Spencer was able to install our vanity just a couple days after I reached out. The top of the new vanity was a little wider than we had space for, and instead of saying he couldn't do it he went through the extra trouble of removing some drywall to get it to fit. He was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely hire Spencer again!

Spencer came out same-day and found no issue. Didn't charge me for anything! A few days later, we ran the washing machine and the water was gushing through the shower drain. I texted Spencer and messaged him on Yelp and he was here within an hour - ON A SUNDAY. He fixed everything, avoided a flood, and his rates were totally reasonable. It goes a long way with me to get quality work done by a good guy, especially someone I can reach out to when it's urgent and I can depend on. I'll be using Drain Tech for all plumbing needs going forward.

I had a leaky garden hose spigot that needed replaced. Spencer gave me a quote within minutes on a Sunday that was lower than most other estimates I received. I was able to send him a picture of the spigot and book a service appointment for Tuesday all over Yelp. The process was very easy and he was extremely polite and professional. I was given a notice that he was on his way 30-45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and he arrived on time. The work was completed quickly and in less than an hour he soldered off my old leaky spigot and replaced it with a new leak free one. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and affordable plumber. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs I may have.

My bathroom sink faucet broke, so I needed to replace it and also decided to replace my copper supply lines and shut-off valves with updated versions. After discussing the job with several companies on yelp, I FINALLY found one that gave me a reasonable quote for the repairs needed. Keep in mind I sent the same information/pics to each business, but this was the only company to offer a fair amount for what needed replacing.
Spencer arrived at my house as scheduled, determined what needed to be done, and went to work. He also answered questions regarding other projects that may need to be addressed and offered his professional opinion on what will be required. I am pleased with the results and recommend using their services.

The technician worked efficiently to get the sink we needed installed, and everything turned out great. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Drain Tech exceeded my expectations in every way. Spencer was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I believe he is also the owner. Not only did I end up with a high quality spigot that was a vast improvement over what I had previously, Spencer swapped out the spigot in my front yard as well AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!! I don't usually write many reviews but I can't help but rave about my experience with this company! Your in safe hands with Drain Tech! Had a water leak due to garbage disposal seal break last night. Was able to mitigate the leak last night and submitted a project estimate through Yelp very early this morning.
Received 2 responses within minutes of my submission. I went with Drain Tech as the estimate and timeframe was the same but Drain Tech had more reviews. I interacted with Spencer who answered all my questions regarding scope of work, etc.
Spencer let me know he was on his way and showed up within the estimated timeframe. He was personable and took care to protect my property and his workspace. He determined that it was indeed a seal issue with the disposal and worked quickly and effectively to replace the unit.
He finished the install and took care to ensure that it was working as expected. He cleaned up the area , leaving it in the same or better condition than he found it. I should note that I had him look at a faucet that I believed to be stripped. He fixed that issue within a minute or so at no charge. I paid him the agreed upon estimate and we both were able to get on with our day. For an unplanned, unpleasant situation, Spencer made it a relatively stress free experience. For future plumbing needs, I wouldn't hesitate on using Spencer @ Drain Tech.

Our sink was clogged and the warranty company sent a service company that was unable to help, and noted that a big project was needed to install a clean out. Luckily drain tech came to the rescue. Spencer was able to assess the problem and clear the clog within 30 min! He was professional, prompt and went above and beyond in his service. Other companies told me it would be between six and $800 for this short one hour job... I really appreciate this company for being honest and trustworthy! The tech even wanted to make sure I was happy with the job he performed.
