Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

Our toilet got clogged with chopped fruit (yes, fruit but that's a whole other story lol). We called Master Rooter and they said someone would arrive between 11am-1pm. They arrived at 11:10am and fixed our clogged toilet. Very fast and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner was courteous and responsive from the moment I requested a quote. He set up a time for an estimate that would be convenient for me.  The plumber who came, Tony, was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and on time. Tony  gave us a very affordable estimate and worked quickly to finish the job- unclogging our sink and showing us how to properly clean the dishwasher that had had sitting water in it. This will now be our go-to company!

Our water main shutoff valve rusted open. The Parker & Sons team were able to replace the valve within a week of giving us an estimate, they were professional, they were done in only a few hours, and the price was reasonable.
And you can't even tell they were there! They put the lanscaping rocks back exactly like they were, originally!

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Long story short, our kitchen sink was clogged and it backed up, so we googled a plumber and picked A Plus. It was just after hours, and had to leave a message with the answering service. Steve, the owner, returned my call in 15 mins. He said a tech would be here in an hour.

Allen showed up on time, and gave service with a smile. He fixed our drain quick, and even checked our RO system to see if what the RO guy told us was true. While our problem was small in terms of plumbing, they came through just like they said they would.

Allen's company shirt says 'you've just found your plumber'. It's true, and we'll be calling them again if needed. Thanks A+.

They never followed up with whether or not they could help me. Even if the answer was no, it would've been nice to hear that they were unavailable or unable to complete my service request.

Don just came over to my house to fix a clogged toilet and sink drain.  He arrived on time, and took care of both issues super fast.  But even better than the excellent work (including taking extra care to keep the work area clean) was the great customer service.  Such a pleasant, cheerful guy who took extra time with a novice like me to explain how my house's pipe system was set up.  He also went over some tips on a new toilet I was going to attempt to install myself.  Wow, highly highly recommended.

We had a clog in the main drain and it caused water to back up through our shower drain.  I initially reached out to Drain Tech based on solid Yelp reviews and reasonable pricing.  Spencer came out same-day and found no issue.  Didn't charge me for anything!  A few days later, we ran the washing machine and the water was gushing through the shower drain.  I texted Spencer and messaged him on Yelp and he was here within an hour - ON A SUNDAY.  He fixed everything, avoided a flood, and his rates were totally reasonable.  It goes a long way with me to get quality work done by a good guy, especially someone I can reach out to when it's urgent and I can depend on.  I'll be using Drain Tech for all plumbing needs going forward.

I called the plumber to get my clogged toilet fixed.  Mohammed responded quickly to fix it.  It was Very professional and done at affordable price.

Around the Clock installed a new sink, faucet, disposal and drains as part of a Lowes purchase/installation. This included the removal of the old sink, disposal etc. and the transfer of the reverse osmosis faucet. Filip arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and completed the install in less than two hours. It looked great when he was done and there were no leaks! We had received quotes from a couple of other five star Yelp plumbers for the same installation and they were twice as much as the Lowes' quote and their estimated time for installation was twice as long. I will definitely use Around the Clock for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
