cost wasn't outrageous and was in line with what I had paid another company before. The problem is that, had I listened to them, I am afraid they would have tried to persuade me that I required a lot of very expensive work.
In light of my experience, I cannot recommend them. If you do deal with them, I would advise you exercise caution. On the other hand, they were prompt, fixed my problem and the younger plumber was friendly and ultimately competent. I cannot condemn them completely but I can't recommend them.

After posting on Yelp the gentleman called me back almost immediately to clear up miscommunication and offered to come out later today. We had a fully backed up kitchen sink, and called another plumbing company first that we had used successfully for some routine maintenance jobs. That first company rootered it to no success and spent two hours trying to troubleshoot. They finally called it and said they had to come the next day with a scoping camera.

After over an hour of scoping and other attempts, they said the underground pipe in the area of our fridge had some sort of blockage they couldn't see or get through, and the only way to get to it was to demo the floor and see what was going on underneath---to the tune of almost $6k.

I scheduled the job, but decided to call Stephen and Ron for a second opinion just to be safe because they had rootered it successfully a few years back.

Stephen rootered it again (with their larger hose) and it was cleared in *1 HOUR*.

They saved us a several thousand dollar mistake and he was so pragmatic and humble.

We love these guys. Plumbing isn't easy, and it isn't an exact science, but where rootering is involved: I won't waste my time with another company!

Ron was called out to rooter our main sewer drain. He was on time and very professional. Our toilet was backing up downstairs and I was worried the 28 year old mesquite tree had roots growing in the main sewer drain. Rooting started and promptly stopped about 5 feet into the process. There was something big blocking the pipe. He quoted me $1000 to dig and replace a section of pipe. I think this was the I don't want to do it price. He told me what to do and and it is now fixed. I had a 2.5 diameter tree root that grew under the pipe and busted it and blocked the flow of sewage. It was about 15 in length. While I didn't get my money's worth on the rooter job I got a $145 diagnosis that ultimately saved me a bunch of money.

I would recommend this guy as he is honest and won't try and rip you off.

On 09/16/2020, I found Steve from Yelp, and he actually picked up my phone at 8:57 pm at night even though his business hours is from 7am to 5:30pm, we talked about 45 minutes about an issue in my rental house in Surprise, he explained to me in detail what could cause the issue (well, my tenant says there is a sewer-like smell coming out from the dish washer area), and he said it is free diagnostics, and he will charge me if I hire him to repair the issue.

I think Steve is cool, he asked me not to worry about this issue, and it is very common for him to fix this type of issue.

I told him based on this phone conversation at 9pm at night, he already deserves a 5 in Yelp here.

Yelp comes through again!!! Found myself in need of a plumber with a clogged kitchen sink that was not going to drain. Tried to clear it myself, but the clog was too deep for me to reach. Grabbed my phone, opened my Yelp app and found Ron. I quickly gave him a call. Rob quoted me a price and told me what time he would be here. I found myself with sewage backing up into by tubs and showers on a Saturday afternoon. My regular plumber does not root out sewer lines. I came across Ron on Yelp and said why not. I called to find out how much a clogged toilet would cost to fix since there were different services listed. Just as advertised, Ron quoted $59. The price is not just for a clogged pipes. He came by the same day, and in less than 1 minute the toilet was unclogged. It was a lot better than the more than $200 quoted by the big name company and those mobile 24hr plumbing thieves.

Not much I can say here that has not been expressed in previous reviews. We had a clogged sink that unfortunately I was unable to resolve - I called Ron around 6am on Wednesday morning and he was at the house by 8am and the issue was resolved by 9am!
Ron was very friendly, efficient, and affordable, he even gave me a few pointers on how to avoid potential future problems.

I read the reviews on here and wrote Ron a message for a quote first. He wrote back pretty much immediately! His price was right and he said he could get to my house between 8-9 the next morning so I could get to work.

He arrived at 7:50am :) He was done before 8:30am! He fixed my crappy issue lol. I had the cap open up on the ground and tissue and waste was coming out (made a big wet circle). It STUNK!

Ron was friendly, affordable, and fast! He also informed me that flushable wipes are not so flushable! Lol. I recommend him 100 times over! He's won my business even though I hope I don't have anymore issues!

Oh yeah, and he has a 30 day warranty!

I will call Ron for any future plumbing needs. My mother-in-law was having problems with toilets gurgling, dirty water backing up into tubs, and finally toilets not flushing at all. A friend referred her to a plumber who led her to believe this would be a huge job requiring possibly thousand$ and a camera inspection, which made my MIL a nervous wreck. I called around looking for help, and came across Ron and his 200+ stellar reviews. He called me back and came out same day (Sunday), and was able to fix the issues by snaking the main line (which is what the other plumber claimed couldn't be done). Ron was kind, professional and has quality equipment to get the job done. He was a lifesaver today, and my MIL will be getting a good night's sleep tonight not worrying about this. Thank you!!!

Yelp came to the rescue again! I called Ron from the recommendations here and they were spot on! He was here within an hour of calling and cleared that bathtub drain within 15-20 minutes. It was a tough one because I foolishly used liquid plumber which didn't work and probably caused more of a problem. Ron is personable and reasonable. Just like he advertised $59. For coming on a Sunday it could have been twice that with another plumber. I highly recommend. oh and he gives a 30 day warranty as well!! Thanks Ron

Great find for quick service at a reasonable price. We had a drain problem today so I called Ron based upon his yelp reviews. He was in Ahwatukee within the hour and had the problem resolved in mere minutes. Afterward, we were talking and I mentioned my hose bibs had been leaking when in use for quite some time so he said he'd take a look.The problems were diagnosed and resolved in a matter of minutes requiring no new parts just the removal of a bad anti-siphon valve installed on the front bib when our home was buiolt. The rear bib was just a matter of tightening a nut that kept the packing tight or something like that. Who'd a know'd? LOL. All I know is that the next time we have a plumbing issue Ron will be my first call.

Ron continues to put conjecture into his reply of our experience. He was not interested in getting off the couch at ~6:00 on Friday night. He wanted to make an extra day's wage for his trouble and that was just too much for me. I'm a savvy home owner and know the drill. The other firm did not try to sell any thing extra though they did offer me additional services. Who really has their sewer line power washed?

When I bought this house in 1982, I did have someone come out who said the line was collapsed but I had no interest in replacing the sewer line a week into new home ownership, that original sewer line is still going strong. I dug down to the collapse which was just a root about 1/2 in diameter right next to a giant cottonwood tree. I removed the tree a year later and never had another major issue in 40 years.

Sorry Ron but your conjecture just does not ring true. I'm sorry you were ready for dinner that Friday evening but sometimes you just have to acknowledge your choices and move on. And no I'm not interested in changing my review for a free service contract...

SOooooo... this morning I get an email from yelp that Ron has re-posted regarding my review, so I responded the above, this evening I got another email that ROn has retorted once again. So I look to see what he said. Ron has posted another page and half regarding my experience with another service even though he was not there. Facts are facts however, I did NOT have Ron do any work for me because I got it done for under a hundred bucks by a national company. I was pleased by their work quality, timeliness and disposition. Ron is now making lawyer threats toward me. If Ron would have left this alone the first time, by not calling to ask to remove my original post. I would not be wasting my time again after he picked up the torch a third or fourth time. Please Ron, just go away, thank you very much.

Called Ron a few months ago after reading yelp reviews to attach a garbage disposal and to connect the drain from our new double sink to the wall outlet. Described in detail the work that had to be done. Ron came out that day which was great, but tried to haggle on the previously agreed upon price stating that the work that needed to be done was not as described (it was) and also said how he was not really in the business of connecting the pipes (thought he was a plumber?). We agreed on increasing the agreed upon price to cover his material costs (even though I had purchased the p-trap, tape and other materials in advance).

Well, just last week I had to personally redo the pipes that were completed because they were becoming loose and were leaking.

Perhaps Ron is great on his rooter side of things, but I wouldn't use him again for general plumbing issues.

We had a strong smell coming from the kitchen sink and thought it needed to be rooted. Ron was quite sure it was coming from the disposal. Sure enough he was correct! We purchased a disposal at Home Depot which he innstalled. Unfortunately Home Depots advertised lower price did not come with an electrical cord. It would have saved me time and money just to have purchased directly from Ron. He was kind enough to supply us with an electrical cord at no charge! Great service will use again and refer my friends.

When our kitchen sink decided to back up on us last week, J and I tried our tried and true Clog Buster. Take apart trap, etc, connect to hose, cross fingers, and turn on the water. Shut off water. Curse. Stomp. Curse some more. And then search Yelp for plumbers.

I came across Ron's business. Boy am I sure glad I did too! J gave him a call, and after he told Ron what all we've done, Ron gave J a flat (and very fair, i might add) price to come and unclog our drain and main vent (which you have to access from the roof).

J said he was in and out in about 90 minutes. I got home just in time to pay him. His work comes with a 30 day guarantee, which is awesome! From now on, if ever we cant unclog a drain ourselves (like in this case), I know who we are calling! :)

My kitchen sink was badly clogged and backing up. Gross, I know! Sooo... I looked on my trusty Yelp app and found Ron and his $59 Rooter & Plumbing Service. Ron was available the next day and gave me a one hour window of when he would show up. They offered a flat rate for my kitchen sink issue.

The next day, Ron showed up on time and got to work immediately. He was there for an hour or so and got the clog cleared out and even re-did the drain connection from the dishwasher because it should have been done in a way that allowed it to drain more effectively.

I highly recommend this company. I called in the afternoon and Ron was able to schedule me for the next morning. He explained that a clogged kitchen sink was more than $59, and offered to hold my appointment while I shopped around. After some more yelp research, I decided to go with Ron even though his was not the cheapest quote I received. I like that he is a small business -- just him and his son. And I got good vibes over the phone.

The next day, Ron arrived promptly and got right to work. Within a half hour, my drain was clear. He even tightened my plumbing under the sink because I told him that it sometimes leaked. Ron was professional and friendly.

Thanks to Yelp!, I emailed Ron at $59 Rooter & Plumbing for a qoute with my water problem. Within 24 hours he replied back. We scheduled an appointment and showed as promised.

It turns out my plumbing issue is beyond a rooter fix and requires plumbing that he doesn't specialize in. But what was great about Ron and $59 Rooter & Plumbing was the he still gave me the time to help me understand as well as try figure out where my problem spots might be without ripping into walls and the floor.

Ron rescued me from a cold water line valve replacement that I swore I could handle on my own. That darn ferrule just would not budge, even with the puller I bought from the big box store (whose employee assured me it would work).

Ron used his professional plumber expertise and some elbow grease and removed that ferrule in less than 10 minutes. This was something that took me hours (and hours and hours) with YouTube videos and multiple visits to the hardware store to fail at completing.

After removing the ferrule, Ron attached my new valve and hose, tightened up my garbage disposal and even pointed out that my dishwasher hose was way too short (which is why I sometimes had sink backup into my dishwasher) before attempting to make it work better.

Do yourself a favor: Call Ron.

I'm a single mom with a limited budget, so I tend to try to DIY a lot of projects. In this case, I should have called Ron in the beginning. I have learned my lesson!

**I also learned that having access to running water really is such a blessing. I was only without water for a couple days and I nearly lost my mind.**

SECOND UPDATE: Ron followed up on this and after a few days fixed the walls. Even though waiting the extra time ruined a couple of plans with out of town company, I have to credit him for making things right. He had to bring in an outside business to get it done but didn't charge me to do that when it likely cost him. He also confirmed a lifetime warranty and offered to bring over the touch up paint he used after learning I no longer knew which color to use.

Ron is clearly a solid business man and excellent plumber. From another review on here it appears the trouble arises when he sends out a less experienced one when he is unable to make it. Be sure to ask that Ron comes out himself to complete the job. I have no doubt you will be happy with the service and clear communication explaining everything up front. To be fair it is not always easy to train newer employees up to ones high standards. After a few years I am sure that will be the case here.

UPDATE: Just received a call from Ron who says he wants to make things better after finding out I am unhappy with the service. Wow, gotta respect that! Will update soon...

I am now stuck looking for someone to fix a large hole in my bathroom drywall and a second hole in my guest room closet. I had an initial rooter come out who explained that I needed someone to go into the wall behind the shower and that was beyond their services. The wall is unseen inside a closet so I figured no big deal. I explained this to both gentlemen I spoke to. After looking at my drain the gentleman insisted he needed to cut the hole right next to the shower in plain site in the bathroom, which I did agree to. But he didn't explain I'd have to hire my own separate drywaller after he was finished. And he still ended up going into the wall behind the shower to unclog the drain.

They charged me 350.00 for this. When I agreed to the price I thought that they would complete the service. And since he didn't have the name of a drywaller, I have no idea who to get to patch the wall. There is also a second unpatched hole in my closet that needs a special type of covering that I will need to describe to the drywaller myself. I do not recommend these guys. I will not call them again.

In attempting to replace a washer and dryer, I discovered that my cold water hose had fused to the faucet. After wrestling with it for a day with no luck, I contacted Ron through Yelp last night around 10:30 pm to get an estimate on having someone come out the next week to work it off the faucet for me. Ron replied back immediately and gave me some helpful hints on how to get it off the faucet.

The next morning I was still having issues. I let Ron know that I would like to schedule a time for him to come out and look at it. Ron replied that he was in the area and would stop by to take a look this morning. Turns out there was a problem with the faucet. Even though it was working fine, part of the hose had fused to the connection. It would need a replacement faucet. Ron stayed until it was fixed and explained everything thoroughly.

I contacted Ron to simply get an estimate around 10:30 Saturday night, and by 10:00 Sunday morning it was fixed and I was ready to connect my new washer and dryer.

I don't know about everyone else's experiences but I thought R&P was great. This morning I had sewage backing up into all of my showers. I was horrified because it's the weekend and I knew I needed this fixed so I could do laundry and shower for work.

I sent out requests to multiple companies claiming to be 24/7 and all claimed to be booked until Mon/Tues. The few available wanted to charge exorbitant amounts for emergency fees.

I finally reached out to R&P and they messaged me back within 5 mins, quoted me a price, and where out to my house in 20 mins. Btw, done with unclogging my main line, paid, and out the door. This whole turn around time from initial contact to finish was about an hour.

I'm so grateful that not only did I get this fixed fast and reasonably priced for that rapid service. But I'm still able to make my plans today too. Thankful I didn't have to cancel and spend the day hunting for plumbers. R&P saved me!

I called Ron and Steve to clear a clogged flat roof drain. Roto Rooter won't do roof drains as well as 5 or 6 other plumbing/rooter co's we tried. Steve came out as promised, was very professional and dependable, and cleared the drain in minutes. I was very happy (and relieved) he could do it after one of our other roof drains above a bedroom ceiling (also clogged) let go about a month ago. We will definitely call them annually to ensure no further problems with our roof drains in the future. Also, his cost was very competitive with other companies' quotes. Very appreciative and would recommend them highly to anyone dealing with a clogged drain.

I don't think this is the same company I used several years ago but my sister just used them 2 weeks ago and she was so impressed with them finding the roots in her pipes. No only did they remove the pipes but they were able to also install a new toilet for her in the same visit. She stated they were fast, friendly, on time and did not go above what they quoted. She felt they were quality plumbers at a fair price. I just used them for a outdoor faucet that would not turn off. Answered in less than 20 minutes were able to get to the house and have the faucet fixed on a holiday weekend. Price was the same as he quoted. Would use them again and continue to recommend to family and friends.

We have a home that was built in 1978. When we purchased our home this last September, we had the seller throw in a home warranty so when our pipes started backing up, I called our home warranty company. I was charged a $69 service fee and had to wait 4 days for the company they chose to come look. That company proceeded to tell us that they couldn't snake our drains because there was no clean out. They then quoted us $2000 to have one installed and the home warranty wouldn't cover it. I was in tears. I couldn't afford that. When they left I started looking for someone else. I ended up calling Ro and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes and $250 and he had cleared my line all the way to the street!!!! He is absolutely one of the kindest, most hones business men I have ever met! He even told me how to prevent it from happening again! I called 6 different companies for quotes, 2 didn't return my call and the other 3 had quotes that were astronomically high. I was asking for a quote on something that was maybe a 30-45 minute job and at max $10 of supplies but was getting quotes in the multiple hundreds of dollars.

Ron answered his phone immediately, was super helpful and before even quoting me he said he likes to come in around half of what the other places charge. When he gave me a price he came in between 50-70% less than the other quotes.

It wasn't an emergency and I have a wide open schedule so I gave him the choice to choose when he could come and he decided to come right away. He was here within 20-30 minutes and got the job done in not much more time. The repair looks better than expected and definitely better than the original installation.

TL:DR - Quick, fair pricing, quality work, and a decent guy to talk to. Definitely keeping his business card for any issues I may have in the future.

Disappointed. Is definitely a bait and switch on the advertising. 59$ for 'what' drain clean out. Kitchen - ground level access they quoted $245. This is outrageous. As a builder, I know what the rates for various work should be. Keep looking - there is Custom Plumbing for $69 (75ft reel and hose flushing) and there is Anthony Plumbing for $55 (75ft reel, hose flush, and camera to discern any malformations). In our case, clogged the kitchen drain line before with ground strawberry head sludge that should have been easily accommodated with flushing. This time with one grapefruit rind that has never been an issue at other properties. Previously, The rooter plumber spent no more than an hour and charged a flat $50.

There is absolutely no justification for the high quote that $59Rooter gave. Even if there were attic access involved - $245 is outrageous. Plus, in our case - it is time to 'visualize' the site of hang up - so can't beat Anthony Plumbing.

Ron was fantastic! We found a quarter sized hole in our sink drain pipe during our kitchen remodel. We first called our Home Warranty and they sent some idiot that quoted us $3000 to fix! WTF. I contacted Ron hoping to find a more affordable solution to our problem! He responded to my request a quote through yelp within 15 minutes after pressing send. He was at our house in an hour and quoted us about $600 to fix the pipe, but if we wanted to fix it ourselves he could give us some supplies for $60. Fantastic service. My garbage disposal was stuck. I wrestled with it for an hour myself, but it was clearly beyond my admittedly limited capabilities. Time to call an expert.

I had some toilet trouble earlier tonight and Ron came to the rescue. I called right around 6 and was just planning on having him come the next day but he said he would prefer to do it tonight at no extra cost. We turned on the washer and all the toilets started bubbling along with all the sinks, showers & tubs backing up...then one little toilet flush and appeared in all the drains. Ron came out same day and now all is well. Turns out someone flushed a few wipes down the toilet. Not sure who because we know not to flush anything but toilet paper, but I am really glad Ron was on Yelp. I am so happy I can hardly contain myself. What an amazing find with Ron and Steven at $59 Rooter and Plumbing Service. I had worked on clearing a sewer line for 2 days with no luck. Hired a handyman no luck, hired another rooter company, no luck, rented a snake, no luck, bought a hydrobladder, no luck. Exhausted and broke I called Ron and was instantly put to ease as he explained what he would do and how inexpensive it was. I had my doubts and assumed he would try to up sell me like the other company and man was I ever wrong. He showed up a few minutes before we had agreed, on a weekend, and spent 15 minutes unclogging my sewer. I think he sensed my exhaustion and frustration and reset my toilet as a courtesy. Mohammid Alli once said I'm so fast that I can flip the light switch and be in bed before the lights go out. Well, Ron isn't quite that fast but he was at my door within only a few minutes. A plumber with over fifty Yelp reviews and a four and a half star rating? Definitely sounds too good to be true. But it's not. Ron really is a quality guy. I called him late in the day. He handled the scheduling himself! He was booked for the rest of the day, but after confirming it wasn't an emergency, he squeezed in an appointment the next day between 11:00 and 1:00. Not too big of a window. I can live with that. He gave an estimate over the phone, suggesting he may not be able to handle this type of clog for the $59 special price. Rather, it could be as much as $120. Full disclosure. Nice!

He called the next day in advance of arrival. Early! Arrived and rapidly addressed the clog and charged us - wait for it - $59. He could have easily charged me $120 and I would have been none the wiser. We recently had a horrible experience with George Brazil and their $99 clog special. They arrived and gave us an estimate of nearly $400 for a clog more routine than this one. Ron is no George Brazil. Thank goodness!

Ron specializes mainly in clogs, but he is will to do a few other things like installing faucets. On this day, I offered him another quick job at our other house nearby. He turned down the work because he did not want to inconvenience his other customers who were waiting. I was disappointed, but it made me like him even more.

My water heater was on borrowed time and I wanted to replace it before it died in the Winter months. Called Ron & he scheduled a replacement for the next day. Ron works clean, charges affordable prices, was reliable and did the job right.

This is the second time I've utilized Ron's services. The first was for a clogged laundry drain that we had just placed a bucked under the drain to collect spilled water. We had done this for about 4 years before finally calling someone. Ron came out the same day and snaked it clean. He also noticed the piping had never been set up properly for our washing machine and lacked a standpipe. He had the parts in his truck and installed it including the parts without charging for the service or parts. This was 8 months ago and we have never had a problem with the laundry drain again.

Today he came out to open up the kitchen drain. He did so in a very friendly and efficient way. He also noticed that the drain for the dishwasher, which was hooked up to the garbage disposal, wasn't installed properly as it needs to be raised up by the sink so that dirty sink water doesn't follow gravity back down into the dishwasher. He pointed this out and I was able to do a quick fix myself. I would have never known to do this (I had installed the dishwasher).

He also took the time to talk to me about running a small business and gave me some advice that I have already passed on to my folks.

I had Ron come to my house to try and clean my nasty clogged shower and he was in area and came in 10 mins. After snaking two branches that ran into my shower line he had it opened and ready to use. Ron came over to fix my running toilet on a Sunday morning completely last minute. He arrived right on time and replaced my valves, connection valve, fill valve and flapper. I had ghost flushing going on afterwards due to the original seal being worn- my fancy little toilet is more complex than the standard toilet so it needed the entire flush contraption replaced not just the one part of it (the typical thing they would replace). He came over right on time again and replaced it with the entire Toto replacement which did the job perfectly at no additional charge. He was courteous, on time, professional and honest. I will definitely be contacting Ron for any other plumbing needs. Highly recommend. He takes card as well which was great!

Ron took care of the issue which was on a Sat the same day I called him, he was very friendly and efficient. I called Ron based on his Yelp reviews. He did not disappoint. My sewer line was backed up as I live in an older neighborhood in central Phoenix. He basically diagnosed over the phone and gave pricing. He arrived within the 1 hour window, worked quickly, and had the line snaked within 30 minutes. The price was exactly the same as on the phone; no mysterious up charges once he arrived. I appreciated that he explained to me how the lines get clogged, and that this would probably happen again every year or so based on how the city maintains the main line that is outside of my property line. He had snaked to the end of my line, but lines get clogged at the connections to the city line because debris grows there, and the city won't take responsibility unless their lines actually stop working completely. It's nice to have someone that is on time, doesn't try to scam for extra money upon arrival, and is honest about how issues arise and what I will need to do as a homeowner to maintain it. He was great!

Love, love, love this company. it is natural to have apprehensions when hiring a plumber - how sad is that??? My plumbing nightmare started about a month ago, my shower started backing up and when I got out my whole bath was flooded! We tried to rent a snake from Home Depot, and snaked the drains we could see. We had to take the toilet off to get to the clean out behind the toilet. Even after this was snaked when we ran the water from the Shower or the Sink there was still water coming up through the toilet hole. I had 2 other plumbers that came out, tried this, tried that and still nothing they did worked. One company told me it was underneath my shower and they would have to jack hammer down to get at the pipe. Anyways, I figured I would get another company to come check it out. Ron came out, did some trouble shooting and figured out that the clean out we needed to get too was about 18 inches to the right of my toilet, and was drywalled over. After this pipe was snaked out, everything went back to how it should be, and after almost a month we finally have our main bathroom back in order!

Sadly, we needed drain clearing service twice in the last three weeks. The house is old enough, and the plumbing is peculiar enough, that sometimes the drains get plugged up from seemingly minor things.
Now that I have found Ron and service plumbing, I am very confident that I have someone who is able to help me quickly, competently, pleasantly, and at a very good price.
Ron's skill set is very specific, if you need something like a drain cleaned or other high-priority plumbing missions, Ron is your man.
Ron's pricing policy is very straightforward, and very reasonable. $59 for a straightforward toilet or sink unplugged, and a reasonable amount more for bigger jobs like what I had to have done today. And pricing is stated upfront, including uncertainties, depending upon the ultimate scope of the task.

We had a fantastic experience with Ron - when we called him on a Tuesday morning after our shower drains backed up and our toilets leaked on the floor, he came by right away and got our drains working again. He has a warranty on his work, so when our drains backed up again a couple of weeks later he promptly called us back and scheduled us. It turned out the problem was caused by roots, and I was happy to find that Ron also does video camera inspections so we're having him come back to figure out exactly where the roots are coming in.

Did my search on Yelp and decided to go with Ron's company for our sewer concern.
We emailed/texted to get a time frame set.
Ron responded & kept me posted as his son, Steve was on his way. Steve contacted me and apologized, he'd be a little later, due to earlier appointment running long.I was OK w/ it as my job wasn't an emergency.
Steve was informative and honest,like Ron, and said if the snake doesn't remedy the situation, we may have to contact a Rooter company.
In less than half hour, Steve was done.
As of now, our 16 yr old sewer line is doing well.Were not sure if it was the snaking of the outer pipes or just rewetting the traps.
Either way, we would contact and recommend Ron's Company in the future based off our whole experience with them.

No need to look any further for a residential plumber. There is a reason Ron is top rated in Yelp.
I'm just changing my review of Ron and his Rooter and Plumbing Service to 5 star. I can not say enough regarding his customer response and response time. I recently had multiple sewer back ups into my house, which I initially called Ron based on his Yelp customer service rankings. I was initially a bit disappointing that he had to be called out twice to snake my main line and the the 3rd time was as you can imagine was unbelievable. But he came out the 3rd time and told me everything was covered under his 30 day guarantee. Not another penny was spent from his first call and he identified the issue was a broken sewer line and has offered to come out tomorrow morning to meet with the City of Phoenix to show them video of the broken sewer line. He actually even called the City on my behalf and handed me his phone to talk to the dispatcher to schedule the appointment. Hopefully this is going to be a City issue, but even if it's not I could not have received better service and follow up. Don't even consider another plumber for any housing needs you may have. Hands down, amazing!

Called Saturday morning before Christmas and 7am. He was at our house by 745. Described the problem and gave me two quotes. Came, fixed a clog in the main sewer line and dipped out. Dude was custom. After struggling with the problem myself, I decided it was time to call a plumber I had used before only to learn that he had passed away. I started looking for someelse and I was leery of doing this as I had been burned by one of the big outfits that advertise on TV all the time. I found Ron by googling and figured it would be a day or two at least. He returned my call and said he could be at my home in about an hour. He was good to his word and with 30 minutes he had the stubborn drain cleaned out and was on his way. The drains are working great and I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

Top Notch and trustworthy central Phoenix Plummer! We've used Ron twice for our home and would highly recommend him for his services. The most recent time I called on an early Saturday morning and he came by within an hour. I'm terrible with our garbage disposal and always end up clogging it. Usually my husband can fix but after cleaning our carpets with our Pet Vacuum I clogged up the pipes pouring the waste down the drain - ugghhh! Great service. Ron was the fourth plumber to look at our clogged main drain and was the only on who had the ability to do anything at all about it. It needed to be rooted through the vent on the roof. The others either didn't have the tools or refused to get on the roof or remove the toilet. Ron fixed the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. This is the place to call when you have stubborn plumbing issues and don't want to feel like you are being scammed. Thanks Ron!

The $59 is misleading, he charged me $59 for EVERY SINGLE drain, toilet, etc... in the house, and there were quite a few of them. The bill was high,.... 2 months later I had the same drainage problems again, and he refused to correct the issues without charging me all over again.

Another 5 star review for Ron. I emailed him about a toilet that overflowed about 8p.m., received a message within an hour or so. He suggested a way to fix it ourselves but to let him know if it didn't work. I replied that due to age and some infirmity a do it yourself was not an option. He called me when he opened the next morning, and said he could be here in a couple of hours. He was right on time and had the trouble fixed in no time. I backed up my sink by overloading my garbage disposal. I plunged and plunged and even attempted to snake it to no avail. Ron came out at 5 pm on a weekday (amazing!) and helped me out. In less than an hour he had my drain cleared and my garbage disposal running clean. I would recommend him to family or friends anytime, he was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Ron's the best! Based on the Yelp! reviews, I asked for a quote online at about 5:30 pm on a Friday night and he responded in about 4 minutes. No joke. We set up an appointment to fix my shower (not an emergency) but he still offered to come out first thing Saturday morning. He was supposed to be there at 9 and he was there at 8:58 am apologizing for being so early. AMAZING! He was able to fix the drain in under 10 minutes and he was out like a flash. Easy peasy. This dude is amazing, i wish i could give him 10 stars! I asked if he services my town, and he said it's far, but asked me to describe the problem. Called Ron yesterday late afternoon to get a quote to fix/replace our garbage disposal. He gave me a quote and schedule to come the next morning! He gave me a window of 8-10am and was there by 8:45AM. He replaced and fixed out garbage disposal in 30 min. Can I give these guys more than 5 stars? Had a plumbing emergency involving our tub and toilet and called this company immediately. Spoke to Ron and he said his son would be out to help us out in a few hours. Steve came out and cleared up all that was clogging our toilet. Ron came the day I called for a problem I have been having for months. In 10 minutes he had it diagnosed, told me it was very minor and how to solve it myself or how to get it repaired by someone who could fix my drywall. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue at all. I was at wits end. I had already paid a plumbing company out of Moon Valley $135 to come out and unsuccessfully snake my drain and misdiagnosis the issue. I saw Ron on Yelp, picked up the telephone and he answered RIGHT AWAY. He immediately asked where I was and said he could be here in 5minutes! Glad I found Ron plumbing service on Yelp. 1st time I had his son Steven show up to de-clog 2 bathroom drains. Steven was on time and did both drains within 45 minutes! All for just $59 each. Now the water drain smoothly.
2nd time Ron came out for a kitchen leaking faucet. He came out on the same day i called him. He was honest about what he can do and if he can't fix it, there won't be any charge. We had a plumbing emergency in the new home we just purchased, the toilets wouldn't flush and then water was standing and backing up into both bathtubs. I called Ron after seeing great yelp reviews and he came out first thing this morning. He gave me a quote on the phone to rooter the main line to the house and get the clog out. He also sent a camera in to diagnose the problem (which is an additional charge that he mentioned on the initial call). My problem was larger than just Ron fixing it, although he could have. I had the City of Phoenix help with a blockage and they requested Ron come back and pinpoint the problem, I called him back after he left this morning and he returned to help within 20 minutes. Thank you fellow Yelpers for recommending Ron! We had a leak in the wall somewhere, and were stumped. We called Ron and he came out right away to take a look. He figured out the problem was in a specific area of the wall, probed it, and tracked down the leak. His son Stephen came out to assist with the job, and they got the leak repaired quickly.

Ron was up front about the pricing, and explained how the repair would be done so it won't happen again. Ron took the most straight forward approach to fix the leak, and the least aggravation involved. I have a simpler repair than what may have been suggested by others and I'm very glad!!

I found this Plumbing Service on Yelp. I never use plumber's unless they have Registrar of contractors licenses. I called before 8 a.m. and they were here within a half hour. I had a slow draining toilet. He attempted to fix it for a minimum charge but was unsuccessful. The fix involved a more comprehensive solution. I paid more than the minimum but it still was reasonable for the amount of work done. This guy really knows what he's doing and he is fast. I highly recommend the service.

I called Ron on a Sunday night and left a message. He called first thing Monday morning (before 8:00am!) He was here within 2 hours, as he stated on the phone, and took care of our rooter job on the roof in about 20 minutes. He is very knowledgable and his quote was accurate. $145 for the rooter job, another $45 since he had to do it from our roof. Extremely reasonable compared to the $1100 quote I received from George Brazil (they take out your toilet, as they wont get on your roof). We will absolutely use Ron again for any of our plumbing needs!

Sunday morning, tub, toilet and kitchen sink back-up. Not the best day of the week to have a plumbing problem. So, I go to Yelp and find Ron's reviews and called him. He called back within the hour and gave me a price and a time he could show up. He showed up in the time frame he gave and completed the job. Left a message with Ron on Sunday to have him come out on Monday morning. He called us first thing in the morning and came over within an hour. We had an issue with our shower faucet continuously running and Ron had it all fixed/replaced within half an hour. He was honest and straight forward only replacing the parts that actually needed it. The pricing was more than reasonable and will refer Ron to all those we know. Couldn't be happier and Ron will be our go to guy when we need anything else done.

Had a flat fee for the service of cleaning the clogged drain, quickly completed the service, has a 30-day warranty. Excellent!! The kitchen sink was backing up into the bathtub, so I called Ron. He quoted me a price over the phone and was there in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly and considerate. When he fixed the problem and i went to pay, he charged me less than half of the quote. The drains are clear and everything is running perfectly... Thanks to Ron!! They are not reliable. I called them for my clogged up bathtub and Ron said he would come to help me on the same day at 3:00pm, but he failed to show up. I called him after 3:00pm and he said he would come the next day instead. I waited for the whole day the next day and he didn't show up neither. When I called him he told me that he didn't have the tool to do the job and was still figuring out how to solve the problem, but he promised he would come later that day. I waited until 5:30pm and called him again. He did not answer. I left him the message and he never returned my call. I finally found another plumber through my client and he came to help me out right away with a much cheaper price than Ron quoted me. I don't think I will trust them again.

I would highly recommend using him if you have a clog. I called him early this morning and he was able to come over very quick problem is solved in less than 30 min. I spent time trying to fix it yesterday and couldn't but he was able to clear it quick and reasonably priced! Well worth the cost! Don't waste your time trying yourself.

Im impressed. I have to do another 5 star review. Had a toilet that has never flushed right. When I replaced my tile I put a new seal on; but that still didn't fix it. I called Ron and he shared that the issue was likey hard water build up and gave me a way to diagnose that. He said the fix would probably be a new toilet. How awesome! He could have come and charged me to tell me that exact same thing; but instead shared it over the phone. I will definitely call Ron for future service when I have another problem.

I generally do not write reviews on Yelp however I do heavily rely on them when making my decisions about what companies to use. The 5 star rating was why I decided to give Ron a call. My call was answered immediately and Ron was very courteous. I own a few personal investment properties in the valley and am also a licensed Realtor and property manager in AZ. I called because one of my multi-family units was having a problem with the kitchen sinks (both units feed into the same pipe) and the bathroom sink was clogged as well. Ron made an appointment immediately with my tenants and was out at the property within a few hours. He was able to fix the problem immediately and was very reasonably priced. When he reached out to me for payment he also informed me that he provides a 30 day warranty on all work.

I will absolutely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend his services to others.

I never take the time to fill these out but these guys are worth it! I had both my washer shut off valves replaced. Mine were BAD! I bought a new washer and the delivery people wouldn't set it up because of the valves. I randomly googled plumbers and saw the great reviews. I get nervous going in blindly hiring people. Stephen was here the next day. He answered my call on a Sunday. The job ended up being a bigger job than expected but the price was still great, work was phenomenal, and the professionalism was top notch! I was even surprised to see my new washer hooked up!!! Thrilled with the service! Up front pricing quoted over the phone based on what Ron thought the issue was based on my description. Ron arrived within 2 hours! Through the course of my shower handle repair he walked me through the process and left me the box so if the issue happens again I can handle the job on my own since I already have the part number. I had a gurgling sound in my sink all morning so I figured I had a leak. Steve made it to my house around 1 PM and sure enough the gurgling had stopped. He tried to get it to happen again but no go. He gave me homework! The next time it happens I write down every water device that was used, and when it doesn't happen I do the same to see if it can be isolated and he would come back to fix it. AMAZING! Ron is the best! I called other company's including Roto Rooter and they quoted two to three times as much as Ron to use the auger on the toilet. Ron has a $59 flat fee, no hidden charges, no fee just to come out and take a look. Totally worth it! He cleared the toilet within minutes. He responds quickly to messages and was courteous and nice when he arrived. He said to reach back out if we have any issues with the toilet. Call him!

Great service! I had a short inspection period for a home I purchased recently. I had another plumbing company come out for the inspection. They provided me with little information and briefly said my main sewer line under the house was worn and perhaps cracked. They then estimated it would be 10 grand for them to repair it, not including what would happen to the floor, cement etc. I desperately wanted a second opinion yet had very little time.

I called Ron early Saturday morning. He quickly responded and met me at the house around noon. He walked me through the entire process, from both outside and inside the house. He then explained what he saw as he scoped the line under the home. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the pipe. I'm guessing the other company just wanted to make a quick buck off me.

Today is the second time Ron has come out to fix some plumbing emergency or other. The first time, my disposal broke, backing up the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He came right out, replaced the old disposal and got everything up and running for an amazingly reasonable price.

This morning I called him before 8, let's just say that no amount of power plunging was going to fix the situation in my toilet. He got that taken care of, and while he was here fixed the flushing mechanism in the other bathroom. Again, he came over immediately, and at an extremely reasonable price. He also gave me some free advice on how to get better performance out of our cheap, very low-flow toilets.

Ron is an awesome and honest Plumber. He quoted us $120. to rooter our sewer line and showed up within a couple hours and got the job done. We are so happy that we found Ron on Yelp because we had paid Mr. Rooter $263. and they did not clear our sewer line at all. They left us with a non working line and charged us for it.

I had a clog in my kitchen sink line. I tried snaking it myself but no luck. I found $59 Rooter on Yelp (Thanks Yelpers for the reviews!) and gave him a call.

Within 2 hours, my line was clear. I was quoted $145 before the service guy came out, and he explained that they used different equipment on kitchen lines than they do on tub and bathroom sink drains. Fair enough.

They also warrantied the work for 30 days, which was a nice bonus feature.

I would use them again, and I would recommend.

Wow! All the reviews are right! Ron is fantastic!! We had an issue at a rental house we own and needed to have the pipes scoped. A different plumber had been to the house and snaked the line and found roots but he wanted more than I was willing to pay do do it. So I looked around and found all the great reviews for Ron! I called him in the morning and Ron was there that afternoon. The hottest part of the day!! He scoped the line with the camera and showed us where the pipes throughout the yard from the house to the street. He also took time and explained this oddity we've always wondered about that was in the yard. Thankfully none of the pipes were broken and he said the only thing we really needed to do was to remove the little bush that was growing above the pipes. It was the culprit that had found a tiny hole through a connector piece, and over many years grew tiny roots into the pipe. Thanks Ron for your quick action and honest approach. I've got your card on my fridge and you'll be the guy I call for all my plumbing needs.

Ron is a lifesaver! My wife and I just purchased our first home and moved in 3 weeks ago. When we did a load of laundry the laundry room flooded. Well the seller had given us a home warranty so we should be okay right? Not really... The warranty company sent a terrible company called First Choice Plumbing to our home. First Choice gave a 2pm-6pm window and didn't make their first trip until 8PM. That was just to diagnose. A second visit was scheduled for what we had hoped was a fix, this time their plumber didn't arrive until 10:30pm. Then they wanted us to spend 250 dollars to do a camera in our laundry line today.

So with me being fed up, exhausted, and angrier than ever, my wife took to Yelp and we found Ron's company. He not only answered on a Saturday, he came to our house within 30 minutes of the call. Right away he knew the problem was not lack of washouts, or sludge in the pipes, or having too short of a hose for the water volume the washing machine produced, or any of the other myriad issues that First Choice invented...

The issue was that we didn't get the right section of pipe properly snaked. Less than 20 minutes at our house Ron had the issue resolved and not only saved us money but did the right thing in the process. I wish I would have found him 3 weeks ago. I cannot speak highly enough of his prompt service and thoroughness. He's even provided a 30 day warranty for the work. I absolutely recommend Ron and his company to be your first call for a plumbing issue and will be using him again when the laundry line backs up in the future.

Very efficient. $350 was expensive but better than living with the mess that he cleared up. I had called Ron about a stopped up toilet and shower. I called at 10:30 at night, and scheduled him for the next AM. I randomly flushed an upstairs toilet (mostly to make sure it wasn't draining into my tub) and suddenly all my drains emptied. I'm guessing that's a fluke, but I called Ron the next day and he gave me advice and said it sounded like he didn't need to come, but he'd be happy to if I wanted. He told me to check the sewer drain lines and how to check if they were clear.

I would rather pay a fair price for an honest plumber, then a lower price for one who will add on things, or not be honest with me. If you're like me -- call Ron! :)

I woke up and our kitchen sinks are clogged in the dishwasher was overflowing and even the washing machine had water coming out of it even though it wasn't running. Yuck.
I looked on yelp and found Ron the plumber. I called him and he came out to the house about 25 minutes later and took care of everything. He is very clean and friendly and fast.
He did a great job and the price was reasonable.

Fantastic service. Had a shower that wouldn't turn off on a Saturday morning and was able to fix it myself with a little guidance.

Spoke with Ron about what I thought was a bad valve in the shower. He explained that while he didn't typically deal with those issues, it was likely just a bad cartridge and pointed me in the right direction to get parts for doing the repair myself.

His help turned a 2 day wait for a plumber, while having to use the main valve for water, into an afternoon diy project. The advice and service was greatly appreciated.

We had a clogged shower drain and a large clog blocking the path to our septic system from a whole bathroom.

Ron was quick and courteous. We'd had a company out to fix the large clog before, with bad results; it too Ron 10 minutes. He fixed the shower drain and showed me how to do it myself in the future, and even helped repair a stuck sink stopper.

Ron cleared a main line clog in my home today. He was friendly, honest and put in hard work locating the hard to find sewage line access points. I had an issue with my laundry drain overflowing.

Tried it myself with a rental snake -- no luck.

Called around. Had one person try to sell me on a $1200 plumbing repair. Had another try to sell me on a very expensive camera / snake solution.

Ron responded within 4 hours of my initial email on a Monday and showed up 30 minutes later. Turns out all I needed was a 100', 5/8 snake and someone that knew what to do. Problem solved at a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere (and I now understand where things went wrong).

I highly recommend Ron.

Thanks so much Ron, so nice of you to come out for a same day inspection!

I called Ron to come inspect some pipes at my new place, he was out that same afternoon. Ron looked at the rusting pipes, gave a quick run down of what should be done and then explained that his work is primarily rooter and sewage line inspections and the work I was needing done would require a different type of service and therefore a different plumber.

Its nice to find such a straight forward and honest business person, if you need rooter service, this is your guy, sadly, if you need pipe replacements, he is not. Thanks again Ron for your quick visit!

Used him a few months ago to clean out an outside drain..cost $120. Scheduling was fast and he showed up on time.

I just talked to Ron on the phone and gave him a list of things I needed done. They fell outside his specialty, but he took the time to tell me the services I needed done that might be better suited to handyman work vs. plumber (to possibly save money). Always appreciate advice on saving money!

This is the second time I've needed plumbing services at my home (the joys of owning an older home). Based on my previous experience, Ron was the first person I called. Once again... he responded quickly, was reasonably priced, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes upon arrival. What more can I say, Ron is 2 for 2. At this rate, he might make my Christmas card list.

...now if I could just get the AC repair guys to deliver like Ron!!!

Ron is a class act. I reached out to him for a clog drain and he took care of me not only the same day but on a Sunday no less! Friendly, personable, professional and clean. Will definitely use him again if the need arrises! Thanks Ron!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we were desperate to get it fixed ASAP because we were going on vacation the next day. (Isn't that always the way?) We called the plumbing company that we always use, the one that costs a small fortune every time they come, and they couldn't get anyone over to our house until the next day. This turned out to be a lucky break because I looked on Yelp and found Ron. The reviews were fantastic and so I called at about 6:00pm. Ron answered the phone - not some answering service - and said he could be here in about an hour. And he was! Besides being prompt, he was polite, professionals and personable. He had the sink quickly fixed and was willing to to look at a troublesome toilet while he was here. He identified that issue and fixed it immediately - while charging a fraction of what our big, countrywide plumbing company charged. SO, goodbye impersonal, expensive plumbing company! We have a new plumber - Ron.

Highly recommend this company for rooter service. Called and spoke to Stephen at 1:30. He quoted price and stated he could come out in two hours. At 3:30 he was here and within half an hour he had cleaned out line from house to sewer

Needed a repair on Sunday, called around couldnt get anyone to pick up their phones. called Ron, he was out right away and fixed the problem for a great price
