Long story short, our kitchen sink was clogged and it backed up, so we googled a plumber and picked A Plus. It was just after hours, and had to leave a message with the answering service. Steve, the owner, returned my call in 15 mins. He said a tech would be here in an hour.

Allen showed up on time, and gave service with a smile. He fixed our drain quick, and even checked our RO system to see if what the RO guy told us was true. While our problem was small in terms of plumbing, they came through just like they said they would.

Allen's company shirt says 'you've just found your plumber'. It's true, and we'll be calling them again if needed. Thanks A+.

Changing out my faucets on a Saturday evening, shut-off valves (4 of them) does not fully shut and I had already disconnected the faucets and could not attach the old copper pipes to the new faucets. Called them up for help, within an hour they were here and changed all four valves (they already had the equipment in their trucks). In and out in about 10-15 minutes and taught me how to change it in the future as well. Thorough job. I would recommend them.

We moved into our house a little more than a year ago. Since we moved in, it feels like a repair has been needed on something in this house nearly every week. Thankfully, we really love our house and our location, so it's worth fixing!

This past Sunday was no exception. Our washer had been slowly declining, and we finally purchased a decent used model. We got it moved in, and as we started to turn on the water, the water valve started to leak. A steady drip, drip, drip that I knew would not hold until the morning.

Thank god for Yelp. With a quick search for emergency plumbing we found A Plus. It didn't even take an hour for the plumber to respond. It was dealt with fast and professionally. A Plus is bookmarked in Yelp, and I will be my plumbing service from now on!

I had a tub drain that was stopped up. I had called the previous day late in the afternoon and spoke to Steve, the owner. They put me on the schedule for the following day at Noon.

I got a call from Mo, their service tech at 11:30. He came BEFORE the scheduled time, and pretty quickly resolved our tub drain. He made sure it was draining properly, and cleaned up any mess.

They charged me $105 to clean out this drain. It was a pretty simple job once he got his tools out. The job was exactly as quoted, and they came slightly before they said they would. I couldn't have asked for more. And a word to Steve, the owner - Mo is a good guy and a talented technician - please take care of him!

All the reviews said this was an excellent plumber to hire and at first I thought so as well. Steve called me back and even called me after work hours to schedule an appointment for two days after we talked. The day of the service I called to say I was not yet home and would be 10-15 minutes late for a 12pm appointment. Steve informed me that would not be an issue as his tech was running late from another job, but he would call me shortly with the ETA on the tech. After an hour of waiting I called Steve back and informed him I still had not heard from the tech. Again, he told me he would find out the ETA and call me back within the hour. Shortly after 2pm, I called again and left a message. At 3:45pm I called again...no response, just voicemails. I wasted a day and still have a broken shower. I'm disappointed that with such high rating this would be the response and customer service I received. Time to look elsewhere for plumbing services.

I called in a problem this morning. Within an hour the technician assigned to me (Allen) called and said he was available to start.

Allen quickly diagnoses the issue with the laundry and water softener plumbing and quoted me a price before he started.

The job was expertly and professionally done. At the price he quoted. (Which was extremely reasonable).

Use these guys for your plumbing. They're great.

I shopped around for quotes to install a new kitchen sink. A plus came in with the best price. Parker and Sons wanted double. When they sent Allen to the job, he was friendly and most importantly...honest. The price didn't change on me when he got to the job. This guy was the best. Allen knows what he is doing and does a great job. You are in good hands if you are lucky enough to get him. THE NEXT DAY, the main water shut off valve to my house broke off in my hand. I called and they had Allen back at my house within AN HOUR. In not time, I was back enjoying my new kitchen. A Plus is officially my go to plumber.

A few weeks ago, 7pm on a Thursday night, both of our toilets decided to back up into both of our showers. I was horrified!!! I called a few plumbers who had after hours and emergency services posted and Steve is the only one who called me back. So, of course I chose these guys. Allen was at our house within the hour. Before doing anything, he gave us best case and worst case scenarios regarding pricing. 20 minutes later, he was able to snake out the clog in our drain from the outside access. We paid around $270ish. Allen is a cool dude. So, now we have picked our go-to plumber.

When the faucet in our shower broke in the on position this morning, yes it was a Sunday morning, I called around and very few companies would answer the phone and the ones that did quoted outrageous prices. I called A+ services based on the reviews here on yelp. Mo was in and out in about an hour and quickly quoted me a fair price. He had the parts on his truck and had the faucet fixed in no time. I will certainly be calling them next time I need help with my plumbing!

Worst experience ever. Run away from this company. We don't belong to Steve's church and maybe that's why we got such lousy service. Steve nickels and dimes you every way he can. We spent thousands of dollars and everything went wrong that could. The toilet spout is crooked, the drain cover is crooked, the kitchen sink leaks, his employee, Alan, was extremely clumsy and broke our tile and scratched our tub and then Steve tried to say it was like that before. When we called him to fix it he wanted to charge us more money. Alan told me point blank that most of the work he did in our house was his first time doing that type of job ever. The best part is when he said he didn't think it was important to follow the instructions when he installed our shower. Now the diverter valve points to overhead and the water comes out the tub spout. He said hopefully a woman will be using it because they don't know how to operate complicated things. On top of that he is rude and seems to always be in a bad mood. I wish you could leave 0 stars. This is nowhere near A+ service, more like D+

So I woke up at 5am with a massive leak in my bathroom downstairs on a Saturday morning. First thing I do is shut off the main water valve and head to Home Depot to buy a new valve and flush kit. After 2 hours of insane frustration and many F-Bombs, I finally gave in and started calling plumbing companies. Most places either didn't seem personable/friendly on the phone or they had extremely high rates and a 1-2 day wait time. Luckily I called A+ and got a hold of Steve. Dude was super friendly on the phone and said he could swing by in a few hours. He even called when he was on his way which gave me time to clean up my dirty bathroom. I was honestly expecting to spend a few hundred dollars and the job to take at least a few hours. This guy Steve is the Ninja version of a plumber because he was done in only 25 minutes - and I didn't even pay close to what I was expecting! After he was done I went in and inspected. The job was done with the utmost professionalism and very clean. In closing, if you need a honest, friendly plumber who wont try to nickel and dime you, call this place. Thanks A+!

I had an issue with a clogged sewer pump in my basement. Allen showed up, checked the pump, pulled out the cloth that was clogging the pump, took the mess outside, caulked the opening and then gave me the bill. About 20 minutes all told. Knocked it out without an issue.

This company changed my water heater some years ago. It was nicely installed. Competitive price. I called them a couple times more. Same great service. For example, the plumber measured and marked the drywall before making a cut. This is nice because dry wall will be put back decently. I had a plumber from a different company 15 years ago who cut in all different sizes and shapes. Not good.

I recommend them for the quality of work and competitive price.

The handle on my bathtub snapped off. I tried what I could using youtube but I could not get the cartridge out. I started yelping and called A plus plumbing at 9:30pm on a Sunday night. I spoke with the owner which was very courteous. We initially agreed on 11am. I got a phone call at 10am saying they would be an hour late due the previous job being bigger than expected. No problem, I definitely appreciate the profession courtesy, most companies would have just made you wait all day.
Mo came by at noon and quickly diagnosed the problem. He definitely knows his plumbing and was very careful. Since my home is 18 years old, removing the cartridge was an art that required special tools and profession expertise. I appreciate that they never tried to sell me anything extra. I am very impressed with their service. Thank you Mo. 5 stars!

I had a Fluidmaster Duo Flush System installed by the previous home owner that broke. After doing my do diligence I contacted these folks to either replace the unit with a like kind, or with the older flapper type. The plumber came out and the decision was to replace the unit with the older flapper type. After installing, the plumber left but even then I knew something just wasn't right. I called back in and spoke to the owner and he sent a different plumber out. It took him a while to cure the problem, he not only the filler tube and the flapper, but the float (which wasn't replaced at the onset) as well. He wants to replace the flush handle too, and will get back to me with that. Long story short, the toilet now flushes like a toilet should. Very pleased with the service as well as the way the owner (Steve) took responsibility and got the problem resolved. Except for the problem not being cured the first time around, I would give them 5 stars. and they are now in my list of contacts. Thanks All!

Awful. Responded quickly but didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. I needed my A/C condensation line cleared out. He tried to suck it out with a shop vac and after that didn't work he seemed lost. I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the drain pan, and after borrowing my ladder he went to the attic. He told me the line was draining just fine (it was the secondary) and then acted like he had saved the day. I checked yesterday and the primary line is still completely clogged. $111 in the trash. I have an A/C guy coming out tomorrow to fix the issue. Don't bother with this company.

This company is terrific. This past Saturday afternoon our tankless hot water heater failed, so our home warranty company (Fidelity) allowed us to call an out-of-network company for service since we could not get an in-network company to the house before Monday. We first called a big name company in town who we knew operated 24/7. The guy who showed up was grouchy and unpleasant and quoted us a ridiculous price to replace our water heater.

Since the work couldn't be done until Sunday anyway, we looked up a past invoice Sunday morning from A+ (who we had used before and were very pleased with) and saw that they also are 24/7. We called and left a message and Steve called us back immediately, promising us he'd send two plumbers that day. By that afternoon, Allen (who was coming in on his day off) and Johnathan had replaced our tankless hot water heater (for about half the price quoted by the other company, plus just $85 for a Sunday call-out), cleaned up afterwards, and Allen even offered us a few tips on changing some settings on our water softener. (This guy knows everyone's products!)

We will call these guys ANY time we need plumbing work done. Of course, this situation was an appliance failure vs. a maintenance problem, requiring us to go through our home warranty company. As inconvenient as it is to lose a hot water heater early on a weekend, it turned out to be a positive as we were able to use A+ instead of an in-network provider (kudos to Fidelity for allowing this). I highly recommend A+!

My company had a plumbing emergency while we had our president and VPs here and I called A-plus because of their Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. I spoke to Jordan who was very polite on the phone and she was able to send out Allen within about 20 minutes. I had called other places and they were telling me 12 hours or even 3 days. 3 days isnt what I would consider an emergency response so I am glad I called A Plus. Allen was here in no time and fixed our issue within minutes. He saved they day or else we were going to have a real $#!tty day.

We had a plumbing emergency on Saturday. I called a couple places who said they couldn't come, then called here where the dispatcher was friendly and assured me someone could be out soon.

Steve was at my house within 30 minutes and went straight to work. He assessed and fixed the trouble, made some recommendations, then fixed something else I was having trouble with on the washing machine.

The service was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing. Steve will be first on my list if I ever need plumbing help again!

We noticed the hot water in our house had changed from hot, to Luke-warm. We called 3 different plumbers. We settled on A Plus because the first charged a $90 service fee just to show up, and the second only worked Monday - Friday (today being Saturday we didn't want to wait until Monday to have hot water again). Allen showed up right on time and after a quick diagnosis of the issue presented our options. One being a long term total solution, the other resolving our immediate need but not addressing other issues he identified. We had to go with the immediate issue for now just due to available funds. The work was quick, reasonably priced and Allen really seemed to know what he was doing.

Update:
They finished one of the jobs they quoted me, They took a while but they did it well.

I DID have to go without water in my home for 5+ hours, I asked when he arrived if he would have to turn off the water and if he knew where the valve was and he said yes; HOWEVER... I didn't know he was going to walk outside and turn off the water right at that moment. If anything I would just suggest to them that they advise clients to fill a bucket of water or something or fill a sink before they shut off the water, I didn't have a warning right before he did it and it made things more difficult throughout the day.

Clearly communicating to the client on when you intend to turn off the water, and how much time it could possibly be off, should be an integral part of the plumbing process.

Update: I have since received the quote and will update the review accordingly when they complete the job

Unfortunately, this company has gone downhill. They used to be personable and value their clients.

I had a plumber from here visit for an estimate of quite a few things I needed fixed on July 15th, two weeks later I still have not received a quote, even though the gentleman that came out for the estimate said he would get me the quote no later than the following Tuesday.

When I called and asked where my quote was, the girl on the phone gave me attitude when I was asking what happened, and why it was taking so long to get a quote. She refused to give me an explanation, was not apologetic, and instead just gave me a snippy answer that basically amounted to well I don't know what happened but just deal with it.

It's unfortunate because a few years ago I was so relieved to finally find a good company, but now it seems they have put profits over people and I am left disappointed and unimpressed.

Allen came to our house on Labor Day Weekend to fix a toilet we had flushed a magic eraser down (we had read that those get rid of toilet rings - not true - and caused a clog - ugh!!). After finding our water heater leaking on Sunday afternoon, we search Yelp to find an honest company with good reviews. We chose A Plus based on the outstanding reviews. We called, and Allen was at our home within the hour to check it out. We had a water line break early morning Sunday. Called the owner, Steve, who had his man Allen, to our home in less than two hours. Allen was able to do a temporary fix right away. Parts needed were not available then, but Allen was out to our home Monday morning with the needed parts. He installed the parts quickly and efficiently. A very personable and professional guy. Considering the high cost of plumbing repairs these days, the job was done at a pretty reasonable cost. I can recommend A+ Plumbing.

We called Roto Rooter. 2 guys, 4 hours, and $416 later, both technicians left scratching their heads saying we would have to dig up the sewer line in the front yard. We called A Plus Plumbing. Brandon showed up within an hour, and within 20 MINUTES had our problem fixed. This company is FANTASTIC! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

It is true that they will come out after hours and charge $85 emergency service fee. You should know that it is not applied to the work and the work cost me an additional $612 for 90 minutes labor. Take the cost of parts out and that's about $400 an hour.

We had a clog in the main line an water through the whole house would not drain. We needed somebody out as soon as possible. I called several places and most could not be out till later that day or even the next day. A Plus Plumbing was able to come out 2 hours after I called. The owner personally went to get the equipment to rush to our place to assist. He gave us suggestions to help us before he arrived and was very quick to fix the issue. I was able to use the deal on Yelp right away. I would recommend this place to others.

My toilet kept running after it was flushed so I called A Plus. They showed up on time and the issue was an o ring as I expected. The guy was there maybe 10 minutes and somehow the bill ended up being $125.

When I saw the bill I said I was surprised it was so much and he replied we are expensive and gave me a cheesy smile.

Overall they did a good job with the work (assuming it hold up. which I assume it will). I'm sure I could have found a much better rate. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

A plus plumbing provides an excellent service. I had my bathroom clogged on Saturday. I called up and they came in one hour. The technician ( Allen ) was very professional and he figured out problems quickly. It was 110 outside, Allen had to work outside to get the drain underneath cleaned up. It took 1 hour to get everything unclogged and we were very happy about the service. Also, The price is reasonable!!

Overall professional, efficient and punctual - things I value. The lost in stars is that they are advertising a promotion in yelp in which you pay $25 and get $50 off. There is nothing in the fine print that states a minimum. However the owner would not honor it stating it is for big projects only. To Mike's (the plumber who came to the house) credit, he did waive the service fee. I also showed the advertisement but his hands were tied. I hope Yelp refunds me as likely I wont use this place since there are so many other businesses around with great ratings in Yelp

My husband placed call to Steve, early on a Saturday morning. He said he would call back with a quote to replace a water heater. Steve never provided a quote to my husband and only called me back to get the address, etc. He said a plumber would be out between 1:30 - 2:00pm. I Sent a text to the technician at 3:28pm as he hadn't arrived. My husband also text Steve, directly but did not get a response. I waited and then called Steve at 4:10pm. He proceeded to tell me the job was cancelled as I called to cancel it. I told him this was not the case and I have been home All day waiting for the plumber. He then said, he must have gotten our job confused with another one that did cancel. He said he would reach out to the plumber and get someone out.
At about 5:20pm a plumber showed up and took about 3 hours to complete the job. He had my husband go to Home Depot to pick up a part he didn't have on his truck. When the job was done, he charged $1,996 which is ridiculous for 3 hours and a $400 - $500 water heater. He did say, well the mark up for the water heater is pretty high. After he installed the water heater he also said, the broken part was a fitting and the water heater may not have needed to be replaced. I was shocked to have to pay $1,996 for this and if we had gotten a quote like Steve promised, we would not have used this company. Another mention is that we waited nearly 10 hours for this job and if we had been told it would be 10 hours and that we were being charged nearly $2,000 we would have called around or simply waited until Monday to get someone out.
After I spoke to Steve the following Monday, he first maintained this is their standard fee. I continue to voice my discontent and he said he would look into this and call me back.
He never called me back but emailed saying the technician was inexperienced in pricing and overcharged but he would refund me $306.
The new fee of $1,690 is still outrageous and had we been quoted this, not had his company come out.
I will not use their services ever again and would strongly recommend checking around for pricing as it is apparent to me, this company is overcharging.

Our experience with this company was awesome. We started off the weekend with a clog somewhere between our laundry & kitchen. At first we had another big name company come out but after unecessary services, a call back, and a rather unprofessional employee meltdown we were still without a fix three days later. After a quick search on Yelp I found this company and their yelp deal. They sent out Allen two hours later and didn't hassle us at all for being renters. Before the night was out we had our kitchen/laundry back and a new local company to call when something goes wrong. Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, service, skill, and value we recieved.

I used them once before, they did a good job. So I had a few projects around the house that I needed a quote on. Called them, they are very busy, so took the technician 4 days to get to my place. After noting down all the work that needed to be done, he promised that he would send a quote later that day. After 3 days, I called him to remind that he hasn't sent a quote yet. He promised he would do it that same day. Again NOTHING! It has been more than 15 days. I do not think this is professional behavior, no matter how good you and your ratings are.

Had Allen come out to hook up a water filtration system. Somehow a pipe joint cracked and sprayed water everywhere causing damage in the garage and a closet on the opposite side of the wall. When they sent out their restoration crew to fix things they just set fans up everywhere to dry everything out. Eventually they patched the drywall damage. Days later I called to have them replace they carpet pad they had cut out and acted like they forgot about us. When he came back out he had a genetic carpet pad to replace the upgraded spill proof pad we had. He had also previously told me that they would clean the carpet for us but that never happened. For all the trouble we dealt will this company was not worth it.

We called in the morning to see if someone could come out and take a look at our leaking hose bibbs from our washer. Mo showed up a couple hours later to give a free estimate and was able to replace the bibbs right then. He did a great job and we were very satisfied with his work. 4 stars only for the price but well worth it!

I am very disappointed in this company. We have used them before and had good service but when our sub pump broke in June, we've had nothing but issues. Their first attempt to service the sub pump resulted in a $600 bill and a fixed pump. One month later, the pump backed up again and we invested $1500 in a new pump. Since installation, we've had to call them three times because we keep having problems with the toilet and the shower in the basement. Just had them out two days ago to fix it again (at $250) and the toilet is backing up again. Very frustrating and time to find a more skilled plumber.

These guys are great, I will be a customer for life. I highly recommend them.

It was 9:00pm on Memorial Day our toilets plugged and the drains started backing up in to the showers. We needed help and found A+ online. With all the good reviews and 24 hour service we called them. JD the technician arrived within 90 minutes. Great guy, neat, efficient, straight to the point and told us what we needed to know. We wound up having a broken pipe in the front yard. The next morning Steve the owner came out and used a camera to find the break. Within 24 hours A Plus Plumbing had our drains cleared, pipe repaired and explained to us how the rest of the repair was the cities responsibility. They gave us a video of the pipes to send to the city to get the rest of the problem solved.

Even after A Plus finished their work, Steve has been following up to make sure we were able to get the city to inspect and schedule the work for the remaining repairs. Steve and his team have been great, the price was more than fair and no unexpected now we need to do this additional work or up sells.

Called to get a minor leak in a shutoff valve going to a backflow preventer corrected. Missed the day that they were scheduled for, called back and they came out the next day.

Was told they couldnt fix the valve and had to replace the entire backflow preventer and the two shutoff valves connecting to it. At this point I should have gotten a second opinion because I really thought they should be able to replace a single valve. Long story short they quoted me 368 to replace the part. I agreed, took them less than an hour to complete. The part at big box stores is 80...a total of about an hour of work at the house..you can figure the hourly rate yourself.

Also, the quote they gave me didn't include an additional 25 for a trip charge or taxes. So the final cost was over 400.

They get two stars only because they fixed the problem. Plumber left a mess of solder and ptfe tape for me to clean up.

Allen came out to the house and fixed sound with a couple of wedges. Good as new. I appreciate Jason, owner for being so proactive. Changing my review to five stars.

A+ came out on a Sunday to do a clean out of our drain. Total cost was $380. $80+ dollars for a Sunday fee. Our plumber, Allen did a good job and was very courteous. Total time on the job was about an hour and half.

I gave four stars because when the plumber took the toilet off to do the clean out and there was change under the toilet to shimmy (weird) it so that you don't get the annoying pop sound when you get up. I am guessing the floor is not 100% level. The plumber removed the change but did not put anything underneath the toilet to level it out. Now we have the noise when you get up off the toilet which wasn't there before.

Felt a little pricey but what are you going to do with the in-laws in town and no use of toilets and showers.

what can you say, 5 STARS is 5 STARS. called them in the late morning said they could be here probably by 3:30 to 4pm. Called around 2:30pm and said they were running behind (expected for an end of day appointment) and would be here between 5:30 and 6pm. Got here at 5:50pm. Both gentlemen were friendly and yet professional. Denton D was the main plumber and he had a helper. I had a simple front sink clog but they had to run 75 feet of line to clean it which isn't a bad idea for a drain that's hadn't been cleaned in the 12 years I lived in the house. Finished within an hour. Awesome team and I would recommend them to anyone. At the end, D thanked me and said I was the friendliest customer he had all day and it was a great way to end it.

Called A Plus Plumbing they said they would be there next day from 9 to 11:00. Next day, At 10:30 1st tech called wanted to know what the problem was, I told was hairline leak under sink and I had the parts, and sent a pic. At 11:31 Aqualine plumbing a sister company calls says 1st tech doesn't have the tool??? and would send another tech.
When 2nd tech arrived he said it would be $225 for the job, and if I didn't want the job done it would still cost $50 for showing up, that's extortion. Replaced two valves and hoses under bath sink 15 minutes job, $225. I've never been charge that much for any service call in my life, and I had the parts. NEVER AGAIN!

This was the first time I've used A Plus Plumbing. The service was outstanding!

Had an issue with a water heater at my home in Fulton Ranch and needed service on short notice. I called the firm that I had used several times before and was told that they be out in about a week. That wasn't acceptable as this needed to be addressed sooner.

Checked Yelp and saw all the great reviews on A Plus Plumbing and gave them a call.

I'm so glad I did! The firm was very professional and efficient.

The technician was dispatched quickly. Arrived exactly as scheduled. Repairs were completed timely and professionally. Price was very reasonable.

Had a leak start in the ceiling just above the kitchen sink of all places. Very lucky as it was streaming down right into the sink! Turned off the outside shutoff valve and called Steve. He had Allen come out in about an hour and took care of the leak. Thanks guys :) Allen was polite and took care of the leak in no time. A+ Services is aptly named. I worked with them recently having a valve fixed on the kitchen sink in a rental condo and they were superb and pointed out a potential problem area (the faucet and disposal) both of which were cheap builder-grade when installed. Jeff, the plumber, not only told me it would be better to replace it now but gave me some names of good models. Unfortunately we weren't able to install that the same day but they were able to work it out with our renter and A+ Services was able to accept a card over the phone for the second half of the work.

Steve, the plumber, who came out on the weekend emailed us an invoice let us approve then began work and called for the payment over the phone. He also promptly sent us receipt first thing the next day.I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are incredibly professional and good at what they do.

Called A plus plumbing off of regular operation hour (6:40 pm) to change 1 shut off valve under the sink as the valve lever has broken off. I was told that I would be charged a distpatch fee of $85 which I was fine with but quoted me $350 plus tax for installing a new shut off valve after seeing the broken valve... I paid the dispatch fee of $85 and sent him home and bought the new valve for $15 at home depot to replace it myself... $85 bucks lesson to not to ever use these guys again.

So glad I called A Plus Plumbing today. I called several of the other big companies 1st. Those big companies wanted to non-refundable charge me just to come out to quote a simple job (replacing water main valve). None of that nonsense with A Plus! They were able to give me a ballpark cost on the phone, showed up and confirmed the cost before starting work, and didn't ask for more $$ once done. And they came the same afternoon that I called! Early on the Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend, and I've got a leaky water heater. Checked Yelp and found A Plus. Checked a couple of other places and A Plus kept coming up with universally excellent reviews.

Good reason for that. They did a great job!

I talked with the owner, Steve, this morning. After sending some photos of the heater by phone, Steve set out to find a replacement heater. By early afternoon, Alan was here tearing out the old heater and installing the new one just over an hour. He answered my questions about maintenance and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Now we've got a non-leaky, much more efficient water heater and a new place to call for our future plumbing needs.

I had a badly corroded pipe leading to my main water line that busted and left my condo with no water. After calling 5 other Yelp plumbers, who couldn't help me, some for several days, Steve had someone out within the hour! He had me send pictures to him over the phone in order to provide me with a cost estimate. I thought that this was really nice because I had some idea as to what this was going to cost me. They came out the same day and the product they were putting in was explained to me along with its effectiveness with soft water. The technician was friendly and professional, and the owner came out to get a head start on the work and even sniffed out a gas leak from the old water heater. We used A+ restoration to repair our living room ceiling and walls due to damage from a leak in our roof. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the repairs. Jason Heidenreich is excellent to work with. The entire repair process was conducted via cell phone and he exceeded our expectations. He cut open the ceiling and the wall, dried everything out, installed plaster board, plastered, and painted. And in the time frame I requested. The results was like it never happened.

Albert came out after calling about a leaking toilet. While he was here we had him look at a bath tub faucet that would gush water after pulling up the leaver to make the shower work. He was able to reset the toilet (it needed a wax ring) and also fix the faucet. No gushing water! Albert was professional, courteous and efficient. I am Canadian with a vacation property in Gilbert. I have been looking for a trustworthy plumber to help out for emergencies as well as regular maintenance.

Last month, I had a water heater break down while tenants stayed and they called one of the big guy plumbing companies who charges about 50% more than I should have paid. The big guy company did a nice job - but I felt like I also got taken advantage of.

This time, a leaky garbage disposal was the culprit. Aga n my tenants simply picked up the phone and called big guy plumbing company. I was aghast at the quote!! I am not naive! This is the last time I would let myself be taken advantage of.

I rely on Yelp reviews like this one to find quality services, and today I was not dissapointed. The company provided an estimate over the phone - the work was pretty straightforward. Replace the garbage disposal with a straight drain.

There were a couple other issues that happen (like any job of this nature) but not in expected either. Gino repaired this as well and at the end the bill was still less than half the other guys!!

Quality and service is most important to me! I am impressed with the service, time will tell the quality. But my immediate thought...

LATE NIGHT SERVICE!! Gino was awesome. We came home from vacation to backed up toilet and shower... Urgent situation. Called A plus plumbing and they had someone here within 20 minutes on a Sunday night. There is a small fee for after hours but definitely worth it! He fixed the issue by snaking the drain and it was all done within an hour or so and he made sure everything was good before leaving. Friendly guy and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I thought they were just ok but then I found they had scratched a brand new light fixture and I had to get an electrician on top of that because it was installed incorrectly. I also got charged for a $30 chemical to unclog the bathtub and it didnt work at all. Not happy, wont be calling them ever again.
